Here we are, 2 years later, and have came to an end with our experience with champions gate. Being a resident here, we are SO SAD to leave. Every single time I needed a maintenance request done, Alberto was there. Denis - brought me an AC unit after midnight hours because we couldn’t get it fixed quite that moment. Our community was always QUIET and kept clean. There was work constantly being done around the complex to help it feel like home.Now Vanessa, the manager, since day one, showed love for her job, and her community. Any concerns, were handled instantly. Any questions or worries, taken care of. She even loves to host cute little events in the club house just to show love to all the residents!If you’re looking for a short term rental, or even 1+ years, I DEFINITELY recommend Champions Gate. This place feels like home, within its community, and the units themselves. They’re comfy and cozy, with amenities like dog parks (yes there’s 2!) a gym, clubhouse, and pool, but my favorite - the trees and nature around the property!We will miss you Champions Gate Community!(To whoever gets our next apartment, Enjoy the views!!!)

They’re both incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. I recently transferred to a bigger space, and the process was seamless thanks to their support. I’m on my third year at Champions Gate and my experience here has been very pleasing. Vanessa and the staff have made my dwelling here cozy and comfy. The location is perfectly accessible to all I need to do; exercise, shopping, and reputable schools. My family and I look forward to staying here as long as possible.

I lived at these apartments for a little over 3 years. I overall enjoyed the time I lived at these apartments.PROS: Management and maintenance were very attentive. Close to lots of food and shopping.CONS: Half the gym equipment didn’t work, there was a small bug problem, and it’s in a loud area. The neighbors I had were partially part of this problem, but the apartments are close to a major highway and a football stadium which can be very noisy.

I love living at Champions Gate! The community is amazing! The fitness center is my favorite amenity. Plus, grabbing a cup of coffee from the clubhouse makes my day! Highly recommend living here!

I love living at Champions Gate Apartments. As an older woman my top priority was my personal safety. The access gates are well maintained and have always been in good working order. Maintenance staff are quick and efficient in taking care of any issues that come up. The grounds are well maintained except that Ive noticed a lot of small dog waste. Ive never seen waste from a large dog. Waste receptacles are provided around the complex but I do wish there was an additional one behind building 2 as the others fill up quickly. I have 2 large dogs and they were accepted without issue. They love to run around in the dog park. I would love for there to be a self-serve dog washing station like Ive noticed at other apartments. Katie and Vanessa are professional and so nice! Again, I love living here!

From the day I called seeking information it has been such a smooth and great experience. I moved here in May and since then it’s been such a lovely experience, from management to maintenance people. It’s a very quiet apartment community and lovely apartments. I highly recommend! Also so close to hwy 1604 so many great things around the apartment complex :)

What can I say about this housing? It is very bad and not adequate in all respects. The location is very annoying, surrounded by streets in all directions. You can verify this via Google Map. The apartments are very old and dilapidated and have many holes in the walls, which gives a bad appearance. The management is not very efficient and needs training. Huge amount of insects in the kitchen cupboard. There are no spaces designated for recreation. The gym equipment is often broken and needs more attention. In short, I do not recommend living here at all. I ask everyone to be honest in their comments so that others are not deceived.

I lived at Champions Gate Apartments for one year and everything was great! Vanessa the manager was more than helpful anytime I needed anything and the apartments were very well kept up with. I was very satisfied the entire time I was there!

