Best place to live as a family. I haven’t have any issues since I lived here. I love it. The manager are working hard everyday to ensure that everything is done correctly. It’s hard to manage a property without a team member or leader or hard working staff. But all the staffs are working harder than expected so I appreciate all you do. Keep up the good work!

There is some teenagers who act like 6 years olds breaking windows thinking we don’t know who they are yet posting snaps and caught on camera and left their phone behind allowed us to find these children and notify their parents of breaking windows in are we have asked the property to evict and have rejected it so we are opening a dispute with the city to have this apartment complex shut down so these kids learn their lesson . Listen kids break our windows and we buy your homes to evict you good luck

Very ugly place ugly mangers make u ugly face when u ask qustion children run alone jump on vehicle to much tras and bugs go on us furnituure we lose all furnituure for bugs on us beds n sofas n even cloths

Management is obnoxious and discriminating. They have been cutting off our hot water for over a month now, and everytime I try to communicate with them, they simply tell us to leave if we dont like it. Do you really believe we want to live in these conditions? These are housing complexes that are based on income. Our AC didnt work for 3 months and and they just told us to live with it. They dont even pick up the phone and ignore those who stand in front of the office. Disgusting and cruel, especially to those who do not speak english.

Damage control at its best. This property is managed by a group in Seattle that could care less about Texas statues. Fortunately, the local media and look lawyers are eager to get them in court. They have already racked up over $25,000 in fines for three months. They are being forced to refund rent due to lack of A/C for months. Report the to the Better Business Bureau and Ill do my due diligence by keeping my servicemembers far away. Persistence is the key.Take care, stay safe, and have a great Navy day.

The leasing office cut hot water so they could save money for their selves we have to shower with cold water. And they dont fix anything if broken in the apartments and usually never answer. Also they will find ways to charge you for the smallest things.

The management is horrible. My family has been here for 10+ years and we’ve seen managers come and go. They’re very discriminating and lack experience in the field. They have no idea what they’re doing. Everyday is a new rule being placed. They threaten to kick you out for the smallest things. It’s like they look for loopholes to kick out their residents who don’t make enough money as it is. This is a Government housing for those who can’t afford regular housing. They will still find ways to get your rent up to 1-2k for residents who rely on SSI. It’s despicable.

Just saw an article that tenants havent had water all week and the manager is telling the reporter to call management. Excuse me but why are you calling yourself a manager if you are diverting phone calls to another management office. Seems like yall are dropping the ball on all levels of upkeeping an apartment community.

I was just there in the daylight. I dont want to be here at night. Trash everywhere. There must be a bed bug infestation because every dumpster was full of beds and bedding that I would not walk near. There are some very intimidating men in Indian in Islamic dresses standing in the parking lot yelling angrily. I had to make a delivery here and I wont deliver here again. Its a dangerous dump.

There office is closed due to COVID19Lady is sitting in the office and the office is closed so i cant go in . I try calling them more than 10 times but she is not answering she see me but not answering i am only 10 feet away from the officeWorst managment

Not recommend anyone to move here maintenance will not be done and we dont have hot water for 4 or 5 month already highly recommend going somewhere else then here.

Read news articles about first no hot water, and now no water at all. Feel sorry for anywhere living here. Shows how little people care for others

BED BUG INFESTATION COMPLEXCindy & Maria are horrible they manage the complex and hate their job they brush everything off and don’t fix any problems just to get you out of the office!Don’t waste your time moving here the complex is infested with bed bugs and foreign ppl who just let their children run around and I’m talking about 1-2 yr olds DONT MOVE HERE!!!
