My husband and I have lived here for 8 months, and everything has been incredible. Yvette, Addison, Jeanette, and Fatima are wonderful people. They are always there to support you with any questions you have. The application process was simple, and the maintenance staff is excellent. You never have to wait long if your apartment requires any maintenance. It is a safe and clean place. It truly feels like living in a very pleasant community. I couldnt be more grateful for having found these apartments.

We lived here for 6 years and only left because we wanted to move out of state. In 6 years, we had 0 issues or complaints whatsoever. Staff was absolutely beyond amazing. Maintenance always came quickly. Our rent barely went up when we renewed.Vibes are quiet, calm, and peaceful. The entire complex is basically just completely surrounded by trees and you can’t even see the street from outside of your window from the vast majority of the apartments. They had a lot of really cute and fun resident events. We only went to a few of them, but they were always nice and the staff created a really fun and welcoming environment. We even won a raffle and got money off of our rent once.The pools were AWESOME. Just coming to this page and seeing the pictures of it makes me so happy, because we had SO many great times at that pool. They had reasonable rules to keep things from getting rowdy but they didn’t have unreasonable restrictions like other apartment pools I’ve been to. Half of the pool is usually covered by the shade of the trees and the other is directly under the sun, so you can go back and forth if you get too hot or cold. The shape of it really allows you to have space from the other people who are there if you want it. We went to the pool at least once a week during the summer, it was such a nice space to be in and kept us sane during COVID.This really was a great home for us and we look back really fondly of our memories there.

I have had a fabulous experience at this apartment complex! I have lived in other apartment complexes, and this is by far, the most attentive and well-run complex. The front office is reliable and hardworking. Maintenance is also nice and responsive to our work orders. What I love most is the people here too - there’s always lots of residents walking their dogs or with their little ones every day. Would recommend to anyone!

I love being a part of the Boulder Creek community! This is definitely my best apartment living experience so far. I love how pet friendly the complex is! I mean, c’mon, the dog park has a doggy pool. The community is great. The office is always planning different events to get to know your neighbors, and to get a little treat while doing so. Not to mention, most importantly, I feel safe here. I have had a few maintenance issues, but the office has always treated me like a priority even though I’m sure they have a million things to do. If maintenance can’t come out right away, they try their best to help me find a solution in the meantime. That being said the turnaround for maintenance is still super fast, and efficient. I’m sure thankful I found such a great complex!

As a new resident, I am impressed with the sense of community at Boulder Creek. Since I have moved in, they have had several social events and treats for the residents to show appreciation. Jeanette, Yvette and the rest of the team have been proactive with my maintenance request. The grounds are welI kept and it’s quiet. I have had a positive experience so far!

Living here has been amazing and such a blessing! Starting with the ladies at the front office and there new addition Owen they all are so attentive to our needs ! I love the events that they have at the front office office there always so much fun and I just love how everyone comes together there’s no complex I’d rather be but here! This is home for sure! Oh and maintenance is always on top of work orders ! Everyone is always so friendly!

From day 1I loved these apartments. Spacious, clean, and well built. It feels like an apartment not a cookie cutter space. They pay attention to the details- it feels like a home. Plenty of trees and the staff is amazing. I spoke with other residents here and a lot have lived here for a long time and that says alot about this property.

I’ve been living at Boulder Creek for slightly over a year now and I’ve definitely been impressed at every step of the way: from touring the property, signing the lease, maintenance requests, renewal, and more. Jeanette and the entire team have been prompt and attentive to all my needs and requests. When inputting maintenance requests, they have someone out to your apartment within a few hours 99% of the time. I swear they know the names of everyone that live here. The culture definitely has more of that mom & pop feel as opposed to the typical corporate apartment complexes. Residents are greeted by their names as soon as they walk in the door. The entire staff has been courteous and professional at all times. Additionally, I feel that this property offers exceptional value for anyone working near the medical district or NW San Antonio. It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to the medical district (with traffic). Nearby apartments (Jax or Reserve) are either rundown… or overpriced.. in my opinion. The pool(s) here are nice and frequently cleaned. I was very pleased that my rent was locked in at the time of my renewal. I would HIGHLY recommend Boulder Creek to anyone looking for a new apartment in the NW area.

This apartment complex is mediocre at best. It was great when I first moved in and just went down hill from there. I really couldn’t recommend this place to anyone and that’s probably why many of the residents are looking to NOT renew. From the property management company that doesn’t bother answering email or calls about complaints to this place, to the rude and fake management staff you should look else where. Any complaints you have will just be overlooked and they’ll end up charging you a ridiculous amount upon move out. Oh not to mention if you live here your tires WILL get stolen or your car will get broken into. All the while if you complain to the front office Yvette will act dumb or Fatima will just brush it off. Crime is ridiculous here, don’t believe me see for yourself!

We love our new home. The community here is unlike anywhere we have ever lived! You can tell staff care about their residents and maintenance does a 10/10 job keeping the grounds clean and looking nice. So grateful to call this place my home

My boyfriend and i lived at boulder creek for the past year and as a first apartment, it was pretty good to us. there are a couple of things that i noticed living here that ill share as my honest review:number one, i won’t miss the yard work outside my window at 9am two days out of the week but atleast they care to frequently put effort into the place! also keep in mind that there is a mine behind the complex that starts running by 7am that can be pretty bothersome if you live in the buildings near the dog park.we never had an issue with roaches or any other intrusive bug but in the summer, there are wasps hives everywhere. especially if you live on the third floor. i dont really see anything done about them either as theres still hives from when we first moved in at the tops of buildings.it is kind of a shame that paid carports cover what seems like more than half the parking spaces as its almost impossible to find parking after 9pm near your building. ive also noticed boulder creek has a problem with their gates either not working or constantly breaking. the first month we moved in, the gate was broken for what seemed like a month and would stay open all night. i only mention this because there were several break ins/vandalism done to cars right infront of our building throughout the year of living here. i remember shattered glass being left on the road for a week and when we called to ask if there would be any extra precautions they would be taking, they said they couldn’t do anything about it.and while we’re on the topic of cars, dont plan on having more than 3 guests over because youre limited to three parking passes and if that tow truck that comes around at 2am while your asleep and your guests’ cars aren’t registered, theyre getting towed.the walls are pretty thin. even being on the third floor, i could hear anytime my downstairs neighbors were walking or fighting (which was a constant and cops would show up multiple times up until they moved out)and lastly, there are rocks everywhere!!! i know its called boulder creek but theres so many rocks that are in the way of sidewalks and the road. if you park ontop of the hills youre gonna have to go hiking to even get to your car. it honestly makes me wonder how easy it is for a disabled person to get around unless they live on the first floor and are able to get access to handicap parking before its snatched up.all in all, i honestly do recommend boulder creek. the maintenance was always extremely fast, the pools were always clean, gym stays very tidy, and the dog park is a huge plus if you have fur babies. the ladies running this place obviously care for it and they also frequently have community get-togethers at the office for special holidays etc.if the rent for a 1bed1bath +small (and i mean small) office wasn’t raised an extra 200 dollars, maybe we would have stayed, but not for $1400 in a 745sqft apartment. im actually pretty sad to leave this place, but im greatful for everything it offered as me and my boyfriends first apartment.

