This review is really overdue. This is my 1 year and 3months at SASA. I got a studio in a rush when I first joined the community because of the urgency to move at that time. Some months to the end of my tenancy, I had the opportunity to move to another apartment within the community. Mr. David, the property manager was simply amazing. I had a tight budget, he worked with me and made it happen. I use to be on the ground floor, but i needed an apartment on the second floor with a view. I got exactly what i wanted/needed and within budget and timeline. The truth is that there isnt a 100% apartment complex, but I will give SASA 90%, and this is been modest. The community environment is always clean and maintained. Mr. David, the property manager and Mr Raul, the maintenance manager are responsible, attentive resources with great hearts for the community. Selfless, amazingly, overly helpful, considerate and very attentive. All request for maintenance or issues are ALWAYS addressed on a timely basis. I am so glad I walked into this apartment complex from the beginning of my search. I feel totlly at home here. Thank you for your service Mr David and Raul. The way you carry out your duties, shows your way of life.

In the past two years, Ive established my home in this apartment complex. At first, I didnt like or appreciate it. Back then, I worked in the hospital and came home to roaches, and the noise from the helicopter was way too much for me and my family. Nevertheless, the landlord, David, he is the reason why we call this place home. David is kind and supportive. Always willing to go the extra mile with poise and grace. This is our 3rd year here, and so far, David, our landlord, Raul, our trusted Maintainance specialist, and Fran are the epitome of professionalism. I thank you all for your warmth and compassion towards us. I hope and pray that you do not change.

After 3 months of living at SA Station Apartments, there is nothing but good feedback to be made on the living experience so far. Firstly, lets just take a second to establish that there is no perfect apartment complex, no matter how much you pay per month. Having a good living experience is not only responsibility of management and maintenance team, but the tenants as well in keeping good communication with property management when unexpected situations arise.Raul and Manuel from the Maintenance Team have always been great at taking care of unexpected difficulties in a timely manner. Regional Manager Lori is present on property from time to time and was very welcoming to my family and I since day one. Last but not least. Mr. David Carrigan, Property Manager, has also done a incredible job from making sure you get the unit that meets your needs, as well as ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner with great communication.The apartment complex offers a comfortable and safe place for anyone looking to work or study in the Medical Center. I literally take 5 mins walking door to door to UT Health. If youre a student thats gonna be cooped up in the library at least 80% of the time anyway, this is the perfect place to save your time on commute and money.

A solid 4 stars, the complex is clean and pretty with a good location, the maintenance team is nice and efficient. David in the office is amazing, and the neighbors are nice.The drawbacks.Bugs everywhere, and dont be shocked if your car window gets shattered, it only happened to me once in the 2 years i lived here, but ive seen 3 cars other than mine with broken windows. (Doesnt seem like a crime element because nothing was stolen, the apartment feels really safe, and I am comfortable walking my dog at night)

Ms Francesca is the best!! We moved in within one week and had very little time to do so. She got us in very quickly and without being there for more than a few weeks herself. The maintenance is awesome!! With all new move ins you have a few things but for them it’s within 2-3 business days. We had a broken part for our oven and they had to order it. Every other day we got an update right from maintenance or Ms Francesca when it would be ready. They are polite caring and helpful. Neighbors are very nice and a great place for families including your fur babies.

We have lived here for almost two years in one of the updated units. It’s cozy and bright, pet friendly too! We’re close to work in the medical center, and it’s a relaxed community, mostly families, students, and medical professionals.Management has been fantastic, David is a great guy, has always been straightforward and personable. He even did a payment plan on our pet deposit when we adopted two cats at once. Maintenance is always friendly and respectful of property.SA Station has been and continues to be a nice place to call home.

I moved to San Antonio on December 15th from Georgia. I had been working with Francesca about a month in advance of my move and she made everything super easy. She stayed in touch with me and helped me get my apartment set up. The transition couldn’t have been easier. The neighborhood is clean and the apartments are nice. There was an issue in my apartment prior to me coming and I notified Francesca and Raul came to fix it the same day. 10/10 stars if I could!

