The viewing was super smooth and liked the community. Murphy was great.1 year update: Great place to live in. Good community and maintainence staff as well as management are efficient and understanding. Due to work I have to leave, unfortunately. But I really loved to stay here with my family.

Danielle is such a kind soul and helped me out while answering all of my questions. She is also very creative in giving ideas on what I could add to the apartment and where! So far, the apartments look wonderful to live in and very secure and we can’t wait until we move in!

I had the pleasure of touring with Murphy and she was exceptional. The community updates are gorgeous! You can really tell they are sparing no expense.

The staff is outstanding. I can’t say enough good about them. Danielle has always been on top of the game. The office manger has always been easy to talk to and listen s to her people and tenants. Any needs were always met with speed and completed quickly. I can’t thank Danielle enough for all she has done. All the girls in the office are always helpful and very friendly. The place is very quiet and kept up. Thank you all again for your great service and place to call home. Have a great day.

The leasing process was fairly easy. The very first tour that we took before touring the apartment was very informative. The staff and maintenance are all very friendly. I appreciate the fast responses that the staff here gives. The apartment is nice and the leasing office is aesthetically pleasing. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Updated!!Treated very unfairly by the Regional Manager. Attempted to contact Waterton and was directed right back to her. Ive been here 5 years and have never had any issues until now. Time to move on. Otherwise very quiet and peaceful community. One mishap in 5 years! Right save your comment, my payments have always been on time even in this crazy economy where just about everyone is having rental issues due to rising costs! Just riding out my lease but thanks for the lack of concern!

3 Years Happy!!!I love this community as a whole. The maintenance team is efficient, friendly, and on point. The new management that has taken over the property has done an awesome job upgrading the buildings, grounds, and amenities. The community is safe, quiet, and clean. As a whole, we truly get what we pay for, and its only getting better.I also want to thank the new management for last months awesome pool party. The free snow cones and snacks were quite enjoyable, and the visiting food truck had things smelling quite festive. Please keep it up, you all are doing a great job. This is a great place to live and raise a family.I am looking forward to renewing my lease for another year.

I am genuinely thrilled to call Sladestone my new home! Danielle and Murphy made the entire experience amazing. From touring the beautiful property to answering all my questions, their professional and courteous interaction with me throughout made what is already a very stressful process so much more relaxed and comfortable. This property is beautiful, clean, and peaceful, and all the amenities are up-to-date and stunning. Danielle introduced me to the friendly property manager and maintenance guys, which was a nice touch. I am excited to officially move in next week and join the Sladestone family.

Danielle and Murphy are the absolute best, along with all the staff and maintenance crew. I have been a resident here for over 5 years and The leasing office staff has always took care of any issues that have occurred. They are super responsive and quick at getting the problem handled. As recent empty nesters looking to downsize, my husband and I visited various apartments, including Sladestone. It surpassed our expectations with a 10/10 rating. The leasing staff, Danielle and Murphy, warmly greeted us, and Elizabeth, the property manager even took a moment to introduced herself. Danielle provided a thorough tour and the explanation we needed. We were impressed by the propertys cleanliness and tranquility. This was our third apartment visit, but Sladestone stood out so much that we were ready to sign a lease, but we must finalize our current homes situation first. Weve found our new home! Ive been staying at Sladestone for the past 6 months, and Im pretty impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I moved in, its been nothing but positive interactions and great service from the staff. Night and day from my last place.The leasing and customer service team is truly top-notch. They are professional, friendly, and readily available. Whenever I have a question, need assistance with paperwork, or just want to chat about apartment living, the ladies at the front have always been helpful.The maintenance team deserves some love as well. The place is very well kept. Ive only had a couple of small maintenance requests (fan cord broke, toilet handle broke, etc.) but theyve fixed my issues very quickly and were super friendly.Overall, this is a nice community and a fantastic place to call home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something new.

I came to tour this property with a client. Murphy was excellent and gave such a well detailed tour. She was able to answer all of my clients questions. I really appreciate your help that day. And she definitely deserves a raise.

