I have lived here for 2 years and I could honestly say this has been by far the best experience at an apartment complex I’ve had. The staff is amazing and so attentive to your every need. Ayah and Roger are some of the most understanding, friendly, and organized people on the management team. They made the leasing process so effortless. Ayah always greets you with a smile on her face and is keen to answer any questions. I have had no problems over the past 2 years. They are also very quick complete work orders. Definitely would recommend to lease here.

The management team is incredibly friendly and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. ayah in the front office has always been so kind and helpful with any questions or concerns .The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with high-quality finishes and great attention to detail. The community amenities are top-notch from the gym ,pool, dog park .and they really make living here feel like a luxury experience.The location is also perfect! It’s close to La cantera , six flags , the rim shopping center making everything super convenient. Plus, the community is quiet, safe, and beautifully landscaped, which adds to the overall charm.If you’re looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend reveal skyline . It truly feels like home!

Roger and Ayah were incredible in getting me situated with the perfect apartment. They took the time to take me on detailed tours, follow through on all my questions and concerns, and get all the necessary documentation done and processed in a very timely manner. They were also very welcoming, kind and considerate. The apartment complex is very well built, with exceptional amenities. Super happy to be apart of the community.

Roger was nothing but amazing during the apartment hunting process. I looked around for months. Trying to find the perfect fit and everything kept taking me back to Reveal. The apartments and the amenities are everything I was looking for. They made me feel welcome and I am beyond excited to form part of this community!! I’ve been counting down the days, since my approval. I couldn’t be any more excited. Roger found me the perfect 2 bedroom 2 bath that will fit all my daily needs! Thank you Berkshire family! 2/28/2025Overall I am happy with this place during the 1 month of living here. - It is modern and the views are gorgeous.- The ceilings are tall.- The community is chill where I dont feel unsafe walking around the premise late at night.- Maintenance is solid- Staffs are friendly- You get a garage which is incredibly convenient.- Everything feel accessible like cafes, shopping, etc.Does this place has its own issues that can cause people to find another place? Sure like any other places like the luxury places at the Rim, Quarry, Pearl, Downtown, La Cantera, Stone Oak hearing from former residents (co-workers, friends). It really depends on what you can tolerate and what not.Each building and unit have their own unique residents. You have the families with children, professionals, old couples, students, and the list goes on and on like a box of chocolates. Some are lucky and some are not.Overall I sleep well, wake up to a beautiful view, not worrying about the going to Fiesta Texas (season pass), RIM, La Cantera, Elian, etc. The gym almost has everything as well and the pool is massive (infinity pool). It is a great place if you work at home or near La Cantera. It is also family friendly as I see kids sometimes play outside as well. I enjoy taking a nice walk around the large premise after dinner as well.

I had a terrible experience living at this apartment complex and would strongly advise against moving in here. From the start, the management and staff were unprofessional and unresponsive to concerns. The building itself was dirty, with pet waste both around and inside, creating an awful smell. When I moved in, the apartment was in a horrible state—filthy, with noticeable dents and scratches everywhere. I had to do a deep clean just to make it livable.To make matters worse, I had a constant knocking noise, especially at night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Despite multiple complaints, nothing was ever fixed. And to top it off, after I moved out, they charged me a move-out cleaning fee. This is despite the fact that I left the apartment spotless—cleaner than it was when I moved in, with photographic proof.I paid a premium for what was supposed to be a luxury apartment, but what I got in return was far from luxury. The lack of attention to detail, poor management, and subpar living conditions make this place absolutely not worth the cost. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

I have been without ac and heat since January 31. I have been reaching out consistently about the issue being fixed but only get a response occasionally and this is the 2nd time it has gone out and I have only lived here for 1 year. Do not move here the maintenance and management ruins the experience. I had Roger as a leasing agent and he was great but everyone else will not provide any help.

Warning! Its a beautiful place. However, customer service sucks. You call incessantly but no one answers. Also, Theres no follow up Once you go in and inquire. They will give you a rate and then surprisingly they will say... Oops, it was a mistake and its actually a bit more in price. You will think due to the properties location that the service would be top notch and the silly marketing games will be obsolete. Theres plenty of apartments in the area people. Be weary and understand that what you get in the front office now is indicative of how it will be once you move in. I think my friends and I will pass on this place. True luxury is all about customer service.

Office staff and management are pure trash. For as many phones and office personnel on site, not a single phone call gets answered. My rent always fluctuates yet I cant ever get a non brain dead answer from these folks. Glad my lease ends this year. Place is absolutely mid tier at best

Reveal has been the best apartments I’ve rented here in San Antonio! I had spoke to Roger about my wants & needs, and planned out everything in stone with options for me to view.I also had to move into my unit a week earlier than what we discussed. He was professional and friendly, yet very intentional. My unit was spotless & move in process was a breeze. I couldn’t have been more happy with the end result!! Great location, restaurants & views 10/10 recommend!!