Just moved in. After going to multiple apartments to move into, the staff here were the only ones who seemed to really take an interest in having us. Very friendly, and kept things simple. The apartment itself is very nice. The stove and dishwasher could use an upgrade and the second bedroom could use an bigger window but overall an absolute beauty of an apartment. I havent been here long, but plan on staying for awhile.

The manager and the staff of Boulder Creek have been exceptional. They have responded to all my requests with diligence and attentiveness. From Jeanette to Fatima, the Boulder Creek team has demonstrated that they genuinely care about their residents. Overall, they do a great job of maintaining the property. It is a great place to live and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new home.

I moved into my apartment last Friday and so far everything has been great! Everybody in the leasing office has been so welcoming and informative. Yvette has been amazing at answering all my questions and making sure I have everything I need. There were a few issues with my dryer when I moved in and the maintenance team, especially Eric, have gone above and beyond to make sure that it was fixed. The apartment complex is very dog friendly, I sadly haven’t had a chance to use the dog park yet due to the weather but I can’t wait. They also will temporarily close it for a thorough cleaning which, as a dog owner and a Veterinary Technician, is something I highly appreciate.

This is the place to call home. Love and kindness and professionalism doesn’t begin to explain how the staff is. They are outstanding! I recommend this to anyone. Move to Boulder Creek, you’ll be home! Thank you Jeanette, Fatima, Yvette and Addison.

I love Boulder Creek Apartments! First of all, the staff is amazing. From the ladies in the front office to the maintenance team, Ive always had such a posititve and quick response. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel at home. They do a lovely job at hosting events regularly from free food, to holiday parties, to wreath making classes. Ive made some good friends and feel part of a community.The apartments themselves are great. I live in a one-bedroom floor plan. I love the computer alcove, the big windows, and the crown molding in the living room/dining/kitchen area. It feels very homey and not like an apartment.

Id like to compliment the staff from Boulder Creek Apartments. From the very start of the process, my leasing agent Yvette, was friendly and personable. She was very attentive to my requests and answered any question I had. She was the shining light during my move. Everything she said or promised, happened.The community is very clean, from the office to the trash dumpsters. Its obvious the property is well maintained. My apartment was perfect. It was ready for move in on the scheduled date and was totally clean with no deficiencies at all.Im enjoying this community and wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to anyone.A shout out to the staff of Boulder Creek Apartments…Great Job!!

Boulder Creek is the ULTIMATE BEST!!!! Fatima is amazing. Jeanette is amazing. The whole staff is amazing! Very attentive! Anytime we have an issue it is IMMEDIATLY RESOLVED! My Sister who works at another apartment property wont move anywhere else, because she said the management at Boulder Creek is second to none! One day when I purchase a home I will de devastated to leave this wonderful property!

I have nearly 6 months in this apartment complex and it’s safe to say Boulder Creek is by far the best community I have lived in. From the start Ivette and Addison in the leasing office have been extremely helpful and very friendly, to this day continuing with the same service. My unit when I moved in was in the best move in condition I have ever experienced. I always find parking (a miracle in apartment living). The dog park is amazing. Maintenance is on top of everything. I can’t hear my neighbors around me or above me. The property itself is beautiful. I can go on with all of the great reasons to consider this community. I highly recommend Boulder Creek🥰

We have been living in Boulder creek for over 4 and half years now, and we couldnt be happier with our decision. From day one, the management and staff have been incredibly helpful and responsive to any concerns or maintenance requests.The apartment itself is spacious, well-maintained, and full of good amenities.One of the standout features is the community atmosphere. There are regular social events organized by the management, which have allowed us to get to know our neighbors and make new friends.The location is also a major plus. Its conveniently located near grocery stores, shopping centers, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to access everything we need.

Me and my wife moved in recently and we love it! The community is very clean, friendly, and the staff are amazing. They are always intentional with everything even when it comes to the residents. We have enjoyed all the events that they’ve had and always a pleasure to meet a new neighbor. Boulder creek is definitely a community that makes you feel at home.

Boulder Creek has to be the best apartment experience I have ever had to date in living here in San Antonio. I have stayed in some nice apartments before but none like living here. I have been a resident for about a year now and it has been amazing how wonderful of a job the main office does with communication. Whether it is about community events or concerns on the property, they are always on top of it. Both by text and email, we are always provided with the latest communication. It is a gated community which is so reassuring as I know some apartment complexes leave their gate open at night. In addition, the amenities that come with living here is beyond impressive. For the dog parents, there is a dog park for their pets to play and enjoy within the complex. In addition, we have a car wash area which is such a game changer as I dont think I have ever seen any apartment complex think about or even offering such a feature. There is also the gym which is in the same building as the main office which is a good size and very clean and then there is a swimming pool which you can use the grills along the side if you ever wanted to have a pool gathering. I feel like I may be forgetting something else lol but it is if nothing else big about community events. That to me is so key and sets it apart from other communities. The staff is top notch. I am sorry this review was longer than expected but hoping that it helps in you hopefully making Boulder Creek your home one day as well.

Ive lived here for almost a year now and its amazing. Maintenance is always fast, I never feel unsafe, pool is always pretty damn clean. I never feel like I have to worry about my car being broken into either. The staff is so incredibly kind and friendly and the events they host are amazing. Its also nice and quiet, which for a student is great. Ive lived in other apartments before but none are quite as amazing as this one. I really do feel like they care.

Beautifully maintained, quiet community in San Antonio. The leasing staff made moving easy and hassle free. My neighbours are polite. I also like how management always has community events planned which is another nice way to get to know my neighbours.

My time here at Boulder Creek has been amazing. I have been going on almost 5 years here with no complaints. The staff is amazing and always accommodating.Personally I tend to keep to myself and enjoy my privacy. Which is a big reason why I loved staying here at Boulder Creek. The community here is respectful and considerate. Especially being someone who works from home.The staff here at Boulder Creek puts on events that really help you get to know your neighbors and socialize. Every so often they will also have food trucks stop by that making dinner hassle free. I would highly recommend Boulder Creek!

Moved in recently from our past apartment and it’s been the best decision my partner and I have made. Not only are we saving money with more sqft, but gained an attentive and responsive office staff up front. We had the pleasure of working with Evette during our move in process and it was extremely easy with her by our side. Be sure to request her on your apartment hunting journey here, she continues to be so supportive even after move in. Since here, we have used the pool, which has been so clean, as well as the gym. My partner and I definitely plan on calling this beautiful complex our home for a long time.

I love this place! I like how quiet and serene this complex is. Neighbors are nice. Leasing office is very comfortable and cozy. Apartment with a beautiful pool, 24/7 gym, clean and safe common areas. The workers are all really nice and helpful as well. Definitely the best experience I have had in an apartment in San antonio or anywhere else.

