I initially saw an ad for this HVAC company in a magazine and thought I was getting a great deal. When I booked the appointment, I was clear multiple times that I had a brand new system and only wanted the air ducts cleaned, as they were the only components that predated the system. Upon their arrival, I again reiterated this request to the technician, confirming that the only thing I needed was the duct cleaning.To my shock, the first thing they did was cut a huge hole into my brand-new system, directly against my explicit wishes. Not only did they disregard my instructions, but they also managed to void the warranty on a system that is only a year old. When I questioned the technician, he casually brushed it off, claiming that he always does it this way and telling me that no cleaning was necessary because everything “looked good.” He then left as quickly as he could, without offering any resolution or explanation.When I tried to resolve the situation by speaking with the manager, she was unhelpful, rude, and completely unprofessional, telling me that no further work would be done at my residence.I deeply regret not checking the reviews on the Better Business Bureau (they are not even accredited) or reading their Google reviews beforehand. This company clearly does not value their customers or the quality of service they provide. Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with them at all costs. Save your time, money, and sanity.

I think these REVIEWS are false and FAKE.....I called because I saw an ad and Maggie was extremely rude...didnt sound like a regular call center or someone promoting this business. After further review of the Reviews I noticed one word reviews to gain them the google stars. I canceled my appointment before they got here, not interested in being talked rudely too, when I just asked a simple question.Once I read the reviews further from real people I noticed they felt the same and were charged more than that was advertised; I would NOT recommend them.THEY ARE NOT AN ACCREDITED BUSINESS AS STATED ON THEIR ADS- THEY HAVE COMPLAINTS AGAINTST THEM- BEWARE

Great experience with green air duct club. My appointment was on time, they cleaned the a/c vents, disinfected my a/c duct and installed a UV light. They even threw in cleaning my air dryer vent since I had more work done than planned. They worked pretty fast and were transparent by showing pictures and videos of the before and afters. I do recommend! They usually offer coupons in some ads sent to my house and thats how I found them.

They properly explained the work, costs, took before & after pictures & videos, and did an overall outstanding job. I had them conduct a comprehensive cleaning of the HVAC system inside and outside (ducts, vents, return, plenum, coils, etc.) as well as apply a sanitizer/disinfectant, install a UV light, and clean the dryer vent. So heres their business model. They list several items that theyll complete for a very low Summer Special price ($58 per A/C unit). After being suspiciously friendly and doing just a few of these (no 3 basic dryer cleaning, no organic deodorizer, etc.), they proceed to send you photos of the dust return box and water overflow tray. Insisted that very nasty things would happen if we didnt have the box cleaned ($350). Kept saying they didnt know why a UV light hadnt been installed (no manufacturer includes this) and they needed to install one for $800.I had the A/C units serviced just 3 days earlier and the technician pronounced everything looked fine, so declined.The reps were extremely persistent and wouldnt take No for an answer. Finally they left, after asking for a tip, which I didnt give them.That didnt end it. The lead rep was seen arguing vociferously outside with his office and came back again, saying we should get the dryer vent cleaned. We declined again.

Went with Green Air Duct because of the price. We had a deep duct cleaning. They took all the vents off and painted them, a real plus. However, when they cleaned the coil box they didnt do enough to keep the drain flowing. What they cleaned off the box clogged the drain. I reach out to owner via her text to me asking to send someone back to help clear the drain, no response. The AC keep tripping the drain pan overflow. If you want things done halfway and no follow up with customers, but a good price, you get what you paid for.

The technician called me as he was on his way and arrived within the expected time. He was competent, experienced and thorough.. My air ducts are now clean and safe.I highly recommend Green Air Duct Club.

We scheduled service and had to cancel and reschedule for Monday, December 5. Maggie was the person who communicated via text and asked if Monday December 5 was okay. I replied yes, that would work. She then responded two days later asking for the address, which was given to her. She said she would let us know 40 minutes before the tech would arrive. Great. Except today is Friday December 2 and she sent him today, without ever rescheduling the appointment for today. He showed up as I was getting ready to leave and when we told him we could not do it today he said he didnt know why she sent him today. She then called and when I informed her that we were scheduled for Monday and not today (Friday) she proceeded to tell me I should just let them do it today because they were not available Monday, after she was the one who scheduled us for that day. She was rude and completely unprofessional and we will be using a different company.

Didnt do all of the work, talked about my wife and I to each other like we wernt in the room. Very rude and disrepecrful. Dont use this company all scam and bait n switch tactics. Go with a reputable company. Have to contact BBB since they decided to block our numbers.

I was Overcharged for work done by this company. In Nov 2021, I was charged $1,100+ to clean my air ducts, vents & install a blue light. I have asked repeatedly for a receipt. I have not received one yet. I have called. I have left messages and twice I actually spoke with someone but I have not received a receipt.It started out just being a duct cleaning. I saw their ad and contacted them. Then I was told my vents needed cleaned which I allowed them to do. I had no idea what the average price should be for that service. Later when I compared prices from other companies I found out I was Overcharged. I was even told by another Duct cleaning company that I was Overcharged.I would like some of my payment back and I would like a receipt. I would never recommend this company.

Very nice guys- I’m giving them only 4 stars because they were a little sales-pushy with “add-ons” I.e. uv blue lights, disinfecting and additional cleaning. Also the company name is not who you right the check to, which was odd to me. They show up in an unmarked white vehicle which was curious. Probably nothingOur ducts are clean and they were in and out in 2 or so hours

Good service guys showed up on time very respectful. Cleaned my air ducts changed filters and did what they were supposed to do. Highly recommended!

Received an estimate for duct cleaning and UV light. Over 1200.00!! Maggie would not provide a HVAC license to perform this work. Was charged sales tax as well. Not only do they not have a company listed with the state, but they also do not have a sales tax number and or permit.EVERYONE beware. They work out of an apartment and their truck has no logos ot signage. It is not even a registered vehicle. It is a salvage vehicle. All very shady.They also said they don’t need a TICL number but they are installing a UV light in the plenum of the AC.Maggie gets angry and won’t return calls or text messages after she feels she is being asked for credentials.

Technician stated that the dryer vent was broken. I hired a guy to come see if they could fix it because they stated they didn’t do that type of work. Come toFind out now I have a hole on my wall I didn’t need and found this (look at pics and video)They just didn’t finish the job but they were fast to collect money. I have called before writing this review and they don’t answer my call. Lady that answers said they will call you and I never got a call. Texted lady and no reply. She is also very rude. Not letting me post video of they guy fixing my vent and what he found.
