The assets for this apartment complex would actually be more about matching the resident individual needs rather than anything they are actually doing right. The main seeking point is maybe being a slightly better deal than other apartments; much spacier for only a slightly higher monthly rent. Location is good. Close to the freeways. Target and not one but two has stations are within walking distance. A bus stop right in the front that will take riders, among other destinations, North Star Mall, for those without their own transportation and/or want to be green. Convenience stores & fast food are also in walking distance.Other than that, customer service is laughable. Even worse, leadership and management changes frequently enough that it is sorta unfair to grade this place; by the time the review is published, the manager we criticized out praised will have already moved on to better and bigger things!They take forever with the work orders, but when they finally get around to it, they do what needs to be done. They seem understaffed a lot, and resident turnover rate is high.To be transparent, this is based on my frequent visits to a friend who lives here, asking with what they have told me, what I have seen in their many years living here. I have lived here through several managers and the current manager, Tiffany, is wonderful. She’s always helpful. She is always patient. She is always friendly. She knows How to run an apartment complex, efficiently and professionally.

This place was absolutely amazing with previous management. Now?! It’s completely absurd and unprofessional and I’m thankful I moved out at the end of my lease. I was supposed to receive my deposit and it’s been over 30 days. Every time I get in contact it’s either “well give you a call back” or “A manager will call you back” and I never receive a call back. It is almost IMPOSSIBLE to reach them by phone. All they care about is to make sure to get on everyone about every little thing but can barely uphold their end. It’s absolutely childish and I don’t recommend ANYONE to move here with the new management, no matter how many flags they put outside the complex. It’s completely unacceptable and entirely waste of time and money. I’ve never had such a terrible experience after moving out.Update: It has now been FIVE MONTHS since I have moved out and I have yet to receive my deposit. This company is a fraud and liars. Sending me back and forth and no one has an answer and no one replies.
Absolutely do not waste your time. New management cycles through a property manager every month and a half. They will respond to this review with the number to their office which doesnt return voicemails or an email that goes to literally one person in charge of the company who is intensely biased.

I love the French doors to the bedroom and, the nice open floor layout. The community is safe, quiet, and peaceful, and have had and have respectful neighbors. If you decide to move here, I believe in my experience you will not be disappointed.
Prior management was horrible! Took forever to fix my ac and cockroaches were everywhere I was not able to cook as I would like to! New management came in with actual now property manager Claudia she is exceptional and phenomenal! Very sweet lady and although she is super busy, always gets back to you and never leave you with an unresolved problem. This new management (Claudia) is amazing!
This new management is NEVER in the office in the hours that are set! Theres constant emails sent about how they want rent to be received but Work orders WILL Take FOREVER and if you have a package delivered to the front desk you might as well kiss it Goodbye because you will never get it. If youre considering moving here. Look elsewhere.
New management is awful and does not communicate well. I passed away and my wife is trying to reach out. Prior to my death, the roaches were prolific, no smoke alarms, and the furnace/AC would often freeze. We had to take a hammer to the ice and buy our own filters. Ok, new management had inspections. I pointed out the non working smoke alarm and was told checking to see if one is here. Dont waste your money. Oooohhhh, maintenance uses the water spigot outside, as well as others. If Stratton Park wants to charge for water, make it per apartment and not an average. Save your money, live elsewhere.
An edit since clearly this is the only place i can contact management even though they send copypaste apologies. its been NEARLY FIVE WEEKS since ive been requesting my ac get fixed. It gets over 80 DEGREES in my apartment, and no matter the service requests ive entered ive been going ignored. we had a young man show up and spray our ac grate with water. nothing was fixed. as for cleanliness, my apartment has been sitting with rotting appliances since BEFORE I MOVED IN. ive brought it to everyones attention, new management, old management, maintenance, my apartment has extreme water damage from the last tennant. the dishwasher is rusted and full of bugs. our bathtub is falling apart. still nothing from management. but yeah, lets pick on the disabled tennants who need a table out front 👍been here for a whole year and theres still stuff that hasnt been fixed that was reported as soon as i moved in. now Im being told to remove a table in front of my door that helps me access things i cant pick up off the ground due to not being able to bend over, and whatever privacy i thought i had on my own balcony is null as Im not allowed to set up privacy partitions so that my neighbors cant look in my home, or Ill be charged up to 300 extra dollars. which is odd given my apartment is still barely liveable. the new management seems to only be concerned with the money they can get from you.
