Lovley apartment complex and Im super excited for my move-in. Kara has been a huge help, funny, amazing and super knowledgeable with getting me set up for my move-in next month. I love living here! The place is so quiet and the staff is amazing. The response time to fix any issue is almost instantaneous. Lisa, Kara, and Brittany are quite professional, helpful and friendly. Im sure this is one of the best gated communities in Pearland.

Just left from doing a tour and Lisa is absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and was extremely patient you honestly don’t find many people like her in a leasing office you can tell she actually cares about the community! I can’t wait to move in

I absolutely love this place. Not only do I love the scenery and the apartments looking over the lake, the management is super nice. I assure you, they do not know how to read minds, but if you call or email them with questions or problems and they are always on top of it. Yes, just like any human being they may forget you called about something, but they are quick to solve your problems.Maintenance is the same way. If you put in a maintenance ticket, they normally have your problem fixed the same day or at least with a 24 hr period.My whole time there (2 years) I never had a problem. If inflation was not a real thing, I would definitely be there for year 3.Its sad that I have to leave to find something a little more affordable all while looking for 1 more bedroom. The struggle is real.Tranquility Lake apartments was truly a place a called home.

This is the best apartment complex Ive lived in. The staff service is of high quality, from community manager Lisa to the assistants Brittany and Kara. Since day one, their sound information and fast responses make me feel safe and secure in my apartment if ever I need their help with something. I visited this apartment complex for a tour and I just love it here. Very serene and peaceful. Kara was literally the sweetest and was sooo helpful! She also was very detailed with explaining the tour and showing me around. Thanks again Kara for the tour today!

I lived here back in 2021 and loved it so much that I decided to come back. The property manager Ms. Lisa was absolutely amazing. She was very friendly and assisted me with the whole process of showing the property and applying. I had lots of questions and she was very patient and kind as she answered all of them. With all the new upgrades here and the friendliest staff I am so happy to call this place HOME again! Kara the leasing agent is absolutely amazing.

I went in for a tour of the property and met Kara. She is absolutely amazing! She answered all my questions, she was patient and very kind! The property is well kept and I adore their floor plans.

Very nice place, I would say peaceful but my unit so happens to be where all my neighbors have dogs. Upstairs is severely loud, barking from multiple dogs and all different hours, very loud stomping noises, sound like a bowling alley or a herd of cattle. And is there not a dog limit? I dont hate dogs but my all my neighbors have 2-3 dogs! People stomping very hard going up the stairs and dog poop not being picked up, especially people from other buildings who walk their dog around the complex allowing them to poop. A dog from building 3 should not be pooping by building 6.

Kara is absolutely PHENOMENAL!! Made the whole process easy, seamless, streamlined, stress free and a breeze!!! HIGHLY recommend her and wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. Love her!!

No regrets!!!! This is an excellent place to live. Tucked behind a small shopping center, tranquility is the perfect name. The move in process was easy as we were able to make early payments prior to moving in. The staff has always been incredibly friendly and easy to reach. Kara was our leasing agent and she was amazing during our tour. After we toured these apartments, we knew we had found the perfect place. At other apartments after you move in it feels like the leasing office forgets about you, but here, they continue to support you and make you feel welcome. We have receive birthday and Christmas cards. They also are really good about maintaining the property and frequent community events. Our little family has enjoyed these modern apartments and am looking forward to renewing our lease in a few months!

As of this review I am about to move in, but have not done so yet. So far, however, my interactions with this property and their management is absolutely deserving of five stars. Ive interfaced with Kara the most and she has been very sweet, sympathetic, and helpful throughout the entire process. Renting a new apartment can be tough. Theres a lot to worry about. But the management has done a ton to be accommodating and reassuring.The property itself seems quite nice. The amenities are there for viewing on their website, but aside from those the places just felt new and clean. Thats super important to me, my standards for cleanliness are high.Ill have more to say once Ive actually moved in but for now its a 5/5 with the management contributing most to that score.

Had a great year here ! The office staff ( Lisa ,Kara & Jasmine ) was always so inviting , it was such a welcoming atmosphere ❤️ Repairs were made almost instantly, there was nothing anything major wrong with the apartment just the average clogged disposal , but they would take care of it asap . Pool was great over the summer, well maintained .

The property is very nice and clean. The entire staff is great. Lisa attends to all needs and is a really great manager here. The maintenance staff is quick and nice when calls are made. Israel (one of the maintenance staff) is always so helpful. Maira is so friendly. All in all - Its a really great community to be at.

