I recently moved to Texas without ever visiting before. I came out for my partners job, so I was super nervous to move from Portland Oregon to San Antonio. Some weeks ago I had my initial contact with Alyssia Pena. My situation was out of ordinary and challenging in that I had recently been victim of a criminal domestic assault. I had to move as I could not be in any contact with the assailant. Further challenges were inability to qualify for the 3x income vs rent. I didnt have time to dally. Plus I had also recent broken my hip so getting out and physically looking was impossible. We were able to work with Narissa, she was very professional and kept in contact during our search. We have a dog that is known as a aggressive breed and she was able to provide apartments that did not have many restrictions. Unemployment isnt my means of income by choice. I been at the same job for years and getting paid 12 dollars an hour 40 hours a week. Its been 9yrs since my felony and its only been a year since its been closed because I wasnt able to afford the fees, thats why it kept getting extended. Its been 6 years since I received a misdemeanor. My cases are minor and not high crimes thats why I was granted deffered adjudication. If you didnt know. Millions of Americans are on unemployment as an only source of income. Apartment renters have no choice to accept it and its been over a year since the pandemic started millions of Americans have moved to new homes since. I know apartments that will accept me in my area. Im was going threw your services to help narrow save me time and maybe find something better I couldnt. I know I will have to look on my own because I dont get what your point is working telling people no unemployment is approved and a single minor felonys that happened years ago wont get me no where because it just closed. How can you judge a situation and waste peoples time lien to them. Im a single mom with 2 babys bearly maintaining but maintaining no help no mom no dad just me hoping to find a new home to improve and save/ a bit to have a better tomorrow for me and my babies and all you can say is you have past mistakes and money that isnt good enough. However you wanna say it it doesnt matter your lien. The felony is possibly workable to say oh no it will be tough its going to hinder you blah blah I cant help. You dont wanna help couldnt even maybe try. You needed to be told this for a reason. You must have ignored and judged other before im sure. Pathetic.By the way I found yall because I saw 5 star rating reading the reviews they all sound the same and yall are trying way to hard so yall should work on that.
