The worse apartments I ever had to dealt with & I don’t even live here. I was in the process of moving in since June 29 ,2023 I did the application process and it’s been 3 months since and they kept telling me by the end of this week for 2 months. And the apartment is still in horrible condition! They are extremely rude; & now they won’t give me back my security deposit when I NEVER heard of any apartments or landlords who does that especially when I didn’t even move in. They didn’t even explain why they couldn’t give it back to me just I’ll speak to my supervisor. Jeffery and Eric are the managements . Don’t waste your time or money .
If 0 was an option I would definitely mark it. These apartments are a rip off. ****Beware DONT give deposit when you fill out your application because if you have to back out they do not give you back the deposit minus the application fee of $27.*** there excuse is its in the contract that you dont see. Or like Jeffrey said to me they dont have to go over that whole contract with you, so its a me problem. On Monday last week I went into the office and spoke to Jeffrey in regards to a situation I was dealing with in regards to a place to live. I explained I was in a hardship and needed help on trying to see if I can potentially move in. Things have changed and today Monday Aug 21st 2023 I call and let Jeffrey know I am no longer needing the place to live due to not begin able to make ends meet and will put my family in a worse situation. No understanding what so ever. I dont have money to give away and here they are taking from the community. Now I have to fight to get my money back.
They told me they’ll have an apartment for me In early March back in February of 2024 . It’s now may. They told me they had the parts and now all of sudden they’re waiting on parts.Just save urself the time and energy and money and don’t even apply. These people have no idea what’s going on
I Iived here for 2 years I was in a two bedroom apartment I never have no problem with my 2 bedroom apart with the previous office staff but I did move into my 3bedroom apartment everything was okay until the AC unit went out and flooded our whole apartment and was never fixed till a week later and the I reported mold was growing into my apartment not only my living room and the master bedroom but our storage unit to. I did report it to the landlords and the landlords at the time was so rude and wanted to blame me for the situation. I did ask for corporate number and I have submitted my complaint to corporate and never got a response back from them and they took my deposit and made me pay for the damage when the damage could’ve killed my kids and I.. it’s ridiculous but I really hope they replace the landlord because she so disrespectful..
Shout out to Eric, Jeffery and Issac, I can only speak from my experience, I’m very pleased. Keep up the good work. It’s been a pleasure living here and looking for many more years.
Definitely call ahead for an appointment. Stopped by to check availability during listed hours of 9-6. However sign on the door stated they would return at 3. Waited outside in the heat until 3:05, returned at 3:15 after I saw someone walk into the building and the door was still locked. I rang the bell and someone finally came to the door. After answering my question I asked if i could come in, only to be told they wouldn’t be opening up until 3:30.
I would give 0 stars if that was an option. The staff in the office are rude, disrespectful, and zero help. Maintenance requests go unanswered. The playground is constantly covered in trash because the trashcans are always so full theres no where for trash to go. The pool has only been usable a handful of times all summer. Most of the time it is a sickly green and so cloudy you cant even see the stairs in the water. The splash pad has not worked at all for months. Im counting the days until our lease is up and we can RUN
I dont even know where to start. If the worst customer service/ treatment had a name or synonym when it comes to applying for an apartment it would be called the Park at Sutton Oaks. Save your TIME, ENERGY, AND MONEY its not worth the struggle. I applied at this place and my application was ongoing for several months due to excuses, management changes (Isaac, Rick, Tina and Raven!!!!), and them LOOSING MY APPLICATION TWICE. I applied 3 TIMES FOR NOTHING. Raven kept turning me around, empty talks, lost my application, infos, pay stubs and much more... All because I applied for the discounted unit rate at $763/month. I provided Tina and Raven with everything they requested and right away (PAY STUBS for SEVERAL MONTHS, my BANK STATEMENTS, JOB INFOS, EVERYTHING!!)....Ive gone there in person at least 10 TIMES and called at least 25TIMES TO FOLLOW UP and different things. I FEEL DISAPPOINTED, DISGUSTED, VERY EXHAUSTED, AND DISCRIMINATED AGAINST TO SAY THE LEAST!!! How can I make 42K when you have copies of my pay stubs for the last 6 months and everything is under 2500/month??? Thats less than 31k a year which means I qualify and not 42K/year as Raven mentioned, HOW CAN PEOPLE JUST COME UP WITH NUMBERS THAT DO NOT EXIST?? The phone is barely answered too. Please send me my DEPOSIT BACK as I turn this DARK PAGE and find another Apartment right away.UPDATE: 5 months later 06/28/2022 I still did not get my deposit back even though TINA said they mailed it 5 MONTHS AGO SMH....UPDATE 10/3/2023 NEVER RECEIVED my deposit back. These people are thieves...NB: Im a very kind, respectful, and compassionate person, so for me to write such a bad review, my experience had to be the ABSOLUTE WORST!!
