Had absolutely the best experience hosting our salon meeting at the clubhouse! The vibes were everything, from the cleanliness to the large open beautiful space, mini fridge and wetbar, super comfy seats… even the smell was so clean and fresh. Very welcoming and accommodating staff. Highly recommend these apartments Ive been here three years and love it!
In the process of signing another lease at Los Robles, and we couldn’t be happier! The office staff is super friendly and does a great job planning community events. Maintenance is always quick and reliable, and the complex itself is beautiful (always complimented on when we have visitors). Definitely a great place to call home!

Overall I have enjoyed this community very much. Ive lived here since the community opened, and the current management team is best weve had. The community is clean and well cared for. Justin, the manager, communicates well, is prompt, professional, and helpful. Since he came here, I see more community improvements and repairs being made promptly. Gilbert, the Maintenance Supervisor, has been here since the community opened and is excellent. He and his team keep the buildings power washed regularly, the grounds are always clean, and they keep up with trash cleanup, which I know is a huge job. We appreciate the efforts the management team makes to keep our community clean, peaceful, and orderly.
This place is amazing!! Justin is by far one of the best managers. He is easy to talk to and gets things done. Lori is amazing also! She is so kind and so joyful every time I see her. If you’re looking for a new place to live this place is it!!
The service is excellent. The manager Justin is the best thing that could have never happened to this complex. I’ve been here 4 years and have seen such great things happen with the new staff. Which is why I decided to stay another year. Highly recommend living here if your looking within the stone oak area!!!
My experience during the two years I lived at Los Robles was very good.1. When we moved in, the process was easy, and everything was in perfect condition.2. Maintenance is always done very quickly—usually from one day to the next, to be exact.3. The place feels peaceful, with no noise and good neighbors, at least in Building 5, where we lived!4. After they changed the management, things improved significantly across the entire complex, becoming much more organized.5. The entire complex is always clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant space to live in.
One of best apts i have ever lived in. Customer service is top notch and they truly do make you feel welcomed and appreciated. The gym and pool is amazing. Also there is a walking trail super close by. I was very pleased with Rebecca for assisting me with the move in process and Justin who personally walked me to my apartment. Found out later he was the general manager (did not know at the time) needless to say I was shocked and impressed. Highly recommend Los Robles if your looking for a nice place to live around the north side of San Antonio.
Fantastic apartment complex with even more amazing staff. Lucky to have found such a great housing option that is friendly and responsive. Anytime I have an issue, Lori gets everything settled. I will be renewing my lease due to the exceptional customer service by Lori and the others.

Very happy with the apt. Overall several has been great. Office is very responsive. The maintenance comes the same day to fix things. Pool is kept clean. Very happy about my decision to move here. Highly recommend to anyone looking to move within the stone oak area. Super safe. And peaceful.

I had the pleasure of living at Los Robles last year, and I recently experienced a situation that truly showcased the amazing community there. I accidentally shipped a valuable order to my old address, and I was fortunate to have a wonderful neighbor in apartment 1301 who kindly returned it to the office. Rebecca, in the office, was incredibly helpful—she answered my call this morning and made the process of retrieving my items seamless. The staff and residents at Los Robles are genuinely honest, helpful, and kind. I cant recommend this place highly enough!

Honestly, I cannot say enough about this place. I have lived in apartments with good management, but Los Robles has an exceptional management team. I moved here almost 8 months ago. Originally I started with a short term lease, but once my contract was up I didnt hesitate. I resigned for a full year. The move in process was as smooth as can be, and I felt welcomed from start to finish. The maintenance team is always speedy with their responses, and handle issues with ease. I love how clean the property is maintained, and common courtesy that is shared with neighbors. There is so much to say about the team that handle this property. They really take the stress out of apartment living. Love it here!
Ive been living at Los Robles Apartments for more than 2 years, and Ive absolutely loved it. The community is well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.One of the things I appreciate most is the prompt and efficient maintenance service. Gilbert, in particular, has been outstanding. Whenever Ive had a request, hes always responded quickly and done a fantastic job. His attention to detail and commitment to quality work are truly commendable.The community amenities, including the pool and gym, are always clean and well-kept. This ensures a pleasant experience for all residents.The leasing professionals (Lori & Others), have been incredibly helpful and supportive. They always willing to lend a hand and make sure I have everything I need. And Justin, the manager, has been excellent at addressing any concerns Ive had.Overall, Im extremely satisfied with my experience living at Los Robles Apartments. The combination of friendly staff, excellent maintenance, and clean amenities makes it feel like home. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.
After reading some of the reviews I felt it necessary to leave my very First review for anything.Most important note:It’s an apartment complex. All the complaints are based on individuals expecting it to be like an individual home. You have to understand when you CHOOSE to live in an apartment and not home, there are all these little factors. Yes, I can hear people moving around upstairs, their sweet fury baby is huge and I can tell when he gets excited. I don’t complain, because it is what it is. It’s apart of living in an apartment complex. I don’t get mad, I’m understanding. If you don’t want to hear people above you, live on the third floor. If you choose live on the first floor know hearing people above you is part of the living conditions. Again, you agree to live with multiple neighbors back to back. I’ve never had one complaint about my music or movies, and I play it loud. Nor have I heard anyone else’s music or voices. Dogs barking, people walking by your apartment at 2 and 3 am, well that’s apart of apartment living. Young people can get loud when walking by in the middle of the night, but I don’t get mad, why? Because they’re young and having fun. If I’ve gotten fined or a note left on my door it’s because I deserved it. The management team has never done anything that didn’t seem warranted. They’ve always been respectful and kind about any issues. The quality of Los Robles exceeds my expectations. I truly love my home. I love coming home. I love living here.1) I’ve never lived in an apartment. Los Robles is a home away from home for sure! I love my building, neighbors, people, staff, maintenance guys, and the management!2) Justin and his team has done an amazing job with the Los Robles community showing how much they truly care about the people and their furry friends. I LOVE the fact they care about my furry baby’s!!!3) I’ve lived her over 18 months, had 3 different management. Justin and his team is by far the best. His communication to the community is always kind and professional. The community involvement they create is amazing! Nothing done like this before. The yoga classes, the wine Wednesday’s, food trucks, Halloween party, super fun!4) pest control. I see people put these bugs on here. Take note, I’ve never seen one. Just saying.5) I had an emergency in the middle of the night with my water, the team got together in 7 minutes and reacted quickly. I was so grateful.6) los Robles is a safe and wonderful community to live in. I’ve never experienced any fighting. Any car theft, someone said it doesn’t feel like stone oak, clearly you haven’t lived in stone oak. Every year we have massive car theft around this time of the year, in the neighborhood homes.7) again, if you expect to get the same environment you would if you live in a home, not going to happen! Let’s be realistic.8) the apartments are beautiful and in a great location. I love my community and home. Thank you to Justin and management team for doing an awesome job!!!
I don’t usually post reviews but after seeing some of the recent ones I felt obliged to comment. My fiancé and I just moved here from Florida a couple months ago and we absolutely love it here at Los Robles! The management and supporting staff are all very friendly and always willing to help with any of the community’s needs. They are very on top of things, always sending emails, always willing to answer any questions or concerns. This is something we did not receive back in Florida so we’re beyond appreciative! The only issue we’ve experienced is that there are a lot of silverfish that we encounter. We’ve taken extra cleaning measures and even went as far as buying a dehumidifier and getting pest control in here a couple times but ever so often they make their way in … however, there’s only so much that can be done in that situation and we understand they’re doing the best they can. Besides that, my fiancé and I couldn’t be happier. We really enjoy everything about this community. The gym is the best community gym I’ve been able to experience, the pool is absolutely beautiful, and the neighborhood is quiet at night (despite what other reviews say, I would know I live right by the public amenity areas). If you’re reading this and a little on the fence about coming here, I hope this review gives you a little bit of reassurance that this place has a lot to offer!

