I lived at the Hertiage for 3 years.Moved in Dec 2020 and Moved out Feb 2024.This review is slightly biased because I really don’t like San Antonio. Unless you are moving there for work or… well you have family there it’s kind of a miserable place. Theres many articles about SA and quality of life.Pro for Hertiage-Still newViews from certain units are niceGood location for downtown, biggest benefit being walking distance to the HEB.Unique designAtt fiberGymHallways were kept clean and carpet regularly cleaned.Friendly front desk staff and service particularly about packages was solid.Quick to respond maintenance staff.Pool was kept clear 2nd & 3rd year living there. 1st year it was green frequently. I do appreciate the effort to keep it clear as it takes a lot of chemicals to keep water looking fresh in the hot summer of Texas. Everyday I’d see the maintenance team pouring in the chemicals which is like $75 a case.Cons-The items that broke during the 3 years I was there- fridge, dishwasher, door lock, and AC. All items were brand new, I took the plastic off of them as I was the first resident in that unit.Garage gates perpetually broken.Elevator are same case.Central water heating system broke twice. Water is not really hot but slightly warmer than mild. Pressure is very weak.Gym, while great equipment was rarely cleaned.Price increases YOY were a joke. Lived in Austin prior and even with their housing shortage never went up that much.Large deposit, don’t expect it back nor timely. Moved out in Feb and today got refund check.Email mailing list- even if you unsubscribe and message the community manager twice about it still getting weekly emails about valet trash and cleaning up after your pet.

If you asked me a year ago, I would have recommended to anyone to move here. But since Heritage Plaza changed management companies, it has gone downhill really fast and now I cannot wait for my lease to expire.First, the gates are constantly broken. Youll get to do some people watching in your own hallway when people who dont live in the building are roaming your halls. Even when you think the building is safe because you have to connect your phone to all the access points, definitely lock both deadbolts on your doors.Second, the elevator by the leasing office has been broken for 4 months (and counting) now. So if you live on this side of the building, order food delivery, or even get mail, you and your delivery drivers will have to take the stairs. Most times they will just leave Uber Eats orders in the lobby and mail packages pile up in the mail room. As a result, theft has been more and more frequent.Third, amenities that were previously free are now available for use with a service charge. Not to mention, the gyms AC is constantly in and out, and it smells bad in there. The stairwells and halls are not clean and smell like animal waste. When you walk out any of the doors onto the street, youll be hit with a whiff of dog urine.Lastly, they change their policies without notice and offer no reconciliation when you suffer as a result of it. They have an agreement with tow companies and tow trucks will sit in guest parking area waiting for your cars 24 hour pass to expire and snatch cars up. Its truly predatory and a deceptive practice.Management avoids the problems like the plague. They dont answer emails and will likely respond to this review asking to speak; yet keep my emails unanswered. I would not recommend anyone move here. I work with other apartments in the area and would recommend Tin Top Flats or August Flats if youre looking for a more polished downtown luxury apartment experience!

Joe Medina provided the best customer service and the smoothest and quickest application and move in process. He made my move a BREEZE and met my every need. The property is beautiful with well kept facilities and has an abundance of conveniences and a buffet of leisurely activities as well as amenities for any active lifestyle. The grocery store is almost across the street and being surrounded by law enforcement and county/city employees was very comforting and refreshing.

I love my apartment, but especially As of recent, safety has become a big problem here. While walking my dog, people who definitely don’t live here have attempted to follow me into the garage and stairwell. Gates are often left open.I’ve sent several emails to property manager and receive no response at all. It is clear that safety is no longer a priority here.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience moving into Heritage Plaza! From the very beginning, Lyanna and Leo (the property manager) were absolutely amazing. Their communication was top-notch, and they made every step of the moving process smooth and stress-free.The application process was straightforward, and they kept me updated every step of the way. When it came time to move in, everything was ready and exactly as promised. Lyanna went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable in my new home, and Leo was always available to answer any questions I had.I absolutely love my apartment! The space is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly feels like home. The level of service and care provided by the staff is unmatched, and I’m so glad I chose Heritage Plaza. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment and an easy move-in experience!