Moved in for a week. First Saturday. Flooded like this. My mattress is soaking wet. suitcases wet. some important paper work wet. Basically wake up find everything soaking wet. And I was told by neighbor that they have major flood in this room 2 weeks ago and there were people coming in and out. But when I came, I was given no warnings at all! I mean if the did fixed the problem, its fine. But how could you charge a full rent and give no warnings to rent this room out like nothing is wrong? This is deceive, dishonest and a total rip off. I have worse feelings because they didnt fix it last time what should I expect for this time?? Will see how it goes later. 0 star for now.

San Antonio Station is a wonderful place to live and especially for such a great price! I moved in a month ago. This is my first time being on my own and the rest of family is halfway across the whole country but the management, maintenance, and neighbors here have treated me like family ever since Ive arrived. Franchesca carries a very warm energy and has helped me tremendously through all my stresses. For example, yesterday my car was towed (by my mistake there was a mix up) but I went to her about it this morning and right away she called the head of the towing company and had them release my car for me. I picked it up free of charge. No hassles. She has been extremely kind and has taken good care of me here. Also, my dog Bandit loves her because she always gives him bacon treats when we visit the office! Raul, the maintenance man, is one of a kind. I love that guy! This place is very blessed to have him here. Anything we need fixed, he takes care of right away. You can tell he cares about the people here. He is very hard working and doesnt slack on the job. Ramon has been a huge help as well. They have an awesome team here. The neighbors here come from all different backgrounds but we all treat each other kindly and with respect. We look out for one another and if someone needs a favor then we help each other out because we would want the same done for us when were in need of help. Fantastic apartments for families, students, or anyone in need of a fresh start in life. I love this neighborhood and I would highly recommend this place to anyone else planning to move to the area. 5 STARS!

If i could give endless stars I would, my fiancé & I moved here a little over a month ago & Franseca the property manager has made it so easy & smooth for us. From the 1st phone call to inquire to the viewing to the application process to the signing of the lease we got it all done in 2 days. She works her butt off to make sure you’re happy, we haven’t had any good experiences with leasing managers in a while and she is like a breath of fresh air . She is considerate and kind, she makes your experience so wonderful, im elated to be here and the maintenance? omg they are timely and always cheerful i don’t get any weird vibes from them at all, they are respectful and it feels like we have known them for ages. If j could recommend this place a hundred times over i would. Moving here has been the best thing to happen to my little family in 2023. Francesca was on point, kind,& just an amazing manager to work with. Thank you again Francesca & Raul & the maintenance team here at San Antonio Station.

Current resident here. New management not attentive to concerns and avoids communication.For example:The parking lots around the complexes were being paved a couple of months ago and they towed over 20 cars to a site downtown. They then made their residents pay a hefty towing fee. They could have just moved the cars to a different part of the parking lot that they werent working on (plenty of open spaces). Management claims they notified everyone but there were several tenants who never received any message/warning at all. Afterwards they did absolutely nothing to make it right - even with dozens of tenant trying to contact them and showing evidence.Also, multiple buildings are covered in roaches. Heavy cleaning, baits and exterminator sprays will only control the amount of roaches. You will always have a few crawling around if you live here.

*UPDATE 2023:8 building has termites! Last year supposedly they sprayed for termites and they are back and falling inside my restroom on my toilet seat. The reason why I am still here is because it’s conveniently across the street from UT Health and Science. New property manager says she is doing everything she can. But as stated this issue was supposedly resolved last year. This issue remains unresolved after more than a year! I am having to worry about bugs falling on my head while I handle my business!My AC went out again. For the second time. My year in this apartment comes up next month and within this almost year of being here it’s been problem after problem after problem. Within months of living here I had to wait for a water heater replacement and was showering in cold water for months but it was never a big deal for the property manager until I kept walking to the office on multiple days. I’ve always been a reasonable and patient person but now I’m furious when my AC breaks for a second time within a week of the last time it got “fixed.” It’s convenient for me to stay here because it is walking distance from UT Health and Science. Why must I write reviews to get attention rather than calling the office number, emailing or putting in maintenance requests. Something needs to be done especially since I pay my rent on time. I just want my things to not BREAK!