Overall our time was ok. We left because the price increase didn’t equate to the amenities offered or the features in the unit. There is not even a water filter on the fridge come on now it’s 2024. I will say maintenance needs a lot of work. I don’t know if it’s because there aren’t enough maintenance on staff, but they weren’t able to properly address significant issues. For example, our dryer was out for a whole month and we did not get help until I called the office. Our washer, the hot water cycle did not work at all and I put in multiple requests and it was never fixed. We had to wash everything on the cold cycle. Could you imagine?So four months no hot water cycle and a whole month no dryer. Ridiculous with what we were paying. The last request I put in, maintenance marked the job as complete and at that point I just gave up all hope and knew it was time to go. The office staff is nice but most of your interactions will be with maintenance and for that and at the price I think there are a lot better options out there.Also this is the first place I ever signed a lease and days later notified that the previous tenant refused to move out. This was right after we put our notice in to leave our previous unit so imagine the stress that could be put on someone. We were moved to a new unit and were told that it was identical to the original, only for us to find out when we called to ask clarifying questions that it was not identical. Luckily a third unit became available that met our requests but even then the renovations weren’t complete and we had to call multiple times to get things addressed. The staff did apologize, however the entire situation was a bit unprofessional in my opinion. Maybe we just had a bad experience but after staying downtown for many years I will say there are a lot better options out there for the money.

The maintenance staff are very nice. You see them driving around the property on their golf carts cleaning up the property and completing work orders throughout the day. The office hours from 10am-6pm are only good if you work from home or get off work and can make it to the office before 6pm. Most do not and cannot. The upgraded amenities of the office, pool, fitness center, playground and even dog park are modern. They did re-paint all the front doors and garage doors. However, the amenity upgrades do not match the actual apartments which have old appliances, fixtures, shower heads, lighting, washer/dryer, and the list goes on and on. Rent increases hundreds of dollars every year. I see how the upgrades happened with all the increases in rent. The extreme rent increases do not match the age of the property even though management and the regional supervisors will say it’s in comparison to the other properties in the area. However, those other properties were built maybe about 2 years ago. They do try to host little activities and use to have food trucks available. However, the activities are typically before 6pm. Despite the rent increases and some other concerns, the property is ok.

My family and I just moved to Sladestone, working with the manager, Ms. Lucy and Murphy, who was our leasing agent. They were the absolute best and made the transition as smooth as possible. We love it and are looking forward to our future here. Overall, the property is peaceful and a great place to call home.

Update; 3.13.24. I’ve lived here for about 9 months and still absolutely love this complex. It’s kept clean and maintained. Maintenance responds quickly. The community is quiet and family friendly. No packages ever are stolen from doorsteps. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. I would continue to love to live here if my rent isn’t increased at renewal lol ;).My whole experience with Sladestone was phenomenal. So much, I came back a second time in the same day. Murphy was very friendly and knowledgeable. The complex itself feels like a neighborhood instead of apartments. It was quiet, clean, and the apartments were of amazing quality. Less than 6 hours later I put in an application. :)

Sladestone has been a good place to live. The management company maintains the property very well. The maintenance team is responsive, and Lucy the Finance Director has been especially helpful. I was out of work for a brief period and she was kind, understanding, empathetic and supportive, as I worked to get things back on track. I would definitely recommend Sladestone.

The property is beautiful and clean. Upon entering the leasing office, we were greeted by the most pleasant agent. Murphy was so enthusiastic and very pleasant. She had a bright and beautiful smile. Murphy answered all our questions. The property has a nice gym and a club room that can be rented for events. Murphy was very transparent and honest. The pool was green, and she explained that the pump wasnt working, and the pool was closed for repairs. I appreciate her honesty. The rest of the tour went well. The apartment was really nice and spacious. Also, another nice feature is that the stairs for the second level are on the inside of the apartment. Great idea for security, and it looks great aesthetically.

I just want to start off by saying I have never left a review before, not even for my favorite restaurants. But the experience I had when I came to tour the property left such a warm stamp on my heart (to the point that I came back for a 2nd tour lol). DANIELLE, was/is absolutely amazing! Its hard to come cross someone who enjoys their job and do it exceptionally well!! She immediately greeted my mother and I, and made the tour feel as if a family friend was giving a tour of their home. She took pride in the property, and helped me vision myself living there, without pressuring me or trying to oversell me. I am a person with a million questions, but she answered some things before I could ask. The property itself is nice and clean. Even with renovations going on, they keep the materials neat and in designated areas. The property is pretty quiet and calm, and I toured during the week and on the weekend. They have really nice amenities that I do not see other apartments offer, such as an area to wash your cars. Thank you Danielle, I can not wait to sign and receive my keys to my new home. Keep up with great work, you are a true blessing!

