Simplicity at the Rim

I’m not sure what it was. But, the entire room smelled, the hallways smelled so bad as well. It was like a rotten milk smell. I’m not sure what it was. I’m just glad I’m going home so I can finally wash my clothes of the smell that baked into them as well. Won’t be coming back. When I lifted the cushions to the couch to try to find the smell, it was yellow, red and smelled so bad. The dispenser was broken when we arrived. They don’t give fresh towels so you have to wash your own. Absolutely horrible place.

These people are total ripping people off it was fine until the simplicity At the Rims got it they told me that they were going to wait on my payment as I try to get it in by the Tenth of month. Remind I been there for a year and they cant seem to get there people together to keep people so on the first I asked for them to please hold as they were closed and banks were closed so I get home from work they been in my apt and Post a notification to vacate the apartment due to none payment which they would have had within two days and claimed that it was a three day pay or quit theres a big difference between pay or your lease has been terminated by the owner which now means you dont want my money just get the blank out , and still think Im too sleep in streets me and my daughter , what she needs to do is go back to school and learn the difference. Its ok cause Im still gone get me a place. No wonder

So far so AMAZING!!! When coming to San Antonio there are hundreds of good hotels to chose from, dont even look at any of them!!! You want WaterWalk at The Rim San Antonio where they go above and beyond for all of their guests.I came here for major surgery and they offered me a power recliner chair to help with recovery, they had a beautiful welcome basket made up for me as well, the rooms are all clean and spacious with lots of storage in the kitchen and closet areas... they also have a washer and dryer in each room which really helps keeping the packing to a minimum.Located right around the corner from The Rim which houses 110 diffrent places to enjoy a delicious meal, buy groceries, shop for craft projects, buy furniture, and has countless other great experiences and items for sale.There is no need to bother with any other place to stay!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Simplicity at the Rim was everything I expected. Half of it is a hotel and the back half is an apartment complex both were very clean and well taken care of. I toured with Courtney and was also able to meet the manager Jennifer and they were both so helpful answering all the questions I had about the property. I can’t wait to make this place my home in early January!

Simplicity is just that. What you need, without the cost of what you don’t. From the front office to the maintenance personnel; I have never been more satisfied with service with from an apartment complex. I sincerely recommend it with a full heart.

Amazing stay for my second time at the Rim! The property is very clean, staff is exceptional! We will definitely come back for future stays!

Well, when we checked in no one was at the counter, there was a message to call if we needed to check in, when she came up to check us in she sent us to a room that was not clean- dirty floors (hair & food), no comforters or sheets on beds, no shower curtain, dirty toilets etc., we had just brought all of our luggage to this dirty room, called back to desk and she stated housekeeping may have marked the room clean when it wasn’t, employee said she could move us up directly above, which was funny cause she said we got the last 3- bedroom at checkin, the employee stated that the manager would contact us for the inconvenience and never heard anything from management, very disappointing really wanted to like this place, new room also had a sunken floor in front of tub and toilet, probably from previous water damage, overall maintenance is poor-cabinets, caulking, paint. Mattress covers feel like you’re sleeping on a leaking air mattress when you lay down, wouldn’t recommend to others

Staff and management are excellent at accommodating needs and the building is very clean inside and out. It’s quiet and peaceful here!

February 2025:Our 3rd time staying at this property was a disappointment. Communication wasnt clear. Processes werent shared until the day of travel, and it took multiple calls and emails. We were told they do not replenish supplies. This resulted in unexpected additional expenses. Perhaps this property is geared more toward corporate housing, and not a hotel. We bought laundry supplies (property provided in previous trips), coffee & filters (property provided in previous trips), and toilet paper (previous trips had backup box of facial tissue & roll of toilet paper in each bathroom). The process for late check-ins in the past was super easy, and we felt safe. The new process has you going to a poorly lit area of the property to retrieve your room fobs. Previous trips were well worth the money to stay here. In my opinion, that is not the case any longer. AirBnB/VRBO are good alternatives.Past trips November 2023, February 2024:Great amenities! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!! Great location!! Friendly staff! Plenty of parking!!