I have lived here for 2 months and 5 days. Initially, David was very friendly and helpful. However, since I moved in, my AC has gone out 4 times. They keep promising to get it fixed. Im still waiting. I dont call the office because the phone rings and rings and no one picks up. I submit work orders like Im supposed to, but even those take a while to get worked on or the work order gets closed before the problem is fixed. I send emails and even those have gone unanswered here recently. At this point, I am beyond disappointed in my decision to move here, and even more disappointed in management. I was in a crunch and needed a place to live ASAP. I do appreciate that they were able to accommodate me on a weeks notice, but there is A LOT of room for improvement in the landlord department.Update: Since my last review,they have redeemed.themselves. My apartment got an entirely new AC unit, and they now work on requests within a day or twoo

Living in this apartment complex (building 5) has been nothing short of a nightmare due to the rampant infestation of roaches. Despite repeated complaints, the management has shown a blatant disregard for the issue, leaving residents to fend for themselves against the horde of pests. The situation is exacerbated by residents who irresponsibly dispose of food trash, creating an environment that attracts even more roaches. Its disheartening to see such negligence from management and a lack of community responsibility from residents. Avoid this place at all costs.

Francesca at the front was so incredibly helpful and nice. She seemed busy but still made time for me. I unfortunately wasnt able to move here because of my need to move being short notice. Despite that Francesca still helped me find out information on the area and my girlfriend was also helped with information on a career in reality. I would give 5 stars but as I didnt move in I dont want to over squee the results of those looking for reviews on living experience.

I will have been here almost a year and my time with San Antonio Station Apartments has been a pleasure. All the staff have been kind, helpful, understanding, and all maintenance requests were addressed timely. The 3 things I appreciate the most is how clean the property is, from the palm trees, landscaping, to my actual unit. I felt a sense of security, as the University school police patrolled here. The atmosphere was so peaceful and I appreciate the privacy. The rooms were separated by the living room, the shelves in the closets were perfect for storage and the cost for a 2 bedroom 2 bath is reasonable for Medical Center area.

Updating my review from 2020.Now 2023: I experienced an issue that lasted for reasonable time, it was a leaking issue going down straight to my toilet coming from second floor apartment (fixed by now).I am glad is a really friendly pet place, unfortunately a lot of the tenants are irresponsible and dont clean after their dogs, I have stepped on poop many times without meaning to.Gym was retired (no gym now).Lockers for big packages was installed whish is good.Is a good place to leave but many things could be improved.

Amazing staff! They are very friendly and try to help out as soon as possible. The apartment management resolves issues quickly. I would like to thank the entire team at San Antonio Apartments for being concerned and addressing resident concerns.I recommend it to anyone who is looking to live close to UT health. It is the most convenient and affordable option.

The new property manager here (Franchesca Ramirez) has been a breath of fresh air and has been absolutely wonderful. She is responsive, takes care of issues promptly and has directly contributed to improving the community. The previous property manager, (David Carrigan) was absolutely incompetent and awful at his job, charging extraneous fees and never taking care of community issues. He was a complete disaster to the community so I am very thankful for the improved management. Thank you Franchesca.

Management staff at San Antonio Stations Apartments has by far been great. From my first experience from inquiring about an apartment to most recently when I had an issue arise. They take the time to address tenant issues and address them timely and efficiently. The manager acted quickly to a concern I had and resolved it immediately. Awesome place to live !!

When I moved here for school at the UT-HSC, I was concerned with finding a place to live especially because I received my acceptance letter later than expected. The apartment managers here at the office are extremely understanding and helpful. They listen to your concerns and are so willing to assist you with your needs. Especially because of COVID-19, I was also worried that communication and needs may be delayed, but they are so quick to respond. Maintenance is amazing as well.It’s also nice that this complex is right across the school so it’s walking distance. Overall, I have no complaints and am glad I chose this complex for the 15 months that I’m here in San Antonio!