Vanessa and Katie are wonderful and I am excited for this to be my new place! Compared to my last place (I hated it) the entire experience has been easy and all questions answered without ever feeling rushed. The apartments are beautiful and they are so worth it! With all sincerity and honesty, I will present to you my experience, which I consider to be a lifetime mistake in my life, and I will mention to you in detail everything you need to know before you fall into their trap.First, the location: You can imagine that you live surrounded by three main streets and the traffic is very high. You will lose the pleasure of sleep and rest, which leads to a very poor quality of life.Second: Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the location around you is unhealthy, and you will find dog waste surrounding you with every step you take around the residenceThird: The swimming pool is very small and does not have filters to filter and sterilize the water, and there is no outdoor place designated for recreation and a children’s play area.Fourth: The housing is very old and dilapidated. The kitchen furniture is poor and has become a haven for all the insects you can imagine, which leads to food contamination. The walls have many holes that have been maintained in an unprofessional manner, and spiders’ nests are everywhere.Fifth: The administration does not have professionalism when dealing with the residents. They are only looking for money here. You fall into the trap. You will realize this, and when you want to leave the residence, you will pay a lot to terminate the rental contract, and you will pay rent for days that you did not live in.In conclusion: Advice from the heart: If you want to live a happy and quiet life, avoid this place, even if you live as a homeless person.

Ive been there 4 years never had a problem with management always had a great experience. And when it was time for me to move out Vanessa and Katie worked with me very grateful for those two. I highly recommend Champions Gate Apartments.

The community itself is simply wonderful; with fast maintenance services, often same-day, and an atmosphere that truly feels like home, Champions Gate sets the bar high for exceptional living experiences.

I went in to look for an apartment today and spoke with the leasing agent, DAngelo. He was extremely informative and helpful. He took the time to make sure I was taken care of and he followed up with me about a request I had. The property itself is beautiful and seems well maintained. Dennis,the maintenance guy was very pleasant. And the property is in a great location.

Champions Gate is located in a great area, my favorite aspect of living here is how convenient everything is, from the H-E-B PLUS to Six Flags. Definitely recommend it. 💯

My first week I had issues involving my washer/dishwasher & it was dealt with within days. These people surely care for your comfort & I am always greeted with the best hospitality from Priscilla.If youre looking for a new home with updated appliances, fair rent, plenty of parking, great community & professionalism. Then this place is for you, Im looking forward to renew again already.

Was looking for a place to move in on June. The staff was very courteous and still took me on a tour of the complex. I loved what I saw it was very clean and secure. The landscaping outside adds to the charm of the place. I was told they are willing to accommodate to my needs. Excellent place and people working there.

I’ve lived here for nearly two years now and will likely be signing on for a third. Priscilla and Javier (office) have been consistently thoughtful, helpful, and go out of their way to make any encounter with the office smooth and stress-free. They are always organizing fun activities and contests and make living here feel like you are apart of a community. Maintenance has been efficiently helpful, anytime I’ve asked for a fix, it’s been handled in the same day, often within the same hour. From my experience, the people who live here are kind and always say hello when I’m out walking my dog. Appliances are modern, I’ve never had an issue with plumbing, and the water pressure is great in my opinion. I often have my windows open, so I sometimes hear the noise of cars revving on a neighboring street, but I never hear any noise from my neighbors beside me or below me (third floor).I’ve genuinely been happy living here and would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely LOVE living here! My apartment is super cute and cozy. The amenities are fantastic! I especially love the workout room, it has everything I need to get a great work out in for the day. Most importantly, the office staff has made living here extremely wonderful, they are friendly and beyond helpful when needed. OMG - I have lived here for one month and HIGHLY RECOMMEND beautiful Champions Gate apartments. The front office staff has been AMAZING - so friendly, patient and extra helpful! Vanessa, Kristina and Lacey have all been angels and extremely attentive to anything that needed minor repair or replacement in my apartment. I also can’t say enough wonderful things about Dennis, the service manager, who quickly, professionally and expertly addressed my apartment repairs. The location of this apartment is hands down the best for this area of town - The shops at La Cantera, HEB, Target, Walmart, the Rim, Home Depot, not to mention restaurants, tourist attractions are all within easy radius of Champions Gate. Again, I HIGHLY recommend Champions Gate Apartments!

