I have recently been going to this Navy federal location. Ms Kristina always greet with a warm welcome and smile. The branch manager Whitney Ferguson was so patience with me assisting me with a finance loan. Natalie was also very helpful! Thank you for everything.

This is the worst credit union and location that I have ever banked with. I went to apply for a personal loan and I was told by Caesar that I could not get a loan because of what I wanted it for. He wouldn’t even run my credit to see if I qualified for the loan. I have applied for a personal loan before and I’ve never been told what I could and couldn’t do with it. Even the manager Whitney wouldn’t come out a speak with me but told Caesar that I couldn’t get the loan without knowing any details or seeing if I qualified. I called the 800 number to file a complaint and the manager that I talked to was rude, nasty and unprofessional. I’ve been a customer at another bank for 30 years and I have never been treated so poorly as I was with this credit union. I will be closing my accounts with this credit union. This credit union deserves 0 stars.

Subpar experience, which seems to be a common theme here. I went in 8/28/24 to meet with someone about initiating an auto loan. In order to do so, I had to start an account. Makes sense, no problem. However, for about 30-45 mins I was spoken to BY RICARDO in a sly, sarcastic, disrespectful way. Im not sure if he was getting a kick out of talking to me this way, but it lasted nearly the entirety of the meeting AND he did so in front of my mother-- hopefully he doesnt joke with his mother or wife the same way. Nonetheless, it was a waste of time because I was denied on site although I have good credit (which Im pretty sure is because I was not sure how to properly provide specific information, which I will say is not ENTIRELY his fault, but his consistent stating what I will say... didnt help me in making the correct decision. I wouldve preferred he just say he cant advise me and nothing further). Nonetheless, now I have an account here that I dont need, but I guess I can keep, and my mother and I know not to speak with him again if we ever revisit this location! So, I guess I can attribute the one star to us seeing a banker without an appointment an hour before close.

Navy federal 800 # has great customer service Horrible online banking. App is always messing up. Mobile app has missing transactions and they tell you to use your statement. Well if I need evidence I made a payment 24hrs ago or even a week ago the statement may not even be ready.The online banking on CPU same issue. Skips transactions you made. Make sure to keep good records of your spending and deposits. Dont depend on Mobile Banking or Online Banking to have your paper trail!

I went to the Pearland location today and received help from Natalie who was a wealth of knowledge, well versed on the products that Navy Federal offers that will best suit their clients needs. It was definitely a pleasure speaking with Natalie today, and every time I go to that location Ill be sure to ask to for her by name.

The absolute worst banking experience I have ever had. I will hurry up and find somewhere else to bank. Dont be fooled by the television commercials. They make it seem like regular banks are the bad guys but they use the exact tactics. Went to get a loan and they denied me, however got one from somewhere else deposited into my account and they wanted to hold it for ten days. The entire experience was a nightmare.

It seems absurd to take time writing a review for a bank, but this is seriously the most incompetent place. I went in to make a payment towards my auto loan. After waiting a ridiculous amount of time in line, the teller confirmed if I wanted the payment applied towards my auto loan; I repeated back to him auto loan. He hands me a receipt with a smile, and guess what? Its not applied to my auto loan. Its applied to my credit card. Imagine how much fun it was to sit on the line with customer service for hours in order to rectify this error to ultimately not get the result that I needed. Teenagers could run this bank better. If I could give zero stars I would .

This is the worst location ever. Theres always a wait... rather the ATM or a teller.... today was the worst if there wouldve been a robbery we all would of been hostages...while there were 4 teller and 3 service and 1 extra if u include the lady that greets u...only 1 teller was available helping the line n so bad the service lady got up to helped...while at this point 2 ladies only helping with the line which was on its way out the door and to top it off... theres no drive thruN dont say I should of went to the ATM cuz thats even worst either u cant put money in or take it out...which takes about 8 minutes to dispense...enough time for someone to hit you in the back of your head and take all your money!

The Pearland location is usually pretty slow, but I was able to make my cash deposits fairly quick today. The person at the front desk and the teller were courteous and polite.I had to get a request processed today so I had to see one of the persons in the booth. I was seen by a sarcastic black female that wasn’t courteous. If I have to get any type of paperwork processed in the future I will just drive further to another location.

The Pearland Branch is trash and slow. I had to drive all the way home to get my divorce papers in order to get my statement, they have all my information I brought all my identification and the branch manager Whitney was horrible. I cannot wait to change banks they do not help military families they discriminate.

The staff at Navy Federal is always a joy to interact with. They are always professional and courteous, as well as welcoming. Even when crowded, they make every effort to get everyone processed through in an efficient and timely manner. They always say thank you for your military service. Worst bank and location ever. I’m currently waiting to talk the manager due to a mistake they made and I been here 30 min and he hasn’t came out his office. Every time I come in this bank it’s not enough tellers. If you don’t have staff to assist working members why open. Whitney Ferguson is the manager at his location. Get a new manager.

I’ve noticed over the last few months that service has been sub-par at best. This location off Shadow Creek Parkway in Pearland, TX once was my favourite because service was efficient and the Team Members were knowledgeable, provided a sense of urgency and valuing my time.On Friday October 20, 2023, was the worst, I stood in line for 30min to make a deposit while watching, what seem to be the Manager at the guest kiosk holding conversations, other tellers coming out from back with drink hand for maybe a break? The worst part about it all is they just opened at 9am and I’m there. I have to be at work at 10am but left at 9:30am. The guy who acted like the manager finally start servicing customer which makes me the next in line(was #3 btw and 15min in with customers lined outside of the door.So I asked him what was the problem, he said someone was on maternity leave and some other excuses so then I asked if they were hiring as I know people that’s looking for banking/customer service role but he said no we’re not.This location is closer to me which is a convenience but I’d rather drive further away where the Team members respects their clients time and provides a sense of urgency. That’s the type of customer service I’m used to with Navy Federal.

