Larkspur at Shadow Creek

My positive experience at Larkspur at Shadow Creek is improving, as my ability to participate in an increased number of activities. The updated calendar that provides later happy hours, and increased after business activities plays a large part in that, as does the responsiveness of the maintenance team.

My Mom receives great assistance from Ms. Rita! She is always so nice and explains things that she needs help with regarding the building. Additionally she is extremely helpful with the set up to get packages!

Larkspur is a very nice place for older individuals to live. It is clean, nice staff, the residents are a mixed of cultures.

I would like to say I received the most wonderful experience at Larkspur at Shadow Creek with Ms. Jacqueline Todd and ambassador who I toured the community with this past Saturday 06/22/24. The hospitality has a welcome atmosphere and amenities are add plus for this community. I would love to call this community home. Hopefully in the future this will be my new community. Thanks again to Ms . Jacqueline Todd and her ambassador.

My experience here at Larkspur at Shadow Creek has been awesome. Special shout outs to Rita Mendoza (always so helpful) and Marta Henry (the awesome bomb). All of the staff (Jackie, Yessica, Brad, Jose) are awesome.

Great place, very nice people. Only problem was it was a bit out of budget.Their 1 bedrooms started around $2400/month when we visited.

My stay in this beautiful abode has been wonderful and fabulous. Staff are very friendly and helpful. To mention a few Misses Tori, Yessica, Jackie and Rita are assets to the company. Kudos ladies for a job well done.

Having lived here for a full 5-Months, My Wife and I can both say that its been a very Pleasant and Peaceful experience. The Staff has been very responsive to any requests made and they are always very Professional and Respectful. The Complex is well maintained and we no longer worry about our Safety. Were so glad we made the decision to move here instead of the other Facilities we looked at. 😊

Its been a pleasure working with Larksbur@ShadowCreek Apartments Representative Jackie Todd. From the moment we met to start the tour, she was so nice and welcoming. She spend plenty of time showing me the many common parts of the large Larkspur Apartment Complex and she explained in detail the many fun amenities hidden in that community. She took the time to introduce me to a few tenants who had gathered and were chatting and enjoying daily free breakfast offered by Larksbur in its general kitchen/lobby area. She offered me a welcoming community, a generous lease package with many amenities, and a beautiful new apartment to boot! Their 55+ community setup perfectly matches with my ideal environment to live in for years to come as I get older. So I took it! Cant wait to move in Dec 1st!

I just wanted to give kudos to Mrs. Jackie Todd who gave us an extensive tour of the complex this past weekend. She was very patient, sitting with us and going over all of the relevant details, then showing us all of the available amenities and introducing us to our new potential neighbors! Then we called for a second look today, and Mrs. Jackie was more than accommodating and gracious. If our experience living at Larkspur is anything like our experience was with Mrs. Jackie, we are in for a treat. Thanks so much Mrs. Jackie! We cannot wait to experience all of what Larkspur has to offer!

Ive been a resident for almost four months now, and Larkspur has NOT lost its shine! If anything, its shining brighter and brighter the longer I live here.My expectations have been exceeded regarding the community feel and vibe. Larkspur residents CARE for one another! Ive met so many wonderful people, and most I can remember by name. Even when you cant remember a name, the smiles more than make up the difference!If youve been considering moving to Larkspur, I encourage you to make it home!

I have no idea whether it is as nice as advertised, or not. In 2020 a little thing called COVID 19 interrupted my life, as it did so many others. My job was lost and I had to break a lease on my apartment. My credit took a hit. However, I have spent the last two years +rebuilding my score, and have paid $2,845.00/month on a lease at an Independent Living complex in Kansas. 24 months of perfect pay rent. An opportunity has come up back home here in the Houston area. I googled Senior Living, Im 70. Larkspur looked to be as close to being as nice as what I have grown accustomed. But, alas, because they are ignoring the stress that befell a retiree, such as myself, that has a broken lease on my credit from 2021, they were not willing to even talk to me about renting from them. My score is back up to 650 with bank loans, credit cards, etc., but a bad lease reported during extraordinary times is more important to the owners of Larkspur than helping a senior citizen.