I love living here! the facilities are amazing, the staff is friendly, and maintenance is always fast. This is easily the best apartments on Vance Jackson, its gated and there is a strong sense of community, I would HIGHLY recommend Boulder Creek to a friend or family member!

For being a first time having my own apartment, this place has been great. The apartment is really nice from the interior and all the installations around the apartment complex are always clean and well kept. Staffing is nice and always making sure that your needs are taking care of. I highly recommend Boulder Creek Apartments.

Boulder Creek has been my home for almost 3 years now, and I have nothing negative to say! The management/leasing team is amazing - they’re professional, friendly, and always know how to have a good time! The maintenance team is great too! My maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner, and I always receive a follow up call or email a little while after the request is completed to make sure everything is still working properly. The resident events are super fun! They’re a perfect way to get to know your neighbors, the Boulder Creek team, and relax after a long day at work! Boulder Creek is close to my job and everything I love to do in San Antonio. Lastly, the location is ideal! Boulder Creek is close to work and everything I love to do/see/visit in San Antonio!

This is truly the best apartment my boyfriend and I have lived at in San Antonio. We chose it based mostly on the spacious floor plans and awesome dog park. The front office staff are always so kind, know us by name, and always have a treat for our pup when we stop by! The complex is quiet and has plenty of lawn space for walking your dogs. We love how peaceful it is here, you don’t get all the city noise like you do with other apartments that have small lots and are backed up right to the road/highway. Another huge plus for me is that after having several cockroach problems at other San Antonio apartments, we have had NO bug issues here. If we weren’t moving out of state we would not be leaving here!!

The office staff are amazing! Yvette, Kyla, and Jeanette are wonderful to work with! The pool by the office is amazing (hot tub is unfortunately often down for maintenance in the fall - winter months though when it’d be perfect to enjoy). Maintenance requests are always handled quickly and professionally. Grounds are kept up. Pet friendly, but as a non-pet owner I’ve never had any noise or smell issues. Parking has never been an issue. Resident events are fun with great prizes too! It’s the best apartment living experience I’ve had yet and I’ve been here two years.

Living here was so amazing. The apartment complex is so beautiful, the people are very nice, and management is always on top of things. Never had an issue with roaches, pests, etc. The appliances worked so well, everything was well kept and clean, looking very new. Very quiet, safe, friendly neighborhood. I wish I could’ve stayed here longer! Have nothing but good words to say!

I have lived at Boulder Creek since the summer of 2020 and love living here. I’m a grad student and have had to move units twice within the complex due to roommate changes/financial reasons and Boulder Creek has always worked with me and been so accommodating during these stressful moves. Just like any other place, Boulder Creek isn’t perfect but the main office staff and maintenance are always eager to help fix whatever problem there may be. I’ve had maintenance gladly come in during after hours when my AC stopped working in the middle of the summer (we all know Texas summers are no joke!)This complex is very family friendly and peaceful so I always feel safe. As a student, I really appreciate living here because I can actually study from home, which I couldn’t always do when I lived in student housing (often loud and rowdy.)The main office also strives to get to know all their residents and create a sense of community by hosting many events for residents throughout the year and having food trucks visit the complex almost every week. I recommend living at Boulder Creek—whether you have a family or are just a student like me. :)

My husband and I have had a great experience living at Boulder Creek the past year!STAFFThe staff is incredible and care a lot about the residents - they always plan fun events to get the community together or have monthly brunch set up for the residents. For how large of a community it is, they do a really great job knowing everyones name and are much more personal than other apartments weve lived at. We only had to call maintenance the first week because the dishwasher wasnt working, but they came and fixed it the next day and have had no issues since. The maintenance team is also fantastic. They always stop and give my pup a treat as they pass by - she is obsessed with them.AMENITIESThe two pools at Boulder Creek are probably the best in the area. We did a lot of scoping of the apartments nearby when looking for a place to live and Boulder Creek easily has the nicest pools and grounds. They are meticulously maintained. The gym is smaller but it has nice and new equipment in it. The dog park is top notch - realistically one of the things that sold us on Boulder Creek for our fur baby. It has a dog pool so were able to take our high energy pup to play even in the summer when its hot. Its also very clean, and never overly busy. Overall - very dog friendly. Only downside is that a lot of residents dont clean up after their dog, despite all the poo stations with bags that are provided! Ive taken walks around the complex pretty regularly at dusk and have never felt unsafe. Its a really friendly community.APARTMENT - The apartments are very nice and clean/updated. Weve never had any issues with bugs. In talking to a few people - most dont hear their neighbors...we have a family with young kids below us so we definitely hear them - but that said, depends on who your neighbors are. The walls are thick, definitely not paper thin where you hear everything.Overall weve really enjoyed living here. I was not looking forward to moving back into an apartment for the year (just based on past experiences), but the Boulder Creek staff made it an enjoyable experience for us. Ill certainly miss getting to lounge by the beautiful pool after a stressful work day! If we werent moving out of state we would certainly stay here for another year.

We moved in about a month ago and I couldn’t say enough amazing things about these apartments! The apartments themselves are gorgeous and spacious. The office management team have been amazing. They are truly caring and nice. They have made me feel so welcomed since the moment we walked in to look at them. The apartments have amazing amenities for your furry loved one. I have fallen in love with me new home.

I have been a resident for a little over 3 years now. I have never had any problems. The apartments are beautiful, the kitchen in particular is why I chose this place. Maintenance is quick to respond. The staff is always pleasant, the assistant manager Jeanette called me one day to give me a heads up that my water bill was high again. Then she put in a request to have maintenance check if anything was leaking or running. Its those little things that make this place great! There are plenty of social events held so that you get acquainted with your neighbors, its always a fun time! No complaints.

My boyfriend and I recently moved to this property and we could not be more happier with every thing they have to offer. The office staff is extremely nice and welcoming. They are always so helpful and never make us feel like we are a bother. We have had one issue with our shower when we first moved in however they fixed the problem that very day and the problem never occurred again. The dog park with a pool is amazing for our fur baby and every owner that takes their dog their has been really nice. We love the location the apartments are in with everything we need less than 5 miles away. All in all we would totally recommend this apartment complex to anyone and everyone.

They do a great job of keeping the property well-maintained and clean. I appreciate all their client-appreciation events - Free Pizza after work on Friday was awesome!

I have only lived here for about two months, but have been happier here than any other apartment I’ve lived in. I was contacted the same day I inquired about availability to setup a tour and was approved the next day. The office staff has been friendly and courteous. The landscaping is beautiful, my pup has made a few friends at the dog pool, and it’s nice to see residents who like to be active in the evening by walking the grounds. I can see myself here for quite some time!

Boulder Creek is an exceptional place to live. The previous apartment I lived in was an absolute nightmare; I’ve been at Boulder Creek for almost a year now, and I’ve had a great experience. The apartments themselves are gorgeous and have many perks including a beautiful kitchen that rivals the one in my childhood home, a spacious porch, and a garden tub. The staff is very nice and helpful, and they foster a sense of community within the complex by hosting a variety of fun community events where you can chat and hang out with your neighbors. (The winter casino party was a blast!) They’re always willing to help work through issues, and maintenance is timely with their requests. I’m also a huge fan of the pool (it’s amazing) and the dog park. I could go on, but long story short, my time at Boulder Creek has been virtually painless, and I am very thankful for finding such a wonderful place to call home.