We are newly relocating to the Houston area and after visiting these apartments for the first time we fell in love. We haven’t found any others that compare to not only the beautiful property and the central location but it comes with wonderful management as well and that’s when made our final decision and we knew this was where we wanted to live.We also just experienced the recent hurricane and even with that Kara and Lisa made sure we were taking care of and they went above and beyond. The tenants tht were going to move out of the unit we were going to move into ended up cancelling their notice due to flooding where they were going to move to which put us in quite a predicament. They ended up switching us to a new unit so fast, gave us an earlier move in date and more. We couldn’t be more appreciative of them and all that they have done for us it has been one of the best experiences we have ever had. So a big Thankyou to Kara and Lisa you guys are amazing we can’t wait to move in !!!

I have lived in multiple apartment complexes and I would say that Lisa has made the entire apartment searching and process so much easier and stress free for me. She found an apartment that met all my needs and assist me ensure I could fit it within my budget. She is definitely an angel and the apartment complex is located in a quiet secluded area away from the busy streets that you definitely feel like you are truly welcomed at home near mother nature! I am looking forward to feel at home here at 2800 Tranquility.

I recently came in and asked a few questions and got shown around the property. Kara helped me and she was so nice and personable; really had the answers that I needed and did it with a big smile on her face. Thats the kind of customer service that people want when deciding where to live somewhere or buy something. I went to another place and they werent nearly as friendly or helpful, so I just really appreciate it.

Lisa the property manager is the best! Lisa made the whole process very easy and stress free. The apartment complex is nice and affordable on a student income. The renovated apartments are nice and come with hardwood floors and updated appliances. Location is convenient, everything you need is right on Broadway. Walls are a bit thin and lots of families so it can get a bit loud sometimes but otherwise it’s a great community!

We are so excited to becoming new residents at 2800 Tranquility.We met Kara by chance in the neighborhood Kroger. She introduced herself and asked if we were or knew anyone looking for a quality and affordable apt.After looking at 6 other complexes we were pleased by the upkeep of the establishment.The apt. Was well kept, nor like the other places that just touched up areas to hurry and fill a vacancy. They went in and did a Welcome home job.El-Amin

I am overjoyed that I can finally call this place my home. From the time I toured the apartment to dealing with all the paperwork, the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I am grateful to Ms. Lisa, who made the process bearable and easy. The surroundings are pleasant and extremely peaceful, not to mention the breathtaking views of the lake.

Lisa Vercellino has truly been an angel. Since my dads recent move, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional assistance and accommodation throughout the entire process. Her patience, prompt responses and outstanding customer service are truly remarkable. As a senior citizen, my dad prefers and is more comfortable with old-school analog ways of doing things, requiring a bit more time and attention, which not everyone in our fast-paced society is willing to provide. Lisas approach holds immense significance to the both of us. We eagerly anticipate enjoying more of the same exceptional service throughout our time at the community.

Brittany made my move super easy! as a first time renter i was a bit nervous but she really helped out!

This complex is outdated and management needs to stop putting band - aid on problems that need a permanent fix. Old, outdated, inefficient AC units that drive up the costs of your electricity bill. From my observations, they don’t change the carpet they just clean them. My daughter is allergic to dogs and she had a reaction when she was on the carpet, I had to re- shampoo the carpet myself. Openings in the baseboard not caulked, and encourages bugs to come in. The interior needs to be remodeled

When I went to tour the facility I was accompanied by Kara. When I say the ladies here were super nice her and lisa made me feel very comfortable and right at home. I’m moving from New Jersey to texas and when i came down a few weeks ago to look at the apartments in person kara was the one who showed the facility. She is super friendly and funny. I like that she gives off the energy that she likes what she does because some people only care about filling the unit and aren’t really personable. I would recommend this place to anyone , the ladies here will take great care of you. Also throughout all the apartments I viewed they by far have the best reviews.

I moved to Pearland last year and this was my first apartment to settle in and let me just say my experience have been nothing but AMAZING!!! Jazz, Lisa and Kara are simply phenomenal and they take care of you I never felt like its a landlord to a renter relationship feels more like a community and a family. I definitely renewed my lease because Im certain I wouldnt find this experience anywhere else. Maintenance team will take care of all your needs all i have to do is call and they always showup with a solution to all my problems. Thank You!!!

