If I could leave zero stars or heck even negative stars, I would this place has gone downhill ever since we moved in. First of all we put in a work order to fix our AC. I understand it is in December/January but we still live in Texas. And for the office lady to tell me that maintenance doesn’t prioritize it because it’s “cold” outside is bs. This past week alone it was in the 80s. Our unit is so hot it makes my pregnant wife sick. I called and explained that my wife is pregnant and this is an emergency, all they do is just give me the run around. It’s been exactly one month since I submitted that service request. The next thing is our water was broken in the whole complex for two months. So they didn’t charge us water but no one was notified until after they finally fixed it saying they’re gonna tack on the two months with out water on our next two rents. Which it make sense but we’re already two months past and my rent is now 400 more then what it’s supposed to be. I try to call the office to see what’s going on but NOBODY answers. If you are looking for a place to move AVOID these apartments please spare your self the headache of incompetence management. Our front gate is still destroyed I guess someone crashed into it, so the apartments are not even gated. Our mailboxes are all broken they don’t close.
My experience with Indigo Apartments has been excellent ! The entire staff is polite and helpful. Kristi was patient when I could not decide on which unit to move into. She helped me find the best one for me in terms of space and price. The complex may be older but the maintenance staff did an amazing job preparing for move in. It was the cleanest apartment I’ve moved into. Definitely worth seeing this apartment complex in person instead of relying on reviews if you are interested in the location. Thank you Kristi and everyone at Indigo Apartments for your welcome and hospitality!
Update (7months-I wish I could give negative)Still no mailbox after 7months. Costs $130 for a PO box for 6 months. But no choice as important mail keeps getting returned to sender. These people will take your money and lie to your face. Absolutely dishonest morons running this dumpster fire. DO NOT MOVE HERE!Update (5months-1/5)DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE. Still no mailbox. No communication between members of the admin staff. The manager gave me an email to corporate that turns out was just the office around the corner and had been unstaffed for who knows how long. When the new manager took over, she was completely unaware of what was happening. The gates are routinely broken. Half my building is empty yet there are seemingly less parking spaces. Probably because anyone can come and park. The laundry room is repeatedly left open so the machines have been taken up by homeless people in recent weeks. Trash is everywhere because many of those same people throw everything across the parking lot while dumpster diving. The residents arent much better, as the police are here around twice a month. Multiple units have doors broken and just sitting open, waiting for squatters to show up to start stealing things. Cars are constantly being broken into, as evidenced by the window glass everywhere.Update (3months-3/5)Been 3 months since moving and still no mailbox. Was broken at move-in so its been longer theyve been sitting in them. Also they have no dog breed restrictions so people move here that wouldnt be approved elsewhere. The entire grounds smell like urine and feces. Stairwells are the worst.Moving in-5/5Needed a place to live swiftly upon moving back to the US. Celena was very helpful and managed to get me in within 2 business days of application. The buildings are nice. There are issues, largely cosmetic, which should be expected for 44 year old buildings. They are in the process of renovations so theres that. Location is good, right next to a bus stop and walking distance from Hardberger Park. Will update this later after living here a few months.
To say the indigo apartments have been a nightmare would be an understatement. To keep a long, stressful, and infuriating story short, we rented an apartment and we were moving cross country. The apartment was available so we signed a lease and were moving in a week or after the apartment was ready. They mis-charged us but we called it out and had it correctedMy mother grabbed the keys and checked the apartment. It reeked for urine, had damages on the carpet, stains and more. Cleaners were sent the next dayMy sister checks 2 days later, there are belongings in the apartment. We have squatters in our home. We called the police, the area was locked down. Someone used our fireplace to heat up a spoon for drugs, used our toilet and more importantly, used our utilitiesWithin 48 hours squatters are back but it’s a new set. A man and woman were clearly in there. This time they had a make shift weapon, belongings, and much more. What if my sister walked into a room where they were protecting? They had the air on 65 which is great for my electricity bill that im not going to get reimbursed for.We call the police, it was secured again, LESS THAN 24 HOURS THEY ARE BACK IN THE APARTMENTS.We quit, we contacted them, they terminated the lease however they chose to charge us for every day we these squatters were in there until they terminated the lease. They shorted us 40% as if we are liable.Everyone has been rude, everyone has downplayed the situation saying “oh, everywhere in san antonio has them! They are harmeless!” This is a joke and other apartment complexes may have this issue but they do not ALLOW them to enter the apartment. I genuinely believe maintenance is taking payment to allow them into the apartments due to having info on vacancyI will update this review if there is a true resolution however as of now, they are treating this situation as if they are doing us a favor by getting out of this nightmare situation while my wife and i desperately look for a new apartment, move all of our utilities including extending them at our current residence, moving our hotel dates, moving our uhaul rental, date and so much more including seeking legal helpThey have destroyed the ideas of having a nice new place in san antonio. This was a big deal and tome after time they treated us as residents asking for favorsUpdate: they refunded me my full payments, quantum called after seeing the review (indigo ignored every other form of communication). They gave a generic pr “we at quantum blah blah” apology, then asked if i could remove the review. The managers were very adamant that there wasnt a way to email or call upper management making us go through a process. They REALLY did not want to give us our money until this review. The police mention this being a common issue here and that the complex refuses to do anything or open an investigation
Best Roaches in town! My toilet doesnt work right and I have no hot water. They never return calls and rarely do maintenance requests. I keep all my food sealed and the roaches are awful! I put out combat baits and spray constantly. When you call corporate you just get voicemail. Theyve also taken away the fire extinguisher indefinitely! Whenever you write a review, the owner just gives a canned answer to call the office. Yeah that solves nothing. I even talked to a maintenance guy today and he said theyre really backed up and who knows when theyll get to a request. Theyve said that song and dance ever since I moved in 6 years ago. Thats quite a problem.
I love the area and the ladies in the office are very nice. I have only been here a week. 1704. October 23,2024.🤪 I dont understand why they dont check everything and fix it before people move in. The list of maintenance is long, and we have to wait in a list. The hole kitchen needs a repair. The apliases dont work. The sink is cloth, and the floor is always wet . the bathroom light doesnt work. The water💧 is not always hot. Is 🪳cacroch. I got home today, and the bread 🍞 was full with aint 🐜 Is Dog 💩 pool everywhere, Nasty people. THE POOL is duty. There are 2 areas, but only 1 side has a trash compartment. I havent seen the gim or the loundy. Im very disappointed.😞 embarrassing. 🫣Today 2 November Noting happeneds. The manager wrote to me write after this review but NOTING isnt fixed yet.🫣 very hard and uncomfortable. 😕
I had a left below-the-knee amputation back on July 31 and the management team worked hard to get me a reserved parking spot and to make the parking spot in front of the wheelchair ramp a non-parking spot. They have made my life so much easier and my apartment so much more accessible.
I only had a week to find a new home for myself and I was panicking touring complex after complex all across San Antonio and I came across this complex online. I decided to take a last second tour and Ledgin was my tour guide! I made it clear how important it was to stay below my budget, what floor I preferred, and what kind of washer/dryer connections I needed. After scrambling adjustments she was able to show not one but three different units! I left the tour ready to submit my application! Ledgin was super determined, knowledgeable, and communicative and gave me peace of mind that I knew I was going to be taken care of here. Couldn’t thank her enough!!!
If I could give it zero stars I would ABSOLUTELY DO NOT MOVE HERE the admin In the office aren’t on the same page nor knowledgeable of what’s going on. The head lady Lisa is very unprofessional like she doesn’t want to be here. Only been living here 48 hours and there’s already a ROACH INFESTATION. We asked for a different unit they lied and said they would then was told the manager rejected because “we didn’t have enough evidence” mind you we had a video of killing a big roach not a baby one. Took me and my gf over a week to move in after coming from another state we had to rent airbnb for that time just FOR NUN OF THE ISSUES WE ADDRESSED BEFORE HAND NOT TO BE FIXED. Like the bathroom flooring is coming up the roaches microwave was broken doesn’t come with washer or dryer ABSOLUTELY DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU CAN USE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE MORE CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL. I watched Rose the other day show a unit in our building KNOWING there is a roach infestation all these low reviews are not lying only reason we are here because we needed a place to stay but we are going to break our lease after only staying here a week because this is inhumane and unacceptable living conditions PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
You call / email to submit a maintenance request and it goes unanswered for months. The apartments are COVERED with ants and no matter how much one sprays on the outside, they still get in from corners of INSIDE of the apartment. Management does nothing about it. AC keeps going on the fritz and they don’t fix that either. Forget calling the office or going because no one is EVER THERE! Cars get broken into and stolen, anyone just enters the complex, Renter BEWARE!!
I love my new unit so much it is what I was looking for for me and my kids I also wanna thank mrs legend for all her help she was so incredible with helping me also ms Kristi as well the team in the office is amazing
At this point corporate needs to intervene and stop all new tenants from moving in and work on all their backed up work orders. But of course they won’t they still are money hungry and expect you to pay . Yet where is the money going to? The 2 pools have been nasty for the last 2 years . Pest issues, the rotate management every 6 months. Ac issues in almost every building . DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!! Everything is horrible and old! They are deeper in then they can get out !!!!
I was initially interested in this complex because I lived across the street in another C property but saw that this was constantly being remodeled so I thought Id take a look because I love the area & hate paying high rental prices.I had an interesting application & move in that has already left a bad taste in my mouth. I came in with all of my application paperwork ready & was told I would hear back within a couple of days regarding approval. It took about a week to hear back & thats because I reached out for a status. I got the approval via text but never got a follow-up email with move-in details so I kept having to reach out for updates. I even came in one day but didnt get helped because somebody else was already handling it & they wanted her to finish it. She did reach out but still didnt give pertinent details for the move-in. I kept logging in to the resident website portal hoping to see more details & see amounts owed. I also had to ask for a copy of my lease because a copy wasnt sent to me after they signed it (I signed first). After all this, I thought I was squared away for move in. But I was never told that they dont hand out keys until late afternoon on the day of move in. I scheduled my movers & U-Haul for the morning of my move-in. I showed up at 9:30 a.m. with my prorated rent deposit in hand, ready to get my keys & the leasing agent who did my application looked at me very confused. Screaming internally I remained calm & told her that I was willing to move into the unit as is because my movers & U-Haul were already booked & I couldnt reschedule either one. I showed up almost 3 hours later & saw an apartment that had no idea a new tenant was coming that day. I dont think its a good idea to get units ready the day of move in. My movers had to put all the boxes on wet carpets while housekeeping & maintenance worked around the boxes to get to what they could. There were still a lot of maintenance things that hadnt been completed like the closet doors in the second bedroom were completely off the track, & yes wasps were inside the apartment 🥴.Dead roaches were in the fridge and along the freezer door lining 🥴🥴. Which lets me know there might be an infestation hopefully not but Im afraid to move the fridge and stove to see what it looks like back there. Pest control has been by &🤞🏾Pool was green & chained off. Its clean now but still inaccessible. Gym is tiny & I havent been provided a code to get in so I guess I wont be going based on the other reviews. & yes the complex is a dog s*** storm. People are not picking up after their pets. I buy my own Poo bags though & pick up after my 2 but definitely be careful where you step.My mailbox key didnt work & I didnt get a new copy for two weeks. I had to have my mail held at the post office until then. The parking situation is wild. You register your car at move in, & they give you a guest code. However, thats for one guest only so dont host any family or friends because they will have to pay to park. At first I didnt believe it but confirmed with the office that guests have to pay to park 😮💨It sounds like theyve had multiple ownership & staff changes in a short amount of time & I do feel bad for that but I wish they would provide realistic expectations to the tenants with regard to maintenance & any other service requests. If you tell somebody youre going to get it done right away or by EOB when actually you need one to two weeks, Id rather you tell me upfront that this may take longer than expected or whatever.I do still have pending work orders open from the move in checklist. I had an immediate issue with my tub not draining that I was able to solve myself with a plunger and Liquid Heat and Im tempted to get on thumbtack for the other issues.🤷🏾♀️ Well see how everything goes.
It’s a real ghetto…..I needed a cheap apartment quickly so i did not expect a luxury one but I have no words….hahaThey give you an apartment did not even clean it after the previous tenants moved out…. Dirty walls, food stain everywhere, roaches, everything stained or broken, old, and not working, no hot water…You can’t go out to your porch because hornets attack you… trash everywhere around, dog crap, broken mailboxes and very bad looking people jumping in and out of the fences…buildings looks like they will collapse…Office peoples are fake, give you a welcome bag and make photo when you move in which is funny… hahaThey never come to process work orders…maintenance guy riding a golf cart around and pretends he is working…Don’t move here specially with kids and if you decide you will need a guard dog and a gun for sure….
The worst apartments ive lived in. And thats that ive lived in the Lincoln courts. I am a current resident and my ac has been out almost my WHOLE lease (going on my 7th month!!) my kitchen light has NEVER worked & there was a shortage in my whole electrically they never even bothered to come check even tho i reported it shocking me on the outlets. They are very overpriced for how little they treat their residents. Im so glad to get out of this lease in a couple months!! Back to the west side i go!!
I just recently moved to Texas and decided to go on a few apartment tours. I haven’t lived in an apartment in YEARS so was very skeptical. I came across Indigo and decided to give it a go. Spoke with Ledgin to set up a tour and was met with the most informative, knowledgeable, caring and kind leasing agent i’ve ever encountered. Made her aware of what i was looking for as i’m super picky. We set up a tour date. Ledgin is super passionate, determined, friendly, and communicative. Anyone who comes to Indigo while she’s around is gonna be in the best of hands. Highly highly recommend her as anyone’s leasing agent!!
