DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The Anthony is what my nightmares are now made of! , I moved to The Anthony in September 2023 in hopes that It would be a good place to live and call home. When I signed a lease I also had my boyfriend sign a lease there and one of my good friends signed a lease there as all three of us have had horrible experience this year. also many neighbors of mine have had the same complaints. These 5 star reviews are all within days of each other one being from office staff don’t be fooled So many units there are filled with mold my boyfriend had mold in his pantry and we had to throw out $600 worth of groceries and his daughter got sick and we couldn’t figure out why she kept getting sick turns out it was because of the mold The Anthony has held no accountability for their mold issue or the fact that seven months out of a 12 month lease my boyfriend didn’t have a working AC his kids were forced to sleep downstairs on the couch we would be drenched in sweat. And in regards to my unit there’s a basketball court right next to my building the basketball court is supposed to be closed at 9 PM The Anthony held no accountability that a group of guys would be there until 3 AM almost every night with loudspeaker music being loud playing basketball all hours of the night and they would break into the breaker box and turn on the lights even after I personally screwed the box in since the office would never take accountability and do anything they would bring their own tools and take the box apart and turn the lights on and leave them on and there I would be at four in the morning happy to walk outside to turn the lights off getting electrocuted several times I voiced these concerns to Miranda the manager she told me to call the after hours line and report it to maintenance this is not a maintenance issue it’s a security issue even Bexar County that came out there so many times all the police records I have the sheriff said this is on the office and this is unacceptable I was trying to get a rental verification to be out by the month of October one of the ladies in the front office said I told them not to lease to you that you’re gonna lease with us and that you have a balance of 1500 I didn’t have a balance of 1500 I had a balance of 200 and I was gonna pay when I turned in my keys the 1500 was upcoming rent I asked her to please correct that error and to call them she didn’t and for that reason I wasn’t able to secure another apartment before the first came so I was stuck in a month a month $1900 rent payment for a two bedroom small apartment I just lost my job the apartment I was moving to is income base and I wasn’t able to be verified because the office lied and said I had a balance that I didn’t. My unit is pretty much move-in ready and they still charged me hundreds of dollars and cleaning fees and Carpet Fees how are you gonna charge me when I have the unit looking better than when I moved in? They did this to my boyfriend as well. they evicted me because I couldn’t come up with that amount of money in 30 days I have never been evicted and I’m 34 years old and have been renting since I was 18 now I asked to do a payment arrangement Miranda told me no that it goes to collections after 30 days it hasn’t been 30 days I have never been in debt until now I don’t even know what to do I am truly devastated by this I was sexually harassed many times by men at that basketball court missed three days of work because people would park behind my garage and they didn’t have an active contract with a towing company at the time so if I wanted a car towed I would’ve had to pay for it do not rent here avoid yourself the headache and the heartbreak I am homeless and so is my dog All because TheAnthony sent a 6000 bill To collections I am so depressed over this I can’t Even believe this I was a good tenant.Look at the pics below are my clean unit I cleaned that they STILL charged me Hundreds of dollars in cleaning fees and Carpet fees. The mold one is from my friends unit!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This place needs NEGATIVE STARS-We did NOT get the apartment we were promised and still charged for the upgraded apartment-There were 2 known fires where the FDC rooms were not up the code and the fire hydrants were rusted shut.-They never told us what happened-Management and front office never answered or took any action to any concerns raised. They even ignored our calls.-They cant manage their trash situation and have restricted resident access to the compactor and putting their trash there-The maintenance team doesnt care about helping the residents-When they came in for a leak they asked if it was the AC leak when I told them we didn’t believe it was the AC they brushed it off and then left with out any updates-They came in to get the laundry list of maintenance requests done and then once again left without updating us and closed all our maintenance requests NONE of which were actually completed.-They moved one of the loose hand towel holders and never told us leaving a hole in the wall-They make it hard to put in the 60 day notice and give no information on how to do it on the paper they give asking you to stay or on the resident portalDONT MOVE HERE the place is trash and is run by people who clearly have no clue how to run an apartment complex and who don’t care about their residents just the money. All damages in the picture were there when we moved in.

12/6/2024Came her to update again... I will continue to say... this place is the WORST EVER! Seriously reconsider moving here! We now have a garage door that is broken and has not even been checked as far as repairs needed for OVER A MONTH! Ive called corporate to complain and still NOTHING! The heater now is broken and someone just brought a MINI Portable Heater... for a 3 BEDROOM APARTMENT!!! THIS PLACE IS A REAL JOKE! Not to mention the office staff is the worst! They dont return phone calls and sometimes dont even answer the phone while they sit there in the office!14 days since weve occupied our apartment and I have to say this has been the worst experience ever! From the apartment not being move in ready as promised with new carpet throughout to a list of items that have yet to be repaired. I have had to make arrangements to work from home several times just to be sure things get done and nothing has been done to date. I will admit I read the reviews prior to making a decision to move here and gave the benefit of the doubt. Sadly, most of the negative reviews I can say are most likely true. Tenants beware, I will definitely be back to provide an update on how long it took to have everything taken care of, or if it ever does.Another update! (5/30) - work orders are still open. Since I’ve lived here I’ve not been able to use the gym AFTER HOURS… they claim they need to install cameras… nothing yet. This past weekend was Memorial Day weekend… we couldn’t even enjoy the pool!!!Update (5/23/24) - it’s been 8 weeks now since I moved here, some items (15 listed at move in) a few have been addressed but several issues have yet to be completed. I’ve submitted repeated work orders and they are still open, going on two weeks now. My advice, think twice! Don’t let the move in incentives fool you.6/30/2024 - Update… Definitely very comical how someone takes the time to respond and apologize yet never really reaches out or even attempts to make things right. I’ve yet to have all my work orders fulfilled. As of today I’d like to add that the AC in my apartment has stopped working since yesterday morning and the temperature has reached a very intolerable 82 degrees inside. I as an adult can deal with it but at the time I had my grandson and his cheeks were red and he was sweating throughout the day. The AC tech finally came by late afternoon and claimed the reason why the unit was not working was because I was cooking without the stovetop vent and the heat index outside was 112 degrees. He insisted the unit was doing its job and there was nothing more he could do until Monday because 82 degrees inside was NOT an emergency! Their voice recording states anything ABOVE 75 outside IS AN EMERGENCY! The AC unit has literally been running ALL DAY today and the temperature has not dropped from 81 degrees inside. I called their emergency number left a message and to no avail… no phone call returned and NO FOLLOW UP!!

Not a good experience. The main highlight of the apartments is that they have garages. However, most of the garage doors you see around the complex are in rough shape. I was never able to use my garage clicker from the day I moved in, and for the last year or so I had to manually open the door because the motor assembly was broken. This was a major annoyance considering I’m a carpenter that needs access to his tools daily. I called multiple times to have someone fix it and was always told “you’re on the garage door service list already” . My water heater was also having electrical issues causing it to run nonstop making my electrical bill over $200 (typically $80ish) for about 3 months. I asked them multiple times to just replace the unit but the maintenance guy insisted that draining it would solve the problem… even though he had done it multiple times. Once they finally replaced the unit I called the office to talk about helping me with my electric bill since I was correct and the unit needed to be swapped out. The lady at the front desk told me she would have the manager call me once she got back to the office, and she never did, shocker. Overall this apartment complex is poor quality (ironic that they refer to themselves as a luxury apartment), disorganized, and extremely over priced. Do not waste your time or money staying here.

DO NOT LIVE HERE⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️Avoid this place at all costs!I would give this place zero stars if I could.This apartment complex is riddled with issues, including mold, fire hazards, and bug infestations. The management is completely unresponsive and unhelpful. Management is WORTHLESS.I don’t even live here, but I’ve witnessed firsthand how poor the living conditions are through a tenant. There was a complete lack of AC for months, and despite multiple requests, maintenance did nothing to resolve the problem.Do yourself a favor—save your time, energy, and money, and look for somewhere else to live.

Our experience here so far has been incredible. Ashley was our leasing agent and she was amazing. Very professional and answered every question we had, also made sure that we got the perfect apartment for our growing family. She kept in contact the entire time during the process and really showed how much she cares about the families she helps get into homes. The staff in the front is very kind and attentive if there is any questions or concerns you have. I would definitely recommend this place to whoever is looking for a new home for their family.

The pool was closed on May 25th for maintenance or something that needed to be fixed, and they said it would reopen the next day on the 26th for us to enjoy. It is now two days later May 28th and we came for a swim. This is absolutely disgusting and they should be ashamed. Theres literal green algae like it hasnt been cleaned in months. They didnt say anything about being closed again, and this definitely did not build up in two days so do they think this is okay for residents and their children to swim in? When we first moved here the water was clear and the pool was blue. So disappointing and I hope they fix it asap since its getting so hot and people want to cool down with a swim

If I could put 0 stars, I would. This apartment complex is absolutely horrendous! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE THERE. I moved to an apartment there in July of 2023 and fell in love, but after the fire at the apartments on Labor Day weekend the management changed. When we had the freeze, my heater went out and I was without heat for a week!! When my year was coming to an end, I considered moving to a larger apartment so I did everything I was supposed to and the day I got my keys, it was an absolute nightmare. The apartment was dirty, water damage, and MOLD!!! My finger went through the ceiling above the bathtubs! I have pictures Ive attached. The fight to get my money back was insane - the staff was short staffed and the manager was impossible to work with. I would email and email and it would go unanswered for days to a week! The pool was always dirty (I have pictures of that too - like green slime looking!), the gym was only able to be used dirty business hours of the office, and they didnt have any rush to fix the camera system to allow it to be available 24 hrs like it was promised. I loved these apartments the first year and the management and staff was incredible! Unfortunately, once the new management took over, it went SO far downhill and FAST. Im sad to say this is NOT a good place to live anymore. I hope they can get it together because it was truly once a beautiful place!

