⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I can’t say enough great things about Tara! She has been, hands down, one of the most helpful and genuinely kind people I’ve ever worked with at an apartment complex. From the very start, she made everything seamless, always responding quickly and with such a warm, positive attitude. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about making the process stress-free, but Tara goes above and beyond in every way. If you’re looking for an amazing experience, she is the absolute best!

I absolutely love living at Vista Colina! The complex is gorgeous, sitting atop a hill with breathtaking views – especially during sunset. It’s incredibly peaceful, making it a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The staff and property management here are so trustworthy and genuinely care about the residents. Their communication is outstanding, and they make everything feel seamless. I highly recommend Vista Colina to anyone looking for a beautiful, serene place to call home!

My parents were relocating from California to San Antonio and needed an immediate move-in unit. As soon as we got in the office to gather all the required information they were hosting a community celebration, this didnt impede Danielle from showing us multiple apartment units within my familys requirements, and at the end of the tour, we were invited to join the festivities. My parents returned to California to finish packing and submit the online application. Danielle went above and beyond to make sure My Parents secured the apartment unit they wanted and moved promptly. Every time, I called for a follow-up to make sure they would help my parents with anything needed, Danielle, Anthony, and the whole team were very cordial and attentive to my needs and of my parents. My parents are very happy with the move-in and are truly enjoying this brand-new community. If you are looking for a quiet, new, and small community, I recommend you give them a call, anyone on the team will be great showing you around, I recommend this team and this community for your future home! I feel like I am part of the community just by being associated with my parents.

I have been here for over a year. I will tell you that management is the absolute best I’ve ever dealt with. Not only do they evoke poise and professionalism, they are willing to guide you through any process you need help with to get into your dream apartment. Honestly, I’ve dealt with many apartment/property management company’s since moving to San Antonio a few years back; Vista Colina completely flipped my perception of how property management should be. Never once have left a conversation confused or needing to know more. Specifically Cordrey (property manager) is extremely knowledgeable of the rules and regulations associated with the industry. I would also like to note that the maintenance staff and other office staff are quite exceptional as well. Please consider this complex (or any of their other affiliates) for your next home… you won’t regret it. You guys rock!

When i originally moved in the lady in the front office was amazing shes the reason i signed that lease. After a few months she was gone and i would mostly see Cory and another young lady, Cory or Cordrey (the manager) was super rude and unprofessional. I very much disliked interacting with him. My lease ended in October due to an emergency i had to leave in July. They charged me 8000$ + and I told Cory id wait for the bill and see what payment arrangements i could do. Well first of all 8k is absolutely absurd i was paying 1500$ a month, they kept my 500$ deposit and i left the apartment in the exact condition i received it. Cory didnt even give me 30 days before he sent my file to collections and the company as a whole is out of their mind to charge that much in fees for breaking the lease. I was not charged any damaged but majority was for breaking the lease and not to mention my old apartment was lease within the next week or so, they lost NO MONEY and they are trying to charge 8k because they are greedy.

I just moved to this place and of all the apartments Ive lived in (Austin, Plano, Arlington) this is tops! The location is ideal even with the 1604 mess. The staff (Corderoy, Danielle, Dennis, Hector) are super friendly and responsive. The facilities/amenities are ideal and welcoming. I am excited about getting settled in my new home here in SA!

Love this place, I just moved in and it’s been quiet and safe. Amazing staff from leasing to currently managing. I use the gym often and Katy and Hannah, found my lost item and saved it for me

If I could give zero stars, I would. If you’re searching for an apartment, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere or considering this complex only as a last option. The only positive aspect of this place is the view despite however nice they may seem during an in person tour. They don’t respond to emails, and getting someone on the phone is nearly impossible. I applied here but thankfully did not to move in, and I never received the promised refund. After sending numerous emails over three weeks and making calls, I still haven’t heard back from the manager so pls BEWARE!!! They disregard your time and money, and based on other reviews, they have a habit of towing residents cars. Save yourself the trouble; there are many better apartment options in San Antonio.

I recently moved here and its absolutely beautiful. Being on the hill top the views are breathtaking and I love watching the sunrise over the city with a cup of coffee on my patio, which is huge. The staff is amazing, I had a few questions after move in and Katie had no issues with answering them. I also needed a cabinet fixed and in less then 30 minutes, Dennis the service manager was at my door and had it back to normal. It already feels like home. If your looking for amazing views and people who actually care and want to make you happy. This is the place for you.

Beautiful location and spacious apartments. There is one downside though, the staff all say “they don’t work there”. I’m not sure why our application is going to people who don’t work there, with confidential information and providing contact information for my current landlord. After 3 weeks of waiting for a phone call from them, I had to call their sister property and talk to a rep who eventually says “I don’t work for vista colina”. I am disappointed in their lack of communication and their deceitful process.

