I have personally lived at Villas de toscana at most a year and 6 months. I have had little to any problems. The front office has been great, and all the maintenance workers are great. Every time I needed something done for my apartment it was done. A downside is the parking it is not the most convenient and you may get your car towed depending on where you park at. Overall I would recommend it because you get yours money worth.V/RRP

If we weren’t in a desperate situation, we would’ve kept looking elsewhere.We ran into a major cockroach infestation when we first moved in after they stated the place had been cleaned and bombed. We made the mistake of trusting their word because as we were moving in, we found cockroach poop all within the cabinets and had to do a deep cleaning ourselves before proceeding to move in and organize. As frustrating as it was, when we called the office, after numerous attempts to reach someone, our issue did not seem like a pressing matter to them.Our apartment “renovation” was definitely rushed: the downstairs flooring was covered with a second layer of “new” flooring, instead of replaced, the paint job was rushed and terrible, and the general maintenance of the place was not upkept well.They changed our front lock without informing us after they lost the main key we lent to them to make copies of and LIED about changing our front lock. We’re guessing because they saw we were women and said “oh here’s your new key that’ll work for your front door, laundry room and storage room, like your other key.” To our surprise, the key they gave us back only works for the front so we have to keep our copies of the old key to open the laundry and the storage room.The amenities they offer are not well kept, such as the “dog park,” and the “gym.”A couple of the maintenance men are good. The others seem not to care.Water is turned off 1-2, sometimes 3, times a week due to an “emergency.”The only pros are our neighbors and the special they offered at the time we moved in. Other than that, for the price, including utilities, and their difficult background/credit check, I’d choose to use the time, money and effort to be spent somewhere else.

I have been living at the Villas De Toscana for a few days now. And so far everything has been pretty good. When I walked into the office I explained my situation to Tabitha, and she did not hesitate to show me an apartment. The whole process of applying and moving in went more smoothly than my husband and I could have possibly imagined. I am happy with the location of my apartment, the grounds are clean, and I have noticed it is very quiet around the complex. I like my privacy, and I feel at peace here. My appliances work just fine, the A.C. blows very cold air, the water gets super hot, I love that the windows have the dark screens on them, and I am very pleased with how lit up the apartments are at night. Also, I have not encountered roaches, or any other kinds of insects in my apartment. The only negative I have found so far, is that the plumbing knocked pretty loud the first night when I tried to take a bath. But using the shower instead took care of that noise, and the water was hot. So I really have no complaints. I am very grateful to Tabitha and Marisa for getting me squared away into my new home. They made the process to apply and move in, as easy as they could possibly make it. So far I am very happy!

My son applied for an apartment on June 20th and was unfortunately denied due to late car payments. Before, applying, we were told they only look at rental history. They stated they will mail the $150 admin fee back. We have yet to receive a refund or any responses to emails regarding the refund. At this point, it’s considered stealing. I guess they are collecting $150 and denying people with any bad marks on their credit. So I advised to move forward to a company that shows more professionalism and integrity. The photo below may explain why we haven’t received our refund. Smh. I can’t get anyone on the phone or via email. So Management how should I reach you?

When I was looking for an apartment, they were great in scheduling a time for me to come in and take a look at the different units available. Being someone who was looking for a quick move in time since my work was starting soon, they were very understanding and helped to get that process going, so I could move in without issue. The grounds maintenance are kind folk to talk to, the front office remembers who you are, and the location is in a place without much traffic, so it’s a perfect area to be able to get to multiple businesses and main roads.

Was looking into purchasing a 2-bedroom style unit, however after reading the comments....especially of the military lady I was extremely disappointed. My family is also military, so seeing the way they treat the military community has made me definitely rethink my purchase and am now looking at the units next door. Also I called the front desk twice myself and did not receive the best treatment from the lady answering the calls nor the manage she transferred me too.

I have lived here for a year. I am very content. The complex is well managed and quiet. Management are always quick to take care of any request. They are very professional and go above and beyond to make you move in comfortable. I have truly enjoyed living here and am proud to call Villa de Toscano my home!