After looking over the Google reviews, I was somewhat concerned. However, after meeting the new management and office staff, looking at the apartment and hearing about work they have been doing. I felt confident in moving here, Celena did an amazing job with the leasing process, answered all my questions, and came up with some I hadnt thought of. I was moving within 48 hours of applying, happy with my choice to call Indigo home.Edit: After being here 6 months, my dishwasher has never worked and AC stopped in September, the pools are disgusting, when approaching management all they can tell you is everything is broken everywhere and there 2 maintenance people for the entire complex. Then they recommend that you use your renters insurance to find temp housing HOWEVER the renters insurance they offer does not provide that option. I would not move here right now, not without a thorough inspection of your apartment, making sure all appliances function, and the acceptance that the office is there to put bodies in apartments and not overly concerned with repairs or tenant complaints. This is the owners not management, that are failing so be kind if youre already here and dealing with these issues.
Worst place ever . DO NOT MOVE HERE! This apartment complex change management every 3 weeks . They full of roaches and Moho. They never take maintenance orders. They do not have speed signs and our dog was run over in the complex . Total disaster this place!
I definitely recommend Mike technician at Indigo Apartments he did a fantastic job here installing water heater and fixing my AC he is an acid to this company and anyone is very lucky to have him on board in any apartment complex he was very efficient about everything that he was doing on time on point came back and told me everything that he did did a walk through and also told me that he would come back to make sure that I was satisfied with all the work that he did definitely recommend my for anyone in apartment complex
I’m so tired of apartment complexes that just don’t care!! I have one neighbor who I guess doesn’t have a trash can in their apartment because despite the 9 complaints I have made with pictures still leave trash outside their apartment door every day. But now I have had to deal with a raccoon in between my apartment and the upstairs apartment that I have had to get code compliance involved with and they said they fixed it yesterday and tonight it was back, but it didn’t stay long because my new neighbors upstairs got their keys and their child ran around for 2 hours! It sounded like a game of tag between 5 kids! OMG!!
My husband and I arrived at Indigo Apts very nice vibe & chilled atmosphere. When we walked in we were greeted very nicely & offered us coffee & snacks. We took a tour with Celena she was very informative, knowledgeable and assisted us very graciously. My husband is a Veteran.Took the Tour on a different apt that Celena showed us.Then what we actually got.We did our appreciation process. Be aware of what you end up with.It took sometime of having to wait for approval.Nightmare once we did get an apt roach’s everywhere we had to spend more$ to clean & spray. Not made ready now we are stuck and the outcome if you don’t like it leave that’s their response. Horrible experience. It’s listed as my favorite only cuz I live here not cuz it’s great. There’s homeless ppl around & migrants trying our doors jump fences. Dirty broken appliances, blinds, carpet, rooms, not painted, vents, holes, bathroom we had to clean, fix what we could.I do have plenty of pics.DONT MOVE HERE if you can avoid it.
I just deleted a scathing review I had put on here a while back. I actually wanted to update it but deleted it on accident. Its very humbling to step outside the box, do some research, and see things clearly. While people like myself are making assumptions and blaming the office employees for everything that goes on here its not them!!I cannot stress this enough! The entire staff has changed 4 xs in a year. Ashley also recently left. They are doing the best they can.Lets take our focus off of attacking them and lets focus on corporate.I also cant stress this enough.. the 5 stars are for the staff, the staff before them, and the folks before them too. The 5 stars are to say thank you for hanging in there while being up against a brick wall. Thank you for our current manager Justice who Ive seen first hand doing her best, keeping her chin up when most people would of quit already. My apologies for being sarcastic to any of you as well. Please hang in there. Also remember you can educate yourself on Texas rental rights. Follow the chain of command (The better Business bureau is where I start, in most cases theyll refer you to the department of health closest to you.)In my case a few years ago, the better Business bureau took it upon themselves to have the health department go out on a complaint even though I hadnt filed it yet. That was for something that was unlawful.Insist on talking to corporate if you can get them or let it fall on corporate by letting it all fall on them with just calmly following the chain of command. My Mom had the news come out on a complaint. Just make sure youve educated yourself so that youll be heard. Stay blessed 🙏
The staff at indigo Apartments were very nice and very forthcoming on the information when asked and also apartments are very spacious and would recommend going to these apartments The leasing agent was very welcoming, answered all the questions
We got roaches for 2 1/2 years and its just being fixed, when we lost hot water they incorrectly fixed it making it catch on fire. We have had no dishwasher for 2 months and had no oven for 2 weeks at one point.(Edit) lot has changed, most stuff works now
Kristy was so much help and she made the whole process simple and convenient for myself and my mom to get into the apartment!!
They have too many issues and Im fed up! Im patiently waiting for my lease to end so I can get the hell out of here. Anytime a problem arises they dont answer the phone! I shouldnt have to call 7 times to notify you that water is pouring into my apartment .
RENTER BEWARE!If you like being neglected by your complex, roach infestations, mold, ongoing water leaks, and for no one to ever return your calls, ... come live at Indigo! and pay a ton of money to live in mold and other health hazards! Our maintenance requests have always moved at a glacial pace. It takes an obscene amount of time for the most basic maintenance requests to be fixed, however weve reached a new precipice neglect from our complex. We have had our air conditioning unit leaking for OVER A MONTH now. The leak has spread into the kitchen, second bedroom, bathroom, and hallway. Its making my apartment reek of sulfur and my floor boards are peeling up. I am walking through a puddle of water every morning. Despite my copious amount of complaints, phone calls, and messages to the front office, we have only had someone come out twice. There seems to be a serious lack of caring on the apartments side about this issue. The first guy blew nitrogen into our air conditioning unit and said it was just clogged. He left the water all over the floor & did nothing else, nor show concern about the mold building up. He said ive seen worse. The floor is concrete so it shouldnt mold. However, the leak was never fixed and it continues to get worse. Mold is growing. I spent an additional 2 weeks calling the front office (because no one answers the phone) to have a person come to check out the leak. I had to take off of work early in order to make it to the office before they closed. This is the only way you can talk to someone.Despite my many trips to the office, copious amount of phone calls, and maintenance requests submitted, I am still waiting for someone to come and fix the leak as I write this. I dont understand why they seem to not care. Then because of all the damage caused by the leak, Im sure theyll want to blame it on us come time to move.So choose wisely when considering indigo as your next apartment. This is an edit to my original review. We have continued to have issues. More maintenance problems. Over the weekend our toilet broke, we called emergency maintenance. It has been three days and it is still broken. Another update our AC is still leaking. Do not rent these apartments.
My agent Celena is the absolute best. From the app to the signing of the lease was the most calming experience ever. Prompt and efficient. I am absolutely proud to say this is my New Home and am going to enjoy every minute of my life here I know it. The staff is amazing and helpful as well. Transition from one place to another is hard as it is but These amazing women are the absolute best. Thank you Indigo and thank you Celena very much 😇 5 stars
Do not live here! These apartments are roach infested and they do nothing to fix it! Their maintenance is horrible, they have a habit of canceling work orders without doing anything. I tried multiple times for them to fix my shower, they never did. There was a leak coming from the upstairs apartment into my bedroom, I had to make my husband go to the front office for them to actually fix it. Maintenance fixed the leak but did nothing for the soaking wet carpet or drywall. They also have ridiculous parking rules. We all registered our cars in their system, and they STILL TOWED MY HUSBAND’S car! And if you want to have friends over, they have to pay to park. Overall worst apartment I ever lived in!
Celena is a magical force! I have been blessed to work with her from starting the application process to getting settled into my apartment at Indigo Apartments. She puts a personal touch on the whole experience and has continuously made me feel heard and supported whether it be small or a large issue. She exceeds my expectations in taking care of business, and her cheerful and infectious personality adds something a little extra to making this really feel like home. Celena is rare find in the world of apartment hunting, and an irreplaceable person in the workings of making Indigo feel like everyone in the office truly cares about you being taken care of. Thank you Celena for all you do to go above and beyond to take care of me and other residents, you are appreciated and that deserves to be celebrated. Take a bow Celena, you deserve it !!!
Angel at Indigo was a rock star. He came in all positive vibes and knocked out my work orders quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable, thorough and ensured I had no other concerns at the time. other complexes fall short of exceptional service but Angel went above and beyond
I would definitely recommend anyone considering moving in here to have all conversations in person. And with the management if possible, avoid any direction to email, text, call because most if not ALL go unanswered. There seems to be a huge lack of communication, or everyone’s operating on their own time and leaving sticky notes for the manager that never get answered. Which is super inconvenient when your time and money is involved…It’s super unfortunate because the units I was shown were very nice as well as the area. It’s just the staff that made my move in impossible and now I’m struggling to get my refund or even a response through text, calls or emails. The only time I spoke to the manager was a call telling me I was approved and never heard from her again. But if you’re considering this place I still would recommend seeking her out to help with a move in to avoid everyone in office saying and doing things that differ from each other. As far as the people in office, Celena was a good help but again it’s best to just speak with management to avoid issues down the line. Seeing as everything has to be greenlighted by her anyways. Also make sure the unit they send your application in with is your actual unit/floor plan. Because I was told they would just put any unit and will change it later (never happened) so my application can be processed now. And that definitely came back around to bite me in my a**.Seeing as I repeatedly had to remind them my unit needed to be changed to the correct floor plan and was told okay or they would bring it up to the manager to change. This was weeks prior to my move in date and the day before my move in date I went in to double check everything and was told my floor plan was no longer available. After being told repeatedly I had that floor plan and my move in date was set. So even though I reached out an annoyingly amount of times to avoid me not getting the apartment I still ended up without my original floor plan/unit.So just a huge heads up and emphasis on “HAVING ALL CONVERSATIONS IN PERSON”. Or just avoid the possible hiccups and keep searching. Especially seeing as I am still currently trying to get any type of response about my refund.
Celena and Justice were super helpful and hardworking in trying to get us the perfect apartment and they did great. We love our apartment and the atmosphere of the whole complex with all of the trees and the nice pool. We had a few issues in the beginning with the corporate management company but Justice worked hard to get it resolved and we were able to get a great apartment. We are super thankful to Celena and Justice for their hard work!
Just wanted to leave a quick review and say to the new manager Thank you for taking the time you did with me . I saw you were running around with other things but sat down to talk to me about my concerns with move my son here. Its his first apartment and he wont be moving till later in the year but i wanted to make the right choice and you helped me tremendously.I will be back in the future because you helped me! Thank you.
I went and talked to Celina, she did an arrangement for me to move in the 8th, before my move in date I went like 3 times to the office to confirm my husband was added to the lease and to secure the payment the other lady did not help sending me home saying they will figured out. On Monday 8th the apartment was NOT ready and my husband was not in the lease mind they already had taken the money from us, the manager claimed the apartment was going to be ready which was another lie! we were waiting for 2 full days with no contact from them. They left us without a place and took our money... When I went to speak wit them the third day (apartment no ready, no contact with us) The manager yelled at me claiming it was spectrum fault since it was down. They are unprofessional, LOUD and MESSY. THE MANAGER AND THE EMPLOYEE wanted me to sign the lease first too.... awful experience no one should go through this.
If I could give a no star review I would. Terrible property management. After nearly 2 years of moving out from this place, Indigo reported debt that I was unaware of to a debt collector. Never once did Indigo attempt to reach out directly to myself to resolve the debt. They even had our new address on file. Also while we lived there the ceiling was mold and leaky. At one point there was a hole in the ceiling. Save your money and find somewhere else to live.
Worst place to live. They have new management every month. They keep all packages from you. Work order never get completed. They also steal money orders too
Came in for an appointment I made and was confirmed and front the lady I spoke to told me they take lunch at 12 . I took time out of work to meet this confirmed appointment. I asked about the possibly of doing a self guided tour as the website stated and they said no they have never heard about it . First impression was staff is rude and did not make me feel welcomed. Was really looking to rent here and everything I seen from pictures online looked like a place I’d like to live in but if this is how the staff treats a potential tenant I can’t imagine how the tenants are treated .Not a professional way to handle a conflict of schedule. Or even try to get me rescheduled
5 Stars for Mrs. Star. Had an awesome experience at the open house. Was greeted by office staff as soon as we arrived. We were given the attention we needed and given a tour thru 3 apartments and after choosing the apartment we liked Mrs Star made things happen for us quickly. With in 48 hours we got the call and got the exact apartment we wanted. Was communicated with throughout the whole process and never felt like I was waiting to hear from the apartments. On a personal note. Star has such a bubbly personality and has a good way with making you feel like she is taking your experience personal. We laughed, she introduced me to things going on in the community and she made my girlfriend feel at home. Apartment was clean upon arrival and she even checked in with me several times after the move in making us feel like it wasnt just about the sale! On top of that the apartments had a special going on and honored that special so all and all you cant beat these services !!thank you
I lived in this complex for almost four years and in that time, i lived under three different management companies. the first was leaving as i was joining so no comment there. the second was responsible for increasingly terrible maintenance on the complex, including not getting fire extinguishers inspected, very long wait times on mediocre repairs, zero pest control (had a roach issue for the last year and a half) and general facility issues across the complex. the newest company seems to be trying to fix the mistakes of the previous, but they didnt inform residents when the mailboxes got broken and all their mail was no longer getting delivered, and moving out was a painful process because of their inconsistent messaging on policies. when i have tried to ask questions or point out problems i get treated like im being a problem or causing a scene. tread with caution if youre going to move in here, the buildings themselves are old and need a lot of repairs and the management doesnt seem to want speaking up.