I have really seen the change in the Maintenance staff. Carlos the new Supervisor has the property looking really great. Both pools look excellent and stay clean. They are nice and clear and we can actually see the bottom. Ive noticed the dumpster area stays really clean. I see him cleaning it every morning as I go to work. Hes very attentive and shows that he cares about the property. Would highly recommend my family to live here.

I’ve been waiting to complete a review for some time. I didn’t want to do it too soon because I wanted to give The Anthony a chance. We had an emergency where our AC went out at the end of the business day and our place started to get so hot! We called the office and they jumped right on it and sent over Carlos and Brain to fix our AC without hesitation. Carlos and Brain went above and beyond to make sure we had AC! I cannot thank them enough. They are an asset to The Anthony! I’m so excited that they are part of the The Anthony team. The grounds have never looked cleaner. The garbage is perfect now! They really care for the residents and try to find a fast solution. It gives me hope for the future. Thank you to The Anthony for bringing on such a great maintenance team!

Plus all of the units had a garage which is what we needed! Maintenance was also super helpful with any issue we ran across! And my kids loved the pool! Go see my friends at the Anthony!

I’ve debated writing this review for sometime now but after being asked by Priscilla (in March) to give a google review I have finally decided to share our experience in hopes that it could potentially save you from all the emotional, physical, and financial pain of renting from The Anthony at Canyon Springs. I’ll just quickly give you a glimpse of what we have had to deal with over the past year and you can do what you want with this information. Choose wisely! :) *We have everything documented: maintenance requests, running records, emails, phone calls, & pictures.Major Issues•We lived with a broken AC unit for about 6-7 months during one of the hottest Texas summers on record. We had to live with family elsewhere for over a month because the temperature inside our apartment was ridiculously hot and it was not livable conditions. Sadly, they did not uphold their side of the contract by providing a livable unit. On top of everything, we were paying triple the cost in CPS bills than our neighbors who have a bigger unit than us were paying. We had high hopes when management switched from Cushman Wakefield to Stonemark Management but after finally meeting with the new manager, Miranda, she said “I’m sorry, but we can’t go back and financially compensate for maintenance issues.” There was no responsibility taken by management.•Let’s talk about a fire hazard! In the first 7 months that we lived here there were 3 different fires where firemen had to come out and suit up. One of which was really bad. I don’t believe these apartments are built to code and here’s why: We put in a maintenance request about an issue with our dryer vent shortly after moving in. It took them 7 months to fix this issue. It took several people to figure out the problem. Our dryer vent was literally blocked by a 2x6 piece of wood. Think about all the lint buildup, the heat, and the wood.. Sounds like a fire hazard to me! This issue didn’t seem to concern them. Another tenant had the same issue with her dryer vent too.. uh oh•Trust me, you don’t want to look up at the vents. They are nasty and covered in some kind of black growth. Inside of the air ducts are even worse.Minor Issues•When we told management about our broken mailbox we got an email back from Ashley saying “it was just an attempted break in.” I’m not sure how to explain that one.. we never got our package that said it had been delivered. Our mailbox was broken for a long time, they just recently fixed it.•If you want to coexist with cockroaches then this is the perfect place for you! Don’t worry, you pay for pest control services monthly but you’ll never seen anyone out here spraying. They came out one time and it did not fix the problem.•The Valet Trash pick-up has been so inconsistent. They don’t ever check the black trash bins that you’re supposed to use. I love spending $28 a month on this great service! We’ve even received notices from management that we will be fined $25 if the trash isn’t put out correctly.•Pools=gross!•Our garage and oven have had issues in the past. Maintenance requests took weeks until they were even acknowledged or anything was done to “fix” the problem. The only way to get their attention is to go into the office and speak with them but most of the time that doesn’t even work.•For all the plumbing issues. Spend your own money… buy a good drain snake and lots of Drano. That should do the trick!•Beware! They are slow to provide customer service, but quick to pass out eviction notices.•Working with all the girls up in the front office & with maintenance will be a laughing joke! There’s a huge lack of communication both with the front office and with maintenance.•Lastly, about 4 months ago Ariceli, Ashley, Miranda and Priscilla, combined, got about 33 positive reviews. I consistently check the reviews & I thought it was comical that they were all posted within days of each other. Those are not the same experiences we’ve had. Also, just a day ago Ashley left her own 5 star review. People, don’t be fooled!Anyways, good luck apartment hunting!

Most unprofessional dirtiest place me and my family have ever lived! Maintenance was horrible! There was a leak that flooded the closet and they didn’t even come to replace carpet with MOLD like they said they would almost 2 months before. A Scorpion fell off the ceiling onto my brother’s back, and there were constant pests (big and small) all around the apartment. We called for pest control for MONTHS and they only came once which resolved absolutely nothing. They painted over things that should’ve been fixed. Everyone in the front office is unprofessional, lying, and very very lazy. They do not care about the wellbeing of their tenants as long as the rent keeps coming. This is an establishment that isn’t worth your money; DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

The intercom for the gate is way too close to the road and has an overall bad setup and design. Traffic starts to back up onto the busy road after just a couple cars waiting for the intercom. The entrance is too narrow so only one car at a time, no one can pass around the car at the intercom. Terrible setup.

This is a great apartment complex to live. Ameneties are great and staff espcially the main office ladies Ashley and Pricilla are friendly and always willing to help with anything they can. community is clean and quiet and everyone is friendly. The apartments themselves are very beatiful and spacious. the schools from elementary, middle, and highschool are all top tier and bus is no issue. If you are looking for a great family area this is a great option and for the area the price is a steal!

Move her recently, nice amenities Lg pool with hot tub, a playground, tennis court, full weight and exercise center sauna kids play are and game room missing a pool table though; movie room and living space with a full kitchen there’s even has a second smaller pool nestled around some of the apartment homes. It’s quiet and convenient to the local stores and shops. Maintenance on the property is very good it’s clean and well maintained. The apartment homes are spacious all have attached garages and fireplaces there are three different price points from fully renovated to upgraded and classic the differences are a personal preference but the prices go up the more the apartment has been redone. I am in one of the classics which means there is tile and rug i’m in a three bedroom at 1700 sq ft with a full size 2 car garage which is very big for a three bedroom and it has two decks one is off the master. I am really loving the apts so far. My so. and his family here too. I recommend checking it out. The staff seems to be responsive to our concerns and maintenance needs.

Managment is a joke. You will file 3-4 Maintenance Repairs a month. They will close them like they fixed them, but they will not be repaired. The office staff does not care about you or your concerns. You will live with water flooding in for months on end, and mold growing, and maintenance will only fix the issue when you lose your mind in the office with the complex manager and say you are getting a lawyer. This place sucks so bad. If you move here, you will be sorry!

Hands down the worst apartment experience Ive had in my entire life. From the beginning I was told I would be getting an apartment without carpet throughout the entire unit (rooms, closets, stairs, etc would only have carpet). I was told I wasnt allowed to see the unit until the day I was supposed to move in. When I was finally able to see the unit, it was nothing like it was described in the email with carpet going through the whole unit. I was told that I needed to either downgrade, pay an extra $200 a month to get what I was not only promised but already paid for, or just move somewhere else all together. Paid the extra money to get a unit that was not only not clean at all but was littered with very active wasps nests, one of which IS (yes theyre still there) on the balcony door so I cant even go out there without letting them inside. I have informed the front office for the last 3 weeks of this issue and the nests still remain. Theyve even gone as far as telling me that they were told that the problem has already been taken care of (was also told its not their job to make sure that the third party pest control that they have contracted to the complex is actually doing their job). From the copious amount of misinformation regarding the amenities that come with the apartment (gym being open ONLY during their office hours 8:30AM - 5:30PM, disgusting pool, NO MOVIE ROOM), to them saying whatever they need to to get you off the phone when you call about a problem. Save yourself the headache, its not worth the already very discounted prices as they put it.Im simply disappointed in the oops, oh well tone of the conversations when speaking to the front office about unsolved reoccurring issues.Small update: The dumpster area is unnecessarily disgusting. I have witnessed management from the front office dropping trash on the ground right infront of the dumpster rather than putting it inside. Im sure Im not the only one who has witnessed this which is why Im sure everyone feels empowered to follow suit. Spend 10 minutes next to the dumpster and see how many people (including management) just fling trash onto piles of more trash on the ground.

FINAL STRAW. DO NOT FALL FOR SCENERY. Terrible management. Terrible maintenance. They will brush off your concerns and send you an email that things have been resolved. Electrical issues, AC issues, mold, plumbing, you name it. Everything falling apart constantly. Do your homework first and inspect a lot more closely and look past the cosmetic issues. My family and I moved a few months ago and nothing has gone right. Priscilla, Joelle, Issac and whatever imaginary management team you have. You know who this is. This is the stone oak area where people pay high prices for rent. What we get in exchange got that is garbage and basically fraud. I have a bunch of screenshots, photos and videos of everything that went wrong since day one. The pool still not being clean is the final straw for us. They claimed to have cleaned it (on a Saturday of all days) and it still looks murky and gross. And when is our mold issue in our apartment going to be addressed? Probably never.

Save yourself the trouble and don’t invest your time or money here. The negative reviews are accurate, and I wouldn’t trust the positive ones—they seem questionable at best. The place is poorly managed, with terrible communication; they take forever to respond, yet are quick to charge you for everything. Overall, a disappointing and unpleasant experience.

