I lived at Marquis Cresta Bella for almost 8 years. I had the absolute best experience living in this community. It’s a gorgeous property that is well taken care of by the awesome maintenance crew, and also very safe. Anytime I needed anything they were always there same day to address the issue. The office staff is also amazing and very responsive and helpful! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home for so many years!! I will miss the community, but am so thankful for my time there!
Great apartment complex. Clean , safe , and responsive staff. Good maintenance crew that responds to requests quickly. Gals in the office Mali and Lacey are quick to get back to you with questions and very knowledgeable and professional. Staff seem to actually care about tenants and property. Beautiful pool areas - there are two! Other tenants are generally quiet and respectful. Nice place to live.
This is the 6th apartment complex Ive lived at over the last 9 years and is by far the best experience Ive ever had and 100% worth the upgrade. Mali gave me a tour in February and sold me on the spot with the amazing view from my balcony. The maintenance team is great and always responds quickly. Ive found minimal maintenance issues other than the normal routine items. And they actually answer the phone when you call, and if they dont, they call right back. Thats because they value your business and want to make positive experiences. I know many complexes that dont even answer because theyre afraid itll be a complaint or they simply lack the work ethic. I have no complaints here. Moved from blanco and west ave and let me tell you, I dont miss the gunshots! Only gunshots you hear around here are from supercars backfiring 😎🔥
Marquis Cresta Bella is the most affordable luxury living on the NorthWest side on San Antonio. The views are absolutely amazing and the amenities are awesome. I am a four year long resident and i love it here!
When you see four maintenance folks show up at your door to fix your problems, you know youre going to get top notch service. And we did!! (If you look closely, youll see five more stars after these five). A shout out to Leslie for getting it all started. Very professional & did a great job!
This apartment complex has been my home for the past 3 1/2 years and I have loved every day of it. The views are spectacular and unheard of in many parts of San Antonio, both pools are kept clean, amenities are new and remodeled. On average completion time for maintenance requests was 1-2 days dependent on the request. I would have signed again going into a fourth year if it were not due to work purposes. I hope to be able to move back if I am able to. Im going to miss this community very much. The Cresta Bella neighborhood is perfect for evening walks and very safe. Location is also very good, you can be in the rim or La Cantera in less than 5 minutes! 10/10 recommend this apartment complex to you if you are looking for a place to establish a home. I have met many great people, and many cute pets in both dog parks they have to offer. Thank you Marquis Cresta Bella for all of the memories!
Marquis Cresta Bella is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in! I’m so grateful for all the staff - Liz, Mali, Lacy, and maintenance. Everyone is so responsive and helpful! Our 2-bedroom apartment is spacious, lots of windows, and with updated appliances. The amenities are amazing, want a pool? There are two! Gym? Amazing equipment. Everyone who has been over has commented on how scenic our complex is. It’s right outside the city by La Cantera/The Rim and the hills give such beautiful views. I highly recommend this complex to anyone wanting to move to San Antonio or wanting a quiet area.
Mali is absolutely the best! From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, sweet, and truly made the entire apartment search a breeze. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and found options that perfectly matched my needs. Her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. In my family’s search for an apartment community to live as we planned to relocate to SATX, there are no shortages of properties to choose from. My experience at CWS Apartments has been by far the most smooth sailing and reliable experience I’ve had! The staff are extremely friendly and always keeping the maintenance up to date, and not to mention pet friendly and the views are breathtaking.I highly recommend checking them out!

I love living here! The people at the office, especially Mali, are always available during the day and quickly respond to any concerns we have within the community.I feel safe here, and I know that the staff genuinely care about their community. Both pools, the community room, and even the dog parks, are always kept in the best condition. Very pet friendly, the doggie bags are always restocked and they have treats in the office too.They also host a number a fun events that give the folks a chance to mingle!Any issues I’ve had are always resolved quickly, and with a smile. The maintenance crew are all fantastic as well, always giving a wave or smile in passing.The only downside is that I can’t see the fireworks from 6-flags from my unit. 🎆🎇
I have loved every minute of living at Marquis Cresta Bella! The property is gorgeous, my apartment is super cozy and management is super friendly and helpful. If I ever need maintenance for anything, they are always there within hours to help! I will be resigning my lease for sure!
Basic “luxury” apartments that are completely infested with roaches. unit was dirty with dead roaches and roach feces upon move in and the leasing office didn’t show any real urgency in fixing the issue until we got close to our move out date

My fiancé, our dog, and I found this place three years ago, and weve been happy ever since. We were lucky to find a spacious one-bedroom apartment that had everything we needed: hardwood floors, modern appliances, a yard, and even a garage. Its comfortable for our dog and just right for having a few friends over. Weve watched our little one grow up here, and we appreciate the homey feeling and friendly community around us. Its just a great place to live.
The apartments are very beautiful, not to mention the location! The complex is always well maintained and the staff are always very pleasant and helpful. I’ve had no complaints during my stay here as the staff works diligently to resolve any concerns you may have. The neighbors are nice and sociable and it’s a beautiful place to live that is close to everything like the RIM, la cantera etc.

Lacy was amazing! I had a lot of questions and she answered all my questions and was very caring and patient with me. She truly went above and beyond.
My wife and I have lived here for a year and can’t say enough good things about this complex! Everything is kept so new and clean. Seems like they truly care about the residents and the property itself! Maintenance staff is so friendly and professional. Never went more than one day without whatever was broken being fixed! Joey is an asset to the maintenance team and been so nice every time we’ve needed a repair completed! We love living here and plan to renew when our time comes!!
This is a decent property in a nice area. Pools are nice but not taken care of. They are usually disgusting during peak seasons. They removed the cabanas from the lower pool that are on their website months ago. The TV that they have in the pool area by the office has not worked in the 4 years that I have lived here. The business center is non existent. They removed the printers years ago and I can not say if they even have computers available any longer, as there is no point in going to a business center when you have to have the leasing consultants print all your personal information for you and have access to it. The leasing consultants are very helpful and maintenance are efficient at doing their jobs. However, one maintenance guy has been known to do drugs and accidentally text my phone about it some time back in error, which I still have in my phone. I didnt report it as its not my business. Another maintenance guy also used to hit on and text a neighbor of mine and I think he still does. Also not my business. But it has happened. Most disappointing part of my stay here has been the new property manager, who upon being asked to go over my rent ledger with me in detail, proceeded to ask me...Are you not able to add it yourself or do you not know how to read it? Yes....I was calling as my rent was late and I was trying to purchase a cashiers check on my lunch hour to pay it. I am a single mom and had to take the afternoon off of work due to her inability to help me because she didnt like my tone. However, the amount I calculated matched the amount I had been given by a leasing consultant by the name of Lacy day before. The property manager who continued to degrade me, Liz, was giving me a completely different amount and refused to recalculate it for me to make sure. I again stated she had calculated it wrong, which she later confirmed via email. (No apology for being wrong the entire time and putting me down. But rather, just sent an email confirming the amount I had in the first place) After I changed my tone in complete frustration, she proceeded to ask me to leave the office and called security. I, in turn, called the corporate office and they never answer the phone. A receptionist answers and says she will pass the message along. However, I will hardly get a call back from the corporate office. They apparently condone this type of behavior from their property manager. She will get a certain tone from me when she continues to degrade me. Beware if choosing to move here. Everyone else is great. But Liz is awful and had me in tears after I left there.
From the moment I stepped in Lacy was very friendly and outgoing during our tour! I toured 4 other communities in the area after visiting Marquis Cresta Bella and she blew the other tours I had out of the water! Marquis Cresta Bella is on my top contenders list!!