I have lived here for about two years. This apartment was actually nice when I first moved in but it has quickly gone downhill. The property is very dirty and unsafe. Stairwells are full of animal waste and stink. The garage and hallway carpets are filthy. The least management can do is power wash some areas. The elevators and garage gates hardly ever work. God forbid you are being followed by anyone and quickly trying to get inside the property because you’ll be standing at the door waiting for it to connect to your phone to let you in. Homeless people are everywhere. They camp out on the benches and near the parts of the building that have outlets. Management also fails to send out emails when the city decides to host marathons and block off roads.

While visiting my family, I had my car broken into recently, and it’s probably due to their gate always being broken. This not only happened to me, but also to my girlfriend. On the property, inside hallways there are storage units that residents can pay to rent, and they are easily broken into! Yes, that’s right—you pay for storage and it’s not even secure enough to keep someone out. My family had several things ransacked, the items in there worth hundreds of dollars that are now gone. When reported, property management dismissed my family’s concerns. My families storage unit wasn’t the only one that was easily accessible, even with it being locked. Security is not a priority at this property if vehicles are being broken into due to the lack of attention to gates, entrances, and doors. I would strongly advise against renting here. Posted a video on Yelp showing how the storage room door could be easily broken into.

Here’s my review having lived here a year:First off, they recently made two previously openly & free available spaces (club house and meeting space) rentable with an insane $200 charge. Like it’s a joke and just fraudulent that an amenity that was previously advertised and you were granted is just taken away from you.The garage gates break every other week, and I always have issues getting in with the app. At other apartments you’re given a car sticker and a scanner opens the gate for you.. it’s not rocket science. Also the repairs they made were very inconvenient and they even towed and moved my car without my consent at one point and got white paint all over the tires - they could’ve at least offered a car wash.Last complaint, the rent has been going down across the board in the city and somehow my unit’s stayed the same price.Otherwise, you really can’t beat the location which is why I chose this place in the first place. You’re walking distance to HEB, Riverwalk, & downtown. Also, while I’m sure the experience is different as a woman, I haven’t had any bad issues walking around the complex even at night. The occasional homeless man will sleep on a bench, but even then I’m surprised at how safe and quiet it has been for an urban setting. Maintenance requests have also been pretty reasonably resolved.

Excellent apartments to live in located in downtown San Antonio. The gym is great, the pool is big and clean, and the apartments are new with nice amenities (dish washer, washer dryer, AC). The small amount of issues I’ve had maintenance wise were fixed within 1-2 days and the maintenance guys are great. The front desk is also extremely helpful when I was first moving in as I was confused with the app requirement to enter most of the building (it is easy I was just new to the process).

So far really love this place! Heritage Plaza is super clean and well taken care of. It’s also extremely lively. There are always people hanging out by the pool and in the gym. Great energy. There are fun activities like movie night by the pool (see picture attached). The front desk receptionists and maintenance are very attentive and quick to respond to issues. Also Smart City Concierge was helpful in helping me find a good apartment around here, and the coffee machine is (vanilla flavor) is delicious!

NoisyThe floors are not insulated to block out upstairs noise. I moved in 3 weeks ago and I can hear every single step my upstairs neighbors make, which starts at 5am. I was told this wasn’t going to be an issue prior to moving in. I went to office on a Monday to inquire about switching units since I had just moved in, and it took until Friday (and me calling every day until) to get a response from the front office. They told me that I would have to wait 6 months to change units due to fairness, which makes it seem like this issue is a common one. They kept emphasizing “quiet hours,” but I’m not seeing the relevance of hearing footsteps all day all the time. Poor construction is the problem, not the tenants. Walls are also incredibly thin. I can hear my next door neighbors watching movies to the point where I know exactly what they’re watching. I live in one of the larger units so I pay a fair share for rent, and it’s a shame that I will not be renewing at this property after my lease ends, considering I had planned to stay here until I was finished with school in 3 more years.

The location is the most desirable aspect of this apartment complex. However, the gates securing the building entrance fail about every other month. Moreover, the main elevator consistently experiences breakdowns. As of now, it has been out of service for approximately two months.