I was interested in getting an apartment here and scheduled a tour. Was brought across the street to see an old run down unit that had dead cockroaches, cabinets from the 70s, poor space, no electricity and just a generally motel like 1 bedroom apartment. The price was 1090$ a month. I couldnt imagine anyone wanting to live there and it felt like an insult as if i wasnt worth being presented a good unit to look at. It would have been a better option to tell me to take a virtual tour and that there were no units available. If this is the management that you have to deal with to live here id advise looking across the street at the nicer models with agents that actually want to sell something. It was like going to a dine in only to be presented with day old mcdonalds mcdoubles. I was pretty interested in living here and now i would rather tell no one to live here.Psa, you have to pay for parking here if you have a visitor! These super cheap run down apartments CHARGE PEOPLE for parking so i hope you dont have family :)
I don’t usually do reviews, especially where I live. But today my ac stopped working. I called the emergency hotline, Vince was at my apartment within an hour, and had everything back up to parr in no time. Give that man a raise Fr!
EDIT TO UPDATE (04/17/2024): Ive been here a couple months and want to share all the things my leasing agent failed to show/tell me on my tour. All gates are still broken. All pools are closed (and have been for a very long time based on other reviews). The dog park is in disrepair, as is the tennis court. The laundry room has a missing window unit, so there is a gaping hole open to the outside. There is damage to the ceiling and the wall near the door to the laundry room that has been there since I moved here in January. Most of the mailboxes are damaged; many mailboxes do not have covers at all and are completely open for anybody. The complex has given everyone one week notice to remove all window units in apartments throughout the property. In the notice, they acknowledge that some window units were provided by Indigo and will be removed by maintenance. The notice says that they are working to get all ACs functional, but shouldnt that work be done before requiring residents to remove their window units? We are entering the hottest part of the year, temperatures are already reaching the 90s. Based on the issued listed above and below, I recommend any other apartment complex over this one.Original Review:I didnt take other reviews seriously enough and now I am literally paying the price. I was lied to about the leasing promo and was overcharged prorated rent due to management error. My unit was dirty at move-in. I was unsure if new paint had even been applied until I found they painted over dust and dead bugs.I got keys to my apartment on Jan. 22 and still havent received a mailbox key. Now I am being charged $100 for two days of electricity before it was switched to my name, yet CPS shows that my unit is averaging $1.52 per day. There were many bad reviews saying that the AC units dont function properly and I believe that to be true based on the number of window units I see on property. My AC seems to work, but only the summertime will tell. I was told that my unit would have either black or stainless steel appliances, but my appliances are old and a dingy yellow color. The countertops are a hideous fake granite sort of contact paper. The windowsills and baseboards of my unit were badly damaged. You would think I live in cheap housing, yet my rent is over $1,300/month. Like others have pointed out, the gates are broken, the pool is dirty and not available to residents. The only reason I give one star is that the maintenance technician has been helpful and friendly. I wanted to trust my leasing agent, but the office is obviously poorly managed. I have had to fork over hundreds more than was expected, and the manager is never available to take questions or concerns. This is the worst property I have ever lived at and I have had my keys for literally ten days. Please look elsewhere for your home.
If you ve ever been in a nice apartment complex with horrible service where they treat you more like an inmate then a renter you know that customer service can play a huge variant on if place is good or bad. Celena made me feel comfortable moving into here. Personable , polite, and a great positive attitude. Now for the homes, like we all know size matters, these apartments are massive and for the price it’s a steal! I haven’t moved in just yet but I am confident that if there are issues, the staff will come up with solutions not excuses. This rating will stay a strong 5 unless something changes.I hope you make this a contender in your apartment search and come down and take a look, ask for Celena.
Im Elizabeth Garza apt:4104. First time I enter the office, Rosie the leasing agent came up to me welcoming me to the complex. Now I stop by the ofc & have the delicious coffee. All staffs are amazing give them 10 stars. I feel at home..
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE PLACE management ignores work orders, calls and emails. My sister is 3 months pregnant and SICK there is black mold in her apartment and all the office has to stay is “email the manager” who never answers. My sister has 2 young children ages 1 and 4 as well and they have been terribly sick after finding mold and this complex has did nothing!!
I have been trying to get ahold of this leasing office for a week. First I drove 30 minutes to tour an apartment and was told to come back later that week. I scheduled the tour through the link the lady sent me and when I get there she said she wasn’t giving tours that day, even though I confirmed it! She then told me she would send me a video of the apartment and never did. I applied for my apartment a week ago based on the online tour and have tried calling multiple times and get no answer. Based on everything I’ve seen they’re roach infested and this management does nothing for the tenants. At this point they have scammed me out of $200 and wasted my time. Do better this is unacceptable!
Omg I just love my new home at indigo apartment celena has become my new beauty I soooo love her she has the right attitude for the job and goes above and beyond for u .I just love her she gets it done
DO NOT rent here!!! I will start with this… doesn’t matter how many times new management has come in they should be professional enough to have compassion and true concern for their tenants. All they care about is collecting rent. My AC has been broken for over a month never looked at until yesterday. Result… nothing was done. I had my ice maker broken and leaked into my living room just for them to come tape (box tape at that) YES I said tape the pipe that is leaking. Only for it to untape and another leak. I was told it was just a temporary fix after I went back to complain again. The maintenance guy that did it yesterday did not tell me that he said he was done! I’ve had a water heater that was suppose to be fixed and NOTHING. I had a hole in my ceiling in my storage unit for over a month and we are still waiting on a contractor. Both my daughters live here.. sadly I referred them. My daughter has had a light fixture dangling by wires that has not been fixed because it’s not urgent. The fact that I have done all my work orders and been as patient as can be to be dismissed is ridiculous. I went in today to speak to management and I will say professional was not in her vocabulary. She showed no compassion and did not try and defuse the situation. Her response was ROME wasn’t built in a day and they have 400 units they are trying to tend to and do not have enough staff. So sad at the response and how she handled herself. Her assistant is much more professional.I did tell her she should move me into an apartment that was completely new with no problems and her response was… I can do that but it’s gonna cost more …. Of course it is.Again DO NOT rent here. I am going to report this in every way I can.
The Management sucks in my opinion, They are unfair & there has been new leasing agents every few weeks or so, so they clearly do not have a stable Management there. Weve experienced a unfair situation with them, and the manager was to handle it. When I got in contact with her I was told it would be taken care of next day . The next day the manager wasnt there and we had to take care of the situation immediately,& with her knowing the seriousness of the situation. The manager is supposed to be at the office at 9 am, and 2 hours later still she hasnt arrived. This was a negative and unfair situation!!
Big shout out to Vincent A maintenance man working at indigo that was able to restore my electricity after an extremely bad water leak from above that Had destroyed my electrical box also a thanks to Juan Who repaired My inside wall From the Leak and also, thanks to Augustine, who also was helpful in Communications
They told me one price for the rent, then changed it after I moved in, they told me they would fix it. Then try to evict me, I suggest never moving into any of the apartments owned by this company.. they will scam you
My son and daughter in law have been renting there for a year and and about to renew their lease but are now undecided. They stove and dishwasher has not worked since day one and now there water heater busted and water went all over their patio destroying some of their things. Everytime they call maintenance no one ever shows up.their intentions were to stay there for awhile because they really like the area but they never get thingsfixed. There has been a leak in there bedroom ceiling.Very Disappointed!Theres been a leak in the ceiling of there 2.n
Our water had been out for a week due to the pipe bursting. But Mario from the maintenance team was real quick to fix it all up. He checked our pipes and fixed our water pipes from the sinks and tub. He put new parts in as well. Really appreciate the time he took to help us out.
This is the first time I have ever felt the need to leave a review just because I have had a terrible experience from my first day here. When I first moved in they had just painted the apartment, literally on my move in date. The apartment was messy and had paint residue everywhere. They left the smoke detectors and anything that went onto the walls detached and when I contacted management they said they would have someone look at it and they never did. We had an issue with a leak that I did call the office multiple times for, yet it went unfixed for an entire month and wasn’t looked at until the kitchen flooded and started leaking into the neighbors apartment. They also had my car towed with no warning. You will also have to constantly live with roaches and ants. Also their AC units are completely covered in mold and they will not do anything about it. I strongly recommend to find an apartment elsewhere.
DO NOT RENT HERE,I have been here for 2 years and they have changed personnel about 4 times, including manager and maintenance. It turns out that I have been having problems with the air conditioning for a long time. First, the compressor was damaged, then the entire AC. This took more than 2 months to repair. It turns out that now Im going to use the heating it doesnt work its cold and this is the second work order that I put in the system and they havent done anything Attention they are not interested and when they talk to you they tell you that they are going to do something and they dont do anything, call the city and the city did not help me at all alone, without telling him about other things in rainy weather water gets into the kitchen and it turns out that if you place the order you have to wait for them to have a sufficient number of similar orders to call a subcontractor so you can fix something that you already paid for with your rent payment, I tell them dont RENT HERE ITS THE WORST SERVICE
I have been looking for apartments for a while and I took a tour here with Star, she was absolutely amazing she gave me a toured showed me all my options and offered to do what she could to get me in unfortunately the process was a little out of my budget for a one bedroom Im really trying to stay near 900 not over 1000 but if anything changes I will be back I loved the stainless steal appliances and how big the property is! If my situation changes I will definitely be bac!
I am just waiting for my lease to end so I can leave. Please look for somewhere else to live. The ac units are always out. It’s been 2 months since I submitted my work order, I followed up in person multiple times and it’s always that they are behind on work orders. Your mail is not always safe. The gates are broken. The pool hasn’t been available in over 8 months.
DO NOT RENT HERE, My daughters AC has been out for almost 3 weeks now and we have called and spoke with everyone possible and they tell us she is scheduled for someone to go and look at it September 23rd, still another 10 days. A whole month without AC in this Texas heat! The manager wont even give us a number to corporate. We had to pretend to be interested in renting an apartment for someone to call us back but even after they called back nothing was resolved. One person says they dont have a licensed AC technician and then the manager gets on the phone and says they do. We have already called the news to see if they can help us, I hope this helps my daughter and all the other tenants that are going through the same problem with their AC
New to this apartment complex and have been welcomed by the office staff like family. Today we attended the Easter event and my whole family was impressed. Special shout out to Ms. Star - hostess with the mostest!! We can’t wait for next months event!!!
I took my time to leave this comment, very bad experience here in this apartment, very bad in everything, I have been living here for 7 months but it was not the time I canceled my contract, I cant stand the plague of cockroaches here, they dont pay attention to the things they They happen in the apartment, he said about the air, its true. The comments here dont care if youre without air, they only need the rent money. I spent 2 months without air conditioning and they fixed it after 2 months because I had to go to the city of In the same way, they dont help you with anything, they just open the air and clean and thats all, they dont make sure that its working properly. I dont recommend it, apart from the stench that exists here, when the month comes, if you dont pay on the 1st of the month. month he is leaving you a paper that if you do not pay the rent before 30 days they will evict you and they will go to court even if you pay after the first of the month bad security they also stole 2 cars they went to tell the office that they could show cameras to help with the police they didnt listen to them and said they were going to check it later they never did they pay more attention to the new people who get a contract than the people who already live here in this unit I am disappointed I have never had so much bad experience like this apartment
Star made this whole experience so easy from working with Erin from thrive to getting me and my daughter housed as quickly as she could all in all would recommend Star and Indigo to anyone whose looking! Great energy, great service great apartments definitely love living here! Thanks again Star!
I love the new management team!Justice and Ashley along with the girls up front Rose and Selena have been doing their best to fix things in my apartment that have not been fixed since I moved in.
Expect to move in with roaches. They live in the fridge, freezer, pantry, kitchen counters, and cupboards. A/C goes out in the summer and get in line bc everyone elses is out too, so have a window unit or two handy when u move in. Ive been living here a year, only bc I cant get out of my lease. With that said, the pool and gym have never been accessible or functioning. Long story short... its been a nightmare living here. Space is great but eating with roaches is not so much!!Im always sick and suspect that it is bc there is mold. My allergies get so bad at the end of the day when Im laying in bed in my bedroom. Hence, not outside in the elements. However you cant really be sure unless you test for it yourself, which i am tempted to do.This place sadly deserves negative stars. It is literally a health hazard to live in these conditions. With the pest infestation and toxic air.. Im sure there is a tenant law that could legally get me out of this lease, but management is not interested in any complaints, compromise, or civil remedies. I pay them to keep me miserable and sick is the bottom line. Save yourselves, your family, your money, time, and health! If I get a response from the management here about my review it would be a joke. Please do not send me any apologies about my review with your fake sympathies. If you are truly sorry, you would let me out of my lease. Ive paid the roaches rent on time for 12 months.. this place is disgusting!! This place was never move in ready and no one ever cared about my living conditions for a year. Therefore, now is not the time for your sorries.Picture opening your refrigerator with roaches crawling on your food. Preparing food on the counter with roaches crawling over ur cooking spoons. Roaches on your stove and inside the microwave. Crawling on your bread, clean dishes, inside your utensil drawer..for a whole year!! Also dead roaches inside your freezer. Then more coming out in the summer PLUS ants when your AC goes out in the summer and you have to sleep with the windows open to get air but you cant sleep because your afraid that the big outdoor roaches will come and crawl on you while you sleep.. so you dont get any sleep...the list goes on and on.TOTAL NIGHTMARE
I had a great time with Celina she’s great and very help for my mom rekeshia brought me in today and Celina was awesome
You do not want to live here. When we first moved in, it was obvious our unit had not been properly cleaned. There were also a lot of cosmetic deficiencies: a lot of the vertical blinds were broken at the bottom, there was paint splattered on the floor and other fixtures, there were stains on the sink countertops, and small holes in places in the walls.Within the first two months of living here we started to encounter other bigger maintenance issues: a leak in our bedroom from a vent, a sparking stove-top, and breakers that kept tripping. Weve had maintenance requests in for months, with repeated promises of well get to it tomorrow! with no follow-up. We even had one maintenance request closed even though they hadnt finished the job. Our unit has plenty of unsealed crevices and floor-to-wall junctures and so weve seen our fair share of cockroaches. With the current heat wave, theyve said they will only address AC and emergency maintenance requests for now, but then its not like they addressed them before so what was the excuse then?As for the community, there are plenty of other issues there. The pool has been closed for almost a month now. The email they sent regarding this had a tone of trying to put the blame squarely on the residents, when in reality the pools were lacking safety equipment and were in such poor condition that the city shut them down. The dog waste bins dont get emptied enough and are often overflowing with bags. There arent nearly enough dog waste bag stations, and the ones we do have are often empty. The fence around the dog park is not sturdy; there is a hole on one side thats been patched up with a large rock and the gate itself is dinged up. And of course, there is dog feces everywhere. The tennis court doesnt have a net setup and hasnt had it for at least the past 5 months. Our mailbox has been broken into. Multiple mailboxes through the complex have been repeatedly broken into. Weve had package theft from our doorstep. The only way to safely and reliably receive a package is now gone from us; they will no longer accept packages at the office.Recently they had a complete turnover of the staff so now theyre trying to do better. Theyve repaired the walk-in gates, but the drive in gates are still broken and wide open so that just makes no sense. Theyve implemented an online parking permit system. The email they sent said its to fix our parking problem; Ive never had a problem finding parking so that feels disingenuous. They bought umbrellas for the pool that we cant use. I wish they would address something that actually mattered. There are plenty of cheaper apartment complexes out there for the amount of issues weve had to deal with. If it wasnt obvious, I do not recommend living here.