We recently moved into this apartment complex and couldnt be happier with our decision. From the moment we toured with Lori, who was incredibly helpful, kind and informative, we fell in love with the apartment and its amenities. The application process was smooth, and we were approved the very next day!Now that weve been here for a week, I can confidently say we love everything about it. Weve already enjoyed the pool and gym, both of which are fantastic. The community is great—our neighbors are friendly, and the property is always clean. We needed help with the garbage disposal, and when we requested maintenance, they came immediately and resolved the issue in no time. Overall, this has been a wonderful experience, and were excited to call this place home!
When I walk in, I am always greeted to a bunch a smiles. The staff there are awesome and this is my third lease with Los Robles. Justin the manager is always accommodating, Lori is awesome and Gilbert (the maintenance guy) is always there same day or next day to help us if something ever happens. I never want to leave!!!

Loved using the clubhouse for a team bonding event. It was beautiful, clean, and very spacious to accommodate for 13 people. We loved being able to have the space to have our activity on one side and food on the other. I would highly recommend using the space for smaller group parties, meetings, activities.

My experience of living at Los Robles has been excellent since I moved in. The staff if always so polite and helpful. The other day the manager, Justin, noticed my Amazon package had been left out in the mailroom when it was delivered. Justin so kindly brought the package to the office for safe keeping. I wasn’t able to get back home until after office hours but Justin went above and beyond and opened the office after closing to return my package to me. This has been the most pleasant apartment living I have experienced.
This place is #1 in stone oak. Love how clean and safe it is. The manager Justin is by far the best thing for this community. So involved. Kind. And just a wealth of knowledge. The office staff Rebecca and Lori are superior as well. I cant wait for the upcoming Halloween party.

I absolutely ❤️ living at Los Robles. Just moved from a 1 bdrm to a 2 bdrm apt after 1 yr. The office staff is top notch, thank you Lori for always being super pleasant and knowledgeable. Justin the manager is always available, and does a great job ensuring the property is well maintained.Special thanks to Eddie from maintenance. I had some concerns with my refrigerator, issue was addressed quickly and professionally, putting me at ease. I cant say enough!
Our team enjoyed bonding at the Los Robles Clubhouse. The area accommodated all 14 of us very well. The kitchen area was convenient for us to serve and eat dinner. I would recommend any large party to the clubhouse!
Very spacious with lots of seating to accommodate large groups. Festive place for the holiday gatherings. Place is very fancy similar to a hotel lobby, yet also has very high ceilings and lots of natural light. Would recommend.

I have been at Los Robles a couple of months now. It has been a positive experience. I love the pool and love the fact the machines actually work in the gym! I’ve been a Los Robles resident since December of 2021, and the property is immaculate—fresh flowers, clean walkways, great amenities, fun events, and so on. I’ve even had my own event held at the clubhouse and loved that experience. I’m happy to call Los Robles my home. They care about all the details, and maintenance is top-notch. You put in an order, and it’s completed lickety-split. The apartment has stunning views of nature, a beautiful kitchen layout, and ample space in both bedrooms and bathrooms. When they say luxury apartments, they mean luxury. Finished garage, granite countertops, Stainless steel appliances, shag carpet, pet-friendly vinyl in main rooms, quality doors, wide windows, wood blinds, multiple patios, shelved closets, spa-like shower heads, and full-size bathtubs. They are continuously improving the rental experience and recently added Electric charging stations. I appreciate all the details and amazing customer service and support. -Lyons Family

Ive rented apartments for many years and in different cities.Los Robles are the BEST experience Ive had so far: safety, maintenance response, easy to communicate.I 100% recommend this complex if you want to live in a place that makes you feel you matter. Every brand has a face, which is the person you communicate and represents that brand. Los Robles face is Justin, a fantastic leader that will always go the extra mile to support. Justin is the MGR of the complex, a gem hard to find.

Beautiful property in a great area. I visited this community last week and was throughly impressed. The apartment was superb, the pool was amazing and most importantly the staff was awesome. Special shoutout to the manager Justin, who took time to talk to me. He was super inviting, and extremely friendly. Honestly I have never had a manger come out and greet me (that’s because I had seen four properties this past week). Justin and his staff is the reason I will be choosing Los Robles as my next home.

I can not stress enough the quality of the team at Los Robles. Everyone I have spoken to in the leasing office has been kind, helpful, and energetic. This is the best apartment management team I have had the pleasure of living under, and I could not recommend this place enough. On the property side, the entire complex is beautiful and serene. My personal favorite is the dog park, it is huge and my dogs love it. The pool is huge and so calming, and the gym has great furnishings. The community is quiet and the neighbors are all so friendly. These days it is hard to find an apartment complex that is both beautiful and has a great management team, but this one really does have it all!
I did my official move out today at los Robles Apartments. It was a great community to live at for two years. The grounds were always kept Nice. The pool is gorgeous and well maintained. This staff is one of the best teams in all of San Antonio! From the moment I met Lori, Rebecca and Justin they made me feel so comfortable and welcomed that it truly let an impression. As a person of color that is not always the case. This team is super engaged and connected with their residents it really is the dream like atmosphere you look for when choosing a property. Los Robles is absolutely gorgeous—one of the nicest places Ive seen around here. When I called for info, I spoke with Lori, and let me tell you, shes awesome. Lori is super kind and really listened to what I had to say. Genuine customer service is rare these days, but Lori nailed it. 5 out of 5 stars just because of her! If every leasing agent were as attentive, sweet, knowledgeable, and present as Lori, apartment hunting would be a breeze. You guys have a gem with her!

