Michael was the most amazing realtor on my house sale. The freak Houston storm in May disrupted a smooth sale! A tree fell 3 days before closing on my roof and threw a wrench in the entire process, but Michael was quick to react and with me being in another state, found me contractors and took care of all the meetings and repairs. I had no idea how to handle it from so far away. He jumped in along with the buyers agent and kept the process going. He went above and beyond my expectations, so I highly recommend!!! Mike helped me buy my first home in 2019 and it was a great experience so I knew we would work together again when I purchased my new home. We used Mike to buy a new home and sell our current home at the same time. Mike helped us get our desired closing dates on both of the homes, which worked out perfectly for coordinating our moves. He helped us find an amazing new home with a pool and our family is loving everything about our new neighborhood. Since I was living/working from out of state most of the time the home was listed, he also helped coordinate and meet with the roofers, movers, and other vendors while my house was under contract. I received multiple offers in the high interest rate environment and had a quick, smooth closing (even closing earlier than expected). Michael (Mike) Watts was the absolute worst realtor. We were working with him up to the point where he was “too busy” to accommodate us in finding a home. Why be in the business to not make business? It was unprofessional to us to take someone on to NOT make ANY offers. We are trying to move cross country- we should be treated as if we lived in Houston already. He told our lender that our price range is “too competitive” to make offers. Since we are cross country, we are not worth his time to drive to these homes for virtual tours- he said they were “too far” to drive too. Mind you we are looking in Cypress, Spring and Katy .. surrounding suburbs to Houston.This guy definitely wants to make a quick buck. If you’re going with this company… avoid him.

This real estate group is absolutely amazing. They are up 24/7 until they find you what you need. Mike, the boss, and his assistant, Jessica, are more than professionals; they care you. I moved from IL and they saved me from being a homeless in Houston. I would like to thank them here once again :)
