I applied here December 16th, 2024. It is February 25th now and I have yet to be approved or denied. The application process is very disorganized. The unit I applied for apparently was facing eviction and was later unavailable half way through my application process. Not sure why they would even let anyone apply to a still in use unit …. Then good luck with getting them to answer any phone calls . I have gone weeks trying to contact them and it’s always very unresponsive. Then when I do finally get someone on the phone , I get put on hold for 45 minutes. And don’t even try calling from 11-1pm since this is their “lunch HOURS” .At this point I just want my $300 deposit back . They definitely need some new managers in there that know how to navigate a rental property effectively.Apparently you are also not allowed to work and go to school… since it’s one of their “Policies” that you cannot be a “full” time student or your application will get denied. Not sure how taking night time online classes is anyone’s business to be getting denied over. It’s easier to join the military for housing than applying for these apartments lol
Response: I’ve been emailing and calling. Still waiting for someone to actually respond.Application was cancelled. How long is it going to take for a refund of my deposit??? I’m apartment hunting and it would be nice to have my money back so I can spend it on things that I need. I’ve been calling to ask and no one has answered any of my calls since the application was cancelled. I just want my money without having to get lawyers involved.
An absolutely positive experience from the moment on I submitted my maintenance request until the time it was finished. Nothing but professionalism and kindness, and a genuine sense of care. Always outstanding service from the Quay. He is the best. Give him a raise.
Disgusting!! I wouldn’t all my animal to live here. Clearly back ground checks aren’t ran! The way those teenagers have fights out there DAILY is disturbing! It’s no way possible the parents aren’t aware of what’s going on. So sad that they allow this type of behavior! My friend has been to the office about this numerous times and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! I would have given no stars if that was actually an option!
We have lived here for the past 8 years and we really love the maintenance staff here. Miguel, Juan, Quay and Trae are always helpful. Every time we put in a request they are always prompt, trustworthy and ready to find a solution to any issues with Maintence. They are super nice and always greet with “Good morning, how are you?”. So yes they have become like family. I know many residents here that feel the same way!We really enjoy the pool and the beautiful sunsets!
I really love this community, it’s peaceful and a great place to raise children. Quay on the maintenance team is very responsive with request I put in and handle them in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a place to live in the Pearland area!
In response to their reply. I’ve called the 281 and 833 number y’all claim to always answer, left voicemails. No contact has been returned. Y’all have all my contact information considering you gave it to a debt collector and I left my contact info in the voicemails. I’d suggest this be corrected in a timely manner or I will be taking legal action. What you’re trying to do is literally illegal in the state of Texas.DO NOT APPLY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO ROBBED of $300! It has been a nightmare dealing with this apartment complex! They don’t answer any of their affiliated phone numbers! They returned my deposit via check close to a month after the application date. I put a dispute in with my bank after being unable to get in contact with them, mind you I had been calling and leaving messages since April trying to get information about renting, reluctantly applied in July in an effort to get my son to a better school district. After submitting an application their website stated I applied for a waitlist instead of the selected apt (literally said the apartment was unavailable). The only time they (Manager Tina and Uleeka)returned any contact was after I applied! Tina then argued that my bank returned the money so they cancelled the deposit check! My bank eventually got my deposit back at the end of October, I now see I have a collection account on my credit (that was opened prior to the return of my funds) for the deposit they are now claiming wasn’t supposed to be returned. DO NOT APPLY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO ROBBED of $300! Also, they’ve failed to get into contact with me with any reasoning that the deposit shouldn’t be returned. The property management company Dominium doesn’t return calls or emails either.
Been here since December of 2017, noIssues great property. The maintenance tech Quay is very timely, always helpful and has a great attitude. 10/10 highly recommended.
I love my Apartment The exterior in the interior of the apartment are awesome just have to get used to someone living over me when I get home from A hard day of work I would like peace and not to hear stomping on the floor. That’s the only issue I have so far and I pray that it gets better.