We have lived at this complex for many years and are very satisfied with this staff. Recently we had a few maintenance issues in our apartment and the maintenance staff responded quickly and made all of the needed repairs. The office staff is always helpful to us as well. The exterior areas are always well kept and we have always liked this location.

I’m moving into my 2nd apt at SAStation.My personal experience with the staff, quality of the apt and pricing has proven to be above and beyond what I expected when moving to San Antonio.Maintenance concerns have been handled quickly. The manager, David is very approachable and pleasant to work with, always resolves any (very few) issues that come up quickly and efficiently . I would highly recommend renting at SAStation.

We were looking to move into an apartment before our lease ended in June at our previous apartment, the 2 young ladies Desiree and Clarissa were very helpful. Desiree showed us a newly modeled apartment and an apartment that was not modeled. We fell in love with the modeled apartment and leased we moved in the end of June. Everything has been great maintenance as well when something in the office from packages to needing anything else has been smooth. Just until recently when we noticed that faces kept changing in the office, however Desiree is still there to our knowledge she has been great with communication, emails and texts weve noticed shes been alone for some time now and her and maintenance has been holding the apartments well kept for just them 3 to be there. Over all they have all been great to us. We are just wiery of the constant face change. Other than that Desiree moved us into a lovely apartment and has been great! Ms. Armendariz has been one if not the best apartment manager I have had the privilege of knowing. She was diligent about my move in date due to my current health situation. You can tell she truly cares for her tenants and always makes sure to follow through. I am very pleased with the maintenance gentleman as well, very courteous and respectful and quick. I am very happy with my living situation. Thank you. 🙏🏽❤️

Nice Apartment, great value for square footage! Very close to the medical center and easily walkable to the UTHSCSA campus. David was very friendly and helpful through the process of touring and getting my lease. They also have a great view of the golf course from a lot of the back balconies!

New management is extremely unresponsive and unhelpful. There are delays with everything for no reason at all, and they simply are not available for you. They are too busy taking off from 11:30 AM onwards. Laundry is a nightmare here and it makes me regret ever moving in and wasting so much time living here. Nothing has ever improved here, it genuinely just gets worse every month (especially since new management took over). Trust the more recent reviews because the old ones dont show off the massive decline in quality over the last few months. Save yourself the hassle and just avoid this place, especially if youre a student

Ive recently moved here to SA after starting a new job and finding this place was definitely the best choice I made! Its very close to work for me, the management had been extremely helpful since before I even moved in, and theres many places around to get food when Im on the go! The apartment itself has everything I need and asked for, so it has made my living accommodations above and beyond my expectations! Very glad to be here!

Very quiet community and well maintained property. Only two floors, so no need to climb thousands of steps to get to your apartment. The management staff is very friendly and communicate promptly. Maintenance guys are so hard working and resolve issues with attention to detail. The management has been very helpful around the CoVid-19 pandemic.

This had been the worst year of my life. As Im reading everyone elses review, I can see we have had the same issues and dismissed by David multiple times prior to heading into Summer this year. Honestly, are they paying people for good reviews?!? Ever since we moved in last July, David said there wasnt a problem with our AC, then he would admit that a new unit was needed, then go back on what he said and tell us theyve done all they can do. We have dealt with high electric bills, AC issues, especially not working properly in the heart of the Summer months. We have bug issues, and constantly put in orders weekly. We reported a leak with the water heater last year, and we were dismissed, David specifically told us there wasnt a leak, assured us that there was NO LEAK. But THE LEAK got so bad, the neighbors below us had their ceiling cave in, and we have a part OF our wall that caved in due to being wet, from THE LEAK FROM WATER HEATER. The leak ruined items and boxes in my closet and outside of it. They finally replaced it but that should have been done a year ago! Before I lost personal belongings. David has a blatant disregard to our issues. No offer or apology had been made due to the leak. #FireDavid!! Hes the worst, and never works. Always in late or leaves and closes the office early. Hes the worst apartment manager I have ever dealt with. I can tell so many others are having similar issues. I was going to transfer to a1 bedroom, not now. After the whole leak and mold diabolical, right in my room!! Im done with this place!! #CloseSAStation! #repayrentersforlosses! They will respond and publicly apologize on here, it will be worthless words because they wont actually do anything to reconcile our issues. Also, were still waiting for repairs on the AC. Dont MOVE HERE! Read all the bad reviews, multiple people are saying the same things! Dont be tricked by old reviews that are good, I think theyre false advertising!