Weve been here for a year and just renewed our lease. Which we could of found something but was unable to too at the last minute. Our apartment had new upgrades but what we didnt know was that the outlet boxes werent installed in the walls, they were all the ground. Which is very dangerous! Just image if there was a water leak around the dishwasher and stove........fire! For months/weeks I emailed the manger and called to get it done. So this week the work was completed but not completed the way it should be. It felt like the job was rushed and wanted to just shut me up! Maintenance would enter my apartment without notifying me or leaving a paper. Again we have to live here for another year and I know its apartment living and things dont always get down in a hurry but this place is the worse. There is always trash around, looks like their porter or crew dont pick up grounds, there are nails through out this place where Ive had to fixed 2 flat tires due to the crew not cleaning up the nails. On a happy note the leasing agents are helpful and nice. Hopefully things will get better with this new crew.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! DO NOT get an apartment here. Management is so unorganized I went the entire summer without a working A/C, dealing with roaches daily, had water leaks in the bedroom and living room and all management says is “there’s other more important issues” there’s better apartments for a better price DO NOT STAY HERE getting out once lease expires.
Miss Jenifer and the whole staff are polite and quick when work needs to be done on your unit
I have been living here for a little over a year and can say that the maintenance team has gotten so much better with the new men they have employed. I put in a maintenance request late Tuesday night and Johnny came out the next day and addressed all the issues I was having, some of which were overlooked when I first moved in. He was very professional and courteous. He took his time, let me know when he was done and even cleaned up the inside of the dishwasher to remove all the rest of the mess that was in the bottom. This is a big improvement from the others that would either half way fix things or wouldnt fix them at all, but still close the work orders.
The office staff has continued to exceed my expectations over and over again. Any time I have had an issue or a concern, they have not hesitated to find a solution. I’ve worked with Tavyn, Elvia, Corey and Lauren and I have received consistent and exceptional service! They are making many improvements around the complex and I am happy to call Indigo home.
Celena and Rose are absolutely amazing! They have always been very helpful and make sure I’m taken care of, good job ladies!!
I have had some of the worst experiences at these apartments. Between signing the lease for an apartment and moving in, they changed the apartment that I was supposed to be in without letting me know or changing the lease agreement. The apartment that they put me in had not been cleaned, had a leaky refrigerator, dishwasher, sparking oven, smoke detectors that didnt work, broken doors, lights that were missing, and a slew of smaller issues. After filling out the move in document with everything, they send an email stating it is my responsibility to put in work orders for these, and many are my responsibility to fix. It took them two months to fix the washer, four months for the oven, and the refrigerator is still leaking. The apartment complex itself has its own issues. There is dog fecal matter everywhere, including on some of the walkways. The laundromat always has broken machines if some of them are even working. Many of the buildings have ants, which they dont fix even if they know they have the issue. The ants are in in laundromat as well as the parking lot outside of it. I found them in my car after leaving it in that parking lot overnight. The front gate is broken, and there have been car break-ins.Stay away from this place.
Management here is terrible. Been in these apartments since February and management still has not fixed the mail boxes. They blam the post office. They are rude and will call the cops on you when you request answers. Maintenance is a joke. Waterlines are always breaking and leaking into the apartments. This place is a disgrace. I called their corporate number and the mail boxes are all full. Can’t wait for my lease to be done so I can move.
Ashley the assistant manager and Karen the property manager worked with me when I was struggling. I was able to continue to live here and I am loving every second of it.They are both genuinely nice and humble.
They always have an excuse for everything but no solution. Theft is a major problem here, my car has been broken into 3 times sadly. Work orders are AWAYS MONTHS BEHIND and they give no updates or accommodations. OH cant forget all work orders are half ssaed! Dog poop everywhere. Wasp Nests are on almost every building along with spiders and roaches INSIDE smh. Overall, DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS IT IS YOUR VERY LAST RESORT.PS, VERY OVERPRICED.
I would give this place negative stars if that was an option. My mother has been without AC twice now since the summer started. For days to weeks at a time. Both times she continues to get the run around and no answers. No one takes any accountability or responsibility. The sad thing is the office staff admits over 80 apartments are without AC. They offer no alternative to assist the residents. Mean while I am sure they all go home to AC. Not only is this not humane, it’s against the law. I have outreached to the city, to the BBB and news stations regarding this absolutely deplorable place. It goes beyond the AC issues too. Do yourself a favor, I don’t care what they tell you or promise you DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!
Lived there for 4/5 years. My apartment had its issues but maintenance was always prompt. My unit was spacious. Close to everything. They changed management 2 times while I was there. But that worked out ok. Never had a problem from either mang. Firm. From my experience if you have to live in an apartment it was a fine.
I do not live here. However, my first impression of Starr is 5 star. She is compassionate and empathetic to me and was able to point me in a direction to something a little better suited for my budget. She is a bright light.
I have lived in three different floor plans in the complex, all spacious and modern in feel. The maintenance crew comes in clutch anytime I’ve had an issue and the front desk staff has always been accommodating with move times, needs, and third parties (washer/dryer). They worked with me to always get me on a first floor for my disabilities and deliveries. It’s a great place to live.
I would definitely NOT recommend living here. In the last month the water has been shut off 3 times without notice and has been off for more than 4 hours. When I asked the office when the water would be back the of course they didnt have any clue like they usually dont. Meanwhile all of maintenance was in the office screwing around and not doing real work like trying to get the water back on. The light fixture in one of my restrooms was broken for a total of 6 months on 2 separate occasions. Maintenance people would come in , look at it,take a picture and just leave. Id have to constantly go to the office and inquire about my request only to find out that they didnt have it anymore because they had switched companies. The office staff doesnt care about you. You need to talk to the property manager to MAYBE get some sort of resolution. Some of the positive ratings and reviews on here are from the management team-go figure. You can live in a nice place for what theyre charging to live here. Im with everyone thats saying to run dont walk- away from this place. Its getting really bad here.
I am a resident and I have been here one year, I renewed my lease, which I wish I hadn’t. Now I have to wait but that’s okay. This is an apartment complex that is pet friendly, but one day that my fur baby was barking nonstop and I wasn’t home when she barked for a few hours, neighbors decided to complain, which is understandable. Now the management office send me a message that wasn’t so friendly, it was missing good customer service. I say this because this was the first time she did this in the year that I been here. Instead of showing some concerned and empathy and letting me know if I was aware that she had been barking when I wasn’t home. My fur baby Bella could have been going through something since she never does this, Instead I get a an email to control my dog and not disturb my neighbors. Also, I’m one of the few residents that pick up after my pet, an issue they need to enforce more. If you have pets find a management apartment complex that will be more considerate and if your a person that doesn’t want to hear dogs barking maybe a better option is to move to a place that doesn’t allow dogs.
I completely regret moving here, if youre looking for apartments, dont rent here! I went to pick up my keys on move in day, and the manager had no idea who I was. He informed me that my apartment was not ready to move in to. We went to check out the apartment together and absolutely nothing had been done since the first day I was showed the apartment. The carpets were still dirty, vinyl had not been replaced, it was a mess. That should have been a warning sign for me NOT to move in, but I had already signed the lease. The communication with office staff is horrible. I called to ask when the dryers in the laundry mat would be fixed, they lied and said they had people coming out to fix it that day.. Two weeks later the dryers were still broken. Now, only one washer and dryer works in the laundry mat, and they have not even attempted to fix it. These people really do not care about their residents, and it is so evident in everything that they do. Any time you ask them about anything, they will LIE just to get your off the phone or out of the office. They hardly ever answer the phone. They state the are doing millions of dollars of renovations, well you can hardly tell. After replacing the windows, I still have no windowsills, or frames around my windows.. I could go on and on, but hopefully this review will stop anyone from moving into this horrible complex.
Update: Ever since they hired the new employees and promoted one person to assistant manager the complex has improved greatly! The complex has been cleaner, more quiet, and more friendly. Youve changed my mind. Keep up the good work.Unfortunately, Indigo is not how it advertises itself. It says a gated community even though the gates have not been closed to the public since before February. Also your personal belongings are not safe here. The mailboxes get broken into frequently. Closing the gates may help this but well never know since they wont close the gates. It also takes about 2 months to get any work order to be fixed and if they do come in and fix it be prepared to board your pets as they will mistreat them. Moral of the story: unless something changes, dont live here unless you have no pets and are okay with have a Post Office box in order to protect yourself. This all makes very upset to post as I love my unit and like my neighbors but if nothing changes Ill have to move out when my lease expired for my own safety
These apartment sucked when I moved in and they suck now. I honestly thought management was getting way better but I guess not. I called on my broken handle for my sliding back door a week ago and apparently a work order has been put it but no one has came. Its very frustrating to get open and close my screen door without a damn handle to use. Also my AC has been out 3 days, I called yesterday to have someone come fix it and no one has came to fix it. It is 85 degrees outside and which isnt that hot if you have a working AC. I have had an issue with my water since I moved in and all the apartments say is theres nothing that can be done about it! I had a maintenance come nail in the boards to my window sill since they came off and it took them like 2 weeks, they hammered the nails in then the 3rd one wouldnt go in so they said they would come in the next day with the drill and never came back and this is 1 1/2 later and the nail is still sticking out. If youre looking to move in here, please dont. The reviews you read arent lying! The good ones are honestly probably from management themselves. Runaway and save yourself from this horrific place youre suppose to call a home! Will NOT be renewing here because they suck. If this was the only place on earth to live Id still choose to live on the streets because thats how bad these apartments suck!
WORST choice I made this year was moving into these apartments. It has been one issue after another. When I originally went to look at the apartments I noticed the windows had been replaced, and all the trim work was torn out. I was Assured that it would be fixed and ready in the two weeks before I moved in. Moving day comes and guess what? Its still torn out. I didnt have much choice but to roll with it. Two months pass of me calling and going in every week to see when its going to be completed so I can know when to crate my dog, and nothing. Until about two weeks ago, the left a notice on our door that maintenance was being done so please have all pets crated. would have been great if they would have put the notice on the door the day they made them, not so great to put it on the door the morning of said date after my partner and I were already gone for the day. Not only did I have to come rearrange my schedule to come home and crate the dog. All that was done was removing the blinds and taking down old drywall. It has been three weeks and they have not sent anyone in to finish the job, nor have they made attempts to cover the windows. After two days of waiting for them to come finish I ended up taping paper over the windows, in case your not aware when you have no blinds and everyone can see straight through your apartment you feel unsafe and completely venerable. Every time I call or go to the office I get the same response that they will contact me to follow up. They never do. Communication at this complex is horrible. We arent even completely three months into our lease and I regret ever signing it. So after speaking with the property manager in person about the whole window situation, and her telling me that she would contact corporate to make sure it was handled and if I had any more issues to email her directly. Well several days later it rained all night, apparently there is a leek somewhere on the exterior and our kitchen was flooded. so I emailed her directly and included pictures of the water and where it was coming from. It has been a week and still no response.Ive also seen a several roaches on occasion.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING JUST MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE WORTH YOUR MONEY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ADMIN IN OFFICE AND ROACH INFESTATION PLEASE PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THE REVIEWS ARE NOT LYING AFTER ONLY LIVING HERE A WEEK I WILL BE BREAKING MY LEASE💯‼️
I currently live here and my lease will be up soon, I’m only giving this one star due to the fact that rent is pricey and my unit is small. I’ve been living here since 2021 and to be honest overall it’s pretty okay. You could find better and cheaper tho.
Worst apartment experience ever ! Save your money and go else where it is NOT worth it ! New management is HORRIBLE very rude and no help at all .
