I had an issue with my sewer lines …. Or so I thought. Kris arrived at scheduled time and promptly diagnosed the issue as a defective flap inside the toilet tank. This issue was quickly resolved by Kris. He was so polite and very patient in explaining everything to me. Out of 5 stars……with 5 being exceptional ….I give both the company and Kris, the plumber, a 5!

Normally I rarely post — just don’t have the time to do so . But I think this one — it’s a public service.Great guy Chad Chauvin. Never met him in person , but the 2 times on the phone , he came across like a really great personality .Just his quote and solution — not right for anyone in any economy . $15,000 + he quoted for the minor gas grill line leak. And said he would need to replace the entire single gas pipeline( despite my text + email suggesting prior approval that I want only” the minimal “) . My master plumber from the office Simon P. of course found the section of corroded pipe, checked rest for leaks ( 100 % good ), replaced it , we have had 2 rounds of steak 🥩 without issues . Cost was $ 360 .00 in total.Dear Chad or the company — something needs to be fixed . Become more informed about costs and incomes of people before throwing numbers out there. Money is hard to come by in 2025 and probably in times to come. I’m in healthcare , and we are very careful with ordering unnecessary stuff on patients— we use a technique — called shared decision making : it’s the gold standard .Dr Dominic SreshtaAvalonSugar Land

I have never had a plumber or any artisan that is as professional, knowledgeable, and caring. He caught an emerging catastrophe before it happened though it had nothing to do with the job he was working for me. Great eye for detail and professional pride. He gives good old fashioned Baker’s dozen service and inspires trust. He even cares that cleanup is done meticulously.

Joshua Duran is awesome. Hes very professional , friendly and explains everything that hes doing. He listens to you and communicates. The maintenance package is so so worth it. If you dont have it , you need it. It wasnt time for my yearly inspection however Joshua suggested to do it since it would be coming up and he was here. Im so glad he did because it literally saved me and my daughters. He went up into the attic to start the inspection and found some issues from the roofer which he showed me. He fixed it. Im so grateful for him and for the fact that I have the maintenance package. My girls and I are extremely glad. Joshua, thanks for being an awesome person and going above and beyond.

Terrible company.. Taking advantage on the consumer that needs their services.. They quote $995 just to replace a capacitor and fan motor. after they open my unit, they told me that i have to replace the fan as well and quote me for 1800… ridiculous amount.. I end up having No AC at all in the middle of Texas heat… At the beginning, my AC still work, now, its open and not running.Thank you 1800plumber

I called to get an estimate and 1-800-Plumber called to let me know they were on their way. They arrived promptly and discussed with me what I was wanting so they could be sure to provide a comprehensive plan. They then checked all of fixtures we discussed and gave me a comprehensive estimate that I totally understood as they had discussed all the issues as I showed them what I wanted done. Definitely going to call them from now on!

I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience with this company. The technician removed my original blower motor and replaced it with two incorrect motors, neither of which fit my Goodman GPC1436H41 system. To make matters worse, he discarded my original motor, leaving me unable to claim my $800 manufacturer warranty, which requires the original part for replacement.The technician also suggested unnecessary modifications to my system, like changing the harness, which I refused. When I questioned how they could not match the correct motor using the manufacturer’s warranty, it became clear they didn’t know what they were doing—or worse, it felt like a scam.This company has wasted my time and money and caused me significant stress. I’m now left with a non-functional system, no warranty, and no resolution. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Very quick response time. At my house within 45 minutes of my original phone call. Kris Aylor arrived. Very friendly, respectful, & business like. Kris explained our options and when we agreed he began work. The job turned out to be a bit more complicated than originally thought. Kris kept us informed & continued to work. I dont typically leave reviews, but I had an awesome experience with Josh (JJ) today. My sink was draining slowly, and my garbage disposal wasnt working at all. Josh came out, was extremely prompt, courteous, and professional. After a few minutes, Josh realized that my garage disposal wasnt working because it had somehow become unplugged (under the sink). Not sure how it happened, but it was definetley user (me) error, but lets not focus on that (LOL). Lets focus on the fact that Josh realized it, and was HONEST about it, and he refused to charge me. Its awesome to know that honestly and great service still exist, as this story could have played out much differently. I highly recommend Josh (JJ) and this company! Honesty wins.