Los Robles apartments has been the best apartment complex I’ve stayed at since living in San Antonio, they even helped me out with my engagement. The move in process was super easy and the staff is very helpful.

I have lived here since November of 2023 and have zero complaints. The community is wonderful. The staff is very nice and responsive. I do not agree with other reviews that mention the maintenance is an issue here. Take that with a grain of salt. That lady obviously is not happy here and should just move out. The pool here is very nice and the staff keep it in check because people like the break the rules and invite unauthorized people to our pool which is not right. This is not a city pool. This is private property. We also have security here that helps a lot too. I am very happy to live here and do not plan on leaving anytime soon. As mentioned already, most negative reviews will come from someone who either not happy with life or simply did not get there way. Maybe even both lol I say judge for your self and you will see the positive difference.

Lori was extremely helpful with our move, I originally toured by myself but after my first impression with her, I came back two days later with my husband and we ended up locking our lease in! As far as the property goes it is defiantly a gem; spacious, low cost and up to date fixtures. We toured countless properties in the area and nothing came close to los Robles! For the sq ft & cost you honestly won’t find better in the area. Even on its own it’s just a phenomenal property! W/D included, big patio, and it’s a fairly small apartment complex which is a plus! Everything is clean and well taken care of. When they have units available you need to act fast, because the people who rent stay here for a while! That says a lot. Highly recommend living here.
I noted some things on my move in checklist but my neighbors upstairs make a lot of noise. I think they are children up there though. Also, when I moved in, there were a lot of bugs. A bunch of Rollie Pollies and other little creatures but it may because it’s hot and it’s Texas but other than that, it was a great move in and the staff has been great. Mr. Justin helped me out even when I was there to see Ms. Lori, who was busy at the time… I didn’t have an appointment, I just walked in but he helped me with my questions. Ms. Lori was great from the beginning to end and she was always available to answer my questions.
Lori provided me with exceptional service! Her insight into the property and surrounding area made our decision easy that we signed on the spot the same day! Have had nothing but a positive experience here over the past two years. The quality of the apartment and square footage for the price is unbearable in the are. The staff and grounds crew are very helpful. Have been a resident the past two years and don’t have any complaints. The property itself has always stayed clean & looked beautiful at all times. If you are looking for a high quality apartment located near a hot spot area, Los Robles is perfect.
I have been pretty nervous about finding a community that is right for me since this will be my first apartment without a roommate. I had multiple tours with different complexes scheduled and Los Robles was the first on my list. I toured with Rebecca and applied for my apartment the same day! I 100% trusted her because she worked with my current apartment complex (the one I am moving out of to come live at Los Robles) and she was actually the one I toured with! I remembered her as soon as I saw her in the leasing office at Los Robles because she is such a kind, warm and caring person, on top of being super knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the community. Outside of my great experience with Rebecca, I was in awe of the amenities at Los Robles. The pool is resort-style and the gym is huge! The property has so much greenery and is super clean. I was also impressed with the planned events Rebecca told me about: wine down Wednesdays, pool parties, etc. The apartment I toured was absolutely perfect for me as well -- the size of the kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom were exactly what I wanted! I am so excited to move into this community, and I cannot thank Rebecca enough for providing me with a truly wonderful first experience with Los Robles.
When I come in to the office the staff is always so friendly and welcoming not counting all the event that they try to put on with the budget they are given like Halloween was amazing. With them having the pool recently reconstructed its so shiny and clean just in time for this HOT Texas weather. The landscape is wonderful and I always hear compliment on how beautiful it is and people wish they had it like that their place. The gym is my personal favorite after the pool cause it saves me so much on a membership, overall Los Robles is a sweet spot and recommend giving it a good look before making any decisions!!!

Where to begin?? I loved my time at Los Robles. I moved in 2019, and moved out in 2024 (living in one place for so long should speak volumes in itself) and it was a tough decision to leave, but ultimately came down to finding more space that worked better for our specific needs. The apartments are great, modern clean finishes, tons of natural light, office team was always friendly and willing to help. Gilbert in maintenance was my go to man, always responsive! He was always friendly and a great guy to talk to. The amenities are next level, especially the pool and grilling areas. Theyre resort level! The addition of sun shades and neck support pillows poolside made a huge difference. Location is convenient and close to stores, restaurants, and HEBs- not to mention a quiet community. Justin was attentive and very helpful with my concerns and questions, seems like a great property manager and goes the extra mile to communicate.
Went to an event at the clubhouse and it was amazing! The clubhouse has everything you need to host a incredible party! Will definitely use it again!

This is the best apartment complex I’ve lived at hands down. Management is so kind, responsive, and enthusiastic about keeping this place a great one to live in. Loved living at Los Robles. We enjoyed the “Bier Garten” and BBQ area a majority of the time along with the pool area. We found the apartment enjoyable and surrounded by some very nice people who turned into friends. Once Justin took over, the operations and grounds became impeccable to say the least. The very few times we called for a repair was handled quickly along with a follow up of satisfaction level. Justin and his maintenance team truly has a their finger on the pulse of the operation. Our dream home build is about complete, so it was time to say goodbye.
I have been at Los Robles for a year now. From the moment I walked in for a tour it has been so pleasant. The office staff is so nice and the maintenance staff as well. I signed another lease because I know I won’t find a place this cool anywhere else. Best apartment I have ever lived at.

Shout out to the management team. They got us moved in quickly after a different apartment complex fell through. This place has great amenities and the units themselves feel new and updated. My wife and I are in the Emma floor plan and it has a good open design and lots of natural light.
Lori has been great. She showed me everything I needed to know very well. She was patient the entire time and solved all of my questions. Great customer service. Listen to the recommendations she gives. I messed up by not getting CPS in my name on time, and I got a $50 charge because of that.
I have lived here going on 3 years. I just renewed my lease for a year and moved into a bigger apartment yesterday. I love living here and it’s situated close to great restaurants, target and heb. The previous office staff seemed clueless on how to do their jobs correctly but the current staff is helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I was very frustrated with the prior staff but the current staff are always helpful and seem like they care about helping the people who live here. I workout daily and love the gym here. For an apartment it’s quite impressive as is the pool. I highly recommend this place! I am a firefighter so I work long shifts and feel perfectly safe with my fiancé staying here while I’m away on shift.