I moved in a few weeks ago with my son and its the best decision I made this year. Its quiet and it gives the vibes of being at a resort. The grounds are kept clean. Priscilla was so friendly and polite when I had any questions regarding our apartment lease paperwork and any questions I have now. I pop in the clubhouse once in a while for the good coffee they provide. Id recommend this place to my friends and family and dont forget to ask for Priscilla for a smooth process

BEWARE!! ROACHES!! DIRTY!!! NO AC!!Me and my husband moved in on June 28th. I am pregnant and our AC was completely out for the first week of us living here. It was 80-90° in our unit and I was constantly passing out and overheating (very unsafe for pregnancy) and my poor husband was having to move stuff all week and not able to cool himself off. Fast forward to July 3rd (almost a week later…) maintenance came and finally got our cold air working. The next day we woke up (July 4th) and were prepared to have guests for the holiday. I walk into our bathroom where our AC unit is located, and it is completely flooded and unusable. 4th of July plans ruined! It is now July 11th and the AC is still not fixed. It is leaking everywhere and into the walls and getting nasty rust and dirty water all over our shower and walls. I am constantly having to clean up a puddle of water every time I go into the bathroom and my multiple emails and calls about this have been ignored. It has been 2 weeks of a broken AC unit that should have been working properly before we even moved in! This place has a terrible maintenance team!Update (July 15th)- AC still leaking and is now blowing hot air again. It is 80° in our apartment and humid. I am miserable. Still no fixUpdate (July 17th)- I discovered a roach infestation in our apartment tonight! I saw one run underneath our built in cabinets and opened them up only for 4-5 roaches to run out and disperse into my furniture (severe health hazard!! especially for pregnant women!) Maintenance also repaired our leak from July 4th. Took them long enough. Our AC is STILL not blowing cool air. It is 78° currently as I am typing this. The property manager told me to my face that she recommends getting curtains for our windows to solve the issue. I almost laughed in her face! The tiny amount of light that gets into our apartment through our BLINDS is so minuscule it would not cause our AC to go up by 10 degrees and for our vents to blow hot air. I will also attach a photo below of the mess maintenance so kindly left today in my bathroom for me (8 months pregnant) to clean up. This is extremely inconsiderate. Not to mention they tracked wet dirty footprints through my house upon leaving.

Her dedication to her role as a property manager at our apartment complex is truly commendable. If I didnt have to leave a star, I wouldnt. The most unprofessional, unethical and inexperienced staff I have dealt with. Ive lived in other states and this group and the managing company is a joke. A very green staff. A gorgeous property but not worth the headache. Simple business etiquette, returning calls, emails is needed. I hadnt even signed a lease, thank goodness, and am grateful I saw the red flags before committing to this property.

Great area to live close to shopping, and food. I been here two months, had a few maintenance related issues that were completed today and I am very happy. I know property was short staffed awhile and recently brought in more people. Joel (Maintenance Supervisor) has been very understanding and was able to resolve about 80% of the issues by dispatching Carlos and Bryan, and they did great work and provided a great customer service experience. There are still a couple of items that may take longer due to awaiting vendors or parts, but overall keep up the great line of communication with residents and you cant go wrong. There is still some challenges being addressed in the community long term as far as waste management. Currently valet trash doesnt run 7 days a week, and probably should or we need additional dumpsters installed long term since one compactor is not enough for a community this large. Currently compactor is broken, a large dumpster is here for the time being but there is still quite a bit of trash piled onto curb due to broken compactor. We need a solution for 7 days a week availability long term to use a dumpster that isnt overflowing and creating a health and safety issue within our community. Waiting on management to come up with something soon....

Sharks and Crooks. I already posted a review here but I seen they had it removed. Thus, I will re post for education and awareness purposes. Watch your things, watch your money! I was once told I could move my things in the apartment the night before because it was opened and I already signed the lease. The next day I had work and moving in slowly would help me manage things better. I moved an entire box of groceries, new and unopened to the value of 200-00 and my art and decor stuff and would move the rest of my stuff after work. The next day I walked into the apartment and these people (Carrie and Laura) took my stuff and told me the maids came to clean and removed it. Yet, I was told I could move in no problem. When I took it up with them they accepted no responsibility and said the maids donated my groceries. Yeah right! Who is going to donate whole box of new groceries without helping themselves first. I was livid. They (management) returned my broom and dustpan, how generous of them. Blame it on the maids. These people are truly low life. Also, they will never refund your deposit so just accept that you are giving it away for nothing. They tag on superfluous charges and when you go and argue with them in the office, you better have your paperwork in order, which I did. After showing them how to do the math, they corrected some charges on my account. these people are crooks, immoral and have no dignity. Low life. Stay away. Move somewhere else. I did and have never encountered people like them. I am sure Karma has rewarded them accordingly by now. Be warned!!

WORSE place ever ! We moved in almost 5 months ago and it’s nothing but headaches! Maintance is horrible. Management they don’t care about their residents right now all my toilets are flooded the whole building plumbing something is Broken AGAIN! Twice in 4 months .. all my three toilets and showers dirty water coming out. can’t even use my toilets for our necessities toilets won’t flush !I reported this sense Saturday 1pm it’s Sunday 2 pm and still hasn’t been fixed. they don’t care about their residents! I moved here first week of September. First of all, the weekend we were supposed to move, I was told that the carpets will be changed by the time we moved. Luckily, I moved first our small boxes, so when we got to the apartment, the carpets were not changed and everything was open, front door, garage door. So not sure if those were opened throughout the evening. I had our electricity turned on that day so no wonder my electric bill was so high for less than15 days living here. The maintenance was horrible. We woke up in the middle of the night finding the bathroom floors soaking wet. Theres a leak coming from one of the bathroom sinks. I called their emergency number and a maintenance came to check. He said that they need to change the whole faucets, but they need to order the parts. Thats almost two weeks now and weve followed two times already and was told by Kendra, our leasing agent, that shes following up, but sine they only have 2 maintenance people and they have so much maintenance issues, even before we moved in, so they are really behind with their maintenance issues. I cant believe that this huge apartment complex has only two maintenance people working on this property. I have so many maintenance issues that I put in request to their resident portal since we moved here September 10 and its been more than a month now that I dont even receive any status update on my issues.Before I moved to this complex, I read about bad reviews regarding their maintenance but I was told by my realtor who helped us looked for apartment, that since this complex changed their management company, they are a lot better now. But this is so frustrating that its turning to be a nightmare moving in this complex.

Do not move here! INCREASED FIRE RISK!!! They constantly have water and plumbing issues (hence why the hydrants were not be able to be used during the recent structure fire). Management does not adhere to nor enforce the lease equally to all residents (illegal). Nor do they respond to emails regarding tenant concerns. Maintenance work orders say “In progress” for WEEKS and then status will change to “completed” without any written documentation or proof of what they did. Gate is an illusion-always stuck open. Dog poop everywhere all the time. Amenities are always dirty and in need of major updates and maintenance. This place is CHEAP for a reason. AVOID IF YOU CAN-if you must move here find a good tenant lawyer FIRST!!!

We moved in august 2022 and we didn’t have the experience we’d hoped for. The day we went to pick up the keys to our new place, the office staff told us that they had made a mistake with pricing our apartment, AFTER we signed the lease. We either had to wait a week to move in- for them to rip out stainless steel appliances, or we could pay an extra $100 per month to keep them. Obviously we went with the latter, we couldn’t just delay our move/ movers/ entire plan the same day we were scheduled for move in. Our AC went out twice during our lease and it went unfixed for a week both times. This most recent time, it went out august 31st and wasn’t fixed until sept 8th. It was 96 degrees in our apartment. I had to call maintenance several times, the first because the maintenance man poured water on it and then closed the work order, still broken. (They had a habit of closing work orders after not fixing the problem). They came out two more times before someone realized it needed to be completely replaced, prolonging us living in 96 degree heat. Also we were told all of the maintenance team quit and they were outsourcing maintenance men, so that’s probably why it’s taking a long time for current work orders to get fixed, per reading the reviews. The Anthony’s response to the fire here was appalling. They never sent out an email telling folks what building was actively burning and when/if it was safe. The community had to work together on the Nextdoor app to secure housing and immediate needs for families affected by the fire, even though the Anthony claimed to “put everyone in a hotel”, according to news articles. I urge you all to read the articles about the fire and why it burned for so long. The one time we went to the pool there was green algae growing in the vents and the water made us itchy, it also looks a lot bigger when they show you on the balcony during the tour. My packages got stolen all the time. The gates never worked. There’s no parking available. Most importantly, they sent my last water bill to collections without an attempt to contact me. I checked my portal after move out, called to see if I owed money, and this still happened. Debt collector said it was in pre collections so they weren’t able to call me yet, just glad I checked my mail in time to pay it. When I called to ask the apartments why this happened, Priscilla had a lot of knowledge so I can only imagine she gets these calls often. I’ll attach some photos. There’s black mold and property doesn’t maintain fire hydrants, what more could you want in a luxury apartment home?? Look elsewhere, other complexes are built and maintained much better, and the walls don’t shake when your neighbor opens their garage.

Maybe they dont care. 🤷 Updated review: Maintenance issues: There is little to no communication when dealing with maintenance issues. Maintenance requests are submitted and after weeks, and in some instances, months will go by and nothing is done until a second or 3rd request is submitted and an email sent to the property manager. Then they may address the issue or they may not. Several times the maintenance request is closed out as completed when the maintenance hasnt been done/completed. Example: It took months to get our malfunctioning dishwasher that was flooding the floor looked at after several requests and email to manager. They brought a new one (cheapest one you can buy) over a week ago, plugged in, drain connected, water connected. They said they would come back to mount it so that it could be used. A week later and it still isnt mounted, the drain leaked and it doesnt work. On top of that, they closed the maintenance request out as completed. This is unacceptable considering the amount of rent that we pay.

