Port Royal Apartment Homes

Ive been living in this apartment complex for two years now. I love calling Port Royal home. The office staff is amazing Kelsi and Michelle. Kelsi and Michelle are always available to listen to concerns whenever we have them. Maintenance is also awesome and quick to get to repairs. I also love that they do activities for us residents and show their appreciation. In the two years that we have been here the apartments have changed drastically and for the better.

My mother had lived here for years and have seen several management come and go and I have had the privilege to do so as well as her daughter, and I will tell you that Michelle the manager has done more for my mother and her residents compared to other managers who she has spent years with. I just want to thank Michelle for keeping it professional and also making sure she shows empathy as well which has made things so much easier. And can’t forget Kelsey who’s been there for years who I appreciate so much. For the price it’s doable but glad to have the staff and management they have now 👌

I have been at Port Royal Apartments for 5yrs. The NEW staff and Kelsi is EXTREMELY EXTRAORDINARY. The service and attention to my needs have always been taken seriously.The maintenance has gotten so much better, David is great at getting work orders done! port Royal definitely has a great team now!!!! Thank you for all that you do guys!!!! 😊

I just want to give a huge shout out to Michelle, Kelsi and their team on their amazing customer service!! They helped my mom move in and I really appreciate how they took care of her. They take care of their tenants like family and just made things so much easier! Thank y’all so much!

These apartments have really come a long way! The new manager Michelle really loves and takes care of the property! Cleaning it up and making sure her residents are safe and the grounds are clean! Highly recommend if you need a place go see her and the staff all very helpful and welcoming.

I moved in these apartments a few months ago, I love calling Port Royal my home. The office is amazing! Michelle and Kesli welcomed me with open arms, assisting me with all my paperwork! The maintenance is excellent, grounds are always clean.

Apartments are well kept. Michelle the property manager is easy to speak with and always is on top of her stuff and does exactly what she says she does. That’s tough to come by now and days

Just a guest, I was really amazed by the friendliness of the staff. Repairs were done quickly. David was extremely nice and was respectful of my friends apt. A+ just thought it was worth leaving a review I appreciate you.

Like any place you live there’s issues , I’ve been here almost 2 years and I haven’t had any problems with my neighbors or the girls in the office. They have always shown me kindness and respect. Thank you for everything.

This place has really been cleaned up in the last year I’ve been here! New property Management Michelle is the nicest and understanding manager we’ve had. Looking forward to renewing my lease

This complex is completely disgusting and uncared for. The new office manager and leasing agent are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have been asking about repairs to one of the restrooms for over a year. It took me going in with the lease and pointing out my right to withhold rent thats in their lease to get them to send someone out. There is mold. They also refuse to enforce parts of the lease to the entire community and only give warnings to certain residents. I signed a second lease before the new facility manager came on board, and now I instantly regret it.

I came to visit the property to get information for my sister. Michelle was so kind and helpful! She took time with me and addressed all my questions and concerns. She provided me with excellent customer service! Thank you Michelle!

Office staff 5 star for sure!I went in with my parents and Kelsey,Litzyaleny and new manager were extremely helpfull, I use to have family back in 2010 and office was never useful happy to see yall have a strong and supportive team now. Leasing agent was extremely patient with my mom, as she is a diabetic and lost her vision world needs more people like these ladies, park vista down the street they were so rude and treated her poorly due to her condition…. I highly recommend these apartments, they may not be all that the staff definitely makes you feel at home, Thank you ladies for your support💚💛🧡💜💙❤️🩷🩵

The manager and Kesly are super kind an nice and they are always trying to help you in everything you need. They always listen to you always find solutions. I recommend them so much! I love them!

As a visitor these apartments are basically ran down on the outside. They were once a beautiful property but as the years have gone by it just hasn’t been kept up with as it should be. As you drive through you’ll notice that a lot of tenants have broken blinds and bed sheets hanging to cover up windows.Dumpster are completely full and furniture are everywhere. Around the dumpsters. Kids are running everywhere without supervision from parents. Back gate broken and has been broken. I will be updating each visit.

This apartments are very spacius,and the office staff and maintance are awesome.Kelsi is the best very hard working.