I had the opportunity to tour a 2 bedroom / 2 bathe today with Lori. She was extremely nice, professional, and very welcoming when I arrived. The layout of the apartment is exactly what I’m looking for and the hospitality is phenomenal!! Can wait to call this place home!!

When I PCS’d (moved) to san Antonio I had the hardest time deciding where to live. My first impression of my tour here was impeccable. The staff at Los Robles are amazing! Every staff member has always been professional and helpful with any service. Maintenance is quick. Quicker than most communities I hear about. I would choose Los Robles again if I ever PCS back to San Antonio.

These apartments are incredible. The appliances and facets all have a luxurious feel and the units are quite spacious. Ive lived here since March 2023 and have loved it since day 1. The relatively new property manager, Justin, has also been a blessing, further improving the quality of this community by scheduling on-site food trucks, arranging events, and can be seen actively moving about the complex attending to a variety of tenant needs.
I haven’t moved in just yet! But so far I have been so blessed by Lori’s kind assistance in the process. She’s gone above and beyond for me even calling on FaceTime to give me the ability to see the place in advance of moving cross country and responding to my anxious texts at late hours. Really appreciate Lori making me feel so comfortable in what could have otherwise been a very stressful process (due to time constraints and changed move in dates, units, etc.)Lori even went out of her way to confirm that I’ll catch the morning sun from my unit’s balcony 🥲 who does that lol very grateful and excited to join the community :)

Los Robles has been an amazing place to live at. I moved here in October of 2023 and I can’t regret my choice upon many apartment visits I had here in the stone oak area. I have to share the “Why” in my decision to live here at LR… First and foremost, I am a shy and introverted guy and when I walked into the office, Rebecca and Justin were very welcoming from the start. Through the tour of the apartment complex and conversations I had with them, they sold me through their character as a person to live at LR . It also helped that everything here is VERY clean and maintains a high luxury living space, especially the club house. Justin and the staff go above and beyond with events, food trucks, and weekly emails to inform us with helpful information if there is something wrong or happening for us to be aware. The only issue I really have is I can’t find parking near my apartment, BUT that’s on ME since my lifestyle brings me home past 11pm.I think it’s baffling and mind blowing to me how some of these reviews can have such high maintenance and requirements on this place and staff. Life’s not perfect. Live to be great and happy, rather than bitter Karen behind a review judging the staff and the people who live here at LR.

Now we have electric chargers right here in the parking lot. Again for the THIRD time when I put in a request for repair, the ticket gets OPENED, ASSIGNED, and COMPLETED as per the text msgs that I get with each status update within a HOUR of the next business day. There I go waiting around my apartment thinking someone is on their way to fix my service request in the next hour or so. Then before I know it the day has passed and no one showed up or called about the repair I submitted online.So I do my diligence and call leasing office to follow up that nobody showed for the last day or week. Even now I gave it 2 weeks for someone to notice that the repair wasn’t completed but nobody called or noticed. And when I do call to follow up I get put on hold in a matter of seconds by the leasing office and then when I try to explain the situation I get rudely put on hold mid sentence (I’m super polite btw) and I can hear them yelling at the maintenance staff before the call goes on hold. I get told the same thing every time, “ They are on their way now.” And again me or my husband wait around and no one shows. I’m sick of the rude leasing staff, I feel like we got the wool pulled over our eyes after our tour and after we signed the lease. It’s ridiculous that you can bring in a police brigade for a pool visitor violation in a matter of minutes but I can’t even get my maintenance ticket serviced and ACTUALLY COMPLETED in a timely manner.

Weve been residents here for about a year and a half, and our experience at Los Robles has been quite enjoyable. The property is consistently well-maintained, and the amenities are kept in good shape. Justin, our lead manager, oversees the property with care and attention. He enforces the community rules which ensures that everyone can enjoy their time here. Our maintenance team is prompt and friendly. Gilbert, our lead maintenance engineer, is truly outstanding. Mike is great too and always ready to lend a hand, and Eric has been a super new addition to the team. They are not only quick to respond but also easy to get along with. The only negative is that the Wi-Fi in the clubhouse has not worked well since we have lived here. The clubhouse is beautiful space and would be a great place to enjoy the remote work experience.
This is one of those new builds that was slapped together with poor insulation and thin walls. I have a toddler and live on the third floor. My neighbors kept complaining because my child is “too loud.” The office will not work with me and offers no resolution to the problem, all they do is threaten me with lease violations and putting it in my file. They’ve even encouraged my neighbors to call the police on me. I’m a single mother and I live alone with my baby, imagine waking up to the police pounding on your door at 1 AM, hours after we went to sleep. Apparently children are not welcome in this community. Also, the new manager is extremely arrogant. Residents pay monthly for valet trash services, if you put your trash out 3 hours early you will get charged $50 per bag, no warning. I’ve never had a problem with my trash, I had a first time offense and a fee of $150. He refused to work with me. He must be getting a commission on the fees he’s giving out. We have no say except to pay that outrageous fee on top of rent on overpriced low quality apartments where your neighbors call the police on you because you have children that play in their homes. I finally gave my neighbor my phone number and he calls all day to let me know he can hear my kid walking around. 11 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM, 6 PM. It doesn’t matter what time it is, she’s not allowed to behave like a 3 year old without it being a problem. Also, there is a silverfish problem here. No matter how clean my apartment is I always find them. Disgusting.Update on Los Robles response: Just because a warning was issued, doesn’t make the fine ANY less ridiculous or extreme. Secondly, yes my 3 year old CHILD will run and stomp occasionally. I do not “allow” it, but anyone with sense knows that children will in fact act like children. Especially when they are comfortable within their own home. Thanks for your UNHELPFUL response.
Hi, I have been living in these apartments for the past few years, specifically around three and a half years ago. What I find most appealing is the community and the kindness of the office staff. I have been living here with my mother for a significant period, and while there are occasional disturbances caused by noisy neighbors or individuals neglecting to clean up after their dogs, this community is generally pleasant. I frequently visit the gym, mostly on a daily basis, as it is my favorite activity. The people there are friendly, and the quality of the equipment is satisfactory, although I do wish we had a few more machines, perhaps a seated calf raise machine or a pec dec fly machine or something innovative. Recently, I turned sixteen, and I had actually hoped for a new machine in the apartment gym, I was thinking about asking but here I am now asking for it 🙏. The gym here means a lot to me as it saves me from walking long distances, perhaps around 3-4 miles, to reach another gym. Overall, this gym has been a lifesaver and is awesome, but a couple more machines would definitely be an improvement. In general, this apartment complex is truly remarkable, and I thoroughly enjoy living here.