Me and my wife had been having problems with our air conditioning (which is super old, the unit and the thermostat are very outdated) and the maintenance crew has had to come out close to 10 times, and even now, July, 10, 2021, our ac unit is blowing no air, so the issue remains unresolved. When we first moved in on ___ 2021, we could tell it was gonna be a “not so good” place to stay because you can see that all the buildings are so old and there were dead leaves and weeds all over the complex, there were so many leaves in front of the leasing office and I’m just thinking “do they not have people to clean the complex?”. When we moved in to our apartment, we had very little to no cold air at all as temperatures outside were in the high 80s low 90s, I had to buy 2 plug in fans because the ceiling fans are very slow and made no difference whether they were on or off. For 6 and a half weeks we had to endure the heat with no ac and the many times that the maintenance crew came out, all they did was flip the breaker back and forth, and told us we were good (we never were good). When they finally figured out the problem with the unit (apparently it needed a new fan) they replaced the fan and the ac was finally working properly, and that lasted about two weeks until the maintenance guy told us that we can’t have it below 72 or else the pipe freezes on the unit (it freezes within 2 hours of having the ac on and when it’s frozen, the ac doesn’t blow cold air anymore). So it is now Saturday, July 10 2021 and nobody has come out to take a look at our ac unit which is blowing absolutely no air at all, we asked them to come out on Monday, they said they don’t send maintenance out when it rains (it was drizzling that morning, and then just cloudy with no rain all day) and then it rained all week. The Manager, Barbara is very dismissive and not helpful whatsoever as opposed to Kristi. Barbara has a very obvious fake friendly tone but you can easily see she does not want to talk to you. When we had moved in they told us that they didn’t have a mail key yet and that they’re cutting us a new one and they’ll let us know when it’s ready. Where I’m from they cut keys in minutes maybe seconds. At indigo apartments it takes 7 weeks. The apartments that they advertise online are very nice but most of them do not look as good and they’re appliances are so old. We have met many ppl here and have been to their apartments and have yet to see a Master bedroom walk in closet like the one advertised on the website. They’re pools are filthy most of the time and I think they’re only cleaned when they expect new residents moving in, and they only clean the front pool, the 2nd pool toward the back of the complex remains infested with bugs and littered with leaves and dirt all over the pool floor. There are water shut offs every other week. Many reviews tell you that the staff is friendly, which is true, but I’d rather have a staff that not only is willing to help but actually does. Not saying that the staff does absolutely nothing but there’s no urgency. You can just feel that they don’t genuinely care about their residents. A lot of their energy seems to be focused on planning these “painting days” or “ free pizza days” or “ice cream socials” and “food trucks” and arts and crafts to try and involve the community while the community is having real problems such as no cold air in the middle of July. They should focus their energy on hiring better apartment cleaners and painters because when me and my wife moved in, they had done a horrible paint job in the kitchen. They left their trash in the top shelf of on of the cupboards and just painted over it, so when I moved the trash and threw it away, the outlines of the trash remain unpainted (they use a spray paint machine to paint, not paintbrushes). They spray painted over the garbage disposal under the sink, and sprayed over the plug (which they just left plugged in) and they spray painted the disposal itself. Also we noticed our they threw trash in the disposal, which caused it to clog and flood the sink
My review conveniently got deleted the first time but for a short recap my experience here was awful, my interactions with Barbara in particular were unfavorable. Maintenance requests mostly went ignored, when I would contact the office for further information regarding the requests I was told that maintenance came and reviewed the issue at hand and there was no maintenance assistance needed, confirmed with Barbara what date this was supposedly done, and found that they quite literally lied on documentation stating that they came to my apartment and no one came or even called me on that date, Barbara told me that they do that per routine if a request is open too long, however I requested an email stating this information and detailing that my request was not actually resolved like it was stated, but Barbara never followed through on her word to get this to me. I filed a request several times to have two leaks fixed in my unit but that was NEVER addressed. I personally recommend that you record and save and document every interaction you have because they will try to scam you and say you didn’t do something or you didn’t pay something so that they can get extra money out of you. They have tried this with me when I moved out claiming that I never returned my keys, when I informed them that I took a video on my cell phone of me putting the keys in the lock box, suddenly there was no further issue. That aside the complex is not necessarily safe either, police and ambulances visit weekly, the gates is always broken, homeless people roam about, there is trash constantly overflowing, and occasionally automobile break-ins.

As someone whos job is establishing relationships within business to business and handling customer service issues on a daily basis this business is absolutely terrible. I hate to leave one star as I am someone who never complains and am all about providing feedback to the source; but I am positive if this has happened to me its happened before and will happen again and if I can save anyone time and money I am willing to do that. Do not move here. Absolutely the worse experience of my life and has affected me since. Prior to moving here I lived in an older apartment complex (Fountain Head Apartments) so I am used to having an older apartment and actually prefer it as long as the property is well kept and the staff provides wonderful service. I moved into this apartment on 4/7/17. The day prior to my move in I was contacted by an agent and told that my apartment was not ready, a few minor things were not done but that I could still move in. I arrived with my movers the following day to find an old stove and dish washer in front of my front door as well as someone from maintenance still painting who told me that they were working on my apartment until midnight the night before. It smelled of strong paint fumes, there was paint all over my cabinets and floors and on top of that impossible to breathe without the windows open. My movers start to move my things in only to find numerous nuts and bolts in the carpet throughout the apartment, old boxes from the previous tenant in the storage unit and a patio that looked as if it would fall to pieces at any minute. Completely unlivable space and I cant believe theyd allow a tenant to move in here. On top of that there were pests throughout the apartment and about 10 roaches that crawled out of a light fixture in the kitchen and poop all over the bottom of my toilet seat. I had to find a new apartment because they would not honor the price of my rent to move me into a new unit after this was a terrible error that they made after the leasing agent who assisted me went on vacation. After I moved out I was NOT ONCE contacted to follow-up or notified of any dates that Id receive my refund check or just as a courtesy to follow-up. It took sending their office 2 emails and then contacting their corporate location in Dallas for the office manager to even call me back. When I moved into my new apartment I still had roaches that had crawled into multiple boxes from that disgusting apartment, terrible, terrible terrible! Again, if I can save anyone a headache from having to deal with poor customer service, I am willing to do that. Customer service is the most essential element when running and maintaining any kind of business, especially peoples living situations.
My air conditioning has been broken for over 3 weeks. Ive called so many times and I keep getting told maintenance will be notified. Nobody has even come to look at it yet. The apartment is barely livable. Everything is falling apart, theres never anywhere to park, and one of the gates to come in and out of the parking lot has been broken for 2 months. These are slums.
This complex was so frustrating to live at. Building quality is very poor to the point that I was spending $247-310/mo during the summer months on AC/electricity and I still couldnt keep my 900sq ft apartment under 80 degrees. Lighting, plumbing, and the AC unit broke on a regular basis. Nail heads stuck up through the carpet. Floor was bowed and sagged. The stairs up to my 2nd story apt was incredibly unsafe and shook, wobbled, and bowed.Another fun note. I resided in a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment. The 2nd bedroom didnt even have a door. I requested to have one put in for privacy. I was promised in writing that a door would be installed since that was shown in the model. After about a month of waiting, I asked again. I was told that they never received that request and that it cant be done. Whether the door could be installed or not, I want to note that this is yet another example of inconsistency. In the 2 years I lived here, the front gate only worked about 10% of the time. It stayed forced open 90% of the time since it was broken.Office concerns: The office, despite clearing me of future costs upon moving out, tried sending me to collections claiming that I never provided a security deposit. I provided bank statements and certified mail receipts but they fought me on it anyways. Office staff lost paperwork on a regular basis.Im so glad to be away from this place. For your sake, please do not live here. If you do, make sure to document EVERYTHING and be ready to call a lawyer. They will find a way to void your security deposit and charge you a lot extra after you move out.
My experience at Indigo was amazing! The property manager Karen is very supportive and helpful. She goes on and beyond to try and find a solution for us.
I have lived here for about a year and have really enjoyed my apartment. The staff was friendly and helpful and the maintenance crew was prompt on any issues I experienced. The first night I moved in, the complex had a superbowl party which was fun and allowed me to get to know my neighbors. I look forward to resigning and would recommend to friends.
Do not move here. Often had to park across the street (outside of the complex), they dont respond to service requests (took 10 days for someone to come look at our water heater after it went out just to be told the need to order a new one and we have to wait longer for hot water), air vents were clogged with dust & hair + no place for a filter to fit. Staff can be rude (talked bad about my roommate to me), and dont respond to communications. Moved out in November, and requested a copy of our lease and pet agreement (paid 2, $500 deposits) to confirm if any portion of deposits were refundable, and still have not received any response (its March). They changed management companies mid-lease and they had no record of accounting before the transition on my account, and no copy of our lease or pet agreement in the portal, or in their files (nor in my email).
I’ve lived here for about 6yrs and back then I wouldn’t have left a good review. Management changes like most other places I’ve lived but I’m so very thankful for the Care Team, Marty & Lavonne. They put in so much work to throw events for the residents and my kids and I love it every time. They’re the only ones that have been a constant here and definitely one of the MAIN reasons we still live here. Thank you Marty & Lavonne! As for the apartments as a whole, it’s mostly quiet. I moved in before the remodel so I have an older unit and haven’t had too many issues. Office staff before weren’t the nicest or most efficient. There has been a fairly new group and so far much better than the others. Haven’t had to deal with them much besides getting packages and air filters.
Stayed at my friends apartment here with my newborn baby and her ac was not working in this Texas heat. She was told that it would be fixed a month ago. I had to rent a hotel because I could not be with my baby in these conditions. I cant believe they won’t fix her ac I wonder how anyone could live like this.
First of all, if you live here you must plan to have your packages delivered somewhere else or they will go missing! This has happened to me at least 10 times and each time the manager tries to blame it on the delivery service. But really....$400 worth of womens clothing from a designer shop is not there even though tracking states it was delivered.... Coincidence?Just dont have your packages sent there.Dont request any maintenance, either, because you will be wasting your time. There has been a water leak in my ceiling for months and they have done nothing except look at it. Other improvements that were promised to me have never materialized. If you decide to rent here, hope that you never need to interact with the management or anyone in the office. If you call you will get voice mail or their most recent annoyance, which is a recording asking you to enter your 6-digit pin number. What? I dont have a pin number. But of course, you can stop by the office for a visit.....most of the time they will not be there or there will only be one person there and he/she will be helping someone else, so prepare for a wait if you actually wish to speak to the manager. I think their motto is No one gets in to see the wizard, not nobody, not nohow. They treat tenants as expendable. There are many empty units that just sit. I offered to move into an upgraded one and they told me I would have to pay a $500 fee to change units. Are you kidding me? They would rather let it sit empty than have a paying tenant.Prepare to see a lot of cops and dog feces because both are abundant at Indigo. The good tenants are leaving due to the incompetent management and Knightvest is doing an excellent job of turning Indigo into a slum. They did not run the sprinklers all summer and the grass is dead. The large pool works but the small one is always full of bugs and leave with nice green water. The gates are perpetually broken.Really, you can find a better place to live. I have been here five years and have watched the place go downhill. I will not be renewing my lease.
I just moved in and Ive read other reviews and I havent seen or heard of issues. Ive felt welcomed and was taken care of from the start. Im peacefully happy and its so quiet especially from where I use to live. Lindsey is AWESOME!! ♡Peggy
I am not one to normally write reviews but this place is terrible. Every review that makes the claim that management/office staff never returns and/or answers calls is absolutely true. I have had a leaky ceiling at least 3 times in the past 6 months. Each time has taken the staff over 2 weeks to address and fix, if thats what they call it as it is yet again raining in my bathroom and kitchen. Window replacements were done and the crew did a terrible job and had paint and dust everywhere I had to call and complain numerous times to have them remove the paint off of my furniture!I know the price maybe a seller to some people but I promise there are much better apartments for the money that will actually care about living conditions more than this management company.
This is the 2nd review I’ll be leaving for this apartment complex . Once again please do not move here !! I’ve submitted an email to corporate the beginning of this month stating that I will be terminating my lease due to them not fixing my ac for 3 months and I have heard nothing back. I called corporate and left Samantha a voicemail and never got a call back. I’ve already moved all my belongings out and cancelled my cps account. I went back today to get the last of everything and found a note on my door stating that I need to put cps back on so they totally disregarded the fact that I terminated my lease. Do yourself a favor and do not move here. There’s no parking , there’s gnats and ant infestations , overflowing garbage , trash everywhere , horrible maintenance ( multiple units were and still are stuck with no ac) ,and rude employees and staff.I’m leaving this 2nd review in hopes that I finally get a response since all they care about is reputation rather than the well being of their residents. I will no longer be staying here and I believe no one else should.
We have lived here for 4 months, and we are very happy here. The leasing agents, Kristi and Melissa, are super nice and work hard to get things done. We just got a new manager, and so far he has been on top of the ball getting things done. Brad in mantience is quick to get things accomplished correctly. Our AC went out the weekend we moved in, and we had a brand new inside and outside unit installed within 4 days. We have not had any roaches or bugs of any sort. Complex is a quiet, older community. My only complaint is the contractor, Octavio. He is so slow and does subpar work. If they had a better contractor I would have given 5 stars.
I have been a resident here since July. In that time, I have experienced several issues with the management of this property below:My first issue encountered was when the unit I was supposed to move into on July 10th, was not ready due to an administrative error where the prior tenant did not turn in the keys. Instead of changing the locks to the apartment, the management team waited for the individual to return the keys and did not make the apartment ready. They called me on July 9th (the day before move in) to inform me that the unit would not be ready for another 2 weeks. The remediation of this issue was to offer to move me into a new unit that would be available by July 15th. I reluctantly agreed, and signed into a new 12 month lease on a first floor unit. I was not informed that the new unit would not come with a microwave, or would be missing the master bedroom ceiling fan, which the unit that I was originally approved for was going to include. Also, my monthly rent is higher for an apartment with less amenities, which is completely unacceptable.I moved in on July 15th and started completing the Move-in checklist for damage, then I noticed that the A/C was leaking and had heavy presence of mold on July 16th near the end of the day. I immediately called the office the same day, and left an emergency voicemail to the maintenance team requesting that they come fix the A/C and assess the mold. I also opened a Maintenance request in the resident portal on July 17th for this issue. The next day I went into the office and informed the leasing agent (Lyn De Los Santos) that there was significant amounts of mold, and showed her a video of the A/C closet, as proof of this issue. She asked me to forward her pictures of the mold, and she would send maintenance to my unit ASAP. No one from maintenance ever showed up to my unit, so on Friday (July 19th) I went into the office and met the new temporary property manager at the time, Julia, who I spoke with around 5pm. When I talked to Julia about all of the issues that I had experienced, she promised me that my issue was on the list of emergency maintenance request and that the maintenance team was not allowed to leave on Friday until the issue had been resolved. No one came out to fix the leaking A/C, or to look at the mold. It took almost 2 weeks to fix the mold issue, and the remedy was to spray bleach on the affected area and then paint over it.In all of the issues described above, not once have any concessions been offered to me for the leasing teams negligence. I repeated reached out to the (now prior) property management, Knightvest Apartment Management, at their corporate phone number and email alias requesting a call/email back. I have never even received the courtesy of a phone call to apologize for all of the hassle that I went through. The property was recently taken over by a new investment group known as Shippy Property Management. I highly doubt they will so much as respond to this review with a lackluster apology. Or simply blow this review off due to the fault of the prior management team.In short, do yourself a favor and move anywhere else. The only redeeming quality that earns 2 stars on this review is the cost of rent. Avoid this property at all cost if you value what you pay for.