Update: the staff continues to be great. I just signed another renewal. Kara and Lisa were both helpful in making me feel comfortable with signing another lease. This complex has truly become our home until we are ready for a house.This complex and the staff are great! They go above and beyond. They’ve recently added a lot of upgrades and amenities to the complex. I can call about anything and they will try and help. For example today, I had a large package delivered. Unfortunately, I’m waiting at a hospital and don’t know when I’ll get back. I was able to call and Kara was able to help me out and move it inside so I wouldn’t have to worry!But the manager, Lisa, also always goes above and beyond to answer questions or help us. She’s always timely responds to calls, emails or just drop ins

This property is well maintained and is run professionally by a great management company.The property managers Lisa & Jasmine is awesome,friendly and is always there to help whenever theres a need.Every time you go into the office its always greeting you with a smile!I have been here five years and they have always address matter in a timely fashion.I cant say enough about how well this community isThat is why Iam renewing my lease.The staff is very courteous and friendly too!The amenities are great too!I would highly recommend anyone if theyre looking for a beautiful place to stay.

Since I have been staying here I have really been enjoying my apartment, the girl Kara in the office is such a great host and really good to talk to. I had a maintenance emergency and called 30 mins before the office closed and they were at my door 5 mins after the call was made and fixed my issue. The amenities are perfect too!

This is a quiet community and issues are addressed promptly, the only thing are the outdated A/C units. These units are inefficient and some rooms lack effective insulation. This combination will have your electricity bill higher than average.

I want to give a shout out to Ms.Kara Lamas for helping me and my family find a wonderful apartment. She showed us around on a tour, and the complex is nice and clean with a lot of activities for kids near by. The apartment won’t be ready until August but if she reads this, thank you Kara for your patience and responding as quickly as you can!! We can’t wait to move here

Great staff and friendly atmosphere, I toured the property and loved it. While the price was a little out of budget for me, the staff was gracious and toured me. Never one time did I feel like there was any type of attitude when they knew I couldnt qualify for the rent. They offered some options that maybe suitable for me in the future, I am excited to know my options and get to live somewhere where the staff actually cares about the residents! Monica and Mike are the most compassionate people that I have met in my apartment search, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Sevona Lakes is a great community to live in. I’ve lived here for quite some time now and haven’t had any issues. The office staff & maintenance crew are friendly and take care of issues around the property in a timely manner. The complex is well taken care of & a very nice community. Monica and Jessica are very friendly and respond quickly to make residents happy and to make Sevona a place they can call home. Keep up the good work!

I hope you will come to appreciate living here as I did. A great place to call home. The entire office staff of Monica, Brandi and Blake always greet you with a smile and are very helpful and quick to attend to our needs, a sincere thank you! The grounds and facilities are well kept every day, from the grass to the pool and even the surrounding drive. I would like to separately mention the maintenance team here as they are so deserving of praise. They are responsive and quick and they get the job done right. I was really impressed when I put in my first work order, went down the street for some food and came back to the issue being resolved. I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a quiet, clean and friendly place to live.

The new management is awesome. Everything is very smooth and they communicate with residents very well. Maintenance is quick and always does a great job. Everyone who lives around us is very nice, friendly. We have enjoyed living here and love our community.

I have lived in this community since 2015 and they are now under new management. I was nervous about the transition but it has been amazing thus far. Lisa and the rest of the staff have been so helpful. I am quite pleased with the improvements that have been made to the community. I also enjoy the food truck fridays. everyone is warm and friendly and work quickly to solve any issue I may have.

This is BY FAR the NICEST Property I have ever leased. There are so many positive things I can say about this place that Im not sure where to begin. To start, I feel like I can see where every penny that I pay each month is going to which makes me love our home more & more. It feels like a resort with the beautiful newly painted exterior, valet trash service,T newly remodeled fitness facility & overlooking a beautiful lake. The facility & grounds are ALWAYS manicured with no trash & a very quiet & safe environment. The apartment is very large & spacious & everyone that visit adores the place. We never have to worry about any issues from maintenance because they are almost always there the same day if any issue arises. One of the most important aspects of Sevona Tranquility Lake Apartment Homes is that the management staff really, truly cares about the residents. Great Customer Service is highly regarded by me & hard to find these days. I have NEVER received anything but the most courteous & helpful assistance here. The office managers are always pleasant & smiling & uplifting. The owners even gave a buffet style Christmas Dinner for all residents this year at very popular Italian restaurant a few weeks ago. What a wonderful gesture to show appreciation for us & we felt. Dont waste your time looking elsewhere- just come & see for yourself -you wont be disappointed. *Happiest Tenants Ever*

This has to be the best apartment Ive ever lived in! The property is beautiful. Theres a bunch of palm trees everywhere, a beautiful pool, awesome gym, huge apartment really feels like Im living at a resort. The front office staff are very friendly and dont act annoyed like at other complexes Ive been to. I see the officer who lives on site walking the property in the mornings. I never want to move again! There are simply too many good things to say about the place. You will not regret moving here.

