TRAVEL PROFESSIONALS BEWARE— I’m a travel RN and put my faith into this place and signed a 3 month lease for a furnished, short term stay. Long story short, it doesn’t accommodate and it’s beyond uncomfortable. And I have stayed MANY places over my travel career. Management acknowledges the issues and offered $150 for move in inconvenience, but I should have just left instead of trying to stay and work it out with them for a petty $150. There’s no toiletries, hand soaps, paper products or cleaning supplies so be sure to bring your own. The vacuum is a tiny handheld vacuum so bring your own vacuum as well. Things listed as included didn’t arrive until 3 weeks after I was staying there (dishes, ironing board, iron, ect). The place was dirty with spider webs in the kitchen, cockroaches in various places in the apartment upon arrival. The couch is SO tiny and uncomfortable. Multiple water leaks that took weeks to resolve. Flooding of the bedroom (which they never came to clean the carpet after fyi). Bathroom shower would not contain water. I asked for regional management to reach out on concern for unmet expectations as advertised and told that would not happen. I reached out to Arbor Properties (their new property management) and my call was never returned. I thought (based on reviews) that the new management would be a good change, but all in all, it’s the worst apartment/short term stay I’ve ever chosen and this review is pretty nice and without all details of what happened during my stay. Just don’t.
Boy where do I start?? Let me start with this was my first ever apartment . When I signed my lease a year ago I was offered a good opportunity to pay half my deposit up front and the other half with my rent the following month. Me and my apartment locator had 10 other apartments lined up but this was the first she took me to . The Management dude Michael was cool enough to offer me that “deal” but I wasn’t allowed to walk out and come back with an answer . Long story short I accepted the deal as my apartment locator told me it was a great place to live . Now the outside of the apartments looks like an ex motel . I could be wrong tho. Upon moving in I didn’t see roaches for about a full week into my lease. Eventually I started seeing TONS of roaches everywhere… so I hired my own exterminator first which got rid of them for about a month . Then I tried the apartments exterminator and that didn’t work . No matter how clean it was roaches was everywhere, in my food, my clothes , shoes , bed, game consoles etc. They took OVER my apartment it was so disgusting. I was embarrassed to put in work orders for things due to how bad the roach infestation was although the complex already knew about it .It got so bad to the point I stopped cooking my own food there for the last 8 months of my lease and threw out a good amount of my things to “declutter “ including clothes , dishes , shoes , furniture etc. A few weeks into my lease there was a leak in my kitchen I guess in the “attic looking thing” where the ac is at?? The attic in question is right above my stove so occasionally when it would leak with my luck it was always when I was cooking . So the dirty nasty ceiling water had leaked in my food multiple times . So long story short if you like living with roaches no matter how clean you are this is the place for you . If you enjoy hearing gun shots right outside your window at odd times of night . This is the place for you . If you enjoy getting your water cut off in the middle of the day at the worst possible times for as long as 5-6 hours at a time . This is the place for you .To add the cherry on the top . Upon moving out I deep cleaned my apartment for a week straight . Took an unpaid week vacation from work just to make sure I cleaned as much as I could to insure I got my deposit back . There were no damages at all . There was maybe 3 small stains on the carpet . I was attempting to get the carpet professionally cleaned but I thought to myself that maybe the complexes automatically cleaned and or changed it after every tenant free of charge .. boy was I wrong . I called Micheal a few weeks after I’ve moved out and asked him about how I left the apartment. His exact works were “you left the apartment in pretty good shape you will be getting your full deposit back” I said sweet man was lookingforward to it as I’ve had other bills I needed to catch up on . About a week later I received my “deposit receipt” where it shows a deducted $125 for carpet cleaning and $85 for standard apartment cleaning . So I was confused and called him back and told him how much I’ve cleaned everything and how he told me i would be getting my full deposit back . He then reassures me I left a good apartment but apparently no matter how clean the apartment is they always hire a 3rd party company to come and clean the apartment again along with the carpet and the $125 carpet and $85 standard cleaning is what the 3rd party company charges the complex which is why the previous tenant gets charged that . So be aware getting your “full deposit” back is not true . You getting some of it back after their “standard $125 carpet cleaning fee and their $85 apartment cleaning fee”.