Miguel was very helpful throughout application process. Minor issues addressed immediately by maintenance guys. The whole staff is very welcoming.
Rough apartments, they used to be cheap at least. Hopefully things will be better under new management, however poor communication and borderline harassment is no way to keep tennants, especially when those tennants were NEVER late on rent. Thats why Im leaving.I would also like to point out every positive review is so similar they could easily be the exact same review, and none of the reviews with any level of detail or specific situations that allow for varity are even close to being positive.EDIT: Looking foward to seeing management in court. They took my rent payment, then gave me an eviction notice minutes before closing their office on a Thursday whilst closed that Friday, not allowing me to show my proof of payment (which I keep because they are like this).Also, management did NOTHING to rectify the previous situation. New management, same unethical and dishonest practices.
New management seems only concerned with sending out nastygrams about cleaning up porch and balcony areas. Theres a broken fence at the townhomes, broken lights in the parking lot, my neighbors car was broken into because of the dark areas. But, we get threatened with fines for unapproved items on the patio. Fix stuff before sending out nastygrams.

We had some teething problems when we first moved in, a few small issues that were eventually seen to by management at the time. However, since the new complex manager, Miguel, took over, things have improved ten-fold. He is a polite, efficient, friendly man who goes above and beyond the day-to-day management of two large complexes (such as personally delivering mail that was left at the office) and ensuring that any maintenance required is completed in a reasonable amount of time.My husband and I love our little townhouse now that there is a fantastic new manager, and friendly, efficient, knowledgeable maintenance staff.
Miguel the manager made the move in process absolutely smooth and the maintenance respond quicker than any place I’ve ever seen. The communication I’m able to have with the management whether it be postal service or miscellaneous issues is in my opinion uncommon and goodThe apartment itself is fantastic, And whatever items may be missing on the inventory are settled in a prompt fashionThe community has been pretty good and everybody pretty much leaves each other aloneThis feels like a secure location and it’s also in an amazing location with proximity to three highways and two parks within a very short driveIt is frankly so far the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. And I consider the price extremely reasonable.
We have lived at Stratton Park for a year now and have loved it. Miguel is really professional and easy to talk to. Putting a maintenance request has also been extremely easy and they have always come the next day bright and early!
The air condition froze on the day I moved in. Plus the door jam was cracked, the screws easily came out of metal plate the locking bolt goes through. This was Friday, today is Monday, 4pm they now start to put Freon in the air condition unit. But the door is still not fixed. Ive had to stay with a friend the entire weekend being stressed out about all of this situation. This is the first time Ive ever experienced this in any place Ive lived in San Antonio. I hope to get pro rated for the days I was not staying.
I moved to San Antonio for the first time and decided to move in here. Celene is truly an amazing property manager and deserves way more credit! This place is neat, clean, and has quick service. I rarely have to call maintenance but if I do they’re always very quick. Truly an amazing complex. I love living here and Celene’s amazing work. My dog loves the dog park and all of my neighbors are great and super friendly! Everyone should check this place out.
I’ve been residing in this complex since early October and I’ve been overall super pleased! The complex itself is super quiet and the unit I moved into is cozy and an overall enjoyable space to call home. Recently, I ran into an issue with my AC and submitted a work order and maintenance was on it super fast! Ernesto came to fix and resolved my AC issue in a timely and professional manner. Super friendly and attentive staff! I would definitely recommend Stratton Park Apartments to call your new home!
The leasing staff has been more than awesome. Then caring and friendly. Moving from Indiana Sabrina has gone above and beyond in order for me to make sure i had no concerns. Since i have been here they have become like extended family. I love my apartment and my leasing staff.The best place ever to live, they take pride in making sure we are happy as residents
I recently moved to SA and had a hard time finding an apartment. I’m so glad I found Stratton Park. Serena helped me from the very beginning and I decided right away that I definitely wanted to rent the apartment and my approval was very quick. She walked me through the rental process. Now that I’m all moved in I love it and I love the location. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance they have come the same day and answered all of my questions. It’s very quiet here which is a must for me.