I absolutely love it here! The management team and staff are always very helpful and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. The maintenance team are kind and helpful. The apartments are a little dated compared to local apartments in the area, but I’m sure in time it will be updated soon. I love the family oriented feel and it nice and quiet. The only advice I would give is maybe update the older apartments. Besides that I love it!!

Toured with Murphy twice I just love the property. Can’t afford it right now the property is absolutely beautiful. Murphy is a amazing.

I really love these apartment and the area. Neighbors are quite and never have any issues at all. Cleanliness is BIG for me so I love how clean they keep the complex. The front office staff is wonderful, the old staff was amazing also but this staff is just a great. Well the ones I have had the pleasure of speaking with. Its hard to get someone on the phone but hey nothing can just be perfect. Danielle and Arturo are awesome and came through quickly with things I needed done in the apartment. The maintenance staff here is amazing. I havent had much request in the time I been here but when I needed something done, it was done fast and with excellence. Loving how they are upgrading the complex. It sucks that the pool have to be closed during the summer but I understand why they need to do the work because of some safety issues so for now we will find other ways to go swimming until it is open. Overall I give this complex an A PLUS!!!

I love my apartment and the leasing staff and maintenance is phenomenal but I only have one complaint. I live directly in front of the trash container area and not weekend it is an eye sore, I mean trash is thrown every where and starting to notice more roaches inside my unit and garage I never had that problem before. Please do something about this because it really makes the apartment complex looks trashy.

I have been living at Sladestone for a month now and I have had an excellent experience. The community is quiet and feels like a home rather than a typical apartment complex (which was important to me). Lucy and the staff have been wonderful and welcoming and eager to help with any thing I need. The small maintenance request I submitted was almost immediately fixed and Jose was so kind. I know there are multiple renovations being done to the main office with a gym which I am excited for. So far, I would recommend Sladestone to anyone!

This is my 2nd tour with Danielle F. I toured in May and then again in November 2023. I have to say she was Absolutely Amazing! The property and all the upgrades to the grounds and the unit is the best in the area. If you want to live somewhere with professional management and beautiful unit this is your place to call home.

Stonepost is such a great community to live in! We loved living here and if it wasnt for the need to be closer to work, we would have renewed our lease! The community feels so safe. The maintenance people are awesome, so quick to help, and always readily available. Many of the units have attached garages which is amazing! The community is family friendly and dog friendly. The front desk people Rite & Sabrina are so awesome and helpful! We really hate to leave, but our time here was so wonderful! We highly recommend,

My family moved into the community after Hurricane Harvey and this has been our home since. I truly value customer service and Lucy T. Is top notch. She is very compassionate, respectful and truly cares about the residents. She has been a Godsend to our family and for this I am grateful. The community is quiet and dram free and great comfortable place for a family.

I recently moved to my first apartment here and I feel inclined to share my experience. The staff is very friendly and the service was exceptional. It didnt take long for me to feel welcomed with the help of the assistant manager, Sabrina. The apartments are spacious and its a safe community. I especially enjoy using the 24/7 access gym that has everything I need to complete a workout. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!

I love my unit first and foremost! Now I was a little nervous with the mangement company changing in the middle of my lease but thankfully its been a smooth transition. I love what theyve done with the pool area upgrades and the landscaping + lighting upgrades at the community entry way. It looks so pretty at night. The management staff has been super helpful and pleasant to me anytime Ive had an issue or just needed information. Ive been in the community over 3 years and Im still pleased even after the transition. Im looking forward to the new gym and wifi cafe reno as well!

Its an excellent place to live and a safe environment for your kids and family

Since, new management has stepped in theres been a 360 positive turn around, in customer service, maintenance, landscape, new playground with a cover to protect kids from the sun, upgraded pool, and amenities, easy parking, and a very quiet community. Not to mention, the new and upcoming front office and gym: based on what I know it will be state of the art. The office staff, from Danielle to Lucy, (if I am missing anyone else forgive me) is amazing. Talk about a community, that works with their tenants, and makes sure their needs come first, is to say the least. Yes rent is high, but what you get will be well worth it. Way to go Sladestone at Shadow Creek