I dont even know where to start with this place. I have lived here for 2 years so Ive been here long enough to actually have a real opinion here. Im just say in this small review. I DONT recommended this place. The exit of this place is a DEATH TRAP. I have had enough of it. Since the 2 years living here there are accidents left and right in front of this apartment. No matter how slow i go and no matter if the cars wait for me to pass over its a death trap. If you want to get into car accidents every morning this is the apartment for you. How does this have to do with the apartment you may ask? well first off the built of this apartment complex is weird. When you leave through the exit there is this big block of cement blocking your view so you cant even see cars coming and if you have a bigger car you definitely cant see. However, as I was leaving through the front gate in the morning because Im not trying to get into a car crash. The manager blocked me in from leaving with her car as she was coming in and made me turn around. She waited for me to leave through the exit and did not move from the front entrance. I cant even lie to anyone about this i was literally a cm from getting hit from drivers hauling butt in the middle lane when she made me me leave through the exit and thats the exact reason why I go to the entrance to exit. The mangers action was very inappropriate and unnecessary. They also threat you with a fine if you leave through the front entrance. When most people do if for safety reasons. I can right a whole novel about this apartment but sadly still live here, but i will be back after i leave this apartment to say more.
It started great, but after two months of living there, we began experiencing a severe roach infestation that made it extremely difficult for us to continue residing in the place. We requested an early lease termination due to the severity of the problem. However, after speaking with the new lease manager, she did not permit it, and we ended up paying for the entire lease. Despite this, we could no longer continue living there due to the infestation and personal matters. Therefore, at the beginning of this month (our last month), we started moving our belongings. Since we believed we had the entire month to move out, we were taking our time to ensure that everything was roach-free. To our surprise, we discovered today that they had entered our apartment without prior notice and removed and discarded our remaining belongings without authorization. We are still in discussions regarding this ongoing situation, but I would never recommend this place to a friend or consider this place again.
I am not one to really post reviews, but I just have to get on here and give my experience so far living here:From DAY 1 every person I have met through the moving in process has been amazing. I’ve lived in places where you can just tell management hates their job, not here!! I’ve dealt with Michael majority of the time and he has been amazing. The complex is so quiet and CLEAN!!! The trash is not over flowing like most complex’s. I love that the gates ACTUALLY WORK!!! I genuinely feel safe here. Being a single woman, safety is main priority!! I love that the app they use for the complex is super user friendly!! I would HIGHLY recommend this place, If you’re looking for something quiet, safe and homey 🫶🏼🫶🏼
Let me start off with the fact that there’s a serious roach infestation at these apartments. However, while they were addressed, it was not sufficient. The apartment complex went through 3 property managers in one year. The owners are well aware of the issue that is going on at the property, however they believe that putting a temporary bandaid will fix it.we tried to speak with the current manager about this issue, since we weren’t going renew the lease, and we were met with,” I was not here because I was recently hired and y’all had plenty of time to let me know”. So essentially we were blamed for their negligence. We decided to pay the last month, so we could move on. However, in the process of finalizing the lease, they went into the apartment without prior notice and stole valuable items, and when we visited the place they had changed the locks to the apartment, and our remaining stuff was thrown away or taken. We got some of the things back, but was incomplete or missing. Will update.
Great experience!!!! I love my new apartment!! Super cute the complex is small and everyone so far has been great I love the apartments I could say I feel safe and secure here!!! Also not to forget the office manager Mike was so helpful with my move in process & getting the ball rolling. I could say I’m super please with the move and my move in it was so smooth and easy!!!