Ive lived here since 2013 and will be renewing for another year. My experience living here over the past five years have been top notch. Rarely do I have an issue with my unit, but when I did everything was taken care of promptly. I always see maintenance surveying the property when I go to work and when I get home. Thats always a great thing. Ive never had any issues with management either. Monica and Brandye have always been nice and helpful whenever I enter the leasing office. I love how they communicate in person as well as through notices via email and community newsletters.

Very nice community and spacious units! The large balconies are a plus in the 3 bedroom units. The leasing office workers are also really good about meeting the needs of their residents in a timely manner! Definitely a great place to live if you’re desire is to rent in the Pearland area!

I have been knowing Kara now for a year n a half she has been very excellent in customer service and attending the residents needs and positive attitude. This is the kind of people we need working here.

Such an amazing place, I wish I would have moved here sooner! The front office staff is super friendly. Monica, Brittany, and Amy are so nice every time I come in to pick up a package, go to the gym or play pool in the community center. The pool is always clean and the property is quiet. One time I had to call the Police officer who lives on the property because my neighbors were making a lot of noise late at night. He called me immediately, was very accommodating, and spoke with my neighbors without telling them who called. (Thank God) There are beautiful palm trees throughout the property and a little dog park we use often. Theres a sand volleyball court thats surprisingly clean and a playground for the kids. I really wish I could buy the apartment (like you could in NYC). The apartment doesnt feel like an apartment, it feels like a house. Oh and maintenance is so fast when something happens and theyre super quick which is even better!

I have lived at Sevona Tranquility Lake for over 3 years. The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs. Great location for shopping, restaurants and the schools are amazing. The grounds and facilities are kept clean. The maintenance guys are quick to fix any issues. Its a very safe place to live. I will always recommended it to others.

After living here a few months, I have one major issue the second bedroom has very little air flow. Hardly any air blows out the vent. Guests dont want to sleep in there because it gets so hot compared to the rest of the house. Maintenance has come to check it out but made no difference. We have 2 fans inside, and one of them we have to put in the hallway to blow cooler air inside. Honestly, Id give this place 4 or 5 stars if it wasnt for that issue. If you have someone planning to live in the second room, it will average above 80 degrees while the rest of the home is 73.Edit 2023, 2022 they raised rent on us almost 500 dollars so we left ( had to pay another 1000 cause we didnt give. 90 day notice, but I would have paid more to leave that place really)New management was worse than the last, only good thing about that place was no roaches ( minus management)They also had the online system went down, resulting in MANY people getting hit with late fees.What else, the AC always broke and was extremely gross. I mean GROSS I wish I had a picture.Unless management changes dont go here man. Especially at the price they are asking now

I absolutely love my apartment but my experiences dealing with management overall leaves much to be desired. Sandy is great but aside from that I cannot wait for my lease to be up. I have literally had a situation I have had to deal with at the leasing office each and every single month (no exaggeration) and I pay my rent on time! I love the property but from the inconsistencies in information, oversights, and other miscellaneous areas I am half past over it!

At this location, I had a wonderful experience with every aspect shown by Kara and Lisa. I am highly interested in a 3 room bedroom with my roommates and we fell in love with the property.

I am extremely pleased with the management team here at Sevona. Mike and Monica have been so responsive and always go out of their way to accommodate all of my requests and needs. They have made my transition to Houston/Pearland as seamless as possible. I really appreciate their efforts and the units are spacious and get excellent natural lighting. I would recommend this complex to anyone considering living here.

Been a resident for awhile and have seen the management come and go. We now have Monica and her team and they are a step above all who have come before. They are very attentive to our concerns and comments and have acted upon every request without hesitation. Monica has shown the professionalism that is needed to run a property of this size. I have rated a 5 Star, because that is the highest allowed. We just renewed and they were great in assisting and took only 2 days via email. Great with the pandemic.

I really appreciate the entire staff. From management, to maintenance. They are helpful, they are professional, and get things done. I would only recommend more security or maybe cameras on the property. But for the most part, I have enjoyed my stay here.Thanks.

I made my move to Sevona Tranquility Lake 4 month ago, and I truly want to thank the managing and maintenance staff for their support and help in making, out of my stay, a pleasing experience. They are so quick at responding and always ready to cope with all sort of issues in the most efficient and professional manner. I just learned that the propriety will soon have a new managing team, and while I whish the best for the incoming staff, I foresee numerous challenges and a lot of work to get done in order to meet the high standards set by the outgoing team. I particularly, want to thank the outgoing manager Monica Ferreira, she is a highly commendable professional full of leading, tactical and problem-solving skills, as well as a human-centered charming person always willing to help.