The property is well kept, and the location is close to everything and anything fun downtown! Joe and April (work at Heritage) are always helpful, funny and informative. There is definitely an upbeat, positive vibe with the residents and within the community. Im considering moving locations myself and Monique (Manager) was very nice, professional and knowledgeable.

Here is my honest review of Heritage Plaza because like most of you reading want to see what it’s going to be like living here. I’ll tell you the good the bad and the ugly without going over the top or worse lying because the staff are buddy buddyThe complex is not bad but definitely not good either. The gate issue is true, we have an app that controls the gate and in the 13 months I lived there it would get stuck so so many times. It’d go a quarter of the way up and stay stuck and you’d have to reverse in the small parking garage and use the other one which sometimes was half broken.I lobby area was great for hosting events, inviting friends over, and for me the office space was great for work. The pool was fun but also very VERY hectic in the summer. I understand bringing friends over to your downtown pool, who wouldn’t? But we all pay relatively high rent to live in a nice apartment, but when you go down for some drinks by the pool and see extended family of no joke 15-20 people FROM ONE SINGLE RESIDENT hosting a birthday party?! It’s unbelievable. And because those families didn’t live there they also did not respect the place either, trash was mostly cleaned up but these huge family get togethers would clog every single trash can causing them to overflowParking situation. The garage was often normal, but when it’s fiesta season the entire parking garage was filled to the brim, I lived on the 4th floor and never had to park a floor up or down for a spot, but come fiesta and I’m parking on the very top floor. The reason this upsets me was because while in transition of getting my new car I borrowed my fathers car for less than a week, and had to enter it into guest parking, then when I wake up at 3am for work I saw it was towed because my pass expired but a few minutes (less than 15/20 minutes) it sucked and I had to pay $200 to get it out. BUT I paid it nonetheless it was my mistake right? Cool, but to see so many cars who weren’t meant to be there and weren’t using guest parking AND NOT BE TOWED was truthfully disappointing knowing I live here and get towed but let a resident have 3-4 cars parked in residential parking and be fine. But cool, that happened next on the listNow this is where things get crazy because this is as of now. I moved out, paid my last $400 payment of cleaning cost yada yada, cool I paid it done. Now as of this week I applied at a new downtown apartment and my application was DENIED for quote “write off” and for those who don’t know that means when a landlord gives up on collecting rent and instead report it on YOUR record for future landlords to see your history. Now I was extremely confused and out right pissed when I heard this so calls were made to heritage plaza and all of a sudden they couldn’t give any details and made me call a third party company who could help. Okay I’ll play. So after a call with that company it’s saying that $400+ balance was never paid.Hmm that’s weird cause my bank statement AND INVOICE says otherwise. So it has now been disputed and thank the lord for ACTUAL good apartment staffing for being understanding of this situation and letting me be a resident. My point is, heritage could’ve truthfully ruined my livelihood with such a terrible mistake. What if the new apartment didn’t care? So I pay my dues and you make a mistake and now I can’t find a place to live? It’s just not right. I understand mistakes happen but such a huge one that impacts me so much is not right.Overall I made memories, my vehicle was never broken into but the one 2 spaces over was, the pool is nice yet crowded, the lobby is great, but don’t let it fool you. It looks luxurious but living here is not perfect. Also a lot of the reviews you see that are picture perfect is because the staff throws events and includes these people and their works so they all work together to uphold a positive look so 1. Heritage plaza gets more applicants and 2. Those people get booked at the heritage plaza eventsSo it’s extremely biased and forced.