Reveal Skyline apartments unquestionably stand out in many aspects from the rest around the metro San Antonio area. And so does the leasing agents like Roger, stellar service. What a treat being assisted and guided by a person like him. Attentiveness, professionalism and knowledge were his signature. The apartments are classy, built with good taste and high quality. The location is central to La Cantera and The Rim, a very nice and varied shopping, entertainment and dining area. Kudos to Berkshire!

Beautiful views. Nice apartments. Great pool.Grounds not properly maintained. Dog feces throughout. Yards on walking paths are often very trashy.

Absolutely love this residence and the management. This community is really taken care of by its team and it makes a huge difference. On top of that the communication I’ve had with the Assistant Property Manager Ashley Stroud, and regional manager Autumn Medina have been amazing. They truly do all they can as quick as they can to solve any of the concerns I’ve ever had!!

Great complex with plenty of amenities if you use them. Elevators are always a plus. Clean and updated floor plans are a huge plus.Other than that- Ayah was excellent. She helped me as much as she possibly could to get me in on the date I needed to move in. Couldn’t have asked for anything more than her kindness and support in my transition into this new complex.

I had the pleasure of touring this property, and let me just say it was AMAZING🤩. My third stop as a newbie in San Antonio & I absolutely fell in love! Roger was our leasing agent and he did not miss a beat. He was very professional, and informative definitely was impressed. I seen 3 floor plans, so he made sure I had plenty options within my price range. From the pool and massage room down to the dog park I loved it, and will definitely be moving here soon! I have been without AC since january, with no timeline on when it will be fixed. The elevators in my building are consistently breaking down. Every other week you’ll find them not functioning.

Reveal Skyline used to be named the Towers, this place used to be under different ownership and management, the team that is in charge now is no comparison to the last team that operated this place. So many disappointments I don’t even know where to start at.I recently resigned my lease for the fourth time, it was explained to me that there would be an adjustment to my lease. The management team in the office, will mislead you, be dishonest with you, and lie to your face, they will shake your hand and smile at you and deceive you. I was told by Krystle that an adjustment would be made, a few days later, I went to find out about the adjustment, I was told that nothing could be done. I spoke to her supervisor Stephanie, she explained to me that what I was told was not gonna happen, that the employee who had misled me had been reprimanded, but that there would be nothing done, no adjustments would be made for the dishonesty.I’m making adjustments on my review, if you’ll look down below at my review, you can see where the “owner” of Reveal Skyline says to get back with them that they would like to talk to me about this issue? What a joke, I have tried multiple times to contact through emails and phone calls, no response at all. Horrible management, and it looks like horrible ownership? If it management was trained by ownership, I can see why they act this way in the office.

After looking at several different communities in the area ahead of my current lease ending I found that I can definitely make Reveal Skyline my next new home. Big shoutout to Roger for making the tour experience even better after listening to my concerns and needs he made it important to find exactly what I needed so I can’t wait to move in starting off the new year in this beautiful community.

It has currently been a full month since my AC went out. They brought a temporary unit which helped but took over 2 1/2 weeks to fix the AC. They have left the temporary unit in my apartment like it is storage. Do not believe these 5 stars review they are incentivized to leave them. This is a luxury apartment with management that does not care about tenants.

I stopped in to inquire about 1x1 apartments and Ayah was great!! She was very friendly and personable and was able to answer any questions I had. The best selling point is the garages that come with the apartment and how friendly the residents seemed. Although my ETA of when I am moving is still up in the air, Reveal Skyline is definetly where I think I would like to be!

The team at Reveal Skyline is excellent, the apartments are spacious, modern, and in the best location. If anyone is moving in soon and needs a washer and dryer, please contact me as I am selling mine!

Building is beautiful and residents are nice. Although we have had some major issues since move in, Ashley has been amazing at fixing the issues and communicating clearly and often with us. My only complaint right now is that resident amenities are constantly abused by non residents. Gates are left open 24/7 with little to no security leading to the amenities that we pay for being unavailable due to non resident usage. Overall, although we had a rocky start with Berkshire procedure, we are happy with our decision to move here.

I recently moved into this complex and I feel its important to share my experience so far. While the staff at the leasing office are friendly, there have been some issues with the leasing process that have made it more stressful than it should be. For instance, there were multiple instances where the wrong apartment number was listed on my lease documents, which caused some confusion.I was initially drawn to this complex due to the emphasis on security and safety. Which is not true, anyone can get into any building, I’ve seen it. However, Ive found that the walls are quite thin, which can be a concern if you value quiet and privacy. If your neighbors are hosting guests, youll likely be able to hear it.Additionally, I was told that I could rent a washer and dryer for $50 a month. However, its important to note that this service is provided by a private company, not the complex itself. This company charges additional fees for signing up, delivery, and protection plans, which means the initial cost is over $100.The unit itself is nice, but Im still deciding if its worth the challenges Ive faced with the leasing process. Ill continue to update my review as I spend more time here.

