Recently purchased new construction with this company and Eric Perez was our construction manager.He was absolutely fantastic, very responsive, easy to work with requests and ideas. He was very open and went out of his way to ensure a smooth process and beautiful final product. He brought extensive knowledge and insight to this project.He is dedicated, professional and highly skilled. He answered the many questions we had throughout the project and provided different ideas and solutions to anything that came up.All in all I would highly recommend this home builder and if you get the chance to work with Eric you will not regret it.