We lived here for about 6 years. The property changed hands a couple times. The newer management company has been more attentive to both the property and the individual apartment maintenance. One issue that seems to keep happening is trash overflow at the dumpster. Many times this is from someone throwing something they shouldn’t into the compactor and it breaks.The maintenance staff has always been great. They are friendly and knowledgeable and the best.The swimming pool is nice. Better than most of the neighborhood pools in the area, though it doesn’t have any splash pad area for little kids.Speaking of kids, the playground is decent, but not well maintained. The mulch levels are low, and there has been a missing handhold from the climbing wall for over 6 years.The apartments are nice and feel bigger than they are. Expect noise from neighbors, no more or less than any other complex.The management seems indifferent towards most tenants. That was one area the previous company was better at. And the front office staff has a high rotation, so one person may not be there the next month.Overall, it is a nice place in a good location. Traffic isn’t great at rush hour on the surrounding roads, but it is a nice little haven outside of Houston.

We have lived in Stonepost for 2 years. We have loved it. Its not the newest or nicest apartment in the area but the people are awesome. The maintenance staff is great and makes sure it is done right. They have always been very responsive and double check to make sure the issue is resolved. Rita in the office has made the whole experience wonderful! We had a sudden life change and needed to switch to a different apartment. Rita was super accommodating to make sure it would work out easily. We are leaving due to moving into a house. But we would have definitely renewed our lease if we didnt. During covid, they have also been very responsible and communicated expectations very clearly about the amenities. We loved using the pool in the summer and the workout room. Highly recommend.

We moved here from Arkansas, July 2021, and this has been a very pleasant place to live! It is quiet, the units are spacious, and the staff are friendly. Lucy Torres has always been very professional when I’ve interacted with her. The other staff members have been super sweet as well. Look no further, you cannot find a better community than Sladestone to call home.

I loved my apartment when I moved in back when they were Stone post. Staff was great, property was wonderful. The new company however has turned things around. I will definitely be moving when the lease is up. You can put in work order after work order even call the office and speak to someone they will tell maintenance is coming that day but they never show up. A few of the office staff are nice others have horrible attitudes. It seems like they find something to complain about often. They always want to say a neighbor complained. Funny how I have the same neighbors I had with the previous company and there was never a complaint before. Further they are horrible with the trash. I end up taking my own because it never gets picked up even though I pay them for it every month. The trash area is always over flowing and stinks up the entire front of the apartments ( again didnt happen under the old company). Its really sad I fully thought Id be living here a few more years but no way. Im out as soon as my lease is up. We pay too much for nothing to ever be fixed, and trash to never be picked up. It really is a shame.

I have lived here for a year and a few months and I must say the new team has come in and handled business my absolute favorites are Danielle and Lucy. Those two ladies get things done and make sure to communicate with you in the process. The community it self is quiet and family friendly, my kids run around like crazy with their friends. All 3 of us love it here!!!!!

Absolutely love my townhouse styled apartment. The staff (Danielle and Jacob) are so helpful and amazing. The property manager Lucy is seriously one of a kind, she literally will do everything in her power to help her residents especially when life happens.Thank You Guys!!

Im going for my 3rd year here at Sladestone. I do not have any complaints. The staff all around is super helpful and quick. I love it for their amenities and the appearance of the apartments. It is also a peaceful complex.

Sladestone is one of the best apartment complexes in Shadowcreek. The staff is really friendly and helpful. If there is an issue, they resolve it within 24 hours non emergency within an hour for emergencies.

My experience was very delightful! Lucy made me feel excited about living there! The place is beautiful from the entrance to the viewing of the facility was wonderful and inviting!

Lucy is the greatest! She is always available to answer and assist with any questions or concerns I may have. Such a great asset to Sladestone!

I like my apartment but hate the new property management company. Unnecessary changes and fees are draining. If there wasnt a problem why change it? Next is repeated communication AND phone calls about the same thing. Why put a notice on my door saying youre entering my apartment on said day and then turn around and call me on that day to notify me that youre entering my apartment?! JUST GO IN! After 2 years Im honestly considering moving when my lease is up && they have increased rent without any upgrades to the apartments.Edited to add that they are now charging a monthly CAM fee with new leases; however, the pool in closed in the Texas summer with no warning it was closing or for how long. Were essentially paying for stuff we cant use. I regret renewing my lease but this will definitely be my last year here.Edited again to add: Unnecessary fees and very unorganized. I’ve been here for 2 years prior to them taking over and submitted proof of my renter’s insurance and I’m still being charged for their renter’s insurance. They either overly communicate or don’t communicate at all, useless when it’s money gained for them. I should’ve never renewed my lease and now I can’t wait for it to be up

Very professional and informative. The property looks very nice, apartment units upgraded, price was impressive, and I didn’t see anything alarming. The only issue was the wait to be seen. It was understandable because one agent was on the property and another had someone at their desk. Overall I was impressed.

