Oh my goodness, I don’t even know where to start. I was having no luck in my apartment search due to credit issues and had already decided on giving up, but a week later, something prompted me to try an apartment locator. I did no research and checked no reviews… I was simply led to call the first number that stuck out to me; which led me to Oscar. Oscar is so nice, personable, understanding, and knowledgeable. Having a conversation with him is like having a talk with a really good friend. He did not judge me at all and he assured me that he had a good idea of what I was looking for based on where I told him I’ve applied thus far. Not only did Oscar completely nail what I was looking for, but I ended up not having to settle on ANYTHING I was looking for. I am incredibly disappointed in my experience with Oscar. I started working with him and he sent me 3 different lists with properties to look over, one list included an area of town I specifically told him we did not want to be in so he obviously wasnt listening to me. After viewing all the properties he sent I wasnt finding anything that we were looking for. I emailed him back 4 days ago asking if thats all the properties he had access to or if he knew of any other specials...I still have yet to hear back from him. Communication during this process is key and when someone doesnt respond its clear they are too busy to help. I have had to head out on my own in search of a property while trying to balance a busy schedule. I would not recommend this service to anyone who appreciates customer service.

This company is great. Oscar peche helped me find an apartment fast. He goes the extra mile and informs you about whats available and when its move in ready. He is also very knowledgeable about the city lets you know what you can expect form apartments in different areas.
