I loved going apartment hunting with Cel! I had a very short window to find an apartment as I was moving for a new job, and not only did he help me to narrow down neighborhood options (I was new to SA) but he found a good selection of apartments that provided the amenities I was looking for, within my budget. The first place he took me set the standard and everything else was a comparison after that (but he knew that and was patient anyway). I ended up going back to the first complex and got great move in specials and love it. Cels advice about an attached garage being a must for someone moving from a house made such a difference. So we were introduced to Cel Zepeda with absolute apartment locators by friends of ours while we were going crazy looking for an apartment on websites and calling all over the place and not having very good luck at all.
