Brittany L was super helpful when I had a few questions regarding the fence that I built. She thoroughly answered all of my questions and was very understanding of my questions. She was very prompt in her email responses to me and even dug around for some example photos to send my way. She took the time to call me and talked to me for about 15 minutes (which further helped answer the questions that I had). Brittany has fantastic customer service skills!

I had some questions regarding a new fence that I built and Im so glad that Lagaylia Davis was the one who helped me. Let me first say this: Lagaylia is awesome and deserves 100 out of 5 stairs (since 5 out of 5 star would not do her justice). She was very quick to respond to my initial email and was able to thoroughly answer all of my questions (through back and forth emails). She even talked to me over the phone when I had additional questions (since she realize that emailing back and forth wasnt the best for the questions that I had). She also provided me all of the documentation and information that I needed for my particular situation. She has great customer/resident service skills and I would categorize her customer service skills on the Michael Jordan level of excellence (i.e. the best). In my opinion, Lagaylia deserves some sort of raise, promotion, and/or award!

I have been a resident for going on 3 years now, and decided to reserve the clubhouse for my function, I couldnt be more grateful for the kindness and communication level I received from Ms.Elanor in the Residents office!!! Every time me or anyone from my family had a concern or question she had a answer and a solution! She was so kind and pleasant every step of the way. I am so blessed and fortunate to live in a community that has wonderful people like Eleanor servicing us!

I had purchased my home in Shadow Creek Ranch, Pearland in 2018 and had never retrieved the membership access cards because I did not want to go to the office that much, because of the unfriendliness of the staff years ago. However recently I decided to go get the cards and was greeted by Meredith Neal, whom was so positive and so friendly that once I left, we turned back around to get her name so that we could write this review. EXCELLENT hospitality and customer service and such a smooth encounter. PLEASE KEEP HER ON THE STAFF!!

Id like to comment on Bethany McClain who is the GM at the HOA office in Tuscan Lakes, League City. She is a very dedicated, knowledgeable and has great interpersonal skills when dealing with residents. Recently she put in great effort to ensure that TNMP fixed all the malfunctioned street lights in Siena Section at Tuscan Lakes League City. She did all the leg work and turned up the heat to make this happen. As a result, the residents feel very safe walking at night because it is so well lit. Thank you Bethany!!

Phoebe is just AWESOME, truly the very BEST!!! We moved into the Villages of Reflection Bay last year amidst COVID-19 with no access to anything in the neighborhood including the gate to gain access to our new home. Phoebe made phone calls for us and helped us, although the office was physically closed; she still assisted us. She has been such a professional in guiding us anytime we had a question or need assistance. We would not know what we would do without Phoebe - it is just wonderful to have someone that is so helpful and does it with a smile. Hats off to Phoebe - she is a great representation for FirstService Residential in Pearland!!

Our property manager, Kerry Ann Anderson, went above and beyond to help us during this COVID pandemic. She spent her time going through the financials for our community to find if there was any money owed to the community members that could possibly help the homeowners during this pandemic. She found our pool deposit had not yet been returned. Embarrassingly, things were so busy during the completion of our pool that we failed to realize we hadn’t received it. Kerry didn’t have to do this research nor did she have to bring this to our attention, but thanks to her ethics, morals, and professionalism, she unselfishly did it hoping it could help us. It was definitely a welcomed surprise and we greatly appreciate her for doing so. Thanks again Kerry Ann!

Never had any issues with HOA staff for my community. I have lived in Shadow Creek Ranch for 15yrs now and we still love it! The community is well kept and a desirable place to live. We have many amenities which are maintained regularly and community activities that are thoughtfully organized thanks to the wonderful HOA.

Which are the Deed Restrictions, the Covenants, and the By-Laws. This office is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Originally, when my husband and I purchased our home back in August of 2015, I had to contact the office to get details about pool and park access. I was unable to reach anyone by phone (after multiple attempts) and had to drive to the office with a 1 week old baby to be able to speak with anyone. When I arrived at the office, it took over 10 minutes for someone to come help me. Once they started looking in the system, they were unable to locate my name or my husbands name or address. Eventually, without seeing my ID or any verification of identity, they went ahead and assigned pool access cards (3) to me. They said I would start receiving communication by mail on a regular basis and that she added us as the home owners.Fast forward to 2016, and we never received any communication about the amount of HOA dues we owed or where to make payment. I tried reaching them by phone at this office and with their 800 number. No one could give me accurate details about the amount owed, but they were saying that extras fees were added in totaling around $1300. That is OVER $100/month for HOA dues. They do not maintain anything more than the swimming pools in the neighborhood, and there are over 6000 occupied homes in Shadow Creek Ranch. This is ridiculous for them to be charging so much! In the midst of me trying to get details on the extra charges, we received a notice that our account was sent to collections. Even the collections company could not provide proper notification from the HOA showing that we were aware of the amount due or where it was to be paid. Poor service on all accounts!!

This is the worst management company I have ever had the displeasaure to have to work with. We moved in 2 months ago. Cannot get a welcome package or access key. I have been trying to pay my HOA fees for three weeks. Their lines are busy and when you finally get through no onebothers to return your calls. On the one occasion I got to talk with someone they knew nothing about the development. How do you manage a development and not know anything about it! To date I am unable to get my account number. I called their corporate HQs, because I couldnt get through to the local office as their lines was busy for 7 DAYS, 7 DAYS! and was given two account numbers. Not one of them is correct. Inefficient, unprofessional, incompetent. I have never had so much aggravation and wasted time attempting to pay a bill. It is absolute lunacy! If I could give them no stars, I would, because they dont deserve the one.I want to respond to the reply from FSR. It is now January and I have been trying to pay my HOA fees since early December. I have contacted Cherish Dunford who keeps reassuring me that the problem with Click Pay has been sent to accounting?! for resolution. To date, despite my many follow-ups, there is no resolution. Once again the simple act of paying a bill becomes a nightmare. At this point I am traveling out of state to a place which has no WiFi and this matter has become critical. I certainly hope that FSR will not now attempt to charge me late fees! I have never experienced so much difficulty trying to give someone money! If you go to the social media site for our property, I am not the only one struggling with diverse issues with payment of HOA fees. If I could give this company no stars, I would.

I called FirstService Residential regarding my pool pass I spoke with Anthony and he told me my pool pass was at the office and I could come and pick it up. When I arrived at the office Anthony I asked him which pools are we allowed to use he knew for sure one pool but wasnt sure about others. I got lost looking for the pool I wasnt sure which one to go to. I called Anthony back and he gave me the address he was professional, and patient. Thank you Anthony for your help.

FirstService Residential installed a new card reader for access to the basketball courts (Village of Reflection Bay Rec Center), but the cards compatible with the new system have not yet been widely distributed throughout the community (and the old cards do not work with the new system). Even for those with new cards the system is not working consistently. A technician has been called multiple times to fix the new system. FirstService Residential has not been responsive to customer requests. For example, FirstService Residential has so far refused to give out the code for accessing the ADA gate located on the back side of the basketball courts. FirstService Residential needs to improve its customer focus.

There people are horrible! They dont pick up phones. I had to drive in to the office twice for minor questions. Each time I went in, it was a full house. But NOBODY answers your phone. They will find the smallest violations to give you endless trouble.
