I bought a new home from this company and now having to endure all the cut corners. Currently getting foundation repaired and after digging you can see all the garbage that was buried under the grass. They are a poorly constructed and made. To have a foundation repair in 3yrs is horrible. Thinking this was a great first but now looking at it and realizing just a heartache and headache. If you are looking to buy a DR Horton home look elsewhere. The foundation was compacted and now had plumbing issues from the foundation shifting. Light fixtures wired poorly that had an open love wire that was sparking. If I could buy a home all over I would go elsewhere. Then I’m told to email the warranty company and I do. They then send the email to the company handling my foundation repair as if it’s their issue. No this issue was from the start. If it was built with proper intentions rather than just the $ sign people wouldn’t be or feel like they were robbed. Now I have to spend in excess to make my home live able and look decent. This is what our nation has come to. All about cheating the hard working and sell people a half completed project guaranteed to have issues and cost thousands to fix. I would definitely never recommend buying a home built by DR Horton. Spend your money on a custom home built the way you like knowing the builders actually cared about the home they built you and not just lego built home guaranteed to breakdown in a few years.

Three years in. Quick sloppy build. Bad light fixture installation bad roof installation bad plumbing installtion. Every vanity and door must have been second hand from the damage I’ve seen after the move in. Doors and door frames badly installed and damaged. Even the sprinkler system was installed bad . Will never buy from dr horton again. They cut ever corner I am sure the can legally cut

Where to begin… for any future house seekers DO NOT BUY FROM D.R. Horton!! I cannot stress it enough. From rushed jobs, sloppy work, carelessness, to down right dissatisfaction and disappointment. And if you happen to already be in deals with them, DO NOT SIGN ANY PAPERWORK until you are fully, completely satisfied with the way your house looks, feels, etc. Because dealing with them after signing is beyond infuriating. Take it from me a gullible new D.R. Horton home owner.

Solana Ridge a master planned development, DR Horton homes, is conveniently located off Loop 410 near Lackland AFB and Traders Village where you can shop for a variety of items. The community has full amenities and theres a Super Walmart and bus stop right outside the community entrance.

Not satisfied with our home. Our home was done so sloppy. This was the what experience ever! Big regrets. Dont buy a home with DRHorton. Save your money.

Great affordable community. Community has playground, Pool, Walking and jogging trail. Close to Lackland AFB, Shopping and Restaurants.