This is hands down the best apartment complex staff I’ve seen. Liz, Lacy, and the rest of the leasing office are very responsive, kind, and seem to really care about the residents. I loved this complex!!! I lived here in 2022/2023 and I miss it so much. My unit was clean, the area was quiet, and the neighbors were very nice. Not that I spoke to them much, but let me give an example. One day I dropped my wallet in the parking lot, didn’t even notice. I was out on a run down the street and got a call from the office letting me know someone had turned it in to them. I turned around to go get it and everything that was in my wallet was still there. So kind and I am forever grateful. The units are so cozy and I love the finishes, the pools are very nice and always clean. Other than sometimes when the infinity pool has trash left behind, but it gets cleaned pretty quickly. I never had any noise complaints other than when my neighbors had dogs for a few days. I don’t remember having any issues where I needed to contact maintenance or the office multiple times. I think the only thing that threw me was the move out notice, which I wasn’t sure if I would be staying or not so I didn’t provide. This was my first time at a non student housing complex, so I didn’t know. But remember to provide your notice or you’ll be there longer than intended!!! Management was super nice about me not knowing, and we worked through it. Now I know. It’s pretty dark in the area so the stars at night are beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is respectful. I always felt safe and comfortable here. Highly recommend.

We have lived here for less than a year and the amount of car thefts that have occurred here is outrageous. Our vehicle was stolen a few days ago and when asked for the cameras, we were notified that there was none around the premises, only by the gate. Although the area is nice and the staff is friendly, it is not worth to live here if you do not feel safe where you’re supposed to call “home”. There is so much more to be done when it comes to safety and looking out for their residents. If you value you and your family’s safety and your belongings, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

My boyfriend and I have lived there for a total of five years. Unfortunately, I have to give it a negative review because of some serious problems we have experienced here.In 2021, our entire 1,300 sq apartment flooded due to an issue that was the apartments fault. It was poorly handled and we were left to handle the issue through our renters insurance. The management team made no effort to help us out by setting us up in another unit for the night. Before that, our kitchen sink fell in, and one of the pools BBQ pits was not secured properly and fell off while we were cooking. Luckily, nobody was injured, but it was still quite concerning...and a waste of our food.Despite these issues, my boyfriend and I decided to give Marquis Cresta Bella another chance in 2023. We thought the location and amenities were worth it. And the fact that we had several friends who also lived there. However, when we moved back in, we found that there were a lot of repairs that needed to be done. The maintenance team did come to fix things, but the repairs were often sloppy and incomplete.Throughout our lease, our fridge didnt work well, and the ice and water dispensers never worked, even though several maintenance workers came to look at it. They promised to come back and fix it, but they never did. Our garage door was also damaged, and no one ever came to fix it. Again, despite being told they would be there the following week to make repairs. The pools were in bad shape, with caution tape surrounding all the cabanas, and the exercise equipment in the amenity center was broken. The gates were often broken, and there have been a lot of car break-ins in the area. A lot.Right before our lease ended, we had a friend move into Marquis Cresta Bella, but the apartment manager, Liz, refused to give us the move-in credit because our friend forgot to mention our names during the tour. This was quite disappointing as weve never encountered such greediness in management before. Though I dont lose sleep over our experience at Marquis Cresta Bella, I am aware that they will eventually face consequences for how they treat their residents who pay a lot of money to live there. In fact, several of our friends are already searching for new living arrangements and plan to move out of Marquis Cresta Bella. They also plan to share their own unfortunate stories and experiences here in the reviews.Since 2020, Marquis Cresta Bella has not been maintained to its previous standards due to poor management and customer service from CWS upper management.I hope that another company will take over and improve Marquis Cresta Bella because it has so much potential. Unfortunately, its currently in the wrong hands and its been poorly managed. Im very happy that Ive moved out and found a better place to live that cares for its residents. I currently feel spoiled compared to my experience at Marquis Cresta Bella.
This is a 5 Star in my book. The management is extremely kind and helpful. The amenities are nice, as well as the pools and the view. The apartments are great and very clean and spacious. They are also affordable, considering the area is a higher class and accessible. In all, I’d highly recommend this complex!

I have lived at Marquis Cresta Bella for several years now, and have loved it. The apartments are very nice and well-kept, everything looks and feels new. The views here are unbeatable, and they have maybe the best apartment pools in the entire city. I am in the process of upgrading to a larger room, and I ended up choosing Marquis Cresta Bella again, over all the competitors. My leasing agents, Mali and Lacy, are incredibly kind and helpful, and made my transfer so easy and stress-free. Would strongly recommend to live at this place.

I moved in about 5 months ago and it has been a pleasant experience! Everyone I have met so far from neighbors, to maintenance, and staff have been nothing but kind and helpful. Lacy helped make leasing process a breeze. She is always very attentive with any requests I have and extremely helpful! The amenities and the pool are a plus!
Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to my man Frank. Sometime during the night, our AC busted and we woke up sweaty and nervous about how long we’d have to be without cool air in the Texas heat.Luckily, Frank came in, lickity split. Replaced a capacitor and notified us right after that it was already taken care of. What a pro!Honestly, if I had a sister, Frank is the type of dude I’d want her to marry. I do have single cousins, but they’re all nightmares.Anyway, thanks Frank, you the man!
I have lived here since October and really appreciate how this community has felt like a real home. The customer service is great and some of the other residents have become good friends of mine. The office staff has gone through some very positive changes and it makes me feel safe and secure! I love having such a beautiful location to invite my friends and family to, and the views are AMAZING.