I have to say everything here has drastically improved!New leasing, Litzy is a sweetheart!!!Very helpful and kind she helped us so much New staff and New Maintenance have improved as well.

All though prices are some what Reasonable per Sqft ,but that’s about it ! considering the distance to good schools, malls, medical center for doctors or hospitals & … property is NOT well safe ,secure ,clean place ,reasonable nor responsive to keep up with the maintenance requests _ repairs _ replacements regularly ...all unfortunate for the Community , city & most of all residents !!

I went to the office to report several things as the key of the main door does not work with the patio door and the storage door. Also I wanted to report that someone painted the main wall of my apt with graffiti and as always the office was closed long before closing time. Should they hire more people because they are already several times that I ask them to repair something and I end up doing it because they never come, so what do the employees of this place? Are you talking and playing monopoly all day? its a question Im doing

Been here a year and I can honestly say I never had any issues with the ladies in the office. On the contrary they’ve been very helpful and friendly. They can only do so much. If residence would do there part these apartments would be nicer. People clean up after yourselves and your kids. I am a single mom and when we go to the pool or to throw trash away it’s sad to see how ppl don’t put there trash in the dumpster there so lazy they set it on the ground by the dumpster. Or for instance we were at the pool and there were kids and teenagers even grow adults taking food into the pool. Leaving there trash. It’s pretty simple ppl if you don’t like it just move and problem solved. I always say treat ppl how you want to be treated. I’ve witnessed many ppl coming into the office being rude and disrespectful. The office ladies work hard and can only do so much. Shout out to Jessica she’s amazing. 😁

Unfortunately sites like this, cross the town ,unhealthy & unsafe w/poor management been holding SA back comparing to Dallas Or Houston ! Much more potentials for it’s own residence to enjoy, besides tourism attractions & revenue will help revive many struggling businesses throughout the city & sites like this towards further growth , to simply be ignored, economical boost for Spurs nation to shine brighter !!

Do NOT move here. First off, There are gunshots coming from the front of the complex every night. Break-ins to vehicles (That apparently the cameras never catch), Drug needles in the parking lot. People who do not clean their dog poop so it smells horrible outside. Flies and roaches everywhere. I have to hurry and run in my apt before they fly in behind me. Pest control is useless because most neighbors are dirty and the walls have mold allowing roaches easy access. I have been without an oven for a month now because It isnt a priority according to Jessica (Office Manager). Apparently everyones AC unit is broken. (A lot of buildings have window units). Additionally, My toilets are splashing water out everytime someone upstairs flushes their toilet (Even when I turn my water off) One of my bathtubs is leaking and the other is clogged. This property changes maintenance men like I change underwear. None of them ever want to stay because the apartments are so run down that im sure their workload is never ending. I pay my rent in full and on time every month, Yet instead of showing their good tenants appreciation by completeing our work orders, They offered us snowcones lol Please save yourself the headache and do not apply here. These apartments need to be demolished.Ive already sent emails, Made phone calls, Left voicemails, Spoke to Kelsey, Jessica, Litzy, Raiven, Left Andrew Lund a voicemail. Instead of asking me the same questions, Pull up my many work orders and start there.

Someone decided to break into my apartment. Someone tagged up all outside of the apartments of the building I lived at. I decided to end y lease because it was getting horrible. Their were people constantly breaking into cars and apartments. Cars were getting towed . I’m glad I left when I did. Worst experience.

I recently moved into the property despite all the bad reviews. I have noticed that the property manager is trying her best with whatever help and funds are available to make the property better. But it also falls on the residents as that is their homes.. As for my apartment it may not be the best but that is where I sleep every night and where I call home. So I’m for team Port Royal and give them two 👍👍 up for their effort. And for those of you who helped bring the property down ; I hope you get your karma. Lived here 3 years , Kelsi was always super helpful & made sure things would be taken care of the moment I called. Like any complex there are problems & things caused by residents who live here & don’t clean up after themselves. Staff really tries to make changes & has lots of programs to help residents. Thank y’all for making our experience here pleasant.

