The new manager (Julie)is amazing!Ms.Julie, thank you for your exceptional assistance in finding our new apartment home. The property is beautiful, clean, and the perfect location for us.Im so excited to move in.

I had a tremendously horrendous and very scary encounter with Julie the new manager .. she came to my apartment almost broke the door down and screamed at me wouldnt tell me what she needed proceeded to say we were loud and behind on rent. Which we are, I told her about the process to try a payment arrangement but she screamed that she didnt need to take my money so I was very confused as to why she needed to come to my unit, scare my 3 small children and then say she didnt have to take my money and when I asked what were we doing to cause so much noise she kept saying well not now they arent being loud but never explained what she was hearing that made her come up here screaming... I was so confused, scared and nervous. I thought for a minute that she was going to hit me. Police cant do anything until she does serious harm/threatens or physically harms one of us. Needles to say that is exactly why I never open the door for anyone. She then proceeded to walk away while loudly screaming have a good day! have a good day! all down the hall. She was caught on two different rings camera screaming and banging on my door. Yet her email stated that people were complaining about loud noise in the corridors. Im so confused and still very scared Im afraid she will continue to act on her Ill feelings.(We never know what someone is going through at home)BE KIND 🤍

I lived at Amber Oaks since 2016 (until last week). I have had a great experience living there. It is a quiet & small complex with plenty of parking. The features in the apartment are beautiful. The complex/neighborhood is very quiet – no crime, neighbors & nice & stay to their selves. You have easy access to 288 & Beltway 8 & 45. The bundle package that Amber Oaks offers is AMAZING (super affordable). The manager Jessica, is excellent. Her customer service & hospitality is superb. I will most definitely miss being a resident at Amber Oaks (Moved due to relocation of employment).

I have and still enjoy living here (3yrs.+) The manager, Mrs. Jessica and assistant manager, Ms. Janai are very kind and courteous and actually listen to your concerns. Any issue that arise they address promply! They are a blessing to me, especially since moving from apartments down the road across from Highlands Glen subdivision. It really matters when the time come to renew lease or move on... I have a one bedroom which is beautiful, modern and spacious. I like the quietness and the fact its a small community. Well kept and manicured. Thanks again Mrs. Jessica and Ms. Janai for all you do and for the goodies/water available to guests and residents in the leasing office :)

We just moved here and we love it! Our 1 bedroom is a good size, and its in perfect condition. no surprises, like roaches or mold. The staff is very friendly as well, we are probably going to be living here for a long time.

I Love living here , modern interior, laundry hooks, huge bathrooms with lots of storage and huge closets in both bedrooms . The property Manager Jessica is wonderful, she is always on top of any issue and responds to work orders as soon as she gets them. We also have valet trash!

This place is neat, quiet and peaceful the rooms are spacious with amenities at close range . I can literally walk to the grocery, Walgreens ,mail saloon lots of stores close by. Above all the rent is reasonable

Jessica was the most understanding person at this property.. the new management doesn’t seem to care about loyalty even when a resident has been there for several yearsThe place has gotten run down some residents have roach issues & nothing is being done about the situation I personally don’t have this issue but I know of a new resident not even 1st day in his apartment decided to not move in because his apartment had roaches .. over priced for what you get sad to see such a beautiful property go to wasteNew management change was a huge mistake

I only gave it 1 star just so I can comment i didnt wanna rate but that was my only way to comment. how much is a 2 bedroom and 2 baths. The website not showing. Only 1 bed for 900.

Great place. Nice clean and quiet. Move in process was smooth and easy. 10/10

I love living here the staff at the office are awesome and so is the maintenance! We’re not moving for a long time.

Need new management

This leasing office is NEVER opened! No matter what time of the day I come it’s not opened! I’ve been coming here 2weeks and still no luck 🙄

Nice place, very classy, caring neighbors, and is close to the high school!