Miguel the new property manager is a tenants dream , I have been here 8 years and have seen at least 5 managers come through and leave . When Miguel arrived the place improved 100 % he is polite , responds fast and handles issues in a timely manner .I cannot say enough about what a blessing it has been to have someone come in and manage the property as good as him . I highly recommend Stratton Park !!!!
Affording place! I moved to the city and state with my career and needed a place to stay without the fuss or red tape because I was on a tight timeline.The property manager worked with me on every level prior to my move.A week after I moved in, the hot water heater went out and they replaced it within 12 hours.I especially like my townhouse because I could keep my BBQ grill. I enjoy grilling year round. Not many places will allow you to do so.They spray for rodents on a regular basis and there is plenty of parking for your vehicle.If I were not relocating again for work this summer, I would most certainly remain at Stratton Park Town Homes/Apartments.The neighbors all mind their business and I’ve never had anything stolen by delivery services which is a huge plus for me because I receive deliveries weekly. Many times, if I am not home the Postal Service would leave my item at the main office.I consider myself lucky for finding this place.They are renovating as tenants move out, so you would always get great working condition or new appliances and a positive living experience.I have no real complaints for the Apartments and Townhomes at Stratton Park.Feel free to stop by their office for a tour or ask questions because that’s exactly what I did.I moved in on a great rental promotion and I am very happy with my decision.
Delilah and Sabrina are awesome at everything they do. They really listen to the tenants and do their best to help out whenever concerns arise. Twice, I have had the office team go out of their way for me to make sure we were comfortable in our new home. I am very happy with my townhome and how modern it is compared to other listings in this area. You cant beat the pricing here too. Definitely recommend for any future residents!
Everyone in the office is so nice and helpful ( Noe and Miguel) They made moving in very easy and simple. The apartments are very nice and spacious. And I highly recommend Stratton Park apartments.
Jason one of the new hire maintenance guys here at Stratton Townhomes did a remarkable job fixing/repairing my kitchen dishwasher and sink. He went above and beyond came in prepared with tools ready to help. Came in with a great attitude worked hard and left with making sure I could access and use my dishwasher.Thank you for sending such a hard working maintenance fellow our way.I haven’t faced any problems with my sink or dishwasher since.

The complex is nice, but the staff and maintenance crew are lazy, incompetent, and do not care about their residents. lived here for a year with no problems and the staff and maintenance crew were very good and attentive. When I signed on for another year I moved to a one bedroom. This is when my problems began. First of all, the A/C was not working on move in day which made it difficult to move in the heat of the day (my cps was already switched over way ahead of time so it should not have been because I did not have a cps account set up). Maintenance finally fixed the A/C and all seemed well, until management changed again ( they change staff very frequently and I usually never know who I will see in the office from day to day). I started to noticed my ceiling would leak from time to time and that there was a black stain in my bedroom closet on the wall. The a/c, though maintenance came to look at it several times, never really worked right and my electric bill was always incredibly high. Finally, after some rain storms, the apartment above mine had a huge leak of the water softener which poured down into my apartment and soaked my bedroom carpet. My apartment smelled horrible due to the water damage and I had to really really push the staff and maintenance to finally take a look at all the damage and finally hire someone to clean up the mess. They did not offer alternative accommodation while my carpet was being cleaned and I had to fight to finally get them to let me stay in the apartment model. It took a long time for the carpet cleaners to finally get around to cleaning my soaked carpet (they didnt even replace it, which is what really needed to happen). I told maintenance and management about my leaking ceilings and the black stain in my closet. I told them about my kitchen faucet as well, which was not working. They had someone come out and inspect the ceiling. They found that there was very old water damage in the ceiling and some old rodent damage as well that had never been fixed or addressed. They said they had to get a quote for repairs to the ceiling and would get back with me on when they would fix it. So I lived with a nasty stained ceiling that would occasionally drip and a black stain on the wall in my closet, not to mention a slightly smelly carpet. Months later, and after visiting the office to get updates on the situation and even putting in another maintenance request for all the issues I had found in the apartment, there had still been nothing done about anything and no attempts to contact me and let me know what was going on. To be honest I just gave up. I only had a month left on the lease and I found a new place and got out of there quick. I hope they fix the damage before they move some other poor person in there. Overall, it was a nice complex and in a good area, but the rent is too high for the staff and maintenance crew to be so lazy and uncaring towards their tenants.EDIT: In response to the owners reply (Note, they took two months to reply to my review.) You obviously did not read my review thoroughly. I did state that I was offered the model apartment to stay in, but ONLY after I had to ask for accommodation, I was not offered it right away. It was also ONLY for the carpet cleaning. You did not offer it to me for the ceiling. I had to move back into my damaged apartment because you said it was livable. Realize I was paying $800 plus a month to live there. Thats a lot to live in a place with nasty ceilings and a musty smell. On top of that, YOU NEVER FIXED THE CEILING, or even contacted me about the status of fixing it like you said you would. I lived with that nasty ceiling for more than SIX MONTHS!!! You should have just offered me a different apartment unit, even if it was a two bedroom, for the same price while you fixed my old one. That would have satisfied me, but instead you left me hanging and earned yourselves a bad review. So much for working diligently to resolve any issues and providing the best for our valued-residents. I have nothing else to say to you.