We stayed here 4 nights and everything was okay, until after checkout. My credit card was charged $818.86, but the cost on my receipt for my stay is $711.36. Then two days later an additional $250 fee was charged to my credit card. I contacted the manager and she claimed that housekeeping didnt clean our room until 2 days after we checked out because they were too busy, but when she did that they found some type of pink pipe like object that they believed is used to smoke marijuana so I was being charged a $250 smoking fee. My husband or I have never smoked anything, not even cigarettes and my 3 children certainly dont smoke either. We spent most of our time in San Antonio at a state basketball tournament for my son and we were only in our room at night to bathe and sleep before leaving again the next morning for a day of basketball games. Before checking out, I checked all the bedrooms myself, every drawer and under every bed to make sure my children werent forgetting anything in their bedrooms and all 3 bedrooms were empty of all our personal belongings. I am personally offended and deeply concerned about the accusations that were made by the Manager Angie. My family and I have stayed at this property several times before and weve also stayed at this companies properties in the Dallas area and we have always had a pleasant stay with no problems until this time. As respected owners of multiple businesses and involved parents that actual check and monitor our childrens phones, backpacks, bedrooms etc. I am appalled by this whole situation and I will definitely never stay at any Waterwalk property again and I will post this review everywhere possible to warn as many people as possible about this hotel making up reasons to overcharge guests that did absolutely nothing wrong. I am currently disputing the over charged amounts with my credit card company.

I generally consider hotels with one simple question, would I stay again? in this case the answer is no. All of the people we interacted with were very nice, so no concerns there. We were initially put into one room, an about a half hour later got a call that we needed to move to another, smaller room. This was no big deal, but not a great first impression. The elevator was not working throughout the stay. Whilebthe room itself is quite spacious, the bed was a small double. I am generally more or less used to at least a queen when there’s only one bed provided in a room, if not a king. Rooms facing the freeway have a lot of noise. And the final reason that I wouldn’t stay again has nothing to do with the property itself, but the fact that it’s on a one way road meaning that it was inconvenient to get to certain places that we wanted to go.

The area this place was in was amazing minus the construction. My only complaint would be that when you go with a family of four and it says two bedrooms I would think that there would at least be Queen beds or larger. We ended up having to buy two single blowup mattresses since the beds were only a full size. Overall, it was a nice place!

On the surface, this looks like a great place to stay. The room is clean. Our first problem was with the TVs. Neither worked. I diagnosed them myself and found that the bedroom TV had the DirectTV power cable disconnected and the living room TV had the HDMI cable disconnected. Then, we had no hair dryer. We called the front desk and they informed us that if there is no hair dryer, then the previous occupants must have stolen it. I asked whether they had more, and they said they did not. Then they found one on the maids cart so we did end up getting one. Then, we had 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, so we had to get that delivered to the room.All of this is normal hotel practice and wasnt too bad to deal with. But tonight, we wanted to do a load of wash and looked under the sink for the detergent (there was none). The intake card states if you dont have detergent, call the front desk and well get you some more. I called and was told that the detergent is only for the extended stay customers. I told her about the card, and she said that the detergent is only of the extended stay customers and that the maids will replenish the detergent every 8 days. And then I was told that the maid service wont be in our room because we are not staying 8+ days. (So I guess we were supposed to go 5 days on 1/4 roll of toilet paper)... I informed her that we needed the detergent tonight so she begrudgingly said she would have it at the front desk. When I went to pick it up, I asked her arent you a hotel? and I was was told, no, this is an EXTENDED STAY facility. I asked if maid service would be done on our room and she said no, thats for extended stay patrons. So I guess my 3 towels will be great for 5 days with 2 adults, as long as I can do my own laundry, which I can only do if they keep giving my detergent.So, if you are finding this hotel on a search on Google, please note - THIS IS NOT A HOTEL (emphasis from them). It is an EXTENDED STAY FACILITY!!We will skip this place on our next stay in wonderful San Antonio!!