Do you know what it’s like to love where you live? From the moment Ashley showed us apartments, we could tell she was a different kind of leasing agent. So friendly, kind & went above and beyond for us. The neighbors are friendly too. They wave or say Hi and look out for each other. We’ve since moved in and requested a work order. Alex showed up within hours. (Not days, hours). Prescilla answered the phone, was very sweet and set it up immediately. Alex was polite, professional & took care of things right away. The buildings aren’t brand new, but they are updated and we have a fantastic view of the golf course.

I had a really bad experience for the first 5 months of my lease here. Couldnt get our AC fixed during the summer, was up to 90° during the day. Went on for 3 months in the heat and overpaying for electricity due to AC overheating until I guess new management took over and got new maintenence. After that we were able to get our AC unit replaced after the previous maintenence team kind of messed our up, was filled up many times with freon and drained and filled, so many things wrong. Easily from a 1 to a 4 star. Thank you for getting our unit fixed.

So far so good! I havent moved in yet but my experience so far with the leasing office has been positive. Richard Suarez, my leasing agent was thorough and even took the time to give me a second tour when I was indecisive about the location of my unit. I was not sure about moving here because of some of the negative reviews but because of his service and professionalism, my fears were quickly put to rest. I love that the community feels old school in that it still cares enough about family to actually have a playground. I toured many other apartment communities and the newer and seemingly better communities have eliminated this basic amenity. Well, it still matter to me and especially to my 4 year old son. Ill add that for those single moms who like to work out, the complex even has a kids play area adjacent to the gym so you can work out in peace! This community is truly old school with modern newer amenity and they have left no stone unturned. Like I said, so far so good. Id recommend this community to family and friends looking to move into a family oriented community with a great front office staff and thoughtful amenities. Great job Richard and staff. I cant wait to move in. :-)

The first days are being very complicated. I moved 4 days ago and since the begging asking them to solve a problem related to hot water. There is no hot water in the house and the maintenance came and don’t fix it.Unavailable to rent a house without check if everything is ok.I keep fighting to try to have a nice water to take shower.The air conditioning not working in the bedrooms also, waiting for parts to fix it.I hope my next months experience will be much better than this first week

This place is amazing. I spoke to several residents before moving in and they all said the same thing The place sucked until Pinnacle took over, and while there are still issues Pinnacle will fix them if youre patient In other words, Pinnacle is working through the backlog of old work orders that people had put in with the previous company that were never worked and are getting everything fixed.I have found this to be true. I have lived here for 6 months and the response time has dropped dramatically. Most work orders are fixed within 24 hours and they are usually on the ball faster if it is a major issue.The pool area is amazing, especially at night during the week because there is seldom anyone else there, my wife and I enjoy having a private oasis to ourselves. The pool area is always clean, and even after a exciting weekend it is promptly cleaned up the following morning. This is in sharp contrast to some of the other apartment complexes I have lived in where trash may sit for a couple days before anyone gets around to cleaning it up.The Manager and Assistant manager, Carrie & Trey are incredible. Every single employee here is extremely friendly and polite and Ive not had any issues with any of them.TL:DR Old company sucked, new company awesome!

Lisette is amazing! She is the initial person who greets you and help you find just the right apartment. From what I understand, The Anthony will be undergoing more renovations and upgrades over the next two years, but even now the units are great with high ceilings and upgraded granite counter tops. You feel much more safe with a garage and the amenities are fantastic. The rent charged is very reasonable for such a nice area of San Antonio. Not knowing what the upgrades will consist of, coming from a real estate background in multifamily, I might consider upgrading the garage doors and the landscaping. The staff including maintenance are friendly and down-to-earth and so you never feel out of place. Thanks Lisette for being such a diligent and friendly person! I am sure you are one reason for the success of The Anthony at Canyon Springs.

I have been living here for 4 years now and all I can say is. Way to go!! As we transitioned to the new maintenance they have been going above and beyond for us. I have seen numerous changes that have been very effective and has kept me wanting to stay for a longer period of time. The staff is very responsive and maintenance is effective. They place priority to any needs that you have. The area is well kept and innovations have been made to the units as the new management came on board. I really love this place. Its calm if you want to relax in your patio or chill in the pool. Gym has been upgraded and Im pretty sure we will have new equipment soon. I recommend this place and give it 5 stars because they have provided world class customer service to us. Thank you Sylvia and Tray for everything you guys are doing! Keep up the great work. The Food Truck idea is awesome too.

I came by about a week or so ago before writing this to get some information about renting an apartment for me and my fiance. The woman who was at the reception area was extremely rude to me when I walked in. I stood around waiting for her to get off the phone, and her interactions with me seemed like she had many better things to do than help me get some information or answer my questions.I was then prompted with the prices for the apartments without being able to tour them due to her being the only one there, which again she didnt seem to care about. The prices they had on their website were not accurate and had been quickly changed after I checked again, almost a $6/700 difference per month.The property itself seemed like it needed lots of work. Construction in various places, shoddy paint work, broken shingles/tiles, not worth what they were wanting to charge.My experience was extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend you give them the time of day, or any of your hard earned money.

Welp, wasnt going to do this but since yall want to send my $16 bill to collections after you promised me a refund that I never received and then dont want to answer any of my calls and emails... Here we go. Let me tell you about my time living here.Here is part of my intent to vacate letter..I accepted this apartment, sight unseen, due the promises made by the apartment manager and the hopes of living in a unit similar to the showroom apartments I had viewed during my tour. I was told my intended apartment was being renovated and remodeled with new oak wood floors and this was the reason I could not view the unit prior to signing a lease. I trusted that the management team would provide me with a clean, upgraded and ready to move-in apartment. This was not the case.When we approached move-in day, my unit was not ready to go. I received my keys and maintenance was still working on the upgrades and I was unable to move in until about a week later. Much to my surprise, only the main floors were remodeled. The remaining floors and cabinets were warped from water damage and misuse. The manager said I would have real oak wood floors and what they provided was vinyl, the apartment had dozens of issues that needed resolved and it was filthy, to say the least. I spent the entire first two weeks just cleaning and requesting maintenance repairs. The maintenance technician, Jordan, was nothing but helpful and assisted in repairing my major concerns quickly. However, after move in, it became more and more unsettling to reside in this unit.As time went on, additional repairs had been made but at a very slow pace, if at all. There was not one time when I resided here that everything in my apartment had worked properly.Some issues:*I did not have air conditioning for an entire month*My brand new dryer takes 4-5 hours of drying to finish my clothes due to the previous resident clogging the vents (they blew the dog hair out of it twice now and I dont own a dog)*They replaced the bathroom floor but it is still all uneven and warped*Lights dont work, including my only bedroom light*Cabinets and light switches are in odd places and open backwards*I cant use my bathtub because the AC is dripping mold into it*If you are in the shower and someone in your home or your neighbors turns on a facet or flush a toilet, the water turns so hot it physically burns you*I couldnt use my shower for a week because it was broken and had to shower at a local friends apartment*I was provided a window to put my garbage outside and, if I was to put it out near the end of that window, it would frequently be forgottenThis is all not including the cockroaches that had snuck in from nearby units. I have currently have multiple work orders submitted that have not been addressed. It has just been issue after issue every week.Besides the plethora of problems in my unit, there were countless issues with the complex as well. The gate never worked and when it did, the code box was almost impossible to use. The residents drove obnoxiously fast through the complex, there was never anywhere for guests to park since my neighbors had 3+ vehicles and the one maintenance guy parked his truck in our guest parking. Packages were also consistently stolen from my front porch or broken into and left.

After almost a year our experience at The Anthony has been great. The management and the amenities are great. The community is kept clean and is pretty quiet. All of our neighbors are very friendly. The elementary school that the apartments are zoned to is a great school. Parking isn’t ideal, but it hasn’t been that big of an issue so far (plus you can always park in your garage). The maintenance guys here amazing. They are all friendly and very knowledgeable. Ray recently fixed an issue for us. It was clear that he really wanted to get the issue fixed for us asap and we really appreciated that.

I can honestly say this is the best apartment community I have ever lived in! My husband and I moved into The Anthony at Canyon Springs (formerly The Renaissance at Canyon Springs) in October 2016. We were told that the community had come under new management several months earlier, so we were not sure what to expect. We saw bad reviews on Google but really loved the staff, floor plans, and location so we decided to go for it! We have not been disappointed. Trey, Carrie, and their team go above and beyond for the residents-they have wonderful attitudes and enthusiasm! They work hard every minute they are here. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The staff holds community events such as a fall festival and Christmas wrapping parties (one for adults and one for kids) with a full hot cocoa bar. One morning they brought breakfast tacos to our door for anyone that wanted some. They have food trucks several times a month. The resort-style pool and hot tub are gorgeous! Just remember if you read bad reviews from past months, it was for the older management company, not the wonderful current team.

Gates never close, property is dirty, maintenance is non existent, landscaping is all dead because they dont have a means of watering because their sprinkler system does not work. The management does not do anything to enforce the items that are outlined in the contract. If i could afford to move out i would do it in a heart beat. It is like they really just dont care.

