I met Jennifer and Darren approx. 5 years ago when I was on the fence about selling my house and buying another home. Jennifer showed me several houses that met my criteria and within my price range. I was nervous and decided to wait. I would call her from time to time with questions. Finally I was ready, she advised what I needed to do to get my house ready to sell. The housed listed and 5 days later I got an asking price offer. She keep me on track, explained any issues I had and I closed 40 days later. Jennifer and her team are amazing! We first used Jennifer’s daughter and team member in the 2020 to find a house to buy when moving to San Antonio. The Evans group was instrumental in us securing a great deal on a new construction home during the height of COVID. 3 years later we were on the move again and Jennifer set us up for success to sell. She was able to get us under contract in less than 2 weeks and negotiate a closing date we needed based on our summer vacation plans and movers schedules. Their team took all the stress out of the selling process and even had contacts for all the little repairs I needed to accomplish. Highly recommend!

Jennifer is amazing! We had a lot of things we were specifically looking for when buying; good area, good school zone, not far from town but still right on the outskirts, and she found the perfect house for us. We had to buy before we got into town and she took time out of her day to go house to house while FaceTiming us to choose the house that suited us. We also like a realtor that tells us their opinion on a property and she was very open with us! She did so much for us and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! Incredible!

Jennifer was amazing to work with! We were moving from Denver to San Antonio last minute during peak season and she was able to find us a house quickly in the crazy market! She was willing to go take videos at whatever property we wanted to see and it made us feel much more confident buying a home from out of state. I filled out one of the online forms at realtor.com without realizing my information would be sent to a whole bunch of people. I immediately got tons of phone calls... Jennifer was the only one who felt honest and seemed like she truly cared about our situation and what we needed. Her whole family is in the business and you can tell that her first priority is finding you the best house for what you need. Even better, they are retired military!Jennifer was a great help during our buying process. Our situation was somewhat complicated with my husband being unavailable, I was pregnant, and in the middle of a pandemic. She was always available via text or phone call, regularly updated me on the progress of our house, and worked hard to make the process go as smoothly as possible. We had a pre-approval before contacting her, but with her advice, we ended up with a better loan, a much lower APR, and were able to afford a new build. We even got closing costs covered.Not only did she help us find a home, she has our future in mind, too! We discussed re-sell values when we decide to move on to a larger home. As a first time buyer, it was so comforting to have the insight into our future and we will definitely be using Jennifer for the next go around!

From first meeting to closing of our home and buying of a new home, Jennifer and entire family were very supportive, responsive and genuinely invested in OUR needs. We will use the Evans Group again and highly recommend when selling and buying homes!

As a landlord, one of the worst. Were also landlords and have NEVER done our tenants as such. Non responsive to requests for services like leak repairs. Didnt reply to move out inspection request until the night before the lease expired and wanted to schedule a walk through midday(like we dont have jobs). No provided list of preferred companies to shampoo carpets as required in the lease. My absolute favorite part was being notified via text message that the owners were selling after only occupying 9 mos. This was all while my husband was recovering from COVID. Military friendly, yeah right,if you like wasting money you dont have. Home was left in better condition than received and we have the receipts to prove it.

From the get go the Evans Group made our dream come true. Through tireless house viewings, weekends and holidays, they preserved. Even when we were going to “settle” on a property, they advised to keep faith that “our house” would be there. Unbeknownst two weeks later, there it was. They provided guidance, knowledge and professionalism that was first class. We appreciate everything they have done for us.

Great experience in buying a home. We worked with Shailee and she was fantastic throughout the whole experience.During the Covid times it was impossible to go across the country and see houses neighborhoods or anything like that, but Shailee was always ready to do whatever we needed and go beyond our expectations in the process.
