We’re glad we picked Servpro of Braun Station for our water mitigation. They were knowledgeable, fast, and very professional. Evan is a great project manager, very accessible and kept us updated almost on a daily basis. The crew that packed our house were great and took good care of our belongings. We believe it was the right decision to hire a company that specializes in water mitigation as their core business. While we hope that we never need them again for any water damage, they will be first on our list of recommended companies.

Andrew and Joseph came out with in hours, even after a long day/week they showed up and were professional, courteous, honest, caring, willing to assist and honestly I could not have asked for more. Even the office staff were nice.For being a small self pay job, they made the process easy. I had a bad experience with another company and they made the experience better. Serve pro came to “solve” water damage issue cause by toilet but intentionally loosened valves to cause damage under my vanity sink. When I got home I tightened the valves and problem was solved. You can see on the pics that there’s no water damage on my vanity and they still removed it. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.They wanted to keep equipment in my house for 2 weeks just to dry a small subfloor area and to obviously charge my insurance more money.

Just wow. Ashley and her team know the true meaning of Customer Happiness -- which is even better than customer service! It was a tough project: a large home, a flood, move out, remediation, more moving, over a year of storage, multiple phone calls from me, walk-throughs, inventory, the list of asks by me was extensive. We had major water damage ( at least to us) and ServPro came out Thursday night at 7 pm worked until all was cleaned up. Setup fans and checked daily on how the progress was going. Finally on Sunday removed all the equipment and cleanup enough for us to get started on removing dust and resetting the home. Andrew and team on Thursday night were amazing work. Rest of the time Andrew was super human in the work performed. Thank you

Servpro came to my house for inspection and mitigation after a Tornado came through our area. We had roof damage and water damage throughout the house. I was verbally quoted between 18-22k to perform the service, which I agreed upon. After Evan and his team did the work the charge was now $42k, double of what I was quoted originally. He gave me the run around about getting a quote beforehand saying it would take hours and he would have to charge for his time, which I understand, but he was being resistant and I trusted him with the original quote. My advice would be to make sure they give you a written price ahead of time so that you don’t end up paying out way more than expected.

Servpro was great to work with. They responded and came out quickly. They told me exactly what we needed, worked quickly, and cleaned up when they were done. I would highly recommend.

Used SERVPRO for drying out my floors after water damage, they were very proactive and ready to begin work as soon as I called them on a Sunday afternoon.

Israel was vey professional and great to deal with. I didn’t interact much with Leo but he was a very hard worker and both of them did a great job!

We came home out of town to find a devastating water leak at the worst possible time - while trying to sell our home! I was freaking out and didn’t know who to call or where to start. Serve pro was the first people I found. It was a Sunday evening at 5pm. Reggie and Eric were at my house by 7pm and worked until midnight ripping out wet dry wall, insulation, cleaning up water, and setting up fans. I was so traumatized and thought it was the end of the world, but Reggie and Eric were calm and assured me it wasn’t “that bad” and that they had seen MUCH worse.The next morning they were out to check on things, and continued to work to make sure we got everything dry before mold could grow.Crystal & Ashley (and a few others whose names escape me) came and packed up my entire garage and all my tools and made sure all my assets were inventoried and taken care of.I even needed a few tools a week later, and the crew met me at their warehouse and helped me go through the pile of boxes to find what I needed for my job.I am so impressed with the level of care and attention they provided me in my time of need.They also worked with my insurance directly and made that process smooth.

Johnny and Andrew were quiet and efficient workers. They explained things as they went along and were very helpful, cordial, and knowledgeable of what they were doing and answered the questions I asked.

Unfortunately, my home suffered a hot water leak just before the holidays last year. I called the Serve Pro mitigation team, and they came in quickly and promptly removed the water damaged cabinets and flooring. They set up fans to begin the drying process. Jennifer Buford was the PM for all of the repair and job coordination. She was fantastic, always on time, and available when needed. She went above and beyond to ensure that our repairs and concerns were addressed throughout the entire process. She provided excellent customer service and not once made us feel that we werent a priority for her. I would recommend her to anyone looking to get great Project Mangement that advocates for the client! Thank you Ms. Buford!

Thank you to the entire ServPro team. Each team member that I encountered from the beginning of the water mitigation process to the end has been professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Eric and Jared removed the last of the fans and equipment. Took the readings. Determined goal of preventing mold in kitchen that was flooded six days ago was met. We recently worked with Shirley and Juan Carlos and were very well taken care of. Shirley was always on top of what needed to occur next and which made the process less stressful. Juan Carlos was very professional and was very punctual in communicating when his team was available to continue to work on the job. Overall they made a very good team and glad I was able to work with both of them.