The apartments are located in such a great location just a few minutes away from both the RIM and La Cantera and HEB is right around the corner too! The two pools available to residents are amazing! The office staff has always been quick to respond to any questions I have had and maintenance has always been quick to respond to service requests I have had as well!

This place has been a wonderful experience so far. Maintenance orders are completed quickly. Any emergency repairs have been handled quick and promptly. The front office assistants and management are wonderful to work with and listen to concerns and handles them appropriately. My children and I have enjoyed living here.
I generally do not give reviews on places I call home but this one is necessary. I am a current resident here and my car was stolen today. There has been multiple incidents of car break ins/theft recently. To feel unsafe in a place you call home is the worse feeling. I have a young daughter and to wonder if she will be safe outside or outside skating with her friend is very disheartening. I was told cameras are only at the gate. This complex needs to do more for the residents here and their safety. More safety measures need to be taken, residents need to be notified of any kind of criminal activity that day so they can be cautious, active security patrolling, & security cameras at each building. Cars wait outside the gate till someone else comes by and opens it for them.Staff is kind, location is great, but the lack of safety in this community is not worth it.
I had a great experience touring Marquis Cresta Bella, thanks to Lacy’s assistance. She was incredibly enthusiastic and took the time to answer all of my questions. Even though I didn’t end up leasing at this time, I was genuinely impressed by the beautiful grounds, well-maintained facilities, and stunning views. I highly recommend considering this complex.
Lacy and Liz were amazing great and patient and personal-able , I’ve been here for a year and I’m in the office now renewing my lease I don’t not want to live anywhere else! Quiet and clean place , also the amazing view from my balcony and the amazing view from the infinity pool, you can see the entire San Antonio!
Overall the community is amazing! My sister and I have lived here for the past two years and we love it!The office staff are all very helpful and the maintenance staff is great! The maintenance staff is super fast to respond to request and super friendly. We also love that there’s two pools! Definitely nice during the summer.Really considering re signing for another year.
This apartment complex looks very nice and the area seems very quiet. I needed to move in asap and Mali was very helpful and understanding of it. I would definitely recommend her. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to move in but will definitely be my first option in the future
Lacy gave me and my girlfriend a tour of the complex. She got us water, made sure we were comfortable, and showed us everything we could ask for. She was easy to get along with and made this place already feel like home. Great leasing staff for sure!

I’ve had Multiple terrible experience with apartments and Marquis just blew it out of the park with their customer service. Mail is amazing especially. They ALWAYS answer all my questions and my phone calls. Anything I needed they were there. Everybody in the office was always attentive. Thank you for giving me a place to call home!

The maintenance team here at Marquis Cresta Bella has been great! Rich, the maintenance director has always been so great at following up on work orders and being transparent on what needs repair and how it will be done. They’ve accommodated my work schedule many times since I work from home! Overall, they’re on top of it and very friendly!

I highly recommend this apartment complex if you find yourself looking for quality housing for rent in the San Antonio area. It is located right off the highway which makes it easy and convenient in a big city. Also, location is key so being that it’s close to the Rim, La Cantera Mall, and Six Flags is a bonus! The view from my balcony is simply breathtaking. Highly recommend!

Mali is such a delight to work with. She put up with me for 2 months while I searched for the right home. I appreciate how patient and resourceful she was when it came down to what I wanted. I got the exact home I sought after and I couldnt be happier. My partner and I have been here just over a year. We’ve upgraded from a 2 bdrm to a 3bdrm. The maintenance team here wears super hero capes! They’re very quick and attentive to requests literally a couple hours after you submit it! I don’t know how they do it! Great views, quiet and well kept! Management team is very courteous and communicative as well!
Been living here for the past 3 years and LOVE IT. It is true there used to be a parking problem but not anymore. Amenities are super nice.Also want to give a shout out to the maintenance team; theyre great! They are all very helpful and are always willing to help you with any service request. I had a flat tire the other day and one of the maintenance team was very kind to help me.
We visited Marquis Cresta Bella and found the complex to be superb in the amenities it offered. Our leasing consultant Ariana Perez was very professional and positive in assisting us. We have not looked at apartments in over 40 years and she patiently explained the rental process and steps we needed to complete in filling out the application.The apartment that we were hoping to rent unfortunately became unavailable as someone else had rented it. Ariana quickly communicated with us and offered us other options. While we ended up renting in another complex, Ariana is a definite asset in this complex and the complex is beautiful.
Marquis Cresta Bella has it all, beautiful pool, up-to-date gym. Makes you want to stay home all day. Any issues at the apartment were resolved quickly. I am a very satisfied tenant!
I just wanted to give a big shoutout to the maintenance team here, especially Nick! He has been at our apartment for the past 4 days fixing our concerns in the apartment and making sure the dogs and I are comfortable. He even brings the dogs treats! We are excited to renew for our 4th year here and know it’ll be great because of Nick and the team.
Frank was a great help in my apartment. Had a lot of maintenance issues and he took care of them in less than 30 mins. Very professional and committed to help.
I had a tour here a couple weeks ago with Lacy! 10/10 amazing experience, beautiful living! Amazing rates! I decided to move to an area a lot closer to work but it was a hard decision, if work had been any closer I would’ve moved in in a heartbeat! My husband and I moved in about 2 years ago in 2016. We have had nothing but a great experience with our apartment! It’s bittersweet moving into our first home, because we will definitely miss it here! The apartment itself was very nice and the views were amazing. Office staff were very personable and nice when we would inquire about things. No apartment complex is going to be perfect but they do try to accommodate your needs the best they can. I definitely recommend these apartments for the cost and location! I had several friends living in the area paying much more for their one bedroom then we were. We will miss this place for sure!
The worst place to live!!!! Mali is unprofessional i lived there for 4 and half years everything was fine . My lease ended and thats when they became monsters !!!!!! Beware!!!!!!!! Im currently working with a lawyer for fraudulent charges of 4000!!!!!!!!! Beware !!!!
Highly considering moving here this summer. Their pools are breathtaking and very much so resort style. Liz cared about my needs and was very genuine to help.
I had a kitchen sink problem and James came to the rescue in less than 24 hours and on a holiday. The whole maintenance team and staff are just outstanding. I am renewing my lease for another two years!