A nice and quiet area in San Antonio, everything is near by and accessible. The property is well managed and kepted up. The apartment itself is updated and well kept. Miguel the manager, is helpful and knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to deal with he goes that extra mile for the tenants.
The apartment company is under new management. They had a sale when I started my lease and I have no complaints. Celene is our community manager and she is doing a good job connecting with the residents. I would take the tour if location is important and cost. We have good NEISD schools to choose from for parents with children. A+ thus far!
Im adjusting my review. If you enjoy moldy ceiling and a building thats falling apart. And asking for things to get fixed for at least a month with little to no results then welcome home. At first I was sold on this place but after living here for a few months I see it was all just a facade the only positive aspect is that the maintenence men are super nice and willing to help when allowed.
Under new management and they need to be replaced. This was the worst experience I have ever dealt with at an apartment complex. They refused to fix the AC. I had to fight it for months. I finally contacted the Housing Authority and then the news. Once the news did a story on how they refused to fix an AC for a pregnant mother of three, even though is was 85+ degrees in that place, they finally put in a unit. Dont move here!
I just want to give a big thank you to Celene and the maintenance crew @Stratton Park Apartments. They have been awesome in getting in our new home ready for move in which will make for an easy transition. Anytime I had questions or concerns Celene always handled it with professionalism and courtesy.
Ive been living here for almost two years. When I first moved in, the garbage disposal did not work because the painted poured paint in there. I gave multiple notices about having it fixed every time I paid my rent for 6 months. They finally came and said that I must have poured paint down there. The paint job itself is incredibly sloppy, the carpet flooring in my living room is uneven--have any walking problems such as a cane or crutches--and you hit the flooring lumps, youre going to have a bad time.The majority of the time I visited the front office, there was at least one new person working in there that would promise things would get fixed, such as my bathroom door not closing.The other tenants are incredibly loud with their music, yelling their conversations across the parking lot, or playing music full blast for 20+ minutes from their car at 2 in the morning.When my years lease came up, I was given 45 days notice my rent was being upped by more than $50.00 a month. At the time, I had no intention of leaving or that they were doing that or I would have found somewhere else.The pool at either location is not that great. Not cleaned but maybe twice over the past summer. Thats great because we all want to have flowers and leaves in our hair!Besides the bedroom being a decent size, there is not real great pros to this place. I had to pay 900 up front for my two cats, and there layouts arent that great. Who really wants their washer and dryer in their bathroom?For the price youll pay, its not worth it. Its better than being surrounded by college students, but now I have some wannabe thugs.