Been leaving here for some years and I must say I’m impressed with the work of the current managements. I love the ambiance and the serenity of this place. Shout out to Juan and his maintenance team for awesome job they are doing in the community. Swift response in times of emergencies. It’s cannot always be perfect but its much much better than other apartment complex I know.
Its been 2months my ac been leaking I have made fill an order request more then several times amd still leaking. These Mangers dont care unless if I was late on rent. Smh nothing been good here at this apartment.. managers wont send you Maintenance until you start fussing them out
I have been living on this property for a few years now and have to say there has definitely been an improvement with the change of ownership. The Community Manager, Rebecca, is an A+ upgrade to the previous position holder. She’s honest, welcoming, very attentive to our needs as residents, and always a joy to talk to. The maintenance staff are fast to response to request and always on point with repairs. Overall, I love being a resident here at Lakeside Pointe.
The experience started off great with Uleeka! She gave us all the information we needed and was very helpful seem to make it out to be a successful process. The next day I received a call from a different lady who questioned me about my move in date and insured me the process for income verification would been within 24 hours and if additional deposits was needed she would call and let me know . Three minutes later I am getting a email saying we have been denied with no other explanation. We meet all the requirements but was wrongly denied due to hand pick faults in credit history , not to mention fair credit scores for a low income apartment I should add . I had to reach out myself on the decision she showed lack of sympathy and I had to even ask about the 300 security deposit that should not even be taken until approval and was told it’s impossible to be submitted back by the original firm of payment . I believe I could have been treated better and this was an horrible experience and I’m very understanding person , if you don’t have amazing credit don’t even bother ! Places like this are designed to help the community but instead it puts you down and they discriminate , I understand not everybody can be improved but to be denied after you had everything on the list off a bias is wrong .
I will not write a long drawn out review, but I will say that the 5 stars that were given are because the maintenance crew is awesome! They are professional, accurate, thorough. I could say so much more. Juan has always answered the call and figured things out. After completing a job he always check back a few days later to make sure that everything is working as it should. Thanks guys. Management is nice as well.
HONEST REVIEW!!NO INCENTIVES!VERY shady management.Management has changed within the last few months Rebecca Property Manager (who assisted with my experience) is no longer there. She moved me in so fast there was still A LOT that needed to be done to the unit. It took months for everything to get done. I tried leaving complaints DOMINIUM wasn’t very helpful. Eventually I just let it go.Staff is ok. But I guess everyone here is a property Manager AND EACH PERSON “HANDLES” things differently (Attitudes) AA Ladies with a little authority.Grounds are decent most of the time. Ducks do have it stinky.Gates are always opened even though we keep getting notices of repairs & I live right by the gates so if that’s a Red Flag for you take that into consideration.Amenities seem nice but are only open during working hours so if you have a 8-5 don’t count on being able to access the amenities or STAFF as they are only there 10-5 M-F so the face to face assistance is extremely limited.***SAFETY SAFETY.I do not feel like safety is a major issue in this complex. I have not had any issues with my immediate neighbors or the children who play in the area. But I will say If you plan on moving here get a CAMERA! Period.Oh and if you have kids.. this does seem to be a fairly child friendly complex there are always kids playing outside. Just watch them because people do SPEED through here regularly. They have 2 playground areas and a soccer area. Be aware there are NO gates/barriers around the play area so DOGS are frequently walked through the playground making it extremely unsanitary for the kids.***PRICES PRICES PRICES!!!Prices are increasing by 100s I’ve only been here several months and they’re always projecting price changes! Mind you prices had just went up almost $100+ dollars a unit DURING the move-in process!!LETS NOT FORGET TO MENTION RENT INCREASE MID LEASE.This is a huge complex. So my issues may not be everyone else’s.They seem to be trying to improve. So maybe things will change by the time I come back & update my reviewUpdate- the improvements that they claim they are working on STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!Gates still raggedy, trash still overflowing, the complex is on probably the 3rd property manager since the initial review! STILL NO access to the “Amenities”Staff STILL no help! EMAILS are never returned even when you add HEATHER who was supposed to be the Regional Manager.Definitely a slumlord situation.:

As a first timer looking for an apartment this was a great choice for me and my family. Process was easy and fast. Ulkeeka was by far the best she had great communication on everything and was overall super helpful and very nice (even with all my constant questions every other day). Super happy I chose Lakeside Pointe!!!! Btw the inside is absolutely stunning and maintenance team is super friendly

My experience with these apartments was amazing. I’m new to Houston and had been apartment hunting for months. Uleeka, one of the property managers, was phenomenal. She made sure that I had all of the correct information before I applied and helped me through the process. I know I called that complex and emailed them a thousand times in the process. They were always ready and willing to help. Uleeka was patient and prompt with her responses to my communications regarding the lease. I would recommend these apartment homes to anyone. They are clean, the location is good, and the staff is amazing. I appreciate all of their help.
Been living here for almost 3mths. The whole application process was easy and smooth if I was missing anything or something needed to be updated Rebecca always informed me and kept me up to date. Deshonda helped me with my key pick up and move in process , she was great and always answered any questions or concerns I had. I’ve put in a few maintenance requests and it was always fixed/replaced the same day. So far my stay here has been fantastic, the community is quiet and the lake view is pretty. Kudos to the office staff for always working together and being available when the residents need them. The new gym is beautiful as well.

Ive been a resident here at Lakeside Pointe Apartment & Townhomes for over 8 years. I must say that the new management is AMAZING! Deshonda Wright the Assistant Manager always been so helpful and so pleasant and so warm! The maintenance crew is awesome top notch 5 star level of service! Whenever I put a work order request for anything repairs to be done to my home, the maintenance crew is there within 24 hours or less upon you putting in your request on the user friendly online service portal. Juan, Luis, Trey and Quan are exceptionally GREAT PEOPLE! I love the experience of living here at Lakeside Pointe Apartments & Townhomes. Oh by the way, Im truly grateful for all the upgrades to all the NEW appliances and NEW fixtures! Every time I come home to my place a resident I feel so rewarding and relax! Pleasant community to live here and is well kept clean and making a safe place to call this my home! Thank you!
I have been living here 13 years .Ive seen my share of new staff , Maintenance and new management some bad ones and some good ones since they have changed the name to Lakeside point Apartments its been such a good vibe here and I enjoy going in the office. Deshanda is the sweetest, kindest person. She always greets you with a good mood and a big smile. She has been so helpful and understanding. Juan is one of the top maintenance workers that has also been here for a long time. He is very fast on getting on top of our work orders. He is also very trustworthy.
I do not even want to give one star! The management is very sad and unbothered regarding the trash situation! I and my neighbors have complained on more than one occasion and all we hear is there is nothing they can do—well it does not make sense to have trash in front of the dumpster when the garbage people have just came and emptied it—i have literally sat and saw adults and children just walk up and throw trash on the ground! This is totally unacceptable to the residents who live by this dumpster—
We have lived here for a few months now and the maintenance staff here have been the quickest. I literally put in a request the other day while on the phone with my mom and they arrived before I hung up. Miguel and Quay are especially helpful. Every time I put in a request they are always respectful, prompt, and I can trust them to come in when I’m away. I really appreciate their time and attentiveness to my issues. Thank y’all!!!

Ive been living here since September 2021, the office staff are great. Rebecca & Lady are great! The maintenance team here is the best Ive ever encountered by far. They are really quick in responding if anything needs to be done and theyre all very professional. I look forward to living here for a nice while.
Ive been a resident here for 5 years. There have been many changes in staff and I am presently satisfied with the management office. However, I have always loved the professionalism and courtesy from maintenance, namely Juan! Juan has always been dependable, knowledgeable and trustworthy! I also would like to shout out Miguel. I just met him, but hes great, too! Im giving Lakeside Pointe 4 stars, but Juan gets 5 stars from me!!!
The application process was set up by the leasing agent who gave excellent customer service and was very accommodating. The property manager was very thorough throughout out the process and very accommodating. I know that this property was recently taken over and I see that they have developed a great team here. The maintenance guy, Miguel, is phenomenal ! Any time I’ve had maintenance issues he’s responded in a timely manner, finished the job quickly and made sure his work area was clean once he finished. He was extremely polite & helpful !! He always has a positive & friendly demeanor. And The maintenance team here always makes sure the property is clean ! Great job guys !
The Maintenace staff Miguel and Quay are excellent. They always show up the same day of my request with a pleasant upbeat attitude they go beyond what I originally need fixed never had a Maintenace crew like these guys. The whole Maintenace department is TOP NOTCH.
The front office staff is friendly management is okay I would say needs a bit more improvement when issuing violations. There are always two sides to the story, not just one listen to all residents not just listen and hear one out because of seniority. Shoutout to the maintenance guys Juan & Miguel they always give us fast maintenance service. Took extra care of us when our ac and freezer went out. 5 stars 🌟 to them.

I have live here since August 2020 and it is a very quiet and peaceful complex. The maintenance guys are friendly and very helpful. Rebecca Haley is cool as well very easy to talk to you and Deshonda Wright is an amazing person who has gone above and beyond to help assist me with any issues I’ve had with paying my rent by assisting me with rental assistance and any maintenance issues I’ve had. She also keeps me informed with everything that I need to help make living here very pleasant. Thank you!!!
Ms Deshonda Wright is the best. she has been a huge blessing to me and my kids. shes very knowledgeable and professional with a pleasant attitude. no matter how busy she is she always stop what shes doing to assist. my experience with her has been wonderful and super positive.