This place was great! I no longer stay there,but I did finish off someones lease for about 4 months from December to April. Ms.Clarissa at the office was always kind and helpful,and was even super nice about asking us to not leave ciggarette butts in the grass (which is totally understandable!). For being right next to a hospital and construction(heard no ambulances or loud noises),you could hardly tell! It was always quiet and all the neighbors are nice. Rent was super good for the area,and as the lease became up we had the option to move into one of the newly renovated apartments. If I hadnt worked so far away I would have for sure extended the lease!

Unprofessional staff. The older maintenance man was extremely incompetent along with property manager. I dreaded having to deal with them when issues in my apartment would arise. I am so glad I packed my bags & left. I will never be back. Expect them not to handle the problem but try to blame you & go out of their way to save the complex money even if it costs their tenants further health complications down the line.

Run, dont walk AWAY from these apartments. I have lived in 5 different apartments around Texas since starting undergrad in 2012 and this apartment has been the worst by far. I will name just a few problems that I have had with the apartment starting off with A/C... My boyfriend and I lived in San Antonio Station Apartments for a total of 9 months, and for 7 months the A/C unit was broken..... in the middle of summer. We called maintenance about the situation multiple times, and each time the maintenance guy came as soon as he could and was very polite. However, nothing that he was doing was fixing the unit. He tried cleaning the vents one time, then replacing the outdoor unit another, then fixing the indoor part of the unit another, and then finally we had to have the indoor unit fully replaced. Overall, this was 7 months with poor to no A/C (including the middle of summer). The apartment complex tried every which way to get out of the situation and it took a lot of time and a lot of nagging to get them to fix the actual problem. Also remember, we were paying for this A/C the entire time it was broken :)Another issue is NOISE. Some of the apartments in the complex were renovated with wood floors. Looks nice until you hear every step, every sneeze, every object dropped from above you. Literally, I could say bless you to my upstairs neighbor every time they sneezed. What made this situation worse was the fact that the people above me were night owls, getting home at 12am-2am ish, had a newborn baby, AND a dog. Luckily my boyfriend and I have been working from home (due to the pandemic) so losing 2-3 hours of sleep every night due to noise wasnt that big of a deal, but it was VERY annoying and frustrating. We made several complaints to the manager who said that the apartment was notified about the noise and asked to reduce it and she even offered to let us move into the empty apartment above her, but after dealing with the situation, we would never want to be that big of a burden/annoyance/bother to someone else. In my past experience with noise complaints at other complexes, they would send notifications threatening eviction which would usually solve the problem. However, this problem was never solved and losing 2-3 hours of sleep every night became the new norm for us.Another issue was bugs! I have never been in an apartment with so many bugs infesting the place. The two most common were mosquitos and large roaches. Im not sure if the problem was worse due to the location of the apartment or not, but I never saw or heard of the apartment spraying for pests. Again, in my past experience with different apartment complexes, they had the complex sprayed on a schedule to ensure no bugs. It was very frustrating getting multiple mosquito bites in my own home and finding large roaches here and there.Last but not least, the manager who lived across from us was purposely using her RING doorbell and extra camera to video my boyfriend and I. Im not sure if this is even legal, but definitely a huge invasion of our privacy.All in all, this was the worst experience I have had with an apartment complex. I would hate for anyone to get stuck in a lease and go through the situations that we did, that is why I am writing this. There are plenty of clean, noise-free, A/C working apartments around the area that are far better than this one.