Boulder Creek is hands down the best apartment we’ve lived in! From the fun seasonal activities, to the friendly and helpful office staff, its a great place to call home. All of our maintenance requests are completed within the day we request them. They also give great incentives for renewing your lease. We’ve definitely enjoyed that perk over the last few years.

It’s my pleasure to review Boulder Creek! They have truly made our move to San Antonio a breeze. Fatima, the property manager, is always on top of things and the staff is so friendly! Spacious rooms, relaxing ambiance around the complex and a great community overall is perfect for our small family. Their attention to maintenance issues is speedy and thorough. Glad we chose to move here and that they had a place for us when we needed it!

Been living at Boulder Creek for over a year now and we have been pretty satisfied with everything.Pros: The maintenance team is very prompt, if you complain about something, things get fixed pretty fast (Atleast in our experience). The office staff are friendly and understanding. They make the tenants feel very welcomed and involved. They have games, contests, brunches and events very regularly to the residents. It’s a great way to build a community and a sense of belonging. The grounds have so much greenery and it’s a perfect area to walk the dogs and get a walk in to get some exercise as well. There is adequate parking spots from our experience. Parking carports are also available for rent, if needed.Cons: The dog poop situation has become pretty bad but honestly it’s not all their fault, if people can pick up after their dogs like they should it wouldn’t have been an issue.Lately, a few random things have been noticed. They should have a patrol company come and drive around on a weekly basis, to kind of monitor the grounds and make the residents feel safe.

Boulder Creek Apartment Home is my Home away from Home. I moved here in April of 2021 and have had the best time living in my apartment. Staff is super friendly. I dont know many people here in San Antonio but Janette and Yvette have made me feel like family. The maintance crew is amazing I rarely have to wait long if I have issues with anything in my apartment. I hope to make Boulder Creek my Home for years to come. Thank you Boulder Creek for making this West Texas Girl feel right at home.

Definitely amazing apartments to live in! My girlfriend and I came from a complex that had people who didn’t care, listen or do their jobs right whatsoever. So when moving into Boulder Creek, not only did we get an apartment with great quality, but Fatima, Yvette and Jeannette went above and beyond for us. We originally were going to move in with Canyon Creek, their sister complex across the street, but unfortunately things didn’t work out. But fortunately, their management team contacted Boulder and we’ve been taken care of since. From only having to wait about a day or so for maintenance to receiving phone calls/emails and texts from the office to give us a heads up on anything going on, my girlfriend and I are incredibly happy here. The only reason we would ever leave is because we’ve moved on to a house.These are pretty pricey, but it’s definitely worth it. Boulder Creek management really do care and do their jobs with consideration of everyone here. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Ive been living here since the start of the year and my experience so far has been above my expectations. The manager Fatima is amazing and pays close attention to detail and is ready to address any issues. Maintenance is respectful and I see them cleaning the pool every day. The rest of the staff are warming and welcoming. My water and trash bill is like 12$! I really loved that the apartment comes with wood flooring, plenty of space, side by side refrigerators with ice makers and large bathrooms. I would highly recommend! 👍🏼

My name is David Smith and I have only ever had a great experience here. I started on a 15 month lease and when that was over, signed up for another 15. The office staff and management have been so great and my wife and I love all the events they have for the residents. The units are huge and my particular unit even has a sun room. I love it and have even made it my office. My son love how big his walk in closet is and my wife and I love how big the kitchen is. I used to live in apartments that had problems with trash being emptied out. This complex is always on the ball with that. I love living here and will probably do so until we find a house.

The property is always well maintained. Service request when needed is completed promptly. I highly recommend Boulder Creek Apartments for your next place to live! You won’t want to leave!

I’ve lived at boulder creek for 3 years and I love it! The office and maintenance team are on top of everything and they are so kind! I feel like they really listen to what residents say and work to make living at the complex better and better.The dog park is wonderful and the complex is large with lots of grassy areas. There are a lot of families and young couples that live here.I will say, parking can be an issue and I found the need to rent a carport spot.

Being a completely new resident to San Antonio, I was concerned finding the right place to live after looking at several apartments in different areas. After reading several reviews from different apartment complexes, one of my biggest concerns was finding a place to call home that was safe and comfortable in such a big city.I have lived her for a few months now and this apartment complex truly stands for it all. They are a gated community and this apartment complex is close to a lot of attractions and everyday essential stores. Not to mention it is near to UTSA Main Campus. Unlike other apartment complexes who advertise they have night patrol (But really don’t) This apartment complex does. Most apartment complexes in San Antonio claim they are a gated community, when realistically their gates hardly ever work, which are prone to car break ins or burglaries. At Boulder creek, Things like that do not happen because there is never really problems with the gates. Packages do not go missing and break ins rarely happen.This Community is full of friendly, and quiet neighbors who look out for one another. The walls in these apartments are thick and you will not ever hear your neighbors making noise.I must give a huge shout out to the office staff for always being welcoming since day 1 and always making it their #1 priority for their residents to feel safe and be comfortable in their homes. They care more about keeping their residents rather than making a hole in your pocket. Not to mention their maintenance Staff goes above and beyond and gets work orders done fast!!These apartments are well taken care of, they are clean, and are up to date with Amenities. They have an awesome pool and fitness center. They have a huge dog park with sitting areas. Not to mention their dog park has a pool for your pet!!! They have dog waste stations around the whole apartment complex and residents who live here actually pick up after their pets.Throughout the week they have events for example, Food Truck Night.Thank you Boulder Creek for allowing us to be residents of this amazing Apartment Complex!!

Living here has been a pleasure. All of The office ladies are always so sweet, always in a good mood and happy to see you. They take the time to get to know the residents, and address us by our names. Especially Fatima and Janeth! Issues with maintenance were always resolved in a timely manner, and a follow up call was always given to check on the service request. The dog park was always clean and so much fun for our dogs to play and splash during the hot summer. The pool was always kept clean as well, and grills maintained. During covid they always did their best to keep residents involved in updates, they created gym and pool schedules for residents to use during some very boring months of this pandemic lol. Not to mention they always host fun monthly activities and bring delicious food trucks all the time ! There were Even times where they passed out free pizza at the gates, theyve even rode around on their golf carts passing out ice cream !! We will miss living here, and are only leaving because life circumstances require us to move. I would highly recommend living here ! You wont regret it.

I have lived here over 2 years and the leasing/management team has remained the same, which is amazing! They genuinely care about every resident and it shows! This is a very social community and the leasing office always had social events pre-covid. They have made sure to keep us socially distant but social!! They have the best food trucks, the best contests, and they make this a place you don’t want to leave!! I highly recommend!! 🥰🥰

I like the apartments and how clean they are here! The staff here are very friendly, and are very welcoming. Addison is a very nice staff member and helped me get the apartment that I wanted. I love the layout of my apartment and I’m very glad I chose this apartment complex.