I have been living at Villas De Toscana since July and I’ve had issue after issue with them. To give more demographics about myself, I’m a single resident and normally tend to be to myself and not cause any issues. I am also a proud member of the U.S. Air Force, so I’m definitely pretty chill, highly educated, and a professional resident. However, I have never felt more disrespected than I have been by members of this administrative team. If I could leave 0 stars I would, however the maintenance members are amazing and I actually love the setup of my loft apartment. BUT the ladies in the front office make those things arbitrary. From the two ladies at the front desk to the current manager herself, they lack professional skills 0%. I’ve had my truck towed from my apartment while I was out of town with absolutely no notice from the complex, I’ve had money stolen from me, and I’ve come home several times with my door open….whenever I contact anyone from the front desk they are absolutely NO HELP and lack simple empathy/care in general when they are contacted. The ladies are extremely rude and overall come across as “money hungry.” I CANNOT wait until my lease runs out, but if you are searching for a new home, with a caring community AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. If you are a military member, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Yes, they tend to have a lot of specials going on, but please recognize there’s a reason for this (they simply need residents and I’m sure this has much to do with how they treat their current residents). Since I’ve been in my apartment, I have literally had 3 different neighbors, that’s says a lot.

This place is raggity. I will be providing pictures of the recent updates. They have the worst cockroach problem and are not proactive in getting rid of them. Even though you pay 5.00xtra a month for Pest control. The managers do not care for their residence let alone their job. Lazy. They have a horrible mold problem. I had to wait 3 years before they decided to fix that in the kitchen. In my studio I have a 30 year old fridge that instead of updating They just keep putting a new motor in it. 3 times with that and a broken handle that has never been fixed. The toilets are cheap and the seat keeps breaking. Its broken now. The cabinets are 50 years old. And if they replace them you get less than what you had before, so expect no storage. The water is shut off every single day for 9 years. The laundry is super expensive hear and the machines are over 10 years old. I am entering my 10 year here. They also have no sense of what a nice apartment looks like. They are horrible to their disabled residents. I had a horrible leak in the kitchen sink for 5 months that resulted in maggots and knots and it took so long cuz they needed to replace the whole cabinet and mold. 2 months delayed cuz Im disabled and couldnt find any assistance to help me move all the stuff out and scrub all the maggots off the cleaning supplies. They definitely werent going to help. You pay for every single bill. 25.00 to 30.00 in admin fees. You also pay pest control, water trash and sewage electric. You even pay 5.00 a month to get your rent bill every month. Even though they email it. So expect to pay an additional 60.00 or more a month beyond your actual rent amount. We have had new owners, and property managers every single year I have been here. Not exaggerating. I have been on the waiting list for a total of 5 years for a 1 bdrm cuz they w/d hookups. And the manager after I yelled at her for not putting drawers in the kitchen like I had before tells me that in order to get drawers I have to get a 1bdrm and to buy some shelves. I yelled at her because she ignored me the entire day about the new countertop/cabinet situation. When you pay 936.00 a month for a studio you want at the minimum what you had before. I have 1 functional drawer. Refer to the pictures. Im on disability and they take advantage of that since coming up with funds to move is difficult. All apartments around us have trash pick up. They do not even though its a full separate charge. And the pool is always closed too. Did I mention that I had to move the refrigerator across the kitchen because the space they had it in didnt allow the door to open in either direction. Its not worth the stress and decline of physical health to live hear. They are not energy efficient apartments. The utilities run 100 to 200 a month all year. And Im energy conscious. They did screw in solar screens over our windows into the buildings a couple of years ago. Oh and no windows open. None. Not even section 8/housing authority would or could approve this place. They dont accept it but thats not the point.

I was told I need a 550 credit score then after I spent $200 to apply the manager told me it changed you have to have a 600 credit score and she didn’t know it had changed. I applied in the office and show them my score just to be sure just to be sure so I wouldn’t waist money. BE WARE of what they say I wish the owner would call me. I was in last month after an apartment locator said to look at it the manager didn’t show me apartment she was going email me floor plan and never did I called 3 times calls were never returned. She said she was working alone and couldn’t get to everything that wasn’t my fault take some responsibility

Love these apartments and the staff! Super friendly and very quiet complex. Have not had any issues with car break ins or loud neighbors. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. I love that they work with you if you are a little late on rent. I been here about 3 years and have no complaints.