As a resident, during this strange time, I’m so grateful to have such great community managers and directors who take their valuable time to make sure residents are assisted and taken care of everyday. Community directors Catherene and Kristi have been by far the greatest managers this community could ever ever ask for. They have always been here to help with everything. I’m so thankful for both of them for understanding my financial difficulties that without them I would have never resolved.Much obliged !

I genuinely love living here. Everytime Ive had a maintenance issue it is addressed immediately. Everything gets taken care of that day, or the day after that. The place is filled with UT med students and its usually pretty quiet. I enjoy the space, and wouldnt mind living here for many years to come.

Very convenient location, and affordable prices. I like the fact is close to campus, very easy to access I-10 as well as 410, and the management team made my application very easy to follow. They answered all my questions, communicated effectively, and maintenance has responded adequately to all of my requests.

Great location right in front of the UT Health schools, but ever since new management took over, I’m not a fan of the employees in the office because they don’t take my concerns/problems seriously. They once told me via phone call that my roommate has a problem with them.. even though she didn’t.. and we were simply trying to figure out why they applied a late fee to our rent. The lady kept talking negatively (extremely unprofessional) about my roommate to me.. Aside from that problem, maintenance has been good.

Been at San Antonio Stations for 2 years now. Moved for school - its affordable, well-kept, and walking distance from campus. The maintenance team is especially great - very friendly and quick to address any concerns.

Beware. These people find ways to come up with questionable ways to bill you for anything they can. They will try to profit of you as much as they can for any simple thing that could be easily maintenanced. I was a tenant here for a year, and in my time here, they did not only inconvenience the tenants with constant water shutoffs with last minute warnings, they also will give you money penalties for the most trivial things. If you like to pay more than just for the rent and utilities mentioned in the contract and enjoy getting billed in a questionable manner, this is the place to live. My roommates roof in the restroom was also leaking, so if the water if shutoff, rest assured that you can still shower with the dripping water from the roof. Also, in my one year living here, i witnessed atleast 3 to 4 vandalized cars. So before you move here, please consider getting good car insurance. Furthermore, you wont have to worry about dealing with them and their faulty charges because they will send debt , which is composed of questionable charges that they came up with, to a collection company. The tenants are also incentivized to write good reviews, so i implore to make your own research before moving. Lastly, the maintance workers are very friendly, but they are led by management who will make you feel as a burden if you have the misfortune of getting a unit with many issues and will take their time to assist you. But hey, they atleast have a pool.

San Antonio Station Apartments is a great place to live. The staff is nice, maintenance is punctual and thorough, and the environment is clean. Its location is lovely as well as it is right in the Med center area.

Great community with great amenities. Since it is located near UT Medical Center you will see lots of nurses, and doctors. Overall very quiet and composed. The managers are very friendly and willing to help everyone.

Awful waste of time do not apply here!Submitted an application and after leasing out the original apartment I applied for they call and say they have another apartment available one month after the initial move in date. I agreed and waited for a response from them for months, I had to constantly email and call to check up on a process I was told would take 3-6 days from November to February after giving them $300 for application fees. Weeks before the set move in date they say the apartment is not available with no explanation as to why. Pathetic waste of time DO NOT bother applying here if you’re looking for an apartment.

This place is great, especially for UTHSCSA medical students. Its proximity to the medical center means I dont have to pay for parking and can walk to classes/labs in 5 minutes. Everything about the appartment complex is nice and the management is very helpful.

Been at SA Station for 4years. Proximity to UT Health was a huge plus. Maintenance team was quick to respond to request and the people in the office were kind and friendly. No major complaints in my 4years there.

Really one of best kept secrets in the medical center. I love it here because its hidden and very peaceful. The trees are beautiful. Something I rarely saw when looking for a flat. The office ladies really made my move in process seamless especially because of everything going on. Thanks again.

