The Quarry Townhomes

The Quarry Townhomes have been my home for eight years now a great place that keeps their standards. Great management Team almost like family. Maintenance is fast and goes above and beyond to keep your place warm when it’s cold and cold when it’s warm always getting top dollar for your dollar. The pool is always clean No noise As your Alamo Heights standards are met in every way possible. Everybody Pretty much knows everybody so we know when we don’t have people from here around keeping our community and belonging safe and sound. Very peacefulplace to live for you and your loved ones Not to mention the great school district that your little ones will enjoy rated top 10 in the state in mostly any category from sports to academics I hardly ever give out reviews, but the Quarry Townhomes deserves A five star due to the fact that they keep their standards of living Unlike other places.

Maintenance is effective and efficient. Front office is responsive and kind. Living here has been quiet and easy going! There have been issues with ants and bees, but those get resolved quickly. Glad to live here.

We’ve been really happy living here! The team in the office is super responsive and helpful. We are happy with our unit and friendly neighbors. The attached garage and Amazon locker for packages are really convenient. We recently signed a lease renewal and were pleasantly surprised that the increase in rent was very reasonable as well.

I have lived here 4 years and signed another year lease. Friendly community and dog friendly. Has a great pool. I love the 2 car garage. The office staff is always willing to help. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! the Quarry town homes. The property is very well cleaned and the environment in the apartment complex is amazing! I highly recommend the quarry town homes is a must! There’s a beautiful pool and gym. I suggest go get a tour of this beautiful apartment complex!! Defiantly #1 on my list.

Best place I’ve lived in by far. The staff have always been responsive, gave up updates about improvements to the complex and were always courteous. Most importantly, we have a young family and value peace, quiet and kind neighbors. It was extremely fortunate for us to find this place when we did. If it weren’t for our work transfer, we’d give it another year.Thank you so much, folks!

Great place to live. Friendly gated community. Office staff always have their door open to help. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues we have with our townhouse. I like the gym and pool. The garage is a plus!

We just moved in and really like the place. Angela and Cindy have helped alot with making sure everything was nice for us upon move in and the place has exceeded our expectations. The personal 2 car garage is definitely a major win!!

Be ready for stolen mail, no water, no ac, and no maintenance being done while living in these “luxury” apartments. Military families should steer completely clear because of what happens after you move out of state with orders.Once you move out be ready for them to incorrectly bill you and then never hear from them again. Moved out in Sept, received an invoice in Sept with charges for Oct utilities asked for them to be removed. Heard nothing. It’s now April and I only found out these charges were still outstanding when I got a notification on my credit that I’d been sent to collections.

Went to tour this property and I must say the property is beautiful and clean. Angela was very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. Im still looking at other areas but this place is in my top 5!

I had tour recently at the quarry and fell in love the best part was the attached garages and the size of the rooms. This is a place I would love to call my home.

I have enjoyed my experience here. The staff is very kind and try their best to help with any problems or situations in the community. Certain issues I have aren’t with them but with residents like loud music every blue moon and not picking up their pet’s poop. Other than that, I am very pleased.

Place is ok for location. Some of the units are dated. A bit concerning about safety of the property when gates are left open periodically

The staff is friendly, GREAT location, maintenance is quick to respond & the Hub is a nice feature. Only Downside -exterior & parts of the interior are showing their age.

Been here a year, just renewed. The site is VERY well-located, the unit is in very nice condition, really spacious, and includes an enclosed garage. Management and maintenance staff are nice and very responsive. Best part is no neighbors above or below, and the complex is very quiet.

My family and I have been living at the Quarry Townhomes for about 4 months now. We love the area, but unfortunately we have had a lot of maintenance issues with our home. We personally don’t think that the price is reasonable considering all the maintenance.The amenities also need a 360 degree upgrade. The gym is definitely outdated and the pool needs new seating areas. The pool also looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, so I wish they would maintain it a little better.Other than that it’s a nice neighborhood to live in.

I love the location. It is perfect for me. They have an outstanding office staff and maintenance crew. I’ve been living here since about 2007

I loved living here! Was forced to move abruptly because I had a major stroke and couldn’t handle the three story stairs. The QUARRY townhome team/ Vanessa; which really makes all the difference in the quality of living, when you have a solid management team and staff. They are.. Nice, kind, friendly, know you by name, care about you and making sure you are comfortable in your apartment. The list could go on. They also have a good selection of floor plans to choose from with a lot of really nice sized units. The townhomes also have a lot of great natural lighting for us plant lovers. Very beautiful townhome with relaxing community. Location is also fantastic.. amazing views all around, short walking distance to several nearby shops, seconds across the street from a golf course, Great restaurants, and a nearby movie theater, short quick drive to the pearl, or you could bike over to broadway, close to highways for easily getting to other areas of town, could use more events for residents.. really an ideal community. Definitely recommend! Overall, I am super thankful for the team here and how they make it such an enjoyable place to live and call home.