I actually love my apartment. I have 2 balconies, which is awesome. All of my maintenance requests have been taken care of quickly and smoothly. My heater went out the night of the snow storm (of course) and it was 52 degrees in my house. I called the emergency maintenance line and Allen the maintenance guy was at my apartment in under an hour (with like 3+ inches of snow on the ground) ready to fix it. Less than 20 min later warm air was flowing. I cant complain, and Im very thankful. I plan on renewing my lease here until I leave SA. Keep up the great work overall! I recommend this place to everyone!

This place needs to be shut down. Corporate will hear about this specific location. My mother in law came to lease here a few days ago and when they gave her keys to her new apartment her apartment was dirty and roach Infested and when she let the leasing office know they told her she had 20 minutes to decide if she wanted to move here or not and was also told that she was not getting any of her money back….. that was extremely unprofessional and unethical taking advantage of people that way!!! You should be ashamed of yourself just know you will be reported and there will be a demand requesting the deposits paid for an apartment that’s in unlivable conditions… I honestly felt extremely bad for my poor mother in law… This will not be overlooked. The owners will hear about this Incident it’s just the worst to have the leasing office behave this way…. Your employees make this community look bad because apparently by the reviews everything is overlooked and uncared for and they clearly could care less about their tenants and being ethical and a good reputable property. What a shame if I could give less stars I would.

Been here for a couple months now and I have complained about the heat in my unit and they blame it on weather outside... ac unit works good but my apt always gets this hot or hotter in the day time. This causes my CPS bill to be way over $200 each month because my AC is working non stop. The building material of these apartments are horrible. I will not renew my lease here because that. Its ridiculous. Dont recommend nobody to live here.

The Villas De Toscana a little slice of Italy you won’t find anywhere else in Texas, beautiful and open spacious layouts, reasonably priced, includes full basketball court near laundry and Gym areas, as well as a beautiful swimming pool on property. The management team couldn’t be anymore amazing Marissa and property manager Anna always manage to swiftly solve and address any questions or concerns i’ve had, very much to my satisfaction as well as and not to forget the maintenance staff who are phenomenal and are also very quick to address any and all maintenance work orders. I have just renewed my lease for a second year, with no intention of living anywhere else for the for seeable future.

Don’t stay here not worth the hassle. Had an appointment for 11:15 that they agreed to and leasing office closed before at 11:00 when I got there all the way to 11:30. Gave up and left. If they don’t care about being on time there’s no point in leasing at this establishment.

I moved in expecting a great environment and positive atmosphere. The apartment is very cute, the ladies seemed very nice and still are, it is fairly quite here but this is my first apartment and it definitely has left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m not one to complain a lot but they are very unorganized. They never fix anything that needs fixing i constantly find myself having to talk to them multiple times about the same issues, the gym never gets cleaned has all types of bugs and critters in it, seats always have sweat and spider webs, pool never gets cleaned either. I can go on but from personal experience i wouldn’t move here again.

Ive lived here for 3 years now. Easy access to 410 and Hwy 151, post office, restaurants, gas stations, Ingram Mall and Hospitals. Property is managed really well. Keep up the good work!Thank you 😊 🙏

My first year here wasnt so bad. Matthew worked in the office and was tremendously kind and helpful. I renewed my lease and told family about moving here. Im so embarrassed that my family now lives here. Stephanie is now working in the office and is unprofessional and quick to let you know how busy she is and that shell get to you when shell get to you. When you tell her what apartment you live in, she tells you she doesnt know where that is. If you call with an emergency, she takes her sweet time calling maintenance. She sent me an email detailing her first apartment experience and how everyone should have renters insurance. Her emails are filled with spelling and grammatical errors. The water is shut off almost every week and were told to get buckets of water ready. Buckets. Of. Water. We pay for pest control, but bugs are a constant problem. The wood in the apartments are rotting. There used to be a security number we could call, thats gone. If youre overcharged the office wont look into the error, just tell you that you owe it. Please dont move here. Save up your money and go somewhere else. Save yourself the headache.