I had the pleasure of moving into Indigo this past Holiday season. I was going through a difficult time personally and Crystal was so sweet and really turned my stressful move into a positive and enjoyable experience. The approval process was simple and quick, no deposit helped make this happen for me and the maintenance team is awesome and professional. The area is nice and quaint and I feel very safe. My only complaint is not the staff but residents who do not pick up after their dogs and leave feces especially in the back grounds where my building is. Also, the complex could use another dumpster. People cant seem to get trash in the dumpster or dump furniture around the dumpster which never ends up getting picked up. That is the only eye sore on the property but the maintenance team is pretty diligent in picking up where they can.
While the complex is beautiful, ultimately I ended up deeply regretting signing a 15 month lease here. When we first moved in our a.c. was broken and it took over 2 months for them to finally replace it. And when they did they actually messed up, causing it to break and need new parts less than 6 months later. We had frequent water leaks that they never properly cleaned up after, resulting in mold that I ended up having to try and scrub myself after it made me sick.Once, after having to pester then for months to repair the damage on our bathroom ceiling they tracked white paint throughout the apartment and on our belongings. We actually had a copperhead snake push open the grate under the a.c. unit and enter our apartment and the office staff say I was lying about seeing that and that it must have entered through the front door. We actually ended up having police officers come out, who confirmed it was in fact a copperhead snake. And by the way the view of what was inside that grate was absolutely disgusting.Their construction crews often blocked the entrance to our apartment and left dangerous materials laying around.Luckily for me I took photos of it all.I was originally so excited about moving in here, and now I couldnt be more grateful not to live there anymore.
One star, when I moved here back in May of 2014 I was pretty excited to be in a new apartment at a complex that seem to care. They quickly proved me wrong. These apartments are very money hungry and charge where ever they can. They recently changed their parking (in the just very end of my lease) so you can only have one vehicle per lease holder which makes it very difficult. They take forever to fix things like my light sockets that are still broken since I moved in. When i first moved in i was unable to do a pre look because I was moving from a new city and they assured me the apartment would be ready. When I moved in, the apartment was not cleaned properly. The floors were crusty from something and there were colored pencil markings over the blinds. I could tell children lived here before me. They might charge me even though I wrote it all down. Avoid this place at all cost. Horrible management who talks bad about people when she thinks no one is around.
My experience was horrible, they do not have good customer service skills. Especially Jade. They are very rude and are not professional. I was trying to get a hold of the front office and left multiple voicemails to get my balance to pay my rent. The system to pay rent was not accepting my amount due. Then they tried to tell me I had to lay the late fee. The ladys in the front had bad attitudes. Maybe because it was Monday Morning. I asked the lady Jade for corporates phone number and she was so snotty she said I had to look it up online. I’ve never been treated in such a manner. They need to be fired. The office needs better people working in there. ALSO THEY NEVER CLEAN OUT THE POOLS. It’s summertime and I have to go swim at other friends pools because the ones here are never clean. Just nasty. ALso when I first moved in the place was infested with roaches. It was like that for 3 months. I had to spend my own money on getting rid of the infestation. I guess there spray wasnt strong enough. Overall this place looks nice on the inside but that doesn’t override the horible experience I’ve had here. I will definitely not be renewing my lease! They suck
My experience just now was so disrespectful with i think VALERIE, i tried calling at 430pm to resolve a maintenance issue that i also called at 730am this morning and left a message to address. She did not return my message, i finally got ahold of someone on my lunch break, she recognized my issue and apartment number right away, meaning she heard my message and didnt call me back. Said maintenance would be here by end of the day.For background, yesterday they were in to fix a leak, and shut off water to my building. They turned it back on, and i realized all my taps had brown water coming out AFTER the office closed. I foolishly thought id wait to check in the morning to get it addressed. As a woman expecting, with an ESD in the home, fresh drinkable water is very necessary. I asked what time was considered the end of day, she said 10pm. Am i supposed to stay in my apartment til 10pm,because maintenance REFUSES time and time again to call prior to arrival (from many other requests), meaning i cant reliably go to the store to get enough water to survive the day or risk maintenance coming by while i was not home? Unfortunately yes, was my answer, she couldnt do anything else.I told her of my condition and asked if any accommodations can be made, she said she already called her manager and they told maintenance again to come by, giving me the UGLIEST ATTITUDE all the while getting her purse, keys, together clearly to leave amd trying to push me out of the office.I mentioned she was in the office while i was driving up,on my phone calling since 430 (it was now almost 5pm)trying to get an answer before someone left the office- she really said she set the phones to voicemail early- i wish i could stop answering phones at my job a half hour before being scheduled to be closed.I planned to renew my lease and try to upgrade to a larger unit, now i dont think i will because clearly paying residents arent valued here.i asked for another number or higher up person to speak with about her attitude and poor experience, she said i should come monday and see eric. I cannot believe after living here a year, paying rent on time, this is the way i was treated.
Just moved into my new apartment, bought insurance through the front office. This past Friday it flooded my unit, the front office staff giving me the run around trying to prevent me from filing a claim. My water heater has been broken since I first moved in 2 months ago! They still havent fixed it, this place is not worth it. Barely moved here and already preparing to sue them!
Rent is never consistent, maintenance requests never come on a convenient time. For example, I had a hole in my roof for like almost 2 months. Currently my bathtub been clogged and doesn’t drain, I’ve called and put in requests. Still nothing. Indigo doesn’t even deserve the 1 star that I’m giving and I don’t came from the slums… DO NOT RECOMMEND.
My husband and I were completely lied to about all the features the apt had. We weren’t given the opportunity to see our apt, but the girl showed us a non renovated unit and explained all the newly features ours would have. On the move in day we come to find out the apt was NOTHING like we were told. When we try to sort things out, we were told we had signed the lease so it was on us. Our apt had (still has) MANY issues and it wasn’t until weeks of us constantly going in to complain that they were “fixed.”We had to sleep at our old apartment one of our first nights here bc our A/C went out. Not to mention the outrageous price we had to pay for electricity bills on our first months because our A/C was not properly fixed. It is extremely irritating trying to get in contact with people in the office or getting things fixed the way they’re supposed to. The office has even lost one of our packages. Extremely disappointing for apts in a good location to have such poor service. Good thing there are plenty more apts in the area that should be checked out instead of here, which is what we should’ve done.
This place is great value!I have lived here for a little more than a year and I am upgrading my apartment now. Jessica was a tremendous help getting the upgrade application done last minute and asap!Like most apartment complexes ,its not without its flaws. That being said, the recent renovations and re-roofing have done a lot to improve the quality of life. Its good to see they are spending money on actual renovations instead of just slapping some new paint on things. Its in a great spot and the apartments are HUGE for the price. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants have enough room to move around at home without breaking the bank!
GHETTO!! Do not move in this apartment complex. I lived here for less than a year and legally broke my lease to get away from this place. My kitchen was infested with cockroaches and I should have known this place had a problem when I found dead roaches all over the place when I did my walk through when I got the keys. The people who live here are ghetto. My downstairs neighbor was constantly smoking weed on the stairs and they had 3 kids living in a one bedroom apartment that were always outside making a lot of noise. People were hanging outside smoking constantly and coming and going. He was most likely a drug dealer. My upstairs neighbor sounded like they were moving furniture between the hours of 11pm and 3pm every night. Parking is terrible if you get home after 10pm. The front gate was always malfunctioning. The pool was always dirty. My AC went out twice in 3 months. Loud ghetto neighbors. I brought all these concerns up to management and they did nothing so I decided to take matters in my own hands and break the lease. Stay away from these ghetto, roach infested apartments if you are reading this.
Maintenance is alarmingly slow and deceptive here. I have had multiple tickets closed without anyone having stepped foot in my apartment to actually look at the problems. I work from home and know if anyone has come for a work order. Currently I’ve had an order for a water leak above my shower for two weeks, and there’s been nothing done. My ceiling is crumbling and there are large pieces that have fallen off the ceiling. I’m afraid to shower for fear of the ceiling collapsing on me. Maintenance has done nothing and management has ignored all my requests for follow up. I do not recommend this complex if you expect any type of timely response about issues.
Let me start off with these apartments are beautiful!! The rooms are so big compared to the other apartments Ive lived at. I needed to find an apartment asap and I was feeling very discouraged. I went to some other apartments and the ladies were no help, went home early, or very unprofessional. Indigo was my last hope. The ladies were so helpful and so sweet! They told me not to worry that everything will be fine. I was approved and I am now in my apartment! Best Christmas present! Thank You Indigo! Krystal and Jessica thank you for being so patient with me and helping me! I highly recommend these apartments! Id give them 10 stars if I could.
NO STARS SHOULD BE A CHOICEI regret moving into this complex SO MUCH!Hasnt been 6 months and Im terrified to have to stay for the remainder of my lease.I seriously do not feel safe living in this complex.I was suckered into giving them a good review when I first moved in. I wish on everything I could take it back. These people make you fill out paperwork with every number you have and make you prove to them you can afford in their complex. Yet the same people cannot return phone call, or any form of communication.Any time I have needed something really taken care of I get ignored by whom ever is actually on the property and have to go over them to corporate level. Just to get a reply. If I would have done more researched I would have found a better place.Better apartmentBetter managementBetter lifestyle, somewhere else, anywhere else
Only been here for 3 months and had water leak from our ceiling multiple times. This final one happened two days ago and it was human waste according to the maintenance report and were not being moved for cleaning or for health reasons. My roommate called the office, and they said that WE have to clean the carpet with shampoo that they provide. Do not live here unless you want to be treated like a second class citizen.Update: 1/17/19 emailed the property manager as below when they responded and havent recieved a response. We also contacted the manager directly via phone & our numbers are now blocked. Its also leaked two more times (a total of five seperate leaks now). Only after chewing out the office staff in the front did maintenance come out for the most recent leak.
So I have read the reviews before mine. And I am not sure what to think of that. My Boyfriend and I have lived here at Braesview since October 2012, we have the 2nd to largest floor plan 2 bedroom apartment in the back of the complex. And to be completely honest its really not that bad. Almost everything I read I have never encountered or witnessed. We have so far had a pretty good experience. When we first moved in we noticed the place was being renovated and everything. They painted all the buildings, changed balcony rails, and did some nice landscaping. They even re-did the tennis court and added stainless steel bar-b- que pits by the pool, and I think the pool looks great! We only had one bad encounter, when bout 3 months ago the people below us were moving out, the pest control went and sprayed, well we ended up having grain beetles that started to come out in our apartment. We always have the apartment nice and cleaned so we didnt understand where they were coming from or why until we found out the people under us, were NOT very clean. Other than that we put defoggers in the apartment and they had someone go and research what they were and sprayed for them. It took a couple of weeks before we started noticing them going away and it has been pretty good since than. They have never given us a problem when charging rent or have ever over charged us. Our rent amount is always consistent and I think if you have a had a bad experience here you may just have some bad luck. But for future residence, its a great place to start off if its your first time on your own.
DO NOT MOVE INTO BRAESVIEW APARTMENTS! I will not be renewing my lease with these apartments. I have been living here for over a year and I have nothing nice to say about them. They ignore work requests and when they do complete the request they do half and never finish it. The parking is non existent after 9 pm week days and weekends. Even with the parking permits you can still not find a parking spot, my car has been towed at my expense when I had a parking permit in plain sight. It is impossible to get to talk to the manager, you always get pushed to the assistant manager or a lease rep which does not help. The gym has 2 tread mills and a broken machine, it is not ventilated so it is very hot and smelly in it. It is impossible to stay in there long enough to get a workout in. The pool is dirty and the pool walls are grimy and scrummy it is just plain nasty to swim in. The dog park and dog pooping areas provide bags for the waste but are never filled leaving dog poop all over the ground. Since they do not post the amount of the apartments they can make up the price while you are there. I was in the office and I saw someone getting the updated version of my apartment for $100 less then what I am paying. I had a package worth over $200 stolen from the office that was addressed to me, the UPS dropped it off at the office and had them sign for it yet when I went to retrieve it there was no package. The appliances that they do provide in the apartments are old and outdates. The walls are poorly painted, the trim on the ceiling is very sloppy. Honestly there are a lot of nicer apartments for the same rent or even less. Do not get scammed into a lease with these apartments like I did. The office looks nice and they try to rush you into the lease saying the apartments may not be available the next day but trust me you will regret you decision of moving into these apartments.