Pleaseeeee do not move here if you work from home or just don’t want to be surrounded with loud and unruly children! When I first moved here last July, the facilities were clean and very peaceful and quiet. Now you can’t even enjoy the upgraded amenities because the new swarm of children are messing it up, outside everywhere you look screaming and cursing and knocking and running on your door or the worst situation shooting BB guns. I have started going to a shared work space because it’s so hard to work will screaming I’m the background. This place was so tranquil! Now they should name it 2800 KIDS!

I have been here one full year and have enjoyed my stay and about to renew my lease. The neighbors are courteous and friendly.The office staff are always available and address matters in a timely fashion. I cant say enough about living here! These people are crooks. I went through an extremely long and frustrating application process. They took over $200 of my money for an apartment that was not available. They tell me this a few days before move in date. I also received conflicting rental rate information from multiple agents including both Ambers working there. I am so happy I didn’t sign that lease because the management is extremely unprofessional, unethical, and aggressive. Now I have to go through my bank to get my money back from these thieves.

I have been a resident of this property almost 3 years and I have no complaints. The property is in a great location (Close to work and School), great restaurants in walking distance, and great on-site staff who’s been nothing but kind to me. The maintenance team is unbelievably fast in responding to requests, and the unit itself is beautiful. My unit is a 3X2 (upgraded model) with wood flooring, marble (or granite -honestly not sure but SUPER NICE) countertops, and garden tub. I feel safe, my neighbors are awesome, and I’m sure I’ll be renewing my lease...unless my dream home presents itself..lol - Nothing but great things to say about this property. I have 4 children now (since the birth of my twins) and my mind is at rest when my older 2 visit the park, and /or swimming pool. Great community!

I made a move to Sevona Tranquility Lake from out of town, I had called a few other complexes. Then I called Sevona and my prayers where answered when Stephenanswered the phone. He is so helpful answered all my questions and stayed on the phone with me while I was getting things done that needed to be done. The staff here are warm and welcoming. I truly feel at home here. Two words to describe my experience here at Sevona. Heavenly peacefulness.Thank you for making me feel at home❤❤❤

Came in for a tour was told the apartment was available and could move in as soon as possible. The unit was disgusting and nowhere near ready for move in! Freezer filled with ice, refrigerator and cabinets were not cleaned, pantry had roach traps along with dead roaches, bed room had a dead roach and dirty carpet. Obviously have a pest problem. Laundry room was not clean, bathroom walls nasty looking! Patio was dirty with trash. Was really looking forward to applying for these apartments and was HIGHLY disgusted! If you have units open for touring they should be presentable for the future residents.

Steven, one of the leasing marketing professionals, was a pleasure to work with, however, the process of moving my application forward was time consuming and it was even more difficult to view an apartment like the one we were looking to rent. In fact, the process took so long that we ended up applying elsewhere. When I called management to request that the $150 admin. fee be reimbursed, I was treated very rudely by Monica. Monica continually interrupted me on the phone and turned what could have been a cordial conversation into one that was not.My advice is that you steer clear of this apartment complex. If Sevona doesn’t care to put respectful people into management positions, it’s probably safe to assume that you’ll run into issues. If you notice Monica’s responses to negative reviews on Google, you’ll see that she seems more concerned with absolving Sevona of any wrongdoing than she is with making sure her customers are happy.

Ms. Jasmine is amazing! Toured multiple units and absolutely loved this place. Ended up changing my mind on what unit I wanted and jasmine has been a kind help the entire time!

Amazing property garbage pickup at your door 5 days a week, beautiful pool, dog park, play ground, 24 hour gym, and a lake my wife and I love to walk in the evening. The staff is amazing always friendly very accommodating. The property is quiet and even has a mobile app to pay rent or request maintenance. Theres a lot of open space but cozy enough to feel like its a resort. Theres even a police officer who walks the property every day. With all this I wish we would have moved here a long time ago. The only bad thing is that they have raised the bar so high Im afraid I will be satisfied with other properties.

Expensive, loud tenants, trash everywhere, dog s#it everywhere, cars being parted in the lot, expect a minimum of 100 every month in fees on top of rent that you cannot avoid. Downtown appts are cheaper, rental houses are cheaper. Its shocking to witness such a degradation with the new owners, who think a coat of gray paint fixes this.