I usually do not write negative reviews but if I can save anyone from renting here I will, this place is beyond horrible they will play nice whenever you have something they want. Like your residency or to sign something but if you need their assistance they DO NOT CARE. They will flat out lie to you be rude to you especially the assistant manager DeShonda. And when come time to renew your lease if you decide to go else where they will treat you even worse trying to get out of the apartment. I have had many problems at this place that I had to handle on my own. They have a mildew problem and try to hide it with paint (make sure you check inside vents). I had multiple leaks in the roof that took them absolutely forever to even come look at. They’re plumbing was done horribly. The bathroom sink is not even connected to the piping underneath. But out of all of that it’s the customer service that truly makes me so unhappy to be living here. If you take anything from this just don’t believe the fake smiles from the office staff or stay away from the assistant manager DeShonda.

I received a call from Tiffany and her energy was top tier! Im moving from California and the only reason I wasnt able to start the process and get my lease going is because of the need to have a wet signature. Hopefully down the road Ill be able to move in once all the new renovations are done!
Tiffany was a big help to me. I applied and was on the waitlist but received an unexpected call from Tiffany 3 weeks later saying I was approved and they had an apartment ready. I was so shocked. I saw the apartment and loved it! And super excited for the renovations. I guess I got here right on time! Thanks again Tiffany!
Ive stayed in several communities throughout my lifetime. Of all the properties, I must say Ms. DeShonda Wright has been the best AGM Ive come across. If ever Ive had a concern shes been kind, honest, and eager to find a solution to the problem. Shes consistent in her response time and demeanor. Ive never encountered a time where she wasnt willing to help with a smile.Juan, the maintenance guy, has responded to each maintenance request has been completed in a timely manner and with professionalism.Both Deshonda and Juan are true assets to the community and my living experience.

Currently renting here! No one ever picks up the phone when you call! It takes forever for maintenance to fix anything! I just feel like they don’t care! Then one of the ladies in the office says today she can’t help residents? Then why are you working here? I shouldn’t have to wait 30 plus min to talk to someone when I’m in the office! And I didn’t even get seen so I walked out. They lost my money.
Quay and Miguel are awesome, polite, and professional! I’ve only lived here less than a year and out of the all properties I have stay with they are the best I’ve ever encountered! Never had a problem or request they could fix!

Terrible Impression. I’ve been living here for a year and was a resident previously before my current stay. Management was very unprofessional in transition from property names and on top of that doing so at the beginning of the month when rent is due. I normally pay online so upon me logging into Tranquility Bay online portal I noticed I couldn’t pay online for some reason. I then attempted to call the office and that number is disconnected. So I then went to the office and the office was locked. MIND YOU AT 2pm!!! I then had other errands to do so I was leaving the complex and noticed a gentleman handing out pamphlets on doors. We then asked him if he knew anything about the office and how could we pay our rent, he then says he doesn’t know anything about that and refers us to Rebecca in the office... MIND YOU THE OFFICE WAS LOCKED. He then gave us a pamphlet with a new phone number we called and still no answer. Finally about an hour later we finally got an answer from someone in the office.... I’ll just stop there with my story. It was a very unprofessional experience. In the end I have to inconvenience myself and my time to go get a money order which costs more money. (Only a couple dollars) but it’s the principal.Also to add on Adrian the guy we spoke with claims that he knows nothing was here on property a couple of weeks ago while they were inspecting units riding on a golf cart.

Horrible staff, especially the manager Rebecca. The grounds are always cut but the buildings are so old, dated and no amenities. The only amenities offered are a pool that was closed for 2 years and a playground. Saftey lights do not work all around the buildings, A/C units are all outdated except for a few, ducks damage the property with their waste and the gates do not close. The gates have never worked for the past 4 years. Ghetto people exit the entrance and speed throug the parking lot where kids play and ride their bikes. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
If we could give negative stars we would. I totally understand why they have the 2.7.The worst apartments in Pearland !This complex has had multiple management companies but they all always fall under the health codes. The gates have been broken for more than 3 years, the whole complex is littered with trash. The apartments are full of roaches and water rats that come from the lake (because they hardly mow the grass) . Rebecca H is one of the worker in the office who’s extremely rude and unprofessional. We have been complaining about repairs for over a year and we are handicap and live in a handicap unit were our ac doesn’t work the door doesn’t close accurately allowing bugs and rodents inside our unit. We ask Rebecca multiple times via phone calls and work orders to fix our unit with not help. So we moved because it’s soooo bad. More than half of the units in the complex are empty. People moved out because of the apartments lack of upkeep to the units , the property or the well being of their tenants. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!
Horrible at communication. Can’t rent an apartment if you can’t get a hold of the leasing agents. If they’re this bad at communicating with potential renters, makes me wonder how they’ll be at communicating once they have your money and signature on a contract.Have tried calling, emailing and going to office in person for past couple of weeks. No one responds and the office is always closed. We went 4 different times today and each time the office was closed and the “be back” time kept getting pushed back in hour increments. This is very concerning as a potential resident

