Came to tour a one bedroom and was greeted immediately by Marisol. She was very professional and knowledgeable, she answered all my questions and provided a thorough tour of the apartment. The unit was clean and well-maintained. Marisol was able to address my concerns and made the process of viewing the apartment smooth and efficient. I was impressed by her professionalism and helpful demeanor throughout the entire tour. Overall, my experience with Marisol and the apartment viewing was positive, and I would highly recommend her as a leasing agent.

Crescent at cityview is an amazing place for all kinds of people. This is my first apartment and the experience has been amazing. The front desk was very communicative, informative, and attentive to our needs and questions. Thank you Marisol The grounds are very well maintained and it is clear that management cares about cultivating a positive and fun environment for its residents. The apartments are also reasonably priced, we got an A1 apartment and are very pleased with it. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone searching for a quality home. Looking forward to move in, in November.

The application process was very smooth and within a week I was ready to be moved in. The agent that helped me was very nice and helpful answering every and all questions. I could not have asked for better assistance. Thank you Crecent for making my move to the North side quick and easy.

Jeremy was a huge help with getting my apartment as well as making sure things got/get fixed in a timely manner. I have been here 10 years and I have never been so disappointed in my life. I dont know if its management or what but the things they are doing are absolutely outrageous. The tenants have no say so we are just forced to say ok to all these outrageous things they keep making us pay for. There is absolutely nothing affordable about these apartments. So to anyone looking dont look at these. They dont fix anything and when they do fix something they do the bare minimum.

The move in was great, the office managers was nice, my apt was clean a nice looking. Everything works in my apt. Very happy place to move too an grow with your family.

Hes the main one that everyone likes and respects without him the property is going to legit just be worse than what it is.)Their now making you pay for trash when it doesnt even get picked up. My second night of the trash valet service not doing their job. Also refused to hold people accountable for dog feces and dog pee all over the place. They fixed they gate and it open and closes by itself. And the workers they hire have hit the gate multiple times. But they want 1300$ in rent but nothing gets resolved around here and the lawn people they hire damages your property as well and does a horrible job its seriously sad and annoying

I love the environment it was so welcoming and the leasing agents went out their way to help me get my place and I am so grateful for them. The apartments are great and I would definitely would 100% recommend yall check them out.

If you don’t want your vehicles towed or your friends and family vehicles towed DO NOT MOVE OVER THERE they allow the tow trucks to come through there and tow anybody vehicles and when you call the office they say they have no contracts with the tow company. I was at work for my patient on the 19th clocked out at 1pm came outside my SUV was gone a few weeks before this they towed my patients brother truck definitely not a good complex to move to if you have vehicles there’s no visitors passes and if the visitors parking are taken you’re screwed. My patient is in the process of finding somewhere else to move after living over there for over 8 yrs now DONT DO IT DONT MOVE THERE oh yea my receipt from the tow place says the towing was authorized by the crescent at Cityview don’t let them lie to you they are responsible for the towing of vehicles

I am so happy living here since the move Jeremy and Veronica have made the process wonderful! I had an issue with the fridge they brought a brand new fridge this place is quiet and pleasant thanks Veronica and Jeremy!

Jeremy is the best !!! 10 toes down ! He moved me in with no problems ( ofc you gotta have ya money ready) and as long as I tell him the problem it gets handled!!! He is the best In the office!!!!! I have been here since March (5months) and as long as you mind yo business you shouldn’t have any problems!

Do NOT MOVE here if u are NOT Hispanic. Dont be fooled by the leasing specialist Jeremy, although he was great, very respectful and professional, they use him to bait tenants in and sign lease because he is so respectful and professional. But once they got u on the hook, u get to see the real uncut Crescent. Shadae, Alexis and John the other office staff (Hispanics) very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional AND RACIST. And upon finding out that I was telling the truth that I didnt owe crescent any money, they still continued to be rude and unprofessional AND disrespectful. I dont believe I signed the lease to deal with rude disrespectful office staff because they are UNHAPPY with the choices they made . Dealing with UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECT and racist office staff where I PAY RENT is UNACCEPTABLE!! Having to deal with disrespect and retaliation because u were wrong is UNACCEPTABLE!I havent been in this apartment 3 weeks yet and already had the whole new toilet put in a whole new stove and a gang of other problems that I thought were supposed to be fixed BEFORE I MOVED in but obviously wasnt. I couldve stayed at the Star of Hope for free if I wanted to be treated like sqautter or less than human... Where I PAY RENT ... UNACCEPTABLE AND Disgraceful

More than I expected for this area. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and helpful during my move in process almost a year ago. Its now time to renew and Im staying put right here!What I love about this community is that good people really do exist. The transition and moving process was great thanks to Jeremy Fisher, the leasing specialist that work in the front office. He does a great job at making sure the residents have what they need and ensures that any problems are solved expeditiously.