By far, this is the best experience i’ve had with an apartment complex. The office and maintenance staff are great, as requests are fulfilled almost immediately. Plus, the views, pools, and dog park are 10/10!!
Just moved in this month and I’m loving everything that Marquis at Cresta Bella has to offer. From the leasing office workers to the maintenance workers, they are all very well responsive and in my opinion - the best! Would recommend living here!
So far so good, my wife & I just signed the lease today. Depends on who was helping you, but the staff helped us today was exceptionally professional & courteous. She walked us through the process, listened to our needs, and show us the unit that works for us. We have not move in yet, 4 stars for now, but we will definitely reevaluate and review once we moved & settled in. Beautiful view & amenities is amazing. We probably stay here for a while before buying a house, but we might enjoy it and not buying a house 😀
I love this apartment complex and we were having trouble moving but Lacy Heiliger helped us allot. She is amazing she helped me and my roommate through out this whole process. We couldn’t have done this without her!!!
If you have a service request, this maintenance team gets it done! David is super helpful. He follows up immediately and provides excellent service! Ive lived here since July, and havent had any issues. Tiffany and Ari in the office are super helpful and create a welcoming atmosphere every time I come by to say hi. Highly recommend checking out this complex!
I love the new staff. There’s a lot of open communication and at the end of the day; things get done! I appreciate Jon, leasing consultant—because he is very understanding and maintains a great positive attitude. These apartments are in a good location and out of the way. Not too much noise!
Belleza is actually alright. I read all of these bad reviews and honestly some of them were pretty dramatic. Everyones experience will vary but dont let the bad reviews fool you. It is not perfect but thus far Ive had an overall reasonable experience. Only complaint is the nearby construction has sent little critters up to our apartments. If you live on first floor, expect spiders and such. Not sure what to expect during the summer months. I like that the fitness center is 24 hour. I enjoy the pool area and cabanas even during the cooler months because the sunsets are breathtaking. It is pretty quite most days. Weekends my neighbors get rowdy but it usually dies off by midnight or 1am. I hope that anyone who considers moving here is a good driver because everyone seems to run stop signs and speed. Children live here. I dont have any kids but I see them every morning walking down the hill to their bus pick up, so be mindful that we dont live on the autobahn.
Have lived in our current apartment for about 6 months now. Moved back here after a year away and it feels good to be back. Still have the best views in the area with all the gym essentials, convenient location, and luxuries in both pools. The office staff is inviting, friendly, and helpful in every way; especially Jon Palomares who helped us secure our apt and has handled any concerns/issues weve had. He has definitely made our stay here pleasant and worthwhile.
Cresta bella is absolutely beautiful, with hassle free parking and two pools with amazing views which is always kept clean thanks to the amazing staff. The office crew is always so welcoming and friendly when you walk in. The maintenance crew is amazing and so quick to respond if/when I have issues. Both the office and maintenance crew never disappoint! To top it all off, this property is also pet friendly!
Beautiful complex, awesome LUXURY pools. Quiet community, safe, friendly staff, & maintenance is super quick!! Javier, the maintenance rep is very attentive and goes above & beyond.The amenities are great, and the two dog parks are a bonus!! If you are currently looking for a complex that is DOG FRIENDLY, this is the one!! Parking is convenient, I always find a parking spot without any hassle. I’m extremely HAPPY with this complex, and definitely signing another lease!! If you are currently looking for a place to stay at, I highly recommend living here. 😃
This place is absolutely amazing. I have been living here for two months and I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever! I will admit it is a bit overpriced, myself renting out a two bedroom for almost $2200 a month. But when you take into account how responsive the front office staff is to any problems that arise (which are very few), how quick maintenance responds to your issue and how beautiful the pool is… You begin to realize that it really is completely worth the price. If you can afford it, I would recommend this apartment complex without reservation. The clientele here are definitely upper-middle-class to high-class income tenants... I saw a Ferrari leaving the complex the other day. The grounds are kept very clean and for the most part pet owners pick up after their pets.This review is not endorsed by the front office, I am a real tenant and a real customer and not affiliated with the staff in any way or being rewarded for posting this review whatsoever.

I just moved in this past Friday and the leasing process was effortless. Everyone was super helpful and responded right away. I know Marquis is under new management and they are making a pretty awesome comeback. For the few days I have been here, I have not heard any loud noises that previous reviewers have complained about. Even if it does happen, yall have to remember this is a complex near a University. It has a young dynamic which is exactly what I have been looking for because of my age. I have already met a few people and everyone has been extremely nice. My apartment was in perfect condition except for normal wear and tear from previous tenants. I cannot wait to see what his year holds living here.
February 26, 2019 : I just again wanted to warn anyone looking at these apartments! Apparently, they are under new management, one which responded to my original post, telling me to reach back out to them. To no surprise this new management is just as bad as the last! Every time I call, the manager is not available and in over two weeks has not returned my messages.I beg you please DO NOT RENT HERE! Its a big money hole with a very careless staff. They will not take care of you! DO NOT RENT HERE! DO NOT RENT HERE! DO NOT RENT HERE!I know there are a few positive reviews on here, but trust me the good does not out weigh the bad! I decided to ignore the warnings of others and I am still paying for it! Do not make the same mistake!January 2019: If I could give this apartment negative stars I would. There are a lot of hidden fees and the management is horrible. They forget to tell you things and then charge you for them. The people working in the office are very disrespectful. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Yes, I know the apartments look nice. I bought the view and the pools too, but just dont do it. I moved out September 2018 and they are still giving my headaches in 2019. I am a respectable renter with good renters history and they have been so horrible to work with. When I did live there none of my work requests were acknowledged and I turned them into the head manager, Bonnie. Nothing was ever done! Dont live there. Its not worth it. Trust me.
The leasing agent (Brandon K.) was very positive and upbeat, engaging in conversation throughout the visit. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable, willing to accommodate prospective clients needs and followed up as promised!
So, I have lived here at Belleza...I mean...Marquis for a little over 7 months now. When Bonnie Crabtree was the manager, this complex was amazing. She always made sure that residents were attended to and that we were enjoying our experience here. That was a great change from the original property manager, Liz, who was rude and just not meant to run a Class-A property. When the new management took over and renamed the complex, which if you ask me, really devalued the property, they fired her because she used to work for the company. Wrong choice if you ask me. She was the best thing that had ever happened here. I have yet to meet the new management team so I will update once I have.Here are some less-than-positive things that are not attributable to management that you should take into consideration if moving in here. First, if you have dogs who shed, do not get a premium upgrade unit. The black, bamboo floors are stunning, but the hair is unbearable. The quartz is also nice, however it stains fairly easy. There are no hot tubs on property, even though there are two pools. The gym is awful, going to be completely honest, especially when you can go 2 minutes up the road to Ascent Cresta Bella and pay the same price for the same product, as these two complexes were developed by the same company, NRP. The clubhouse does not offer WiFi (at least to my knowledge) as I have tried to connect numerous times. The dog park could be improved by adding astroturf. The parking is bad so pay the extra for the covered parking spot. Valet Trash, while a 3rd party company, only comes Sun-Thurs. I work at as a manager at an apartment complex where it comes seven days a week and I really wish they would adopt that here, too. Lastly, the units do not include washer and dryers. I think adding washers and dryers would really increase the value of this property.Now for the good stuff! The views, no matter where you live, are incredible. I love all of the features in the unit from the dark floors (which are REAL wood, by the way) to the quartz countertops, to the large bedrooms, and the built-in shelving in the closets. The pools (yes, two!) are incredible and you wont find any as nice as these. The dog park is great for any dog lovers! Huge kitchens, huge bathrooms, and overall huge units! Javier, the maintenance supervisor, is hands down the best maintenance supervisor I have ever met. I have worked in apartment management for 2 years and haven’t seen anyone like him. He’s the best ever.I really, really have enjoyed living here and am excited to see how the new management changes things.
To start- I expect a much higher level of service when youre spending over 1600 a month on rent. My guy and I have been renting at this apartment complex for over a year, and have just extended our lease (only because we dont plan on apartment living much longer). Out of all the experiences Ive had with maintenance I have not had a single positive one. I have been yelled at on several occasions by a younger maintenance worker and told that I couldnt be helped because he was getting off shift (which is a great thing to say to tenants who work in EMS) it seems as though whenever we cross paths he goes out of his way to be disrespectful towards me and its becoming borderline uncomfortable. Parking is a huge problem, weve had several cars parked in front of our garage late at night leaving me nowhere to park when getting home from work- this is why we are paying for a garage in the first place. People also enjoy parking along fire lanes, which really annoys me. When calling after hours numbers a majority of the time no one answers, and Texas lawman told me they dont make visits to the apartment after 4 pm!!When we extended our lease, I asked to see a breakdown in our rent (with rent, garage, cable, and discounts shown) and the office manager said they dont provide those to tenants- this on top of how over the top rude they are should have been taken that as a big huge no no.Our apartment is cheaply made, but its our home and we enjoy living in our little niche. However, when you exit the doors you encounter dog poop on the concrete, trash which hasnt been picked up all week, and rude workers.If you have a dog you would enjoy the dog park! Lots of nice ladies and friendly dogs nearly every single night.

