Horrible service we rented the home 6615 Heath St Houston tx 77016 that needed repairs owner never fixed the repairs. We had rats 🐀 eating the carpet tile loose backyard fence hanging a/c broke down more than once sinks leaking and they take forever to respond and never fix the problem.I did a 30 day notice that I was moving out to get my deposit back and there gonna send after a month $100. Charging all the things in the house that we’re never repaired in that year and a half . And they turn in the homes dirty but yet ask for a deposit. I turned in my keys on the 1st of the month clean house no trash and we even painted the dirty walls and there gonna only send back $100 From a $875 deposit Not recommending them at all.