The staff here, in particular Cristina, went above and beyond to make my familys stay comfortable. While the property checks all of the boxes you expect in a hotel, it was the level of customer service and attention to guests needs (my disabled mothers needs, particularly) that sets this property apart. Thank you for taking care of my family...it is the very reason well not only stay here again but recommend to others.

From the front office personnel, to the maintenance personnel; I have never been more satisfied. I fully recommend with no pause.

I was honestly blindsided by the lack of cleanliness I witnessed upon entering my room. I spent over an hour picking hair off of the bedding, floors, shower, sinks and I am glad to always carry Lysol and sanitizer everywhere I go because I would not have been able to stay here without sanitizing the room. After a long drive, I did not expect this. I understand that an oversight may happen but any housekeeper who has two eyes would have seen all of the hair left behind and management needs to come behind and do walkthroughs after rooms are supposedly clean because this is not a good look, nor what any guest should have to deal with after spending so much money for a room. Floors were filthy and the elevators were down, which apparently is an ongoing issue. I see the potential WaterWalk has and hopefully no one else will experience what I did.

Elevator was broken the entire week. A multi-story condo should not rely on ONE elevator. We were not offered any help getting our luggage upstairs, which should have been offered at a minimum. Upon check-in, they implied it would be fixed quickly. It was not. I realize elevators breaking is out of the facilitys control, but having no recourse or second elevator will ensure I wont take my chances staying here again.

My stay was perfect. Angie and her staff were welcoming, professional and always smiling.I had a 16 month stay working on a job and was my home away from home. Excellent clean 1 room apartment with in unit washer & dryer. The full kitchen decreased need to eat out. The separate bedroom & living room provided a comfortable environment to work and relax. The building was quiet, everyone was respectful. Definitely #1 on my list of places to stay.

Zero stars. They towed my car. I had an emergency and my partner had to park as close to the door as possible for less than one hour and my car was towed. No warning, no nothing. We were first time guests on our first night. $350 down the drain. Also just FYI there is no trash in the restroom and no full length mirror.

This location is very odd and right next to a car lot. The pool is out of service (leaves all on the inside) and the grills don’t work. Upon walking in, we immediately were disappointed. The floors were dirty, my daughter who crawls had black legs and feet from crawling around for 5 minutes. The couch was sooooo cheap and hard and was falling apart. It was not clean. The couch is not pull out, is cheap and the beds are so cheap and small. Also, this is not obvious, but these are also considered apartments, so people live in them. It is very low quality, the carpets in the room are dirty and everything is old. Pictures are VERY deceiving. We also got a $100 damage fee on our card, but after seeing the condition of the place, we left after 2 hours and finding a new hotel. The damage fee was not refunded as promised even though we were promised that it would be refunded due to them knowing that we didn’t stay long. Would highly not recommend you stay here, unless you want cheap.

I was very excited about staying at this property because the pictures made it seem like it was exactly what we were looking for. But, once we checked in, reality set in. The floor was so sticky that I refused to walk barefoot in the room. There were long black hairs all over the bathroom and in the drawers (I have blonde hair). The water pressure in the shower was horrible, not to mention the showerhead was full of soap scum. The mattress was probably the cheapest mattress you could buy, and it was only a queen. The pool was green! I was told that they had a problem with the filtration system but that it was safe to swim in. That is unacceptable! I asked for housekeeping to clean the floors, but they never did. I spent $600 for 4 nights. It was not worth it, and i will never stay here again. Plus, the whole situation with some of the units being rented as regular apartments is pretty ghetto. I want a refund...

Our room smelled disgusting from the start. It looked like it had not been serviced correctly before we got it. Bathtub wouldn’t drain, toilet wouldn’t flush. The living room rug had a awful smell and could feel the dirt on it. The beds and bed frames are the cheapest quality you can find. We hope to get some sort of compensation. We will see.

Great place to stay! Nice new rooms with the convenience of laundry and dishes in the room. The staff are amazing! They were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to the area. I would recommend this to anyone staying in San Antonio. The walls are thin but I think its to be expected anywhere you stay like this, and there also was very little noise anyway. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. No complaints and amazing stay!