The apartments are nice, I cannot blame the complex for the actions of residents. I strongly believe if you have dirty neighbors or your dirty you will have roaches, I have not had a roach problem at all. Again we are in San Antonio, a very humid city. On the other hand they do take an extensive time to fix minor issues, that can be resolved right away. I have not had any issues with the neighbors all around. Then again I stay to myself.
I will update this review once the apartments start doing right by the families that dwell there.The crime is ridiculous, that place is great to get car jacked or get your car broken into or vandalized,your chose! In the apartments work out room, the equipment are not in working order. The apartments have very poor customer service. The office personnel are to lazy besides being rude,to answer phones.If you e-mail them they dont answer back & blame you for it.Also pretend to send out memos to bully the ones that are receiving government help. That they will loose their housing. It takes months to fulfill work orders.They dont re-house the ones that are in critical need of repair. They also are good at ignoring the apartments that are full of mold as families still dwell in them,. They only do their jobs when housing or officials are walking the grounds.
IF THERE WAS A ZERO STAR I WOULD PUT THAT UNLESS YOU WANT TO LIVE IN CONSTANT STRESSthe apartments dont do anything to fix the problems here and people brake into your cars and try to burn you alive while your still inside . please do not consider moving here

EXPECT TO PAY $200-$400 MORE THAN THE LISTED PRICE. They list what looks like very reasonable prices on their website and directories. However, once youre ready to move forward, they only have available units that are $200-$400 more than the listed price.... Same layout... same square footage...never told them my income.
Does anyone know the email or whose in charge of the apartments because Ive been getting the runaround on my maintenance request for 2 Months and half and nothing gets done
Great place for the location and price. Roaches are an easy fix for me, set up traps and they will go away, honest. Location and size of the apartments are excellent.
Lived there for 2yrs bad management, roach and mold infested and never received my deposit back!
It’s always amazing going to a place for information and getting the best customer service at this location. Very friendly staff and so helpful. I will definitely be telling my friends about this place. Keep up the great work.
I HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE THEY OPENED UP. I AM GOING ON 5 YEARS AND YES THERE IS ROACH PROBLEMS BUT IF YOU KEEP YOUR APT CLEAN AND PUT MEDICINE THEY WILL GO AWAY.I PUT ROACH MEDS EVERY 6 MONTHS AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS. MAINTENANCE DOES A GREAT JOB AS WELL. OFFICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN GREAT TO ME AND IF I HAVE ISSUES OR PROBLEMS I DO INFORM THEM. I TEND TO KEEP TO MYSELF AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS. THE ONES WHO ARE OUT THERE TALKING DOWN ON PEOPLE AND THEIR KIDS OUT THERE YELLING SAYING BAD WORDS AND RINGING PEOPLES DOOR BELLS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT ARE THE ONES WHO HAVE MANY ISSUES BECAUSE THE OFFICES INFORMS THEM. SO WITH THAT SAID KEEP TO YOURSELF KEEP YOUR KIDS IN CONTROL AND CLEAN YOUR APT AND THINGS WILL BE GREAT. APTS ARE NICE FOR THE PRICE AND LOCATION. THANKS PARKS AT SUTTON OAKS.
I’ve been living here for now 8months & done had to put in at least 5 works order with in these last couple of months of only living here just two months ago I put in a work order & they still haven’t came to fix my stuff then on top of that they wanna charger people for the work order more then one time and take forever/months just to come fix something so if something is broke in your apt it’s best for you to fix it yourself I’ve never heard of that charging to Fixs what’s broken in your apt all they want is your money they don’t care about the residents at all & on top of that every since I moved in here I’ve been having neighbor problems upstairs from and they do nothing about that!!!!!
The apartment management staff is awesome. The managers are so willing to help you and really are making a change.
No only so many expect expect inspections every other month.new management trying clean up place tried through last 5 managers
Its like visiting the courts! Kind of like section 8 housing and residents dont tip, but always have money for weed!!!
