Back in November we started looking for another home. After 5.5 years of living in our old home, we knew deep down inside we wanted more, we wanted better, and most importantly we wanted something with a much nicer neighborhood. We started making plans with our realtor Ced who quickly got things moving for us. Within three days, our home was on the market with pictures, videos, and an awesome introduction to our community. Ced was able to get us top dollar for our old home, while also assisting us with the purchase of our new home; which we closed on 5/24/21.Ced, thanks for the awesome smart gifts! Moving can be very stressful, and looking for a new image to call home isn’t always easy! I’m grateful that Ced took his time with my search even on days I felt like I was bother. The consistency never stopped and for that I’m grateful!

Ced is an excellent realtor. Not being from Houston, he helped me understand the importance of choosing a homestead and how the property taxes in TX worked. Id given up on finding a down payment assistance program because our income disqualified us from many of the ones I was finding, but Ced was able to find us a program and a lender that participated in the program. He even was able to get the seller to pay some of our closing costs. Ced saved us a lot of money!! He was very knowledgeable of the area we wanted to buy. He even recommended his barber when my husband was looking for one closer to our new home.Ced responded to every question I had, and I had a lot. Even if it was 9am or 10pm, Ced took the time to either text or call me.Im very happy I decided to work with Ced. You will be in good hands with him.

I am quite critical, and remember when I first met Ced and checked him out on Yelp, I believed the reviews but assumed the reviewers were probably easy to please. Fast forward to 4 months later working with Ced, I am blown away. Ced Thomas is hands-down the best realtor Ive ever met. I was initially intimidated about the entire home buying process because of all the horror stories I had heard. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the wealth of knowledge Ced brought to the table. He made one of the largest purchases in my life painless and stress free. Ced is amazing all around. As a first time home buyer I came in not knowing what to expect. I’ve heard many stories from other people who brought their homes and it took them months or even a year due to them losing out. Ced made things possible when I thought they were impossible. In a matter of two days I found the house that I wanted that had many viewers and multiple offers. I told Ced that this is the house my wife and I both want. After a stint of negotiating, our offer was accepted. We are now in our dream home and it still feels surreal that we were able to get exactly what we wanted the very first time in a very short time. During a time where Covid-19 has become a pandemic all around us, we were still able to complete the entire process in just 1 month. I can’t thank him enough for his time and dedication!!! Exceptional service for me means going beyond the minimum and dedicating yourself so that you are immersed in the representing your client while still providing a balanced view of the best way to move the transaction forward so that everyone is satisfied and happy. My transaction was an out of state transaction where I never came to Houston. Ced made sure all the bases where covered and guided me with questions when necessary and suggestions around what was appropriate in Houston. Bottom line: This could have been a very challenging transaction, it was NOT because of how well Ced handled it. We are very happy and I consider Ced one of the best Realtors in the real estate business.