Horrible maintenance ! I’ve tried contacting them multiple times about the same situation and they haven’t done nothing but given me a “ temporary “ fix which wasn’t temporary at all . I’ve tried being nice and reasonable with them but enough is enough don’t move here !!! These are pictures of my water heater it’s been this way for months

This has been a up grade for me but love my apartment.

Has a lot of space but the apartments need to be up dated. manager is very helpfully and nice , but the maintenance needs to do a better job when I moved in I didnt have no doors nor shower rods still dont even after 3 months and they had roaches a lot I had to buy sooooo much stuff for it and i had to clean everything!!!!!! before I used it.

Beware they don’t fix broken pipes water all over apartment only 2 days in family hasn’t even completely moved in they refuse to fix and or cancel lease until a livable unit is available they ask for $3k to break lease when apartment isn’t move in ready and it’s flooded water leaking from wall pipes bad management they will rip you off like they did my family member. Stay away plus it’s roach infested and molded due to water damage

I have lived here for sometime now and I noticed a big difference in the current staff(team). From the leasing office to maintenance they have done a 360 compared to the previous staff. The manager here is awesome but most of all informative and fair. The other two ladies who work in the office are attentive and hospitable to new and current tenants which is very much appreciated . The maintenance supervisor is extremely courteous and honest. With that being said I just want to thank the Lynd company for giving Champions at Port Royal property at team and not just staff.Keep up the GREAT work!

Amazing office staff and great customer service

This place may look nice from the outside at first glance dont be fooled its a reck and on the inside vents from the ceiling leak, as well as the sink to the fridge leak, this place is not as safe as you would think for being gated there are gun shots going off just about every night and if your not careful your vehicle may be stole from the property (given they cant seem to fix their broken gates).

I have lived here for several years and have been a loyal patron to this community and yet the staff is completely unfriendly unless youre going in for a rental. If you are an existing tenant they treat you like youre in their way. I recently had a situation where my children were considering a pet. We were considering an emotional support animal a small Chihuahua and had not decided on keeping the animal yet but are being charged $10 a day even though we let them know that they would have a written letter from the doctors office, their psychologist! They seem completely uncaring and like it was not their problem but we are their community. We have been very loyal on time tenants. We are in unprecedented times especially with our children and whats going on in their little lives emotionally And I felt written off and as if they wrote our family off.Very unfriendly staff!

I will list pros first: the square footage is good for the price. I didnt have any real issues with bugs. I did get my deposit back about a month after I moved out. Cons: They told me a move in date a month in advance,at which time I had paid the app fee and half of the deposit. I had called to make sure everything was still on track, they assured me my apartment would be ready. Then I get a call saying it will be another week, then another call saying a few more days, then Another call saying it would be three weeks. I at this point asked for my money back and to cancel everything. I get another call saying, we have your apartment ready by that Friday. I did move in without having to pay the rest of the deposit. Be warned. Anyone that applies here needs a back up option. Had I not been staying with family, I could have been homeless for a month had they not figured it out. Also, keep an eye on your car, I had all my wheels stolen off of my car and 6,000 dollars worth of damage done to it. To top it off when I reported it to the property manager ,, she didnt even pretend to care.. she literally told me crime rates are high, it wouldnt have been safe anywhere. I have worked customer service for years, like cmon at least act concerned lady!! I am not saying she is wrong, but it would help future residents if they actually get the gates functioning. Also if you have a package being delivered, check the office as no one every called me and I had a package there for weeks. Hope this helps!

Before you go putting your deposit on what you think is a pretty apartment these pictures are the reality and trust when I say they won’t fix it. The ceiling is getting worse it started out leaking and now it’s like it’s falling. But they will be quick to bang on the door like their the police to let you know about the rent.This place is horrible!! Other than the broken apartment you get shootings everywhere other day trash is thrown everywhere!! It’s disgusting!!