I moved into The Anthony (previously Renaissance at Canyon Springs) in October 2014. My husband and I needed to have a garage for our motorcycles and this complex was one of the most affordable places we found in San Antonio that included a garage - an ATTATCHED garage at that!During the first couple months after our move-in, the management (who is no longer here) was horrible. So many issues went ignored and unfixed. We were very unhappy and did not plan on renewing our lease, even though we actually loved the property and all of its amenities. Thankfully, though, a new management team took over and instantly began trying to dig themselves out of the hole the previous management left them in. This complex is HUGE and there were so many past work orders left behind from the cruddy previous management. Even though they had a ton of work orders to complete, any time we had an issue, it was still fixed within 24 hours. (With the previous management it literally took weeks and months!). Fast forward two years and I am still here and just renewed my lease for another year. The new management has truly made me fall in love with this place.This complex has amenities that I have never seen in any other apartment. We have a movie theater, poker room, sauna, and putting green - what other apartment has that?! Not to mention the main pool here is absolutely stunning and I love soaking in the hot tub on cool nights. We have a basketball court, well maintained gym, and even a little childrens playroom. For my job, I go to peoples homes all over the city and I have never seen all these amenities together at just one apartment complex.Not only does the management team do an excellent job at completing work orders, but every single one of them is friendly and pleasant to be around. I have never been rubbed the wrong way by any of them and they all make me feel like I am a friend of theirs when I go into the office to pay rent or pick up my mail. Because of their hard work trying to repair all of the problems the previous management caused, I feel that this place truly deserves a second chance. I am happy to call The Anthony my home and do not plan on going anywhere.

I’m very pleased with my stay here, I even renewed my lease! My family and I made the move from SC to TX, the management staff here were extremely accommodating and got us in without a hitch. The only issue we’ve experienced within the last 7 months, was no AC when we first moved in. The work order we put in took a while to be answered, but after following up with them they came out to resolve the issue. This was to be expected though as they got us in as quickly as possible which was before the unit was move-in ready to their standards. That was back in November 2018 and I’ve only had one other work order since then and it was IMMEDIATELY addressed, no follow up needed or issues at all. They make it very easy to live here, the only thing I would ask to be improved is the garbage situation, when moving (& having 2 kids) we accumulated a lot of garbage that doesn’t meet the 25lbs of garbage allowed for their valet and the dumpster is either locked or overflowing. Other than that, the rooms are kickass, the pool is phenomenal and always clean, the gym is beautifully kept up and offers much more than what other apartment gyms offer and the playground is covered. We are very happy here and would absolutely recommend them!Edit to add: We were home owners before moving out here and we were use to fixing/replacing things ourselves, i.e. filters, blinds that my son loves to play in, etc... when we had one of their lovely workers out to complete a work order, he was laughing and said we didn’t have to do that and to just fill out a work order for said items. It was very nice to hear and for him to say that, we didn’t even think about that being an option. I see a lot of complaints re: work orders not being complete, mold, etc... I would take it all with a grain of salt and remember that all it takes is a little effort on your part to also keep your living space clean (not saying said people didn’t by any means) and coordination with the staff, they are there to help you enjoy your apartment. I say come take a look for yourself and you won’t be disappointed.

When you live here for a year never late with rent. Move out and they return your deposit then come to find out they sent in a $80.00 cleaning fee to collections and have never been notified of it. Was told time after time they would take care of it but never happened. Also pretty ghetto. Apartments are outdated. Sub par for the area. Don’t rent here.

I have been living here a while so far very happy with property beautiful large Spanish elms throughout property lots of parking each unit feels like your own condo! I lived in 2 separate units and they always look awesome ! My 2-1 I just moved into couple months ago is spaciest love high recessed ceiling new carpet and paint great job Ray Casanova on make ready ! I love where I live. The staff is nice, the pool(s) and playground are awesome, my floor-plan is creative, and I get free cookies – without any condescending glares – whenever Im in the lobby.I recently had a plumbing issue, and Joel, on the Anthonys facilities management staff, resolved the issue like a pro. After speaking with George he assured me that he would get everything taken care of for me. He was very good with communication and letting me know updates and times for repairs. If you’re thinking about moving here, DONT. Do not be fooled by the staff (Richard, Lisette and Carrie) and the amenities. The management here is absolutely horrible, they act like that care and will handle your concerns and complaints and nothing gets resolved. We have complained about our upstair neighbors multiple times for the past 11 months of living here, and the whole time they had the wrong unit and still nothing has YET to be resolved. It makes no sense. There are so many upgrades that are past due for these units so rent would make sense if the units were actually worth the amount listed. Corporate and the management team love to switches things up on residents without any sort of warning. And maintenance is good, it just takes them multiple requests for them to respond unless it’s an absolute emergency. Sad because I had high hopes for this place, but very thankful to not be renewing the lease.

I have lived here for a year. I can honestly say I love living here. This has been my first experience living alone. I felt very safe here. As for maintenances I have nothing bad to say. They were prompt in fixing any problem I had. For example I called about my garage door opener, and Ray Casanova was at my door within an hour to fix it. I am moving with my daughter otherwise I would continue living at The Anthony. I am going to miss my apartment. The girls in the office are very nice and always helpful.

I asked all my questions on phone and i was pressurized to pay online and book immediately.I had Told the leasing office very clearly I have a child with special needs And has very challenging needs.When I went to see the apartment , it was so small ( 2 bed, 2bath) they include the staircase area in the sq footage.It has so many stairs . I had very clearly asked about stairs , size .I tried to speak to the leasing manager Carrie and the leasing consultant Richard . If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst experience of my life! I had previously posted a negative review, prompting management to (FINALLY) return my calls/visits trying to get service completed. After the service was complete, management asked that I remove the review, and I obliged. But, once again, things are screwed up. Of the 12 months I lived there, they screwed up my rent 6 times. Work orders were almost NEVER completed - until I threatened to call the Health Dept. (They keep them on Post-It notes that rarely get to service people). My neighbors constantly blocked my garage, which I tried to explain to management... who did nothing. Now Ive moved out, and they send me an itemized list charging me twice for trash service, water, etc. even though their own itemized list shows I paid through March. The itemized list says amount to be refunded, but they charged me that amount Uggh. DONT DO IT!!

Like another reviewer said I should have done better research on this apartment complex and heeded the warnings to get elsewhere.. Please do read all of the comments about staff, maintenance, security, etc. Most all of it, sad to say, is true. But too much to list here. As far as our experience, I too was shown a very nice apartment as a sample unit...but what they moved me into was a dump. The carpet, kitchen, walls, and bathroom toilets had not been cleaned. None of the toilets would flush completely The master bedroom in the apartment they gave me was smaller than the one I looked at. I didnt figure this out until my new furniture arrived 2 weeks later and wouldnt fit. The apartment will get new carpet and be fully painted before you move in.. The prior tenants had kids, two large dogs, and a cat we are told....the carpet is over 5 years old...no machine in the world can properly clean something like this. Paint? They did run a paint roller over a few spots that needed paint. You can see the different colors in paint and shoddy repairs in any light and at any angle. Look, I pay near $1,600 a month and expect a whole lot better. When the lease is up we are out of here. DO NOT RENT HERE

Just applied to this place and so far so good. Its in a nice location and the property was very clean. Even in December the pool was well maintained and as far as I could tell had no debris in it.Did a walk-thru and just minor things needed to be fixed. Some loose outlet panels, stair rail towards the top was a bit wobbly, probably needs to be tightened and a bar missing from one of the closets. But overall we had a good feeling about the place and I fell in-love with it. Once we get approved, we will do another walk-thru and see if these issues have been fixed. Office staff seemed nice and friendly towards us. Trey was with us every step of the way and seemed genuinely excited about the place, which made us excited about renting. Will update when we move in and see how it goes from there.Update: Weve been living here for a few months now and so far so good! We have filed a few work orders for some minor things and they have all been completed in a week or less. Im very pleased with the maintenance staff and just he overall quietness of the place. Other than the occasional dog barking for a few minuets this place is so peaceful. We are loving it here. Even though its been a few months, the staff in the office still know our names and ask us how we are doing with the new place. We still feel welcome here and its been great.

I recently moved in to the Anthony, there were some maintenance issues to address and I have to say their maintenance team is top notch today Pedro came out and fixed several items - there were a few he could not do on the spot, he told me he would arrange the additional parts an plan to see me tomorrow afternoon. He was knowledgeable and courteous, and we greatly appreciate that. Last week RC was out and fixed our AC and a jammed garbage disposal on the spot. Keep up the good work guys!

Lived here for a year and almost a half. It’s nothing but ongoing issues. BE READY FOR NO ESSENTIAL RUNNING WATER!!! Just like the construction in San Antonio. Same issues here. The issues with the water has been ongoing for MONTHS!! almost half a year now. They push the law to the extent. They don’t care about people’s essential running water at all. They barely send notifications. For example; this week they said water would be off TUESDAY and Thursday. Here we are, Friday. No notice or ANYTHING. WATER TURNED COMPLETELY OFF to our home while my kids were showering. I hope residents stand up and start to sue this company. I have been waiting 2 plus months to get the mold cleared and a new vanity and still has not been fixed. You cannot get anyone to return calls much less get anything accomplished. Im out as soon as my lease is over and I will never recommend this complex to anyone, not even an enemy.

I had just requested some maintenance and had a really great experience with Meghan, so I wanted to take a minute to thank her. Not only did she proactively call me to get some info that they needed, but while I had her on the phone I threw a couple of extra questions at her and she was super happy to help and get me the info. She also offered to do some extra that I didnt even ask them to do! Ive lived at one too many places where the staff couldnt be bothered to do anything more than the task in front of them...but The Anthony staff has never disappointed. That is all these apartments have to offer.CHEAP OLD HORRIBLY MADE APARTMENTS!!!!!!I lived in these apartments for almost 3 years and the only positive thing I can say about it is that the amenities are nice and the square footage is great. HOWEVER, the constant repairs are a headache! EVERYTHING is so old and cheaply repaired. Its not worth the headache believe me. After I moved out they sent me an astronomical bill to replace their cheaply made apartment and ugly carpets. Beware!! Please choose another property!! Management is impossible and just doesnt care.