This apartment complex has been consistently charging violations that I did not even commit. They are very good at charging residents with everything, however; they never show up ASAP to resolve issues/service requests in my apartment. Finally I have ended my lease after 1 year and I will never come back to this place. They only want to charge and keep you paying bills but never want to help with the issues in the apartment. Very bad experience with this place. The only good thing about this place is the pool, and people who don’t even live here have access to all the amenities!!!! I met so many people who didn’t even live here and were taking advantage of all the amenities. It’s not even worth paying the exaggerated rent they charge. Too expensive for what they offer and it is NOT WORTH IT. Finally moving out.

This apartment complex is so beautiful and well worth the price! I love that each unit comes with the comfort of an individual garage for renters. If this beautiful complex and views aren’t enough to move here, Roger goes above and beyond for every renter at the complex. I have been a resident at Reveal Skyline almost 3 years! The Management Staff always kind, professional and truly do care about there residents. The property grounds are always very well maintained, gym is always very clean, computer center always available and thank you for the yummy coffee! They have definitely exceeded my expectations! I toured with Roger Hernandez, and he went above and beyond. I had plans to travel only a couple days after I submitted the application for the apartment, and he got all the paperwork done very quickly, so that I could move in only days after I applied. He even stayed after office hours to make sure I had everything I needed. When we toured the complex, he was very informative and answered all my questions. The management makes or breaks an apartment complex, and Roger is a big reason, I believe why Reveal Skyline is so popular. The complex itself, is exactly like the pictures, great amenities, and in a safe area. This is my new home!

I have lived in this complex with my family for less than 5 months.My personal experience was not good, in the beginning I struggled to get a hold of the management to follow on my application, no one answers your calls, for the most part no answers to your emails either.The unit was fine, you probably can get better deal with the amount of money you pay, expect bad smells, mostly dogs, and bad ventilation in the hallways. Multiple incidents at the pool at which cops were called including strangers breaking in.On moving out, expect to have nonsense charges and fees taken from your security deposit that were never mentioned anywhere in the contract, I have asked million times for an official sheet for the balance, again nobody knows and nobody answers.I regret living there with this lousy management, not worth it at all.

I have often wondered but never stopped in to see what this property had to offer. I’m so glad I made time to visit and tour this amazing property & meet with Assistant Manager, Carmen. Enjoyed her enthusiasm in showing me all he exclusive amenities! If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. From the staff to the upkeep of the property... its amazing. We recently moved here from a property that was ill-managed and going downhill fast. We toured several properties before coming to Reveal. Our first interaction was with Aaron. He was so incredibly nice. We toured the 2 available 4 bedrooms at the time and he was knowledgeable , pleasant, had a great sense of humor and was definitely one of the reasons we fell in love with this place. Ayah was the second leasing agent we met while doing our application and she was just as amazing. You can tell these individuals truly love their job! They have no problem answering questions and making you feel at ease in any decision making. Rosa was our next interaction!! She is just a fun person to be around! To say we love her is an understatement. I feel like I could tell her anything. They will ALL help you in anyway possible!! Even when you cant figure out the coffee machine. lol. They answer their phones, their emails and are great at communicating. This property is beautiful!! The pool is amazing!! The gym is amazing!! The 2 dog parks are perfect!! Our dog Bentley strongly agrees!! The walking trail is perfect... we could go on and on... The mail hubs are great!! Our apartment is perfect!! Its a gorgeous 4 bedroom with a beautiful view. The location is perfect! Seeing the fireworks at Fiesta Texas just add to this AMAZING experience! We are so happy and grateful to call this place home.

I moved into my apartment in December of 2023 and unfortunately, it wasnt in suitable condition for occupancy. The cleanliness was subpar, with hair and stains left over from previous tenants. Additionally, there were numerous issues with the apartment:- The HVAC system was non-functional, lacking both heating and cooling capabilities, and there was no physical thermostat present.- The refrigerator had broken shelving, a malfunctioning water dispenser, and an ice maker that didnt work.- The window shades had a broken reel chain, rendering them unusable.- The bathroom vent was in need of repair.- Multiple light bulbs needed replacing.- There was a roof leak originating from an exterior wall.While maintenance addressed some of these issues, many persisted. However, the most significant problem was the lack of heat throughout the winter. Despite multiple visits from maintenance technicians, the issue remained unresolved until management decided to replace the unit. Unfortunately, as of April 8, 2024, there has been no replacement or follow-up. With temperatures rising, I am concerned about enduring the heat without proper cooling during the unit replacement process.Communication from management has been lacking, with updates only provided upon personal inquiry. This lack of communication, combined with ongoing issues and excuses, has made the situation incredibly frustrating. Despite these challenges, I have continued to pay full rent, receiving compensation for my troubles only once.Overall, the handling of my situation has been inadequate, leading to ongoing frustration and a sense of abandonment.

The staff has gone above and beyond to ensure all of my concerns have been answered. The maintenance team is quick to address any issues and I have enjoyed all the amenities so far. The amenities are AMAZING! I spoke to Roger and Krystle and all of my expectations have been met.

Moving and finding the perfect home can be very stressful but Roger made the experience so smooth. He needs a promotion for dealing with me haha. The property is beautiful, close to shopping and everything I need in an apartment.