Unlike the previous review, I give this community and it’s office employees 5 stars. Not only are they clean, quiet, and organized but they treat you like human beings. Before and during this Pandemic, Stephanie assisted me with payment arrangements, minor if any repair request, and just making sure I and my situation were ok. It’s all about communication, and she alone makes me want to renew my lease and it don’t expire until next year lol. Every apartment complex needs someone like Stephanie, I’m just happy to have her and I’m sure any other responsible tenant would agree. Keep up the good work ladies and THANK YOU FOR BEING HONEST, UNDERSTANDING, AND RESPECTFUL !!!!!!!!!! And I really appreciate off the informational emails, the even send your notifications letting you know if/when the water may be shut off (for an hr TOPS) way ahead of time...living in apartments is more than just the quality of your actual apartment, the ladies behind the desk making every happen is like icing on the cake.

If you plan on residing here on a top floor, I would tell you turn away. Summer time, my unit was always 🔥 and AC wasnt great. My neighbor had to buy himself portable AC unit to try to keep his upstairs unit cool too. You can obviously judge this complex by the review ratings and I made a mistake by giving them a chance and paid to live very uncomfortably. Glad I left! & will not refer others here either.

I have lived here at the Dymaxion Apartments for 5 yrs, and have never missed a payment, always payed on time. If something is wrong with my apartment someone is here that day to fix it. Every year when our lease is up, my husband and I say were going to moved to a house, but we love it so much here that we stay. The property is always clean and nice, the staff is great, always smiling and always ask if theres anything I need or if everything is ok in my apartment. All in all great place to call home!!!

I was referred by a friend who lives here, and decided to apply and I will admit everthing has been good,office professionals were responsive, kind and helpful and I was able to take advantage of the move in special they had in promotions last month, upon move in the only thing I would say I needed attention to was my dishwasher and a New AC air Filter and upon submitting the work order the order was complete the following day and I was given a brand new dishwasher that was fully functional and other then that my apt is cozy,clean and quiet, so thanks to the office staff and maintenance team for offering good residential service ...

My mom has been having issues with them for a couple months now about constantly telling them stuff is breaking in the apartment and they have done absolutely nothing about it. My mom has no time to always be in the office to talk to them about the same issues that they don’t care to fix. The managers EXACT WORDS have been “i have a job too im at work right now” & “i don’t have time for this right now”. TOWARDS THEIRS OWN RESIDENTS. maintenance literally broke our decorations and they said it’s not their problem. when we constantly brought it to their attention, they sent an eviction notice.

My wife and I had been apartment shopping for a few days. We went to do a property visit and was promptly greeted by Matthew. He got our basic information of what we needed and showed us some floor plans. Then he proceeded to give us a tour. We saw a 2/2 and liked it instantly, so much so we stopped our searching. It was a mix of the great customer service, which is hard to find these days, the actual property itself, and pricing. Matthew went above and beyond in assisting us while there and even through e-mail. We, unfortunately, will not be able to move in until next year due to work taking me away again.The only reason for the 4 stars is we dont actually live there as of yet so we cant say of what the actual property is like from experience. But when I come back home, we will be looking into them for sure. Hopefully we can get as good a deal as we did this week. :)

These were our first apartments issues we had here were gnats coming in during the summer but eventually, they got rid of them. Our neighbors would fight loudly here and there. The stair structure is old and needs remodeling. We enjoyed the basketball court, maintenance was quick and the bedroom was spacious. Also, the complex was very peaceful other than our neighbors sometimes fighting. I think they were good for being our first apartments.

