Words just arent enough to express how Nicole is in real estate. Ive had the pleasure on using her as my realtor when I sold my home in Katy, and again when I purchased. Nicole is very professional from the 1st time we met. She is a one stop shop, her teams comes fully equipped from photographer to a home interior designer. She has always been 1 call away. When i moved back to FL, i was so spoiled with the attention she gives her clients I called her to find me a realtor to sale my then Tampa home; and she did just that. But the thing that makes Nicole stand out is she isnt in it for the $, she genuinely wants to see ppl go into home ownership. Or obtain investment properties. She is a true woman of faith and sometimes you need that in this house market. Never has she been to busy to respond back and when you start doubting yourself she reminds you itll all be worth it especially for your babies. You talk about the plug ha she your girl from Lenner to Pulte to Perry her relationship with builders speak for itself! 1st person I called when I moved back was Nicole I knew the area, the builder etc & I knew she could get it done. But what I most admire it she acknowledges the team that helps her stay organized etc. Kristi is sooooo kind, the transaction coordinator. I dont care where I reside I know Nicole will help see me through it best realtor Ive ever had and Im very picky!

We just closed on our house today and could not be more pleased with the entire homebuying experience with Braden Real Estate Group. Our agent was Nicole Handy and she went above and beyond throughout the process. She made easy to comprehend videos to guide us through the process along with checklists and date by date reminders to ensure we didnt miss an important deadline. She also worked around our crazy schedules and scheduled multiple home showings last minute or late into the day. We plan to buy with the group for our future property endeavors. Highly Recommend.

I closed on my house about a month ago and Im still forever grateful for my realtor Michael and how he made this blind process very smooth. There are so many things that come with moving to a different state and choosing the perfect house and location were very important to me. They judgemental and pick and choose who they want part of their brokerage. They claim you have to have $1 million dollar in sales in order to join but I know lots of agents apart of this brokerage who was selected to join and did not sales 1 million in sales and we’re still able to join. Do not consider this company as your brokerage!!!.

THERE WAS A HOME IN A NICE NEIGHBORHOOD THE AGENT PUT IT ON THE MARKET AN INSPECTION WAS DONE ON IT AND THERE WAS SO MUCH WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE LIKE THE ROOF FOUNDATION AND FURNACE.THOSE ARE THE MAIN CONCERNS WHEN YOURE BUYING A HOME AND WANT TO BE HAPPY.THE CLIENT FOR THE AGENT DIDNT WANT TO FIX ANYTHING BUT GET THE MONEY.THERE IS PROOF SO BE AWARE WHEN YOU PURCHASE A HOUSE FROM CARLA HOLMES.ALSO SHE HAS THE NERVE TO PUT THE HOUSE BACK ON THE MARKET AND GET A CONTRACT BE WHERE!!! 2419 TURTLE CREEK Dr THE SELLER LIED!!!