The amenities are eye opening. The property offers exciting fire works display from neighboring fiesta Texas. Personel goes above and beyond for their residents. Overall the property is breathe taking come and experience the atmosphere and Elegance.

The staff is friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The amenities are top-notch and well-maintained. The location is perfect, close to shopping, dinining and entertainment. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Renter beware! Not only are the floors paper thin so you will hear every sound from the floors above you but also, once you move out, Reveal Skyline will overcharge of damages, have no documentation, and NEVER contact you with notification. They will then send the charges to collections so they get paid with no opportunity to resolve direct with them! Would NOT recommend.

The leasing staff is awesome and so helpful. Very nice apartments and great location. You can’t go wrong here! Some residents think the walls are too thin, but I’ve been in other places where it was much worse and think that they’re actually insulated fairly well. The maintenance staff is friendly and reliable and I feel safe and at home in my new apartment.

I made an appointment to tour this property online. I was really excited about seeing the property, and it was in the ideal area for me. Pricing was perfect for the budget I wanted to stay within, according to the information online. When I arrived at the property, I was greeted by the young lady who sat at the first desk, and she asked how may I help you?. She had two clients at her desk already, so there was no expectation of her to do anything more. However, the gentleman at the desk next to her looked as if he was annoyed that we even walked through the door, and put his head down on his hands as if he was having a bad day. I immediately thought please dont let my tour be with him. Eventually he says Ill be right with you. My daughter and I stood there for a moment because we werent sure whether we were supposed to sit at his desk or in the lobby area. We eventually took a seat in the lobby area. We literally waited 15 minutes, and still nothing! No one assured us that we would be toured soon, no water offered, no communication whatsoever. Again, there was no expectation of that from the young lady at the first desk because she had customers at her desk. At some point I just got up and left. Upon leaving, I noticed that he was still just sitting at his desk, doing nothing. I was completely turned off from even attempting to schedule another tour. The whole thing was just rude! If he was having a bad day, maybe he should have called in that day, or taken a moment to get himself together instead of visibly showing his irritation.

This property is well maintained and they keep you up to date on what’s going on. I’ve never lived in an apt complex like this that is on top of everything. Maintenance request are addressed quickly. My fav part about living here are the private garages and the mixers they have as well as the coffee business that comes out about 2 times every other week. I work from home so it’s nice to just drive up to the front office area to get a delicious lavender matcha latte.

Scheduled two tours and was told they don’t tour after 5 when I arrived at 430 for a tour I scheduled. Get it together guys.

Reveal Skyline has been the best experience from completing the application to moving in. The staff is extremely professional and friendly . They are efficient in every facet of any questions, issues or concerns. The apartment and amenities of the complex are above reproach. It is a quiet, secure and friendly environment. The location is excellent. Next to La Cantera, The Rim and Six Flags. I love it here. I would never consider any place else. I highly recommend Reveal Skyline, especially if you need an apartment immediately. Liz is the best! I couldnt have had this wonderful experience without her.

I love living here! And not just the incredible view that Im so grateful to fall asleep and wake up to, but the location and staff are equally incredible.Upscale spacious floor plans, prime location for shopping, dinning and family fun. The staff is awesome! I love RYAN he’s GREAT!! He was so helpful and attentive!! Morgan and Kate are also always there with beautiful smiles and ready to help!I would definitely recommend The Towers to anyone who is currently looking for an apartment home in Northwest San Antonio.

I lived in this complex for about 3 years. I had some issues with a new management team like they sent me inaccurate bills for 5 months in a row, but that issue was solved shortly after incidents. In general, I could tell a new team was trying to do their best to keep the property clean (for instance, they always keep the dumpster area clean) and safe. But the one thing to improve was the public area inside buildings needed to be cleaned more often and change the air filters in the units often as well.The favorite things about this place is the pretty view at night. Its really pretty and relaxing.. and also the complex is surrounded by pretty natural rocks. Its amazingly beautiful, feels like being in a gorgeous natural museum.

I moved into the Towers this spring and I’m so happy to call it my new home. Not only is the location PRIME for San Antonio, the modern design of the apartments and the friendly staff make it one of the best places I’ve lived in the city. The amenities are top of line, with an Olympic size pool and state of the art gym equipment. Kate made sure all of my needs were met in selecting the best apartment for my needs (hello TWO closets!). The entire leasing staff and maintenance crew are extremely friendly and personable, always making sure my needs are met in a timely and professional manner. It’s also worth noting that the property has been well maintained since I moved in earlier this year. I’m glad I’ve selected The Towers as my new home!