Was told the apartment was ready multiple times before move in, and Im assuming no one bothered to inspect it before hand. Can’t use my shower or kitchen sink due to missing utilities. Sat my son on the floor for a quick minute while I went to go to the restroom and when I can back 3 minutes later his hands and knees were dark black from crawling on the floor, a little dirt is to be expected but not completely filthy on initial walk through. So far this has been a nightmare and a week later I’m still waiting for repairs…

Since Justin took over as the new manager for Los Robles for IRT Living, he has made living at the Los Robles property a more secure, relaxing, upscale and well maintained place to call home. Justin is very hands with property amenities functionality, by providing effective solutions. 5 stars for the service team, Gilbert and everyone else is amazing, very quick and get it done the right way. I’ll even give another 5 stars because the community looks great, and is very well maintained, which is another nod to the service team.HOWEVER, if I could leave negative stars about management I would. When I moved in 3 years ago, I lived here for 2 months and received one noise complaint (which was a fair and valid complaint), but they were very abrupt in demanding I either be respectful to my neighbors or I’d get evicted, after ONE complaint. Then about a year later, I received another complaint because I owned a German Shepard who liked to be on the porch, and she would occasionally bark, but her being a big dog, even though she was friendly, i would still consider that valid, so I fixed that issue. They even threatened me that if I didn’t stop letting my dog on the porch, they would make me get rid of her, who was a service animal BTW.BUT NOW, a year later, we’ve had ridiculously loud neighbors for months, left SEVERAL very nice and formal complaints, and yet 3 months later, we still get to experience their dog barking from 6 am to 5pm. All we got was, “they do everything we can, they’re moving out in March.” I stated several times that my occupation was a pilot, so sometimes I have weirder hours than the normal person, so yes sometimes I do sleep during the day, and I’m aware of that and aware there’s going to be normal living noises, however this is not normal living noises. So basically we got to enjoy the next month getting no sleep but weren’t supposed to be bothered by the noise because they’re supposedly moving out.If the last 4 months didn’t turn out the way they did, I would’ve HIGHLYY recommended the community to anybody, but now I wouldn’t recommend it anyone.
We’ve been here since June of 2022. We are very quiet tenant, we dont complain and you wont hear anything unless its necessary. We pay our bills on time too. The management here keeps changing and the management right now is by far the worst.We moved out recently from our 1bd to transfer to a 2bedroom unit, thats the reason we frequently go to the office to fix everything. If you go to the office Lori and Justin will give you the vibe “get out of my office” they are not welcoming. If you see Justin around the complex, he will not greet you with a smile. Honestly he looks like a terror school principal or the real estate agent vivarium literally no emotion. So, I asked Justin regarding how the move out cleaning works and he recommended a cleaning company and even gave me their number. And now he said that I went behind his back for contacting the cleaning company, like what do you expect me to do Sir? Very unprofessional. I also complaint about the washer on our new unit being so dirty, I keep washing our comforter but there is still a dirt all over it, only to find out that when you open the tube in the middle it is full of dirt! It is so gross and he said its not really part of the cleaning! He did not even apologize for the inconvenience. How can you even maintain all of the appliances and the apartment if you dont clean everything before you hand over the key to the new renter? I had to clean it myself, I almost vomitted! 🤢 Make sure to check yours before washing your clothes! He is unprofessional, rude, no sense of ownership/responsibility and no customer service skills. You dont have to treat your tenants like queens or kings, you just have to treat us nicely and with respect. I dont know if he is like that to everyone or we are being discriminated. He keeps blaming someone in his team too! Like is he really the manager? Just own the mistake, apologize and think of a solution.Im glad that Sir Gilbert and the maintenance team are still here. They are the best! They are always smiling and ready to help. We love them!I hope the upper management will do something about this. Sometimes it just not the place that will make you feel at home, it is also how the management is treating you. Please do better.

DO NOT LIVE HERE I have emailed Justin (the property manager) so many times about my loud noisy neighbor that play their music from 9pm-7am every single day and they haven’t done NOTHING! I lose sleep every single day. This has been happening since September and still nothing has been resolved. All they tell me is that “We will get in contact with the neighbor” but still absolutely nothing has happened. They also tell me to call the non emergency number and I even had a cop come into my apartment to hear the noise and he even wrote that down on the police report and still that didn’t mean anything since nothing has been resolved. Also don’t even bother to ask REBECCA anything! she is very rude and said that we were hallucinating about the noise??? she is very disrespectful and RUDE!!!! So is the assistant manager she has never been involved. They’re both useless and not helpful at all so don’t waste your time with them. Save your money and find somewhere else to rent. I am counting down the days till I leave this place it cannot come any faster!!
I moved into this apartment in March 2023, but Ive been dealing with a persistent issue since May 2023 – excessive noise from my upstairs neighbor. The constant stomping, banging, and loud noises have made my daily life really difficult. Its gotten so bad that even my ceiling and ceiling fan shake because of it.Ive tried to resolve this by reporting it to the apartment management multiple times, but not all of my complaints seem to have been documented properly. I also reached out to my neighbor, asking them to keep it down, but that didnt help much. The management told me to call a non-emergency hotline if the noise continues after hours, which I did, and I gave them the case numbers. However, when I spoke with Lori from the management office recently, she didnt offer much help. She mentioned that my neighbor has a three-year-old child, and theres not much they can do because of that. I disagree with the suggestion that I should move to another unit on the third floor, as it doesnt address the root issue. Anyone else moving into my current unit would likely face the same problem.According to what Ive read from Nolo, I have the right to enjoy my apartment without such disruptions. Many rental agreements include a covenant of quiet enjoyment, ensuring that tenants can live without undue disturbance. I feel like my rights as a tenant are being violated, and Im asking for your assistance in resolving this matter to restore a peaceful living environment, as Im legally entitled to as a tenant in this community.
Moved in about a month ago and couldn’t be happier. Love love love it. Can’t talk enough about it to my family and friends . Overall vibe is beyond friendly. Common areas are kept clean and tidy. Maintenance is fantastic compared to where I lived before. I look to call this spot home for awhile. Highly recommend and will bet money you’d be happy here
This community has terrible management. The scenery is beautiful but since they have changed management recently; the community no longer feels safe. The front office ladies along with the property manager are no help ever. I finally moved from this place because of the new management team they brought in. My last night at Los Robles, this team allowed a fire alarm to go off all day and night with no raise of concern. At midnight, I had enough and decided to call “maintenance emergency.” I had to call multiple times to see if they could turn it off so I could get some sleep. Justin, the property manager, said it was “not a high priority maintenance request.” A week before that, there was a stabbing involving some residents. The commotion lasted all night. No response or safety measures were taken. Prior to the new manager I had absolutely no issues. They would handle things accordingly and professionally. But as of now, even friends in the community have had terrible solutions from the management team - as in nothing being done. They simply say that is not their responsibility. It’s terrible. Would NOT recommend living here under Justin’s management.
Gilbert went out of his way on the weekend to help with my dryer. He was very nice and helpful!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this community. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone who is on the hunt for a great place to live. The pool is the best in the area. Clean Clean Clean. This place is ran like a 5 star hotel. I refer several clients to this community, and I do so because of the high level of service and how beautiful they keep it.