Upon move in the balcony was stained with pet pee and poo, it was not power washed.The fridge was dirty, and some of the kitchen drawers were falling apart.My dish washer did not work, my garbage disposal was clogged and on several occasions my AC went out or the digital thermostat screen was frozen.Maintenance was never quick to fix anything.There was a serious ant problem; there were thousands coming from a corner in my bathroom and some in the electrical socket in the master bedroom, getting them to spray didn’t help and seemed to make it worse.I had to wait a month to get a toilet seat, they didn’t even install it, the office gave it to me for me to install because one of the maintenance guys wasn’t listening about going to install the seat.Maintenance and/or management never left notice when they completed my work order request, even on their online portal.The residents don’t watch their kids and there’s a serious problem with them breaking into vehicles or stealing from the bed of trucks.Neighbors were noisy at night playing music.And oh my god,the trash! Almost everyone can’t throw their trash bags IN the dumpers, they pile it around the dumpsters.Management also never followed up on cleaning graffiti I reported.There’s a ton of stray cats!And the gates are never locked, they can’t seem to fix them right so anyone can enter the apartment complex. My brother saw masked men peeking in cars at 4am. The place is just not safe.The only upside to this place was rent wasn’t too bad.

This is the absolute worse environment that I have ever lived in and I have been deployed. I have never written a bad review before, but this place is awful.My a/c went out 4 times this summer and I was forced to stay in a hotel. It took 3-4 days and several complaints to get it fixed. I wrote a letter requesting to be paid back for rent and was never responded to.When I first moved in there waa bird poop all over my patio, I put in 3 different requests to have it cleaned up and it never happened.Needed blinds replaced in my apartment and they gave me the wrong size. Went back and told them and received the wrong size again.Roaches are a big problem here. I have bombed my apartment 3 times and still they manage to get in.During the summer time, large groups of children as young as 3 are all in the pool in jeans and t shirts without their parents and management does nothing to stop it. Just today there were 4 children under the age of 5 running in the parking lot in their diapers and underwear with no parent in sight.My rent was raised without notification because I started to complain about the issues.I tried very hard to stay nice with the people in the office as I feel as though they are understaffed but when I go to ask a question, I was belittled and treated unfairly and with disrespect.Tho only positive at this place is that it is close to my work. Other than that it is not worth staying here what so ever. The people that work here change every 2 months or so because it is such a stressful work and living environment. When you complain, it falls on deaf ears every single time. Please avoid this place like the plague.Many many more complaints about this place as well. Honestly, this place needs to either be condemned or revamped in a very large way to even become liveable.

Lived there for a year. In the three months our truck got stolen by their tow truck service and they didnt allow the cops or us to view the video. But they lied never had camera in that place. Play ground isnt a play ground. The office people never call you back or answer the phone. But as soon as I told them that we were moving and paid for that last month they kept calling me to see if we already moved. Not only that they had sent some one to clean the apartment while we were still their. Office people dont know how to do their job and they have ugly additute. They dont know how to run it. I feel sorry for the people that live there now. If you have section 8 they only fix things cause they know that theyll loose out.

These people will tow your car faster than they fix any problem around the complex , 2 months and still no fixed gate, thefts haven’t got solved, security is any car that throws lights on their car, trash is all over the back of apartments, maintenance go’s days without refilling the litter bags, almost impossible to get rid of baby roaches , Stop towing cars and please turn the attention over to fixing your complex. < everything I wrote about can be checked and seen with your own eyes

I went in to have a talk with them! And let me say DISCRIMINATION AT ITS FINEST‼️ The lady that was talking with me was rude as hell..she walked off from me while we was talking and didn’t even come back. So I asked if I could talk with someone else at first she said no then she said I could wait on the leasing agent. Just because I have a section 8 voucher do not give anyone the right to look down on me. Hell we all need help at this time. And at the end I of the day YES I DO HAVE A JOB!