The technician is a bit rude and speak too fast for me to understand. Don’t explain things clearly. sometimes don’t respond when I ask questions. They are efficient but the attitude they have make me feel like I am not clear about the problem and I am hesitate to have him doing the job for me.

Joshua Duran was professional, friendly and explained what needed to be done to resolve the issue. Once we gave our approval he proceeded to replace the gas hot water heater. He provided photos and cleaned the area he worked in. GoodJob.

I had a great experience with 1-800-Plumber. Their estimate was free and informative. They came out super quick. The drain tech, Kris, was friendly and helpful. He explained to me that it would be a waste of my money if I wanted him to perform services he didn’t think would actually resolve my issue and pointed me in the direct of other resources instead and I really appreciate that. As a woman it is easy to be swindled by plumbers, roofers, etc. So, Kyle was awesome and I would recommend him and the company to anybody.

Update: 09-01-24: For the first time since the home was built 3 years ago, The AC unit stopped cooling after my first appointment to do the annual PM . The unit is only 3 years old and didnt have any issues prior to me contacting the company for HVAC Annual PM service... I called the next day and they responded stating they can come fix the issue the following Tuesday and quoted $260 to replace the capacitor which is more than l wanted to spend so I declined...08/30/24- Chris was outstanding! He arrived promptly, reviewed the HomeGuard with me, wore shoe covers, and let me follow along while he explained how HVAC systems work. He was incredibly detailed, and even when it started to drizzle, he remained committed to providing an excellent experience. Chris walked me through everything he was doing during the tune-up, checking all the elements, including Freon levels, furnace, and vent temperatures. He even went above and beyond by wrapping up my water hose after cleaning the HVAC. As a female homeowner, I felt this was a fantastic experience. Chris recommended that I replace a capacitor soon and provided an honest quote, explaining his findings clearly and showing me the readings versus what they should be. I highly recommend Chris Aguilar and this company, and I’ll be sharing my experience with other homeowners. Thank you all for the excellent service! The team at 1-800-Plumber +Air is super professional, does a great job, and cleans up after themselves well. Chad installed our tankless water heater to replace our two existing tank water heaters in the attic. Additionally, a month after the install, I noticed a small amount of water in the drip pan, the culprit was some condensation inside the unit dripping down the venting pipe. I called them to ask about it and they came out that day to fix it.Their pricing was a little higher than other quotes I got, however they also called in a licensed electrician and roofer to make sure everything was done right. The roofer they hired even did an inspection of the roof and let me know of a few deficiencies.The overall experience was great. Chad and his apprentices are nice, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.I would recommend them if you want the job done right.

Chris Aguilar is a wonderful young man. He was very knowledgeable and showed me what to do if I have to change the batteries in my AC thermostat again.

I hired them a year back to replace a water heater and install the whole-house filter - they did a good job back then. Fast forward this year. Called them to replace a tub faucet, appointment between 2-4pm. No show. Text, we are running late, after 5pm a call - they are not coming. Rescheduled for the next day. Okay, next day the guy shows up, does a decent job. When he left I noticed that the faucet is dripping - fine, stuff happens. Calling them back - I can get you the guy there right now, done. Calling back in an hour - the guy left for the day, I can get you someone between 2-4pm. Fine. 3pm - we are running late. 7pm a call - we are coming now. No, thank you, your time was between 2 and 4 and I am not here sitting and waiting for your inability to manage your jobs. Oh, and not a word of an apology, its like thats the way its supposed to be and I should be grateful they are even talking to me after I paid them 800 for the incomplete job.All in all - look somewhere else, save yourself trouble.

