I had a deeply disappointing experience with Biegger Realtors, particularly with Karen Biegger. Despite providing all necessary documentation and going above and beyond to assist with verifying my client’s rental history, they still rejected the application without valid reasons. Karen’s intrusive questioning about my client’s personal information, including their immigration status and Social Security card, was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. This lack of professionalism and respect for privacy is concerning and reflects poorly on the integrity of Biegger Realtors. I would caution others against engaging with them.

Unfortunately, we rented sight unseen based off of pictures they presented on their website. We drove all of the way from Kansas to pick up our keys and were stunned when we walked into the house to find it filthy.Both toilets contained feces and urine stains, the walls and floorboards were dirty, the garage door looked as if it had a hole at one point and poorly patched up (which they did not show in the pictures). Every time I turn my head there is something else that needs to be scrubbed and cleaned. We even picked up kid’s knick knacks that were right out in the open, so they can’t tell me that they came in here and “inspected” anything.I’m not sure if this company conducts move out cleaning and inspections themselves, if they do I can’t tell. They should be paying my husband and I for the move out/in cleaning at this point.When inquiring about the condition of the home I was told that pictures of the “move out cleaning” was sent to them which proves to me they did not step a foot in this house before renting it.I cannot use the stove due to it needing a deep cleaning and new racks which I am sure they will make an excuse for also.According to them “as is” means they do not clean or inspect their rentals before leasing. So, once again do not rent from them. You will also have to purchase new blinds, new oven racks and have to pay a cleaning company to conduct a deep clean before you can actually utilize the oven. All of that plus the deposit, this company just basically robbed you while you did their job for them.Highly disappointed and will not recommend nor will I ever rent or buy from this company again.I will also make sure that other military families stay away from this realty company, especially if they are stationed elsewhere and cannot view the home.

Just finished up our rental house contract with them as our landlords and have nothing bad to say. Gloria, Diana and Karen were always so responsive whenever we needed anything and got someone out to the house quickly as well. If you ever need a realtor to run your rental property, highly recommend Jack Biegger! And if they are great taking care of us renters, I imagine they are even better at helping you buy and sell your house! Thank you ladies!

I’ve been a tenant at one of the rental properties Jack Biegger manages and let me just start off by saying I’m so thankful for Karen and Diana. Our house is a little bit of an older property but anytime I’ve needed assistance with maintenance issues they are quick to get somebody out to look at the problem. We have been here for Four years and love our house. Thank you for all you Ladies do ❤️

If I could give them negative stars I would!!We rented a house from Jack Biegger for 6 years. Within those 6 six years, we experienced bad customer service from the property manager Sonya. Her communication skills and customer service was well below average. The way she spoke to me as if I were a child was horrible. The owner isnt much better in my opinion either. Being a tenant for six years and 1 late payment, the way we were treated towards the end was horrible. Im thankful we bought a house and dont have to deal with rentals and landlords anymore. I personally would not recommend Jack Biegger.

We had a great experience renting a house from Jack Biegger Realtors. The property managers are very responsive, everyone at the office is kind and friendly, and the online system for making payments and requesting maintenance is convenient. We lived in our rental house very happily for two years and were very pleased with all of our interactions with this management company.

I just moved to San Antonio and was in a panic because I had no place to live. Then I was blessed with Sonya! She was so kind and easy to work with. She did everything quick and helped me in every way she could. She was able to get in a home super fast and took a huge load off my shoulders! I would definitely recommend everybody that needs help managing their property or finding a home to go with her!

If you are in the military please do not rent or manage your property through Jack Biegger Realtors. In particular Sonya, who is very unprofessional and has no business sense. She has no idea how to liaison from the tenant to the owner which causes uneccessary stress for both parties while they get paid either way.

My bestfriend just called to try and get some information and help as she is going to be a new resident in San Antonio and we spoke with a lady named Diane who told us to just get on realtor.com to look for rentals. We asked if there was anyone there to help us she just said no. Did not assist in anyway possible. Very disappointing!

Sonya went out of her way to make my leasing experience great. Everything went quickly and easily. Thanks!

I second most of these negative reviews here. -5 stars from me. Not helpful, very disrespectful, and very condescending.

Great realtors. Been working with them since 1996.