Update: They fixed the dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. I guess is just poor choice in brand. The water pressure is still terrible, I am sick right now and I so wanted to take a bath to clear my chest congestion but as you can see in the video, I might get over covid first before that tub gets filled, I even told the girls I wanted this apartment because it had a tub; the joke is on me.Moved in end of May. The Area is great, quiet and seems fairly safe to walk.I have not had the best impression at move in. Many issues for having a “ready to move in” apartment. The washing machine was broken, the dishwasher is rusted, the microwave screen flickers, the toilet was left disgustingly dirty and the water pressure is terrible “chorrito de agua”, which you have to pay a fee to get hot water, which I thought it would guarantee good piping and water pressure. I wish, I wish!! I would’ve taken the time to turn the shower on when I came to see the apartment before signing my lease because I do not enjoy showering here. One gate to get into the parking garage works one day and the next it doesn’t. You have to have your phone with you to go anywhere in the building otherwise you’re locked out. I have yet figure out how to get in without my phone.Best of luck in your search!

Lived here a whole year and almost every month something was broken. If it wasnt the gate to the garage it was an elevator; which is inconvenient if you have to park in the roof due to no parking spots being available on your floor. They charge you a fee for reserved parking when it could just be solved by doing assigned parking. People here are not very respectful of the pool which is left nasty after every weekend. Staff is helpful, sometimes quick to fix issues. Theft/vandalism is an issue in the parking garage even with security but I guess its to come with the area. Other than that its a great location with easy access to many locations.

Thank you to management for addressing these issues and staying on top of it.This apartment complex seems like it has absolutely no management. The pool area EVERY weekend feels & sounds like cancun during spring break. Dogs running around loose in pool. No one from the office monitors or asks the people to lower their huge speakers that can be heard all the way to the last floor. The gates are slamming everyday, if you have an apartment on the first floor by the office GOOD LUCK. At 3 am you’ll be awoken by slamming gates. There was a dead body in the river walking distance across the street while the garage gate was broken along with the keypad allowing the murderer access to residents and their cars. No. Management falsely claims their gates have been functional all of the current year and that there is not a keypad on premises while in fact there are two touch screen keypads that are smashed beyond use-On top of negligible they are also dishonest. Invest in as much private security cameras as you can if you decide to live here and photo document all issues you will undoubtedly encounter. You’ll also unfortunately notice all of the negative reviews have more thumbs up agreements than any of the positive ones.

Moving from Houston to San Antonio is definitely a task! When phoning in the front staff were amazing! April and Evelyn were most helpful, sent over all the information about leasing from this company. Helped every step of the way without hesitation no matter how many times I called! After taking in all the information and moving in seems this company has great features of entering and exiting the building, took me a bit to get it down though! For the most part the apartment was in a good move in- condition no complaints. I am so excited about getting to use the pool this summer, we have used the pool table and gym area which give you something do when you dont feel like going out and walking around, especially in cold weather! This company seems to go out of there way to keep you informed of outside activities, entertainment happening in the area, includes residents in projects and contest. The location is great close to shopping and dining within walking distance, which is nice when family or friends come into town. It feels great to come home!

I moved to Heritage Plaza a month ago. So far I am loving it here. Everything from the moment I called the leasing office and till I moved in went so smoothly that it really saved me a lot of time and money.Pros:The staff is very professional and courteous. They truly care about you even after you sign the lease which is pretty rare these days. The apartments are spacious and new. Residents are very friendly. Common area is superclean. Gym, pool and the lounge is topnotch. Location is the biggest plus of this complex trust me. Its right in the heart of the city.Cons: Some of the apartments they showed me were located on the first floor and had windows covering almost the whole wall with a sidewalk right outside. Which is not fine with me. It’s about security and privacy. There was a small kinda fence though. But if you take an apartment from the upper floors you should be fine. They don’t offer short term lease. 12 months lease contract needs to be signed if you want to move in.Verdict: recommend this place. Five stars from me!

Be warned, the pool area is insanely loud during the summer. The music is so intrusive it can be heard from every floor and nobody from management asks the people to turn it down; were forced to listen to partying starting at 10am sometimes. There are no rules enforced, even though the pool is supposedly closed after 10pm. Many of the residents are not considerate and dont care about blasting music, so the entire building is subject to hearing it well into 3am.

Wonderful staff, but they could not compensate for the overall poor experience I had living here. Please note if you choose to move here the complicated entry into the building (for yourself and guests), a poorly designed parking garage, and over priced apartments with limited space. I would choose here if you want to have a challenging time inviting friends over and an overly secure building that punishes you if you leave your phone I inside. Would not recommend.