- No longer a gated community due to a sudden addition to a random road. However, we are still paying gated community prices. And we have not been notified of the road creation and completion- Packages get lost too easily - the parcel locker goes out of service intermittently.- Service requests become completed when they dont actually do anything. I have been waiting on water filters for several months. Also, I have been waiting for my double pane floor to ceiling window to be fixed for 5+ months.- The floors are paper thin. I can hear this toddler thump on the floor all day and night. We call the quiet hours line - I think they talk to them, but the running and jumping past 11 PM happens frequently.This luxury apartment looks really nice and has good amenities like a 24/7 gym and huge pool. The location is also prime and sometimes you get to view fireworks coming from Six Flags. However, the charm wears down if you cant live comfortably in your own apartment. The price isnt worth it. I feel like the service is comparable to the apartments I had when I was a college - which is subpar.

The Community itself is great, however things have consistently gone downhill over the last year. It is no longer a gated community since the they added a new road with no gate. Even if they hadnt opened the new road, the gates are constantly broken and wide open. They take days to repair. There have been Police units called out to the property recently because of the increase in crime, I had my golf clubs stolen out of my garage recently and there have been several tenants that have had issues and been burglarized as well. The main door to my building will not lock, I reported it over a month ago and still not fixed. Dont even get me started on the Dog droppings all over the property, thats a whole other story. They do not hold pet owners accountable for picking up the waste so its everywhere. I gave up asking them to send out reminders and just deal with the smell as I get into my vehicle daily. Ridiculous!Its a shame because we love our apt layout and wish that mgmnt would take ownership and hold themselves accountable and raise their standards.

Went in on 04/05/2023 to tour the apartments. Everything was nice and the tour was great so me and my girlfriend decided to start an application right after the tour. We finished the application and Ayah told us it would take up to 72 hours to get our screening results back. When we got home we quickly realized we sent something wrong on the application so we call 3-4 times no one answers. We decided to send Ayah an email and till this day we have gotten NO RESPONSE. We have called everyday after that and have gotten in touch with someone named Julia I believe only TWICE and for her to say she would let Ayah know to call us back but never went in to check on our status of our application. We have had ZERO calls back since that day. Their communication is horrible and I can’t imagine what the residents have to go through to get them to fix something or do something in a timely manner. We decided to apply elsewhere and got approved in the matter of 5 hours since we toured the place and started the application. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve lived in several different apartments my 7 years in San Antonio. The management and team at the towers were the most helpful and kind personnel I’ve ever worked with. The few times I have had problems Domenix has resolved it more quickly than any place I’ve lived. She was very professional and nice. Maintenance is wonderful and gets my work orders done usually next day! The property is beautiful and the cleaning staff has kept my building very clean . Glad I chose to move to The Towers at La Cantera.

Ashley did a fantastic job by providing a detailed tour of the apartments. She was quick to greet my husband and me as soon as we came through the doors. Her bubbly personality and positive energy made us feel comfortable as if a friend showed us various properties without any rush to close the deal. Furthermore, she was quick to answer all of our questions throughout the tour. She has a good intuition when potential renters are having difficulty deciding which floor plan suits their needs, so she offers to go back to the units one more time to make that decision. Ashley provided us many options for apartment units. At first, my husband and I could not decide between two units. Since my husband is very picky, we closed the deal on the first unit we saw. Ashley gave us our space during the process so we can talk things over.Moreover, she gave us an excellent option of upgrading the unit if we changed our mind. She offered to notify us when the potential units construction was completed to see it in person. To my surprise, a few weeks later, the notification email came on a Sunday afternoon, and we were able to see the unit within an hour of the notification. After the second walk-through, we upgraded to a bigger unit, and we couldnt be happier. Overall, Ashley did a tremendous job from start to finish!!!! It will be a month like we moved to The Towers in few days, and we are delighted with the amenities, office staff, and how well the property is kept. Also, the complimentary Cabernet Sauvignon was DELICIOUS!!!

I cannot say enough about Taylor and Domenix! First met them at a previous apartment living in San Antonio area. We were new to the area and they made us feel welcome! We were the very 1st tenant at The Towers! We love it here. They are the reason we moved to the Towers! Have always been very professional and very helpful! Any maintenance that is needed are completed sooner then later! Thanks to an amazing staff and a beautiful apartment that we love!

The elevator in my building malfunctioned and as a result I was trapped inside. I had put a work order in for the elevator shortly before this event. It is clear that it was not followed through. I was kind of just going to write that off as bad luck but then an employee of the leasing office gave my information to a complete stranger that showed her my Facebook profile. This stranger was able to get confirmation of where I lived with the exact apartment number. I do not feel safe living here. It is clear that common sense of safety is not on the staff’s radar.

I love my layout and Jennifer was the most professional leasing agent I’ve ever met but she is gone now. Unfortunately our moving in experience was terrible and excuse my language “half assed”. From appliances not working, scorpions in apt, a/c not working, and knob missing from shower. They have since fixed everything but my shower still has no water pressure. Maintenance supposedly “fixed it” last month but it’s still the same. The property is gorgeous but the up keep on maintenance and management is too much I feel for them. Also we pay a premium price here especially a gate fee and there is no back gate allowing shady people into property.

Very impressed with the responsiveness of the office team. I inquired online and within the hour received a call from Hanna. She asked about my needs and preferences then went on to offer a tour of the community! I will be stopping by this weekend but wanted to share my experience of the excellent customer service being provided. I will check back to update on how the tour goes.