Great place, my son lives here and we like to visit when we are out of town the pool is beautiful and my son always says the office staff are extremely nice. I also enjoy the beautiful scenery!
The community is kept very clean and well put together. Maintenance responds the same day and the office team is supervisor compared to other places Ive lived. Highly recommend.
The apartment complex was a great place to live at. Management was very easy to deal with and very kind. The property manager was exceptionally good and very easy to work with. He was very professional and also very responsive. I would definitely recommend living here.

I stopped by to view an apartment because I am considering on moving back to SA! I had (thankfully) stopped by when they were setting up their WINE Wednesday!! Which they invited me back; so needed after apartment shopping! The manager was so helpful! It was beautiful! I just need to make my final decision on my move or not. But this is my first pick!!!!
Great place to live, I visit a long time friend here and every time we are in town we notice how clean and beautiful the property looks I highly recommend this place if your looking to relocate from out of town or just in town my friend has nothing but good things to say about the staff and maintenance.

I have lived at Los Robles for 3 years now. The number one issue is that throughout these three years, they have switched management up to 4 times and can never keep a consistent management team which each have implemented things across the community differently. I live right across the pool and for the past few months, the noise has been unbearable, even past 10PM sometimes. And it’s not just music, it’s people arguing and fighting. I have neighbors upstairs who continue to argue and fight which makes it feel completely unsafe to stay in my apartment as a woman who lives by herself. We do not have a security team either so just overall, my feeling of feeling safe within my home has been declining significantly over the past couple of months. Additionally, for a resident who has lived here for three years and is finally expressing concerns in regards to safety, I was met with no care from the leasing office representative, Laurie. I would definitely avoid living somewhere where the safety concerns of residents aren’t taken seriously.Update: the leasing office still hasn’t done anything in regards to these safety concerns or my asks to leave. And ironically, our gate was broken for 3 days, and within the time I came to get my stuff from my apartment, my car got broken into and valuable property stolen.

Update June 2023Everyone on the maintenance staff is courteous, professional, friendly and competent. They’ve always been able to address our requests quickly.We’re continuing to enjoy living here. The only thing that could improve is the fact that we would love to work more in the beautiful club house, but we don’t because we have to use our hot spots. The clubhouse wifi hasn’t worked properly since we moved here in April 2022.April 2022My husband and I just moved in this week and so far we are pleased with our decision. The property is high end and gorgeous with great amenities. The staff and maintenance crew have been helpful and welcoming. We are looking forward to being a part of this community.

I hate it here! The apartment itself is nice but everything else that comes with this place is definitely not worth it! To start, there’s WAY too many apartments for the small amount of parking they have. And the majority of the parking is compact car parking. If you plan to be home after 1900 forget it, you’ll be circling the complex for a while! If you’re a nightshifter like myself, you’ll never get any sleep! There’s landscaping going on 3-4x/week and it’s not for just 1-2 hours, it’s for about 5 hours! Don’t let them fool you with the $30/month valet trash! I have 3 different charges each month for “valet trash” and only one of them is $30; and they don’t take all of your trash. The gates are always broken; it’s partly a gated community. Any maintenance that needs to be done is only done during the day, which is fine, however tenants should have the option for a “late or early” visit, again because it’s so hard to sleep here! The walls are paper thin and Blanco Road is incredibly busy so you hear all that traffic 24/7. I’m just hoping the remaining months I have left go by quick cause this is the worst!

Walked into Los Robles today and had a warm and welcoming experience from Chloe and Jaime the assistant manager. Chloe is amazing and took the time to answer all my questions. The apartments are so clean and nice too. I highly recommend Los Robles if you’re looking for a new place to call home.
I recently made a visit to this community and I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail the leasing and maintenance staff give to this property.Kasandra took the time to show me around the complex and answered all of our questions courteously and knowledgeably.The grounds are clean and well kept, the apartment homes are very modern & spacious and amenities are top notch resort style!

Rebecca in the leasing office really went to bat for us as we needed some accommodations for my disabled son. She moved a lot of mountains to get us taken care of and was the first person out of the new office staff that made me feel seen/heard.

The lowest rent option on our renewal offer was a $250 increase, which they are unable to negotiate with according to IRT Leasing Professional, Lori Gill. Our lease expires in 66 days - Ill still be recovering from recent knee surgery and my girlfriend will be 37 weeks pregnant. Los Robles staff will not help us avoid moving logistics/costs under these circumstances, shoddy customer service there... we arent asking for much, just some sympathy given the situation.Additionally, weve had a pest problem for a month (pest control company is separate from IRT), and they have not found the root of our problem yet. I was told to go through my pantry and remove whatever the pests are infesting... isnt that their job? (pests were never seen in the pantry (shocker)).Last thing worth mentioning - In the Ring app there was a conversation regarding a homicide that took place in Building 8 recently, with a neighbor commenting that they had to walk past the bloody scene with their kids. I havent confirmed, thought it was worth mentioning in a review for prospects to read.

Los Robles is. a Very clean property. The units are spacious rather it’s a 1 bedroom or a 3 bedroom. The staff and maintenance employees are nice and always on point if you need anything.The pool is remarkable , If you are looking for a place to call home it’s here at Los Robles. I give this property 5 stars 👍🏽

I visited Los Robles a few weeks back and I absolutely love the property! We aren’t looking to move for at least a year but Tammie was kind enough show us the apartment and she was so informative and friendly!! She even invited us to come out to the next event!! Amenities are beautiful, you can tell the staff takes pride in the community which is very hard to find. I will definitely be looking to move to here in the future and I cannot wait!