Horrible branch the tellers r clueless. I deposit $ cash n this lady can’t get it to reflect n my acct. I spent over 1hr dealing with her screw up. I ask 2 jus give me my cash back n I will come later 2 deposit @ another day or time. She has no clue how 2 give me my dang $ back. So they have my $ n their bank but can’t reflect it n my acct. I hate this branch I have always had issues here. No 1 has any smarts or any technical competence here!!!

My only issue is that they have the customers waiting by not having enough tellers. I see more people walking in and out of those mystery doors than doing customer service. I should not be in the bank more than thirty minutes.

Pretty decent service. Did have an issue with the wait time on assistance when I came in. I understand that they provide specific assistance to certain account holders due to account status but the bank in itself isnt as prestigious as they are claiming to be. They have no standard policies or explanations for getting denied services. You would think they offer better services or you would be able to have a easier time getting loans, but they its just as bad as other banks.

Visited the Pearland branch today to make a simple funds transfer or a deposit and they made it a horrible experience. The ATM was down so I had to go inside. The greeter was kind enough but the teller seemed like they were not interested in helping me at all. It was four of them a the line was not moving at all. I went from being the first in line to a long line forming behind me . Several people just left.eacj time they finished with a customer they would take long pauses and ignore the forming line. I finally had enough and went to the bank down the street paid the ATM fees and handled my business at the ATM. Please get more ATM machines because the tellers are not helpful.

Yesterday (June 21, 2022) I visited the Pearland NFCU branch office. The purpose for my visit was to initiate a wire transfer. I was warmly greeted as I walked in and asked may I help you? I expressed the reason I was there (domestic wire transfer) and was asked to have a sit. There were approximately 3 other people waiting to see a Navy Federal representative.After an hour had passed, I was to speak to the branch manager. The branch manager was not available. There was a person in charge of the branch that I did speak with. She expressed that everyone is working as hard as possible and was apologetic for the wait. An hour and 20 minutes had passed before I was actually seen. Once I was seen, the Navy Federal representative asked me had I filled out the paper for the domestic transfer. I replied, no maam, I was not given a paper to fill out. It took me approximately 10 minutes to fill out the domestic wire transfer information, which could have been time saved if I was given the paperwork to fill out as I waited to be seen.Heres my point. Im thankful we have a NFCU branch office in the area. In my opinion, this particular branch office could use additional staff and and training on customer flow from entry to exit. Additionally, because of the number of people moving into the Pearland and surrounding area, it may make sense to examine how to best serve a larger customer base with an end state of exceptional customer service.

Ive been to multiple Navy Federals all over the US for many different reasons. This one needs better management. I went in for a Notary which has only ever taken me 10 minutes top including wait time. About 30 minutes later I was finally done. There was only one Notary and it wasnt the front desk like other branches. If Notary is the fastest services I get at any other Navy Federal, and it took 30 minutes here, do I really want to come back for anything else? No thanks. Staff are nice though.

I am a regular client here. I was treated with disrespect and not allowed to come in. The staff member locked the door as soon as I approached the door. I glanced at their clock; I was one minute past closing time. Since I come every week, I thought they would allow me to come in since they know I have payroll on Friday and need to pay our employees. However, instead of being compassionate and understanding, they were rude and hurtful.

Happened over 2 mos ago..the teller I encounter needs to be retrained. Told me only needs to squpe one card..when i have 2 different account...then telling me I cannot swipe somebodys card..and i told her i am not swiping no one card but mine..she keeps telling me again and again. Which i am getting furious..then she said to go ahead and swipe the other card. I been doing this for over 20 years

I had a wonderful experience at this location from start to finish. Our first visit we spoke to Gary who convinced us to come back to apply for the loan initially, once we returned we were helped by Myles Lester who was the best MSR we could have asked for. Myles took his time to make sure we had all the correct information for our auto loan.

Today, after a year of banking with Navy Federal Credit Union I was treated as if they never knew me. They said I didnt have a enuff forms of ID to make a cash transaction. I guess a military card, drivers license and photo ID from my job was not enough. Not including credit cards etc. Being a 20 year veteran and being treated this way from my own bank is beyond words. My fellow brothers and sisters please make your own mind up but dont go to Webster Tx. Navy Federal Credit Union.

Gave me a credit card with a $1000 limit with a score of 750 and said they stood firm behind their decision but gave my girlfriend a $4300 limit credit card with a 617 score??? What happened??? Sorry but im not starting from the bottom again. Closed my card, savings and checking immediately.

The Branch Manager Taj(or however you spell it) is rude and has a bad attitude. I also have JSC federal credit which is where he worked last year as their branch manager and remember him giving me hell trying to open a account there. I’ve been with NFCU for over 20 years and refuse to go back to this branch.

They are a disgusting bank, they dont help you solve anything, they always say that you have to talk on the phone because they cant help you there and you talk to customer service and they make you wait a long time and in the end they never solve your problem, I wouldnt have an account with them again 🤮🤮