I don’t even know where to begin. This place is an absolute joke. The first month I signed a lease my apartment flooded due to the maintenance’s negligence causing damage to all belongings in the bedroom. Upon speaking with the manager I received the response of and I quote “what would you like me to do run a water hose over it? I can’t re create rain.” I sent multiple emails and tried to contact corporate with no response. Later I learned that she was let go. The new manager started last month on the 13th and I never heard word from her either(it’s now been three weeks of her working here) Two days ago my apartment flooded agiain and yet again I have received no word as to what they are doing to fix this issue. Furthermore the issue is only pertained to my apartment. Their negligence has now caused me to miss multiple days of work and pay for over a thousand dollars of damageds to my personal belongings. My rental insurance will not cover it as it doesn’t cover floods. The last straw was today when spectrum had to come out to “try” and set up internet at my apartment. To give you some background on this I purchased the easy to use in home set up where you just connect to the coaxial and activate the device. Upon this not working I contacted spectrum to get them out here. I took more time off work to get this settled only to learn that both coaxial cables ran to my apartment are both cut inside the wall and not working. This was supposed to be a nice newly renovated apartment that no one has lived in before and the list of problems goes on and on. I will now be forced to miss more work to get internet running. I have written this post to make people aware so that they don’t have to deal with all the stress and headache that this complex has caused me. I will now be forced to take other actions to recuperate my losses and find another place to live.

I would like to start off by saying thanks to SASA. They were not only polite and friendly, but are also very efficient at getting things done in a timely manner. I approached them on a Friday and by Monday I had an apartment with them in my name. Not only that, they went above and beyond to make sure your experience with them is one youll never forget! So on a scale of 1 to 10 that Id recommend them will definitely be a 15.P.S. They have a special move in rate at the moment so grab it while it last! Itll save you quite a bit of money upon move in.

I Really enjoyed my 2years living here!!! The staff were always very helpful and friendly!!! Also the maintenance man Raul is very professional and Amazing at what he does!!!

Me and my boyfriend just moved in back in March and so far so good. The manager David is very helpful and responds back to any maintenance request etc. we love it here, and plan on staying another year!

Never had any issues with staff, any maintenance issues have been fixed right away even that same day. The apartment complex is quite and respectful. I’ve enjoyed my time living here.

One of the best apartment complex Ive lived at .Staff was very friendly and helped out in everything I needed. Maintenance is awesome when it comes to work orders .Love the scenery and how close everything is to me . I definitely recommend this complex .

Great option if you work within the medical center or attend the university next door. Hey, maybe both. I moved in and had an issue that management took very seriously and resolved immediately. Cant beat the price for the location.

I have been putting in a request to fix my bathroom for 4 day’s now. But all I get is sincere apologies but not getting fixed . Specially in this age of pandemic we need to be extra vigilant in fixing the bathroom issues . However fixing ACs is important. Hence downgrading from 5 to 3 stars

Community is OK however they charge a total of $168 in monthly recurring charges and they force you to purchase a cable Internet package. No thank you.

Awesome property, great management and great location . The amenities are really nice I spent every weekend at the pool to enjoy this beautiful weather! The apartment is really spacious and has all the amenities you need.

New management has taken over San Antonio Station, things are returning to the way the complex was run when I first moved here. The new apartment manager is friendly, helpful and eager to satisfy the needs of the residents!

Catherene or Chris Aremendariz Is absolutely fantastic!! She went above and beyond to help me go threw and waited so patiently for me to talk to my husband to figure out what we wanted to do!! If possible always ask for her for amazing customer service and to feel like youve got not only a helpful hand but a friend as well!!!

Excellent apartments, they are renovating everything, the manager is very friendly. the neighbors are friendly, most of them are doctors and nurses from the medical center.

Last review was removed. Units are old and not efficient at all. Was promised one type of unit and received another. Total bait and switch. Overcomplicsted to pay rent. Too many speed bumps.

I’ve been living here for about 2 years now and have nothing but great experiences here, I feel safe with police patrol that regular drive through the community, and the apartment office is always quick to answer my questions and concerns.

Management really cares about their tenets which is a vastly different experience then I’m used too. A hidden gem.

Pool is often not open during hours when it should normally be open, laundry room is often closed when it should be open and we dont get a satisfactory answer from manager why this is!

Manager is very knowledgable and friendly. Although Im looking ahead, this is top of my lis .