The Larkspur At Shadow Creek Ranch is a beautiful place to live. The staff is friendly and they are ready to assist you. I met the manager, assistant manager and the activities director. They offer different actives something for everyone to enjoy. The apartments are beautiful a d spacious. The floor plans are ones that are comfortable. The Larkspur At Shadow Creek Ranchis where you will want to call your home!

I am thoroughly enjoying Larkspur at Shadow Creek. It was one of the best decisions I have made. There are more than enough activities to keep you busy and enough residents to keep you from being lonesome. It has the atmosphere of hotel living so you are no longer stressed with the things that home ownership require. It is a great place to reside.

Staff was very professional and helpful, and they absolutely 💯 care for their tenants and property. I wont disclose the reason for my visit, but the ladies there were very calm and attentive considering the situation. Thank you again to the property managers for their kind words and cooperation.

Very clean and safe environment. The staff is superb! This property has so much to offer the residents. The amenities are excellent and the events offered are plentiful.

My husband and I really do enjoy here. We appreciate the kindness, the friendliness, and the concern and willing to provide help with crisis arises. It is the little things like I have just described that make our living experience very peaceful. Keep up the good work!

Larkspur at Shadow Creek has been an amazing experience. Just like when you go to a hotel the staff is what makes the place amazing.It’s like we’re living in a resort. Hot tub, swimming pool, outside entertainment, TV’s, grills, morning breakfast, Friday Happy Hour with music, game room, exercise room, secure parking and I could go on.We’ve looked at other active living places but none have compared. Come see for yourself what an amazing place with outstanding staff.

From the moment I moved in April 2022, the living experience has been wonderful. I especially love the new home smell when you enter the premises. All of the staff have treated me with kindness and professionalism. After living in so many other properties, this facility has everything and more that I need and want.

I met her when my family and I decided to view the apartments to decide whether it would be a good fit for me. I was extremely impressed with her attitude and enthusiasm. She is great! Her love for people and her job was tremendous. She took the time to show us around and made us feel special. I knew after the tour that I had found my new home. The location is great. The people are friendly. The rooms are very spacious. This place has lots of activities. I took a tour with mom and my aunt. They loved it. When they are ready to move then this will be a great place.

We had a water leak on a Saturday morning. Brad and Jose were at our cottage within 15 minutes, had the leak stopped, carpet ripped up and pad removed. The big fan was next and in less than a week, we were back to normal. Thank you so much maintenance department!!

I’m a resident of this community and enjoy living here. My daughter-in-love found this place and thought it would be a great fit for me. When I took the tour I was highly impressed by the way it looked and the amenities that are available. Especially with the events and other resources that are given, such as the presentation given today by HCA Houston Healthcare of Pearland on “Fall Prevention” especially being 70 years old and have fallen before due to arthritis I really appreciated the information. Even with COVID still on the raise, the staff is very cautious about everyone who resides here and keep us updated with mask wearing and informing us of various changes we should be aware of. I especially appreciate the coordinator of activities, Marta Henry (not sure that’s her correct title), of her efforts to keep us active. Also, kudos to Chelsea Johnston and the other staff members for making my move here very enjoyable.

Guest restroom and elevator out of order often. Slow on repairs. Trash pick up sometimes late. And only one trash receptacle for the whole property.

Larkspur is an awesome apartment home the residents are friendly and polite,wecome.togeher and do community sponsored events and monthly group outings and events.A wonderful place to live

I pay $2,502 to live in a cottage, but the lawn has not been cut in a long time. One weed is up to my waist! They have cut cost at the expense of the tenants.

I love living here. Exactly what I was looking for. Love my apartment and amenities available to me. Meeting a lot of amazing people. My forever home!

I VISITED THIS WONDERFUL PLACE IN FEBRUARY LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO STAY ONCE I RELOCATE TO HOUSTON. WHEN I WALKED THRU THE DOORS I WAS TOTALLY IMPRESSED AND THE STAFF WAS TOTALLY AWESOME. Beautiful place . Staff is very welcoming except the ladies at the front desk . They are rude and unprofessional.

I am trying to get in contact with the management office for leasing, is there a number that I can call that works? All the numbers are being redirected to some weird voicemail that just hangs up. Is this an older adult community?