I lived here some years ago, but never came around to writing a review. I want people to know my experience and hope they never go through what I went through. I was young and naive, didn’t realize that I held the power to rectify the problem. I was 19 living with my husband and first born. When we had moved in we noticed dead roaches in the crevices of the apartment and brought it to management’s attention. They said it was due to pest control’s recent visit in preparation for our move in and that insects come out and tend to leave their carcass behind. Okay. Makes sense, we thought. However within days we began to see them live in the kitchen and within 2 weeks just every where. Again we persisted with management and they kept giving us the run around, but eventually had pest control come 2 months later. That still didn’t help. Mind you we had a newborn with so many essentials like bottles and pacifiers on the drying rack, we consistently had to rewash our dishes and bottles before use. 6 months later the office stated that it was due to the infestation of the apartment beside us. Even if so, 6 months later? I felt trapped, with these pests I. Every part of my place. Luckily, for us we were only there while our home was being built and were able to move out after 8 months. We broke our lease and paid the upcoming months, per our agreement. However, in hindsight we could have contacted the health department, the better business bureau, the news station to help shed some light on our problem and perhaps this would have urged them to rectify the problem by putting us in another unit that was not infested or at least allowing us to break our lease without paying the additional month ahead or giving a 30day notice. Like I said, I was young, inexperienced, and very naive. Please note that you don’t have to put up with anything from management, if they aren’t helping you and your experience isn’t met with the highest of expectations, please seek the resources that will help you come to some satisfying terms or at the very least get you out of this place without fees. My AC has been out since the day before Memorial Day almost a week with no AC. Ive called 3-4 times a day since Tuesday and they kept telling me somebody would fix it that day but when it was close to the end of the day, it was constantly a reason and pushed back til the next day with the same thing. Ive had to find somewhere else to stay due to this, ai have 2 kids one in particular with asthma with almost literally dying a few weeks ago making my AC not working a major concern. Today is Saturday and supposedly they are coming today yet they still want me to pay rent at a hot place Im not even able to sleep at. They werent understanding or apologetic for anything or anybody and I pay my rent on time causing no issues minding my own business. My lease is up soon and I cant wait.

Just avoid this place at all cost especially if you pay full rent and not on Section8. Edit: Nothing against anyone on housing. Hell, me and my mother were homeless at one point a good while ago. No, its that if you have a choice choose different. How is it that the ghetto looking apartments down the street had very very few issues yet these nice apartments saw my nieghbors vehicles broken into, my work truck vandalized and broken into, and constant police presences? No place is perfect, but this one didnt even try.

After finding my Brothers stolen vehicle on the property and trying to alert staff about the situation is when I met Krista, Kristen or Kristineth or whatever she was completely dismissive and when asked basic information to provide to officers she said someone would come out with information and drive off didn’t send anyone out and saw her drive off property for what I assume was a long day of avoiding responsibility. Spoke to the cops and they just rolled their eyes and said yea typical of the management and the property is always involved in some sort of crime. If you’re thinking about living here just don’t unless you want to deal with this kind of management.

The new management in the office is truly disappointing. Some of them are so rude and don’t even treat you with respect. NEVER pick up the phone during office hours, neither return calls after leaving them messages. I am tired of calling them with reports or issues about the Complex/apartment and never getting an answer or solution. my fire alarm has been out of battery beeping for weeks now, roaches are infesting because of trash s left outside all the time.

These apartments are the absolute worst I don’t think they deserve even one star. The management isn’t organized and I’m constantly seeing new faces. The parking system is a joke! Being an actual paying resident and still getting your car towed is what happens here. They do nothing when filing a noise complaint so the police are constantly being called. One time pulling up I parked and had 5-6 cop cars come up behind me to get down and arrest a man in my building for drug related charges. The staff is always gone but they leave a “be back at this time” sign on the door and are never back at the time that is stated. If you’re actually thinking about moving here I’d think again. Save time, trouble, and money and find a better apartment complex.

Went by to visit family and these pics are deceiving. I didnt want to give 1* the only thing that looks good is the new sign at front entrance, the property is filthy. Trash in the Breezeway that smells and rodents will be by now that its summer.. they are letting everyone in not checking background. Someone needs to do an audit on that property. Bad business for sure and unethical in so many ways.