These apartments are so bad, it really can’t get worse than this, I promise you that. My girlfriend and I live here, these are our first apartments and this is the biggest scam I’ve ever been in. We signed a 12 month lease, which by the way, is the worst thing we could have ever done. No matter what deal or offer they try to bribe you with, ignore it! RUN! FAR AWAY! The leasing director Celene is a nightmare! She’s so disrespectful to both my girlfriend and I, despite us always paying rent on time and even earlier. We have had money problems with them, as in they charged us double and made us go through absolutely nightmare with the bank. Everything is so old, broken, and molded in these apartments. Also, my girlfriends books for college she ordered in February and didn’t receive till March. Celene is seriously the most disrespectful, clueless, and just the most unpleasant person to ever in counter. We have had horrible roach, centipede, spider problems, and flea problems MULTIPLE TIMES! Oh, and our upstairs neighbors showers water has powered straight down to our bathroom ceiling, but that was not considered an emergency according to these apartments. Also, they hardly ever respond to emails, I always have to threaten to call HR or corporate on them, I don’t think they even care considering how trashy this place is. STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS. It really can’t get any worse. I can’t make this stuff up, these apartments are straight trash and the leasing director Celene is a joke. No one knows what they’re doing or how to even do it. These apartments will literally give you nightmares, PTSD, scars from fleas/bugs, and an overall embarrassing feeling if your friends and family ever see that you live here. It is that bad, believe me my girlfriend and I are living this nightmare as we speak! Also, this part is funny actually. Despite being in a pandemic and people actually loosing their jobs, these trashy apartments have the audacity to sent countless emails every week about paying rent a week or two early, and for what in return... A gift card. I mean come on, seriously This place and the leasing director is a big huge joke.
I enjoy living here and since meeting Celene she has been very helpful with me. I am older and cant do too much anymore, so she helps me, and always makes sure to check on me and tell me hi! The property is quiet and nice, and she does her best to make sure the property stays its best.

The unit they showed me initially was a model unit (which is normal for apartment hunting), but the actual unit I ended up signing on was definitely not move-in ready. It smelled like a chain smoker died there, it ahd not been cleaned or repaired on any level, half of the drawers were loose and rolling off, ceiling lights had broken chains to pull, dead bugs in every room, the front door looked like it had been kicked in and just barely repaired a long time ago and most of the locks and latches were not securely fitting... oh and the front window offered literally no privacy. When I went to pick up my keys and inspect the place, I did not find out until the next day that my spectrum equipment had been delivered and stolen (I do not blame the office for this, as it was most likely a resident). When I requested to terminate my lease after literally living there for 1 hour, they were willing to waive the usual fee, an exorbitant $1500!, down to just under half of that... Would not recommend this place to anyone. Literally anyone.
Old property under new management and I can guarantee you won’t regret renting here while Celine is in charge. She’s been doing her absolute best trying to get this property into better shape. 😇 The prices are good and the complex is a perfect spot. It’s near 2 gas stations and some great restaurants. They have great move in specials so if your interested hurry soon 😄
I had an exceptional experience working with reep Management at Stratton Park Apartments, she was so professional and she helped me over come all my doubts about getting my first apartment. I was searching for an apartment for months until I came across her complex and she gave me the best service I would recommend these apartments to all first timers and anyone looking for liable, responsive management.
Management has been horrible during the covid crisis; and failed to instruct. Maintenance how to handle emergency situations . Pool was closed down and not Managed well, I have spoken to some of my friends who live in other complexes and their community have been able to stick with the standards set by legislators as far as restricting the number of people. In at once and it’s been running smoothly, I have even gone there to swim in this extreme heat I can’t even imagine someone who may be dealing with ac issues. Outside it’s been 109 degrees! It used to be a great complex then new management took over and it’s tanked. 👎🏻 I’m sorry Stratton park, should have taken more classes in. Customer service and grace.

Only move in here if you enjoy heaving strangers coming into your apartment often with the notice coming via text or email at the end of the day before they come. Today I got notice at 7:51pm that tomorrow theyre doing yet another inspection between 1-6 tomorrow, less time than 24 hours. Over the course of less than 8 months(estimate, could be even less time) weve had toilet inspections that turned out to be teams of 4 or more replacing them, balcony inspections with threats to throw away unapproved items and fine us on top of it, faucet replacements which were ultra low flow and unable to rinse a razor when shaving and take forever to fill a sink to wash pots and pans, regular inspection, 2 rounds of fire extinguisher inspections, and now a mandatory insurance inspection. If you enjoy having your privacy invaded by people you never met with little notice then take my 1 star review as a 5 star review and move right on in.-10-14-19 In reply to owner response: No, I do NOT want a maintenance man to go into my apartment. If you are interested in doing more than face saving replies and patronizing then do something about how the bills via Conservice are egregiously high. Even if SAWS raised their rates it does not excuse the bills from them nearly doubling in the span of a year
Be careful. Be very careful. My partner and I moved here from El Paso, Tx. We got a townhouse. Everything looked great. Within two days he and I and out tea cup poodle all ended up in the ER with difficulty breathing. Turns out our beautiful town house was infested with mold.Management here is horrible. They did not care. We told them of the problem and they responded with the townhouse was livable. When we left the ER, we never returned to the townhouse.They did let us out of the lease, however, they took more than a week to return our rent that we had just paid and our security deposit. Keep in mind that we were paying on top of that for hotel stay out of pocket which they also knew about and did not care. You would think that a proper apartment complex would have put us up in another townhouse or even apartment until our town house was ready for move in, but this property did not even throw that on the table.In the end we got back about 600.00 out of about 1000. They had the nerve to charge us for the days that we were staying at a hotel while they were supposedly fixing the mold infestation in the home.We have samples of the black mold, pictures of the mold and the infestation, medical records for us and vet records for out tea cup poodle. This was indeed the worst apartment that I have ever lived in.Then, they had the nerve to try and blackball us to other apartments in San Antonio by claiming that we were evicted from their property. We also have proof of this. I dont think that they know that we are aware of libel laws here in the state of Texas.As stated earlier, be careful before moving to this property. Be very careful so that you do not have to go through what my partner and I.