The young lady I had the pleasure of meeting today Danielle Farias was exceptionally helpful and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Sladestone Shadow Creek is at the top of my list.

Beware!!!one of the reasons we chose this apartment its because of murphy, she was sincere, patient and helpful during and after the application and until we moved here few weeks ago. what i regret going here is the people living upstairs, you can always hear loud footsteps, loud thuds of footsteps. they think they are in a playground.. i complained about this but i guess the management cant do anything about these inconsiderate people. noise cancellation ear phones dont even work.sladestones has very thin flooring in between 1st and 2nd floor i guess.im slowly developing migraine with these inconsiderate people!!!10 more months to go b4 my contact ends here😢😢

I genuinely appreciate the level of professionalism I receive from Lucy T. and Danielle. They are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Lucy is very personable and easy to speak with. If I ever have any questions both ladies never hesitate to assist me.

When I walked in I was greeted so warmly and let me know by my name that they were expecting me. The apartments were beautiful the grounds were well kept and both of the front desk ladies were so kind and informative.

This is a very clean and organized community on the outside. The location is very good as well. It has a decent exercise room, nice pool, a small dog park and a small playground. The apartments are fairly modern and a few have attached garages. The parking is plentiful too. Definitely worth looking into if you are moving to the area.

I would like to publicly thank the new management team for the improvements that are being made to the property. The additional lighting at the front entrance is totally nice and the efforts to improve the property are commendable. The staff is very nice, polite, knowledgeable and professional. They expeditiously follow through with responding to questions and handling requests.

I have lived here for 2 years now. Past office staff was friendly. The new staff they got including the manager has horrible attitudes. You don’t even get acknowledgement when you go into the office even if you walk past them outside they don’t speak. Very rude. I will be glad when my lease is over so I can leave this place. There are new people in the office all the time so you speak to one person about an issue then next month they are gone so you have to start over with your issue and explain everything. If there is a complaint they tell you different things each time. I have lived in many apartments but never had issues with the apartment or the staff.

I lived at Stonepost for two and a half years and never had any issues with this complex. The property was usually clean and quiet. I always felt safe there and the office staff were pleasant and accommodating. The only reason I moved is because I got married and purchased a house.

This complex is quiet, clean, and inviting. The amenities are wonderful as well as the actual apartments themselves. My one complaint is that the front doors slam very loud here. I realized this happened on my own door and purchased a floor mat to put near the door. This keeps it from slamming. I wish the rest of the residents would do the same. Maybe the leasing office could provide them to new tenants. Other than that I love this place, and have no plans on moving.Side Note : The gym is hardly use able at this point. I have paid less money at apartment complexes and received much better gyms. But I am giving them a pass because renovation should start soon on the gym or so the leasing office says.

Lucy was amazing, she has gone above and beyond to help us during a very stressful moving out situation. I literally think of her as an angel. I dont have words, to describe what she has done for our family. We are extremely thankful for everything she has done to help us find a home at Sladestone Shadow Creek Apartments. This is the first apartment complex i have lived in in for over 15 years. The apartment I have is nice, certainly nicer than what I had 15 years ago. To me the noise level is very low. I can hear the garage doors under me open and close but i never hear my neighbors. The complex overall is ok. The new gym is very nice as is the connected community center. The pool is nice and has updated furniture. The office staff have always been friendly and fairly responsive. Maintenance can be a little slow, especially on common requests (like air filter changes) but seems competent. There are a lot of kids in the community which does lead to some noise outside and some slow drives through the complex. The one main negative about Stonepost is that until recently they have had some real issues with trash and trash collection. The compactor was undersized for the complex which led to a large build up (weeks worth) of trash that was not hauled away. This seems to have been corrected with a new larger compactor but occasionally I still see trash build up. I do run into some pest issues (mostly ants) and I have seen some indications of mice in my garage.

I love this apartment complex! From the staff to the quality and upkeep of the area it’s just beautiful. I have been here for all most a year and would highly recommend to anyone looking. Although one thing is that I wish we did more outings and events for the complex.