We have been with out AC for about more than 3 weeks they finally found the problem a couple days ago and now we still got to wait it’s 81+ degrees in here. At that the maintenance has horrible communication they’re all so rude. On top of that my 2 year olds room ceiling is literally tearing apart causing electricity to not work in his room, has been going on for 5 months and nothing has still been done. I’m not a section 8, I’m paying full price and they still can’t get nothing done

Ive been here 7 years and trust me we were not meant to stay here that long it was suppose to be temporary then we became stuck. When we first moved in it was so nice! Fresh basketball court with glass NBA backboard, office activities for children with the best person I met in office Mrs. Leanne. Until 3 years into our move. The housing department started accepting peoples lease here so once the housing came around the whole complex went down with it. People in housing SOME let there kids run around causing damage to the complex and making it look bad which is wrong because there are people who pay the WHOLE rent amount with no assistance from housing. And dont get me started with the new managment! They are the worst since there was new managment

DO NOT come here they told us we make 49k a year and we only make 43k. They didn’t let me see the paperwork showing how they got that amount. Apparently there is no higher ups to call. Unprofessional.

Our water has been deliberately shut off yet again Im posting because we are forced to relieve ourselves in plastic bags. being that this property receives grants to support the many children, disabled and elderly an attorney needs to be contacted. a full 24 hours without water for these families including myself. money is very tight and cannot afford to buy water. who do we contact to make a complaint if maintenance cannot correct the issue without the ok of cooperate.

I would not choose these apartments at all even if they have a good deal going on I was so excited to move here intill I got into the apartment they kept telling me my apartment would be ready this day then this day didnt have it ready for a whole month then the day came to pick up my keys they didnt have my key . my apartment wasnt cleaned bird poop all over my balcony I was without a key for 3 days my ac sucks Ive made complaints about it all they say is we looked no problem or roll Their eyes my apartment is always infested with flies no matter how clean it is Ive asked them To fix my door and they still havent one of the staff says thats normal its an old building mold keeps building up in my restroom toilets and walls no matter how much I clean it Ive gotten sick from it me n my son that Im literally paying for my apartment and not even staying in. I come maybe 2 nights out the week but I rather be at my moms then be here getting sick over mold while pregnant n having my toddler sick as well . Also lots of violence here gun fire all the time fights ect...

This complex is HORRIBLE. The new manager is rude, maintenance doesnt fix anything. All the apartment manger does is smoke outside. They leave the leasing agent to deal with the renters and she doesnt have the answers. I put in a complaint about pigeons and how its a health hazard to people and especially children. The agent stated buy something. EXCUSE ME THIS YOUR PROPERTY ITS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP PIEGONS AWAY FROM YOUR PROPERTY.

I wouldnt recommend moving into these apartments. They dont keep up with the trash...fixing your apartment....the swimming pool does not look the way it does on their website...come take a drive around the complex before you decide to move in...thats all I can say.

I recently made this my new home in san antonio texas!! I like it here so far. Staff is always nice and pool is always clean...many workers keeping the grass picked up of garbage or debris and repairs made in a timely manner. IRENE and LIZ are very kind sweet ladies who are always helpful and make the whole process go very smoothly!!

If I could give 0 stars I would they except you to pay and do everything asap but when someone needs something fix in there apartment they could take up to a year these apartments are very disrespectful and rude and lazy af

My mother lived there back in 2013-2014 and she committed suicide in her bedroom.. I often wonder about the new tenants, I would be so upset not to be told about the history of my apartment. I would like to know that I can choose a different apartment. I still drive by her place and remember her.. rip MOM

I really really liked the offices bathroom it was very comfortable and very smooth soft colors I was very accommodating it was not too cool but it was not too hot especially on such a hot day it was really nice to have cold water to wash my hands with cold water

Staff was ok but when your report things that need repair they would tell you they would be there a certain day and show up on a different day or not come fix anything at all..my car was broken into 2 times..kids around the buildings smoke pot and throw garbage everywhere. I tried chasing them away and they would only return with more attitude over and over again

I dont live here just looking at reviews and some of the complaints are unreal sickening and some of yall want pacified and just are NEVER satisfied with ANYTHING life has to offer. Oh and another thing, stop making it seem like just because youre on housing or get section 8 youre trash because there are plenty of people who ARENT on housing who live like fkn pigs. Horrible living experience ever maintenance never fixes anything waited on 6 months to fix tile in the bathtub that was getting molded being harassed by maintenance workers it’s scary I have daughters and a wife office is always closed I was told my cars would be fine and not towed well my car gets towed because of an expired parking pass from 2020 when the apartment manager didn’t give tenants new passes until September 2021 once again no one is doing your job I will call a lawyer and colt compliance