The Anthony at Canyon Springs has been a pleasure to rent from thus far! From the initial touring process, Brandi has been impeccable - She hasnt missed a beat yet. She follows up timely, always seems to be prepared- she hasnt missed or rushed a single process. Thus far ensure everything needed is provided or escalated to get resolved.Granted, I just moved into my unit yesterday - and did have a few issues with my AC unit upon other things - but I believe this speaks more volume about The Anthony than anything else - When I moved into my unit the AC wasnt working, I moved in at 2pm, and waited till nearly 8-9pm for the unit to cool down. At 8:30pm I realized that nothing was working and called for maintenance to come take a look. The only reason why this is a 5 star review, even after moving into a unit with no AC is because of the service Kevin (Onsite AC Tec/Mechanic) provided - The professionalism and customer service he gave at nearly (10-11pm now) was exemplary! In my experience, in 2022 - a lot of industries are refocusing their core values on customer service - and I believe that Kevin is a prime example of what that calls for. By no means did he offer, or did I receive any type of discount or compensation - But what Kevin did provide me was timely feedback on whats going on, frequent check-ins on me throughout his review of the AC compressor, apologized about the heat, and offered me a portable AC unit to keep me cool while he gets the needed material to fix the unit (hopefully sometime today).For those of you who are looking to move here, I would say that the units are beautiful - as with any complex there may be a few issues that arise, but I feel confident that the staff here, truly care about the work they provide, and integrity for there residents.

They moved me in quickly, Tiffany assisted me and has continued to be wonderful amazing friendly thorough and fast as well as all the office workers who have also assisted me. I did have a number of issues in my town home but the maintenance who assisted me was friendly knowledgable fast and detailed with extra help on little things and this included but was not limited to K.C. And Jacob. I hope this helps give these apartment homes a better chance in allowing people to experience this wonderful place as this has been my very recent experience (I moved in a month ago) thank you for you great help and an amazing move in experience

Save your money and DO NOT RENT HERE!!! My family moved in here two months ago and the experience has been so awful that we have decided to just cut ties and buy a home. One leasing agent will tell us one thing and another leasing agent will tell us another. Its quite apprent that this staff doesnt know how to communicate with each other. We have been treated like an inconvenience from the beginning. The only reason we decidied to lease here was the convenience of location with our sons daycare and our parents. WORST MISTAKE. they will not answer the phones or repsond to emails. They are incapable of putting in work orders even when they are emergency work orders. The only good quality about this complex is alex the service technician. We have been requesting our 60 day notice to vacate for almost a week and have yet to receive one. Funny thing is that the property manager carrie had the audacity to ask my fiance to remove her reveiw with out doing anything to rectify our stuation. WORST customer service ever!!! Along with the customer service upon move in the shower didnt work the first day (thankfully alex was able to get it working at almost midnight). The bathroom drawers were never cleaned just PAINTED over were you can see clumps of hair that was left in the drawers. Along with other dirty items just left and painted over such as bobby pins. Extremely Disappointed with the complex. Except for Alex the service technician.

I came in with my realtor and leased same day. Little did I know my fiancé had stopped by earlier that month to take a look. Because he didn’t mention our realtor she didn’t the the credit for it and wasn’t paid by the anthony. My fiancé is military and they said they would waive the admin fee. They never waived it. We spoke to our leasing agent and the assistant manger about this and we were told it would be credited towards our account. That never happened. Instead two months later we received a letter in the mail stating that do to the inconveniences in the double billing of the utility bill that they would be crediting our admin fee to our account. So I guess thanks for finally crediting that back....As for the leasing agent we leased with, we have not had a good experience with her. She argued with us over receiving a special, even though we got approval from the property manger to recieve one month free and 500 off the second months rent. You can hear in her voice when you call that it’s an inconvenience to her that she had to pick up the phone. As for our apartment we moved in with a huge brown stain in our sons room that made it look as if the carpets were not cleaned. There was mass amounts of hair that were painted over in our drawers which is disgusting. And our shower would not turn on. However this is the one good experience we have had. Alex the service technician showed up to our apartment at 11 at night to fix this for us knowing we have a baby. We thanked him for coming out so late and his response was “I couldn’t sleep at night if I didn’t come out knowing you have a baby in your home” this brought tears to my eyes after the experience we had had throughout our application and move in time frame. About two months later I had to put in a work order for our cold water going out in our bathroom, so it was just blazing hot. I was not able to shower or bathe my baby. It took three days for this to even be put in their system. I called and spoke to Laura the assistant manager at 10 am. 2 o’clock rolls around and I call again, chelsie answers and let’s me know she doesn’t even see it in there system and tells me my work order wasn’t put in. I call again at four because someone still hadn’t shown up, I asked if this would be resolved same day and was told maintenance was taking care of emergency work orders and that she didn’t know. As if not being able to shower or bathe my baby in my own home for 3 days wasn’t an emergency. Instead I had to go to my families house. It is extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone in that office by phone and email.For the amount you would be paying a month in rent and utilities is not worth it for the customer service you would be receiving.

I havent been here long and have been regretting my move since the very first day! None of the amenities were working and they still charged residents full rent. Everyday I notice something else wrong. When I first moved in my apartment, it was disgusting! The bathroom looked as if someone peed on the wall, appliances were not cleaned, drawers didnt even close completely and I had water leaking from ceiling. I had couple of other military co workers asking about moving here and I told them NO! I ADVISE NO MILITARY PERSONEL TO MOVE HERE! Its a constant headache on top of stress that we already have to endure everyday! it is not worth it especially for the price they are charging. I didnt even receive a key to my place when i first moved in even though there was constant communication back and forth prior to me driving thousands of miles to Texas. I could go on and on about things here and I havent even been here long at all. Things that should have been done prior to me moving in, was not done! They are horrible at returning calls, lost my package and plus more. I have been ready to leave since the day I arrived. Ill definitely be escalating my complaints. This place has been a down hill too long and no one should have to constantly deal with this. People should find comfort and ease when they at are home.

We moved into Renaissance at Canyon Springs and I have been extremely pleased with the level of customer service we have consistently received. Trey, Mike, Michelle and Tiffany have been absolutely amazing. The ongoing communication and pleasant demeanor of the team, makes going to the front office, something to look forward too. Kids enjoy treats after school and it feels like talking to an old friend each time I arrive at the office. The only thing that kept me from rating them 5 out of 5 is the overall response time to maintenance request. This is likely due to the backlog of maintenance request, from the previous management company. When maintenance finally arrives, they do an amazing job (very knowledgeable). When the response time is consistently 48-72 hours, after request has been submitted, then I will gladly provide 5 out 5 stars. Keep up the good work , RCS!

My experience at Renaissance At Canyon Springs apartment complex has been a nightmare!My air conditioner has been broken for the past 4 weeks and they come to fix it however, it is still 90+ degrees in my place. I have had to stay at my parents house on 7-8 different occasions, because it is too hot in my apartment.The same exact situation happened to my neighbor when her air conditioner went out.The girls at the front desk always give me the run around and tell me that I can stay at another apartment in the complex, but it isnt furnished and has no TV. I also have to bring my own towels and sheets if I want bedding. The maintenance men feel as if it is ok to enter my apartment at any time. I pulled up to my place the other day and there were 2 guys leaving my apartment and they left my front door unlocked.The pool is always broken, dirty and they are constantly closing it.For what they charge in rent, its definitely not worth it. Dont be fooled by how nice the outside is.

The staff is incredibly impolite over charge and they give dirty looks everytime you go near them. One time my air conditioner broke in this texas summer heat and they took days to come out and fix it because they said it wasn’t an emergency. The pool smells like rotten fish which i’m sure isn’t exactly a pleasant or good smell for a chlorine pool. They will randomly charge for things from $3 to $300 and when you ask them they will act clueless and will NOT refund you. This has to be the most horrid environment and apartment complex I have ever lived in. I have no idea how they stay open i had about 6 new neighbors in the span of a year since so many people kept moving out. That should say something so if you want to have a nice life I would NOT live here.

The Anthony at Canyon Springs starts out showing you the upgraded apartment of whatever floor plan you are interested in, it then goes down hill from there. We moved here and have had nothing but issues from the day we moved in.We moved in during the summer and quickly realized that our AC was not working properly. We have lived in Texas all of our lives and know how summers are without AC. We called, complained, and called and complained more. They finally decided to come out and fix the problem. It was a temporary patch that had to be fixed again about a week later. They then decided to replace the outside unit and we seemed to be in good shape for a while. Then our electric bill showed up. That was an act of congress to get them to reimburse us for any of that. Any time we needed work done, we had to contact them multiple times to try and get any results. The next summer came around and we had the same problem again. There was a hole in the copper line coming into the building. It took them another week to get it fixed. Alex the maintenance man, kept trying and was unable to get it fixed. He was not supplied with the proper tools or parts and had to run to Home Depot constantly. Eventually the leak was fixed, but apparently there was a leak somewhere else in the unit. If you weighed the amount of Freon that was put into our AC, it easily could have created a new hole in the ozone. The inside unit had to be serviced this time.The staff is constantly changing except for Carrie. I learned quickly that I had to stay on her about getting things done, as the people in the office changed too often and never communicated with each other. The only person that has been worth his wait is Alex the maintenance man. He is overworked and I am sure under paid too. He would make sure that things were fixed, as long as he had the tools and supplies to get it fixed. He always apologized for not being supplied properly with the correct parts or tools.The parking is horrible in our cul-de-sac area. There are 8 apartments that open out to our little parking area, and only 4 spots (one of which is a handicap spot). Due to the fact that the parking is so bad, if you dont park in the garage, you wont have a spot most of the time unless you get there early in the day/evening before everyone gets home from work. If you have two vehicles or more...youre out of luck for sure.We had neighbors who were living in the unit that was on the other side of our master bedroom wall. Every time they shut their door (slammed is more accurate) it would literally rattle the items we had hanging on our walls. Come to find out, it was a husband and wife, with their blended families totaling 13 people with 3 dogs. Two adults with 10 kids ranging in age from 19 to 10, one grand kid and 3 dogs (one of which was a Great Dane). I dont know how that is allowable with that many people in a 3 bedroom apartment.Its probably good for the Anthony that I cant put a 0 or negative stars. We cant wait to move out.