I’ve stayed at this location over 5 years with a home purchase in between. I couldn’t have asked for a better location. Peaceful, activities are given, call out person actually comes unlike some other places. Staff if amazing and maintenance is phenomenal. I will miss this location and plan to visit time to time.

I toured Sladestone shadow creek about a week ago and I loved it! The office staff was so friendly! Talking to jacob and Danielle was a great experience. A lot of other places just look at you like a dollar sign, they treated me like family! I’m not looking to move until early fall but I’m going to fill out an application as soon as I’m able. I would give more stars if I could!

Ive been living in these apts for a little over a year and since Waterton has taken over....OMG!!! Not only have they taken the time to make the property look better (better landscaping, remodeled pool and pool area, buildings painted, new playground, improves car washing area, improved dog washing station!!!From the manager Elizabeth to leasing agents like Danielle, and the awesome maintenance staff everyone is welcoming and AMAZING! I can honestly say I love living here!Oh, and the internet Cafe is a great place to work with a great pool view.

I move in a month before it was sold (November 2021). Used to be called Stonepost. The office was nice and helpful. Their resident portal actually worked. The price made sense due to the security that was provided. However, since it’s been changed to Sladestone it’s gone downhill. Complete trash. Rent should be $700 now. The gate stays broken. They “fix” it and it stays open again for a week or so. Once the new company took over not only are you paying crazy overpriced rent but $100 water bill and I work 6 days a week. A rental home is $40 a month. Average of $2100 and the washer and dryers are 12yrs old. Nothing is fixed when you put in a work order. You have to put in multiple orders for some help.Trash piles up at the front. Crazy. Paying for trash pickup yet it can go undone at many times. New office staff act like you owe them. Their portal to pay rent was perfect when it was stonepost. Now it’s so garbage that it won’t allow you to pay unless with a card. It won’t accept your bank account. So this scam charges you upwards to $100 just to pay rent. And if you choose to pay in person the manager gets an attitude and tells you that they won’t allow physical payments anymore soon. I went in and 3 other people were angry about the scam fees. This place is a joke. Even worse, I come home and find smoked cigars and the door unlocked. Not broken into. Unlocked. I tell management, I’m told I need to show proof. Now I’m installing cameras everywhere. Don’t come here. Go to Stella or any other spot. This place fell off. Not safe for family. No cameras. Nothing. They overcharging. Run Away

Visited leasing office on 1st of august, staff told us they were very busy and come back at 3pm we said ok and left, came back again 3pm and found the office closed until 3:30pm, do not waste anyones time guys that is not nice

I toured this property only. Decent price for units with attached garages. Nice inside if you arent looking for the fancy stuff. Staff told me they are going to start offering updated units later in the year. It was very quiet for a Saturday afternoon. Seems like a nice place to live.

Just moved in on 18 Jan 2024 and Lucy Torres has been very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I’m very pleased with her and Sladestone Apts thus far.

Ive enjoyed my time here at Stonepost at Shadow Creek. Ive been here three years and would likely resign if I didnt move forward with purchasing a home. The management has been responsive, service requests have been addressed in a reasonable time frame, and the community is relatively quiet.

I have been living at this property for 4 years now and will say I have yet to have a negative experience. I have seen change of management and will say everyone in the office is very professional and truly try to get to know the residents! All of the maintenance professionals are quick and kind and helpful. I have nothing but positive to say!

My dryer broke and called the leasing office and spoke with Danielle and she immediately got on it right to him maintenance and the very next morning at 9 AM. We had another dryer. Thank you for your quick response because we were right in the middle of drying clothes. Lol.

This is a wonderful place to live!! My family and I really love how great the atmosphere is when you come inside the gates. They have a very nice and welcoming staff that goes far and beyond to make sure our living experience is excellent!! 6 Stars!!!

My bathtub had slow drainage, but it has been fixed. I don’t know if my air filters were changed or not. Someone should leave a note to resident after work has been completed.

It is Simply Breathtaking. A very Appealing and Soothing Community with lots of amenities. Friendly and Dedicated staffers and Maintenance crew. (Awesome Team)I am enjoying every moment.Thank you, Sladestone!

Place is a -shole. Crime that was not reported to residents that literally happened in building 5. Sat and watched the whole thing. Crime always happening. Trash everywhere causing rats.