Ashley was amazing! I came in she did an amazing tour. She showed me an apartment that was going to come available around the time I wanted to move. I compared two other luxury properties in la cantera area and these checked all the boxes. They feel like luxury and feel like a home. Very nice fit and finish and the most open floor plans. Also they’re new so that’s amazing. The office is always helpful and welcoming and the perks are amazing. The Infiniti edge pool is gorgeous as well as the gym. The beautiful ladies at the office are an added bonus. The value for your money is well exceeded at this property. Be sure to check it out and ask for Ashley!

Yall evicted my whole family and I due to loud noise. You gave us three days to move out and we did. Now I have a 6 thousand dollar charge after specifically being told if we were out in three days, no eviction would be on our record.Days prior to being kicked out two weeks before christmas, my neighbor had a argument with some women who ran put of his apartment screaming for help and to call the police.Then the week before that some other woman was scaling the balcony and the fire department had to remove her and I think send her to a mental institution. And that video is online!Yall wrongly evicted us and I am coming for you.

People of San Antonio!!!! 10’s 10’s 10’s across the board!! This property is amazing, the staff is wonderful, and views are worth every cent! I worked with Ashley and she has been amazing since day 1, they make you feel so safe and welcome and have been in constant contact although out the build and move into my beautiful apartment! If you looking for high class experience, living, and service come on home at the Towers at La Cantera Parkway!!!

The community claims to be “gated community” but it is not. They built a new road into the property and no gate so anyone can come in. When we moved in they said nothing would be built behind our back patio and they put in a walking trail. When we moved in the prices were decent but now they are asking to much for what you get. They raise your rent by 12% to resign your lease. The new management is not any better than the old and now they are changing the name to the community. My husband referred my daughter to move in and was supposed to get a $500 bonus that was never received. The package lockers always broken. We have 7 months left and can’t wait to get out.

Friendly and excellent place to live. The area and environment is perfectly clean and the people who run the show are of another spectacular level.

Disclaimer: The following information has already been reported to old/new management & I respectfully notified them that I would be leaving a review if actions were not taken.(I very rarely leave a review anywhere, but I hope this helps prospective residents.)Ive lived here for about 4 months now.Ive had the following issues:1. Missing packages (still not found)2. Water damage in my garage due to a big leak/ pipe burst in the building. (personal belongings were destroyed, but the front desk said they are not responsible and will not discount rent for the inconveniences).3. Thin walls. The neighbors above me have children that constantly are running around past midnight (literally I had to knock on their door at 1am and tell them Im trying to sleep --on multiple occasions). Ive reported to the leasing office about 3 times and still no regard to quiet hours..so I continue to hear kids running above me all through the night.4. The gate malfunctions every 2 wks or so.5. Last but NOT least...I live in the most expensive floor plan they offer, there is a premium charge to live with floor to ceiling windows. The rate has increased over $3k/month but unfortunately they have yet to clean the massive windows we get charged for. Ever since Ive moved in, no one has cleaned them (old management & this new management). And yet, we pay so much for this floorplan. So now I have huge dirty exterior windows that I wake up to everyday. Ive submitted numerous requests to old & new management... nobody has done anything.Ultimately, for how much we pay for this property, the value is definitely NOT there. I dont know what they are using our money for but apparently it is not to upkeep the property or make residents have a comfortable stay here. I will definitely not be renewing my lease.Hopefully things get better!God Bless.

I had a very great experience throughout the entire application process. Ryan was very helpful throughout it all, he made sure I got everything I wanted. From floor plan, to flooring, layout and more. Any update necessary I was immediately notified and informed. The complex is beautiful and the management team truly made this an effortless experience. My husband and I have been on a search for a new place. We came across these beautiful apartments, and the lovely Ms. Andrea was such a help answering all of our questions. She was so patient and we really did appreciate her for giving us her time. So kind.

Ive had a great experience living at this apartment and Morgan and Ashley made the move in process easy as can be even with my busy schedule! The amenities at this complex is top notch and I wouldnt want to be living anywhere else. Overall, a great place to live.

I love my unit, but this place isn’t safe. Head to Yelp for a better idea of what it’s like living here. Tons of crime has taken place right in my building, and still no gate or locks on the front doors of the buildings after almost a year.Hopefully after all the crime they will finally start prioritizing safety here. The maintenance and leasing staff have been really nice, but the lack of security has made it the perfect place for crime. :(

I had a tour with Kate W. And she was absolutely amazing! Super friendly and really explained the property well. I felt confident after leaving that not only was this complex super nice, but the staff working care about they residents and property! If you want a tour, ask for Kate!

So far really great community with plenty of amenities like parcel lockers, pool and gym. A couple of things that needed to be fixed in the beginning but got taken care of promptly. Maintenance responds to concerns promptly. Staff is overall very professional. Overall great experience so far with aesthetic units and buildings.