Shirley our contractor was such a big help. She was being very friendly and courteous, and guided us through the whole process. If I had to do it all over again, I would want Shirley to be my contractor.

Fast is how quickly the mitigation team responded once they were contacted. House was flooded from water leak upstairs and it was bad.Shirley was absolutely great. She always kept us up to date on the progress of the property and listened to all of our concerns and needs.She helped us to make additional changes that would extend and enhance the value of the property. A pipe broke in my ceiling flooding my hallway, office and walk in closet. This was on a Sunday yet they came out promptly and began damage control which entailed removal of drywall and carpeting. Several large machines were set up to facilitate drying. The project manager Evan explained everything very well in regard to the mitigation of the damage. The crew chief Lucio as well as technicians Eric and Chris were very professional and respectful. I would definitely call them again if I were to have a similar problem in the future.

They showed up for the quote at the promised time and gave a competitive quote. Because of their quick response our company gave them our business. When the day came to get everything taken care of ServPro was early and easy to work with. They were prompt, courteous and provided exactly the service they promised. There was even an issue of another vendor being in the same space at the time they needed to clean the carpet. These guys made an easy adjustment to the satisfaction of all involved. Johnny Olivero and his team Ruben, Loretta and Ashley just cleaned my house today top to bottom in preparation for photos being done by our realtor. They did an outstanding job. I had a major flood in my house because the plumber didnt fix a pipe correctly. I called SERVPRO and they were out within an hour. They were so friendly and helped explain everything. I really appreciate their people, especially Jacob. Thanks yall!

If I could give no stars I would! I was dealing with Jon from this company and he was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. He advise I hire someone to get a protocol report that would cost $650. After paying for the report, I sent it to Jon he then told me he would get back to be with an estimate and then became unresponsive. I could not get in contact with him via call or text. I went through another company who would go on to tell me that it is not mold in the walls but just calcium build up from a leak. Both Servpro and the company they referred me to, clean environment for the report should have known it was not mold when they came to look at it but instead they took my money and ghosted me. I do not know if I am entitled to get my money back but I am going to try with my legal team! They scammed me! please do yourself a favor and DO NOT do business with this company. Save your money

Servpro was here after the hurricane rammed into my home. I was so incredibly worried that I would not be able to live in my house again, but they were able to get all of that mold out. They were so nice and Ashley especially took care of every detail. It was a long process, but I was glad to have them with me.

I worked directly with Mike who was amazing, he followed up with me everyday and clearly communicated what was happening during his initial inspection and post inspection. Dont ever use this company for Fire Damage! Once they knew we had insurance they gave an estimate of $13,000 to clean my entire house. I had a Kitchen Grease fire! The guys that clean the ducts did not put the hose outside and left a mess inside my home! The ladies that were suppose to clean one were all on their cell phones killing time. One of them was literally wanting to pass out because she was getting dizzy and was standing on a two step ladder! I dont know how much they pay their workers but, I do know they sure try to gouge out insurance companies to their benefit. NEVER will I recommend them to clean anything for me or anyone else I know. SCAMMERS

I had a fire at my rental house in San Antonio. I called servpro and they came out very quickly. I was so glad that they could help my renters too with all of their items. Freddy helped me navigate the insurance company and made sure I was able to get my renters back in. I am so glad they could help when I wasnt there. These people are the best!

Ashley Moore and her team did a great job of packing out my entire first floor and moving into the garage in preparation for replacing the floor. They showed up on time and completeds the work on time in a very professional and friendly manner.

Due to a water leak resulting in major water damage, I contacted this company to assist in the clean up of my home (mostly to avoid mold). They set up equipment in the two rooms that received the damage. The owners and assistants were very sympathetic to my situation and the technicians were very professional and kind. They explained the steps throughout the entire process and kept me well-informed. Hopefully we never have an event like this again, but if we do I would definitely go through this company again.

Brandon and cody came out fast. 20 fans and 2 dehumifiers later the mitigation process has started.

I will first state they did excellent work in the mitigation of damage in my basement after a hot water heater malfunctioned. My complaint is based around the final bill. Their representative gave me an estimate for $1281 dollars which was fine. He asked when I wanted him to start and I asked when he could. He stated they could start right then and it would take a few hours and they would pick up their fan equipment in a few days which they did. I paid $1000 that evening which is what my deductible is. I expected an additional bill for $281.I received a bill for $980. When I called and asked why I was referred to Jacob who stated it was for after hours work. He never mentioned this and it was not part of the estimate. At no time did he state he could start that evening but that would be additional cost. I likely would have agreed to pay it so this isn’t about the total cost. It’s about deceptive pricing. That detail should be disclosed upfront. When I called him out on it he said he would turn me over to collections. Be sure to ask about this upfront if you elect to use their services. Once again the work was performed as expected but the pricing is deceptive and Jacob specifically is to blame. The crew did an excellent job.

