I have had my properties managed with Keyrenter San Antonio for over 6 years and have been very satisfied with their services. Our properties have been well taken care of and have grown in value. We started with one property and with Keyrenters assistance we now have 4 properties under their management. I would definitely recommend using Keyrenter San Antonio to care for and manage your property.

I used Keyrenter to manage my property for many years and had a good experience. That changed in January 2024 when my home was up for a lease renewal. I was not included in the process of choosing the new rent rate for my current tenant. They were offered a new higher lease rate without my approval. They declined the new higher rate and chose to move out instead. I was informed on the 31st of the month that my tenant would be moving out the next day. I had no prior warning that my tenant had given 30 day notice and was moving out until the day before he was due to move. I did not appreciate the lack of communication and the way the lease renewal was handled without my input. Trying to get my home re-leased was a sloppy process with Keyrenter, so I moved to a different leasing company and have been very happy with them.

I moved in to my townhouse infested with German Roaches and warms. Electrical problems; didn’t have a working stove, no working connection for washer/dryer and the bedroom ceiling fan shaking and falling out of the ceiling when turned on. There was Borax powder, poison for roaches, in the kitchen and in cabinets. Exterminator was sent out; had to move and cover all of our belongings and furniture due to the poison. It was such a disaster and massive inconvenience the first few months. There were several things that needed to be done and I put in maintenance tickets. Only the minimal things would get done. I was extremely nice and just let a lot of things go undone , without complaining. Upon moving out, I deep cleaned the townhouse, and it was spotless!! They have now decided to bill me $475 for cleaning and light bulbs, totally ridiculous! Don’t move in unless they fix all issues immediately! Don’t waste your time deep cleaning , they are going to bill you for cleaning Will follow up with photos.

As a tenant with Keyrenter San Antonio for over 5 years we have always been well taken care of, their maintenance department is very good, and we hope to keep leasing with Keyrenter San Antonio.

These guys are the best. I have some houses in San Antonio and I can rest assured that they maintain them well.

Staff was super speedy to address my issues and super friendly.