I really enjoy living here its nice its peaceful and the neighbors are friendly I tend to be the one to make more noise. But everyone around seems to be friendly and caring of each other. The staff is really nice Ive never had an incident with them and the girl that works in the office is so fine.Pool is nice, sometimes gets dirty but thats just how pools go. Overall a very pleasant loving experience.

For me its always a great feeling to write a review about my home. Ive been a Boulder Creek resident since 2013!! This coming year, 2022 marks my 9th year! Many people come and go, but I must admit I have never had a reason to leave.The management (and manager) and staff are truly exceptional! They take care of your issues, questions and concerns with utmost knowledge and respect. It is a relief to know that you can count on them to take care of your issues and then follow up. Their main goal is to procure their residents with safety and comfort. They keep the residents abreast of rules and and updates. Thank you for that!One spectacular team group is the maintenance crew. It is unbelievable how efficient and knowledgeable they all are. As well, they maintain a high level of respect and professionalism.When a work order is submitted, the knowledgeable team member completes the work normally within 24-48 hour period. I have experienced living in other places where help on as issue could take days before help comes..But not at Boulder Creek. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.Besides the pet friendly and other wonderful amenities, the management and staff provide enjoyable activities bringing the community together.I write this review with truth and honesty. Update - I left the four star review below 3 years ago and since then I have continued living in this apartment complex. I have been very content and pleased with the apartment and staff and felt that they deserved 5 stars!...I have lived here for over a year and its been pretty good! At first I did have issues (my apartment smelled like cigarettes, fleas, exc.) but now that the dust has settled and they have new office staff it has been very pleasant living here now.

If I lived in San Antonio I would live HERE at Boulder Creek! I spend a considerable amount of time here visiting my best friend Bernadette and I am always so impressed with the look of the grounds and the buildings themselves! The management and maintenance are top notch people. I always feel secure and I never worry about my car! If you are looking for an apartment home in this area start with Boulder Creek!

Boulder Creek Apartments is a great place to live. The front office employees are very helpful and friendly. The maintenance is quick with work orders and get things done properly. And the overall complex is beautiful and kept clean. I have really enjoyed living here and I highly recommend.

This place is just awesome. From the moment we walked in for a tour I knew for sure this place would be a good place to live in. The dog park is awesome especially the dog pool. Do your apartments offer a dog pool!? Didn’t think so. Yes there are boulders around the area, but I mean... their name is Boulder creek... lol. The atmosphere is great, the pool is clean. The people are friendly and most importantly, the office cares about their residents!!!! We really hit jackpot with apartments this year, highly recommend checking them out! :)

Came to look at these apartments while on an apartment hunt for a new place to call home. Our lease was ending at another complex that was horrible and we knew we had to get out but we knew we had to find the perfect place this time. No more moving every lease end and no more settling for less than what we deserved and wanted. When we came to see a unit and tour, we fell in love almost IMMEDIATELY! The apartment unit itself was gorgeous! It has a built in desk which is perfect for working at home, and the kitchen is WOW! And during the tour, the leasing manager was greeting every resident she saw and she knew most by name. It showed me she cares for her residents and gets to know them, and when every resident greeted her back smiling, we knew that was also a great sign!Moved in March 2020 just when the Covid pandemic started. The process was handled perfectly and easily. We did what we could online and then when we needed to sign in person, the manager wore a mask and kept distance while verbally guiding us on the paperwork.Living here has been amazing. The outside views are STUNNING my from our unit and the manager put us as close to the dog park as she could find. She wanted to ensure we were close so that our girls could be close to the fun. The dog park also has a pool!!!! YES A POOL! My girls personally love going there everyday. They love the pool and the water spouts. This was also a selling piece! We knew this place would be good for our girls also.The only service issues I have had and continue to have is the AC tends to freeze or lose free-on causing some uncomfortableness during Texas weather. But when maintenance was noticed, he came the next day wearing a mask, and took care of it. We are dealing with the AC freezing up still but we have not reached out to maintenance this time due to us wanting to protect them and keep them safe.So the AC issue is no reason to overlook Boulder Creek at all.You will absolutely love calling Boulder Creek home!I love calling it home!

Ive lived here going on 5 months now and am pleased with mngmnt. They are always busy trying to improve the apts, grounds, etc. Yvette was wonderful when I moved in. She absolutely helped me with a couple of issues when I first moved in. It is a very quiet and well taken care of property that is close to all shopping and medical centers. Thanks for all you do.

Now you all know older moms can be picky but I will say that from day one I was welcomed with open arms! I was told, “ why keep looking? You’re home!There are so many qualities this community offers. There’s the wonderful hard working management from the manager, Fatima, assistant, Jeanette and leasers Cassie and Yvette. It’s not just that they are all great at what they do, they make sure that the needs of the residents come first. It is so easy to walk into the office and sit down to discuss any issues and come out with happy results. They provide monthly activities and bring together the community so as to help us all meet our neighbors. And I so am grateful for that.Maintenance crew is top notch. I haven’t needed them for much as these apartments are so well made, but when I do, I send in my request and they take care of repairs. I have never waited more than 24 hours. Pet friendly, and very friendly staff. Pool and dog pond is always clean. Yes I said dog pond! This means my dog can play in the summer texas heat without over heating! (This is what initially sold me) but I’ve stayed over 2 years now because it really is a great place to live. I never usually resign leases. But this place is worth it!! Quick maintenance when needed, quiet area, friendly neighbors and clean grounds.

Location is great and very quiet! Staff knows your name and so friendly! The events are so much fun and the maintenance is speedy! Love living here! Despite the posts about parking we have not had an issue in our building. I have left after 11pm and my spot was still there. Layout Is perfect and homey. I am a very light sleeper and have never heard the quarry noise loud enough to wake me. I could not have chosen a better complex. This is the first place that just feels right.

So very glad I decided to move here! Love the office and maintenance staff they are really awesome. Love my apartment, hard to believe it will be a year in April. I just love coming home now. Highly recommend Boulder Creek. I was in this business for 15 years and can be tough to please, best decision Ive made in years!!

I have lived here since end of October 2019, I can honestly say I have never been so quick to call a place home. Office staff are nice and go out of their way to seek feedback from the community. Routine maintenance are scheduled for the upkeep of the property and any of my concerns that I have had have been properly addressed in a timely manner. I am pleased with the quietness of the property and I feel very safe in this community.

I thoroughly enjoyed living in this apartment complex! I called it home for 2 years and it was a great experience. The office staff was incredible and very accommodating. The maintenance staff was fast and thorough in fixing any little thing that we noticed while living there. I would live here again in a heartbeat!

I recently moved in (I dont use my actual name for this account,) and Im very happy here so far; I love the deal i got on my rent, maintenance is always very quick when something needs fixing, and the ladies in the office are incredible and so friendlyand personable.However...I really do wish people werent in the pool until after 11pm on a nearly daily basis blasting music loud enough that it can be heard through closed windows. Not that I know if theres actually a solution for this without knowing who they are.