Priscilla was super friendly and helpful. She made the move in process a breeze. Javier was my go to guy and helped me everything from Amazon packages to my exit plan! Good service, new Apartment, any problem they resolve quickly....Never have a problem with the parking... excellent service...The staff is phenomenal when it comes to assisting their tenets and taking care of the property . The property manager ( Flor ) is very knowledgeable of the property and dose a outstanding job assisting new potential tenants and current . We have sign second year here.😊

Just moved in and my experience has been phenomenal! from application process to move in process, I have such a hectic work schedule and pop in randomly but Priscilla has been sweet and understanding every time! My apartment is beautiful and was in tip top shape upon move in, gym has all working equipment and it’s own cardio room which I love! Definitely recommend oh and never any issue with parking!

DO NOT MOVE HERE if you have a choice. The new management do not know what they are doing and evicting people for last management mistake. I move her almost two years ago and it has a been a nightmare since then. The only reason I stayed another year is so my son could graduate from high school with his friends. The new office manager, Vanessa, is useless and doesnt even try to help resolve issues.

This place has gone way down since I have moved here. I moved here when it first opened and used to love it. The new management team is very lacking in their abilities to keep good rent paying tenants happy. I have been down to the office on a monthly basis to correct overcharges on my lease, but it still has not been corrected. I am due for my two month notice to see what my new lease would be but have not yet received any paperwork. I am leaving the apartment complex when my lease expires but would never recommend this place to anyone. I work for NISD and have refered people to this place but they seem to be proud to let you know that your service to the community means nothing to there bottom line.

If you’re looking for somewhere great to live I highly recommend Champions Gate! I have loved living here and the staff not only made my transition into my new home extremely stress free, they are the kindest people! Priscilla (office) was of great help! She helped me with the entire process and took her time to ensure I was happy with my new home. Again, definitely recommend living here, you won’t regret it.

I had an amazing experience getting my one bedroom apartment at Champions Gate. I was a previous renter of a two bedroom apartment and downsized to a one bedroom. I chose to stay here because I never had any issues with my apartment. The assistant manager Pricilla and the entire staff are always so friendly and made my transition very easy and fast. This will be my 3rd year living in this complex. The facilities, the area, and the friendly people made want to stay.

Moving originally from the Midwest for work as a therapist into this apartment in San Antonio, I appreciated the team including Javier, Priscilla, and Flor. They are professional, kind, and personable - values akin to my hometown. The team consistently kept the grounds, pool, and amenities clean and attractive. Ive enjoyed my apartment for an entire year, before moving again for work. When I had a mix up which was actually my error, they worked with me and gave me the benefit of the doubt which was more than fair. The hotel I mailed my check from while on vacation got misplaced. Once the check finally showed up the team retroactively made everything right. I had a small maintenance issue only once, and it was fixed the very next day. On my move out Priscilla was very helpful easing my transition. Javier stayed reachable and treated me like I was always welcome to come back. And I would if ever again in San Antonio. This property has been home to one of the most professionally incompetent management teams available. Please look elsewhere if you are moving to this area. At the start of my lease, they were in a transition between management, and the new management is constantly scrambling and coming up with excuses to try and fix their wrongdoing. As a renter, I am constantly miss charged for utilities I do not possess and expenses I have already paid. When brought to the managements attention, it was met with attitude and an unhelpful tone.

I am so grateful to have found Champions Gate Apartments. The process was very easy. I did a tour on a Friday night. Pricilla stayed late to ensure all of my questions were answered, making my new place feel like home. I got my keys the next morning as soon as I was able to get my money order once the bank was open. The trash service is great and the complex is always very clean. Pricilla always answers my emails in a timely manner. The actual apartments are beautiful. The kitchen is something like you see in a house and amazing storage throughout. No pest issues at all. I highly recommend Champions Gate to anyone that enjoys apartment living.

The north side of San Antonio can be inconsistent when trying to find affordable but nice apartment complexes to live in. Champions Gate Apartments sets itself apart from the mentioned. Priscilla; who helped my fiancé and I find our current apartment home is friendly, personable and very professional. Im normally weary of apartment complexes because they under deliver, bamboozle you of money and are unhelpful when any maintenance or assistance is needed. I cant say this about Champions Gate Apartments because of their consistency to information through email, easy accessible staff, and fair rent. Considering how new it is, Ive been very pleased. I referred my current neighbor who is a friend of 4+ years and would do it again.