The old managers were great since this new management took over its been nothing but issues popping up.The new management are rude and have no customer service skills. Ive had problem after problem with my dishwasher and refrigerator and they will not replace them. The maintenance men just walk in your apartment anytime they want to and management says they cant call to let you know there coming in.I have a teenage daughter and thats not gonna work for me. Im definitely moving when my lease is up.

I moved in this past October and I love my apartment. My only complaints are the fact that I hear my upstairs neighbor non-stop, I think there must be crawl space between the floors and it causes it to echo. The noise has caused me and my toddler son to awake in the middle of the night. My other is the parking situation, they offer paid covered parking and garages but none are near my apartment so that does not make sense to pay for it and because of the space taken up by this the spaces are even more limited so sometimes you have to park far awayI periodically hear children but never late at night or too early in the morning. I love the trash pickup, the kitchen is adorable and functions easily. Everywhere you turn in the apartment there are little closets for storage and I love that there is a separate area for the washer and dryer and it is not off the kitchen or in a bedroom.

I have lived at Sevona since 2014 and it’s bittersweet that I am leaving because the community really is an extended family, especially after Hurricane Harvey. Brandye and Monica are two of the most professional and caring people ever and I am grateful that I got to know them. I recommend this place to anybody who wants a place that’s quiet, feels like home and a great staff.

I just finished living here for 2 years. The property management and maintenance teams are wonderful!! Super responsive and they keep the property very well maintained. Updated apartment was beautiful in a quiet setting. Only moved out to get a house. Highly recommend!!

Im newly to the community. I just want to say that the management team Mr Steve ms Monica, and Ms Jessica are some awesome management team 👏🏾. I had an issue at first,but Mr. Steve was right on it and made sure everything was good. Thank you again Mr Steve even though I couldnt make up my mind at first,but you was there very helpful. Although this is a gorgeous property, with wonderful amenities, and friendly staff, I do not recommend living here. The majority of tenants are loud, rude, inconsiderate, and do not watch their children. Try enjoying the gym and pool with 5-6 teenagers blasting music while neither using the gym equipment or swimming! There are very thin walls and your bedroom shares a wall with your neighbors living room..There is a security guard only until 1am and 4 days a week so if you have an issue later than that it is your word against your neighbors. Again, the grounds/amenities/staff are great, but unless you are inconsiderate yourself or have your own unruly children it is not worth living here. Some of the buildings may be better than others but Im currently in a horrible one.

Sevona Tranquility Lakes is a very nice apartment complex to live in. The staff and managers go above and beyond to make sure you feel right at home and that everything you need taken care of swiftly. I have an amazing view of the pool and the lake and it’s the coziest I’ve ever felt in an apartment. I’m sad to leave but need to be closer to work.

I have lived here for 2 years and I have greatly enjoyed my experience. The apartments are nice and well kept, the grounds are beautiful and its nice to have access to the lake next to the apartments. Management is helpful and kind (for the most part, we all have our days). I have never EVER seen the small roaches in my apartment, and I have seen two tree roaches in my apartment since I have moved in. There are occasional raccoon in the trash, but its the trash and they are of no nuisances to me. The apartment is easy access to anything you could possibly need. My only complaints would be the office hours make it difficult to get packages when you have a 9-5 job and the kids are often loud, but that to expect in a community with children. All in all I would absolutely recommend it to people! I am moving simply to be closer to the city and b/c rent has increased a bit. Hope this helps!

Living at Sevona was the best renting experience Ive ever had. The front desk staff was always very hospitable, especially Brandye. Maintenance was very timely...either same day or next day response.Would definitely recommend.

Have been living in Sevona Tranquility apartment for quite some time and find it beautiful from outside and well maintained from inside. Staff is very co-operative and understanding, maintenance staff is prompt. I consider this as one of better one in the area with a good schooling district too.

Ive lived here for almost 7 years, and I use to love to call this home. The new management team is dry and insensitive and lacks customer service. They talk at you and not too you. Over the past hour, my deals with the front office make me reconsider renewing my lease. I dont visit the office often, but when I do, I dont leave with a good impression. Brandye is rude.