*This management team is the worst*Every resident has a list of complaints. Which has nothing to do with the maintenance team.CAN WE PLEASE HAVE OUR WATER TURNED ON MORE THAN 2-3 DAYS OUT OF THE WEEK?? Only if there were managers who actually cared about the residence & the property for that matter.** Whoever owns this property is obviously getting paid too much and living too well to pay attention to their investment and the people living on the grounds they invested in. **Who are the Owners?? Worst apartment complex for what they charge!! Name a problem, its there.-$500 to transfer?? Give me a break! Lol-Plumbing, A/C, electric issues constantly.Complete Remodel??- New bad paint job over the dirt? 👌🏼-Entry/Exit gates never work.-Lived here over a year without being able to use the pool One time!!-Raising rent for small fenced-in backyards that have just ruined the landscaping and created a breeding ground for mosquitoes....plus others.-- Oh, Dont forget the fact that new flooring should be installed (since the first lease) but not if I am renewing my lease? In that case I have to sacrifice a $200 special the apartment has for the rent in order to have a new floor??*Plus raising the rent on everyone??FOR WHAT? Just because?Also not to mention that there are two complexes next to this one that charges the same or less with more modern updates and nicer extras.Im sure there are other things I missing but I dont have all day to list them.****There should be a law that forces owners of these complexes to pay more attention to the true condition of their investment. ****Sound like some crooks to me.Pretty Disappointed overall.Regret renewing this lease.Had the ball dropped on me when trying to move into a house right now so I had no choice. I just moved In and the apartment itself is beautiful! The maintenance staff are very friendly and are on top of things ! The office staff although I only have meet the assistant manager are very nice as well! It’s clean and quite people seems friendly and decent !

Ive lived here since june 2018 and my sister has lived here for 2 years. She had some of the same issues that other people have had here with the maintenance, water shut offs, and pests. That was with old management. The new management has been doing a wonderful job of getting everything on a better track.Since I have been here I have seen them fix her ceiling from where the ac was having issues and fix the ac. Ive seen them replace flooring, toilets, the lamp posts, the exercise room, etc. They are working hard to fix stuff. Still having water shut offs for repairs but there not as often as it us to be so I think they are on the right track for fix that issue its just taking a little more time.

My wife and I have been loyal tenants here for nearly three years. Until today we have been reasonably happy living on the property. We have always payed our rent on time (either the 1st or 2nd of the month, well within the payment period of 3 days into the month.) Today (8/2/17) we received on our door a notice to vacate by the 5th for failure to pay rent. This harassment is not acceptable from any establishment that would like to keep loyal tenants.

Dymaxion apartments are good place to live. The apartments are nice, Ive here for 3 yrs. Good maintainence staff, always friendly. Office staff has always be polite and professional. They replaced my old appliances as I just renewed my lease.

I think its an amazing place to stay at. Management is not only really good here but, they will work with you if there are any concerns or problems. Ive seen them even talk to other residents just to have a conversation. They even hold up small get togethers for everyone who lives in these apartments. So far so good and I don’t regret making the choice of moving in here.

Stopped by the property yesterday. Unfortunately there were no lofts avaible until the summer time . I will be back because the place just feels like home... from the warm welcomes as you enter the office to the end of tour everything is just great. Office staff is super cool and very helpful. If you plan to stop by don’t let the age of the property drive you away the inside of apartment is amazing :)

He greeted my daughter & I with such a warm welcome. He answered all of our questions promptly. He submitted a couple of work orders for us & they were completed that same day! Hi I live at the Dymaxion apartments. I thought it was a nice place at first. As im signing my lease they manager say there is a pool, gym, laundry room on property, a gate around the apartments. Well I am move in . My first month was horrible. I was winter time,and the apartments took a whole month to fix my heater. They just keep saying mantaince is going. Took a whole month. And now I am going on 7months here. Still no pool, its broken.. Laundry room is ugly and washer do not work. Gym has no exercise equipment inside just mirrors. This place is bullshit. They cut the water wit no notice. The water was off from11am to 10pm..who does that.. The management is quick to charge rent but slow to fixing problems. If u are even one day late on rent they start threaten u with eviction notices. Like chill out .then one day I left to a meeting and my boyfriend stayed home. Well the manager comes to my door and instead of talking . Starts yelling, pointing fingers, and treatening my boyfriend. Even my neighbors heard. I dont know where these people get off threaten someone. Thank god I wasnt there at that moment.. And even if u tell them that for watever reason I will have ur rent paid on this day. Its like they do not get it. They will put notice and notice on your door. They will send people to ur house, they will keep calling ur phone. Its insane. Bcus here rent is due all on the same day of the month. Even if I moved in 2 wks ago. If the 1st of the month comes rent is due. I want to move out so bad already. My bathroom is pilling paint everywhere..

