Southwest Recovery Service really worked with me on my account. My rep Brandi Lynn gave amazing customer service. She was professional and had patience with me. Overall if you communicate with them that you need more options they are willing to work with you.

15 mins of hold to find out what they keep calling me for. Before Steven the owner threatens litigation the website lead and encouraged a google review. Daily calls but then not verifying what they are spamming phone lines. It’s an unfair debt collection practice that will be reported. Hi Steven. I’m waiting

After applying for a mortgage, I found something on my credit that I had no idea about from five years ago! I reached out to Southwest Recovery hoping to reach an agreement. Thomas and Steve were very timely and fair and made sure to get it resolved quickly.

Whoever answers the phone every time was extremely rude & disrespectful after the THIRD attempt to pay off a credit with them. He didnt take the actions he told us he would after the first phone 2 weeks ago, leading them to be very difficult to work with as well as immensely unprofessional. Promised us he would get back with us and never heard anything, what kind of professional raises his voice on a phone call. Do not work with this company.

A company that cares about the needs of their customers. They have the greatest employees. You get handled with so much care. Brandi Schrade goes out of her way to make sure youre taken care of and relieved of debt. Thank toy guys.

Wouldnt help on a judgement recovery of over $15,000. Was told that they would never end up paying. Thought that collection recovery was their business. Guess not or someone there doesnt want to work.

Worst costumer service, I was told this was the place to call. I was helped by one guy who told me they can handle it, then transferred to another person and was treated very disrespectfully. Then he had the urge to just hang up on me when he couldn’t understand the situation I was in, when the other guy obviously understood and said they’d be able to help out.

Brandi was awesome. Very helpful and understanding. She made my experience pleasant.
