I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THE ANDY! I love the style of the lofts, the people, the location, etc. this is definitely the place to be in San Antonio because it’s so multicultural and multifunctional. I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. S/O to Adrian who introduced me to The Andy. That man is going to make it FAR.

As a photographer The Andy has acted as a wonderful place to foster my sense of creativity and complete some of my photo projects, and this is in large part due to the photography studio placed in the complex which Adrian Trevino introduced me to.

The Andy is an amazing place to work and live. Been here for a year now and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else !! The community and the modern finishes + large floor plan make this place a true hidden gem :)

I visited The Andy the other day when a partner and I were looking for some office space. The facilities were amazing and the finishes were completed with a very refined taste. The location is amazing as well. Would def recommend for anyone looking to live and have a sophisticated office right in the same spot.

I recently had the opportunity to tour the live/work space at The Andy and was blown away. The location was great, and the space was stunning. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I could tell that they really cared. Overall, I was extremely impressed by what I saw.

Excellent place! Management is very responsive. It so easy to get to from the freeway. The interior of the units are perfect for living and business. I love that I can have covered parking in front of the unit and I am obsessed with how functional the space is.

Beautiful building! Super convenient to 35 & 10, and can walk across the street to the AT&T center. The management at the building is also super helpful, loved touring this building and the commercial spaces.

Incredible building. Desirable location with unique floorplans and impressive details. The professional and friendly management is an added bonus. Highly recommend.
