Be careful with this rental company and Airbnb. He has Airbnb remove negative reviews for his properties. We stayed at his rooftop pool and had the worst experience. He was successful at having AirBNB remove my negative review so I figured the best alternative to alert people was to post it here.Way overpriced and not ready. Investment property not ready for rental. Broken outlets (had to request an extension plug) windows in the bathroom dont close so bugs are all over the house in the morning. Doorbell doesnt work. Staircase dangerous and loud and falling apart. Chairs broken without screws. Coffee pot was broken on arrival but owner did resolve after 2 nights. TV remove was broken when we arrived but he did replace. Light bulbs missing and burned out. Pool is nice but maintenance has to go through the house in order to get to it. They dont let you know someone will stop by the back door and look inside the house while waiting for you to answer. Pics are outdated. The pool was recently replaced with a jacuzzi. This is the nicest part of the house but not swim friendly. There isnt a pinball machine just a pac man machine with no audio. The air hockey table is very low quality. The second floor is so squeaky its hard to sleep on the first floor if people are upstairs. Worst part is that there were nails all over the driveway. I spend a few hours on our third day (yes it took that long to notice) that nails were everywhere. I ended up picking up 53 screws and nails. When I brought this to Daniels attention, instead of responding quickly or sending someone to clean up he waited to call me after we left to make sure my tires were not punctured and he did offer to take care of it if they were (after the fact). VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. He did take care of a few issues, but others (like the window) he just ignored.This company has a lot of rentals on AirBNB. I highly recommend you be cautious as it is apparently easy for the property managers to manipulate Airbnb reviews.Google wont let me add the link but I have added pictures.