Place was clean and nice. Friendly service. Dirty coffee maker in room. Had coffee but no cream and sugar. Coffee maker in lobby was out of order. Bed was uncomfortable and had a bad frame. Was very noisy getting on and off bed.

My family really enjoyed our stay. Their customer service is impressive and they really make you feel at home. Very clean, has everything you need, and its close to a lot of restaurants and family fun venues! We will definitely recommend WaterWalk and we will be staying here again.

I booked a three-night reservation through Expedia, paid in advance. We arrived mid-afternoon, and checked into our room.On first glance, the property appeared clean and neat, but first appearances can be deceiving. We left to eat and stroll the Riverwalk, returning a few hours later. Upon returning, we discovered a small gray-black insect crawling across the fitted sheet. We did not investigate further, deciding instead to stay somewhere else. Many insects can be spread to other locations,including my home and vehicle, by means of clothing, luggage, etc.I informed the gentleman on duty that I wished to leave immediately, and requested a refund of my money. He came to the room and observed the bug in question. I forwarded to him a video clip of the bug. He said that he would refund my money, however, after I left I discovered that the refund was not only for the wrong amount, but was sent to someone elses credit card in error.I waited several days for a refund, and when none arrived, I called the hotel. The woman I spoke to informed me that I would have to contact Expedia if I wanted a refund. When I contacted Expedia, I was told that the refund, if any, was at the discretion of the host property, Waterwalk San Antonio. The Expedia agent contacted Waterwalk, and informed me that my experience did not meet the hotels criteria for a full refund. Subsequently, I was notified that they would only refund the cost of two nights instead of three. The hotel said that because I left without allowing them to offer me a different room, or additional cleaning of our room, that the first days rate was not refundable.This may qualify as some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any business. I am left to conclude that this hotel chain not only provides sub-standard housecleaning and pest management, but is apathetic to customer complaints pointing out evidence to this effect.I have stayed in many hotel chains during my lifetime. I have never had this type of problem anywhere else. What I have experienced elsewhere are managements that listen to and appropriately respond to customer concerns. This is a highly competitive industry. Businesses unwilling to accommodate reasonable customer requests will likely find themselves unable to compete in the marketplace for their services.

Fun fact is WaterWalk service as Hotel in building 1 and apartment leasing building 2. My stay has been with the hotel, which the staff have such great hospitality and greetings. It’s very quiet in and out hotel but with lots a fun exciting places to go within few walking distance whether you want night out or daytime vibe.

Nice staff , nice stay. no complaints. however i will note that I didnt realize one half is a hotel with also certain rooms are AIrBnBs and the other side is an apartment complex.

My extended stay was nice and the front office staff were very pleasant. It is spendy for an extended stay but for the convenience, it worked out great for the time being. It didn’t feel like a *hotel at all! Will likely stay again at some point!

I typically and unfortunately never leave reviews but I simply had to for this venue!!! I had never heard of this brand before but am sold for life! CLEAN, friendly and truly In the middle of EVERYTHING (dining, shopping, amusement, etc) yet it is comfortably secluded from noise. LOVE LOVE this place. We will be back!

This place was very nice, rooms were a little small but had everything we needed. It was convenient to everything and right off the freeway. We will definitely be coming back to this place, the staff were professional and one lady in particular was very helpful and very nice.

If you have pets and are staying for more than a couple nights I highly recommend this place. We will definitely use waterwalk facilities again when possible. It has the feel of a hotel without the daily cleaning and hassle. Our two bedroom condo was perfect for us. One of our best stays in a long time

An excellent place to stay! WaterWalk met and exceeded our expectations. Consider staying at WaterWalk if youre taking your family to six flags. The full size stove, refrigerator, and washer/dryer were a godsend. Also, the staff is amazing! Cant recommend this place enough.

My family stayed at WaterWalk San Antonio at The Rim after a week on the road during a cross country tip. The convenient location, excellent customer service, spacious apartments, and in-unit washer & dryer (major plus!) were all of the comforts and conveniences you could hope for. Everyone was wonderful and made us feel at home. Highly recommend for any type of stay as the apartments have everything you need!

