I worked with Mike Lupia of Gateways Pearland office. After talking to a couple of mortgage brokers that didnt seem to want to return calls, I was referred to Mike. He is awesome to work with! He was on top of everything right through closing. Self-employment is not always easy to work with, but Mike knows his business and everything worked out just like he said it would. We closed last week.Gateways procedures also worked flawlessly. Everyone at that office was excellent to work with.In this real estate market, you need to have a solid team working for you. I highly recommend Mike to anyone shopping for a home.