Weve lived here for two years. The security at our apartment is not being taken seriously by management. Im not talking building staff or admin. Im talking about actual management. There are less than unsatisfactory access controls, doors are always broken or unlocked. I cant get into the stairwell on the first floor for weeks in the garage. Car entry gates are consistently broken. All of these things lead to what, you may ask? Vehicle break-ins and burglaries. There are cameras by every entry gate, and thats it. If someone hits and rams the gate, and breaks it, shouldnt there be camera footage reviewed and subsequent expulsions from the building? There are ZERO cameras in any of the hallways. Which means packages are routinely subject to theft. Half measures are consistently taken in the immediate aftermath of security incidents (private security patrols, more night-time walkthroughs, etc), without any long-term planning on how to mitigate these problems. There is clearly no long-term appetite from the parent management company for how they plan to mitigate any of the growing security concerns being brought to their attention from the residents. Even worse, there is no community awareness or communication initiatives from the owners to the residents, because there is no prioritization of security by the owners.Homeless people are not the problem. The buildings actual employees and admin workers are not the problem. The management company having clear data sets over the last two years that would encourage a steeper investment into security, and then willfully neglecting that data is the problem. Not having engaged with local law enforcement is the problem. Not investing in pubic space cameras is the problem. Not paying for or prioritizing expeditious repair of entry and exit points is the problem. My partner and I are not moving out for any reason when our lease is over for anything outside of one simple fact:We do not feel safe here anymore. And both incident data over the last two years and a lackluster mitigation strategy from the buildings external management are the reasons why it isnt safe. Instead of giving us deals for random get-away destinations that cost more than an Air BnB the management company so excitedly announced over the last year, why dont you just take that same effort and invest into the community that already pays you.Figure it out. Be better. Were all paying for it.

My first issue was/is the constant loud bumping that’s above me due to my neighbor having really super huge dog. I’ve complained about this since my 2nd week of staying here. Monique has suggested almost everything she could, but those suggestions just didn’t work out. It’s to the point where sleep is broken, or I’ll have to tap the ceiling with my broom let my neighbor know that’s it’s entirely too loud. I’m very fatigue at work! Everyday at 5am (even on weekends) I’m being woke up from really loud bumping and also there’s some bumping throughout the day. I’ve reached out again via email almost 2 weeks ago, but no one has responded. My second issue is my car was recently broken into. I had really important documents in my car (ID, social, birth certificate, old light bills from previous state, new address, car registrations, W-2s, insurance cards, voter registration card, basically everything that makes my identity) and it was most definitely a tenant that’s now using my credit and opening up many credit cards under my name and social. I called to see if there were cameras in the garage hoping that I could get a lead on the person who is doing this, and there’s no cameras. This is the second time my car looks like it’s been tampered with (my other car, gas saver). My glove compartment was open and papers were everywhere. I brushed it off and thought maybe I did it while I was rushing. But noooo, when my AirPod box came up missing, that confirmed someone has been in my vehicles. I don’t feel safe anymore knowing that someone out there has my whole identity and knows where I stay and they may be closer than I think. I will take every precaution I need to take to protect myself.I moved here when the apartments were still quite new, so there was literally ALWAYS available parking on the 3rd level. Now that there’s a lot more people moving in, If you’re not parked by 6 or 7pm, you might have to park on another floor and walk a great distance to your unit. Also, tenants are allowing their guests to park in residents parking. To my understanding guests were to park on the 4th floor.Other than that, the apartments are beautiful. Quite small but if it’s just you, you’ll like it. Maintenance is very prompt and quick with fixing things, they’re really cool guys. The valet trash guy use to always miss my apartment before other tenants moved on my hallway, so I’d always have to take my own trash out even tho I sat my trash out at 7:45pm, tied up, inside of the trash can and he would still miss me. The amenities are really nice. The front desk staff are sweethearts. I love April! The mail service & room is also great! This is my own personal experience, so I wouldn’t say I don’t recommend, I really do recommend.. I will say just because you’re located downtown doesn’t make you safe. At least that’s what I thought