Edward Laborte, came to my condo to see why my A/C was not cooling. The findings were expected since my unit was 23 years old I needed a new one. He was very knowledgeable in telling me what kind of unit I should get for the type of condo I have since it has to be placed on the roof. I had this new water heater installed 4 months back and it stopped heating the water. Chad was the technician came to check in and Chad was awesome! He explained it to me very well about what’s going on with the water heater which stopped it from heating and with warranty in place they changed the water heater and installed a new one for free. Their customer service is excellent. I also installed HVAC system from them. 100% recommends!

We got excellent service here in Pearland from Kyle Urban of 1-800-PLUMBER. We had an unusually difficult drain clean out. Kyle was informative and cheerful throughout the job. The company also did a great job of communicating with us.UPDATE: We got excellent service again, 8 days later, this time from technician Chris Besse. The line backed up again. Chris cleaned it out (no charge, under warranty) on Sunday. Came back first thing Monday morning and ran a camera through our whole system. Turns out the city line is backed up. As before with Kyle, Chris was very friendly did a great job of explaining everything. Im very pleased with this company.

Javier was very friendly and easy to work with. Our house is over 50 year old. He worked very hard to minimize the cost of interfacing with old parts. It was necessary to replace a bathroom sink fitting a fixed opening and was successful. I would like to give credit to his helper. They seemed to be a good team.

I have used this 1-800-Plumber + Air before. Recently I had them swing by to change a shower cartridge , that I thought was bad. They scheduled a plumber to come out and look at it. He turned the handle and agreed that the cartridge needed to be replaced. Quoted $250.00 just for labor. Went to local plumbing store was advised to get a silicon grease. Guess what !!! It worked and my issue was solved. Total cost $5.16. Was an eye opening experience.

Mason was quick, communicative, and knowledgeable. He walked me through all of the options for a new water heater and was honest about what was and wasnt necessary between options (tankless, capacity, additional mixing pumps, etc) as well as what could be done at a later date if I changed my mind. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs.

I reached out to 800 plumber air after getting a recommendation from my builder. I reached out late and got on schedule the following morning. The technician, Chris, came out to evaluate our master shower which was custom and did not have cold water which would sustain during the summer. He was thorough with his approach and explained the process in full. We needed the shower cartridge to be replaced and I was nervous as I had another plumber attempt to fix it only to break a gasket and cause a further leak. Chris was able to access the cartridge easily and went to find a replacement locally which was not easy. He found a part but was damaged and told me about it and ordered the part from Germany. The manager also called a couple of days later to update me on the process and shared with me the timeline. The part arrived and was replaced and the process was very transparent. I would beware of these ultra large companies with 1000 plus 5 star reviews bc often they will use scare tactics to get bigger jobs on something that may not be needed. I would recommend 800 plumbing +.

This company worked with me to resolve a main pipe leak- what another well- known company did not even try to diagnose without gouging. Reliable company.

Had my kitchen faucet replaced by 1-800-Plumber today. Have been using this company since the 80’s (originally Dennis Collins Plumbing). They employee some of the nicest and professional plumbers. Today Chris Besse was the plumber that came to my house. Chris was very knowledgeable and was able to address all my concerns. He proficiently had my faucet replaced in a timely manner. Left the area he worked in clean (even put shoe covers on his shoes upon entering my house). I was very impressed with Chris’ professionalism. Will continue using 1-800-Plumber for all my plumbing needs. If you are looking for respectful and knowledgeable plumbing company you will not go wrong with giving them a try. Plus they have tenure and company values that have been in place for many years.

Nathaniel Caldwell is the name of the worker that provided service for my home. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, & friendly. I had a leak in my bed room due to blockage. Nathaniel repaired the issue in a timely matter and the leak was gone! Thank again Nathaniel much appreciated.

Everyone was so accommodating and nice, even brought out a portable unit to use until our appointment. They were really detailed and clean. The customer service alone was worth it all.

When re-addressing the same problem that wasn’t fixed from a few months ago, when returning because of the same issue, they said it was never fixed. So now waiting to hear if they are going to issue a refund.