I have lived here for a year now and have nothing but great things to say about this community! Ashley leased to me and the process was quick and easy, if you tour here ask for her! The staff is all very welcoming and friendly every time Im in the office. If you are considering leasing here, DO IT!

Edit* - Management has addressed the issue and changed the phone system. Calls can be made directly to the leasing office now.I love my apartment itself and the complex in general. However, I am not a fan of the new changes that have been made since new management has taken over. Now I cannot even call the leasing office directly. My only option is to speak to someone at a call center who can do absolutely nothing to help me with my questions since they are not at the property. That combined with the leasing office now closing at 6 makes it extremely difficult to speak to the leasing office during the week for me. Very frustrating.

Wanted to wait till we were in for a little bit before writing a review. Its been about a month now and I can say we definitely made the right choice moving here. From day one of working with Ashley communication was always top notch. When 1st visiting the community and touring the different layouts, we decided to go with a layout that was not available to view yet. This was a little nerve racking considering why would anyone buy something without seeing it first. However Ashley went above and beyond in customer service. From the time we looked and leased, till move in day (2months). Ashley would go out of her way to take videos and pictures of our apt (while still under construction) to keep us updated and in the loop. Move in day was on a Sunday for us and instead of having to wait till 12pm to get our keys, Ashley came into the office during her time off just so we could start early on our move. Since moving in we have been so happy! We came from another complex where the walls were definitely thin! THIS IS NOT the case here. I used to live on a bottom floor so I know the kind of noise a poorly constructed complex feels and sounds like. Again THIS IS NOT the case here. I have even gone out of my way to visit with my downstairs neighbor to make sure we are not too loud or to see if the 18in of sound proof material that they advertise actually works and IT WORKS! I have a 77lb dog that occasionally will do his happy dance or drop his bouncy ball around the apt and have CONFIRMED that our downstairs neighbors cant hear anything. My 3 nieces who are all toddlers, come over from time to time and have CONFIRMED with our downstairs neighbors that they cant really hear anything. At night in my old complex I could hear my neighbors fighting, partying or just even playing music clear as day (like I was standing right in front of them). This is NOT the case here. My next door neighbor was playing music from what I guess, pretty loud? I didnt hear anything until she opened her front door. Other then that nothing through the walls. As far as the quality of the rest of the apt. Cabinets, walls, doors and flooring. They are are very good quality and beautiful. The grounds of the community are amazing and well kept! I work from home and always looking out my windows. I see the facilities crew always picking up trash and painting to keep our community beautiful. The facilities ladies that come and clean, vacuum and wipe down our hallways and elevators you are appreciated. If you have a furbaby this is definitely the place for you and them. There is so much grass!! Cant wait for the dog park and petspa to open!

Ive lived at the Towers at La Cantera for almost 2 months now, and Ive loved every second of it. Especially the staff! Domenix, Morgan, and Kate have all been extremely helpful while Ive been here. They respond to me in a timely manner, and if I ever have a problem with anything I know I can count on them to get the job done. Out of the staff, Domenix was the first person I met and her communication skills were off the charts. She was there every step of the way throughout my application process. What was even more comforting is that she continued this even after I moved in. I cant say enough about the staff at The Towers at La Cantera. Hands down the best apartment complex Ive ever lived it. No need to look elsewhere, I will definitely be renewing my lease!

I moved into The Towers from Arizona! Ashley was my guidance through this process and I honestly could not have done this move without her! She went above and beyond staying up late, past hours, to help me through the process while I was flying back to Arizona to prepare for my move. You could not get the space for the price in Arizona. It is far more affordable living here, and still has great accommodations and living. I have been nothing, but pleased with The Towers team as they have all helped me in so many ways. They go above and beyond the call of duty and I can’t thank them enough. If you get to tour with Ashley, Ryan, Morgan or Kate I’m sure you will be happy with the process and tour.

This morning we got locked out from our apartment and we were stuck on the balcony, thank goodness Travis helped us and climbed to the second story, THRU THE WINDOW to help us get back in. I just signed a lease with The Towers and have been working with Kate, she has been so wonderful, knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire process I couldnt be happier! Im really looking forward to living here. Given the square footage, amenities, views, and quality I would say the price is the best in the area.

My mom lives onsite and was out of town during the transition of new ownership take over. She needed me to stop by her unit to take care of some things for her. I went into the office to request access and the new team was very professional and helpful in explaining what was needed in order for me to gain access . Previous management workers were not as helpful. My mom and I are optimistic for the future with Berkshire.

Poor customer service , they charge for any little thing there even if you breath wrong you will get a fine in those apartments I dont recommend for any body to live there. Stay away from those apartments if you want be live in peace

I love having lived in this place !! First of all, I would say that the staff is very nice and professional people. The apartments are a very large property and it is very well maintained, it is very well located for any type of shopping and entertainment. I also want to add the apartments are very modern. Towers At The Cantera is awesome place!!