The staff and the property itself are fabulous! I just joined the community and could not have had a better expierence . Kristin in particular was incredible. Her level of service and professionalism was most appreciated . I would highly reccomened stonepost to anyone and i look forward to moving in!

I took a tour of the property and I was very pleased with the grounds, amenities offered and definitely the 3bd apartment I was able to view.Danielle was amazing,she was very patient and informative as we toured the property,and sent a follow-up email shortly afterwards with additional information and upcoming specials

Our excitement about getting a new place that met our needs, quickly turned sour when we were given/offered a different price and unit from what we were told/shown, after spending a couple of hrs, completing the rental application and viewing the unit we were interested in. The Manager attitude to the issue, was frankly lackadaisical and indifferent. The two star is for the courtesy call (to apologize for the error about price and availability of unit) that, we received from the rental rep that originally helped us. PS: Honesty is the best policy.

We have lived at Stonepost at Shadowcreek going on 4 years now and we love it! I cant tell you enough how kind, caring and friendly the staff is. They actually care about you as a person, you are not just a Resident. Rita and Duston are both a breath of fresh air which is something we all need at this time. Its really nice to see smiling faces visit the leasing office and if you call you can hear the smile over the phone. Thank you all so much for all you do. If anyone in searching for a new place to live...Stonepost at Shadowcreek gets my vote ten times over! :)

Wow, im so glad i looked at these recent reviews before even bothering with this place. Which is really disheartening & disappointing bc we really liked it from the apartments.com app. Thank you current tenants for shedding light of the many issues you are CURRENTLY having, hopefully in the future, they get their act together. What a bummer.

Been a resident since 2015. Not pleased with the mgt staff. Any maintenance issues takes at least a week or longer before its handled. When calling to express maintenance concerns or get feedback is ridiculous. No one returns calls. I work mon-fri and cant be home all day for face to face time w these ppl. To me thats poor work ethic. The rent is rather high here for the poor customer service were getting. And whos bright idea is it to place families next to single residents? My neighbors have very bad kids, couples are fighting, kids are up and playing outside in the late night hour with No supervision. Very disturbing! I wont be renewing my lease and Im well educated after living here on what to ask & make sure that I dont encounter at my next residence.

Not happy with management on handling certain issues on the property especially when it was something on there behalf. Apartment is in an excellent location which makes it convenient.

I just want to start by saying from the time I step foot in the sladestone leasing office my experience was nothing but amazing from the great personalities and the remarkable hospitality…and big shout out to LUCY TORRES for helping me lock in on a place to stay at the last minute…she told me she was gone work my documents and try to have me an answer before she left that at 5pm and she had me approved when I called at 4pm so a special thanks you to her…but again thanks to the whole sladestone leasing staff I’m glad to be apart of the sladestone community and looking forward to calling sladestone my home for awhile…

Lucy Torres at Sladestone Shadow Creek in Pearland, Tx is awesome. She made my move-in experience go very easy. The entire front office was very helpful.

I have lived in this complex since sept 2016 moved in the unit was full of roaches everywhere i had to lay over 20 roach bombs out before i actually moved in. Now I’m dealing with mice! Yes i said mice‼️ I pay over 1600 in rent there is no way i should have to deal with Any type of pest. This is the second go round with the mice and the complex or corporate has done nothing to fix the problem. I called the emergency line for the maintenance they tell me it’s no one on property to come and handle the issue‼️ I am highly pissed and on the verge to move and just break my lease i can not live in these conditions ‼️

I moved in at the end of May and so far I’ve had no problems . My dogs and I love it here. The complex is very quiet, clean, and the people are friendly. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Stonepost is the only property in Pearland that I have lived in where I have never ever had complaint or problem. Problems are resolved professionally and expeditiously. We love you Stonepost! Keep up the good work!

The unit I viewed was spacious and beautiful. The complex seemed very quiet and the amenities are abundant.

Very nice and clean and priced great but the walls are very thin. You can here your neighbors and even the garage doors going up and down. Other than that, great place and very spacious.

My girlfriend lives here and they are nice inside. She did have some kind of sewage issue or something going on inside of her sink that we could not fix even with Draino.

Lived here at stonepost for over three years. Always well-maintained any problems fixed very quickly! Office staff is super friendly and helpful.

Great place to live, the office responds fast to any concerns, & maintenance comes fairly quickly to work on what ever was requested.

I would not recommend living at these apartments. They refused deposit an wrote reply on my 1st review which I have addressed an never contacted me .