Will never move over here again office guy Jeremy is great office guy very helpful I had lots of water leaks in my hallways bathroom ceiling kitchen walls I appreciate the maintenance supervisor & two other maintenance guys that always had to come out in visit my apartment when I first move in my living room window was busted didn’t notice until 2 days later but if they did proper walk through before moving people in they would have notice not to mention when I was moving my things out the washer in dryer wall outside was mildew my breaker had been mess up for so long I call in told office that’s wat it was cause I had to keep calling my light company thinking it’s them whole time it was the breaker breaker ended up catching on fire for them to see it was on there end not to mention poor security they also put late notices on my door & it wasn’t even my apartment number (disclosing other people business not paying attention as usual) not to mention the walls & the painting is horrible when I stay here in 2019 it was nothing like it has gotten to be I hate I even decided to move back over here ! I have a lot of photos in videos I will be uploading ! I also share plenty of photos with corporate (didn’t help) it’s just bad customer service especially when you pay your rent on time & give the office or other residents no problems ! Not to mention I had nets every were in my apartment I did everything I could do I call and told office I was told they couldn’t do anything when I knew it wasn’t my fault cause I clean with bleach. And keeps my house clean they were in the closets the bathroom kitchen pest control never came out ! My ac didn’t blow in one my rooms the kids room is were all at blew the hardest ! Last but not least Rebecca is so rude u have to get back rude with her to make her understand

Jeremy is a real pleasure to work with. He is very clear and concise when giving requested information. He will make sure you have all your ducks in a row when leasing with this property.

Ive lived here for 4 years now you can tell that has been a change in the management system they are a lot friendlier theyre getting a job done more quickly my experience has been so much better now and I would like to thank the management team and Jeremy keep up the great work!!

This review is about the maintenance worker Ricardo Bereira. He is very professional, and nice.He always fixes any problem correctly the first time, and makes sure everything is working good.

This place is just horrible. Floods are extreme and you cant get away from it. The management is rude. They hang up in your face. They give out evictions two weeks after none payment, even for the first time late and they tack on an eviction amount that is unbelievable. I wouldnt recommend living here. I always here something above me (mind you , I live on the second floor, theres only two floors) and the trash smells DAILY. Its extra ghetto. The apartments are set up nice but thats it. Everything else sucks big time. Maintenance is slow. They only tell you the good things to get you in there but dont tell you youre subject to a quick eviction. Im so ready to move!!

This community has been nothing short of great. The process of being approved and moving in was such a breeze, thanks to Jeremy! He was helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Ive been here for a year - so far no problems. Parking is a hassle but then again im sure this is not the only apartment complex with parking issues. Ladies at the front are nice - maintenance takes care of problems in a timely manner - if its a bigger situation then they handle it quick. Quiet and clean place.

I was staying at these apartments for two years and never had problems until this new management came in. She requested for me and my spouse to vacate within seven days. With no warning or anything. On top of that Im a very good tenant but they will not care about that. So now i might have a broken lease on my record because she is making me leave not to mention Im pregnant.

Im sending this email because Today Oct.30. my truck got broken into. They stole my catalytic converter. Around 2-3am in the morning. This property is was nice and calm. But its becoming horrible. Alot of thefts every week. Management dont do nothing. Its horrible. Whats the whole point of having cameras if yall just have it for decorations. Im a resident at Crescent at City View. Why do they always leave in the weekends and night the main door entrance for vehicles to enter the property open. It just makes it unsafe and easy for the thiefs to enter the property. They need the security guards do a better job. The are worthless. The need to be im the back patrolling more. Thats were the crime is at. The property needs to fix the lights because its dark at nights. And the pool hasnt been open for two years for the residents. Its awful. This property can become calm and working again. Glad I took a chance with The Crescent. It is away from all the activity. Very quiet and clean and that’s a plus. I’ve had little problems in the apartment but the maintenance men are quick to respond and get the job done. Office staff is always nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to move to.

Had a great time visiting the property. But unable to see 2 bedroom 1 bath. If anyone has photos can they post them please. So far this is our top pick to move into next month. Just to see the real thing first. Super nice ladys in the office. Very helpful.

The apartments are infested with roaches, ppl walking all night my ac unit needed to be fixed about 6 times because all they did was put a bandaid over a bullet wound. The ceiling had leak spots and any time either myself or my neighbors would run water the pipes would make a like squeaking sound. Not to mention when I did get ready to move they tried to retaliate out of spite and price gouge. I have never seen a apartment charge you for then shampooing the floor for the next tenants like really. Also they charged me for them to pretty much get the apartment ready for someone else I got charged for them cleaning the counters, microwave and things of that nature. I have lived in other apartments but I wouldnt recommend these apartments to anyone at least not until they get a better assistant manager. The price maybe somewhat affordable but you are better off paying more so they wont try to screw toy in the end for leaving at the end of your lease.