I would like to be contacted immediately about my security deposit refund. I am well within my rights to take this to court as it has now been MONTHS. I am trying to avoid any legal action. I have been emailing and calling. I can’t get anyone to answer anything. This is my last resort. As a former resident who NEVER paid late or had any issues, I expect to be respected even after move out.RESPONSE - I have contacted you all numerous times and am still waiting on an email back? You have my email and my phone number.

Roger, the leasing manager, was great to work with in selecting an apartment. Very professional and unhurried. Made the application process almost effortless.

I moved out in August 2022 and was supposed to get a check for the return of my security deposit. To this day I still have not received it and have called maybe 2 dozen times along with emails. I keep getting a check will be on its way, or the check was mailed out to the wrong address, the check will be reissued.. its 12/13/22 and I still havent received anything.

Coming from a beautiful part Los Angeles, CA I am so glad I choose The Towers at La Cantera! The community is beautiful and the location is the best in San Antonio to dinning, shopping, etc. Ashely and the staff are fantastic! I looked at 9 different places and the staff definitely played into my decision to call this home!

The New management has already started off on a bad foot. Literally put notes on our doors the day before rent is due verifying us that we would have to pay by cash, money orders, cashier checks, etc. for rent. They had no system and place to take over this property. I’m sure I’m not the only who has and ATM or daily spending limit on their card. It’s inconsiderate to assume that everyone can just go swipe for the amount needed for rent, especially for what they charge here. If you aren’t from San Antonio or bank elsewhere, they’ve made it very difficult to pay rent. Going to take me multiple days to swipe for the amount needed to cover rent. The lady I spoke with was nice but upper management should have thought this transition through better.

I only moved in to The Towers a week ago. I have been more than pleased with the service I have received, especially from Morgan. The service team was exceptional. Access to shopping and IH 10 is easy. My apartment is beautiful. Thanks Towers!!

I was apartment shopping with my daughter and the office staff was great! Especially Carmen she made us feel like home!

If you want to pay up to $2600 for thin walls and ceilings then, this is the place for you. Appears that is where builders decided to savemoney in the thin wall layers up, down, side to side. Apartment showcases very nice but, you better hope you have considerate neighbors otherwise, you’re stuck with up to 15 months of noise.

Not only is this complex incredibly beautiful and a great location, but the staff has been very helpful and attentive to assisting my family with their move in. Great job everyone !!

Apartments aren’t too bad.Worse thing about this complex is Domenix completely and utterly disrespectful.Domenix better learn people skills due to her we will not be renewing our lease at the towers.We where so happy up to the point of dealing with her.

Ryan was awesome ! I actually didn’t know this place existed until I drive by . 2 weeks later and bam ! I’m moved in !! Very smooth process as well as friendly environment. Ryan took care of all of my questions and needs . The move in process was exciting ! The property is also very neat and well taken care of !!

CURRENTLY TAKING THEM TO CIVIAL COURT FOR THIS MATTER.Since moving into these apartment I have had the worse experience over all.I was paying $1,300 for an apartment with no signal inside whatsoever. I had to be on wifi calling to receive any sort of calls. if you didnt have wifi your phone was not going to work at all. So stay away from building number 9. The gates were always having problems so random people would come into the complex throughout the night. One night I was out in my garage and an old truck kept roaming around looking very suspicious. A week later it came out on the news that Beyonces cousin got killed in his apartment (building right next to the leasing office).No-one even send out a letter to inform the residents.Now, I moved out on February 2022. During that time the new management had taken over which was the worse thing they couldve done because these people were never in the office. Any time I would try and call they would send me to a call center. I GET COVID gets in the way of being in the office but at least a number we can reach to speak to them not the call center who cant help you with any sort of problem.I would log in into the resident portal to email someone to see when I could return my keys and get my deposits (extra garage clicker also) and NOT ONE PERSON RESPONDED BACK or even tried calling me back.Finally on my day off I head that way but I call before to make sure they are open because I now live 30+ minutes away.When I get there, I leave the keys on the table with Landon, walked to my car to get the gate sticker out, come back inside and my keys are gone, thats when Andrea the property manger tells me that they do not have any documentation from the previous owners of my deposits. She says when we closed your account it didnt have a deposited to be returned. but how is my account closed if I can still login into the resident portal and I still had the key.IT WAS MY FRIST TIME LIVING IN AN APARTMENT, SO I WENT BACK SEVRAL TIMES TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. EVEN SPOKE TO RYAN ABOUT HOW I WAS GOING TO COVER UP THE LITTLE HOLES JUST INCASE.Now she is asking for proof of the matter because they dont have anything. She took my extra clicker and didnt even take that into count.THESE PEOPLE ARE NO JOKE; THEY WILL AVOID YOU ALL THEY CAN THEN WEHN IT COMES DOWN TO IT JUST KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT.

Great facilities and people. Social events twice a month are so fun to look forward to and ran by great people. Excellent living and even better community.

Luxury high rise apartment homes with fantastic views overlooking Fiesta Texas and the San Antonio skyline. Luxury amenities, fitness center, pool, etc.

Has been an absolute nightmare to live at since they got new management. I was overcharged by two times the amount of my monthly rent and have yet to be refunded.