Angel help me with everything I needed fast and efficiently. I’m very grateful with him. He’s need a race. 🙌🙌🙌
Horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible apartments!! Do not move here. We are moving out next Thursday and we are beyond happy! These apartments are old and falling apart. The million dollar renovations are only a fake facelift. When we moved here these apartment where own by a different management company, and management was horrible. Knightvest took over about 8 months ago and theyre still horrible. My bathroom sink has been leaking for a week and theyve sent two different maintenance guys and they both just came to look and said theyd be back and never came back. I have to call like 10 times to have someone answer the front office phone. Maintenace always says theyre busy and that they have backed up work orders. The front gate doesnt work its always broken. And the little keypad to enter the gate code, on the rare ocassion that the gate is working, shocks your fingers with electricity. Also, its so hard to reach the manager, Destiny, shes always busy. Busy doing what?? Everytime I go into the office shes just sitting back there in her office. Im so, so happy were moving. Also, if you do end up moving here. Make sure upon move out you take pictures of EVERYTHING. So that you have evidence on the condition of your apartment after you move out. I am hiring a professional cleaning crew to leave the apartment in pristine condition. Managemeny better not charge me for ANYTHING!! I am leaving the apartment better than I found it. As for the rotting wood under the sink, thats no longer my problem. I have inform them multiple times!!!
Overall a good spot to live. Great staff, especially the care team who welcomed us right from the start! They try hard to keep everyone involved with fun events and great attitudes. The leading agent was great and maintenance is awesome but overworked. Dog poop problem really needs to be addressed!
If there is no star option, I m gonna go for it. Such bad management service, we live in this comminity for 2 years. My apartment AC doesnt work 4 times, the apt upstairs flooded and our ceiling is molded, water faucet is broken and leaked everywhere, the sink is not working and WHENEVER we call, it takes them forever to send people to fix it??? While the rent is almost 1000 for such bad service and facility. Parking lot is alsmost non-exsistent after 8pm. Dog feeces on the walking path way right in the morning. Guys, this crap is not good choice for you. There are still good apartments in SA. Were gonna move out soon since the contract is up.
I will let these photos speak for themselves we have been like this for months needless to say we will be taking action against indigo. Me and my wife can no longer put up with this type of carelessness and utter disregard for indigo tenants. I hope anyone who is looking for apartments to just stay away from this place indigos staff does not care for its tenants.
This place is absolutely horrible I am counting the days until my lease is up since I moved in. I have been without water for 5 months because the water would get extremely hot and cold randomly and after constant complaining it was fixed now my AC is not working and its been a week. They cant ever return a phone call and 90% of the time will never answer the phone. Also my mail box was vandalized so I have to go OUT OF MY WAY to pick up MY mail SOMEWHERE ELSE its been like this for a month now, this was supposed to be a closed community and they keep the mail boxes outside where everyone can vandalize and access them the gate is also always open .My apartment is extremely hot in this summer heat. If you have no care for good quality staff, working water and AC, and protection of personal property and important information then this is the place for you
Great management team, and size of apartments. This apartment complex has a very sweet Care Team that provides apartment functions a few times a month, whether free breakfast, pizza night or game nights with snacks. This allows everyone to connect with fellow neighbors and feel more at home. Aside from the great staff, it is located by main freeways, as well as hospitals, many schools, shopping and food. Many residents have lived here for multiple years, which says a lot! :)
AVOID THIS PLACE!!! This place is without a doubt the WORST. I lived here for about a year and had constant problems the entire time. When first moved in the water heater was broken for a full month. The first time they came and fixed the problem, they literally did nothing. They didnt turn the breaker back on and they left all the wires completely exposed. umm hello, FIRE HAZARD! Not to mention I was very pregnant and had to tuff through cold showers. Then there was the ceiling, this was another hot topic between the management and myself. It was falling apart, literally, and had major water damage to the point where mold was a definite concern. I complained about this pretty much on the regular for a good 6 months, when my 3 month old started having bad allergies. They FINALLY came to look at it and recommended I clean my air ducts?? wait what?! Needless to say, the problem was never solved. Last but not least is the ancient AC system that management refuses to replace. That old thing couldnt keep up with the Texas heat in any way. I constantly had the thermostat at the coldest setting possible and we would still be sweating in our stagnant 85 degree apartment. As fun as all the above problems were i think the $300-$400 CPS bill from having to turbo blast the AC was the cherry on top to a sucky apartment.Avoid this place like the plaque. Even with all the upgrades, its NOT worth it. Its just masking the real problems behind the paint. Save your money and keep looking.
The staff of Indigo is always attentive to our needs, Lyn goes above and beyond to make sure our work orders are submitted and completed. She is ALWAYS so helpful. The rest of the staff Andrea, Christina and Jessica are always friendly and accommodating. I am thankful for the maintenance team also who respond timely to my requests.....even on weekends.
Do not move here! These apartments are poorly managed and residential concerns are completely ignored. The staff does not communicate emergency repair information. Residents are just expected to pay rent and not ask questions. The front gate has supposedly been waiting on parts since February 2018. Water gets randomly turned off. They wont answer phone. Just put a sign on office door and apologize. Claim the maintenance men hand delivered signs. And appoligize again. This organization is terribly run. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB, HUD, city of san Antonio and any online forum available. I would not wish any other person to have to deal with this. We pay over $1200. For a two bedroom but cant get running water or work orders completed. Please look at your other options before selecting this disaster of an apartment complex.
My family and I have been searching for apartments in SA for quite a while now and I will say that Indigo apartments is the way to go! Not only do they have affordable floor plans, but the front office staff is great! Kristi Browning is the TRUTH (leasing specialist) she made this a super easy process for us and did all with a great attitude and smile!Definitely recommend!!!100/10
Please do not move here. We been here for couple of years and it has been nothing but headaches. Someone try to brake into our unit door was partially broken called office and they said they couldnt replace the door. We made a police report now front office wants to charge us $35 for the door. Also water bill went from $40 to over $100. Lately they been shutting the water off during the day with no notice but yet the bill went up. Over all please Stay away from here. Cant wait for our lease to be over.
There are many things to like about the complex. It isnt the perfect place to live, but they work really hard to keep everything running smoothly, looking nice, and feeling comfortable. Ive had minimal issues since Ive lived here, and thats great! Leaving for work the other morning, several staff were even handing out breakfast tacos at the entrance to the complex (they brought it to my car window)! The little things help make up for random issues.
Both times Ive stopped by, there were no units for show. And the staff (Lyn) seemed dismissive. I was not impressed, if staff acts like this to potential new residents, I would not like to see how they actually managed issues were any to come up. Rate 2 stars bc I have not lived here, but the staff and lack of customer service has shown me I would rather not waste more time here.- addition upon response --> the office staff should be the best representation for paperwork and official records which can be incredibly important in billing and legal matters. Im not going door to door at an apartment complex to ask for their personal experiences. You had the chance go show me yourselves at the time.
Celena provided quality customer service. She was attentive and kind. Celina also ensured all myQuestions were answered.
Staff is always helpful when needed, maintenance takes care of work orders immediately and my apartment is so spacious! I also enjoy that the staff frequently does complex events/BBQs for the residents, great way to network with your neighbors!
Was loving this apartment complex when I first moved in 8 months but now probably will not renew my lease when it is up. There is never anywhere to park and I get home usually around 11:30 and midnight and theyre is literally no where to ever park. Im forced to make my own parking and one night my car was towed cause of it. The maintenance never fixes issues and the girls in the office never care or are attentive just worried about their paychecks. Um hello without us residents paying our rents youll wouldnt have a paycheck. So in the long run listen and help your residents. Im sick and tired of being taken advantaged of. And by the way the neighbors are always smoking weed and have loud music playing unlike them I have to get up at 5 in the morning for work. Sick and tired of this bs!
I have called twice in a day, two days in a row now. I haven’t gotten an answer, or a callback. If you are leasing apartments, how do you expect to lease them if you don’t answer the phone, or your emails? I can’t imagine what it would be like being a resident here, and trying to get a hold of you if my air conditioner went out in the middle of the summer.
This is the second apartment complex that Ive lived in, and it seems pretty good. First, its a great location, decent neighborhood, close to tons of stuff, easy to get anywhere in town from here. The prices seem decent, $710 first year, $740 second year, theyre saying renewal is going to be $790 for our third year. First floor, ~800sqft 1/1 apt.We first moved in before the new management company took over, and we were a little off put by how poorly things had been finished. The paint job was sloppy, looks like there was no attempt to use tape to make things look neat. This does give the apartment a fairly cheap feel. The walls are fairly thick, I dont often hear my neighbors, and the first few times I wanted to turn up my music, I stepped outside to see how much sound leaked... amazingly not much, I could let my stereo get decently loud before bothering others, and therefore Im not often bothered with the noises of my neighbors.Sometimes Ive had to put in several maintenance requests before my problem is solved properly, they often come out quickly, but dont resolve my issue on their first visit. Currently I have a window that leaks when it rains, my first request resulted in the wrong window being caulked (Front window, when I clearly stated it was the back window) this kind of thing happens almost every time I make a request. took 3 requests to get a stove burner fixed, each time they attempted a different solution. When we first moved in, we had a functional gate, it started to break with some frequency, and when the new management company came in... they just turned the gates off, and off theyve been for at least a year and a half... this frustrates me, but last time I brought it up with the office they said that it was because of all the contractors in and out. What I dont get is, all the contractors are gone by 7pm. Why cant we close the gates at that point?! Still... they remain open.I dont have much to compare to, mostly, i like this place. I have the time though to put in requests, and to get into the office to be the squeaky wheel when I need to be.
I have signed 8 leases with this property through several different management companies. The current management team, Shippy, is amazing. The staff, maintenance team, and management go above and beyond to keep us happy. Kristy and Eric are so knowledgeable and kind. The maintenance team not only fixes your loveless but takes time to sxplaoj any questions you have. Aside from the awesome staff, the location is perfect and next to the best HEB in the city, the Alon Market. You are walking distance (1/2 mile max) to Hardberger Park, HEB, Johnny Choukes hardware store, the NW food mart that has the most diverse and obscure beer selection in San Antonio. Delivery options are fantastic around here with top notch sushi, Chinese food, non corporate pizza places and a fantastic selection of middle eastern and Asian foods. I love the charming vintage apartments, the area, and the prices so much that i have moved from a home rental, back to these units purely because of the large square footage, unique floor plans and incredible location. This current management team sweetens an already great apartment complex.
Manager Eric has been a refreshing consistent good thing. Eric continues to try and work any issues there may be. He has an open door policy which isn’t something you see every day. He is a genuine caring person. Is Indigo perfect? No, but with Eric in your corner and a maintenance team who is trying to get things done, you are much better off with Indigo than many other complexes out there.
The staff at Indigo are by far the friendliest and they help make your apartment shopping a great experience. Crystal you are awesome! Jessica you are amazing. They apartments are really nice and the set ups are great. Thank you Indigo staff for a job well done.if your apt. shopping do not look anywhere else stop by Indigo and their staff will help you.
I give one star because I loved the fire place so much. By contrast the office is the absolute worst in business. We gave them our 60 day notice to move out they lost it. And they charge us almost 3xs our 840 dollar rent which by the climbed to 983 by month 8. Being that we didnt use much water or anything else for that matter. I would not recommend this place to anyone the parking is the absolute worst. They overpriced with malfunctioning appliances that never got replaced i.e our stove. Our AC unit was being fixed because every other month. Again the office staff members are liars and have horrible costumer service skills.
This place isnt horrible to live; however, it can use some adjustments. As previously, the maintenance can take a little longer than one would hope but it isnt too bad. Sometimes management has an issue calling back in an inquiry that you may have had, so communication isnt the best. I dont think they are horrible though! My biggest issue with this place is the cost of energy. My CPS bill is absolutely ridiculous - during the summer it would range from $160-180 - I lived in the 805 sq ft 1 bd/ 1bth. My boyfriend and I do not keep our AC at a ridiculous temp either (maybe around 77-78 F). I think it is due to bad insulation and a dinosaur for an AC unit. Parking can be a little bad but luckily, we were in the back nook so we never experienced really bad issues with it. Also, the back gate was forever broken (while left open) or just not working at all - no big deal though. Overall, good place not horrible but definitely not worth writing home about either.
I lived at Braesview for 3 years. I always paid my rent on time. TWICE they mistakenly put my money into someone elses account and sent me eviction notices saying I had 48 hours to move out. This past July, my AC went out. It took them 6 days to fix it. This is after I called many times, wrote several notes, went on facebook to leave them message. It finally took me leaving work early to go talk to them in the office to get someone over there. At one point they tried to tell me my AC had been checked and it was working (I showed them a picture of my thermostat at 90 degrees. This apartment complex does not really care about keeping their residents happy but about getting new residents.Additionally, parking is a pain so if you want to park there after 630pm you will not find a spot near your building.
I have lived at Indigo Apts for 2 years. The staff is friendly and helpful. Repairs are done quickly and professionally. I love that they always have special events for the children and all residents. The apt. complex is kept clean and safe. I have seen cars being towed late at night for parking in a handicap zone. That is not the fault of the apt. Your car will be towed anywhere in San Antonio if you park on a fire zone or handicap parking. I have lived in many apts throughout San Antonio, this apt. complex is by far the best. It runs smoothly because the staff does a great job in making sure our needs are taken care of. Thanks Jessica and Andrea for making my living experience here at Ingo Apartments a pleasant one.
The only reason im giving this place 5 stars is because of Marty and Lavonne they are the apartment life coordinators. They are the sweetest people ever and do anything they can to make your stay comfortable and stress free. They restored my faith in humanity . If you wanna move there I recommend you link up with them and they will take care of you.
Well we moved in four years ago and the place used to be pretty nice. The maintenance is quick to fix issues usually. However the office staff is sometimes off pace but thats not everyone in there. The head agent is pretty nice. But a few months after we moved in our work van was broken into and the a little while later my moms car was broke into and then my car was attempted to being broken into a month before we moved out. I wouldnt recomend it for anyone who has above average standards. Or maybe yound couples would benefit from this place. It isnt definately the worst place but has a ways to go before its the best place. It has been under bankruptcy in the past year but I guess thats understandabe these days. All in all I was stressed having to look out the window at night everytime i heard something, thinking my car was getting broken into. But its just ok. If they would hire a guard for daytime and night time that would be great. But not for me to worry about anymore.