One sentence: Where is the 10 star review????We stayed only 1 year, cause we finally found the home of our dreams. Heck, my son was sad we were leaving (when was the last time anyone ever heard that?) The entire staff was attentive and responsive, friendly and HONEST (even when they forgot something). I can go on and on raving about this place but compared to the last place we stayed The Lodge at Shavano Park is day and night: my son called it cockroach lodge!! Thank goodness we only signed a 6 month lease there and moved out on the 5th month...!Nothing but good things to say about this place...

The staff here is amazing. From the day we walked in to look at an apartment home, we were made to feel like family by the agents and the managers. Our apartment is as nice as the sample we were shown. Any questions or requests we have made have been handled quickly and excellently. There are also great resident events. Breakfast the first Saturday of the month, and other holiday themed events. We love it here!!

The two main things that attracted us here were the size of the units and the dog pool. Once we meet the front office staff we were sold. In our move in process we ran into an issue, but theses ladies went beyond their job duties to help us secure our new home. We absolutely love it here! It is quite and the landscape is beautiful, and we are within walking/driving distance to so many shopping and dining areas. I wish We would have moved here sooner.

Had to move in quickly about a month ago Fatima and the staff were so helpful. They made sure I got exactly what I was needing in my new place with what little time I had. No maintenance issues so far. Property is taken care of very well. If you are looking for a comfortable and adorable place to live I do recommend Boulder Creek.

Love living here. Since I got here back in 2010, I knew this management team was different. My service request gets taken care of so quickly. Its so convenient to pay my rent on an app, to make a service request. The grounds are kept so well. The actual property is a landscape architects masterpiece. Designed to take advantage of the beautiful landscape around it. Facing a greenbelt. Jannete, Fatima,and Yvette are wonderful to talk to. They always greet you with a nice warm hello.

I absolutely LOVE living here! The staff could not be friendlier, the grounds are kept up beautifully and its the perfect location with so much to do all around! I recently moved from Virginia and I couldnt have found a better place to live during my transition! You can not go wrong here. Oh, and did i mention the beautiful pools?!?!?

I have lived at Boulder Creek for going on 3 years now. At first when I moved in the management was very sincere and nice. They helped us with everything we ever needed, which wasnt much. Now the current management is unbearable. I switched apartments from a 2-bedroom to a 1-bedroom and I got stuck underneath someone with two rowdy dogs. These dogs were the result of neglectful owners who let them do their business on the balcony... mind you they are on the third floor and their excrement would fall down to our balcony and the balcony below. I have contacted the management multiple times and it wasnt until 3 months later that they agreed to move them to a different apartment. 3 months...... 3 months of the dogs barking day and night. Even when I would call to have them contact the owners, their only response was to call the police. Even though it was 3 months later, I was thrilled to hear that they would be moving to a different apartment. They guaranteed to have them out by the middle of November. I am writing this now on December 1st and they still have not moved out. On top of that, the neighbors do not care at all when their dogs are barking. We have been very civil and patient over the whole ordeal but when youre working 12 hour days and you go home and cannot even get a good nights rest because of unruly dogs, it becomes overly frustrating. No matter what amenities they might offer that make it a step above any other apartment complex, the management falls short to provide any adequate service to their residents.Also we have tried to contact Michelson Organization, the property owners of Boulder Creek, and they were less helpful than the management staff. They refuse to do anything and telling us to report to the management. A vicious circle where nothing gets done.They claim to have a courtesy officer but when we call, they tell us they dont have one and to call the police.

Quiet and serene complex. One of the best apartment complexes I have stayed at. Management is very knowledgeable and seems like the truly care about you (which is something not every apartment complex has unfortunately). They have a dog pool at the dog park which is fantastic if you have a dog. People are all friendly here as well.

I am a retired school teacher originally from Brownsville, Texas. I made the decision to move to San Antonio and closer to my son. So for 10 months I visited over 47 apartment complexes. I would drive up every 3 weeks and begin my search. You must know the happy ending this story has!! I so happened to pass by Boulder Creek Apartment Homes on one of my searches so I stopped and decided to inquire. It is such a beauty on the outside, but as one knows, there is so much more to consider. And so, I decided to see it all and hear the pitch. To my surprise, the staff was amazing!!! And after returning to see these apartments and others, I knew this was the one for me!!I was leaving behind 46 years in Brownsville and needed to feel at home. The staff was so welcoming without being pushy. I was shown the model unit countless number of times with my friends and family in tow. And then I knew, home was found.Here is what you will want to know:1. The staff is so friendly but more so caring, helpful, professional and knowledgeable.2. The complex is beautiful and fairly new.3. I opted for the first floor--its an age thing--and so far my neighbors have been so good!! Sure you hear the occasional pattering of feet above but that is par--4. Any and all repairs have been taken care of within 24 hours and more often the same day!! And these gentlemen who do general repairs and maintenance, they are respectful, professional and get the job done.5. Safety is always a concern--for the staff and for me. I can say that thus far, I have not experienced any safety issues. Locks are tight, and there is parking lighting.6. The staff is always willing to listen--always-- always.7. At Boulder Creek there is always some fun activity to bring the community together. Pool parties, movies by the pool, Shred Day and Brunch, virtual Halloween contests, Christmas celebrations----and I am so grateful that this, my community and the staff at Boulder Creek work at having events to share. Great going!!!8. The grounds are beautiful--please come see for yourself!!9. Although I do not own a pet, there are facilities and amenities for those loved one. A doggie park and pool, boxes with litter bags and a deposit for them as well.10. My rent is for a two bedroom, two large bath, plus a carport and a storage unit!!**I could go on and on, but since I chose Boulder Creek to be my home I have not regretted it!PLEASE COME BY AND SEE WHAT THIS WONDERFUL COMMUNITY HAS TO OFFER.THANK YOU BOULDER CREEK!

We scheduled an appointment for today, they made us wait half an hour because they scheduled the appointment before they opened. I mentioned I had an email confirmation of the appointment and she seemed skeptical. They told us the price our apartment finder gave us two days ago is no longer available and that it would be at least $25 more.

I’ve been living here since April 2021 and have nothing but good things to say. Maintenance is quick with any issues, apartments are well kept and as a dog owner, perfect place to live if you have a dog! There are dog stations everywhere, fully stocked with bags and the dog park is amazing.

Great place to live!! Management and office staff very friendly and helpful!! Maintenance is very good. They respond to work orders very timely and courteous!! They are always power washing and keeping the property clean. They have a lot of resident events, food trucks come a lot. I love it here!!

While the apartments are beautiful and the dog park is nice, the pond filter at the dog park is almost always broken so my dogs constantly get ear infections from the pool. Also maintenance comes into your home without any warning prior to do spontaneous apartment checks and notifies you after. Also in my 9 months here there have been more car break-ins than I can count on all my fingers and toes. Parking is terrible and the hot tub has never worked although management will lie and say they are fixing it.