I am going to shoot straight to the point on this one. Heritage Plaza is amazing. I do not say this lightly, as I do not normally leave reviews. Below are the reasons I undoubtedly give them a 5 out of 5.Facilities: The amenities, common rooms, and apartments themselves are second to none in the downtown area. Aside from the fact they are all brand new, they clearly put intention behind the design to make it as functional, luxurious, and comfortable as possible for the residents. The gym in particular is something you would normally pay a monthly membership. It has raised ceilings and diverse amount of equipment suited for any fitness enthusiast.Location: The location is prime. It is literally one block from the River Walk and super nice H.E.B. grocery store/marketplace. It is only a couple more blocks away from where San Antonios First Friday monthly festivals are held. And during Fiesta, this place will be right in the middle of it. So from an entertainment and lifestyle perspective, its fantastic.Safety: Given this place is in the middle of downtown, I was obviously concerned about safety. Visiting, and consequently leasing, with Heritage Plaza put me at ease with this concern. They have robust parking and door security. This was very important to me. Furthermore, their staff enforces their safety policies fairly and consistently. I was very encouraged to see this happening.Staff: This was the most important factor for me. We all know regardless of how nice places are, if they are not managed/hosted well, the place becomes miserable. I cannot speak highly enough of the front office staff. I worked with KJ and April on multiple calls. They were always very professional, accommodating, patient, and pleasant. Their demeanor and example clearly stems from the on site manager Monique. She is a class act 10 out of 10 manager. Extremely easy to deal with, Monique was there every step of the way with my leasing process. She always seemed to ensure my personal needs were met, and clearly has that same passion with the entire complex. She was by the book, professional, kind, and just overall awesome. If HPs front staff were the 1992 United States mens Olympic basketball team (The Dream Team), Monique would be Michael Jordan for sure.Overall, if you are looking to lease somewhere downtown, I would recommend Heritage Plaza. Period.

I am a new resident, but I wanted to commend KJ, one of the leasing professionals, for being so helpful during the touring and leasing process. She was very friendly, willing to help, paid attention to what we were looking for, and didn’t hesitate to show us/walk us through our options as we decided on a unit. We also had help from other staff in the front office who were just as great!I already feel welcomed and I’m looking forward to all the great amenities Heritage Plaza has to offer!

Wait until Your CONTRACT END, this place is good to damage your bank account with unfair Charges! Elevator is always out of service, Parking garage is extremely tight and unsafe due to the way it was designed, also carjacking activities been done , which sucks, also towing company are 24 hours fishing for cars , and Ghetto people been jumping Illegally into the swimming pool and amenities areas. We are so glad we are done for good! So my message is Cristal Clear Good luck 👍

The architecture of the building is well above and beyond a basic apartment to live in. There is a manager at the front desk in the main lobby which makes for the highest quality of customer service for an apartment. The building is always clean and well maintained.

I’ve been living here for a little over a year and a half.Pros: HEB and the Riverwalk are a 5 min. walk, gym was good enough for me to train for Spartan, appliances are very nice, pool is well taken care of, relatively secure, staff including maintenance team is amazingCons: Price + some of the people that live here… Residents frequently do not pick up after their dogs, upstairs neighbor likely wears bricks as shoes, several people are obnoxiously loud while partying (even during the week) AND they leave a big mess, some folks don’t pick up their packages so there’s a big pile in the parcel area

Pros: great location, maintenance staff are lovely and are quick to fix things.Cons: as others have said, terrible pet owners live here with no penalty. Dog feces was left outside our apartment door, weve seen it several times in the hallways and the stairwells. Plus, the stairwells usually smell of pet urine and it appears as if they and the hallways have not been cleaned since moving in months ago. To tackle this issue, we receive gentle e-mails kindly asking people not to do this, rather than use our significant rent money to put up cameras and fine people for being disgusting tenants. Unless this is remedied, I do not recommend living here.Update: a friend’s car was stolen from the garage and management emailed to say only an ‘attempt’ was made to steal a car. The lack of transparency and the focus on menial things (eg putting trash cans back in by a certain time) is alarming. Do not live here.