Going to be starting my second year at The Cue soon! I’m grateful to have a responsive property manager to reach out to, along with a responsive maintenance team. I love my renovated unit thus far - it’s nice to have a place to call my own! ❤️
Its crazy how these landlords want 2025 prices with 1994 kitchens and bathrooms with no security
I have lived here for almost 6 years. But I have some issues, that have been ignored for over a year. I have not been able to use my tub for about 4 years. Because the knob, to turn the water on/off is very hard to handle. I mentioned this to the office. But all they did was write it down and forget about it. For 4 years, I have had to use the bathroom sink, to give myself a complete sponge bath or, I have to go to my daughters house, to take a shower. On Dec. 2014, checks were made in all the units, to correct this problem. But mine, was never replaced or fixed. Now, I have 3 more things that need to be fixed. For over 3-4 months, hot water faucet dripping in my bathroom sink, for over one month, garbage disposal dripping and causing puddles on my kitchen floor and the chrome bar on the kitchen sink, that holds the faucet and handles, is completely loose and is about to come off. On Dec.23rd, 2015, I was told, all these 4 problems would be replaced and fixed, right after the holidays. But still, nothing has been done. I hope some one in the office or main office, will read this review and will finally solve these problems. My intention, is not to get some one in trouble. I just need, to have some one hear me and get these problems taken care of. I have always paid my rent on time. I have never been late on my rent and have always paid it 1-3 days before it is even due. I am a good tenant, so I dont know why, I am being ignored like this.
As we have just moved in the staff has been wonderful and very helpful, the maintenance are super quick to fix any issues right away. The move in process was simple and quick. Absolutely love
First I’ll start off by saying the 1st property manager her name is Racheal. She was awesome anytime I had an issue she would take care of it. She told me she was leaving to manager another property. Since she was leaving I decided not renew my lease I told I wouldn’t renew and she took care of the whatever paperwork needed to be done. When I returned my keys I ask the new manager when I would receive my deposit back. I was told In 30 days it’s now almost 60 days later and still nothing. They say I abandon the apt which is a lot of BS. Now they are saying I’m not getting my deposit which is almost 1000. Once Racheal left the property went to downhill fast. It’s a shame that take honest people’s money and a veteran living on his disability money. I will always tell my friends or family never go to a Regency managed property. They will steal your money and make it your fault for getting your deposit back. Feel to contact me I have nothing to hide.
I had a major problem with my central air unit. i went to the office anded inform officer manager Rachel about this issue. she took a quick note and said , thank you. i figured it might take some time to get my problem solved. quite the contrary. the next day members of our new maintenance crew came to my apartment, and in no time, my a/c was working again. Thanks Rachel for the quick response to my needs. thank you maintenace for a job well done. ab
I give them an E for effort. Most of the parking is without lighting. Maintenance is competent, but a little behind. In defense of the current management there are still maintenance fires to put out leftover from the previous management. I remain hopeful, and look forward to giving a higher rating in the future.
Had to get out fast when I lived there 2yrs ago because the roaches fell from the ceiling and hoarders moved in upstairs (roaches were their pets). My friend is stuck there for now but still hates it and says yes its actually worse. Filthy, drunks n drugs...but hey--the roaches love it there.
This apartment company took my $500.00 deposit and after final decisions were made leading to me falling into debt because I could not afford the apartment, I was refused to have the full or any of the deposit refunded. I have emailed over the course of months for a corporate number and have been ignored.
Came home from work this morning and lo and behold, the AC doesnt work. Called the emergency number hours ago and still waiting. Not happy.
Been waiting over 3 weeks to get a call back from head management and no one has returned my call. The manager kim seems to be no assistance, and shes terribly rude.... for paying rent-horrible service and not customer friendly or assistful.
Good neighbors and good management staff a really great place to live at
Terrible apartment complex ever I seen for leaving the maintnance service and the management is litterally awful every time I make a work order it takes 2 months to get done and I have to can the management over and over about my issues in my unit .
It was the worst complex that I ever lived at . It was falling apart manager didn’t care bout the tenants needs or necessities.
This place is a complete dump. Management is a joke, they have nothing to offer and the place has so many issues its not even funny. Save your self the pain and stay away.
The ladies in the office where so helpful and very prompt to get me in my new place... Thank you Sandra and Fanny for the wonderful customer service.
Katherine is a great manager and get things done.
Kickback