This place is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived at! Not only do I feel incredibly safe here, I also feel like Javier, Priscilla, and Flor are some of the best when it comes to customer service! There hasnt been an issue that wasnt handled with the utmost professionalism and humanity. Being new to San Antonio, finding a place to call home was extremely important to me. Thank God I was introduced to Champions Gate!(Note: They are looking out for all of their tenants in terms of COVID-19. Extremely cautious in terms of public areas and understanding due to the massive layoffs. Could not ask for anything more.)

I have lived here for almost a year now and very disappointed. The apartment complex has gone way down in my opinion for the rent to be going up. My car was vandalized that cost about $500 because someone tried to steal my gas. My neighbors car got stolen as well a few months ago and I have seen nothing change. If you live on the first floor be prepared for random people beating on your window at 3 A.M. because gates and fences are always broken. The new management company does not care about keeping renters after your first year all they care about is making more money and it clearly shows. I wasnt going to say anything because I loved this complex so much and made it my home, but to not say something also puts the next person at risk. Spend the extra money and go to a nicer place with better amenities and management.

Great place to live, the past couple of months the management and maintenance have always responded with great support. I love how they always have special events to get the community together. Highly recommend!

We have loved every minute living here so far!!Office staff is phenomenal. Maintenance is on point!! Everybody is super friendly! Our home is GORGEOUS!I do wish there was a nice playground for my kiddos, but other than that, we love it here!!!

With the old manager now gone and the assistant manager Flor now taking over I have really seen improvement around the property and the overall communications with residents. The new assistant manager and the rest of the office staff are very kind and helpful. By far from day one the best thing about this property has been Yahveh the Maintenance supervisor. Although he does not have any help beneath him he is always upbeat, positive and willing to go above and beyond to help.

These apartments are perfect and in prime real estate! easy access to 1604 and la cantera. Priscilla is so sweet and represents the company so well she gave me rates and walked the property with me to insure it was a perfect fit for my family and I i cant wait until we move here!

Moved in at the beginning of November. Amee helped me at the time but no longer works at the property. So far I haven’t had any issues and the Flor and Dominique (management) have been helpful when needed. The property is quiet and well maintained. No jacuzzi like it mentioned on the website but still a nice place. Workout room has everything you need. Great location

Recently lived here for a year. While the office staff are all extremely wonderful as well as the apartments ( being brand new ) certain situations were far from wonderful. Maintenance requests took weeks to be answered which can be a huge issue. My car got towed once due to my pass falling off STRAIGHT ONTO MY DASH. I explained this and was told they could help with a refund but no such luck. My friend also got towed. Towing is a huge issue here and there needs to be better circumstances for visitors. You receive two stickers per vehicle and one guest pass. My roommate and I both had a vehicle and then I had my brothers car due to his being deployed. They would not give me another sticker in order to avoid towing due to my roommate and I frequently needing to use the guest pass. I also had packages stolen twice, the tire off the back of my jeep was stolen, and my welcome mat was stolen. The staff said they could not do anything for this either. Huge inconvenience to have multiple things stolen in a gated community. Other than that, these were very nice apartments on the inside and staff is very friendly. Visiting and towing is a huge HUGE issue though.

Champions Gate Apt has been a delight to be apart of their community. From management to the grounds keeping they have been courteous, on time, and helpful from the beginning. Beautiful and central location. Have been very welcoming to myself and my furbabies, one of a kind place to live and recommend to everyone!

So far so good moved in on the 12th of June still trying to get situated due to moving from a different city. Process was efficient everyone from Xavier to Priscilla were professional and helpful. The only bad thing about this situation is I wish I would had found this place back in April when I first started searching. Nice place to live.