I just stopped in to look at this complex because it looks very nice online and their prices/location is perfect. Our move in time was very flexible but we were looking to move in around December. Even though I repeatedly advised the leasing agent of this she kept showing me places available in three days. I advised our budget was around $1200.00 she proceeded to show us units for over $1600.00. The units themselves look very nice but I was very turned off by the pushy sales tactic. also while I was there a few people who were moving in/ live there came in with complaints and I did not like how the leasing agents were responding to them.
Mali and Lacy made our move very easy. They were patient and helpful every step of the way.
UPDATE: Jon P. is the nicest and most professional agent at this complex. I would recommend talking to him for finding a great spot to live. While security in the apartment has been improved I do feel like the apartments have quality of living has risen exponentially. Thank you! Come live here yo.
I lived here almost 2 yrs. The view my balcony is great! The swimming pools especially the one up the hill that overlook hwy 10 is very nice. But i got to say parking is terrible u can hardly find place to park nothing is assigned unless u pay xtra for carport or garage i was put on list when i 1st moved here which was about 4 to 6 mos waiting when it was supposed to be available i called them and was told i wasnt even on list so i didnt put my self back on bc i couldnt afford it and besides i already paid too much as it was on rent i jus feel that im a resident and shouldnt have to struggle to find parking. I sometimes hate going some where to find out when i come back theres no parking. Also there is a roach problem with these apartments i had a freind who use to exterminate. here and he said they had a bad problem with roaches.
James was very prompt in addressing my maintenance issue. Im very satisfied how quickly the repair was made. Great customer service from James.
Nick did above and beyond in completing everything I needed done in my apartment!! He had the best attitude and was the best maintenance assistance I’ve ever received he was sweet and didn’t make me feel unsafe in my home which is a huge plus for me!! He fixed everything quickly and all in one day. 15/10
Highly Recommended it!! The leasing agent Jon Palomares is the best. He is very friendly, helpful, and nice. There was a management change several months ago and it was definitely for the better. My favorite part about the property is the amazing views of the hills. I dont think there is a better place in San Antonio.

Love these apartments! John in the leasing office is so nice and his customer service is even better. He is always in a up beat mood and offers me water or if he could get me anything when he passes by while Im in the community room using the WiFi for school/work. I had an issue with the WiFi a couple of times and he was more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was connected properly.

Great land that could have otherwise been used for ~actual~ luxury apartments, is occupied by a complex that falls short in so many ways.First things first, they wouldn’t allow me to see the unit I was moving into, opting to show me a model unit that was very different from the one I received. The Lease Agreement wasn’t ready till the morning of my move in despite the fact that I chose the unit nearly a month before. The bamboo floors in their flagship finish are easily damaged, and came with multiple deeply set scratches. Belleza offered their maintenance, who only painted over the exposed wood with darker matte stain; it didn’t look good at all. An unsightly light fixture that is only available in their most premium finish was also a cause for distress; the fixture always looked dirty and was not easy to clean. The GM, Liz came in and agreed that something should be done, so maintenance assisted in cleaning since it would have to partially be taken apart. Afterwords the fixture still looked unclean and nothing thereafter would be done to fix it despite my inquiries. There were several other broken pieces in the unit. Outside of the unit were dirty, water stained walls that they only bothered to power wash once in the 3 years I was there. The stair-well up to my unit was flimsy and would make noise as you walked up because of some loose support beams, which I had to fix myself after 2 months of, Well have maintenance look at it. I fixed it with a little bit of foam, btw...It seems as though management makes and enforces rules at their discretion. The Lease Agreement said I could register my business at my unit, yet management said I couldn’t receive mail under the business name, and mail would be returned to sender of it was received in the office... how does that make sense? Another time a leasing agent admitted to the GM that she have given false information to me about rent due dates and the GM would not uphold that info, telling me that despite what the agent said, I should have referred to my lease agreement. She wouldn’t remove late fee until I called some manager from the parent company inland resided (who’s number she nearly refused to give me). Katheryn, the AGM need to work on her tone, especially over the phone.Overall the place wasn’t worth it’s cost and the aggravation. The only good thing about it was its location and maybe the top pool if you don’t mind the loose tiles. Yikes. Methinks not.
I’ve lived here for 12 months and I have to say this has been the best complex I’ve lived by far. Marquis is going under new management and making a lot of upgrades.... pools and them amenities are amazing.... not to mention the amazing views. I have no idea why anyone would rate marquis a 1 star, I highly recommend this complex to anyone that’s looking for 5 star service.