I lived there two years, that was 1 year 11 mos and 30 days too many. I had an apartment on the first floor, the water heater in the apartment above me spilled over and into my apartment over my desk. This destroyed my laptop and important papers I had. They would not replace the laptop and wanted my rental insurance to cover it. Rental Insurance refused because the leak from the apartment above was preexisting. It had been patched over numerous times. Throughout my stay there, numerous water leaks and problems. Management was rude and very slow to attend to issues. At the end of my lease, I gave my 30 days notice, as requested, turn in the key after moving everything out. They misplace the key and now charged me for 6 extra days for rent until they found the key, plus the water bill. It is now on my credit report and they adding having to paint and get the apartment ready for the next tenant. I lived there 2 years of course they would have to do additional cleaning and repairs... but I have to pay for it. Please do not consider living here... you will only regret it !!!

The new manager at the property is super rude and harsh towards the tenants, old manager was much better. I don’t recommend this property at all, stay away and don’t even bother taking a tour there if you don’t want to deal with an impolite manager.

The bad and the uglyStove has had one too many mexican food dinners made (but still works fine), dishwasher has been inoperable for about six months (ive been too lazy to call for replace/repair), surface mold in the bathroom, which im not too concerned about (i did my research).I do have concerns how billing statements/accounting system works. I was told by the office manager that if you pay over the minimum payment but less than $1, the overage goes just disappears into thin air. I reviewed my payments with the manager (and yes, she showed me the screen). There was no accountability or reflection of the overages in their system. (Please refer to the good below.)The GoodNo loud neighbors, maintenance responds quickly, the management office will work with you. As mentioned above in the accountability of the disappearing money, even though i didnt agree with it, i accepted their answer. I calculated the amount i should have paid more throughout the months but my calculations were incorrect, according to them, hence my review of their billing practices. They went ahead and adjusted late fees and shortage amount which totaled $80+, they may have well did this to avoid further questions and possible litigation.Final RecommendationOverall, this place isnt that bad. Outside of the bathroom issue and old appliances, Id recommend the place to anyone looking to live in the NW side of SA for such a cheap price. Comparable apartments in the area will run $200-$300 more.I

From my experience with this complex, it was terrible. I was originally trying to get an apartment here and the front desk lady, Stephanie Ramos or whatever her name is, was a terrible help and gave an awful attitude with any further questions we had about the apartment. Just renewed my lease for my second year here &i can honestly say everything has changed for the better since moving in. staff are always very resourceful &friendly, always trying to help. the appt complex itself has imporved &very much enjoy the new pool &basketball courts.

One of the worst management teams in San Antonio. They are lazy and dont care about residents at all. Would highly recommend not moving here.*No water for a week now. Many times they could have turned it on for a bit to fill tubs for toilet water. Unbelievable, this place is horrible to the residents expecting them to live like this. Call in professionals to get it fixed.

Emergency water shutoff happens at least 4 times a month. You have to wake up early just to brush your teeth, hopefully you took a shower the night before because the water will be off for 9 hrs. From 9am to 6pm. Cant use the restroom all day unless you want it just sitting in the toilet because you cant flush until water comes back on. If your fine living without water 4 days of each month then this is the place for you. Mind you I have put up with this over and over before it caused me to write a negative review.

Horrible management and maintanence crew. They are late to get back in urgent situations and play off why your matter was not important. In july my bathroom ceiling started to leak, being in january they have not fixed the ceiling. Ive reported nearly everyday and the ceiling has a hole a foot big. They fixed the leak upstairs but not my ceiling downstairs. Many other issues such as a main line breaking and units flooding is common, it happened 3 times last year. Ac always has issues and they wont fix it until summer is over even if you complained from march to july. Save your search and look elsewhere, these apartments could decent if they get decent service to run it

Had a lovely experience touring with Matthew. He’s very knowledgeable and really knows how to make you feel welcomed/ at home. Unfortunately, I was in between jobs and chose the one further from these apartments. If you’re interested in these apartments, ask for Matthew, he was truly amazing.