I recently had a fire at my house due to my Christmas tree catching fire. I was so scared and didnt know who to call. My insurance recommended SERVPRO and I called them immediately.The fire department had used a lot of water so it was a mess and I thought that all of my stuff was a goner.The team came out immediately and were able to save some of my family heirlooms. I was so incredibly impressed and so gratefulThank you all so very much for the incredible job you did!

Recently had a fire at our house and called SERVPRO out. They were able to clean our contents as well as the house itself. I really thought it would not turn out well because the fire seemed to destroy everything, but they were able to return many more items than I thought they would be able to. I am a private professional guardian who is appointed by the court to oversee wellbeing of incapacitated individuals. One of my wards lives in an apartment that had issues with mold. The property management didn’t want to address the issues and I removed my ward from the property to prevent any health issues due to mold. Mold assessment was done. Report stated the contents of the apartment had to be treated for mold spores. Met with Jonathan Morin to give estimate. Hired ServPro to remove personal items and treat. Ashley Moore and her team did the work of removing items. Could not ask for better service from Ashley. Very courteous and accommodating. Highly recommend the company!

Johnny Rivero and Rueben came to my house to do some carpet repairs and were very professional and courteous. The job was done beautifully. I will be sure to let my friends and family know about the exceptional work that was done by them.

After the fire in moms home, nothing was to be thrown away without approval of the insurance company and in addition they were to notify us They did not do so. There were two couches, a painting and several handmade pillows that were not returned to us. They never notified the insuarance company that they were discarding any items, nor did they tell us they had done so until we noticed that the items were missing. They were supposed to clean the venetian blinds and were told to do so several times but did not do the work. We ended up cleaning them ourselves. They could not clean the soot out of the upstairs bathtub but a different cleaning crew had it clean in less than an hour. They were to save a six panel solid wood door and instead tore it off the hinges (ruined the door frame in the process) and discarded the door. We were not happy with them.

In Short:SERVPRO has fair prices, good service, and I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.In Detail:I had my washing machine leak water through out half of my house. I thought I would have to go through my insurance and raise the risk of increasing my insurance cost. However, I called different water removal companies, and SERVPRO was the only company who didn’t push me to go through my insurance. They cared more about me (the customer) than making more money by going through my insurance company.SERVPRO was able to arrive at my house within 30 minutes and gave me an estimate of the cost to remove the water (they used different tools to measure moisture in my carpet, title, and dry wall). Jacob (from SERVPRO) was able to give me his honest professional opinion and determined that my issue wasn’t too severe; he informed me on what my options were and gave me time to think about what I wanted to do. Within the next day I decided I would go with SERVPRO and they were able to begin service the same day. Jacob also had one of his tech’s come once a day to check on the progress of the water removal. Three days later, SERVPRO was able to show me on their moisture reader tool the difference in the moisture levels from before the water removal and after. I couldn’t be happier with the results and they were able to remove all of their equipment the same day after ensuring I was happy.SERVPRO did not damage any part of my house during the process of removing water and they solved my problem on time as promised.The company even mailed me a Hand-Written thank you note for allowing them to service my house.My only negative item is that their estimates are not free. However, SERVPRO’s professionalism, customer service, and employees put SERVPRO above the rest. I would recommend them to any of family or friends.

We had a fire at our spa and I was devastated. I called my insurance who told me to call SERVPRO. They were out there quickly and immediately began cleaning up the soot, water and mess that was left behind. I had a pipe break in my master bathroom a few weeks ago and called up Servpro of Braun Station. Erik and his crew were very professional and explained their whole process with me and made me feel very comfortable. They were great and I will use them again in the future if any other problems arise!

Servpro Braun Station came out to service my house for a busted water pipe towards the end of 2014. While the work they did drying up the house was done correctly, it doesnt make up for the fact that valuables from my home were taken. When the initial discovery was made, a call was made to the company. The person on the phone tells me that they were not liable and that they were sure none of their workers took any items. No type of solution, questioning, or service was provided at all.While I understand that people lose and misplace items, the fact that all items missing were of great monetary value make it very coincidental and hard to believe that they we simply misplaced especially when they were located in different areas of the house. When customers call businesses like this, they should not have to be concerned with the character and professionalism of the establishment. Perhaps next time this happens, they will be more proactive about providing aid to reach an acceptable conclusion.What a shame to have their actual work be clouded by such an amateur and vile act.Please let it be known that I do not intend for this review to reflect poorly on other Servpro establishments since they are franchised businesses.