Vanessa Gonzales is the sweetest manager ever and is very thorough with all prospective residents. I know I can call her for any issue and shell accomodate me the best she can. Always goes above and beyond for her residents, treats them like real people. Truly the propertys greatest asset.The location is amazing and you cant beat all the great amenities. Steps away from the Quarry Market, Trader Joes, and country club. Very safe and welcoming to all! :D

Unfortunately the quality of this property has deteriorated over the past three years. They sell themselves as a luxury complex, but have gates that do not function, a pool that is unaccessible and has pool furniture that has rotten and is falling apart. Landscaping that died during the freeze and has not been replaced. They are unable to keep maintenance personnel. They continue to raise the rent and do not provide the same level of service and amenities. I would pass on this property.

So, what a year spent here. I will say, this exact instance, you will get EXACTLY what you pay for, and waste money in the process. For the first 8 months --EIGHT MONTHS-- of my lease, I had a faulty AC. I moved in July 2020. Countless gas bills, electricity bills, and even hotel bills (at one point the temp in my unit was 102). Their solution? A $250 credit to my account and that was only when I finally went above the managers head after 8 months. $250 didnt even cover half of it. Your mailbox will be broken into monthly. Thinnest walls youll ever have. Neighbors are somewhat nice but the one to the left of me (I was in unit 1014) blasted club music all day and all night, it was like I lived next to a frat house. When I asked politely to turn it down, he told me to F off. On top of the fridge, AC, stove, toilet, and countless other things never once working 100%, its poorly insulated. I spent my own money to insulate since it would get insanely hot and cold in the changing months. Upon move out, not only did I not get my deposit back, but they sent ME a $150 bill for damages, even though I spent money to IMPROVE the place. Stay away. Dear lord, what a nightmare. I have never experienced such laziness and zero compassion. I plan on talking to overhead yet again for all the money and stress theyve cost me but based on past experience, I doubt theyll care.

It’s been almost 5 months and we could not be happier with our home here. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, landscape always changing so there is something blooming and an office and maintenance staff that goes far beyond expectations. They often offer gatherings at their other properties with food and a sense of community. The 2 garage 1st floor with living space on 2nd floor then our 2 bedrooms on the 3rd make us feel like we live in a treehouse! One morning the team actually served breakfast burritos to those leaving for work! Spacious, well priced, dog friendly and neighbors couldn’t be nicer.

Perfectly located in the heart of Alamo Heights. Spacious and warm,truly made to feel like “home.” The true gem of the property is the Assistant Manager,Vanessa Gonzales. She is detail oriented,courteous,and welcoming. You won’t regret making The Quarry Townhomes,your next home.

Such a professional staff, worked directly with Vanessa Gonzales, assistant manager on stucco repairs to the property. As a sub-contactor it is refreshing to have someone punctually provide needed information to move forward on project without delay. I highly recommend The Quarry Townhomes.

Wonderful management team, great location, beautiful large townhomes with garages! Every time I deal with the management they greet me with a smile! Worth a look if you are looking for a great place to live near the Alamo Quarry.

Vanessa was outstanding. She was always so helpful and able to answer all my questions. Vanessa went above and beyond every step of the way in the renting process.

The water has been shut off over 5 times in the past 6 months.Also looking at their reviews, it appears they make their vendors give them 5 star reviews in exchange for their business to hide the voices of actual residents.

This place is amazing. I usually dont write reviews but these townhomes really make me feel at home. Vanessa was very knowledgeable and professional! Im really hoping that my application goes through!

Disgrace of a place to live.The maintenance guys are awful, the front office always adding charges to their ledgers, and the price is not even close to what others offer nearby.Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere people.

Cindy and Cassie are outstanding every time we need them, they go above and beyond of whats asked. Both the office and maintenance staff have always been very courteous, professional, and kind. Love this place!!

I am moving from the valley to San Antonio. Vanessa helped me visualize the home experience I would enjoy. Definitely a place I would like to live hope there’s a opening soon!

Worst place for what u pay. Today at 3p.m the water link broke and no one came until now 6pm and i told the office how serious is the issue and he told me u have to wait. The problem is they even dont have a water system. Where u can shut down the water to the house. And the guy in the office is just a jerk. He doesnt want even to listen. There are a lot of places u can live with less price.
