My closing was delayed nearly 3 hours due to lack of clear communication and they called my agent to change the appointment while we were in the parking lot waiting to enter. Not a good start and it spiraled from there.The staff were friendly enough, but Im glad my loan officer was there or everything would have completely derailed. During closing, there was small talk about clients who flubbed closings on $500,000 and $1.2 million dollar homes that made me uncomfortable (our home was nowhere near that price range) and also a very tone-deaf comment about how no one should make an offer above the listing price. This isnt my situation but is an opinion that should not enter a professional setting when servicing home buyers. There were many aspects of my experience that could have been much better. I will not recommend using this company.
They were wonderful when we went in to close on our house almost a year ago. However they missed a large fee that our HOA requires the seller to pay. I have been emailing and calling the company and have either been given the run around or have been ignored. As I said we closed on our house almost a year ago and they still have not taken care of it.
Great experience with the friendly staff and communication was always crystal clear. Highly recommend, my Buyers were very happy with service provided.
Poor service experience. Apparently lack of communication between local office manager and central offices caused a multitude of data requests and tied up my closing by two weeks. Thank goodness the rate was locked or it could have cost me serious money.
I was there for a few minutes.Very nice personal.The only thing is that you can get in for the front door.You have to use the back door.