The service starts well 10/30/19, however, we have several concerns, at first they told us that our stairs to our door should not be removed because they could clean them, however, they dropped a heavy equipment and ended up telling us that they would have to be replaced , in charge of insurance. They took many of our belongings and, when we needed to make an inventory, they sent us repeated images of the same thing over and over again, but more things were removed than they showed in the images. In addition, we asked about certain particular items why they could not be cleaned, and they told us that they were going to throw away all our things. We have not yet reached an agreement with insurance. When we asked if we could go and at least take out our personal documents, such as personal information from the tax returns with our ss # s in them, they told us they would not make copies and give them to us, those documents were not even damaged. There were several items that, because of the way they were removed from our home, were stored, nothing has been done to try to clean them. We believe there is a language barrier that they want to take advantage of and keep some of our things for their personal use. When asked if we could go and make a personal inventory that my husband and I would do it, they said we would have to pay $ 38.00 per hour per person until we finished as if we were going to steal something. All we wanted to do is get a good inventory of our items. They claim that they cannot clean our items, such as extension cords, our outdoor tools. Leaf blowers, and such items why some were not going to damage the engines, why they couldnt be cleaned-here were to many items that they did this way? We in good faith that they would do right by us, But that is just not happening. WE are very dissatisfied with all of these things plus the treatment and disrespect for us and our things. They broke some of our things and than accused us of doing that. They also used out cleaning supplies, ie , brooms, trash bags and cleaning chemicals that belong to us to clean up. This company gets paid for using there things to do that why did they use ours? They won’t even allow us to bring home what we think is salvageable. Eric A Simonis has been very rude each time we have had to converse with him, we feel that its because we are Hispanic. Perhaps he has issues with such people with language barriers. We have been told so many things it’s hard to believe anything and we so wish we would not of taken recomondation of this company . we feel completely robbed and betrayed by them. Any information that can be given to us would be appreciated. Next time hopefully there will be no next time. We will find a company with Spanish speakers who don’t mind explaining processes with us and will respect when we tell them they broke our things will take responsablity Our things have been put in storage where there are mice and our things now smell like rat ***** mice ***** and we don’t know if those things are salvageable.

Dishwasher line busted while I was at work...luckily I still had a house with a floor when I got home, but the water damage was devastating. All I can say is thank god i found Servpro. I was worried about mold,strucural damage, ruined carpets. They took care of EVERYTHING as if it never happened. I thought it was going to cost me a fortune but thankfully businesses like this still exsist, who show more interest in helping people after a disaster, more than they care about a quick buck. THANK YOU!.

My dishwasher exploded overnight and water was all over my kitchen and my brand-new hardwood floors. The guys came out and saved my floors. They were great and I would highly recommend to anyone.

We really had no knowledge and idea about that disaster but that day we learned a lot from you guys. I called ServPro after a water heater leak and they were there within 45 minutes and got to work cleaning up the water. Jonathan was very courteous and help and explained the procedure they would use to take care of my problem.

Very dependable and professional.Had 3 carpets removed, cleaned at their warehouse and then returned. Cost a bit more than cleaning in place but during these cover-19 times, less interface time was preferable and perhaps even a better method for cleaning.

Our first experience with SERVPRO Braun Station was after a fire. Their team provided professional service to remove smoke, grit, and dry chemical residue from furniture cabinets, carpets, and window treatments. They took care of everything from new furniture to family wool rugs. I know when I call Sam and Erik they will have a team over to take care of my needs in a professional and courteous manner. SERVPRO was there when we had a horrible fire in our bedroom this winter. They cleaned our home and our personal items. They were able to save valuables that I thought the fire had taken. I am so grateful for their employees.

My home flooded June 2018.they came several hours later.they put fans in rooms that was not effective.they use a jack hammer to remove the damage floors.they damage the dry wall in the bath room and lied about.the damage the cord to my refrigerator lied about that also.after many phone calls they repaired the bath.it took several call to receive payment for the refrigerator.Jacob has never return my call not 1! I left numerous .messages.my furniture was put in storage for 2 months by a moving company move logistics.I was missing some items they lied and was told by Ashley the boxes was destroyed.I received a call from Sean at move logistic that he had 3 pair of my 6 pair off missing a day he would drop them off its been over a week no shoes.and that he would not pay for the missing shoes. some of my furniture and my hard wood floors. nothing has been done just a bunch of email or text message,Ashley cant be trusted tell you all the things. can do to make the stress level not so bad.she only added to the stress.I have used another servpro several time.but not braun station.. they are unprofessional,liars,their word means nothing.they only care about getting paid.I would not ever recommend servpro.I rate the company ashley,Jacob a ZERO,Jessie bolds