We just got back from a trip where we stayed at the WaterWalk San Antonio for 3 nights. After 3 nights in a traditional hotel room in another city, it was a blessing to have separate rooms so we could hang out after our 4 year old went to bed. The rooms are very generic but we had enough kitchen supplies to cook a few meals and having a full washer / dryer was amazing. The furnishings are very generic (for example having the same art in both bedrooms) but they did have decorative touches such as vases that made the space feely home-y and less sterile. Would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed 11 nights with our dog. We really enjoyed our stay. The place was immaculate and comfortable. We had a minor water heater problem which the staff addressed immediately. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recomend. Excellent location.

So far the stay has been fair. The female employee who greeted me upon arrival was kind enough to check me in early. She didnt however give me any information on the property the amenities or any other rules. Its very clean place has a full size washer and dryer and everything you need in a kitchen hopefully the rest of my day goes as well you go to find out more regarding the apartments here as well.

I spoke to other guests and found that this hotel/apt complex has great potential if they can ….clean the pool daily, clean elevator daily(found poop in it) +always smells really bad, mop hallways daily and clean rooms daily so stenches aren’t built up overtime from constant use. Because the rooms are only cleaned if you stay 8 consecutive days it causes critters to move in along with a permanent stench that stinks up the place and bad wear/tear. Also to sanitize washer/dryers remove excess hair strands from them, the bathroom and throughout room with proper dusting. Keeping up with maintenance by fixing any paint chips, base boards falling etc. If staffing is short for this, management may want to increase pay to get more people hired. I tipped one housekeeper for being kind. Superior location near the best mall called La Cantera. Many restaurants and arcades nearby. That is all.

We have had the pleasure of staying at two properties of Waterwalk, here in San Antonio and in Denver. Both experiences were excellent and the staff went out of their way to make the experience comfortable and inviting. Thank you for taking care of us and our needs.

One of my top ten hotels Ive stayed in. ( Ive stayed at 1500 dollar a night hotels in Cali) this place was very well kept. Easy check in. I loved the layout of the room . Two separate rooms with separate full restrooms. Very close to mall, palladium, six flags pretty much anything. Will stay here again for sure.

I was not able to move into the apartment side of this community. (We needed more space). But the customer service alone from McKenzie, almost made us reconsider the space that we “really” needed. I feel this still would have been a great fit. The communication, speed of responses from her were just superb. I honestly wish we could move here, but we just need the space. If we ever need a hotel to stay in, we definitely will be staying here

I have already referred WaterWalk to colleagues in Dallas as well as San Antonio. I have stayed a lengthy amount of time at both properties and have had excellent experiences! I also travel with my cat and it has been very easy; I love how pet friendly your properties are!A shout out to Jorge and Angie at the San Antonio property, staff are very friendly and makes you feel very at home!

Very clean, front desk check in staff were very nice. Would highly recommend to stay especially if you are traveling with family.

I my room nice and clean I love that I could entertain in living room abs not in my bedroom that was the best feature. I really dont like people sitting on my bed. And there they had somewhere to sit and talk

Bring your earplugs!Paper thin walls!!!!The staff lacked professionalism and first told us we would be compensated for our disruptive stay but then lied and said we wouldnt, apparently they have no clue whats going on and made up some BS. They were more worried about offending the noise makers by asking them to stop, than by giving us some peace. We wouldve gladly left and got a hotel if we would be comped for the night we left.Rambunctious children and their terrible parents should be placed on the first floor!!!!!!The inconsiderate stomping adults and their 5 kids, that they apparently gave jolt to the whole time, ruined or time there. And even though they had multiple complaints against them, they still were inconsiderate and were never asked to leave. FYI we heard the kids till 12 most nights doing what I can only assume was Zumba class. And then started up again at 6 a.m. We also could hear the person snoring in the room next to us. And a lot of Highway noise. I would ask for top floor! On the back of the building, the Topgolf side. If you consider to stay here.If your deaf or hard of hearing this place is perfect!!!!! Its clean and newer. They have very limited kitchen supplies. But I was able to make Thanksgiving dinner work with what they had. And some items from store. They had ample hangers for a week stay. And supply laundry soap, dish soap and nice shampoo and conditioner. Beds are firm and pillows are soft down. 2 bedroom has supplies for 4.

