Cindy Kipling is a fabulous real estate agent. She is extremely professional, knows the market, does research before meeting with her clients and she guided us through the whole process during us purchase. She is extremely thorough and helps us interpret the contract to our full understanding. We would use her if we sell the property we bought with her help. Her professionalism and knowledge with real estate laws helped us tremendously during our purchase. Our lawyer who we have had went over all of the contract and applauded Cindy’s knowledge with real estate laws. Hence she is our go to agent from now on if we sell or buy in future.

Cindy is the best! Cindy helped us when we first moved to Houston trying to help us get settled and was there as we looked at numerous houses. She’s very patient and very knowledgeable and honest which was key since we were learning the area as we were looking for a house.