Marquis Cresta Bella is great place to live. Maintenance always answers within 24 hours for non emergency items, and they call almost immediately. David and Javier in maintenance are awesome at their jobs!
Malianne at Cresta Bella has been so helpful for my roommate and I on two separate occasions! We adore the management and have always been able to get help when needed.

I came to visit a friend recently that lives here at Marquis Cresta Bella. I was thoroughly impressed with how well kept the community looked. Although I was only visiting , overall I felt very welcomed. My lease is up in a few months and I’m highly considering making this place my next home!
We were timid going into looking at these luxury apartments due to bad previous experiences with others. However, when touring Yari assured us of all of our concerns with a friendly and comforting demeanor. This apartments have surpassed our expectations and I look forward for the memories to come!
This is my personal PROS and CONS list based on my experience living in the complex for the past 3+ years.PROS:- Some buildings have breathtaking views. I can’t stress this enough! There are also cool running paths within walking distance from this complex.- Location is convenient for easy highway access. Close to a lot of great restaurants, small parks, shopping centers, etc.- Office staff frequently hosts community events (food truck evenings, movie night at the pool, holiday themed events, wine tastings, annual dog costume contests, etc.)- Dog parks are spacious. Complex has disposal bag stations throughout the grassy areas.- The phone app is easy to use. I’ve found that maintenance can sometimes respond to requests via the app quicker than e-mailing the front office.- Pools are incredible (security WILL check for pool passes. You can bring one guest per pass).- Units have crown molding on floors/doors, very durable quartz-like counter-tops, large kitchen cabinets, and functional bathroom spaces (some upgraded units have dark wooden floors. While nice, I found myself spending quite some time swiffering the floors).- Clubhouse is very nice with pool table, printing station, free coffee/tea machines, office space, and a decent gym (some gym equipment could use a brief touch-up).- Landscaping has always been amazing!- The maintenance staff have always been polite to me over the years. In my personal experience, response time is comparable to other apartment complexes.- Though required, valet trash is a big convenience (only Sun – Thurs nights. Try to have trash out by 8-9 PM).CONS:- Building aesthetics are gorgeous. However, some buildings/units may have mildew or mold damage.- Washer and dryer are NOT included, these are a hefty monthly charge if you want them (they also have on-site washers and dryers that you can pay to use).- During my stay, the app will NOT send you a notification that your auto-pay is about to expire (resulting in non-disputable late charges). Not a huge deal, but just be mindful!- Prices are continuing to increase. Be sure you can budget properly before moving in!- LIMITED PARKING... If you can afford it, getting a carport or garage is highly recommended.- Some building and porch ceilings have chipped paint. I’ve had my porch repainted a few times and the paint would still chip off with inclement weather.- Cable, internet, and valet trash is mandatory. As of the date of this review, Spectrum is required for TV and online services.NEUTRAL COMMENTS:- People on the first floor should expect to see random critters crawl through (nothing serious with my experience, just pill bugs, etc.) I can’t really ding the management for this as they had my unit sprayed in a timely manner and the bugs still showed up.- The wall paint can easily get scruff marks on them. If you need to re-paint, management will provide you with the paint. However, the attendant is responsible for painting and bringing their own container to fill with paint.- Just like every other apartment, expect to hear noises from your neighboring units.
I have to give a 5 star rating! Since this has been under new management I have noticed so much getting done around here. Very beautiful property and the staff is attentive and on point. Yuni took care of alot of my work orders since she has been there. With her attention to detail and making sure things get done right the first time, she is a great asset to the maintenance staff. Also just want to say to the rest of the amazing staff thank you for everything yall do, yall rock!!! Keep up the good work. For those looking for a new place this is it.
Beautiful on the outside... well sort of, if you dont consider the lack of maintained beds and gardening at every building on the lower lever, exposed base rock and run-off mud buildups abound. The management style would be expected in a slum complex however in an apartment complex that is suppose to be this nice (and is this expensive), one expects a much higher level of service. Dont judge it just on the rent either, which is high... all the other mandatory charges are excessive, trash, pest control, pet rent, parking, oh and mandatory Time Warner Cable of $70/mo, but if you dont rent their box for an additional $40 you dont get the package they tell you you are paying for. (RIP OFF). The management response is, Well you can get ATT but you will still pay the $70 for Time Warner. Its about an extra $250 on top of rent... God forbid you have an actual problem. The first day I moved in there was a terrible mold problem that I reported that day and was told by the assistant manager that she didnt see it when she did the walk through...AND?? Needless to say, 3 water leaks, 2 months and one insurance claim later, I transferred units with much headache and stress. Management basically blamed me for the water leaks behind the wall. REALLY??I will move as soon as the lease is up, not worth the time or money.
We have really enjoyed living at Marquis Cresta Bella. It is a beautiful neighborhood with great amenities and the front office is always available to help.
DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. You will regret it. Everything stated here is true. TERRIBLE property management, from the property manager up to corporate (apparently this is the 3rd management company in 2 years). They simply do not care as long as your checks clear on the 1st of each month. The property is advertised as luxury, but besides the views, Dominion/La Cantera location and upgraded premium rooms you pay for, everything is cheap and requires constant maintenance. When I originally signed my lease, they told me that there was on-site security. THIS IS A LIE. I had to call security about resident and non-resident noise at the main pool and within my building about 3 times each month. I would call security at 11 PM, and they wouldnt arrive to address the issue until 1 or 2 in the morning. When I complained about this to the security dispatch, they said they managed over 100 properties in the San Antonio area, so Id have to be patient. Talk about high standards and luxury. When I complained about this to the property manager, NOTHING was done. Other than the poor management, there were rarely ever any community activities, parking is sparse and there is dog poop everywhere. The gates were always broken when I first moved in, and they reset everyones key fobs and the gate code without notification. Ive lived in several apartments in my lifetime. This one was the MOST expensive with the LEAST amount of customer service and integrity. I relocated to San Antonio for a career opportunity and decided to pay a higher rent to feel safer and have a better commute. Now I am terminating my lease due to constant noise complaints and a terrible living experience. What an expensive mistake trusting these people. My hope is that my relocation company will no longer be referring this property unless it is specifically requested. Maybe that will make them care. Lesson learned, for sure. A shiny, new book cover over an issue of OK magazine will NEVER receive my rent payments again.
The front office staff have been wonderful to work with throughout our stay here. We’ve been here 9 months and every request or concern we’ve had has been dealt with professionally and in a timely manner.
Great Complex and friendly staff. Only recommendation is to help with picking up Dog Poop in the Dog Park. Unfortunately, not all residents clean up after their pet. So it’s getting more difficult for those residents that do, to enjoy the dog park without avoiding other pets mess.

