This company is conspiring with the large corporation to forcibly remove the elderly disabled and veterans from the downtown apartment called the Robert E. Lee apartments and they are doing it so sneaky it’s just flat out wrong and disgusting!! They act like they don’t know anything about what they’re doing but they know!! Just the other day the elevator was about to break and the elderly and disabled people had to be Trapped in their homes for 24 hours because the elevator company refused to come out and get the problem fixed ASAP. Also probably because management didn’t report it as an emergency, cause it didn’t affect them they have a nice home to go to.And it’s Just a job to them!!J

Friday night my car was broken into downtown. They stole my business phone along with other items. I made a police report and was able to track my phone down to the club at stone oak building 2. To save you the details, Saturday I spoke to the leasing agent and ask her to send a mass email or text message to building 2 to have them return my phone to the office. She said she couldn’t do that and was no help what so ever. Today I contacted the apartment manager to ask for the same request she knew about the situation due to a video I posted online asking for the public help. She said because I posted an ugly video she would not help me & that they can’t do anything. Treating me like I did something wrong. I got MY car broken into and my property stolen. I spoke to other residents and they too have witnessed broken windows on property & no longer feel safe. My friend lives at these apartments and gave me the gate code to enter so the cops couldn’t trespass me. The manager threatened me on the phone call I just had with her and refused to give me her name & property managers contact information. She hung up on me. Which is now leading to a second video sharing my experience, trying to get the property managers attention. I highly recommend staying away from these apartments as they are comfortable with thieves living there.

Impossible to get a hold of anyone at this company. Vistas at Vance Jackson needs a new manager immediately. Dominique is rude and condescending she doesn’t care about the long term residents at all. Even the mailman has expressed his concerns to her about somethings he has seen and he said she was rude to him and completely ignored what he told her. The property has gotten so bad it’s full of trash all the time.The new residents just party and tear up the property. Someone from corporate needs to come here and talk to the residents about what Dominique has let happen here.There are multiple people saying that they have been to the office expressing their concerns about the activity here and she ignores them to. She only cares about filling the empty apartments to make her numbers look good.She is the worst property manager we have ever had here. If I could give zero stars I would.

I use to live in one of their apartments they are managed horribly. They had unlivable conditions and the building had many violations and fines they had to pay and still choose to do nothing about the way they run their place . This place deserves to be shut down for what they do to the community. They are disrespectful and disgusting.

I had to call the SAPD on the Forest Glen apartments management. They over charged me and kicked me out of the office and now trying to kick me out of the apartment. And Im not allowed in the office. I need to get a attorney! Office wont give me a billing statement. The police told me not to pay them anymore.

I’ve been having maintenance issues with them coming out to fix my AC for 5 days and I tried to call this number but can’t get ahold of anyone because they recently bought my apts and my current management at the vistas at Vance jackson are very unprofessional and not helpful at all. What’s the point of having a contact number if you’re not gonna answer for your tenants

Absolutely impossible to get hold of anyone! Been trying for weeks. They just bought my apartment complex, & there is zero way to get assistance or info. This is my final chance at getting them to contact me.

The worst ever! Can’t contact them, the over charge in my billing!! Not sure how they stay in business