This is an interesting concept and theres several in the state of Texas. You can go there and stay long-term and also have your breakfast brought to your room. It was very reasonable and there are washer dryer facilities in each room. And the bedroom is separate from the TV kitchen area.

Great place to stay whether your looking for an extended stay suite, a nice weekend hotel or an apartment home. The staff was great and always accommodating. Amenities of free WiFi, pool and community area were wonderful. Even had BBQ pits in the patio area that were free to use. Would go back again to stay. Recommend to everyone.

Looking for a AIRB&B?A night or a week stay dont matter. Customer service is excellent and they are equipped with a heated pool. My childern love the late night hot coco they offer 24-7. The stay is cozy and warm welcoming. WiFi cable 42in t.v breakfast every morning. Waterworks is a great place to stay. Thank you for all of your hospitality.

Fantastic aparthotel. Arrived and was pleasantly surprised at the apartment vibe in the lobby area. Parking on the side of the building is gated and can only be accessed by the room key. Beautifully decorated rooms with all the amenities you could hope for including washer and dryer. Televisions in every room and laundry baskets with plenty of shelving. Reserved a 2bdr and got upgraded to a 3bdrm which was amazingly awesome! This is my go to for future San Antonio stays.

We came to town for my little son to have a surgery and the apartment we stayed in versus a hotel room was heaven sent. Same price as hotel but 2 bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. My son could recover in peace that he couldn’t have got from a hotel. So blessed to have found this place and go back every time we stay in San Antonio

Beautiful hotel suites and furnished apartments! Waterwalk is a great place for an extended stay and you can bring your pets! Better than any extended stay hotel Ive been in. You can actually live there! Super close to shopping, Six Flags, Top Golf, tons of great restaurants too.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom / 2 bath for a weekend trip to Fiesta TX. Perfect location!! Very clean, spacious rooms. Pet friendly. Gated parking area. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

My family needed to stay in here for an unknown extended length of time due to the unfortunate fact that our home builder abandoned our home building process. We called, explained our situation and they were able to accommodate a stay indefinitely.The first part of our stay was fine. Just as expected, it’s an extended stay set up so we had the ability to cook meals and have some space. The closet was ridiculously small, but not really a concern of ours. They offered a service to order breakfast items from a set grocery list to have delivered to you room every week. It was a cool concept, but the items were pretty limited and every week there would be missing items or wrong items (I.e. turkey bacon instead of bacon).But the major disappointment, is 5 months into our long stay, after paying on time or early every month, and not complaining about the weekly breakfast order errors, the small closets, the pot cleaning job, the fire alarms going off in the middle of the night (although their was one real fire during our stay), the kids running down the halls the dogs barking etc, they called me and tell me starting immediately they are going to raise the price of our stay by $24.50 a day!!!!! I asked if they could provide with some notice before the rate increase, even a week. They said no!I walked down to talk to the manager, and pleaded with her to give some notice before changing the rates, she said no. I advised her that really puts me in a huge bind. I’ve budgeted this room based on the rates that I was provided, and I couldn’t afford the rate increase. Also, no notice doesn’t allow me time to seek alternative options. She said no again.I couldn’t afford it, so we did have to find a more economical solution for our living situation, it was a scramble and extremely hard on us. And we had to pay the inflated price for the time it took us to find another suitable option.And being forced to move the family again to another temporary home under all the stress we were under was incredibly frustrating.I called corporate to complain, and asked for reimbursement on the time I stayed there with the inflated rates. They gave me a small credit, not even half of what I was asking for and didn’t seem to care at all about the situation.I would have referred a high volume of people here, but instead, I’m warning them not to trust the rates because they increase without notice and could leave others in an unfortunate bind.