Our water heater went out and Ray C and the maintenance team was at my door less than 20 mins after I placed an online request at the end of the work day! The water heater had to be replaced and the manager, Carrie, didnt wait for delivery, but picked it up herself so we could have hot water asap! We were taken good care of! I have lived here from september 2018 to sept 2019. I have enjoyed living here. They offer the best layout of apartments with an attached huge garage like very few in san antonio would.The management is awesome, responsive and took care of any problem happened. All the leasing consultants and the manager listen to you and try their best to accomodate the resident. The maintainance guys are very friendly and professional. The neighborhood is upscale and safe too.I have no complaints and am only leaving this community because i got a job in Austin. I highly recommend this place for singles to huge families too.

If I could give the management of this complex a zero i would!! First, my sister moved to a first floor apartment while my father was hospitalized due to a fall. They had been living in a second floor apartment in this complex for five years prior and were excellent tenants. Although she checked with the complex three times to make sure the apartment was ready before the movers arrived and was assured it would be ready it was no where near inhabitable. The kitchen counters were being installed as the movers were delivering. The worst was that the plumbing in the kitchen had not been installed, no water in the sink or use of the dish washer. This lasted for thirty days.I arrived in town to assist my sister with my fathers final days and they had no water in the kitchen to clean or cook with. Dishes had to be cleaned in a tub while she was dealing with the stress of nursing a sick and dying parent! Needless to say, I had some strong words about this with management. They fixed it and a laundry list my sister had provided- but thirty days late!!!! They ignored my poor sister because she didnt have time (since she was in the hospital with my father all day) to be hanging out in the managers office forcing someone to do something.Now, we have had a tropical storm pass through town and our power is out in the living room. I, in person, requested to have someone come by to have it fixed and was assured once again that someone would be by in the afternoon. No one came by. This morning I cant even get anyone but an answering service on the phone! No call back, no maintenance man!Unbelievable!!!DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS LOCATION! EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not live here! Black mold in the garages. My son is extremely allergic. I have been told by the health department to get him out of the apartment. The management company and corporate wont let me break my lease. This is also after I was injured by the spring that lifts the overhead garage door snapping and hitting me in the shoulder, neck, and back. They came the night I was injured and only fixed half the job. After I complained about the door being out of balance they came again to fix the garage. A week later my garage had issues again. I could hear the open running but the door stopped moving. It suddenly slammed shut. I called the manager the next day. They came a fixed it, but didnt notify me that the work had been completed, so I called them. The manager accused me of sabotaging my garage door. I made arrangements for my dogs to be out of the apartment for an entire afternoon. The maintenance staff came and fixed maybe a 1/10 of the issues. Granted some of them they needed to get a contractor in to fix it. I was emailing corporate regarding the progress and the person at corporate couldnt understand what I was trying to tell her. I made arrangements again for my dogs and I to be out of the apartment on a Saturday for the maintenance staff to come back again to do more work on the apartment. I told Corporate that their staff would have free access to my apartment that morning and they agreed. I was gone with my dogs for 4 hours. I returned to a note on my door stating that they didnt not enter because I was not home. I found black mold on my garage ceiling. I contacted corporate and the health dept. as my son is allergic to mold (which I have explained to corporate during another conversation I had with them). The health dept told me to remove my son from this environment. Corporate did send some one over to replace the dry wall, but they left a mess in my garage. Corporate does not care about the health or well being of the tenants. It is all about the $$$$$$ for them. Live on the streets before you live here. I decided after being accused of sabotaging my garage to move out. I discovered the mold well moving the items in my garage. The movers were loading the truck and in broad daylight the driver had his back pack stolen from the truck.

I wish I had done a better job of doing my research before moving in here. Great view and nice pool, but thats about all positive I can say about The Renaissance. Once youve paid your deposit and moved in that friendliness that the leasing agents greeted you with (along with all their promises) quickly disappears. The most rude, condescending, non-caring people I have ever met. When addressing our issues with the leasing agent on site today (4th day in a row where something in our apartment wasnt working properly) she became rude towards us and nearly put her hands on my girlfriend. Ive also heard that when your original lease is up they jack the rent up. What else? Lets see they change the office hours as they see fit (that tanning bed, movie theater, and more you thought you could use when you want? LOL think again).If you do decide (why after every negative review youve read on google about this place) be prepared to document everything.

Do Not Rent Here!!We were given the Brief walk through to see what the apartment was like and at first glace, it looked like it could work. We were then told to come and fill out an application. After the application was approved, the lease was signed and we chose a move-in date, the office gave us the keys to the apartment and their Inventory and Condition Form, and told us we had 48 hours to return it. As we went through the check list, there were so many problems, it took us the entire two days to complete the form. The apartment was dirty on the inside and totally filthy on the outside. Especially around the entrances, with multiple spider webs, spider egg pouches, and many other bugs and dirt. There was even a dead scorpion in the middle hallway. There were so many areas that had damage, we had to start taking pictures, as we ran out of room on their form. All of the walls, doors, baseboards and cupboards were painted very thick as if to cover all damages. One of the worst things that we found, was an area on the baseboard in the living room. There was a patchwork job that was about 5-6 inches wide and the height of the baseboard. When you pressed it, it moved like rubber. There was also a gap in the light switch in the living room and the sheetrock had give...obviously water damage. When we approached the Assistant manager, (The manager was not in for two days), not only was she rude and defensive in her approach, she continually interrupted me and talked over me. I finally had to ask her to stop interrupting and talking over me. She guaranteed that they ONLY replace damaged baseboards and what I reported was not true. I told her I had a picture and would show her, but she was not interested. We had not moved any items into the apartment and asked to be released from our lease, especially since the apartment was not in a liveable condition. She emphatically refused. Knowing that we could not move into that problematic, dirty apartment, as my wife sat crying, we made the decision to pay their $1,860.65 Reletting fee and hoping that they rent the apartment so that we don’t incur any rental charges. We should have checked out the “F” rating from the Better Business Bureau. The Anthony is a 2-3 star apartment pretending to be and charging as if they are a 5 star company. You can rent for just a couple of a hundred dollars more, in the same 3 mile proximity, newer, nicer, larger, with better upkeep, and cleaner apartments. This was a very expensive lesson to endure and put a hardship on our family. I wish this on no one else. This is why I have written this review.

Worst place ever. Parking is the worst. They are tow happy. 90% of the property is firelane. Maintenance uses guest parking also. Sheriff lives here are allowed to park in fire lanes and when mentioned to office, they say they never saw it. Work orders took 3 weeks to get fixed. Roads have potholes but they are building a walking path. I would not recommend it. I would think for the location, it would be a little more classy.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE FOOLS! I have lived in many apartment communities in this area. This is by far the worst complex! The staff is uneducated and totally unaware when asked questions. I have received different answers to the same questions. Maintenance lies and says theyve come out to fix any issues when they truly have not. Maintenance either never shows up or shows up later and says that they have to come back and then never return. For the money we spend here we could have rented a home in this area. This place is a joke. There is trash everywhere all the time. On top of all the issues: Broken tile, broken ice maker, lights that dont work, door stops missing, locks that dont work, walls paper think you can hear the people above us using the restroom when we are in our restroom, a cracked tub, and we now have a water leak in master bedroom closet. Our belongings are all wet and everything had to be taken out of the closet. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED $$$$$$$$$$$!!!!!!!!!! This place is a damn joke. We should have known when we had our first encounter with office personnel that clearly were aggravated that we showed up on a Friday close to closing time to look at the model. She just stood there like we were wasting her time. Weve had the lights turned off on us in the office because it was close to closing as well. RUDE and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! All the mailboxes were recently broken into and all tenants had to drive to go and pick up their mail from the post office. While I was in line at the post office there were two other ladies in line as well talking about how much they couldnt believe what a dump this place is and how they couldnt wait to get out of here. I just moved here and I feel the exact same way! STAY AWAY AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Before moving in, the management was notified of a leak in my apartment. It wasnt until this leak was effecting my neighbour did a maintenance person show up.Very nice gym. However, in the afternoons a large group of kids would be in there when the rules clearly state No one under 18. This would actually be fine with me, except they would leave the place a mess and play a boom box loudly, with no regard for others. I informed the management, who took no action.This could be a very nice place, if the management would just step up a little.Oh, lovely media room...but without a projector. Rendering the media room useless. They do, however, accept rent on time. : /

ATTENION: The reinassance at canyon springs has been the WORST experience of my life. Rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and inappropriate are only a few words to describe the staff at this location. Tiffany is very unpleasant, and unprofessional whom believes she is a model due to the FALSE sexual harassment she accused me of. Michelle hates working because she carries a bad attitude on the multiple occasions Ive met with her. Yet she has been the most helpful. Mike the manager is the leader of poor customer service. Hes apparently too good to answer phone calls or help customers.I alone make 10x the rent, with approved credit, and no criminal background, yet I was not good enough to live here. I agreed to their prices, I agreed to their policies, I gave them all the information they asked for, only to be left in the dark for three weeks. I have a personal friend who is a resident and she walked by the apartment I had been pushing for only to call me with horrid news. She has stated the door was wide open, leaving her with a trashed visual of the apartment with a dented garage. This was the same apartment I had viewed number times that was flawless and ready to go three weeks prior. After 20x phone calls and numerous walk in attempts I FINALLY reached mike on the phone. He assumed I walked on the property and viewed the apartment myself. Stating he should press charges on me because it was not ok for me to be there without being a resident. This apartment has great amenities which fueled me to fight this fight to be a resident but the staff has made this great location a impossibility, a complete disaster. Dont make the mistake I did believing that people can change for the better. Horrible place, staffed with even worse people. I feel at risk that they have my information. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVEN MY EMENIES no person on this earth deserves the treatment this complex provides.