Dear corporate or to whoever may concern, today I was treated very poorly, I had the management staff member by the name of Mary threaten , and behave very unprofessional and rudely towards me, when addressing an issue in regards to an unexpected charge on my utilities being 15$ , I had just renewed my lease this month , Mary herself told me the rent was 696.48 so I made money order for 697 I always pay a little more , I also always make sure I have zero balance , so when I get the call today saying I owe money being only 15 I am curious as to why I owe anything at all she states that they were just audited so I owe that amount and I have to pay immediately , so of course this being a surprise I want to know whats going on she gets upset, because I am asking questions like any normal person would , then she says if I have any questions to come talk to Kristine , so I go to office upon request and as soon. As I arrive I notice an older lady there before me , so I am ready to wait patiencely but as soon as I arrive Mary rushes me with a paper showing me my bills paid , then I said okay it shows zero then she goes to filing cabinet slamming it to find paper to show me showing I owe more , then when she became upset at me even more she started screaming at me saying I shouldnt insult her when I didnt do or say anything disrespectful at all so then as I realize she is making this personal I back away and ask for the number to speak to corporate someone above her she gets mad and ask me to leave saying she is going to call the police right away , Im so surprised that she would even say that so Im like appalled at this behavior so I call the police, and they arrive and are shocked as well as to someone behaving this way towards a Tennant , when the police come I speak to Kristine about the whole issue still apologizing about inconvenience, even though it wasnt my fault I just wanted to be bigger person and apologize because none of this shouldve happen. I feel very disrespected and mistreated, and shocked that dymaxion would hire people that degrade their clients in a matter of threats and unprofessional behavior , I write this post today so that the people that own this property can know how their employees are treating there clients and how we can move forward and this never happen again , because Im sure Im not the only one that feels mistreated about the staff here at property , Kristine is great and I love my home , and still want to live here happily . I just want to be treated properly and live happy my family and i.To whomever this may concern , my apologies for inconvenience hope this never happens again .

I live here and the management is horrible. The only time i want to use my wayer its shut off for severe water problems in my building. The move in was horrible they did a horrible renovation from the last ppl who lived here and i made sure i reported all the damages. They have the apartments almost segregated nice in the front and and ghetto in the back. Pet fees and all other fees are ridiculously overpriced . I could go on and on about this dump. DO NOT MOVE HERE MOVE TO THE APARTMENTS NEXT DOOR !!!

I came down to San Antonio to start a new life for me and my daughter. I stayed with a friend in the Dymaxion Apartments until I was able to find my own place. She insisted I get an apartment in Dymaxion, but I just could not. My daughter LOVES to go swimming and play outside, as most children do. These apartments are defiantly NOT KID FRIENDLY! There so called swimming pool is the most disgusting this I have ever seen! They do not even have a playground for the children!!! We made friends with some people that lived next door in the Westover Oaks Apartments and they have everything you can ask for! The price is a bit higher but you get what you pay for!!!! Dont go with Dymaxion. They think they are doing something by renovating the apartments and raising the rent but they are missing the entire outdoors!!! Even the staff at Westover calls them the eye sore of the neighborhood... Im signing up with Westover because at least they have there stuff together.Word of advise to the decision makers at Dymaxion Apartments. Stop thinking about maximizing profits by doing the least possible and raising rates. Build a playground , put some money into that pool (rusted gates), build some areas for a nice family bar b que, and start tending to the people that make you money!Even one of the maintenance guys said they had a company that was going to build a new pool, but that they said no because it was to expensive. Cheap people...DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!