Apartment management fails to take responsibility for contractors they hired. I have become aware of several people in this complex had their cars towed without warning and were in compliance with the registration requirements of the lease. This is a gated community which means that the complex is responsible for everyone that enters and exit and for their on site. They hired a disreputable towing company, left security gates open giving this company unrestricted access to the property and allowed cars to be impounded that were authorized to be there. They have not compensated the people who were towed nor offered any assurance that they would not do business with this company nor restrict their access. NOT ACCEPTABLE

They clearly keep trying to delete my review and act like my story is false….but mine and my husbands car were wrongfully towed by an agency that took TONS of cars from our complex in the same night, illegally. We are residents here and my car was registered in their app, which is exactly what it states on the towing sign. The towing company didn’t bother to look and see if my license was in the system before they towed my car. Other cars in the lot too damaged to be towed were given notice stickers, which is stated policy of complex even WHEN a car is not registered in their app. When I asked for a copy of my lease, which I know states these policies, they refused to give me one. They have refused to do anything to compensate me and my husband for the huge financial loss of both being wrongfully towed. The towing agency they utilize is called Creswells—please look them up if you want to understand what kind of company this apartment chooses do business with. Do not move here unless you are okay having your car wrongfully towed at your expense.

Had a property tour of this gorgeous complex. Anthony was so helpful and kind. He has superior service and I would highly recommend working with him. Also the views are gorgeous

These apartments are totally worth checking out and visiting! The office staff is so warm and friendly, particularly Lacie. She is incredible and I wish every apartment leasing office had her because she made everything a seamless and easy process from touring to application to move in. Not only that the apartments are clean, super quiet, and have great views. I would highly recommend Vista Colina!

I am quite disappointed in the overall process. At first the process was amazing and I was quite floored on how attentive Tiona was and I got excited that I was going to be a part of a nice community. Then the downhill stuff was starting to come out. I was approved for a one bedroom but not a two. Why because I dont make 3xs the rent based on my annual income. Even though my rental history was amazing. I have a good record of that because regardless of what I get paid annually,I ALWAYS made sure my rent was paid in full and on time. Then the question of do you have means of other financial income. Yes I do. Send us a copy of your other financial income (savings account). Naturally I did not feel quite comfortable sending that information butbecause I really wanted to be approved for a two bedroom and live here I was like fine. Then it was like well now we need a cosigner. Thinking okay my savings account has the amount to pay almost 7 months worth of rent I couldnt figure out why I needed a cosigner. I got a cosigner and he was denied for I dont know what reason, but Tiona was like that is okay we are just going to use his financial background to get you approved for the two bedroom since he is not going to live with you. Fast forward two weeks of waiting, that is when I was told so coldly by another leasing person yeah we went ahead and denied you either way oh and since we only run checks once a month your fees and deposits will be refunded back to you in 30 days. You know I would have accepted from the get go that I was denied and gone on my way but when I went through what felt like going through hoops, my hopes getting high because it looks promising releasing my personal savings account information, getting a cosigner and chasing after an answer, (I called several times almost everyday and even sent emails) and only got called back a total of three times and one email response) this whole experience ended up being a nightmare at the end of the day. And again not because I was denied but because I felt like I was begging for a place in this community and jumping through unnecessary hoops.

Staff is very helpful and friendly and the office is really easy to get ahold of. My move in experience was phenomenal.

My wife car was towed even though it was registered in the system. The towing company they use dont care and will tow your car anyway. Mostly everything in this complex is dealt with through different a 3rd party systems so expect to have fifteen different apps to do fifteen different thingsAlso when asked about any sort of compensation with the towing incident were not helped what so ever.

If you’re looking for a small, friendly, quiet community with a beautiful place to live at, visit colina is definitely worth checking out. Tiona helped us throughout the whole process & for us, this was our first time moving on our own! She made the whole process super easy and comfortable. She’s super awesome and always answers questions I might have about anything! Vista colina is super dog and cat friendly, which I love! I definitely recommend!

I’m the kind of person who is very careful about who I do business with - I scrutinize every single bit of information sent my way. That being said…. I love this complex! I couldn’t say more wonderful things about it - there’s a very helpful fellow named Ryan who guided me through the entire process and since then it’s been nothing but roses! Looking forward to more good experiences in the future.

I’m looking into making a move into Texas and someone mentioned this would be a good option. I called out a few days ago and have been in touch with some of the folks who work there and I gotta say… I am BEYOND impressed. Anyone wouldn’t want to rent a place here is out of their minds! Can’t wait to make my new home at Vista Colina. 😌

Toured the apartment…I have to say the staff were super snobby…they never followed up as they promised- I guess they just assumed I was “too poor” for their apartments 🙄 plus I don’t think the apartment is worth what they’re charging you as they’re even still building stuff on site! Avoid whenever you can!

Very kind management! We were given lots of information on what to expect while living here. You can tell they genuinely care about their residents. Also, what great views!