I think Boulder Creeks management is amazing, especially upper management. They are considerate and acomodating. I was dealing with some really crappy neighbors below me causing my dogs to be unruly and bark after stating that my dog has anxiety. They preceded to harass us and our neighbors about my pups. They claimed that they were neglected but little did these residents know, my dogs were fed, watered, and played with every day. Ignorance is foolish so joke is on you. My dogs were asleep by 9:00 every night so our neighbors must have the wrong dog; maybe its their unruly dog, at least we didnt have to creep. Second of all every time these residents complained I invited the poliece, in and my dogs were quiet the whole time and said that the neighbors were being petty. Hey I work 16 hours day and overnight and am a grad student, not to mention their dog not walking on a leash which is a state offense. We were not forced to leave, we value our character which is why we left. So thank you staff for being supportive and building a community. I love that I can trust and confide in such wonderful people who look out for the best interest of all of their residents.

I currently live here with my wife and three service dogs. This is a dog owner oriented feeling apartment and the everyday walks with my dogs with the apartments beautiful landscape behind my apartment are wonderful. I take my dogs to the dog park and let them swim every single day. And sometimes people don’t use the park with other people so you get it to yourself and can chill on the pavilion while your dogs play. This place is huge, is wonderful. Maintenance does a great friggin job too, the neighbors are great neighbors and we can’t even hear any neighbors lol. We are current residents of BoulderCreek appartments. We moved to San Antonio just 5 months back. Heard about this place through a realtor. We are very happy with our choice. This is one amazing appartments with wide spread greenery, 2 clean pool areas, barbecue place, gym, walking path. Maintainance is great. Any issues , the office personnel are very welcoming and patient to hear you out. So far we are enjoying our stay here. I hope we have this experience and approach throughout.

I relocated to TX from NJ for work. I did A LOT of research before seeing any apartments. I absolutely fell in love when I first visited Boulders Creek. From the initial contact over the phone with Fatima to my initial tour with Jeanette my transition and move was super easy and super stress free. They have checked in numerous times to make sure I am settling in ok and see if I need any help. I have now been a resident for 3 months and I am absolutely in love with my apartment. 100% sure I made the right choice.

My boyfriend and I have lived here since last August and let me tell you, they are the most amazing friendly and welcoming property we have ever lived at. In a week they knew our names and really made us feel homey and welcome. They respond to every maintenance problem with a smile and are willing to help and get it done same day or the following morning at the latest. We feel comfortable and happy calling this complex our home.

I moved from another apartment complex TWO days after moving in because the apartment was infested with cockroaches and an absolute mess. I not going to relive those infuriating details at the moment because my blood will start to boil, but I will say that nightmare was quickly put behind me because of the wonderful staff here at Boulder Creek who went above and beyond to help me move into a stylish and new(bug-free) apartment I happily call home.Milicent Figueroa had me in my new apartment in less than two days. I cant thank her enough, as well as, the rest of the staff for all they did to make that happen so painlessly on such short notice. I have been here for just a little over a year now and have nothing but positive things to say about this community.Thank you Boulder Creek and your awesome staff for helping me when I really needed it.

We love these apartments they are beautiful. We love the layout and space for the amount that we pay. HOWEVER, the parking is horrible. We specifically asked how parking was because we both get off late from work and they had stated that parking would not be a problem because of the new sticker policy. Well the stickers are a joke and do not mean anything apparently because we have gone around the apartments many of times and counted 42, 56, and 21 cars that did not have a sticker. When the office was confronted the only thing that they could say is Sorry, you can do covered parking. We called cooperate on 3 different occasions and never received a call back. Covered parking is a luxury we should NOT have to be FORCED to get covered parking. Money is not the issue, it is the principle behind it that we had specifically asked. And I just love how the front offices attitude changed once we moved in. They will do all they can to lure you in and then once you are signed you are just a dime a dozen. ANOTHER issue to be concerned with is that there have been several break-ins around the apartment complex. We have talked to the victims themselves at the dog park and how even some broke their lease because it was getting bad. The MANAGEMENT has yet to send out an email regarding this issue. We should be informed of what is going on in our community that we live in, where we are suppose to be safe. I should have took the reviews I had read more seriously. I know that only angry people write reviews but you should be made aware of issues if they endanger YOU and YOUR FAMILY.

This was my first apartment when I moved here from west Texas, I have been here ever since I am on my third lease, this has been the best experience I have honestly ever had with an apartment. The office staff and maintenance is amazing, so nice and welcoming always!!! I love it here.

Just moved in not to long ago, and I love it here. Staff was so friendly and very helpful. Quiet nice place. Everyone is very friendly. I just took my dog to the dog park and he loved the little pool they have. Maintenance takes care of work orders pretty quick. Everything is always kept up. It is Overall a great place to call home.

The incident that occurred here on 10/08/20 has me concerned for my safety (google the San Antonio news for that day, the entire complex was declared a crime scene).There is seldom available parking. Residents never clean up after their pets and are allowed to leave their trash bags and shoes in the breezeway for WEEKS.On the bright side, the staff is friendly and they often have contests where you can win prizes if you post a positive review of the complex.

My husband and I love this community! This has been a really great first home for us and the staff have been extremely helpful along the way. We have made really good friends with our neighbors around our apartment and at the pool. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested!

Terrible treatment of Active-Duty Servicemembers… if you are in the military or fans of our military and soldiers, please do not rent at this apartment complex.The apartment was initially advertised to us as quiet and safe, and it was anything but. The apartment complex is full of college-aged adults, with frequent screaming at 3:00am and the consistent smell of weed from the apartment below us.My car and my wife’s car were both broken into on separate occasions, and there were no less than 5 attempts at someone trying to enter our apartment when we were home, with one successful entry (the gentleman quickly fled when he saw I was waiting in the living room).Advertised as a dog-friendly apartment, which really means there is dog-crap everywhere, as no one seems to want to pick it up. Parking is terrible; my wife and I had to frequently park on the other side of the complex at night, 1/4 mile away from our apartment.Terribly overpriced apartments… in addition to that, we were overcharged no less than three times during our stay there. When I received orders from the military and exercised a clause in their lease contract to break the lease before it ended, the apartment complex unlawfully withheld about $100 of our deposit. I say unlawfully because they literally broke the law. When I confronted management at Boulder Creek about this, the gentleman basically told me “too bad”. I wrote a letter to Michelson Realty corporate headquarters as well and waited over a month; I have yet to receive return of the money or an explanation of why they kept $100 of my money. In addition to this review, I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.In summary, there are plenty of other places to live in San Antonio. Unless you would like a similar experience, please avoid this apartment and the corporation that owns it, Michelson Realty. Thank you.

As a resident, I dont feel safe here at all. I was awoken a few weeks ago by the sound of roughly 20 gunshots right outside my apartment, in which one of my cars was hit. Management never checked to see whose car was hit and just sent an email and gave a notice of what happened. Additionally, my storage unit that is right next to my door was broken into where over $1000 worth of items have been stolen. I have not lived here for two months and have had both of these incidents happen already. I cannot in good conscience recommend this to anyone.