I am so far liking it here. The staff in the office are really polite and the area around the apartment complex is pretty nice and quite close to the medical center so that an added bonus incase of any emergency’s.
We love living here. Office staff very easy to work with and the maintenance Team is top notch. We feel at home here and enjoy our apartment. Great place to call home. Move here you will love the staff.
So i paid for parking when i moved in for my two cars, they towed my car then told me we cant help you and now i have to pay for my parking pass and pay for the towing compant to release my car. do not move in here!
Place was sold in December, and they magically cant see my payments from previous to December, so cant tell me how much Ive over paid since they couldnt get me my water bill via the mail. Plus, they keep entering my apartment for maintenance requests that I never placed and only notify me a month later by email when the maintenance request gets closed. And thats just the latest.Place was not cleaned when I moved in and there was mold and water damage in the A/C cabinet that took them three months to fix, and they still didnt do it right. Front door was kicked in prior to me moving in, and they still refuse to replace the frame despite it having significant cracks up both sides. Disgusting carpets, and the linoleum wood floors were covered in grime. Porch has significant dry rot, and fridge is on its last legs. And, you guessed it, maintenance/management wont do anything about any of it. Especially Martin.
HORRIBLE APARTMENT COMPLEX! Ive recently moved into this apartment complex and all I can say is that if I were able to give 0 stars, then I most definitely would. My roommate and I have lived here for less than a month and the amount of issues weve had with maintenance is RIDICULOUS!!! From our toilet flooding on the second day of moving in, to finding huge holes under the carpet, these things are some that you dont see at walkthrough. But let me be very loud in clear in saying that the worst problem here is the parking! Theres absolutely NO PARKING ANYWHERE after 9pm and if you park anywhere else, the WILL TOW and when confronted with this issue, the most they could account for was were working on it. Unfortunately, Im here for another 11 months but you dont have to be so PLEASE save yourself the trouble!
Cockroaches in my BED, in my babys food And bottle cupboard, on my walls. My AC is not working AGAIN. TONIGHT MY HUSBAND AND I HAD TO TAKE OUR CHILD TO STAT WITH FAMILY our apt is so hot!!! I have always maintained my military bearing as I understand there are many tenants and other issues but when I have addressed issues over and over. When I am told pest control is coming and then my apt is not put on the list to be sprayed....they raised the rent...WHY??half my outlets have not worked sinced we moved in, the place was not cleaned before our house hold goods were brought in. My baby was picking HAIR, BB PELLETS, and CAT LITTER out of the carpet. The new management is up grading the apt with millions of dollars for appearance instead of comfort and safety. They encourage tentants to come talk to them about their issues...they take notes....then nothing happens. Changing the apt name to Indiago, painting a few bricks, and laying stone will not keep me from filing a complaint with the city. Im done with not being taken care of!
The latest staff at Indigo are great! They communicate with me and always follow through. The maintenance team takes care of my work orders in a timely manner. I am definitely getting the most for my money at Indigo and I love my apartment.
Horrible place to live, if you want to live in an apartment where nothing ever gets fix, the pools are always dirty this is the place for you. i gave them a list of things that were suppose to be fixed about 8 months ago. Still waiting. The staff at the office are not bad but they wont do anything to help you fix the issues they just write a request and go about their day. Just plain horrible so ready to move in December.
Legend was very professional and displayed a great customer service
Stopped by earlier this week to see a 2 bedroom apt, I loved it and loved the vibe from the staff especially Melissa. She gave me all the information I needed about the community and criteria to move forward with applying. I’m not looking to move until a few months from now but I can’t wait to start the process!!!!
I’m a current resident at this apartment and I 100% do not recommend this place !! Please do yourself a favor and do not live here! The manager Erik Wyatt is so unprofessional and rude. Here’s my experience .I called this morning at 11:00am to get my ac fixed and was told maintenance would be on the way, after I waited till 11:40am I called again and was told that they went to lunch and wouldn’t be back till 1pm. I talked to the manager and he was super rude, unprofessional, and mocked my exact complaints. I’m now trying to call to see if it was fixed since it’s 3pm and I’m getting no response. I need my ac fixed as soon as possible as it is 93 degrees outside and I live on the 3rd floor. My ac has been broken countless times within the passed 3 months , I’ve been given the run around by the staff so many times saying they would come fix it and not show up. They ripped my vent out of the wall and left it on the floor ( I have pictures) I called to complain and my boyfriend spoke to the lady in the office about it and she told us to make a work order for it even though they left it like that ! I spoke to her myself and told her it was not acceptable she then sent someone to fix it the next day and all they did was screw it into the wall and it looked so raggedy and ugly ( also have pictures) and ended up falling off again 2 days later. Every time my ac has been “ fixed” it broke again not too long after.
Indigo is a cute community! Very clean and well maintained. Lyn, the leasing consultant is very personable & resident focused. She made the application process easy for our mutual client. The future resident is excited to call Indigo his new apartment home!
Celena and Rosa are very professional and answered all my questions..Great customer service..!!Management needs to give you girls recognition..
Do not waste your time or money i have been here 2 yrs. my A/C has went out twice.my dishower hasnt worked properly since i moved in.a month ago my upstairs neighbor water heater went out flooding my balcony.eventually it got so wet after two weeks the roof and siding came down it has been a month No one had been to my apt to fix anything.;last week the office called and said someone would be out friday.i took off all day to sit in my apt no one ever showed up .only to have the office send a email. to friday at 5 oclock exactly saying the work order was completed. i guess they were too lazy to come to the apt. and see no one had been there. they just send email without knowing whether the work is done .how stupid of them to send an email . not thinkn someone was home all day and no one even showed up. so the office staff says .its the contractors fault they told me they did it.why would you just take the the word of someone..IF the was a contractor at all i dont believe it..This apt is very poor in management.
My favorite apartment I’ve lived in. The staff is friendly and happy to help. Very responsive to any maintenance requests. Well maintained and the neighbors are quiet - it doesn’t sound like marching elephants above me.
This place has the worst management in the biz. they literally could care less about the residents and their concerns. parking is non existant. if you get here after 8 oclock, you get to park 4 or 5 buildings away. they have already tried to screw me on rent, and almost had a car BLOW UP three months ago next to my building. it was sitting there, ON FIRE, for at least 45 minutes before anybody did anything about it. the apartments next to it, austin pointe, has some of the LOUDEST most IRRITATING residents on this planet, so i get woken up every day by loudass cars, or loudass people right next to my window. the tennis courts and pool are a complete joke, and ive heard from other residents that their rent deposit box has been broken into more then once. maintenance takes a while to respond to calls, and is a firm believer in band-aid fixes. definitely not renewing my lease with these people. horrible place to live.
By far one of the best places I have lived at. Krystal and Jade have been very accommodating to any and everything needed from them on my behalf! Maintenance has been extremely quick to respond to my requests placed in on the after hours emergency line. I’ll be staying here for a good while as long as they keep this up!
Have lived here since October 31st, and have notified them no less than 8 different times of water leaking into our apartment. Husband came home last night and found standing water, water film all the way into the living room, and mold covering the wall. We have been told numerous times that the problem was fixed yet it hasnt been. Management acts like you out them out every time you notify them. About a month ago, maintenance came out and noticed an outside source needs to come out yet no one ever has.
The manager, and the general manager have been great. Indigo has been a great place to live has done a lot to make our experience living at Indigo enjoyable.
So expensive for poor services, I got bill from Indigo like I owed them $700. I am glad I was able to dispute it I fullfilled my lease took pic after cleaning and work order they never did for broken doors and my apartment was infested of roaches when I am super clean and they never told anything to my neighbor that had food and trash is his porch that brought roaches.
I recently moved into this property and I have to say that I absolutely love it! The bedrooms are spacious, the apartment has a lot of natural light in a quiet complex. The management has been professional and expedient to repair. I am glad I have made the choice to move here.
Tenants are too lazy to pick up the dumpster lid to throw their trash, so the dumpsters are always surrounded of trash. Can request for maintenance to come out and they never do. Took 3 months to get water heater fixed. Pools are always dirty! They don’t even keep up with the pool behind the leasing office.
This place is rough!! It was bad back when I lived there. Never has been any parking and never will be. Had to move because I had a new baby and there was a shooting right near my apartment. Apparently a drug deal gone bad. My upstairs neighbor was mugged right in front of my door in broad daylight!
The pool is gross they know it’s summer time and we have kids the pool looks like pee and it’s been like that for the longest they do not care then when you report a problem they never help you have to wait and They so claim they will get to it but never do then you have to go ask again then wait again come on now people. And the only thing there going to say is we sincerely apologize and not change anything
This place has come a long way from getting a service call fixed 3 weeks out to 24-48hrs. Talk about being taken care of. ****Bonus****Indigos care team Marty and Lavonne are absolutely great! They throw get togethers twice a month in the main lobby. So much fun ranging from kareoke nights to ice cream sundaes.
Do not live here. Front office doesnt respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Neighbors are loud, and theres always people hanging out in the parking lots late at night. Kitchen is very outdated. Much more affordable places that are more comfortable.
Just had my work order completed by angel found him to be very knowledgeable courteous and helpful very pleased with his work and have no complaints
The new management has come a long way at this place. Renovations, community parties, etc. I used to be upset living here, but now it has started to feel like a community and really bringing the place together. Only complaint is the parking, but there’s not much we can do about that. The staff is wonderful and genuinely cares about residents and gets to know people!
Stay away from Braesview Parc!!! One star is being nice. They dont take into account that you pay your rent on time every month. The parking is horrible and maintenance doesnt fix anything. In addition, they will charge you outrageously upon moving out for things that are not your fault or for things they never fixed before you moved in. My advice is not to waste your money living here and save yourself the headache.
I have been living here before they switched to Indigo. The management was cool with me, but they banned my girl from the property over some stupid mess. Other than that, they are OK. Got loud Ghetto neighbors arguing all loud every other day. But i understand, its ok
This property has really turned around in the 3 years that I have lived here. Office workers are good people, management is great. Maintenance has become more efficient. Overall great place to live.
Since under new management and new maintenance I’ve experienced prompt responses and excellent knowledgeable staff members. Good price per square inch very competitive with other local complexes. Upgraded units are a plus and remodeling and improvements continue.
I stopped in today and took a tour with one of their leasing agents, she was very lovely she showed me everything the property has to offer and she made me feel at home, I will definitely be coming back to apply when my lease is over
I went in last week looking for a new apartment. The lady in the back ignored me the whole time. I walked in smiled said hello and she turned her head. I said hello again and she said hold on. Well she left me waiting a good while then asked one of the other girls working there see what he wants. She kept making faces. Her name was Moriah. That was enough for me I dont need anybody being rude ro me, especially someone im gonna be giving my money to. Plus, management should be helpful and friendly i mean thats customer service! Needless to say but i left didnt look at anything.
Great place for to live, I’m picky with the apartments I choose and this one is great. It’s clean everything works and the best part is there is no roaches living in the homes with you. Friendly neighbors, nice people. Pools are clean too.
Pls do not move here this place is a freakin mess I was told over email they left a “notice” to vacate in my door but I never got anything so when I spoke to the manager Barbara Hempel she claimed she delivered the notice and when I told her I didn’t receive it she basically tried calling me liar. So Unprofessional. Maintenance fell through my ceiling twice which leaks whenever it rains now there’s black mildew from how long they haven’t came to fix it
The office has been amazing help!!
Love these apts very nice and the staff is friendly celena was very professional and very helpful. Would recommend
Office staff is horrible. They never ever answer the lines.. Your apartment can be burning down and they will not know. They are remodeling all of the complexes and the workers have broken several windows and they say they are not responsible for it. So you stay with broken windows, and to bad if it rains. They get upset if you complain and make faces, they dont realize who the paying customer is. They show no sympathy. Their office is always closed... So frusturating!!!
Rose,Celina Justus and Ashley from office staff thank you for your great service and maintenance always taking care of my problems fast thank yall great team 🙏
GREAT NEWS....... UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!! I absolutely loved living here, the old manager sucked but the rest of the employees were very helpful and friendly. Martin was a total gentleman and very helpful with my concerns and work orders.
The best experience ever! I love these apartments and the people is so nice! Will be renewing lease. Ask for Kristi she will get you in the same day
I am passing threw a separation and I am always out of town, Celina from Indigo apartments was there to help me all the way threw and help me get the apartment I wanted. Super greatfull with all the staff. Thank you
Great complex, always quiet and Maintenance team always responds quickly.Parking can get full after 11pm.Office team is great. Thank you indigo!
Horrible place to live. Maintanence was not in any hurry to fix anything. Parking was a nightmare. We were told we would have to park off the grounds. WHERE? Managment was rude and avoidant. Never returned phone calls. When I left they charged me pet fees and pet rent. I NEVER had pets. DO NOT move in to these apartments
I moved in a year ago this April to help my daughter with the rent I have a bad hip and have trouble getting in the tub .I have ask three time for a grab bar for the bath which is so small but was told they could not alter the apt. Since there is and new manager I will try one more time. I have already contacted a lawyer so if I fall I will sue Braseview. because of my age I am 71.
Best customer service Ive ever had for an apartment!!! Very insightful and helpful. Theyve helped me every step of the way and always answer the phone.
I recently moved in and I must say Im beyond satisfied with the experience. Crystal and Jade made my transistion easy and quick. Love my new apartment thanks for everything..
I moved in last November and Tina has been the absolute best at the front office. If you’re going to rent from a place with great office staff, this is the place. They have been nothing but kind and understanding.
