Sutton Farms by Starlight Homes

When I signed the final constructions of the house I didnt noticed the existing problems when we bought our brand new home.As a nurse I have no idea about constructions and structures. My husband was away for a job. He saw the problems when he arrived back home after a month that we bought the house.Structurally, were not worried about the safety of the house. My husband is working on it to get fixed the cosmetic touch paint and drywall in our garage. But we want to emphasized how bad the workmanship of Starlight had in our brand new home. They offered to get it them fix but were done with them.Definitely its a bad recommendations from us.I will upload some pictures and messages.

Property is new and already looks like trash…. The HOA (if established) needs to get stuff cleaned up, if it is just the property management, y’all are slacking really bad on this community.

Ill be leaving in these houses for 2 or 3 years theyre a new houses by the quality is no good sitting is falling apart The windows not working on Summer the air condition cannot keep cool the houses because the AC guy says not enough in circulation and the attic and whenever they come and check the attic they say oh they never insulation and my electric bill was $500 every month this place is looking like a garbage yard