My son and his wife recently moved to San Antonio less than two months ago. Earlier this month, up to 10 individuals walked into the gated community and had a shootout. Two suspects were taken to the hospital, the others are at large. Many vehicles were struck by bullets including one of their cars. Two weeks later, their storage was broken into. I believe it was maintenance or an inside job considering the patience of the criminals who had time to open boxes and take whatever they wanted. Not the entire box. Do you move here!!! It is not secure. Your safety and the safety of your property is not important to management.

I love living here. I cant pick a favorite staff member because theyre all amazing; theyre so enthusiastic and all know me by name and apartment number. Maintenance requests are taken care of almost immediately. Ive had no complaints that they havent fixed.

I love this place!! I wouldn’t have choose another place to live. We had such a hard time finding a place for the right price and because of credit. They gave us a tour and we fell in love with the place next thing you know we are moving in a week later. They guaranteed the could move us in quick and they did!! The staff has been amazing!! They have welcomed us to feel at home. This is truly an amazing place to live wouldn’t have gone any other place.

Moved in here recently. The community is peaceful and well maintained. The leasing process was smooth and the staff was very helpful, considerate of my request to move in ASAP. The initial service requests were responded fairly quickly and were resolved. Happy to call this home :)

Horrible experience. It is located right next to a material company so there is an extremely loud screeching noice of a train running from 12 AM-7AM. Office staff is nice at first and then once you’re signed or moving out they are extremely rude. They hang up on you, yell over the phone, lose your packages and provide zero explanation. It seems great at first but trust me there are plenty of other apartments in the area with nicer interior for a cheaper rental rate (Triomphe is a good one).

Great place to live. Staff really friendly and do a great job with community events. Maintenance staff is very prompt with response to issues you may be having. Gym, clubhouse, and pool area are well maintained.

Visitor parking is a joke. The dog park is never respected by humans. People leave dog poop EVERYWHERE, and thats truly an understatement. The apartments are clean and designed well. The noise from the quarry work makes it difficult to sleep for night shift workers. Dont live close to the quarry if youre a light sleeper.

As a deal to renew my lease they offered me to clean the carpet so I went ahead and renew the lease without the carpet cleaned yet, however even when I asked several times for a schedule date, they actually never did it. When my lease ended, I was charged for a dirty carpet on my account! Unbelievable so I emailed Jeanette Zaiontz with no answer, I called her but she never reply my voicemails so I had to go to the office and still she was reluctant to remove the charge. At the end I had to pay the extra charge, it was so unfair the whole situation. So be careful with her, if you already live there, just keep in mind that she has two faces!

Ive lived here for about 9 months now and its awesome! My dog loves the dog pool in the dog park and I love the amenities and quality of the apts. The office staff made my move and settling it that much easier.

I have been a resident of Boulder Creek for the past two years now, what first made me decide to lease with Boulder Creek is where they are located. These apartments are centerally located and near the Rim shopping center, Huebner Oaks, La Cantera Mall and most importantly an H-E-B that is only five minutes away. The staff at boulder creek are always so helpful and courteous whenever I have ever needed anything which includes using their complimentary printer or attending themed monthly events for residents. Ask for Jeanette!

Love this apartment complex...its so homey and the apartments are more like houses than apartments...We have tried to make this lovely place home 2 different times...but unfortunatly werent able to due to change in funds because of illness and loss of a job... The front office staff is one of a kind and so understanding..Jeannet and Fatima are the best!! We hope to finally call this place home in the future. 3rd times the charm right!?

I’ve lived here since August 2021. It’s quiet, not a loud complex. It’s well kept. Office staff very nice and friendly! Probably the best part is maintenance! They are quick to fix a problem in apartment.

Place was great we thought but parking is horrible. Then break ins started and they are getting worse. Just last night there were 5 cars broken into. Its the second time my car has been broken into. I own a nice truck that I fear will be next. Then you get the Vulcan dust that covers EVERYTHING because it is right behind the complex. I pay allot of money to live with out fear of my truck or apartment being broken into and I will be moving as soon as my lease ends. Nice place but safety is not there at all.

Boulder Creek has a very family oriented community. It is very calm here and safe. Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. I would highly recommended Boulder Creek to everyone.

Viewed these apartments and 2 daysater I was signing a lease and moving in at a great deal. Staff has been wonderful, amenities are everything I wanted and more, and the community feels safe and is super quiet.

I have lived in Boulder Creek for the past 2 1/2 years and I absolutely love it. Maintenance is amazing and they take care of all your service and I just love the office.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! We applied for an apartment and were approved after needing excessive amounts of documentation Every single time we spoke to Ceran, something changed, needed more documents; apartment offered wasnt available: second floor apt was rented out so we went with the first floor, oh but now the 2nd floor is open again and by the time I got a hold of her again, she had rented it out again. Finally after asking if we need to find another place because our apt wasnt ever available for some reason, she repeatedly said no itll be ready..NOW she just tells us she wants to start on a refund because our apt wouldnt be ready. and everything else they had offered us, they had rented out already before speaking to us after making the offer. Ceran said she will just refund our deposit knowing our lease was up at the end of the month and we even asked if we needed a back up apartment and she repeatedly told us NO... a liar. with have 9 days left on our lease to find a different apartment... I believe the apartment is ready, but were just not the right skin color for these apartments..

So i just moved in and so far its been great!! i love everyone in the office cause they are so nice! i have talked to different people in the office but they are al always on the same page cause they know eho they are talking to and whats going on. i also found a cute gift in my apartment when i moved in! thanks boulder creek

I just walked out from the office and I am incredibly impressed with the office staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful and willing to answer any and all of my questions. Parking is a nightmare! Sometimes you cant even park outside because it is completely full. The only places you have to park when this happens is on handicapped spaces and risking on getting a parking ticket or parking on reserved parking spots and risk on getting towed.They force you to use their automated payment system if not they threat you with taking away any discounts on your rent. When you leave the apartment they will charge you an additional month claiming that they forgot to remove you from the system.

The fat brunette leasing consultant who always ties her hair in a bun is super rude. She is only fake nice to you when you come to lease an apartment. After that, she is very short, unprofessional and thinks no end of herself. I wish I could give 0 zero stars just for her!

Parking is pretty bad after 7 pm but other than that, great place to live at. The staff is very friendly and the property is well take care of. To avoid the parking issue, covered parking is inexpensive compared to other apartment complexes.

Car just got towed because their parking system was “having issues”. I called the office and she clearly said they’ve been having issues and then said that my car wasn’t registered. I didn’t even give her my license plate or anything. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t live here or visit for that matter.

Outside is beautiful love the burnt orange colors the only thing is wasps nests up on the top buildings and some windows management told me they cannot put the maintenance in danger by having them removed never in my life have I heard of such a thing but maybe pest control can do something anyway no problems other then that issue

This may be the best complex I’ve stayed in. Friendly and welcoming staff. I knew I was home from the moment I entered the clubhouse for the initial tour. I’ve had no problems the staff were not able to address and fix quickly.