Going on my second year here and I love it.Just recently had my counter tops redone and they are absolutely beautiful. The Secretary Racheal is very sweet and makes sure your needs are met to ensure your stay here is everything u need. Thank you to the crescent staff for all that you do.I highly recommend you to stay here if you are looking for some where quiet and peaceful

Great staff.. Office staff and maintenance staff! The manager Paula is awesome and she makes sure everything gets done. The staff here really cares. She makes sure her residents are satisfied. Nice clean and quiet property.

My family and I just recently moved out last month after staying there for 14 months. The surrounding area has its perks, good and bad....but what neighborhood doesnt. The apartment itself is beautiful and the office staffs are wonderful and very understanding if you just talk to them about your issue they will work with you. However, there are 3 things that bothered me there... One was the apts gets flooded real bad when a hurricane strikes or even if it rains 2-3 days straight so just be mindful of that. Two, no lie the kids over there are bad, more so ever the younger ones. They be fighting and I even witness with my own two eyes 7 boys was beating a young boy with sticks....they were surrounding him and all he had was a toy sword fighting back. Of course I went over there to stop it and got on each and everyone of them. One time I witness hearing a child asking my son do he want to help jump another little boy 🙄 to make the long story short just please watch your kids over there. Lastly, I didnt like how the office staffs would have an issue with bbq pits on your balcony. When signing the contract no where did it say you couldnt have a BBQ pit, just states not to BBQ on the balcony (which is understanding) but exactly where do we suppose to put our pit if you dont have extra storage in your apt to do so. I mean there are different floor plans and the one we had didnt come with an extra storgae room for the inside, so I was confused and annoyed by that.....and so where other tenants (especially when trying to charge you for it) 🙄 Other then this the apts are great and the security is heavy which is a plus, they make sure NO ONE gets their car broken into and they even walk you to your residence if youre walking back to your unit extremely late. Very nice of them. Towing is up to you, they do give you warnings before they tow your car so please take heive of it and fix the problem that the citation says if you dont want your car towed the next day. I honestly wouldnt mind coming back here again to stay, just this time I will get a bigger unit size because I have a growing family.

Ive been living here since Aug 2018. Havent had any problems whatsoever. Everytime management changes, its gets better. So, you can tell they do listen to residents concerns and take action when necessary. Definitely a place I would recommend to stay.

This place is HORRIBLE. Do not move here. I had mold in my bathroom and all the wanted to do was cover up the problem, they did not want to fix it. Since the new management took over they want to fix things at the cheapest cost. I dont think bleach kills black mold.

DO NOT STAY HERE.. THE STAFF IN OFFICE IS VERY RUDE THE ONLY STAFF MEMBER THAT IS PROFESSIONAL IS JERMY. THERE IS MOLD IN THESE APARTMENTS. THE PIPES BUSSED IN THE WALL AND RUINED MOST OF MY THINGS. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. THEY WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS AND IM ALLERGIC TO MOLD… DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.. PHOTOS ARE PRESENT

Best place ever, friendly workers. Always get stuff done reguardless what time of the day it is. Very clean surroundings. Very well maintained rooms. Always interacting with the residence. Love this place.

Roaches, Rats and crackheads. manager that will call security on you if you try to question her about the extra money she takes from you. She is a racist. She will give a lower price to perspective tenants than white tenants. This is a TRASH place to live.

Always a calm atmosphere. Also, I love the fact that there is no sagging, no one allowed without a resident, no loud music, no loud talking or yelling and a 10 pm curfew violators will be prosecuted. Discipline ........

This place is still new to me but the good part is curfew hours. 10pm is a no hanging out of your home deal and security on the move. So far, nice place.

I have lived here for 5 months. All I can say is ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!! I have never lived like this in my life. Absolutely terrible! My son is 2 and the fact that he knows to take a shoe to kill a roach is crazy. Thank God for subleasing because I can no longer live in these infested apartments!

I really liked My apt had a few rough start with my Neighbors always fighting but Im glad the office got rid of that problem then every wkend it would be my downstairs Neighbor that would be playing music loud till 4 or 6 am security Never did anything just maybe one time but was then they where able to manage the problem. Another bad review was the roches but that problem got fix as well one more thing parking is an issue you always gotta park in the back and if you had guest some would take the residents parking or park in the handicap parking even though they didnt have a parking sticker security Needs to pay more attention to see who has a permit or dont have a sticker to park where the residents park at.

I wouldn’t recommend nobody to stay here I believe the office needs new management.it’s sad to see others have breaking in entering they don’t tell you anything in advance about putting a lock on your door they have a dry excuse about calling you when THEY CAN EMAIL YOU IF THEY HAVE A ISSUE WITH YOU NOT BEING AT HOME .. in putting a lock just because they didn’t see you inside they walk in and bluntly say you abandoned your property in boom you have a broken lease do not come here they just want your rent money .. you wouldn’t be able to save or buy anything for yourself they walk in your apartment without telling you .. in give you the unit you bought to someone else don’t come here

Not a bad place, just has a Roach problem but I blame it on the neighbors, I kept to myself but because the walls are so thin I heard many altercations that Id rather not, glad to be out.