Horrible customer service they tell you one thing over the phone and then say another in person. Actually felt as if they didnt want me to move their. I was told they had availability and when I went in person and they saw me they said they didnt have anything. Kind of made me as if I discriminated was being against. I would not recommend this place to anyone
My boyfriend and I are considering relocating to Texas from DC so we looked for apartments in Pearland. The lake is perfect. We were warmly greeted by Ms. Rebecca in the leasing center. She was very informative and answered all of our questions. This place is at the top of our list.
Don’t rent from this apartment they have bed bugs and they don’t come up with solutions to help you get rid of them so your responsible for exterminator bills and they have maintenance people who stay on the property who does anything to get in your business to find ways to get you kicked out the apartments this is the worst apartments I ever stayed at in my life please save yourself the headache!!!!!! They private owned and they are really disrespectful and nonchalant of your family!!!!

I recently took a tour of Lakeside..I do understand that various complexes have issues. I know communication plays a huge roll when it comes to tennents. However this wasnt my case. I called a few weeks ago and was greeted by an Agent named Perrion. I must admit the level of professionalism was top tier. I was scheduled for a tour at 1pm..and the tour happened on time. I asked numerous questions and every question was answered in the most honest manner. Once my tour was over... I received proper documentation and a business card. A few weeks passed and I called to do follow-up with a few questions. Perrion answered again with honest answers and schedule me for meeting. Once I returned to the complex I was greeted by Perrion who then gave my husband and I the upmost respect. Once our meeting was done, Perrion again displayed professionalism by giving us options . Thank you Mr. Perrion Moore.
I’ve been calling since yesterday, no one ever answers the phone or calls back. As a person actively and seriously searching for an apartment, this isn’t a good first impression. I work during the week until 7 and have very limited off days so I need to ask my questions before I come in. Gas is too expensive to waste and I currently live 40 minutes away.
Ms. Rebecca was great! She walked us through the process and was extremely helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed working with her on getting us into a wonderful apartment.
I just wanted to give a huge thanks to Tiffany! I was really having a rough time on last Friday and with her great customer services and knowledge of the property and amenities really made my day. She really went above and beyond!
I have been callin this apt for weeks i even left a previous comment about it and they STILL do not answer phones or call backs .my application got denied and they have YET to send back my deposit. Its been 7 days and at this point its a lawsuit. Very unprofessional i would never ever do another application with this establishment
Sorry To Say But These Roaches Needs To Be Exterminated! You Can Have A Nice Clean Apartment And You’ll Still See Roaches… Its Unacceptable And Uncomfortable… Could You Guys Please Start To Check Peoples Homes For Roaches And GET IT FIXED PLEASE
I love that theyre upgrading the appliances and the cabinets. I just wish it was done in a more organized way. I also wish the front office had more dependable office hours.

I have been trying to get in touch with someone at the leasing office for the past few weeks. Very inconsistent with picking up phone calls and returning phone calls! I went to the leasing office about 3 times today and every single time, they pushed back the time they would be back in the office. Communication is key! They’re really leaving a bad taste in my mouth!
Uleeka was a god send when it came to the app process everything was smooth and she’s very patient when I asked questions and the property looks great can’t wait til my move in date!
Very unprofessional, scheduled a tour for 11/24 said they would be open and gave me a specific time to come. I drove 45 mins to this place and the doors are locked ! No one is answering the phone. I see a leasing consultant leaving she said there closed. You guys need to do better as a whole! How dont you know your closure schedules and why would you schedule me knowing you closed the time you told me to come waste of time and gas so disappointed and unprofessional.
The maintenance staff is very professional and dependable. They are dedicated to the residents needs
I would like the direct number to the office. This 800# does not go to an actual person. I applied online and it generated todays date but that is not the date I need for move in. And it preselected a unit. I need to make sure that these things are adjusted as I have already paid the application fee. can someone contact me please.
They make you feel welcomed they are great and very patient and kind. I have never dealt with people who genuinely care. The staff from the manager on down they are awesome
Mrs.Rebbeca was great assisting me when leasing an new apartment at Lakeside point she made the application process very easy . I love my new apartment.

Basically they took my money after saying I passed the screening and signed paperwork and I still haven’t heard when I’m supposed to be moving in very unprofessional I’m constantly calling them for information
I’ve never been to a office where the staff is nice and helpful Ms.Deshonda was so helpful and awesome all together and I really appreciate her !!! Job well done