I moved into my apartment in November of last year. The leasing consultant that helped me talked a pretty good game. She showed me a beautiful show room that looks nothing like the apartment I moved in. NOTHING WAS THE SAME. (floors, carpet, appliances)I signed a 6 month lease because I knew just from speaking with the woman that I wouldnt like it and I was in a tight situation so I had to just go ahead and lease.My first months rent was beyond incorrect!!! She charged me for a washer and dryer and for another tenant living with me.I dont know how or where she got this other person from because my name was the only one on the lease.Not only did she make the error of adding an additional tenant but she changed my lease agreement. I was signed up for a years lease.When I went to speak to the manager about the complaint she told me that the leasing agent no longer worked there and I would have to keep my lease as is.I have had countless maintenance issues. Thank God for the maintenance people they are so sweet and you will be better of if you go straight to them for help.Management is horrible and I truly wonder if any of them have high school diplomas because they are all just ridiculous.I have ROACHES, BUGS and any other creature you can imagine crawling around in my apartment.Not to mention the day I moved in I was told not to use the tub or sink for at least 48 hrsThe people above me have at least 3 animals that stay up all night. I have told the front office about the noise at least twice a week. Ive called the police and they have come 4 times now.These apartments say luxury but this is truly the ghetto. Its sad to say but it is.Kids play in the walkway of the buildings at all times of the night and the office does nothing about it.If you are thinking about living here, please think again. You can spend your money anywhere else but here.I have given my notice and I literally have one month left here and I cant do it !!! Im moving out a month in advance. When I asked to put my apartment back on the market for a different date, she assured me she would but after speaking to the new leasing consultant he informed that she hadnt. The apartment was already in the system for the 11/31 and it would stay that way.Side note: I asked to get out of my lease about 3 months ago. I got a new job in Katy and I live in Pearland. After I explained to her my issues she giggled and informed me that they dont have the mileage clause in their lease and from a managerial stand point she just couldnt allow that because everyone would start to say that. ?!?!? I drive 96 miles a day............She told me her husband drives far too and its stressful but doable.Needless to say.....these apartments SUCK!

I have had no problems at all with this complex. The staff in the office is great and understanding, the grounds are very nice, and kept up very well. I have seen some roaches, but we are next to a lake and this is texas - the tree roaches come out in the heat, especially with all the trees on the complex. The only complaint I have is that the walls are a bit thin, as I can hear my neighbors talking in a normal voice all the time. Other than that the complex is great. I would totally recommend it!

He has went over and above in his field of management, in my view to make sure that all residents.....whether they be new or old. With Mike you have full access to be able to discuss any issues that you are facing. Not only does he have this mannerism in the office, but also if you see him out on the property...…he is still professional and cordial! Mike will also provide ways of assistance to help the resident and the company especially through this COVID-19 PandemicMike is the type of manager, if he is working on a task or a project for you....you can count on him to stick with it until it is executed. Upper management along with the lovely ladies that work in the office with him, are very lucky to have him on board with this team!!Mike, continue to be a great asset to the company. Move in process was easy and the management team helped me through all the steps to make sure I was able to move in very quickly! Staff is friendly and I’ve enjoyed my stay!

I rented an apartment from them 2011-2012 it was really awful. The grounds are beautiful several palm trees and nice landscaping. With that being said, with those tropical trees comes a bug problem!!! I didnt have small roaches but I had the HUGE ones that fly!! Not to mention all the ants and beetles that lurk around the grounds and some find their way into your place. They do not exterminate neither!! Its awful especially if you have small kids, pets or asthma. Now for the new managing team... they are unprofessional and rude! Especially the short black male with the adult braces!!!! Just do not deal with him at all. If you see him just run the other way. They are not competent in business management at all. Matter of fact, I noticed that a lot of people are moving out! Maybe because they are slow to fix things as well. It took them 3months for them to fix a leaky faucet in my restroom and not to mention the leaky pipe that was inside of the walls. Their way of fixing the pipe was to paint over the wet spot... SMH I knew that I would not be renewing my lease after that! This place is not worth any of your hard earned money and its definitely not a place you should call HOME! Keep looking! The best thing to do is ride through the complex and ask not one but several of the tenants (if any still exist) about their stay.

Do not move here. These are not luxury apartments. They had filled with racism, mold and mildrew. The office staff (Monica and Jessica) are not compassionate and will try to rip you off financially with try to vacate their property.They offer me to leave the community with paying:$450.66 for 11/18/2019-11/30/2019$1213.00 by 11/30/2019 for lease terminate feeSo they want me to pay $1,663.66 for basically 24 hours and this apartment is like this.I moved in on 11/18/2019, shared my concerns on 11/19/2019 and left the property on 11/20/2019. This has been the best living experience!! Monica and Jessica are always prompt with any request that I’ve had in the past three years of living there. The maintenance guys also can’t be beat! I would highly recommend anyone if their looking for a beautiful place to stay!!