This is a brand-new and absolutely gorgeous community. After much thorough research on probably close to a hundred different apartment complexes and condo/townhome listings all over San Antonio and nearby areas, this was #1 on my (very short) list of places to visit. The neighborhood is known for being quiet and safe, yet still a reasonable drive from downtown. It’s a gated community; it has washers and dryers in every unit; it is pet-friendly but strict on ensuring that pets are picked up after; the pool area is gorgeous; the gym overlooks the pool and makes even a person like *me* want to go work out; and I must say, Jacob Ramos and the rest of the office staff were among the most amiable, patient, and helpful people I have ever encountered. They are all truly extraordinary and I never once doubted their capability in keeping Los Robles up and running as the lovely, resort-style complex that it is. The photos online really do not do it justice and I was so in love with the place, I immediately — after thoroughly checking the apartment first — put down a deposit. I eventually had to make a terribly difficult decision between this place and another complex, but it came down to little things regarding my own personal situation (such as distance from my office). Still, I highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for a beautiful place to call home in San Antonio — and boy do I have high standards for my budget! And for the record, I was not in any way rewarded or compensated for this post. It is purely my own opinion. :)
I had an onsite scheduled tour. Upon my arrival the leasing office representative looked at me weird. I informed her I had an appt and she looked surprised. After several minutes of looking at her computer she says oh yes there you are then proceeds to look at her watch. She asked what size apt am I looking for and I said 1 bedroom. Without asking me whats my budget or what date I want to move in she blurts out they start at $1500. Upon realizing I wasnt welcome I left without hesitation. I checked the website and noticed that wasnt true at all. Based on the date I want to move in there was an available unit for $1300 (plus all the fees) for their Adina 1bed/1bath. It is a beautiful complex from what I saw. Whats beautiful on the outside is not necessarily beautiful on the inside! There are very beautiful new complexes in the Boerne area that are more hospitable.*UPDATE* Los Robles reps have made several attempts to contact me to tour the property. Unfortunately, its too late. They have the gall to send me a quote 2 weeks later when I didnt request one.
They are promising they were going to clean the apartment before people move out but they didn’t keep their promises. I don’t suggest it. There are insects around. The staff is not helpful.
Where to start with these apartments. I just moved out over the summer recently so Im going to share my experience living here and move out. Ill be listing the pros and cons. We lived at Los Robles from late 2019 until June 2021.PROS:-Generally quiet and safe area. Its safe to walk around the complex at night.-Apartments LOOK nice inside and out. Lots of natural light.-Location is good, everything you need is nearby.-Maintenance team is fantastic. Really nice people who will resolve issues somewhat quickly.-Pool is nice and hardly ever full.CONS:-NOISE: The apartments are really cheaply built. If you have people living above you, youll definitely hear them walking. Its especially annoying at night. Since there was no courtesy officer, youre basically stuck dealing with the noise.-The Management: Los Robles was purchased by Steadfast living while I was there. Since then, the staff has only shown care when youre looking to rent an apartment. Once youre there, they dont care about you. Events were gone. Notifications for food trucks were sent the moment they got there. They really only care about the upfront look. Notice whenever theres a negative review. A bunch of positive reviews pop up. Front desk never picks up the phone, especially when you need them most.Regarding management. Theyll nickle and dime you for everything they can. When we moved out we lost our security deposit and owed money because the carpets needed to be replaced EVEN THOUGH the maintenance supervisor said they looked really good. We paid it just to be done with the place once and for all. Please just be careful with the management team.We also had a Marijuana issue where our neighbor was smoking marijuana and it seeped into our bedroom and bathroom. Management did the bare minimum to address the issue. And the Assistant Property Managers response when the issue happened again was well at least it worked for a little bit. Speaking of him - it took over a month to pay our final statement because he slacked on sending the details to their accounting company. If it wasnt for me calling every other day for a month. It may have never reached them and we probably wouldve been in trouble. The management never called me to resolve the issue. But they called me when I left a negative response on a survey they sent. Priorities apparently.-Ants: Over the summer, expect to get ants in your house. The place is littered with them.-Rent rate: this one was on the previous management. When it was time for our renewal - even though I had an email from one of the staff saying my rate was locked. They raised the rent by $250.-Appliances: cheap. We often had maintenance issues. The appliances we had were just slapped there with little care. Hard water damages them and theres no protection in place.During the Winter Storm in February. Our AC/Heating broke. Our toddlers room was not getting heat when it was freezing cold out. It took a whole month to get it fixed. The maintenance supervisor only looked at it and assumed it was one issue. It took us multiple calls to get them to fix it. WE were the ones who had to follow up in order to get anything done. Gilbert from maintenance helped us out and really helped speed things along.-No playground onsite. Dog park at the time looked like an embarrassing oversight.If youre single or dont have kids. This place might work for you. But if you have a family, I cannot recommend this place at all. Vecina down the road had a playground for kids onsite and seemed to be better built.We broke our lease early despite the payments just because we couldnt stand living there any longer.
Tammie Limon did a fantastic job! She listened to my wish list and helped me find the perfect apartment. She was responsive when coordinating my move in and answering any questions. I would recommend Los Robles and I have enjoyed living here. The staff makes an extra effort to make you feel at home.
The maintenance staff here is absolutely incredible, specifically Gilbert has gone above and beyond. During the winter storm in early 2021, he is the reason we were fortunate enough to have safe sidewalks and enough propane to prepare a warm dinner. We will forever be grateful to the maintenance staff for working in all conditions to try and provide the best quality of life possible at this complex!!
UPDATE: It has been a while since my original review. Not much has changed, although I see management trying to make changes. Clear and timely communication continues to be a problem. If you are planning on moving here - most of the great reviews youll see are based on the leasing/move-in point of view. Check the reviews from tenants, like myself, who have been here long enough and can give you a honest review of living in this community. I will say that it has been mostly because of Guilberts dedication and care about the community that the common areas are being kept/maintained. Guilbert provides excellent maintenance service to all tenants, always with a smile on his face. He will make sure your issue is fixed and fixed right the first time. If you happen to have the AC repaired, make sure to request Guilbert. Otherwise, the issue may not be fixed right and Guilbert will have to come later to fix it again. I see Fernando walking around most mornings, bucket in hand, on his cellphone - not even looking for/picking up trash/pet waste.Theres still no commercial-free music on the pool area , sometimes no music at all. Weeds grow wild and landscape continues to be neglected. Trash and pet waste thrive. In summary, we are no longer getting the same value for our money. They upped the service charges (trash, landscape, etc.) but reduced the quality of the services we receive. Steadfast saved money, charged more, and provides lower value... go figure.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I’ve lived at Los Robles for 1.5 years. It has been a great luxurious community to live until recently. Since Steadfast took over I’ve noticed a shift in customer service - the main goal is now to attract new residents; once you’re in and settled, there is no interest in creating a community environment. No more friendly communication with current tenants (not even a welcome or meet your new team), no one knows what’s going on - if there are changes to trash services or office hours. Terrible handling of transition of charges/online payment system and also handling of the winter snow storm - again communicating with residents only after the fact. Also, all the little details that made this community feel luxurious are gone: beautiful landscaping throughout the community, commercial-free background music in the common areas, coffee/tea services at the club house, and daily upkeep of hallways and grounds to include pet waste management. The property grounds are no longer being kept. The previous management contracted landscaping services to come at least once every two weeks (even during last winter). Now they come once every two months. Flower beds are all gone (long before the winter storm). Previous management had the hallways cleared of leaves/debris and picked up pet waste on a daily basis to keep property grounds clean - there is pet waste everywhere! (cannot stress it enough). Although this is more on the lazy pet parents than the office, the previous management picked up as much as they could every single day. Under Steadfast the pet waste deposits are full for days before being emptied. As someone said already, Gilbert is great but can only do so much.Shame on Steadfast for neglecting the property - it used to be a beautiful place to walk around and enjoy. Sure the interior of the apt is great, just not the whole luxurious community experience they try to sell - not anymore.
Moved out on 8/13/2020Pros:- Brand new apartments- Grounds are kept well- Amenities are available for the most part. Decent gym- Maintenance was prompt for all of my orders- Nicer area- Great neighborsCons:- was told to remove a cooler from balcony which is fine, except that other tenants coolers remained on their balconies/patios regardless. Informed office about the discrepancy. Noticed days and months later that those same tenants still had coolers on their balconies/porches. This was unexpected since I received a printed photo of my cooler on my balcony, which means they seem to take this very seriously, but for specific residents only.- Upon move out I forgot to return 2 of 3 pool bands. I moved to another apartment complex 20 minutes away. Before paying my final account statement, I informed office staff that I still had the remaining 2 pool bands and would simply drive there next business day to return them. I was told that the final account statement could not be modified. So, I was charged an additional $50 for pool bands that I couldve returned with a simple 20 minute drive. Mind you these are rubber-bands that probably cost less than $1 to manufacture.
It’s always an amazing environment when I go visit! Especially with such a warm and welcoming staff! 100% recommend stopping by when searching for a new place to call home!!!
I held off on writing a review but the longer Ive been here the better it gets. Id say the best part of living here would be the staff. My leasing agent Tammie was beyond exceptional with any questions and concerns that I might have had. Even after I moved in I was having mailing issues completely out of their hands but they solved the issue for me even though it was the USPS fault. I made a great choice moving here.