These guys are awesome. They have been very helpful and accomdating. Jaz and the rest of her team have made our stay here extremely easy while we transition into our home. Jaz in particular went out of her way to secure required last minute accommodations for us which I greatly appreciate. The entire staff appears to be service member friendly and always seems to have a great attitude. Highly recommend them. Thank you all once again.

Needed a place to stay for my sons BMT graduation at Lackland AFB. Stayed for five nights in a 2 bedroom/2 bath. Excellent apartment style accommodation for the money!! Nice as some resorts I have stayed in for a lot more money. Only drawback was 20 minute drive to the base, but was worth it.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The facility was beautiful, clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone considering a stay in San Antonio.

We are currently staying here and it has been great! Very clean, nicely furnished apartment for our temporary stay. The staff has been wonderful and have taken care of all our needs. Highly recommend!

Its definitely nice, my mom lives there but the top golf being right there has led to a few cars getting hit with balls and them also being in the parking lot consistently so if that doesnt bother you then chive on!

Wonderful home away from home. Facilities were very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Apartment was also clean and very cozy. It was nice being able to make my own meals and wash my clothes before leaving. I highly recommend!

We stayed here for 7 months while our house was being built. It had everything we needed and the staff were very attentive. Angie (the Mgr.) and Jorge (Asst. Mgr.) were extremely accommodating. Id definitely recommend!

Luxury living with gated pool and gated parking if you live in the apartments section. The front is dedicated to hotel guests and the back is dedicated to residents. Comes with free wi-fi and is next to a top golf. Stream lined luxury living at of course, a luxury price. Staff is super friendly and accomodating.

Prime location. Excellent staff. However, the bed mattress are low low budget and probably good enough for 1 night stay. Not good enough for a long term stay. Unfortunately, the bedding issue is auto fail.

DO NOT GO HERE! They are refusing me to provide me an Invoice for the days I stayed there. They provided me 1 invoice and refusing to provide the next 3. I contacted the property over 10 times!!

Very plain. Rooms were nice, but nothing special. Very vanilla. No wastebaskets anywhere.

We stumbled in to waterwalk Hotels in Dallas we travel quite often and just loved the amenities and layouts of rooms now in San antonio tx and looked them up and stayed.First choice for our traveling trip from now on .

Challenging place to be, many people did not wear masks, not enforced. The beds are awful! If you have back problems, their beds will kill you! I slept on the ground. Never coming back.

My application and move in process went smoothly and there have been no surprises. My questions are answered quickly and I like the connection to the local businesses that offer discounts. I support those businesses as much as I can.

The people are rude and the whole place reeks like weed. Nothing but teenagers on my floor and they have beg bugs!! Beware they asked me to leave after I made them aware of the bed bugs!!

They have 24/hr staff and they are all extremely helpful the gentleman overnight was nice. Blake I think was his name.

This is the perfect place as it has everything! Full kitchen, washer/dryer …. A full apartment away from home!

The location is near construction but had no issues getting around and inside the hotel.

Do not even waste your time. 10 days for responses to basic questions. Finally after this time, someone finally answered the phone. Was over quoted by $700 and hung up on when I questioned the contrary information. This company cares about one thing. MONEY!

Located just outside of San Antonio, it takes around 20 minutes to get to downtown by car. Rooms resemble a small living area with a kitchen, living room and bedroom. Everything is very big. Almost a bit too much for one night. Nice, small fitness area and pool also available. You dont hear much from the construction site next door on the highway.

Nice over all only some rooms do smell like pets and the wifi is so slow and drops allot.A good room with a kitchen, washing machine, dryer, and microwave. There is a shared barbecue area and a storeroom that you can rent for a sum, but some rooms have the smell of pets (in my case cats) and the wireless internet service is slow and sometimes interrupts. For your information, the rooms and garbage are cleaned once a week.

Stuff super friendly, locations is good, clean.A very wonderful, clean place that has all the needs of a long-term resident, a fully equipped kitchen, internet, laundry, barbecue, electricity, everything is on them, and they provide you with cleaning, and they provide you with breakfast every day. I strongly recommend it. The hotel is located close to it (3 minutes) to everything, entertainment places, malls, cinema, Walmart, Whole food HEB.