Staff and Maintenance are wonderful to work with and always respond quickly. The grounds are always clean and beautiful. The conference room and business center have been a life saver when needed for my work.

This property is well maintained and is run professionally by a great management company. The property manager Monica is always friendly and outgoing and is always there to help whenever theres a need. Every time I have gone in the office she is always there with a smile.

I cannot give 0 stars so I had to click on the 1 star to post this.My apartment flooded in Feb. this year during the winter storm, after the pipe for the fire sprinklers inside my apartment burst open. Water was pouring out of the ceiling and flooded my apartment. I have videos of this. The apartment manager had fixed, only the ceiling where the pipe burst.In March, I saw that mold was coming out of the ceiling and walls of my apartment. I have photos. I immediately notified the apartments staff of this in writing. They did not fix the apartment like it should have been, right after it flooded, that is why the mold grew inside the walls and ceiling and started coming out.After I returned to my apartment, I could feel in my mouth and back of my throat, the sheetrock dust in the apartment. They did not clean my apartment like they should have after removing and replacing the sheetrock etc. with mold in it. I have photos of sheetrock dust that was left on my things, the counter tops, floor. I got very sick only a few days after I returned to my apartment and had to call 911. EMS took me to a hospital. I was admitted there for days. While in the hospital they did a CT scan of my chest and found nodule in my lung. I have never had nodule in my lung. I was discharged from the hospital.Because I was in the hospital, last week I had my apartment cleaned by a maid-service. When they pushed the fridge to a side to clean the floor near it, I saw that there was mold on the wood trim and wall that is near the side of the fridge. As stated in the lease, I reported it in writing in lincolnapts.com and emailed the regional manager of this. I notified her in the email that I want to transfer to another apartment, and that the sheetrock, wood trim, etc. with mold in it should be removed only after I and my things have transferred to another apartment. The next day maintenance came to my apartment, moved the fridge and took photos of the mold. He was going to wipe off the mold on the wood trim and sheetrock. He called someone and claimed that the wall was not wet, and told the other person on the other end of the phone that I did not want him to wipe off the mold. The lease states that when there is mold on sheetrock, the sheetrock should be removed and replaced, which is according to Texas State law. I sent another email to the regional manager and the corporate office that I want to transfer to another apartment. I did not hear back from anyone at the apartment leasing office or Lincoln Property Company. Maintenance returned today and stated at my door that he was here to clean off the mildew on the wall, wood trim near the fridge. I told him it was mold, and that for my health and safety, I could not let him wipe off the mold while I was living in the apartment.The law is that they inform all current and future residents of mold when found in any apartment. They never did this after they found mold in my apartment.I will post more in follow-up postings.

The staff in leasing office are very unprofessional and are flat out liars. They gave my wife and I wrong information about the deposit amount and kept going back on their word. Also I dealt with different two people who were saying two different things. Sandy and Blake are their names. They are not easily accessible as some one was always out to lunch every time I came in. Also they discriminatory undertones in the conversations I had with the them . Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time here.

Not a spam... But I will properly give you why I am rating you a one star. Not luxury at all!! I visited months back and notice that the gate was jammed and wasnt fixed when I was in the process of deciding what apartments to live in. I didnt have the friendliest service in the front office when I was looking for an apartment. The guy who mention was the assistant manager was rude and didnt seem like he cared to help me.

The leasing agent on site was horrible when I walked in to request info and possibly tour. She didnt greet us because she was in the back and then when she did appear, she very abruptly and rudely said Im out touring a property right now and you will have to wait until I get back. It didnt inspire much confidence as a place to live and spend my money. Needless to say, my friend and I left a few minutes later and will be leasing elsewhere.

We have been at Sevona for two years and love living here. Staff is friendly and very helpful, maintenance is always prompt in responding to any problem that may occur. I would recommend Sevona to anyone looking to rent in this area.

I am disappointed with my experience living here. I have had issues for several months with residents in two apartments over my head keeping up excessive noise during late hours. Including several other issues. Unfortunately, my experience has not been the best.

I’m looking forward to moving here in April, Lisa has been great helping us find our new place.

This cockroach/rat infested dump is seriously overpriced for the government slums type of environment that it exhudes. They boast tons of square footage, but they dont mention that half of it is wasted in bedroom sized bathrooms. The whole city of Pearland knows the code to the security gates, which doesnt matter because theyre always open. In short, save your money and stay in a hostel, same living conditions, only a hell of a lot cheaper!

I wanted to know prices, and everything they had to offer as far as specials, and amenities, and Amber was very helpful, and respect. She answered all my questions, and broke everything down perfectly for me.