All the staff are great! They were very helpful with my move from Corpus Christi. I absolutely love my apartment, it has everything that I was looking needing. Highly recommend!!

I’m giving this review mainly due to my experience with such poor customer service. My mom lives at this complex and we met here before we car pooled out of town. I own a 350z that was a show car all it’s life and has only seen sun 1 year out of its 14 year life. So safe to say I would like to keep the car as pristine as possible by limiting the amount of sun it gets, and I do that by using a car cover. And there lies the problem, my car cover. This apartment complex uses permits to label which cars are permitted to park there. Those who are not permitted to park there get towed. Since my mom lives at the complex she of course has a permit and is allowed to get temporary permits for visitors. So apon my arrival I put the permit on my car, and of course put my car cover on. And thought if they really wanted to look under the car cover they could and see I have a permit to park there. Later in the day my mother called the complex and was informed that they would not be liable if the car got towed. This was extremely frustrating because you would think you would trust the complex would not have the car towed due to it having the permitted parking pass, and also calling them directing to make them aware of the situation. After I spoke to them myself they kept wanting to make it clear that they won’t be liable if the car got towed. I tried asking if I could use a garage or a car port for the days I was away and they would only allow that if I paid for the full 30 days. I then said if really feels like they’re not trying to work with me. The only thing that got me is him pretty much saying “you’re not a resident” and “you’re the one not working with us” They also said they have no control over the towing company. I’m sorry but who’s the one who gives them permission to be on the property?? So because of all this I went out of my way to park at a completely different apartment complex who one of our friends lived at. Again i’m leaving this review to share my extreme displeasure with this complex, and it’s utter failure to even try to come up with a compromise. Also if you have any want of leaving a car cover on your car this is not the complex for you.

The apartments are nice, but if you ever need anything from the office, forget it. Theyre never there and never available through phone even during business hours. Been trying to renew my lease and ask some questions about something they messed up for over a week and they are no where to be found.

Its not worth the money! Its made very cheap, although they call it luxury apartments. Weve been here about three months and theres water leak from the apartment above us, in the shower. And fixing it is going to be a long process! Remember these are new buildings... So it turns out that we are paying $1300 to take a shower with someone elses waste water?! We had great expectations from this place, but its dissapointing! And something else, theres NO HOT TUB as advertised, no voleyball court and the gates are open most of the time (including nights) so they introduced parking permits... you get it why; this is not a gated community! And a red flag for first floor residents : that place was a spiders paradise, plus we found a scorpion in our 2 year old daughters room, and a few weeks after another one in the living room; they come through the sewer. Pest control doesnt work, they sprayed our apartment every three weeks.

We lived here for a few months, and the location is great. Do not move in here, these owners will scam you and the office staff will have no empathy with you when you go to them with a problem regarding your lease.Find an apartment complex that is honest and transparent about their agreements.

Dee the manager is very friendly and a problem solver , i bought a house , so I moved out early . She was very professional and personal with me to make sure I was taken care of , she also did work with me to make sure I was taken care of after the fact. I am in customer service , her company is lucky to have a asset like her

Just moved into Champion’s Gate last week on Tuesday and I already love it. Priscilla has been extremely informative and helpful of getting me settled in. It’s a great feeling being welcomed into a new community

Everything was amazing when we moved in 2 years ago, once the management and office staff changed it all went downhill. We waited 4+ months to receive our refund check for the initial deposit and we barely received ANY money back. The front office dude is very rude and disrespectful. I wish the old staff would have stayed!!!

Visiting as a guest has been the worst experience I have ever had at an apartment. Their towing regulations are beyond AWFUL!!! I was towed TWICE within 10 minutes of arriving BOTH times because my friend was looking for his guest pass. Based on that alone I would stay far, far away from this apartment complex!

The magner flour is extremely rude it’s way to expensive for what the are offering not only is the customer service terrible me and my niehbors vehicle have been broken into several times