Apts look NOTHING like what they do on website. When I moved in the fridge wasn’t even working. Maintenance is horrible, they never come. They don’t clean the property, hallways are disgusting & when you let office know they don’t do anything about it

If youre looking for a good apartment complex to move into dont even bother looking into Port Royal apartments cuz management doesnt seem to care about their residents and maintenance here is a joke they cant even fix minor issues that one has and takes a very very very long time do repairs that arw needed so I wouldnt recommend coming to Port Royal apartments and also they dont even answer the phones one has to call serval times before they even answer the phone

Updated 7/31/2024I notified Agent named ‘Kelsey’ on Monday June 29, 2024 when I came home around 8:00a.m to 9:00a.m and was told someone would be over to service the repairs. The whole side of the wall shifted.

Management and maintance are by far the worst. Everyone has and attitude. No one can fix anything. And was threatened to be EVICTED because I complain about the A/C not working every single day for the past 3 weeks. If it was fixed I wouldnt complain.

Reasonable place to live ..only thing.. Is THEY REALLY SLOW ON REPAIRS. & .ALL amenities awe closed. Pool never opened nor the community house nor the gym..sadly.

Ive lived in the apartment complex for years and its been terrible when that snow storm happened we had to move while they where fixing our apartment and we expected to come back to it fixed and there was no ac no vent for our dryer and just earlier my mom had passed out because of how hot it was DONT MOVE IN HERE IT WILL BE A WASTE OF MONEY!

Although a step up from my last place i would not rent here again. Office always changing people, work orders take forever and this place has some of the biggest roaches like the ones youll find out in a jungle.

IVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR 6 YRS.. THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS VERY HELPFUL. LIZ AND KELSEY HAD BEEN HELPFUL WAY BEFORE CHANGES WERE MADE WITH THE NEW COMPANY. ANY PROBLEM THAT I HAVE HAD THEY BOTH HAVE WORKED WITH ME. IM VERY HAPPY WITH THE NEW MANAGEMENT. THEY ARE WORKING VERY HARD TO HELP THEIR RESIDENTS...EVEN MORE SO DUE TO THIS COVID 19 GOING ON. HAVE A BLESSE DAY.

Worst apartments ever. Pools tiny. And they tow everyones cars even residents. And you can never have company over with out fear of their car getting towed

Gates need to be fixed..the havent worked since Ive lived here. I have to call a bunch of times before someone actually answers the phone in the office. I think they need more office help, the poor girl at the front desk seems to be overwhelmed. This all need to be fixed asap

Im trying to get them to change the stove because it hasnt been heating for months and they dont want to. The stove burned down there, made a short circuit and caused a lot of sparks. Thank God nothing worrying happened. I still havent made food for my daughters because they shine. Because of their absence, Im not going to be buying food outside because thats why I pay rent 1285 plus other things to be well in the apartment and its not fair that they dont solve anything, sometimes I think they do it with the people who believe that there is a bit of discrimination, but when you have to pay the rent, there are people on time to collect, but to solve the problems that you have, there is nothing, my partner a few weeks ago told him that the air was not working and I havent tried to be nice to the girls either, but its hard, there are some of them who get upset about everything, and I think its not fair because we have never been bad with the rent, we are punctual and thats how they should act quickly for problems. when needed... thank you I hope you can help me urgently.

I am a renter from here, my son and I woke up without cars, the tow truck took them away, we lost the day of work, we lost 250 dollars from the neighborhood, we went to complain to the office and they treated us badly, they told pure lies saying that they put a notice on our cars and apartments. And that never happened and they were not responsible for the expenses because they take a commission for each car that the tow truck takes away. Apart from that, they never fix anything. I just hope to finish the contract to leave here and I do not recommend it to anyone. Dont get involved, they will raise your rent without warning.

They do not provide services to the departments, when something breaks down, you go and inform the office, they only submit your request but they will never check what is damaged.

The worst place I have ever rented. They never answer the phone, they dont comply with office hours, they raise the rent after a year, parking is a problem, the surroundings always look dirty.

They take a while to give a response to see if they approved you or not.

Good