Ive lived here over 2 yrs and i cant say i love it .only because i dont love living in an apt but i wouldnt live in any other apts but here... No matter what happens they fix the problem in the same day. Nikki and Matthew are awesome they are always friendly and always have a smile. Other apts that ive been to the people in the office are rude and act like their doin u a favor.Nikki and Matthew have never made me feel that way. i truly aprreciate them. Attention: For your health and safety do not move into this mold, Roach, vermin, infested near condemnation place daringly called an apartment complex. For six months I have requested for mold in all areas like bathroom air vents cowlings to be taken care of. For the AC unit to be repaired. For the broken railing hazard to be repaired. For every repair to be fixed. Six months and I have been met with threats and intimidation. As I look on the internet I see that this has been ongoing for quite a number of years. This complex and its owner have been part of a huge and major disrespect to the City Of San Antonio to the point where their sister property was shut down for the very same reasons as all the complaints seen all over the internet. The sister property was located on Marbach Rd and the issue made San Antonio headlines. Do not be afraid to contact the City of San Antonio Code Enforcement and relate your issues as part of your lease agreement the owner is obligated by law to fullfill all repairs in a respectable matter of time. Failing to do so may result in arbitrary actions. This complex is unlivable, my daughters of age six are experiencing respiratory and other serious health issues due to the amount of mold in this apartment. Mold is everywhere in this entire complex if your air vents seem dirty, that is actually mold and you are breathing it everyday. Insect infestation is also a hazard, and air-conditioning especially in this Texas heat can be very fatal. Also leaks in the roof from rain are major role players in the growth of mold. Please be aware that this is a most unsafe haven. Do not consider moving here, I pay 800.00 per month on time every month. And to this DAY, No repairs but disrespect, intimidation and threats under united States law that is a crime under the RICO ACT. If you live here, call code enforcement 311, report all your issues. Chapter 31 of your lease agreement states that repairs must be done! call WOAI-TV if you are having problems, Fair housing of San Antonio, Building code, City Council, And if applies SAHA. Your rights may be violated by this place as we post. Today on august 31,2012 the management at this complex tried to refuse my rent check payment for no reason, they have also threatened the welfare and lives of my children and I with violence and harm and have ordered their maintenance to intimidate us, they have made statements as to the safety of my property, I have video of this, and all because as they have said, I called Code Enforcement. I post this to let all know that should anything happen to my family or I or our property, the management made it clear to us that they would be responsible. So far there are four people who stand by their threats the managers and their maintenanceThere is a link on the investigation and the findings and yet more investigations to come. If i could give them a -5 i would. you can never reach them . they sucked as dymaxion apartments, they sucked as tuscany at westover hills, they continue to suck as Villas de toscano. you can change the name, the mainntence department, and the manager. But with those changes does not come, Living pest free , decent water pressure, or prompt work orders. Water is always off, sometime with out warning. Numbers never work, we have asked for Corporate email, which no one has ever responded. im guessing that the email was bogus, and the mrs nice guy routine is all an act to get you out of their office and out of their face. Wasted years of our life here, hoping that with each new change would yeild different results. DO NOT(i repeat) DO NOT get mislead by the smiling faces and the decent prices. Plenty of places down the road!

My niece Kaitlyn Pulliam lives there and has been the target of HATE CRIMES as a lesbian. This complex Dymaxion is part of United Apartment Group and they will not let them out of there lease. This apartment is terrible the office is rude and you pay for a lot of extra amenities that you arent even allowed to use the apartments were not built properly so they are literally falling apart and there is no ac and the office also does not respond to work orders and when you ask them to fix stuff they just tell you to put in more work orders

I was welcomed with warm service from a gentleman named Matthew, quickly gave me a tour and at first I was hesitant but I must say I was really impressed by the overall customer service and making sure all my questions got answered. The only thing I had an issue was finding the correct entrance since it’s a little hidden but I am keeping this complex in mind.

This place is horrible the water is always getting shut off at random times with no notice this has caused me issues at work..... there are bug issues Ive fogged numerous of times the exterminator came out it helps at first I have boric acid around the baseboards bc thats the only thing thats helping..... the pool is always broke closed and dirty I cant wait until my lease is up this is the worst place Ive ever lived I would give 0 stars if I was able to

I do not like this apartment, they have mold in their tub, a/c leaks, the top shelf closet is about to give up, they have old appliances, the whole apartment is not well insulated.. during winter is terrible because the cold air gets inside, the thermostat is not accurate at all, the whole entire 9 months i stayed here the water was always off countless times, december 31, 2014 they turned off the water without notice, and its been off for about 28 hours, i called the maintenance during their non office hours and they replied maam, what do you want me to do? i cant do nothing about your water being turned off.. totally rude, and plus their toilets is always clogged everyday, even if i call the maintenance, its pointless because all they do is plunged it, and two days later its clogged again... its really terrible apartment, they need to get these apartments buldozed and build a newer one.