Miguel has been extremely helpful and accommodating throughout my move in process. Stratton Park is is a cute neighborhood and centrally located. The place also has high ceilings and tons of storage space! Thanks again for everything, Miguel!
When I first moved in I was so glad that my apartment came with a washer and dryer as part of the place. My dryer is now broken and corporate is unwilling to repair OR replace it. Maintenance attempted to repair it, but could not. Apparently when Reep Management bought the complex they did not also buy the washer/dryer units? However, they failed to inform anyone of this and the new manager suggested I either buy or rent one. Will they no longer repair other appliances? There is no onsite laundry facility so what am I supposed to do? They advertise online as coming with washers and dryers but apparently that is a lie. I have tried calling corporate and it goes straight to a full voicemail box. I am waiting for a phone call back but of course I have not received one. This place does not care about its residents only about getting their money, even if they have to scam it out of people.
Funny how all the 5 star reviews seem to follow the same format, mention the same names, etc.There are worse places to live, such as under a bridge, a shed with no utilities, or an active warzone. However unless those are your only alternatives I suggest you look elsewhere than Stratton Park. Roach, fly, mouse, and scorpion infestations, 2 floods from busted pipes in neighboring units, and an AC unit repeatedly going out were the main issues I dealt with while living there. Management (REEP had just taken over at the time) did the bare minimum to patch up each problem. When I moved out the AC still did not work and was leaking water, soaking the carpet on the stairs. Every time I approached management with a problem I felt ignored. They acted like they were doing me a favor by letting me live on their property (nevermind I paid you rent on time every month). It is by far the most unprofessionally managed place Ive ever lived. The only positive is that I cant recall any crime in the year I lived there, because even criminals pity the residents of Stratton Park. In summation, my experience there was nothing short of miserable. But it did lead to the most euphoric joy on the day I moved out. The moment I turned my keys in mightve been the closest Ive ever come to feeling pure happiness in my life.
I’ve honestly have to say this place is by far one of the best places I’ve lived in San Antonio. Reep Community Living Properties is such a amazing company. Not only did they drop off gift bags to the residents but also gave out protective masks for the covid-19 situation we are dealing with. This place is cleans they handle anything you need quickly. Amazing property.
I have looked at tons of apartments around town. I was super happy with this location. Upgraded apartments nice high ceilings and beautiful flooring and fireplace. Céline was so helpful and sweet very personable and professional. She answered all of my questions and left me feeling happy about my choice.
Sabrina was WONDERFUL and very quick with responding. I moved in this wonderful and friendly neighborhood within a DAY thanks to her. Shes awesome, she even came while I was moving just to wipe my counters lol (It didnt need to be done) but that goes to show you how hard of a worker and kind hearted she truly is. But I LOVE MY NEW APARTMENT and I highly recommend SABRINA!! 😃-Smalls

Ive been asking for them to fix the ac and fix a leaking hole in my ceiling causing black mold for about 6 months now. They still have yet to do anything but come up with excuses wish I could put less than 1 star but unfortunately I can’t
TRULY A 4/5, HOWEVER. . . .This property is heavily underrated! They are undergoing serious renovations inside the units. THEY ARE SO CUTE and COZY inside, once finished. My apt was almost identical to the model. New Planking, new fixtures, grebeige (grey and beige) semi gloss paint on the walls.OFFICE RESPONSE TIME GOOD, MAINTENANCE RESPONSE TIME GOOD, NEIGHBORS GOOD, PARKING GOOD, AND PRICING GOOD.Ive worked for a property double this size before and this management is GREAT. KIM IS A BLESSING IN THAT OFFICE. The property was purchased by people that care! THANK YOU JESUS!
