Update 2/28/25: Today is the official end of lease date, and still, no responses have been received. Additionally, no responses to my lease release agreement inquiries have been provided since 2/27/25, and no one at their main office has returned my phone calls (as the Google response stated to reach out to them below).Crossings at Timbergrove resident. Community is retaliating against my approved medical reasonable accommodation under ADA laws, by not providing move out instructions, or stating how I am able to return my keys and gate passes. I’ve been asking for several days, to Margot Brown, who has blatantly ignored my requests as she has much of my tenancy. My move out date is 2/28 and my approval via email from Talisha Burnett-Oliver to move due to a medical accommodation was 1/29. There is no reason I should be asking this many times on move out details, when they should have been provided well before now. No one is on the site any more so who should the items be turned in to?

This company took over my apartment complex and it has been downhill since. The amenities are not worth the price you pay, you are charged 18 dollars to take your own trash to the dumpster, the office never answers the phone, at renewal they will raise your prices over $100 with nothing new to offer. the gate is broken all of the time, the dog park hasnt been updated in years. They are in a lawsuit with other companies for teaming up to keep rent prices high. Im not sure how they are adding value.

Maintenance requests are extremely delayed, often going unaddressed. A section of my fence has been down since July and remains unrepaired. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone for assistance, and requested calls are never returned.

Breakwater Bay is one of their properties that is poorly managed. The staff is rude (Brittany). The pool has been dirty and not accessible ALL summer! The landscaping is horrible. They go weeks without cutting grass so it looks like a forest. The cardio equipment in the fitness room is broken. I do not recommend for anyone to move here.

Management is awful. I have had an issue with the management in my apartment complex not taking care of the property for 4 years. I dont have time to move. Ive reached out to the district manager who has been as dishonest about fixing the issue as the property manager. Ive tried numerous times to contact the regional manager or corporate office, but no one will contact me. I would appreciate someone contacting me ASAP.

I leave at Addicks Stone Townhomes in Houston and it has been terrible since this management company took over. The property manager( Hernando) is rude and nothing get done in the homes. They make the outside look good but the inside of these townhouses arein terrible shape. Am a travel nurse and I was told that the bathrooms in my place were getting done and that it would take 2 weeks by this property manager. I got a phone and a letter saying the work would start January 6 today is February 18 and my family is still using one shower. Nothing ever gets done. My tub in my master was falling apart. The maintenance man came October 19 and said he would be back in a few days to take off the blue tape he put around my tub. Until today that tape is still there. I go home every month to see my family and every time I go home a neighbor has left because of these same reasons. The property management doesn’t care about their tenants.

Ive never given a 1 star review before, but ever since Cushman & Wakefield took over our apartment complex in Galveston weve had nothing but problems. Tenants cars are getting towed on an almost daily basis for mild infractions of arbitrary rules, bikes and property are being stolen because the security gates and cameras havent worked in months, parking lot gates are locking people out, and more. The entire front office staff just quit the other day.The corporate staff came through and did apartment inspections last week and had no problem telling tenants all of the changes that they are demanding of us, but no one seems interested in fixing this deteriorating situation. Management told me that Cushman and Wakefield are cleaning this place up, the way it should have been run all along. Please start with the things within your control before bringing the hammer down on your tenants.I emailed a list of concerns to your customer support email and never heard back, so please dont recommend that as a solution.

Since your administration came to broadstone vintage park apartments. change for the worse fired cleaning employees to save costs and now everything looks dirty. They say that the pool is cleaned every day and when you look at the floor there is no more dirt and it is full of sand everywhere. the carwash has been bad for 1 month. and several areas without cleaning. and quite high rents for such poor service.

It’s unfortunate to come here and see that a lot of Houston properties have recently been acquired by this team. Broadstone Vintage Park was ran well and smoothly being a Greystar property (one of the reasons I selected it) and it has unfortunately done nothing but go down hill since you all began managing it. It’s been over a month and no online resident portal was established until today (right before rent is due for May). That’s unacceptable. Their phone numbers were never even updated on any sites in order to contact them. Front office is rude. For those of us that have a full time job and are never home during their sporadic office hours, how are we supposed to ask questions and have our needs met. You all have a sufficient amount of work to be done to maintain this property at the level Greystar was.

I agree with Janet as far as Broadstone Vintage Park. Nice and new apartments, but each time it is sold the change over gets worse. We are now three weeks out from Cushman and Wakefield taking over and the transition is still moving at a snails pace. No online payment system. No online system for work orders. Office hours seem to fluctuate.

I dont know where these unorganized clowns came from but our community is in disarray and they have no actual ways of making it right. Seriously. This cannot be life. We cant pay our rent because the site they setup doesnt allow you to access the portal. Were given paper coupons for wips but no actual amount of payment of utilities and gas.. The whole website for our community is void of anything useful. I called to discuss this with management and they said THEY DONT EVEN HAVE ACCESS TO THE FEES ACCRUED so they have no way to actually bill us for anything. She informed me that I should just pay what I paid last month, but I told her I wasnt interested in paying for something I cant account for. Seriously? Who does that? I just wanna know how much my rent and utilities are so I can pay but they have nothing to show me... throw this so called company away.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the absolute worst management company Ive ever dealt with. No one from Corporate returns calls. Please do yourself the honor of bypassing any property that this company runs. Pinnacle management was by far the best.

Customer service for their call center is rude, rushes you, and does not explain things clearly. I’ve been an apartment locator for 3 years now and this is the first time I’ve had to pay to become a vendor and the most confusing process to receive my commission. Everywhere else you just send your invoice and W9 and you’re done, don’t understand all the extra obstacles put in place.