I have lived here 17 months. I have had a long list of repair that have needed to be completed. My sons bathroom has has standing water in it since the tub s not installed properly. His toilet didnt flush properly. The dishwasher has never worked. I cant open my living room window due to screen missing. Door handles fall off. The a/c and garage door work intermittently. The list goes on and on. I I have filed multiple work orders to get these repairs completed. In all my work orders I have put in there that I have dogs and to please call me prior to coming so that I can take my dogs to doggie daycare. I have never received a call. I receive notices on my door every other day stating that I owe them money but they dont say what it is for and it is always different amounts. When I call them I am told that I owe them nothing. The spring broke that lifts my garage door They came out to repair it but only did the one side. When they do do repairs here they do them wrong or incompletely. I have had to pay someone to complete repairs on my apartment and when I turn in my receipt I am told that I cant just do that. I submitted another work order in Dec stating that I would be gone and so would my dogs for the whole week and that if they could not get to the work in that time to call me to make arrangements for my dogs. In October I signed another lease here because I couldnt move out. In Jan I received a note on my door stating that I needed to sign a new lease or I would be considered a month to month tenant and that I would be charged $200 a month more. I called the office they stated that they couldnt find the lease copy. When I spoke with the office about the lease I also asked if they were going to complete the repairs on the apartment. I was told that my repairs were not important and that they would get to it when they could. My situation has changed and I need to move to a 3 bedroom place and I am tired of not having the repairs done to my place. I talked to the property manager and emailed corporate. 2 days after emailing corporate and waiting for replies from them. The other spring on my garage door broke and this time it hit me across the back, neck, and shoulders. I was taken to the ER that night. I emailed corporate regarding the incident and called maintenance to repair the garage that night. Maintenance showed up and my son heard him say to himself what have they done in here. Maintenance replaced the broken spring and left. The next day I took my son to school and noticed the garage door was very crooked. Corporate finally called me 5 days after I emailed them. I have asked them to please let me break my lease because I dont trust the repairs they make here. They came back later the next week to balance the door. 3 days ago I pull in to my garage and when sitting in my car waiting for the garage to close I heard the garage door opener running but the door had stopped moving. All of a sudden it crashes down. This was around 8:30 pm and I didnt want to interrupt maintenances evenng so I called the property manage in the morning and told him about the problem. He stated he would go look at it. I didnt hear anything so I called them later that evening to ask about it and to make arrangements for my rent since my check was short quite a bit since I was hurt in the garage. The manager stated that the garage was missing a nut and bolt which they found outside my door and that the maintance man had found a tool sitting on a table in my garage that happened to be the size needed to remove the nut and bolt. He said that he believes I did something to my garage so that I could get out of my lease. I told him that I last used that tool in Sept of 2014 to put my Texas license plate on and that the tool was also sitting on top of my old plate.

I havent lived in an apartment complex since 1998. I was apprehensive of moving into an apartment community. Overall, this is a good property. All the challenges of apartment liv9ng are present.On the maintenance side of things, if there is something that would make it better, it would be consistent LEADERSHIP. They have gone through many Maintenance Supervisors, I cannot keep track of who it is. The consistent one has been Alex. He gets 50 stars. He has the perfect balance of professionalism and personal interaction. He goes out of his way to make sure he takes care of the people he is serving. I have personally known him to come in on his day off to follow up and complete jobs. He is great.

DO NOT CHOOSE THESE APARTMENTS! They have shady billing and their water main bursts every other month and is out for days!! They wont even consider a discount for the days without water. I moved out and received a water and trash bill 2 weeks after the due date! Then they snuck in a $40 carpet cleaning fee when my apartment was in near perfect condition. I was there for 1 year. You pay way too much in the long run.

This place is a JOKE! The management is HORRIBLE and the property management company is just as bad. There is ZERO communication between the staff and maintanance so good luck getting anything you need done right away and then expect maintenance to go knocking on your door a couple of times after it is finally done asking if anyone ever completed it. Seriously?! Yes, the pool is nice and at first glance the apartments are good sizes for the cost but ITS NOT WORTH IT! Spend the extra little bit and find somewhere else. I ignored the reviews and gave them a chance and now Im forcefully stuck here for another year, worst mistake ever made! If they made management changes, this place could have huge potential but apparently its been the issue for several years so I doubt nothing will improve anytime soon.

5 Stars to George ONLYMy toilet has been leaking for two days straight so my bathroom and room was covered in water. We have been contacting the front office telling them about the leak and they would say the same things like “Oh, someone will be there soon” and “We told maintenance” yet NO ONE CAME. After two days of waiting my mother called the emergency maintenance number and that’s when we were helped by George. He took the time to fix the situation 10 at night on a Saturday!!! If it weren’t for him i would have lost it but he went out of his way late at night to help us. Thank you George!

Disappointing experience with the leasing office upon my 1st visit. I looked online and was looked saw a 1 bedroom 1 bath available on special. I speak with the leasing agent, and he Showed me the paper floor plan.I quoted the special price online and and he said, Oh no its actually a $150 more a month.He assured me that the website did not state the price I saw.I pull out my phone and show him the current asking price and that it was on special.This is where it gets interesting!I show him the special rate online.He said, Oh no come we dont have any specials.And he proceeded to yell to his co-worker to change the price right in front of me!And, its comedic at this point, he says, see, its $150 more. The price change daily.I said, you literally changed the price as I was sitting here,, and decided not to honor the online pricing that I JUST SAW. He said, yeah...sorryThis is the most ridiculous thing Ive ever encountered in with looking for an apartment. I was obviously turned off, thanked him for his time and said Im not longer interested if youre not willing to honor, and have the audacity to change the price in front of my face.

Please take the time to read the reviews before you move here!!! They are ALL true and most people have had similar issues that we have had. First off we live on the second floor and the people below us party and smoke every night and even with my door closed and the TV on loud I can still hear their music and their entire conversation. We have asked them numerous times to stop but now they just do it even more! Our electricity bills are outrageous 250-300 a month more than I paid in my 3600 sq ft home. The windows are old and we can see daylight through the patio doors. In the winter months you can sit on your couch and feel the air coming in!! The parking is impossible if you have more than 2 drivers or any visitors. Do your homework before you rent ANYWHERE! If you are late literally 12 hours on your rent they will charge 500 dollars. We paid on the 2nd of the month the first was on a Sunday and we had to pay the late fee! The walls are thin you can hear everything! There is just too many choices in this area go somewhere else. I do not have time to discuss the pool and all the people that use it and do not even live in the complex.

My air conditioning didn’t work for two months and it always took them weeks to come out and fix it. The neighbors had dogs who barked incessantly and you could hear them through the walls all the time. The entry gates were often broken. This is an extremely annoying business!We were looking for an apartment and I was so naive to give them my email, now I cant to stop receive spam emails from them!I am calling to them every week asking to DO NOT SEND me their emails, the are telling they removed my profile, removed my email, they promised to contact their IT department...but it looks like nothing was done!Last time after short rude conversation I was simply hung up!I guess I do not have other choice as file a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission!P.s. I contucted you 7 times! How many more times do you want me contact you!? Still receiving your emails!!!!

Moved in 3 weeks ago was told online bill payment was available. Left 2 voice mails trying to register with no return phone call. Then i recive a phone call on a Saturday saying if i do not pay i will be evicted. I do not work a 9-5 job so dropping of a check every moth is not an option. So.i ask again to register for online payment . They give me the information i need still does not work . Turns out after multiple emails and phone calls  spelling my email (user name) and emailing from the same email they spell it wrong 4 times. Then stop returning my phone calls . So i track down the company who hosts their website and finally find a person who can spell . I log in to find late fees for someone elses incompetence. The apartment itself is beautiful great neighborhood terrible customer service.

Lived here 6 months. Tile in laundry room was broken before we moved in and was never fixed. Horrible management. Never responded to calls for maintenance, our refrigerator leaked the whole time, and you can hear everything thru the walls. Dont rent here you will never get any sleep.

The worst place!!! Moved from out of state was promised everything would be done on move in date it’s been 3 weeks still nothing and the so called manager is never around. It’s a joke I will be hiring an attorney!!!! This is our 2 nd bathroom unusable disgusting how they let people move in to dirty units and expect us to clean it

09/17/2018, Pedro the maintenance guy came buy to fix the tube in the toilet that was not working he said he had to replace the part. He went to his vehicle got a new part and replace it. He was very professional and courteous.

I had an A/C emergency and The Anthony at Canyon springs sent out a maintence man by the name of Pedro Rivera. The man was an outstanding friendly and informative individual he knew the issue right away and fixed it quickly, it was such a humble experience this man with The Anthony at Canyon Springs gave my family and I at such a short notice. My kids greatly appreciate the service provided for our A/C unit Thanks Pedro!!!

Management is pretty bad here. I moved in 6 months ago and all of the things Ive requested to be fixed have STILL NOT BEEN DONE. Maintenance does not show up when you call or schedule an appointment. Even contacting the Property Manager does no good, because of course they never call you back.Go somewhere else guys! Really.

This post is specifically for Alex in maintenance he is very response friendly and always helps us with all our needs I cannot say the same for the entire community but we will be moving out at the end of our 11month lease so not our problem anymore but I appreciate Alex for all he does considering the resources he has.