I have always had a great experience e with 1800Plumber - the company and the technicians. They sent confirmatory emails and tex .essages about my appointment day and time, as well as a link to track the arrival progress od the technician. They always do this. Today, Chris took care of our plumbing issue quickly and went above and beyond to fix the issue as well as make sure that the underground pipes were clear all the way to the main drain. The was skilled, professio al, friendly, and provided me with detailed explanations of all the possible solutions I could expect for several other plumbing issues I have , beyond the clogged drain. Chris did a quick and efficient job with the highest quality in customer care. Bravo and thanks a million.

Hi was very professional and did an excellent job of explaining everything to us.

I got no hot water, two tech were sent out to my place. They quickly pointed out no gas supply to the whole house. I called centerpoint energy to turn on the gas line. Thats it.I asked the plumbers to send me a bill because they came out and diagnosed the issue. But they wont take a cent from me and said they have not done any service. It is very nice company. Actually, they did find out the issue. I hope I can spread out their honest business name to everyone who need plumbing or air service. Thank you.

JJ Duran and the scheduling crew are fantastic! I needed a new gas valve to be able to install a dryer, and they were able to get to me the same day that I called. Tech arrived and told my gas fireplace required a new solenoid @ approx usd600. After he left i watched a YouTube video - hed mistaken how to light the pilot light - the fireplace was working fine and I saved 600 unnecessary dollars. Not recommended - caveat emptor.

I had three companies assess my HVAC issue, all told me it needed complete replacement and listed multiple ‘possible’ issues with it but never pinpointed a definitive problem for steep estimates. A family member recommended calling 1-800-PLUMBER+AIR which I hadn’t considered initially since I live in the medical center area. I am so glad I followed through. After assessing the system, Edward told me flat out what the problem was and patiently took the time to break down the issue to provide solutions that other companies had only grasped as possibilities. Edward was professional, straightforward, confident that it could be repaired and did not need complete replacement. He was tactful in warning the other part only had a couple years before I needed to worry, but fixing the unit would buy time to save for the other portion. The prices they offered was $1000s cheaper than the other estimates, even the quote to replace the whole unit, and already included the crane since my unit is located on the roof. I hired them for that week and the entire team efficiently replaced my entire HVAC (yes, the price and warranty were that fair) before 3pm the same day they started. I can say, after having four total companies assess my HVAC problem, Edward was the one who made the decision of which company to follow through with easy. We had a small leak in our ceiling that couldn’t wait for our regular plumber and the company responded quickly through their online service. First a call, then a couple of texts, and a plumber was here in 45 minutes. While the issue ended up being a non-plumbing issue, Emmanuel did all the investigation to confirm it was not a plumbing, AC, etc issue. And also connected us with the next contractor to get the issue resolved. I’d like to point out this all started around 10 pm, too.

Do not ever use this company for your HVAC/Furnace. They came out 3 separate times in the course of two weeks and each time the repair lasted maybe a couple of days. First came out to fix the heater and then when it was time for the AC to come on it didnt work. Replaced my thermostat with a cheaper option and then had the audacity to charge me for wiring the 3rd time they came out after they didnt replace it the first two times. Guys were nice but obviously have no idea what they are doing as I woke up to the thermostat broken again, 4th time, and am having to call another company out. Worthless.

Install freestanding whirlpool air & water jetted bathtub & a floor mounted faucet. I purchased the tub and faucet myself and had them do the rough-in & installation.Mason came and gave me an estimate including different options on how they could go about it. I have a concrete foundation which is not ideal for the tub and faucet I wanted. I had five estimates in all. Mason’s was the most reasonable and informative on what all to expect.Once I was ready I called to book the rough-in portion of the installation. I was shocked they booked it for Mason the next morning. He brought Josh with him. They were very professional and even made friends with all four of my dogs.I week later I was done with all my tile work and called to schedule the final installation. Again they booked Mason and Josh for the next morning.Everything is in and working great now. They really did an exceptional job. And the estimate was accurate. No BS extra charges for anything. From now on if I need a plumber for anything I will be calling them again.

I called and they were here in an hour and the entire problem (clog) was done immediately. Could have tried to up charge us but made sure to only charge us what was necessary. On two teachers salaries with a baby on the way, it was so wonderful being charged a fair price and having someone come out so immediately to fix the problem!