This place will fee you to death. The front desk staff are not helpful and will forever hide behind policy after policy and you (the resident) will always be forever wrong. You will receive excessive bills for trash and hot water and you pay a different company for cold water.Do not live here. Choose anywhere else. The apartments are so small for the big price tag. Ammenities are nice but they are shared between several hundred other residents. So you just have to hope things are available.Dog area is always full of dog defecation and so is most of the surrounding landscape around the building and on the sidewalks.

I have nothing but good to say about Heritage! Their complex caught my eye from the moment that I began my apartment search, and I fell in more in love with the Heritage and what they have to offer every step in the decision process. KJ and the rest of the team are so professional and kind. Just on the customer service alone it has been the best apartment hunt experience I have had to date, and they made my decision easy.If you are looking for a perfectly located, beautiful complex for a reasonable price, look no further! Excited to call this place home.

Just like the last comment stated, Great Location! However, there is always trash left everywhere, not only at the hallways but also at the garage, and I am talking about BIG trash bags.. also the Garage gates are constantly out of service, one of the gates does not read the barcode from our vehicles, the Rooftop (with an amazing view) closes at 10pm every night even on New Years Eve and when it comes to fix any amenities issues, work orders take months to complete, I do have to say the couple of issues I had inside my apartment have been fixed very promptly, but when it comes to gates, gym equipment, vacuum the hallway carpet, that does take a while. My rating is based on my personal experience I am sure other residents have had an amazing experience and thats valid, just do your homework, look around and take note of the great review and not so good reviews.

Have been living here for almost a year , had my car catalytic converter stolen twice in less than 4.5 months ! Front office doesnt care. They urgently need cameras on the garage its not the first time something like that happens, other residents have had car spares stolen and cars too, windows broken. Garage door is also 80% of the time not working, coffee machine doesnt work most of the time either, pool is not clean often.

I had an excellent experience at Heritage Plaza. Through touring the apartment, completing the leasing application, and getting set up to move in , everything has been very smooth and easy. Everything has been especially made easy with the help of KJ. She was very helpful and even in the midst of her being busy, she made time to help. I am extremely happy with the staff support and look forward to being a resident at Heritage Plaza.

There was a leak behind a wall that was causing a lot of mold to build inside of my closet. Maintenance came to fix the leak and in doing so left the wall expose and open for a few days. This in turn provided time for not one but four mice to enter my apartment and live in my kitchen for a number of days. I had to buy my own mice traps and catch all four mice even after pest control made a not so great effort and failed to realize mice were ever present.I was not compensated for the traps I purchased or for a days pay seeing how I had to call into work (I work from home) waiting for the mice to get caught.I would like to be compensated for the 6 traps purchased and for a days work I had to miss and use my sick leave.

The constant and ongoing breakdowns of heritage plaza is disappointing. The breaking down of the parking garage gates, security doors, elevators, and pedestrian gates is frustrating. The amenities that are promised are not always available. The 24/7 access to a beer keg that’s been empty for 6 months or more; the coffee machine always being out of order in the most inconvenient times, the pool being dirty, the valet trash picking and choosing what they want to take. The cleanliness of the building itself is disappointing. Hallways smelling damp or like marijuana all the time, not appealing. For a new building, first impressions masked by luxury show that it’s actually cheaply made or run. The only reason it’s not a one star is that the leasing office staff really do try their best with what they have to work with. But over all a disappointing place to live considering how much it costs to live there.

Really friendly staff that is quick to respond to requests, repairs, support. Amenities are great and clean. Appreciate community building work, e.g. Halloween party, Friday food trucks. Only a few reasons I’m not going five stars: 1. The lights in the courtyard after hours are super bright and I wish they’d turn them off or significantly down after hours because they come through bedroom blinds (no need for that much light and would save electricity). 2. Walls between apartments horizontally seem great but vertically not so much - upstairs neighbors can be stompy and we can sometimes hear their music 3. The lobby has taps for beer and cold brew but they are always empty. Other than that pretty happy here!! -Matthew M