First impressions are everything. When I first came into the leasing office with my roomate we werent greeted right away which was fine, I understand people may be busy. Once greeted I felt like were not being taken seriously by the leasing staff at the beginning of our conversation. Everything I was asking for was being ignored, and when we asked to view a 2 c or 2d and any 3 bedroom apartments another lady just bluntly said no we dont have that available. I then asked for deposit information right after we were asked where we work. Once we told the staff where we worked the attitudes changed. We were interested in these apartments, and we were wanting to try again, but we have decided not to.
I’ve been living here for about 8 months and ever since they switched management at the beginning of this year, this place has gone down hill. The trash section is locked so you can no longer recycle or throw your trash when valet doesn’t come. The place is full of dog poop because no one picks up their poop and the courtesy dog bags are always empty. Always. Maintenance takes their sweet time. I put a work order a week ago and a second (for the same thing) a few days ago and have yet to of had my issue fixed. Front desk never answers the phone, I always have to go in if I need to talk to someone. Security is a JOKE. He literally walks around on his phone and sits and talks to people for close to an hour or he’ll find a place to hide and stay there for a while instead of actually keeping an eye on the place. No wonder there’s been so many break ins.I used to love it but definitely will not be renewing my lease.
Staff is extremely rude!!! Apartments are cheaply made and you can hear every single noise. These apartments look nice on the outside but trust me, dont waste your money on this poorly constructed apartment building. As much as they charge for rent you would think the service would be great but no, this is the worst service we have ever received and we are so glad to be out of this place.
The maintenance crew is simply top notch professional, dedicated, and provides excellent all around service, especially Luis Pacheco. Hes an amazing service staff, always has a smile on his face and willing to help in any way he can.
•Lets start with the positives, this complex is located in a convenient area, easy access to La Cantera, The Rim, Six Flags, UTSA, and so on. The view (if you get lucky enough to get placed in a good building-there are A TON) is very beautiful, though I have to comment the area is very up-and-coming so you may luck out, or you unfortunately may have a parking lot view, or a view of newly developing construction site. The pools are gorgeous, there are two. They are well maintained. The gym is nice, small and simple. The community center is also very nice and clean.•And thats where it stops. First day we moved in we had an encounter with a snotty resident. Everyone is so rude, every resident I came in contact with. Our upstairs neighbors were neighbors from hell, the worst you could ever imagine. Stomping, parties, talking very loudly (you can hear them through the ceiling) BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY my apartment always wreaked of Marijuana. I put in a maintenance request asking to check my vents (because thats quite embarrassing when I have my family over) and did NOT accuse anyone in particular of smoking. Maintenance came in, checked vents, checked pipes, told me he couldnt find the source and to Try closing your vents. DONT YOU THINK I ALREADY TRIED THAT?! Thats literally all the help I got, congratulations, youre paying almost $2000 a month for this luxury apartment, hold your tongue in hopes the smell will go away, finally say something, and pretty much get the middle finger. Thanks.•I own an SUV and a motorcycle, the parking situation here is LITERALLY NIGHTMARE-ISH! So by default I squeezed my motorcycle and SUV into one parking spot to be considerate of other residents, that was until people started squeezing their cars next to my bike!!! NO SIR! So disrespectful, a motorcycle is a vehicle and needs to be treated as one, I dont squeeze my bike next to your car, I deserve the same respect, so of course I then start taking up two spots (Which Im entitled to, I registered BOTH my vehicles with the apartment when signing my lease) and I get approached by a resident who ended up parking his motorcycle next to mine in the same spot, no big deal. Its a bike, they wont mess up mine, I wont mess up theirs. So this Motorcycle owner approaches me in the parking lot (he was with a group of guys and fell back, I guess to confront me, the group of guys proceeded to run upstairs to the patio to watch..THEY WERE MY AMAZING UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS!!) He then went off on me, telling me I was fd up for taking up two spots, so on and so forth..Im an 120lb girl, and this guy is cussing at me while all his guy friends are watching from their forth story view.After that encounter, I noticed they got louder, stomped harder, followed me, harassed me..For how loud our upstairs neighbors were we never said a thing, I never told on them for harassing me. When I got someone to take over my part of the lease, I let the front office know everything and I was told, Oh we know them, theyre really cool guys. Another resident complained about them and they assumed it was you, but yeah theyre cool, were all close. Are you serious? So know if youre friends with the front office, you can get away with anything!•I have a dog (6lb yorkie) who goes everywhere with me because I have very bad anxiety and panic attacks, my last weekend there I was taking advantage of my last day at the pool and had him there with me on a leash, a resident complained and got us kicked out even though hes a therapy dog. They have two dog parks but the fences are too wide so theyre usless because he can walk right through the posts!•Finally after a long 4 months I got someone to take over my lease. Tell me why I just received an email telling me I owe a $150 fine for sticky stuff on the door that was there when I moved in AND we wrote on the sheet the first week saying it was like that when we got there. Theyre charging my ex roomates for something they DID NOT DO. THIS PLACE WILL SUCK YOU DRY OF YOUR MONEY, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR COMFORT.
This is a great place! Very friendly staff. Such a beautiful place. Amazing maintenance staff, Javier never disappoints. He goes above and beyond to make our home experience at the cresta be unlike any-other. If you are looking for a safe environment with a great friendly staff, this is it!
Been living here for a few months now. Probably the best apartments I have lived at so far, and the views are unbeatable. A special shout out to Jon for exceptional work ethics and costumer service, extremely friendly guy!

I personally love living here, but the management team is absolutely rude and terrible. The main manager Liz is awful at her job, she has HORRIBLE customer service and I wish the Belleza community would get rid of her. I recently was in my apartment minding my own business at 9 A.M on a Tuesday morning about to leave with my dogs to go out of town and I hear maintenance making noise and cleaning another apartment next door. Next thing I know Liz BANGED on my door asking me what my dog kennel was doing outside of my doorway ( I had put it out there not 5 minutes before I was about to leave). Point is she did not just knock politely which I wouldnt have minded even at 9am, but what if I had been sleeping?!?!???!!! I do not understand the harassment and horrible tones this lady has given me since I started living here over a year ago, when I have been nothing but polite, clean, cooperative, and understanding. As someone who pays a bunch of money to live here I think I deserve some respect and privacy ... nothing a note or a brief call at decent hours couldnt fix for something SO small! Like I mentioned I love living here, but myself and many other neighbors who have moved had been because of her and the other management team along with outrageously priced apartments which arent all that nice.