I don’t get how there aren’t more reviews about bugs?! My fiancé and I moved down from Massachusetts in January and had the worst living experience of our lives at this place… INFESTED with silver fish. The worst part management told us it was normal to see them, same with pest control. Yet everyone else we tell, their jaw drops to the ground! It’s not normal, and these people had the audacity to tell us it was. We had to report our issue to the city of San Antonio for them to do anything. Even after an intense treatment, the unit is still infested. We were able to break our lease thank God. Avoid unit 6304!! Unless you want to live with these gross things.
We are one of the very fist tenants of Los Robles and have lived here for about six months now. Id say the best part of living here is the courteous staff especially Ernan, the porter at Los Robles as well as Gilbert in the maintenance and Carey, at the leasing office. All of them are really helpful and have provided exceptional service.
Toured los Robles with Justin. I am very impressed with the facilities and the standard of living. Justin was very professional and informative.
This apartment complex is beautiful but the whole experience was ruined by the touring agent. I went with my apartment locator and the leasing agent seemed like she was in such a rush. She was talking while walked several steps in front of me, so I had to keep asking what she was saying. While I was still in the fitness center checking out the equipment, she was already out the door talking. I felt like I was an inconvenience for her. The whole thing experience was ruined for me because of this one leasing agent. Los Robles might need to retain some of their agents on customer service.
I cant say enough great things about the maintenance team, Gilbert and Fernando!! They respond so quickly to any issues I have. Theyre hard-working, friendly, caring, helpful, and all around good people! As a Property Manager myself, I know GREAT staff when I see them, and theyre beyond GREAT!! Thanks for everything, guys!!

8/8/2023 STILL NOT RESOLVED!! I am still trying to get into contact with the manager Monica. I have called several times and leave messages wiht other staff and no calls get returned.***AVOID!!! Upon moving out we were never sent the final bill to the forwarding address we provided. We proceeded to call and leave voicemails for MONTHS. No one ever picked up/returned phone calls. Several months after moving out I get a collection letter saying I owe them $613 for carpet, damages, termination fee. Again I try to call and to confront them about this because it’s illegal in Texas to send to a collections without sending the final bill within 30 days (learn your tenant laws). We stopped by in person (we live in a different city) they said they’d get back to us since they don’t have access to any documents since they got a new management company. They never got back to us. It took months to get them on the phone and when we did it was exscuse after excuse. “The phone number online is not a good number for them. I should have called their direct number… sometimes their voicemail messes up”. After a week of communicating with them via email and asking for proof that they sent us our final bill they said we had to dispute the debt through collections because there was nothing they could do about it. And proceeded to ignore any subsequent emails we sent to them. The staff does not care and they do not do their job. Completely unprofessional do not waste your time or money. And if you do live here be sure to have documented proof of EVERYTHING. they will most definitely try to get advantage of you and act clueless after the fact.***A couple months ago the manager Monica reached out to me to apologize and offered to answer any questions I have. I sent her an email with some basic questions like why I was charged a “early termination fee”. Like stated before I never received any explanation or breakdown of the charges. She told me it was because I moved out 1-2 days before the end of my lease so since I moved out early I owed approx $150 on additional lease payments… I replied to her email asking how that makes sense if when I paid my prorated rate on the 1st and that covered the 1st until the 10th (end of my lease) why would I owe more money and why would it matter what day I physically move out??? She has ignored my questions and I even followed up with more emails and that’s all been ignored too. The management here still does not care and will flat out ignore you to avoid any accountability.
Just got settled into my new apartment, and it was a great experience! The service we received from the leasing office was genuine and they went above and beyond during our process to meet our needs. The amenities are incredible, I love the dog park, biergarten, pool, and gym!