DO NOT TRUST DELILAH TO DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU. I have to change my review after being here for a couple of months. I have so much to say, Idk where to start. I have so many scorpions, spiders that come into my apt. They’re aren’t on top of ANYTHING at this place. You pay for pest control and amenities and they haven’t ONCE come to my apt to change the ac filter even after I’ve told them to or do pest control unless you submit about 4-6 work orders to do so. Most importantly it’s summer and now my AC is broken. They don’t see it as top priority to fix. They’ll “come when they can”. I have a lot more to say about this apt and I’ll be following up with new review soon.

Miguel was very helpful throughout application process. Minor issues addressed immediately by maintenance guys. The whole staff is very nice and the maintenance are very nice
If I could rate it zero I would. I’ve been having issues with getting my air conditioning fix. Maintenance has came out several times, and all they do is fill it with coolant and in about 2 days it’s back to not working. I have let several messages for management and emailed Sever times, but can’t seem to get anyone to answer. This is extremely ridiculous, and the air conditioning has not been the only issues.
Celene is awesome! Great customer service! The maintenance guys are sweet as well and reacted quickly to my maintenance requests! The property is quiet, and the other residents are extremely friendly.
I just moved into Stratton Park and so far I’ve loved it. Celene is the best! She’s kind, attentive and made my transition easy and smooth. I had a minor problem the first wk and her and Robert were on top of the situation immediately! Great staff!!
I have been here about 6 months now and I’ve definitely had some issues involving my appliances and electricity. At first nothing was being taken care of but now maintenance has definitely stepped up their service . Jacinto has been speedy to fix everything I’m concerned about.
Miguel is amazing, he helped us get everything set up in the apartment and was always available for questions and made sure everything was done correctly. It is so rare to find that in apartment management. Thank you Miguel!
They have an “emergency maintenance line” yet no one ever answers or calls back. My apartment is flooded and no one can help me. Idk how else to get through to this office. I’ve never had so many problems with an apt before. Broken AC, washer, FLOODED APT and no one ever answers or calls back

Lived here for almost two years, horrible air conditioning/ heater with lack of concern for residents, maitence doesnt service when things break with a rude and snide manager that will nickel and dime you with excessive and fradulent charges on you upon moving out for standard things. My neighbors had the same issues one even moved out in the middle of the lease because of the heat. Horrible experience here.
They fixed the problem that happened and the sub maintenance man was very sweet and insightful. He gets a 5 star rating. But the property manager lady poorly handled the situation by not properly communicating and giving me false information.

Bathtub and shower have been broken for almost a week and nobody as come to fix them. Ive spoken to the people at the front desk several timestimes all they say is well put in a work order. Management is horrible.
If u want to complain call813-443-4656 Corporate.Emily so called office manager refuses to help me.. called u several times about my refund...why u delaying my F-EN refund...I calling corp no answer on 11/7/17 still no refund company refuses to refund money...if u decided not to rent there company refuses to refund fee $150 that is suppose to refundable.. Good luck still no refund 11/15/17..
Very nice property. I love the location and feel safe knowing my son will be in a great environment for his new home. The pet park is perfect for the furbabies
I have tried hard to be reasonable and patient resident but i am getting tested now. I commend them on renovating some units even though I feel it was over due but there is still MUCH work to be done physically and in the office. Somebody come save this place!
Been here over 6 months and still have a roach problem. I constantly have to keep on with management about the problem but no plan of action seems to be in place to resolve issue.
If you like your vehicle broken in to, mailbox broken in to, water leaking into your apt. And mold growing on your wall then this is the place for you! I mean what more could you want!
WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!!! I have been living here a few months there are spiders & ROACHES ! Your better off living outside management is horrible and lazy.. dont move in here RUN and dont look back.