I had a water leak in my unit, told Nick, and the maintenance staff, as well as put the request in shortly after. Within 5 minutes they had 5 maintenance members working hard, and efficiently to take care of this inconvenience for both party’s. Thank You!!
We came to tour on a Wednesday and Mrs. Kayla Long was able to move us in that Saturday with no problem. The staff here is extremely helpful and is just always there and available. Not to mention the price for all that they offer is just by far amazing.
BEWARE! if you are looking for good apartments these are not it! front office staff SUCKS for lack of a better word. dont be fooled by the nice pool and good views because that is all you will get at these over priced apartments we are currently renting a 1 bedroom one bath for $1600 a month and HATE IT and thats that we have a beautiful view poolside apartment! dark hardwood floors get dirty VERY fast and security guards take their job WAAAY to seriously weve complained about an overly aggressive security guard and so has every other resident around us and front office staff could care less they say weve already addressed it and thats it. this over aggressive security guard has called SAPD TWICE on families that were laughing to loud at the pool and will also verbally abuse you as he walks by we dont even feel comfortable living here anymore and its not just us other residents we have spoken to have the same issue with this security guard and did i mention he drives around in an obnoxiously VERY LOUD beat up old chevy truck that wakes us in the middle of the nite as he drives around throughout the complex in his death machine from hell as he stalks everyone waiting to point a flashlight in your face? did i also mention our apt didnt even come with washer or dryer? if you want a luxury apartment thats worth the money these are NOT THEM! save yourself the 1 yr lease MINIMUM and dont get stuck like we have we regret it! so many other bads to list but dont feel like writing a book.
By far my best experience when I resided here, but I want to be clear... I rented here because the place and office staff was great, but I stayed because of the maintenance staff! Yuni was so good to me and my family, we never had anything unfixed for long and if it was a problem she always communicated the realove to us! Thank you Yuni.

I am counting down the days until I MOVE!!! The community is fun, young, and hip. However, this is NOT luxury living.Ive been here for 10 months, and my refrigerator has completely stopped cooling 5 times!!! Yes, 5 TIMES!!! That means, I have replaced an entire fridge of food on 5 different occasions. Im a teacher and just cant afford to have a refrigerator that I cant rely on.As trivial as it may seem, you DONT want to live in a place where you never know if youll actually be able to keep the food you buy or not. Ive been wondering why Ive seen so many moving trucks and people leaving lately. I get it now.P.S. If youre having any type of issue or concern, bypass the office and call the property management company directly. #THANKmeLATER

If it was possible to give no stars or negative stars I would. This place is, like everyone says, a piece of crap. OVERPRICED. there is no weather stripping so water, bugs, dirt, you name it, are always getting into the apartment. Weve lived in two different units in this complex, and both were heinous. In those two years weve had mold grow in our bedroom, the garage keypad COMPLETELY fall off the wall, multiple cabinets just fall off hinges, the soap bar rack in the shower completely fall off on my foot in the shower. Our kitchen sink faucet is loose and falling apart. Random power surges, the air conditioner broke in summer and it took them a month to fix it because it wasnt a priority issue when clearly this is Texas and in summer its practically like living in an oven. The materials are cheap and the walls are so thin you can hear every sound. If the person above you walks, opens/closes a door, takes a shower you can hear every detail. When the person above us moved in the lights from the ceiling and things we hand hung on the wall fell off and we had shattered glass everywhere. Does management care? No, they said theres nothing they can do. They make you pay for time warner cable and my cable has been unavailable for over a month now, they continuously change the fobs and gate code without warning. Parking is a nightmare. The gates will be stuck open for weeks at a time. Security shows up on random nights after midnight and all he does is creep by the pool and gym. Theres horrible theft. I literally saw a huge white truck on cinder blocks one morning because in the night someone stole all 4 tires. Maintenence hangs around your apt, and I feel like they let themselves in sometimes. I vacuum my carpet each day before I leave the house and sometimes when I come home there are footprints in the carpet. Management for a lack of a better word is nonexistent. In the many times ivw walked my dog ive encountered a large snake and a huge skunk, plus a multitide of ant piles amd scorpions. Geez. The only good thing I can say about this complex is ............ wait no. I have nothing good to say.
I have renewed my lease twice already. I love the resort style living here. The new management is very quick in responding every concern we have.

I am an Air Force Officer and Doctor, after reading the numerous negative posts and having talked with some friends who lived at Belleza I have decided that I will not be considering this complex for my family and I to live in. Decent customer service is not only essential its also very critical particularly when it comes to a close knit living environment such as your facility. My wife stopped in to ask some questions a few weeks ago and to be honest with you she was very disgusted with the attitude and the very verbally offensive treatment Liz was directing towards a tenant who was being very polite and attempting to ask some direct questions concerning utility repairs. It is a shame that a possible future tenant and customer such as ourselves had to observe such rude and unprofessional behavior by the management team of this complex in particular the individual mentioned above. My wife told me that she walked out after hearing that exchange. Anyhow a message and word of advice to the owner, your people are who make you or break you, they either make you look exceptionally good or really bad, just like the folks under my command structure, I expect the best from them and I give them the same in return. Thats how it works. Im sure this individual may have been having a bad day but I must say, I doubt it. Good day to you and good luck.

James was swift when fixing the requests that could be fixed immediately. For the requests that could not be taken care of immediately, he informed me that they would be scheduled to be fixed and that I would be notified of when that is. He was also very friendly.
Not a resident yet but this place is beautiful. I stopped by to look since I’m very interested and office staff was amazing! Jon helped me and super friendly gave me all the info I needed and I already felt like I was at home. And the pools are AMAZING!!
Moved in during February 2019 management team has been very helpful with any problems I’ve had. The service tickets are done within a day most times. I love the views and the area plus everyone is really nice.
This is the first apartment complex I’ve ever lived in and it has not disappointed at all from the staff to maintenance and of course the beautiful view, floor plans and pool areas.100% recommend.
If there’s one thing I enjoy most about this property, Jon at the front office ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. When I place a work order/ or just have a general question he is there with no hesitation. Thank you for all your amazing work!
Management office is horrible and incompetent on all levels. On the other hand, maintenance crew is by far the best Ive ever seen. Management will give you a round about answers and its always never their problem nor responsibility. Come live at your own risk.

Quality maintenance department. My dishwasher stopped working, and unfortunately they were unable to fix it but they were apologetic. Javier and David were very friendly and replaced it with a new one the next day!

The front office staff is INCREDIBLY rude and based on the information from the other reviews, it only gets worse from there. Save yourself - go to Vista Ridge or Retreat at Cross Mountain, pretty much ANYWHERE else.
